Beautiful Riad and homely hospitality from Yazid and his team Aimad, Redouin! We arrived early morning and airport transport was arranged (at reasonable cost) with early check in! The inclusive breakfast on the terrace was very enjoyable over looking the Atlas mountains! The location was super convenient and safe neighbourhood.

Awesome staff, very available to help us with our needs. The location is great if you want to visit the old town and its attractions by walk. The riad is quite calm, perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing. Definitely suggested !

El personal es de lo más agradable y servicial que hemos encontrado nunca. La preocupación por el bienestar del cliente es su prioridad. Quiero darle las gracias especialmente a Aredwan ( seguro que no se escribe así pero es como sonaba su nombre 😅 ) porque hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa.

Il Riad è molto bello, vicino alla piazza Jemaa El-Fna, la stanza è molto grande con il letto comodisso e con il topper, giardino interno con piante di arancio, e profumi su tutto il Riad molto buoni. Yazid molto bravo ha saputo accoglierci e farci sentire come a casa. Bellissima l'esperienza dell'hamman, e la piscina con l'idromassaggio.

The Riad was extremely nice and well curated. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The terrace offers a nice view on one side. Breakfast was very good. The structure is well located, close enoough to the main streets in the Medina but also isolated enough not to be disturbed by noise.
Cons: We booked a SPA treatment with massage for one hour, the structure was very efficient in organizing it last minute but the massage part could be improved.

The entire Riad is very beautiful. The rooftop terrace has a 360 degree view of the medina and snow-covered Atlas mountains. You can spend time there relaxing among the orange blossoms, listening to the birds or spot the minarets of Koutoubia Mosque, Ben Salah Mosque and many others. The courtyard has lush orange trees, a nice fountain and a jacuzzi. Our room, ‚Fes‘, was also very beautiful and sparkling clean.

Hemos estado muy cómodos en el riad. Perfecto para moverse por la ciudad. Está en una calle que en un principio parece insegura, aunque no lo es y en unos metros ya sales a otra calle más principal, llena de puestos de venta, comida callejera, agua... El personal es muy amable y nos facilitó los traslados al aeropuerto de forma muy puntual y profesional. Genial azotea para desayunar o pasar el rato con buenas vistas.
Cons: La decoración es muy bonita pero el baño necesita una puesta a punto, la cisterna se enganchaba y olía a humedad. Hicimos el hammam y me pareció bastante flojo

Cons: -Desde que entramos fue decepcionante. Entramos con mucha ilusión pero de inmediato fue un scam por las fotos y la puntuación, que no me parece real por lo que vivimos. -La HABITACION estaba sucia, no se barría desde hace tiempo, las fotos la hacían ver más grande y bonita pero era muy incómoda. Tiene una escalera caracol que se ve bonita en la foto pero es una pesadilla, el baño (horrible) está arriba y la escalera es muy muy angosta, fue muy peligroso, mi hijo se cayó y casi se rompe una pierna. Ni hablar de subir y bajar para ir al baño durante la noche. -Al abrir la CAMA había pelos en diferentes lugares, por lo que no sé si estaba usada... Sin comentarios. Camas durisimas, difícil dormir. Al dia siguiente encontramos una cucaracha debajo de la cama.. -El BAÑO se ve bien de lejos, pero además de lo peligroso de llegar, olía mal (las cañerías), la ducha estaba rota por lo que no pudimos usarla y estaba todo oxidado y se veía sucio. La usamos con zapatillas por si acaso. A la mitad de la estancia, a los 3 días decidimos irnos y buscar y pagar otro riad, porque estaba arruinando nuestro viaje y una decepción para mi familia a la que quería sorprender, ya que yo ya había estado en otros riad y suelen ser mágicos. Encontré otro maravilloso que valía incluso menos pero se sentía de lujo, pudimos tener 3 días que mejoraron el viaje. Horrible experiencia, muy malas instalaciones y el barrio nada recomendable. Habiendo tantos riad este es totalmente descartable, una decepción. Lo único bueno es la gente que está, simpaticos y todo, pero se ve que el manager o el dueño no se preocupan. Pedí algún tipo de reembolso (por milagro) por los días que nos fuimos, pero se negaron a pesar de haber explicado con muy buenas palabras todo lo malo de la estancia.

I can highly recommend Riad Dama for especially women travellers! It is the most warm and welcoming place we, 2 women, have ever had the pleasure to stay. The staff made us feel safe and like home everyday, and it felt like home & very local. Surroundings with the local vibe made everything feel extra special, and only 10min from the main square and souk. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing every morning, with freshly made pastries, eggs, bread and marmalade. We had a package of hammam & relaxing massage on the last day, which was a perfect end to our 5 day trip. We will defenetly come back.

Beautiful place to stay on the edge of the medina. The courtyard area and rooftop terrace were gorgeous. Staff were very friendly and made us mint tea and cakes on arrival and helped with airport transfer. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great.
Cons: Nothing really. The stairs up to 2nd floor and bedroom would be a little steep if you have young kids or mobility issues.

We are very happy with our stay. Riad Dama is in a great location, close to many restaurants, markets and rooftop cafés. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we felt well cared for (we even got a warm breakfast to go before we left before 5 a.m.). Our room had a beautiful open bathroom and private access to the terrace. We also had a massage and were very satisfied with that too.

Mam porównanie bo byłam w dwóch innych Riadach i miałam wrażenie, że produkty były gorszej jakości, nie było oleju arganowego *spożywczego, zamiast tego do zjedzenia z omletem tylko marmolada albo jogurt które mogę sobie kupić w zwykłym hipermarkecie. Herbata marokańska tylko na powitanie co w tańszych Riadach zawsze było standardem. Przed wyjazdem nie mogłam się doczekać marokańskich śniadań i mój zawód był ogromny. Gospodarz właściwe ograniczał się do spraw formalnych i jeszcze na koniec się pomylił i w pierwotnym rachunku uwzględnił zapłatę za transport z lotniska którego nie było. Tylko raz zamiast chyba głównego gospodarza był innych chłopak który był bardzo miły i uśmiechnięty.

Posizione perfetta! Dentro la Medina ma ad un passo dall’esterno perciò molto comoda per trasferimenti/escursioni. Letti molto comodi e soprattutto la colazione ECCEZIONALE…ci mancherà! Tutte cose fatte in casa e spremuta fresca tutte le marttine.
Cons: Essendo le porte e le finestre tipiche con vetri colorati non c’è una grande insonorizzazione, ma loro sono comunque silenziosissimi e molto attenti a evitare che gli ospiti facciano rumore oltre le 21:30. Certo però bisogna avere un po’ di spirito di adattamento.

First of all, the manager Yazid was extremely kind and polite. He met us at the main road, walked us to the riad, and even carried our luggage, which made our arrival completely hassle-free. Check-in was smooth and easy. When we arrived, yazid and staff welcomed us with traditional Moroccan infused tea. The property feels very safe, with CCTV monitoring entry and exit, and access is limited only to guests and relevant staff. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every day. Most of the morning we had an early trip outside Marrakesh, and the staff kindly arranged breakfast for us earlier than the usual time, which we really appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily, and the staff were consistently attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try the spa due to our tight schedule, and all our trips were pre-planned, so we didn’t book excursions through the riad. The location is excellent very close to Jemaa el-Fna, the souks, Bahia Palace, and many great restaurants and hammams. Overall, it’s great value for money. Keep up the excellent work, Yazid and the entire team
Cons: Nothing major to mention. One small suggestion: improved attention to personal hygiene from one of the staff members would enhance the overall guest experience. I understand the challenges related to water scarcity and winter conditions, but maintaining basic hygiene ( taking bath - reduce the smell) is important for the comfort of both guests and staff.

It is an attractive property, good location. Enjoyed the roof top views and cosy interior. The breakfast was substantial and the staff were lovely.

Araç kiralayarak gelecekler tesisin konuma göre aracı sürmesin çünkü tesis çarşının bir kaç mahalle arkasında kaldığı için navigasyon sizi dar sokaklara sokmak zorunda bırakıyor. Mümkünse tesise yaklaşmadan 600 700 metre civarında boş bir yer varsa aracınızı park edip tesise gelin ve etrafı keşfettikten sonra aracınızı tesisin otoparkına nasıl sokacağınızı söyleyecekler.

Super emplacement proches de tous les sites touristiques avec 15 min à pied maxi. Super accueil avec mention spéciale à Yazid qui nous a très bien accueilli avec un très grand sens du service et professionnalisme. Cons: The place has seen some better days. It would need some sprucing up. Don’t understand the high praise of the breakfast. There is no breakfast bouffet, host just brings you a plate of food every morning and it is mostly just bread (usually 1 pancake, 1 bread bun and 1 sweet one. In addition they brought 1 small plate of jam, one with butter and exactly 4 pieces of processed cheese (we were 4 people)! Yes, and 1 fruit for each - an apple, kiwi… no way of choosing, one kind of fruit is just brought each morning. One more thing - you eat breakfast on the terrace. We visited during January and the weather was very cold. There is no place to eat inside. The food is cooked on the premises and is good, but how long can you eat just white bread and processed cheese?! The breakfast was a true disappointment to ve honest. One more thing we found quite inconvenient - there is not a single chair, closet or a table in the rooms! We had a room with two separate bedrooms and we did not have a place to put our clothes and other stuff. We just gad to use the nightstand (only one of two bedrooms had those) and beds themselves. There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bath and sink. I was also disappointed to see that the state of the facilities is worse than in the pictures. For example there was loads of rust on the bath, paint coming off of the railing, etc. There were some toiletries available, but there was some dark gunk at the bottom of the bottle, so we did not even dare to use it. Also - there were no labels - we would have to guess which one is shampoo, which is soap, which is shower gel. With 3 girls in our company, the hair dryer is a must. But I was shocked to see the state it was in - it was so dirty that my hand would stick on it. Also the planning of the rooms is quite weird. There was one larger room on the first floor, then super narrow stairs to the second floor with OPEN bathroom through which you can access the second bedroom.

Cons: Le riad dit avoir un parking, hors ce n'est pas le cas. Il nous oriente vers un parking proche payant et plus cher que ce qui était annoncé. Nous avions choisi ce Riad pour le parking... La chambre était plus petite que sur les photos et la litterie pas très confortable (matelas extrêmement mou). La piscine n'en est pas une non plus... c'est un micro bassin de 1,5m x 1,5m.... C'est un peu dommage.

No me gustó nada, la ubicación en zona no turística en la que no me sentí nada segura, las instalaciones muy mal mantenimiento, baños desconchados, colcha con agujeros. Estaba tan mal que nos fuimos sin dormir ninguna noche.
Cons: Muy mal mantenidas, baño en planta superior conectado por unas escaleras caracol imposibles de subir. Bañera desconchada, puerta baño que se atasca,agujeros en colchas...gato sobre almohada. Lo vimos tan mal que salimos corriendo de allí a las 21 de la noche perdiendo la reserva de 2 noches para 5 personas que teníamos. Y al hacer la reclamación también un horror, un mareo de uno a otro y perdimos el dinero de una noche a pesar de que la descripción de booking no se correspondía con ka realidad. La atención de booking también considero que podía haber sido más ágil y haber podido obligar al alojamiento a devolver las 2 noches dadas las circunstancias.

The staff was really nice . The 2 employees in charge, called Mohamed were doing everything possible to accommodate us. They have been very friendly and helpful. The young waiters serving the breakfast on the terrace were very good as well.
Cons: The room at the ground floor, directly on the patio - we tried to change, without success - was very dark and excessively humid, not romantic/ lovely at all! The bathroom was small, poorly maintained. ( Actually we even didn’t sleep there the 1st night , having found another beautiful room available, for 1 night unfortunately, in the Maud Riad . ) About the price, the Riad Dama is over evaluated: 126€ /a night for this kind of room is ridiculous!! In Essaouira we paid - through Booking as well - 85€ /a night for a wonderful room at Riad Malaika. They even upgraded us to a suite on the terrace the 2nd night. Everything was perfect there . The manager would speak with every customer to be sure everyone was doing well. And at the riad Maud, the price was € 75 for a lovely room with 1 master bed and 2 small additional beds . Decorations were exquisite . And, about the street where the Dama is situated: not nice at all !! Could be scary at night ,alone. And finally , in the description, you guys forgot to mention that the Riad Dama is situated right next to a mosque…. So you could hear the muezzin calls very clearly!!!

Un petit Riad situé dans une ruelle calme et sûre, un peu à l’écart des ruelles très passantes, mais proche de tout. Les principaux sites de Marrakech sont accessibles en 10-15 min à pied en fonction du monde dans les rues. Les chambres sont spacieuses et avec une déco à la fois simple et élégante. La chambre est refaite tous les jours. Les petits déjeuners sont servis sur la terrasse, sur le toit. Belle vue sur la ville depuis le rooftop. La composition varie en partie tous les matins. Omelettes (et alternatives) disponibles sur demande. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et de bon conseil. Toujours un petit mot en plus des politesses d’usage. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un emplacement idéal qui allie calme et proximité.

Cons: Unfortunately the heating wasn't working in my room and the weather was extremely cold during our stay. We informed the staff but they couldn't fix it. I had to get an additional blanket and duvet for my bedroom. In my vi ew, this impacted the quality of the stay. I also couldn't use the safe in my room, so I had to give my items to my travel partner to store them in their safe in their room. Unfortunately, It wasn't possible to access the Wi-Fi in my travel partners' room (Agadir Room).

The location was ideal, within walking distance of Medina center, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Our hosts, Mohammed and Moha, were so friendly and helpful. Their good energy was a blessing during our stay.
Cons: The lack of outlets to recharge devices in the room. We had to pull out lamp cords and use the bathroom sink outlet. It would be helpful to have a multi-plug adapters in the outlets.

Riad Dama is an excellent place to feel the atmosphere of Medina. It's a tipical old marrokan house, well maintained, 10 min walk from the main square. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. We had delicios dinner 2 times just in front of the fire place. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the sunrise/sunset, or take a sunbath on the sun loungers. Of course you can relax in SPA or in the little pool in the patio. And above all we really felt in home because of two young people, Moha and Mohamed, who did everithing possible to make our 4 day stay unforgettable. Enything we needed we just asked them and they did their best to help us. This exceptional people treated us like a very special guests and we realy enjoyed talking with them. We are looking forward to come again. Many thanks Moha and Mohamed!

We stayed at this Riad for one night and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely professional, kind, and above all very helpful from the very beginning. They took care of us starting from our arrival at the airport, arranging the transfer to the Riad, and continued to be available and attentive even after we had checked out. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, with a wide variety of options. The room was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly clean, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Nos han ayudado en todo lo necesario con recomendaciones, facilidades, consiguiéndonos todo lo que necesitábamos. En definitiva el trato ha sido espectacular. Appena entri, se non hai mai visto un Riad, fai wow, siamo subito stati accolti con una bottiglietta d’acqua e il tè con pasticcini. La stanza stra grande per 3 persone, pulita e accogliente. La mattina dopo in terrazza la colazione molto abbondante, tanto che ho salto il pranzo. Mohamed, parla fluentemente inglese, molto disponibile e simpatico. Mi ha dato la mappa della città, spiegandomi come arrivare alle principali attrazioni della città. La struttura non è lontana dalla piazza principale, ma la sera devi fare conto che c’è tantissima gente che gira per il mercato

El personal es muy agradable, están Mohamed de día y Mohamed de noche, los dos muy simpáticos, te ayudan en todo lo que pueden y te aconsejan sobre lugares para comer, cambiar dinero, sacar dinero, se preocupan de que tu estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Te reciben y te despiden con un té, muy de agradecer. La habitación limpísima siempre, te cambian las toallas a diario. La cama muy cómoda, estoy operada de la columna y suelo tener problemas en hoteles incluso de muchas estrellas y aquí he dormido divinamente. Era una habitación con cama grande, con dosel y una cama pequeña.Tienen un estupendo aire acondicionado, nos ha venido genial en nuestro caso para tener la habitación calentita porque era diciembre. Hablando del frío, se desayuna (si queréis comer y cenar también) en la terraza, en verano será genial, estos días hacía fresquete pero ponían cortinas y estufas. La primera noche cenamos en el riad, tardaron un bastante pero mereció la pena porque estaba todo buenísimo. El desayuno está muy bien, es distinto cada día, aunque es más bien dulce. En cuanto a la ubicación, la plaza principal está a 10 minutos andando y aunque el riad está en una callejuela, de ella sales a una calle principal llena de tiendas, puestos de comida...es una calle muy transitada y lleva directamente a la plaza Jemaa El Fna. La relación calidad precio fue muy buena, pillamos una buena oferta.
Cons: A ver, el riad ha visto tiempos mejores, necesita ciertos arreglillos, pero bueno, nada terrible, nuestra habitación era muy cómoda. Lo peor, por decir algo, la llamada a la oración de madrugada...pero eso no es culpa del riad, se oye en toda la ciudad... el primer día te sobresaltas...luego te acostumbras.

Het is aan de binnenzijde prachtig , vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is goed, ook de locatie van het riad is top. In het oude gedeelte van Marrakech en op loopafstand ( 5 min) van de Medina.
Cons: De bedden zijn erg smal en niet comfortabel. De kamer is absoluut niet het aantal vierkante meters wat er vermeld wordt op booking. De bedden zijn gemaakt van een soort pallets met een dun matrasje.

Property, the facilities, massage and the whole riad everything was very cool, but the people there, the food, it was over the top!!! Our hosts and now friends Mohamed and Moha made us feel like home and helped us skyrocket our stay at Marrakesh from many aspects of view, helped a lot! also we tried some good restaurants at the center they were good but at the riad it was better, homemade cooked meals was 10/10! Definitely recommend it if you go to Marrakesh! Staff there will help you at everything!

Riad Dama was an excellent choice for my weekend in Marrakech; there is a beautiful courtyard garden as you walk in, and the terrace where breakfast is served is comfortable with views of the city. The best thing was though, that You instantly become friends with the guys who worked there - met some fantastic people, like Mohamed, during my stay who truly welcome you.

Staff was so helpful in every way! Especially the two Mohas went out of their way to make our first time in Morocco fantastic. We were on the first floor and loved that we could take our meals or use the hot pool while right outside the room in the beautiful courtyard. They clean everything from top to bottom every day.

Location a little out of the way, but safe and quieter, though there is a speaker for call to prayer directly outside the Riad. They sent someone to get us to locate the Riad on our first night. Nice mini mart outside the Riad for water and snacks.
Cons: Breakfast was consistently late, as in 40m twice. The third time, we asked for breakfast to go, since it was our last day. The front desk asked our taken, and assured us it would be there for us in the morning. It wasn’t. Instead, the same person, had someone throw some items in a bag-chocolate cake and one bun. Overall, this felt more like a budget stay than what people associate with a Riad experience.

We stayed at Riad Dama Marrakech and had a pleasant experience. The accommodation was comfortable, with a nice terrace for breakfast and great spa facilities—we especially enjoyed the hammam and relaxing massage after our excursions. The location was convenient and close to the main square. The staff, especially the two Mohammeds, welcomed us warmly with tea and biscuits and helped us with activities, recommendations, and anything we needed. Airport transport was arranged smoothly and very convenient. The food was also great.

Posizione strategica del Riad x visitare la Medina. Respiri pace e serenità, grazie anche all'efficienza dello staff. Tutti ragazzi giovani, cordiali, simpatici, sempre pronta ad aiutarti in tutto. Molto bello il rooftop con vista sui tetti di Marrakech, si vede la Moschea....fai colazione, ti rilassi bevendo tè o anche cenare. Abbiamo cenato una sera, stanchi della giornata, e la cucina tradizionale ottima ti permette di entrare nell'atmosfera della città. Abbiamo provato anche l'hamnam con massaggio all'interno della struttura. Tutto molto comodo, rilassante, perfetto per chiudere in relax una giornata "caotica". C'è anche una piccola piscina con idromassaggio che puoi utilizzare quando vuoi. Colazioni abbondanti servite ad ogni tavolo, sempre differenti....non ho visto altri Riad, se non in foto e con recensioni altrui, ma questo per atmosfera, soprattutto per cordialità e posizione strategica lonconsiglio senza nessun dubbio

Please read negative comments as well. Riad is within walking distance to the main square and souks. Pleasant breakfast that changes each day. For a day trip, at request, the riad packed us a small breakfast to take with us. Nice hammam/massage.
Cons: We think the riad intentionally cancelled our booking and marked us as a 'no show' to avoid us leaving a bad review. I had to request a link from booking.com to be able to leave a review. Details below, but this does make me question whether they have done this before so that people can't leave negative reviews. Overall I'd rate the riad 6/10 and not worth the relatively expensive price. Details: I challenged this cancellation on the final day to the staff directly. The staff claimed that this was an error and that they had accidentally cancelled the wrong booking... but they told me that they had contacted booking.com and that booking.com had said the cancellation would be removed within 48 hours and after that I'd be able to leave a review*. I contacted booking.com straight after who said this was incorrect, that once marked as a no-show the cancellation could not be undone (meaning that the riad had basically lied to my face) and I had to ask booking.com if there was any way I could leave a review and they sent me a link. I gave the riad the 48 hours for this cancellation to be corrected just in case, but they have stopped replying to my messages and it was never corrected. *I think this may have been intentional as they knew that I could not leave a review. On the day of checkout when I challenged this, I actually felt somewhat intimidated by the response of the riad. Other negatives: - had an issue with the Aircon, riad staff repeatedly told us it would be sorted soon later that day when a replacement remote could be found, I complained and had to request a fan from the lobby for the 31° daytime temperature. When I asked a final time the staff told me there was nothing that could be done. I asked what to do over night and was told it was only 24° (I come from a cold country and picked a room with Aircon so I could sleep).

Siamo stati benissimo..!! Il Riad Dama di Marrakech è accogliente, pulito e ben tenuto, curato nei dettagli e arredato in perfetto stile marocchino. La nostra stanza per 3 persone era spaziosa, silenziosa e molto confortevole, con letti comodissimi che ci hanno garantito un ottimo riposo. Il personale è stato eccezionale: gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre presenti per ogni esigenza. La colazione che abbiamo fatto sulla bella terrazza era tutta dolce, semplice ma più che accettabile, con un caffè davvero buonissimo. E, dopo le lunghe passeggiate nella Medina, abbiamo potuto rilassarci nella jacuzzi del riad, davvero piacevolissima. Inoltre, abbiamo usufruito della spa interna, provando l’Hammam tradizionale e un massaggio rigenerante: un’esperienza da non perdere! La posizione è ottima, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale, con una passeggiata suggestiva tra i vicoli della Medina. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, autenticità e un’accoglienza calorosa nel cuore di Marrakech!

Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse über die Dächer der Stadt war wirklich schön.
Cons: Die Lage ist recht gut um alles in der Altstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen, aber die unmittelbare Umgebung als solche ist leider nicht sauber und es sind abgerissene Häuser daneben. Der Lautsprecher für den Muezzin Ruf ist direkt neben dem Riad, um 6 Uhr morgens ist man also hell wach

We had an excellent stay at Riad Dama. It’s a beautiful riad with authentic charm and a very warm atmosphere. The team of Mohammed and Mohammed were truly amazing—extremely hospitable, friendly, and always ready to help. It was a real pleasure to spend time with them in the evenings, as they shared wonderful insights and stories that helped us understand Marrakech more deeply. Highly recommended!

Location is okay, although you need to be careful of guys who ask for money and offer to accompany you. That said, the riad and the staff are very good. I was sick and they offered me tea and medicine, and in general they were really friendly. I can't suggest it more.

It was a beautiful place, and the staff is so sweet, kind and funny. They made our stay extra special. The riad is in the old town but off the main road which is really nice. Breakfast was wonderful, it is freshly made and quite a nice selection. All in all i would recommend staying here.

Que dire à part remercier toute cette jolie équipe, pour leur sympathie, leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur professionnalisme. Nous n’aurions pas pu mieux tomber. L’endroit est joli et charmant tout comme le personnel. Le nettoyage des chambres, le changement des essuies se fait chaque jour. Les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels. Great all around, an “oasis in the desert” calming, cool, tranquil, and most of all felt like home. The staff were all fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, always happy to help, me and my wife came to Marrakech on our honeymoon, and when mohammad and moham found out, they went above and beyond to make our trip extra special, breakfast was brilliant and fully set you up for a busy day. Wij hebben een voortreffelijk verblijf in Riad Dama & Spa gehad. De ligging was ideaal, op loopafstand van de de markten en het bekende plein Jemaa el-Fna. Het personeel was erg gastvrij. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison grâce à un personnel extraordinaire, d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité incroyables. Moha es lo más! Muy simpático y dispuesto a ayudar. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto y nos llevaron a la puerta del riad. Allí moha nos recibió con un te y luego nos acompañó a comprar una sim. Al día siguiente teníamos excursión muy temprano y nos preparó un desayuno para llevar. Sin duda para repetir!

Baseado na nossa experiência, Marrakech, é uma cidade em que encontramos apenas pessoas inacreditavelmente simpáticas e hospitaleiras. Neste Riad isso não foi excepção. Fazem sempre mais do que a sua função, ajudam em tudo e são super simpáticos com as crianças. O pequeno-almoço é óptimo, servido no terraço, o quarto super limpo e muito confortável e acima de tudo sentimo-nos em casa, fora de casa.
Cons: A piscina, não é uma piscina, mas sim um jacuzzi ;) Erro nosso, basta ver pelas fotografias.

We stayed only a night at this Riad in a room for 3 (1 double bed and 1 single). The staff were exceptional, great customer service and pleasant people to talk to, ready to ready to respond to any request. Supported us greatly after a negative nervous experience we had on the way to the hotel. Great historical Riad, nicely designed and authentic. Amazing inner garden with orange treees 🥰 Good breakfast at the terrace. 🤌
Cons: Some minor issues like bath faucet handle (which was fallen off all the time in the bathtub, scaring me 😆), or burnt out lamp bulb (1 of the 2) in the bathroom. Or some mould on the bathroom curtain which might be better replaced with some short curtain not to get wet but to keep privacy? The conditioner quite week, we still were too hot at night (it was put at 16°, but didn’t seem to cool). The place definitely needs to be refreshed in such little yet noticeable details. But overall it was a good experience.

Een perfecte locatie, in de medina. Superlieve host. Iedereen doet enorm zijn best om alles goed te doen. Het is er enorm schoon en het ontbijt is afwisselend en lekker. Wij verbleven op de begane grond. Ook al komen de gasten ‘‘s nachts aan, de portier zorgt ervoor dat het stil en rustig blijft. Super. Wel in de ochtend de oproep tot gebed goed hoorbaar, heeft zijn charme. In de Medina rijden met de auto is wel even een ding, sommige straten zijn erg smal. Bekijk vooraf even de kaart van de Medina, welke wegen nog begaanbaar zijn met de auto. Dan kan je redelijk dichtbij parkeren. Wij parkeerde aan de rand van de medina, bij Bab Aylan, wat een minuut of 15 lopen is. Prima te doen. Maar je kan dus dichterbij parkeren. Deze parkeerplaats was wel super qua vriendelijkheid en erg goedkoop (30dh per dag) Kijk dus naar welke toegangspoort het beste is om binnen te rijden. In de medina van Marrakesh rijden enorm veel brommers, daar moest ik aan wennen. Ze letten goed op, maar de eerste dag vond ik het met kinderen best even opletten. Kortom een top riad op een top locatie met een heerlijk verkoelende jacuzzi.

Que nos recibiera con una sonrisa muy amplia y música cubana, un chico muy agradable que en todo momento nos preguntaba si estábamos a gusto... nos dió una tarjeta del riad con un número que tenía Whatsapp por si necesitábamos algo, se preocupó en decirnos exactamente cómo llegar a la plaza grande. La habitación era muy bonita, el Riad es precioso, está en el mismo zoco, a 8 minutos andando de la plaza grande, el desayuno estaba muy generoso y muy rico. El chico que nos atendió se preocupó en todo momento si estábamos a gusto. El Riad tiene actividades, comida, estuvimos menos de 24 horas, pero ojalá haber llegado a este Riad desde el día 1 de nuestro viaje, lastimosamente fue solo el último día, pero lo voy a recomendar a todos mis conocidos... Gracias

Fantastico ryad situato nella medina di Marrakech. La posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale, e subito dietro l'inizio del suk, ma un po defilato in una stradina molto tranquilla. La struttura è molto bella, le camere ampie e pulite ed è dotata di una bella piscina con idromassaggio. Ottima anche la colazione, servita in una bella terrazza. Tout était parfait ! Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et sympathie du personnel. Nous avons testé le Hammam marocain, avec massage et soin et c’était un super moment privilégié loin du tumulte de la Medine, très ressourçant. Le jacuzzi est parfait pour se rafraîchir après les activités. Le Riad est idéalement placé au cœur de La Medine à quelques minutes de la place et des souks. À côté d’une mosquée, l’appel à la prière peut surprendre à 5h du matin mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Cela fait partie de la couleur locale. Je recommande ce Riad. Nous y reviendrons certainement si nous devions revenir à Marrakech !

Los trabajadores están pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesites, servicio de taxi, agua, pendientes del desayuno.. Nos han guardado las maletas después del check out durante 1 noche entera ( porque nos fuimos al desierto). Limpieza de habitación cada día, cambio de toallas cada día.

It was the first time I was staying in a riad and I totally loved it! First of all it was a very authentic cultural experience, nothing to do with staying in a big chain hotel, because riads are traditional Moroccan houses, so you can see how people lived (and probably live up to now) and feel the vibe. Secondly, at Dama & Spa they pay a great attention to detail: welcome drink, room decor, fountain with rose petals, scent of orange and cinnamon oils in the air, breakfast on the rooftop - you can feel guys really put heart and soul into it. Cherry on top - a jacuzzi on the first floor that you can use at any time. And they also have a cute cat, if you love cats :)) The stuff are really friendly, helpful and open for a chat, I only have good memories! To sum it up, if I came back to Marrakesh, Dama would absolutely be my first choice again.
Cons: Can't think of any really. Just keep in mind that the riad is small and rooms quickly get sold out. You really need to book in advance.

Everything in this Riad was great the staff were wonderful esp Mouad and Hicham Mouad went out of his way to help us out in any way you can imagine from guiding us back to the road after we were lost in Medina narrow streets to finding a parking space and helping us out with the luggage he was very patient with us pleasant the whole time welcoming great great attitude Hicham served us breakfast he was down to earth smiling the whole time and excellent breakfast with top notch hospitality If it was not for Mouad we were scared frustrated ready to depart from Medina old neighborhood and head out to regular hotels I m glad I overcame that bad feeling and felt safe and comfortable walking back and forth to jamaa lefnaa and enjoyed the shops very very nice experience thank you Mouad and the staff I have recommended this property and my experience to most of my friends and family already Thank you extremely great service

Exceptionnel séjour au Riad Dama ! J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour la semaine dernière au Riad Dama. L’équipe est au top ! Super accueillante, très attentionnée, toujours disponible avec le sourire, de jour comme de nuit. On sent une vraie bonne ambiance entre eux, ce qui rend l’atmosphère encore plus agréable. Un immense merci à Mouad, le responsable, toujours à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Il connaît Marrakech comme sa poche et m’a donné d’excellents plans pour profiter au mieux de mon séjour. Les chambres sont très propres, calmes et confortables, avec une literie de qualité. On n’entend aucun bruit, à part le chant des oiseaux le matin – ce que j’ai adoré ! Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse est un vrai bonheur : un bel endroit bien aménagé avec jacuzzi, transats et une vue agréable. Et surtout, l’emplacement est idéal, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la place Jamaâ El Fna, proche de tout. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Het was onze oase aan rust toen we daar nood aan hadden na de drukte in de stad. De massage was top! Ze stonden paraat voor elke vraag die we hadden en elke dag was onze kamer netjes opgefrist. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd, vooral heel erg vers!

Great location, few minutes from main square. Riad is very characterful with thoughtful interior design. The inner courtyard is beautiful. The roof terraces are also great. The staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts really good. Having a jacuzzi available 24/7 was also fab.
Cons: Listing isn’t accurate in places. No tea and coffee in rooms. And in our two bedroom suite, there was nowhere to store clothes - no closet or wardrobe and only a tiny two shelf cupboard. We ended up living out of our suitcases. Be aware that the upstairs bedroom and bathroom is accessed by a spiral metal staircase which is awkward - you can see this in the photos. And the upstairs double room is tiny.

Alojarse en un Riad no tiene nada que ver con hacerlo en un hotel. La atención es mucho más personal (más parecida a alojarte en la casa de alguien) lo que hace que la experiencia de ver la ciudad y su gente no se interrumpa cuando vuelves al alojamiento, creando así una experiencia continuada de inmersión en otro mundo. El Riad Dama es un alojamiento de excepcional ubicación al situarse a una distancia perfecta entre el zoco y Jemaa el-Fna por un lado, y la kasbah y el barrio judío por otro. Sin tener el bullicio que hay por la zona de la plaza, estás a tan sólo un paseo de 8 minutos en una zona mucho más auténtica y menos ajetreada de Marrakech. Cada día después de un desayuno (incluido) espectacular salíamos toda la mañana a descubrir nuevas zonas de la ciudad y volvíamos después de comer a descansar en la piscina para reponernos del calor. Después de un masaje de espalda por 20 euros afrontabas la tarde ya con temperaturas más asumibles para volver a salir y disfrutar de la noche marroquí. La atención de Mohamed es insuperable. Un currante ante todo con la mejor de las actitudes y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Nos recomendó sitios que ver y nos facilito todo tipo de gestiones como el viaje a Essaouira. Una mención especial a Smeagol, el gato negro rey del Riad, que es un amor. En cuanto a la ciudad, no puedo si no darle otro 10 a la gente. Las personas de Marrakech son amables, cariñosas, educadas y respetuosas. Siempre con una sonrisa y tratando igual de bien a los suyos que al turista. Todo un ejemplo de cómo entender la vida y de lo que realmente debería importar. Una sociedad mucho más centrada en el bien colectivo para así ser mejor persona, sin la influencia de un capitalismo donde la apariencia, la avaricia y el ansia priman sobre la personalidad, la honradez y la serenidad. Fue nuestro primer contacto con esta ciudad, pero desde el primer día allí supimos que seguro no iba a ser el último.

Le personnel est tellement accueillant, on se sentait comme à la maison. La ubicación no está mal. Cerca de una calle principal que te lleva a la plaza en 10 min.
Cons: La limpieza deja bastante que desear en las zonas comunes (cortinas, cojines de sofás..), las toallas de la habitación viejas y con olor raro. En cuanto a las camas he dormido en suelos más blandos, eran incomodísimas. La habitación que tenía 2 plantas era muy incómoda, el baño estaba arriba junto con la habitación de los niños y era un rollo andar subiendo y bajando además de peligroso. Había un mini armario para 4 personas, imposible dejar la ropa bien en ningún sitio. A esto hay que añadirle que está tan pegado a una mezquita que a las horas de la llamada a rezar parecía que tenías al señor orando en tu oreja. Que por un lado tiene su encanto, pero cuando rezan a las 5 de la mañana, ni gracia. Y para terminar los desayunos, nos dijeron que eran de 8 a 10 y en efecto así era. Llegabas a desayunar a las 8 (porque intentas madrugar para aprovechar el día y el fresco), te sientas y comienzan a traerte el desayuno a las 8:45 con suerte. La gente del Riad eran amables pero no se les veía nada profesionales. Yo era la segunda vez que estaba en Marrakech y nada que ver con el anterior Riad.

모로코 전통 주택을 개조한 호텔로 작지만 없는게 없는 아주 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 모로코 방문이 처음인 우리들이 필요한 것들을 Moud와 Mohamed는 친절하게 설명해주었습니다. 베르베르 문화와 역사에 대해 많은 것을 배우고 물어볼 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다도 마지막날 배탈이 난 와이프를 위해 직원들 모두가 걱정해주고 성심껏 약을 구해주고 좋은 차를 서비스해주었습니다. 광장까지 단 10분거리 밖에 되지 않는 위치도 매우 훌륭했습니다.
Cons: 5성급 호텔의 서비스와 시설을 기대한 것은 아니였지만 시원한 샤워를 하기에는 수압이 좀 약했습니다. 작은 골목 안에 위치하고 있어 도로에서 1분정도 걸어야 합니다. 바로 앞에 모스크가 있어 새벽 기도소리에 한번은 깰 수 있습니다.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and could not be more accommodating. The room was exactly as we expected, a good size and beautifully decorated. All facilities provided, great easy check in and communication prior to arrival and what a place to have a morning breakfast that extensive. A taxi transfer was booked for us, bags were kept for our check out day - honestly couldn't have asked for more. We really hope to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean riad with an amazing atmosphere that truly feels more like home than a hotel. The rooms were spotless, and I really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace each morning — such a peaceful way to start the day :) its also walkable distance for all the must see attractions. The hammam and massage experience is a must-try — incredibly relaxing and well worth it. A special thank you to Mohamed, who went above and beyond with all recommendations and tips to make my stay comfortable. He even prepared breakfast for me at 3:30 in the morning — that level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. He definitely deserves a raise :))

Cons: Bien que tout soit bien décoré, trop de choses sont presque vétustes ou mériteraient d'être remis à neuf. Par exemple, notre anciennement belle baignoire était tellement écaillée qu'il n'était pas possible de prendre un bain, hors, il n'y avait pas de rideau de douche, des coussins de chaises longues étaient plus gris que blancs.....les chambres sont très bruyantes. L'hôtel est, certes beau et bien décoré mais sur 7 hôtels que nous avons occupés en 8 jours de voyages, cet hôtel ci était largement celui qui avait le moins bon rapport qualité prix. Nous aurions été sans doute satisfait de l'hôtel si nous ne l'avions pas payé beaucoup plus cher que les autres. Attention, sur les photos, on peut penser qu'il y a une piscine et un jacuzzi. En réalité, il n'y a qu'un jacuzzi avec ou sans bulles .

Tous ont été aux petits soins pour nous, avec bienveillance et le sourire en toutes circonstances. Leurs conseils pour profiter pleinement de Marrakech nous ont été précieux. Le riad est un véritable havre de paix, avec une superbe cour intérieure fraîche et de charmants petits salons décorés avec goût, parfaits pour se reposer après une journée dans le tumulte de la médina. Le petit déjeuner local, copieux et varié chaque jour, servi sur la terrasse, était un vrai moment de bonheur. Il était aussi possible de dîner sur place, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Notre chambre était spacieuse, authentique, colorée… d'une élégance rare. Nous nous sommes senties comme des princesses ! Et que dire du massage… probablement le meilleur de ma vie, merci infiniment aux dames pour leur douceur. Le riad est idéalement situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa-el-Fna (tout droit, très simple à trouver). Nous espérons sincèrement pouvoir y revenir un jour. Todo muy limpio. El personal super amable. La terraza, donde ponen los desayunos muy bonita. Los desayunos espectaculares y las dos cenas que hicimos super, super espectaculares, un 200% para la cocinera. Si quieres, ellos te proporcionan el traslado al aeropuerto...... en fin muy recomendable

It was spacious and get very traditional but the best part was the staff - they were all so friendly and eager to help in every way they could which really made us feel welcome. I only got Ismael’s name, who gave us a huge Moroccan breakfast and helped us arrange a meeting point nearby for our airport transfer as we don’t speak French or arabic, but the other two staff we met were equally kind, helpful and great to chat to. The room, named Agadir, was big with a nice bathroom and good shower. Wish we had stayed longer!

La struttura è in ottima posizione nella Medina rispetto ai luoghi di maggior interesse, raggiungibili a piedi. È anche un'oasi di tranquillità nel frenetico via vai delle strette strade della Medina e dei souk.Ottima la colazione e la ristorazione. Personale accogliente e disponibile . L'esperienza dello hammam è senz'altro da raccomandare.

Beautiful riad in a good location with a small but good spa. Very welcoming, caring and helpful staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I loved the serenity and the peace as soon as you walked into the Riad and were away from the busy/noisy streets - was like a mini paradise.
Cons: Nothing in particular - maybe just more variety on breakfast, it was very traditional which I loved but all quite similar each day.
