Cons: La baignoire ne fonctionne pas. Le personnel n'est pas très bavard et souriant à la réception mais pour la restauration ils étaient au top et aux petits soins.

L'accueil très chaleureux, le service , tout le personnel était aux petits soins. La propreté, la beauté, lespace dans la chambre , la terrasse . Le réveil avec le chant des oiseaux. Tout était magnifique ! L'endroit est très reposant, on a pu profiter de la piscine grâce au fait qu'elle est chauffée. Si je pouvais mettre 11/10 je l'aurais fait. Cons: Je suis revenu ici un peu plus de deux ans après un premier séjour que j’avais apprécié. Malheureusement, dès mon arrivée, la déception a été totale. Le personnel a entièrement changé, et le lieu, autrefois paisible, est désormais envahi de clients. J’étais précisément venu pour éviter ce type d’affluence, qui fait aujourd’hui ressembler l’établissement à n’importe quel autre hôtel touristique. Les prix ont littéralement explosé : certains ont doublé, d’autres ont triplé, alors que le service et la qualité de la nourriture, eux, n’ont absolument pas évolué. Un tajine, auparavant à 80 dh, est désormais facturé 160 dh. C’est non seulement excessif, mais franchement abusif. Autre point inacceptable : les jardiniers circulent librement dans les jardins privatifs, sans prévenir, avec une totale indifférence à l’intimité des clients. Ils peuvent donc vous voir nu. C’est une violation flagrante de la vie privée. Au moment du check-out, j’ai découvert qu’on m’avait facturé des consommations que je n’avais jamais prises. Il a fallu insister pour obtenir une vérification, et tout a été fait pour éviter de me rembourser. J’avais payé par carte de crédit ; on m’a remboursé en liquide, sans explication valable. Pour couronner le tout, la femme de menage a récupéré l’argent que j’avais oublié dans la chambre, en prétendant avoir cru qu’il s’agissait d’un pourboire. Ce séjour a été une succession d’abus, d’amateurisme et de manque de respect. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Suite spacieuse et propre, literie très confortable, jolie terrasse ombragée. Petit-déjeuner copieux mais la qualité du café, servi en cafetière, serait à améliorer. Très beau cadre et belle piscine chauffée. La situation géographique dans la palmeraie implique un grand calme reposant loin du tumulte du centre-ville (à +-30 minutes) mais nécessite des aller-retours en taxi pour +-30 € (transferts sur demande à la réception, taxis confortables et chauffeurs discrets).

Cons: Rapport qualité/prix du restaurant et service un peu lent et inattentif. Prix des boissons 'soft' (restaurant et mini-bar) exagérés (+-7 € pour 1/2 ltr eau plate).

All the staff were so kind and caring and wanted us to have the best stay. Our youngest is neuro diverse which is always a risk staying at high end locations, but we never once felt worried. We have never used a babysitter to help us but this time we tried and the manager recommended and provided a wonderful girl to help us. It gave us much needed quality time with our other children and some hands free time to be ourselves. This is such a magical place - it’s not at all over priced and constantly over delivered… we can’t wait to come again. As our 5th trip to morroco we can’t wait confidently recommend it. Everything was more than we needed or asked for. Thank you all for making our stay really memorable xx

Our stay at this hotel in Marrakech (a bit outside of Marrakech), was absolutely amazing! Everything was super, super good. The place was spotless, and we had a beautiful suite all to ourselves. The pool was warm, the breakfast was very delicious. I stayed for one night, but next time I’ll definitely stay longer. Huge thanks to all the staff for their kindness.

Très bel hôtel confortable avec piscine chauffée ce qui est très appréciable. Le restaurant est très bon , les chambres très spacieuses. Le cadre est magnifique. Si vous recherchez un emplacement en dehors de la ville c’est top.

Cons: Le transport en taxi via l’hôtel 2 fois plus cher que si nous avions réservé en direct. Le prix de la bouteille d’eau à l’hôtel (7€ c’est vraiment exagéré) Manque d’organisation sur le petit déjeuné (plus d’assiette, plus de tasse, plus de jus d’orange… nous avons était obligé de déranger le personnel sans cesse).

L'arrivée sur les lieux procure une immersion complète. La décoration se distingue par sa finesse remarquable. La végétation luxuriante est agencée avec discernement, et la beauté des matériaux sélectionnés est exceptionnelle. L'espace généreux des chambres et le confort de la literie sont particulièrement appréciables. Il s'agit d'une véritable oasis verdoyante, sublimée par la piscine nichée dans cet écrin. Un spa de très grande qualité est également à disposition. La direction est exemplaire et le personnel se montre attentif. Le service de restauration est d'une grande qualité.

Cons: L'insonorisation de la chambre vis-à-vis des nuisances sonores extérieures, le débit insuffisant de la douche et l'absence d'eau chaude dans la baignoire ont été notés. Cependant, en dehors de ces points, l'expérience a été irréprochable.

Cons: Lors du déjeuner et des repas le service est beaucoup trop long nous avons dû demander a plusieurs reprise des serviettes des couverts etc . Nous avons manger le soir et avons attendu des boissons 45 minutes .par contre je tiens a préciser que le personnel qui s' occupe des transats et serviettes a été super et très disponible pendant tout notre séjour toujours a l écoute avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Et le personnel pas très aimable et le service très très lent Merci à Yassine de la piscine qui lui a été très gentil tt au long de notre séjour ainsi qu’à Affane . Mais sinon on a vraiment l’impression d’être de trop et de demander un service ! N’oubliez pas que nous sommes clients ! C’est vraiment dommage car le cadre est je le répète idyllique mais avec ce service là je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons Idem en arrivant on nous amène dans la chambre quelques fruits , des pâtisseries et de l’eau en bouteille plastique et la surprise au moment du Check out on nous a facturé l’eau ?? Ce n’est pas pour le prix mais pour le principe cela ne se fait pas …. Bref si vous n’y déjeuné pas et ni dîné pas c’est un bon rapport qualité / prix mais ne vous attendez pas à un service très agréable .

Au check-out, le réceptionniste nous a demandé de payer pour les petits-dejeuner, nous avons essayé de lui expliquer la situation plusieurs fois mais il ne voulait rien savoir. Dit hotel is wel afgelegen dus geschikt voor rust en als je niet het centrum in wilt want dat is ongeveer 35 min van het centrum verwijderd. Je hebt hier helemaal niets in de buurt.

Cons: Vond de spa erg tegenvallen vooral voor de prijs wat je ervoor betaalt! Ook het ontbijt mag wel wat uitgebreider. De croissants waren erg droog dus niet vers wat ik gewend ben bij andere hotels. Maar de rest van het hotel maakt dit weer goed 😇

The Villa (room) was excellent, the gardens and the swimming pool were excellent. Also the range of games in the Hotel were very good.

Cons: The breakfast was very average, the coffee being the worst aspect and there is no excuse these days for having bad coffee. Just install a Nespresso machine !

Cons: Service was slow and restaurant staff were not very friendly or attentive. Food was average and overpriced as were drinks from the bar eg 7 euros for a 75cl bottle of water. No replenishments of complimentary water in rooms despite the fact that you cannot drink water from the tap. Bill was not up to date when we left so then needed to liaise with hotel to settle.

The hotel grounds were beautiful, the pool was amazing and had great areas for lounging. A/C worked really well. Contrary to other reviews, food came out in a timely manner...it wasn't fast, but definitely in a normal range.

Cons: Unfortunately the staff made us pretty uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. We arrived about an hour before check-in and even though the room was ready, they made sure to make us feel badly about arriving early. throughout the stay, the front desk people were just pretty snobby overall. they laughed at my huaband in a mean way for walking to a store to buy water (the water at the resort was $7-8/bottle), somehow a dove got into our hotel room (i think through the fireplace) and even though my son asked for help, no one came and we ended up needing to deal with it ourselves. there was no one big thing, just overall snootiness. not a total deal breaker, but the worst I've experienced in all of my travels. the food service staff were nicer. also, the resort is obviously put of the city, as you can see on the map, but there is nothing else around it but open fields. to get to the nearest little store was a half hour walk. not necessary a bad thing, but something to be aware of.

C'est un endroit calme et reposant loin du brouhaha du centre ville de Marrakech. Le jardin est magnifique, beaucoup de petits endroits amenagés pour se reposer, se ressourcer et profiter de la piscine. Dès que vous arrivez à l’hôtel vous passez par un petit patiot absolument magnifique. La Direction ainsi que le personnel sont adorables et aux petits soins pour la clientèle tous très sympathiques et 😃 souriants.

Great king size bedroom, great size and had a great terrace to sit and enjoy. The pool area was nice with plenty of loungers and towels available.. Some of furnishings in the hotel are a tad tired and would benefit from a refresh. However our overall experience was not good at all in terms of the food and the service. Twice we waited over an hour for our meal to come and the second time the chicken I was served was raw. I sent it back and the response was that the chef said it was how it should be cooked. The communication with staff and level of care was very poor. I would not recommend staying here.

Very friendly staff, very clean, very spacious lovely rooms. Lovely food. Service is slow - often you have to go looking for your order! This may be becouse it was Ramadan and perhaps the staff were tired from not eating. For the money the place is excellent. Pillows a little hard but bathrooms fabulous. I would encourage people to go if on a budget. As said, excellent value for the money.

Fabulous hotel, the only one that we would choose for a comeback to Marrakech. The personeel is extremely attentive, well qualified and keen to make every stay perfect. They offered a lot of freebies and a free upgrade. The room itself was spectacular, huge, we had our private pool and private garden area. Very quiet, relaxing, we loved everything. The big pool area is very beautiful. Lots of palm trees everywhere and flowers. Absolutely beautiful, I cannot describe how happy I am for this stay.

Cons: You need a taxi to go to the city, there is not much to do outside the hotel. But for us it was not a problem. The reception called a taxi for us everytime we asked for one.

Book your own transport and excursions…… they inflate the prices ridiculously. U can do it through bookings.com for as little as £16 including transport. Other that the manager is amazing supppper amazing. He will make you so comfortable and he is ready to win. I will definitely go back because of him. His hospitality is amazing. U will be safe in his care. NASA makes sure you are carter for. The hotel is a little bit out of the way but u get that serenity and extra comfort. Couple will enjoy it. The rooms are too big to be own ur own. Very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. I will courage ppl to give them a try. 5star but the breakfast wasn’t for me.

Smaller Pool was heated and 2 or 3 adults could use it easily. Our stay was novemeber. It could be used in winter from September to February. Ideally you should car hire as it is around 10km from city. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was really good at the place.

Cons: No doors to the toilets and bathroom. When you have other adults this makes privacy difficult. We had to shout out whenever the toilet was used so everyone knew it was in use. Modesty is important specially for a muslim family. Bathroom/toilets should have doors.

There is nothing around hotel so If you are planning to stay in this hotel keep in mind that there are no local amenities even you can't go out in evening for a walk outside the hotel. Breakfast was average. Food in restaurant was average however their pizza are nice. We were travelling with kids but they were unable to accommodate adjacent or close by from our room. Due to a cooperate booking hotel, it was forced to check out all guests by 12pm and couldn't extended our stay for another an hour or so which is bit harsh specially when your flight is around 7pm and you are travelling with kids.

The location is far from the city center, but close if you have a car or a taxi, which allows you to get out of the confusion and mess that is the center of the city. The pool area, although it seems bigger in the photos, it’s a quite nice area to chill. The room had a big Smart TV, which allowed us to watch Netflix.

Cons: Although in booking it has a classification of 9, I don’t know why. The staff is very nice but I need to be honest and say that things are not very professional. We booked a Deluxe Room, and when we arrived, they said that we would get an “upgrade” for the first two nights. When we arrived to the room, we noticed that it was exactly what we booked and so maybe there was a mistake. On the last day, they met us at the pool and request to change the room, since the upgrade was over. We thought it was strange but still, we took time during the day, during our vacations, took everything from the room, went to the reception, waited for the key to the new room and… it was a studio. Way worst than the one we were and definitely below what we paid for, and also, it smelled weird and it had hairs all over the floor. Upon this unpleasant surprise, we spoke to the receptionist and before calling who we believe it’s the manager, she kind of tried to mislead us saying that our first two nights were an upgrade but, in reality, there was never an upgrade. It was exactly the room we booked and they tried to change it, for worst! And we do think they knew exactly what they were doing, they know we booked a deluxe room. At last, there were cockroaches in our bathroom, inside the room, for three days straight! When we talked about this, which we did in the first night and upon check out, no seemed to care. Not an apology, not a nice treat, just literally moving on from the conversation. At last, some things lack a bit of a presentation and care. For example, we paid 60 Dihrams (6 euros) for a plate of fruit which was the most basic plate ever (see photos). Another example was the burger we ordered. All completely frozen in a 5 star hotel (9 classification on booking). Maybe it’s a 5 star hotel in Marrocco, but please note that if you come from Europe, you will feel like it’s a 3 star.

Breakfast was such a lovely treat to have by the pool! The food at dinner was some of the best we had in Morocco AND they have AC when many places in Marrakech do not. For a place with such a hot August, a lavish room with an area for coffee, room service and a private pool was absolutely appreciated. It was nice to stay at a resort style place without sacrificing culture. The rooms were decorated with incredible Moroccan details and the location was just 20minutes from the busy Medina. The front desk staff was wonderful! Our car rental didn't work out (our problem) and they took to upon themselves to call for a driver who we could hire to take us to the desert and to Casablanca the following day (shout out to Muhammed!) What an incredible stress taken off our backs. Thank you endlessly Hotel Mirage!

Cons: My kids, husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel in Marrakesh. I would have left a positive review however when we arrived back home in our country. We received an email and we saw 1500 dirham had been charged from our credit card. My husband called the hotel why they had charged us. They told us they had sent an email. We read the email and some photo's were included. The email said that we had damaged some towels and the photo's showed dirty unwashed towels with stains. They claimed the stains could not be washed. We are disappointed because they could have told us this when we were there. So we could see for ourself. On the day of our leave we waited more then 3 hours in the hotel before we left to the airport. But no.... they waited till we got home to send us an email and charged us 1500 dirham from our credit card. So disappointing and inappropriate. Those stained towels could have been from anyone who stayed in the hotel. If they tried to wash the towels, the stains would have come off. Why send us pictures of dirty towels and charged us for this? They claimed 14! towels have been damaged. Like how?? And did they save up all the dirty towels during our stay?? By the way the towels were not new. They were already worn out. The stains were for example most likely from a bloody toe when my husband bumped his toe in the room and it started to bleed. My kids went for a quad ride in the dessert. When they got back they were covered with yellow desert sand. They washed their faces and wiped there clothes with the towels. What should they have done else? Also the meals in the hotel were not very tasty and not cheap. The burgers and fries were not fresh en very dry. You can't order food from outside of the hotel because the hotel is far from the city centre. Glovo or other delivery companies doesn't deliver at the hotel. In the neighbourhood there is nothing nearby where you can eat or buy food.

The pool is great if you’re looking for a relaxing place to hangout in the sun, and want a space large enough to actually swim in.

Cons: Not particularly clean. Our room wasn’t ready at 15:00, and when they said it was ready they were still cleaning. I found a LARGE cockroach running riot in the bathroom in the middle of the night, and several dead ones (they treat the each room as apparently it’s a problem), and generally felt like the rooms were not super clean. Also smelled of smoke which they just tried to mask with scents. When I raised the issue with the front desk, the young lady was super understanding and friendly, but as soon as it was escalated to the male manager and the head cleaning lady, the response was quite poor until I mentioned that I had photos (which I will not post). The sense of luxury in terms of space and greenery is undermined by the cleanliness (above) and the finish. Look around the edges and you see a lot of patch jobs (screws used to wedge spotlights in place, grime on windows hidden by blinds, etc.). Wait times for food in the restaurant were laughable. Folks complained next to us that they waited an hour just to get some wine. While we waited for nearly an hour just to get a burger (which was great!) and spaghetti bolognaise. Friendly enough waiting staff, just not very attentive (some of them at least). Breakfast buffet was ok but not amazing. Also tried to charge us for beer from the mini bar upon exit - the head cleaning lady was quite aggressive about it, only to discover that she hadn’t checked the middle shelf after I insisted she went back to check with her manager.

Cons: The people from reception are very rude. The room service and the waitress are very kind. No words. But the staff from the reception does not know how to behave. We were 4 girls in the hotel. The room was registered on my name. One of our friend has flight earlier that we. She was departed at night a 3am. So when the driver came to take her to the airport, the receptionist and security started to shout at her and did not let her out, saying that she did not pay bills. She was explaining, that the girls are still in the room, and they are the ones who will pay tomorrow after check out. Anyway they were screaming and behaving very ugly. Only with the help of our driver who could speak with them on Arabic they let her go. It was awful. And the next day when we checked out they did not even apologize.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations and the staff couldn't have done more for us. Our room was very spacious and opulent and the bathroom was huge too. The heated pool was fantastic and there are plenty of sun loungers to go around. We enjoyed lunch and drinks poolside during our stay but didn't have a chance to have dinner. The breakfast is a decent spread with hot and cold options and eggs cooked to order. My only slight complaint is the cake served at breakfast was really dry and inedible as if it had been left out for a few days but there were plenty of other options to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and overall, it was a good experience. The family room we stayed in was spacious and had a nice balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. However, there were a few issues that we encountered during our stay. The door that was supposed to separate the rooms didn't work properly, and there was a gap that allowed us to see through to the other side. This lack of privacy was a bit disappointing. Despite this issue, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were decent. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and spacious accommodation option.

Cons: While the property itself was nice and the room was comfortable, I was not a fan of the location. It was quite far from the main attractions, such as Jemaa el-Fnaa, and it cost us around 150 dirhams each way to get there. Having to spend extra time and money on transportation was a bit of a downside for me, as I prefer to stay closer to the center of the action when I travel. If convenience and proximity to attractions are important to you, I would recommend looking for a hotel that is more centrally located.

Cons: The worst dining and service experience we have ever had on holiday! Took 2-3 hours for our starter and main to arrive. 1 hour for our wine/soft drinks to arrive and when it did it was left on table uncorked for 15 mins until we asked waitress to uncork it. The potatoes in the starter nicoise salad were raw. The chicken supreme had no supreme and was just a dry piece of grilled chicken with some chips costing 180Mad (we were told that’s how they serve it in Marrakesh). And after waiting 3 hours for our mains - we then got a dish we didn’t order because what we wanted had sold out (even though we were the second group in the restaurant at 7pm as were really hungry) We were never offered a glass of wine as an apology for the wait and our only refund was for the dish we never received! We felt totally ripped off and exhausted by the end of it all. When we complained that we had been sitting in the restaurant for 2 hours and hadn't eaten a single thing we had no apology and talked to really rudely. And lastly we have a light flicking over our table on and off for about 30 minutes of the evening. We were also made to feel really awkward the next day when around the pool. We actually really liked the hotel when we arrived and was going to come back and recommend to friends but can honestly say we couldn’t get out fast enough. Food and service is worst we have ever had in 30 years!

The staff made the stay a wonderful experience .The breakfast was exceptional. The main cool was chilly but we loved it (we are from northern England). The smaller pool was warm and delightful on a sunny April day, especially when the younger children had left! We stayed 2 nights and then stayed in a Riad in the centre of the medina after this, but hopefully, when we return to Marrakesh we will return to Palais d ‘ mirage and commute in ,in the readily available taxis.

Cons: In our accommodation there was a small pool - we couldn’t use it as there was a lot of foliage in it. Cocktails and wine not the best. Evening menu - a little explanation may have helped- would have liked some vegetables with the beef tagine.

The staff are super friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The pool and it’s surroundings are beautiful and having the warm pool (which is about 9x7m) is great for kids. It’s enough to splash around in. The main pool is cold but big enough to swim lengths.

Cons: It’s quite far from town. This wasn’t a surprise, it’s clear when booking, but if you want to go into the medina each day then be prepared to spend £25 a day on taxis. It’s a shame there’s no shuttle.

Cons: The restaurant was not very good for dinner, in our experience. We waited very long time to be served and then the food was arriving item by item with my friend waiting 1 hour for the side to her main. My other friend received her salmon half raw, and when she returned it the waitress didn't even offer to bring something else or to take it off the bill. We didn't want to make fuss about it so we left pretty hungry. We didn't explore the area around but I don't think there are many alternatives for food. If you are offered discount on the hamman packages, do make sure that it is applied if you bill it to your room- we were offered 20% off if we got 4 hamman packages, but unfortunately it was not honoured and we didn't noticed until after we left.

Luxurious rooms and public areas, set in lovely gardens, are beautifully designed and decorated. Everything appears new and in perfect condition. My room was sumptuous…huge and fit for a sultan… a fantasy of Moroccan elegance. The beautiful dining room has a large wood burning fireplace that takes the chill off cold Moroccan mornings and evenings in winter, and the food is a delicious mix of Moroccan and European specialties. A very nice breakfast buffet is provided. The pool is large and beautifully landscaped…and a small part of it is heated. Service at the hotel is very friendly, accommodating, and efficient both at the front desk and in the dining room. WiFi was strong and reliable everywhere.

Cons: The hotel is quite a distance from the Medina in Marrakech and is isolated in a walled compound with no outside services in the neighborhood. Taxis to Marrakech must be called 30 minutes in advance and cost about $15 (US) each way, so spontaneous walk-abouts in the city are difficult and expensive unless you have your own car.

Well organized in what I think is a renovated ryad. Everything was under-control, well handled. I stayed in a King Studio: spacious, confortable, with all you need. The shared main swimming-pool has a heated corner (maybe 2mx5m) that makes you enjoy a bath also in the less warmer season. The gym was sufficiently equipped with the strict necessary. The Wifi works perfectly everywhere.

Cons: The gym room could have been slightly more clean, the bevarages, compared to similar structures, are a bit overpriced, and the massage at the SPA lasted 15 minutes than it was supposed to be (I did not raise the point tho, as I should not ask to respect the timing). Kids around the swimming pool area have been a bit too noisy.

A very nice boutique hotel out of hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Very big rooms, comfortable bed with crisp sheets.The biggest highlight is the heated small pool, +32 degrees. A green lush scenery around it, chickens and goat reserve, which our son found delightful. Big thank you to the hardworking stuff and Omeima for looking after us. The only suggestion, is perhaps to increase the amount of stuff in the restaurant during lunch and dinner, as the service was a bit slow due to shortage of people, we felt. Overall, a very nice relaxing stay for families and the kids.

This is a beautiful property away from the hustle of the city. The room we had was huge and felt luxurious with a big private terrace. Above all though we looked the impeccable service. The staff is extremely professional and made us feel welcome right from the start. Truly exceptional management and team. Awesome experience !!! I was in marrakech for business. i needed a place to relax, enjoying the moroccan hospitality and warmth. The staff makes you feel at home, professional and smiling they did everything to satisfy the customer. Lunch in the room, dinner in the restaurant, the suite, and the hot pool was everything perfect! I will definitely come back, whether for business or for a holidays with family!

It is very spacious, and gardens are nice, but the heated pool is tiny, almost like a big jacuzzi area but without any action. There are small pools next to some of the suite rooms and that could be nice in summer.

Cons: It may be nicer in summer, but for a foreign tourist, there is not much to be done at the hotel. You need to take a cab to the city all the time. Breakfast items are not replenished, so around 10am it is not a nice picture in the open buffet area. No hot drinks as the drinks in thermosses are gone or cold by then. And no one asks if you want tea or coffee or an omelette. It feels a bit weird. Staff at the restaurant very attentive and nice to talk to but food supplies seem a bit inadequate. Also the Spa concept in Morocco is very limited, you can't just go in and spend time in a steam room or sauna. You can book treatments in hammam/steam room like rooms.

Our stay was wonderful, a beautiful property and friendly staff. The kids loved the pool, especially the smaller one of the two - they were in it all day! The grounds were lovely to walk around and our room (suite!) was amazing!

Cons: Service was slow. We had to remind the staff about things and often taxis took a long while to turn up, even if we did give an hours notice. Breakfast is fairly basic and it would have been good to cover more of the buffet food as there were a lot of flies around.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. A fantastic place. We received and upgrade to a super spacious loft room. Ideal hotel for visiting the city and enjoying a relaxing and beautiful oasis on the outskirts of the city. The pool areas is amazing. The staff a fantastic. Highly recommend using the spar facilities and getting a massage. You really do feel that you are a valued guest. Very friendly and keen to help. The food is great too, but you are only 20 minutes into the centre by taxi if you want some variety.

Cons: Nothing - ran out Casablanca beer one night but that was probability down to me!

We loved the size of the villa and rooms we received for a beautiful price! One of the best resorts we stayed at so far. It's like oasis outside medina chaos. Super friendly staff, room was spacious and clean, high speed internet everywhere in case you're working remotely, magnificent pool, delicious breakfast every morning where Oumima is always there smiling trying her best to keep us full and location is not far away from medina but definitely you will need a car cause relying on taxis will cost a lot.

Cons: Our first day was nice and relaxing and private. The next day someone from reception came and said they had an hour of work 2 meters from our pool. To our surprise, that work lasted until we checked out. During our entire stay we heard the hammering of drilling machines and noise from employees entering our garden which started at 06... The front desk kept saying it only lasts "1 hour" even though we repeatedly told them that we were there to relax in peace and quiet... Great hotel with nice staff, but lousy management!!!

Excellent breakfast buffet, with omelettes cooked to order. The pool was great, with a number of guest rooms around its perimeter. The suite we were given was bigger than the footprint of my house! An enormous bed, a separate lounge area, corridor with storage to the huge bathroom. All the staff seemed genuinely pleased to see us and were very helpful.

Cons: Dinner menu was a bit limited, which was a shame as the location is so far away from anywhere else that there is no choice but to eat in the restaurant or get a taxi into Marrakech. Some of the facilities look a bit tired - the "petting zoo" in particular is just a pen of goats and a chicken coop.

Cons: Check-in delayed two hours because room was not ready. We got a standard room to start with (despite paying for presidential suite) and ended up in a junior suite. Sharam hotel manager insisted that the junior suite was the presidential suite when it clearly wasn't. We felt that Sharam tried to deceive us which wasn't a nice experience. Second night we finally got the presidential suite with help from Zaid receptionist, who seemed much more professional and caring. We never got a refund for not staying at the presidential suite for the first night and Sharam never apologised for lying.

The pool area was stunning - it felt like being in a tropical paradise. The pool itself was large with a heated and unheated section and the sunbeds were never full so it was very peaceful.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, walking around the ground of the hotel is like getting lost in a little piece of paradise. The rooms are clean and spacious and the food in the restaurant is very tasty. The staff was very nice and helpful for most of our requests like booking a spa treatment or finding us a taxi to go to the city center (which takes about 15-20min to get there and will cost you around 10-15€ depending on which part of the city you want to go to)

Cons: On the day of departure we were supposed to check out at 12:00, nevertheless the staff started chasing us around 11:30 to leave the room so they could start preparing it for the next guest. since our flight was only in the evening we had planned to stay by the pool for the rest of the afternoon (which we’ve always been able to do in the other hotels we have stayed at) unfortunately at 12:00 we were told we had to leave the hotel immediately and we could not stay any longer on the grounds. we then found out that the gardens were booked for a private party later that day and that was the reason we had to go. we understand that the people that rented the space would want some privacy. My issue is more with the hotel staff and the way this incident was handled. it would have been more respectful to warn us (and some other guests the were in the same situation) the day before so we would have organized ourselves better instead of having to go to the airport 6h before our flight since we had all our suitcases with us. it’s a pitty our stay had to end this way.

We stayed in one of the two villas, and were blown away by its size and decor. Literally a palace and with the convenience of being located within the hotel grounds. Special mention to Charef who organised our BBQ faciliites. A 20 minute drive into Marrakech which will set you back 150 Dirhams by taxi.
