No hay jabΓ³n, asΓ que tendrΓ‘s que comprar o traΓ©rtelo de EspaΓ±a, ni secador de pelo, ni nada del estilo, ni siquiera toalla de pies, ni cabeza, ni manos, es decir, una toalla grande para cada persona y ya estΓ‘. El hotel estΓ‘ bien ubicado, las calles al principio dan impresiΓ³n pero estΓ‘n muy bien iluminadas y no hay peligro. La cama estΓ‘ cΓ³moda y hay aire acondicionado / calefacciΓ³n.
Cons: No habΓa toallas, solo una grande, faltan de pies y alguna de mano o pelo. No te dejan ni un jabΓ³n para el cuerpo, tuvimos que comprar.

La struttura è bellissima e molto accogliente, le camere sono ampie e anche la doccia lo è. Sono stati molto disponibili durante tutto il nostro soggiorno e abbiamo gustato il miglior tè di tutto il viaggio. Le stanze sono molto silenziose e non siamo mai stati disturbati da qualche rumore. Ci hanno anche servito un'ottima cena tradizionale marocchina e sono venuti incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze alimentari.

Camera spaziosa. Bagno un po' datato ma tutto funzionava! Forse la posizione non è la migliore della Medina, ma è tutto talmente vicino (souk e piazza Jemaa El fna a 20 Min a piedi) che non è poi così importante

Staff were really friendly and made you feel at home. It's in the heart of the medina. We had the traditional meal cooked on the night of arrival. It was my partners birthday which I told them before we arrived and they organised a birthday cake for her. Come siamo arrivati dall'aeroporto con il taxi della struttura, sono venuti a prenderci a piedi perchΓ© in tante strade non Γ¨ possibile raggiungerle in macchina. La riad era molto bella, un posto tranquillo e pulito. Sono stati molto disponibili a qualsiasi nostra richiesta, sempre gentili e tutti con il sorriso, nonostante la barriera della lingua. L'host parlava e capiva l'italiano. La colazione genuina, con prodotti locali, ottimo il rapporto qualitΓ prezzo.
Cons: L'unica pecca Γ¨ la posizione, un pochino spostata e isolata, ma la maggior parte delle Riad sono nei vicoletti, ma comunque posizione tranquilla nessuno ci ha mai infastidito

Il riad Γ¨ bellissimo, lo spazio comune Γ¨ ampio e suggestivo con la piccola piscina e le piante, Γ¨ un piacere passare del tempo sui divanetti dopo cena. Anche la colazione e l'eventuale cena sono servite a bordo della piscina e l'ambiente Γ¨ molto rilassante. La colazione Γ¨ ottima, e consigliamo di provare anche la cena tipica marocchina in quanto il tajine di pollo, cipolla e uvetta Γ¨ meraviglioso. La stanza era piccola ma confortevole e molto caratteristica. Il vero punto di forza di questo riad Γ¨ la famiglia che lo gestisce: sempre presenti, premurosi, accoglienti, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento.
Cons: L'unico punto negativo, il riad si trova in una zona veramente poco turistica e poco frequentata, per raggiungerlo bisogna percorrere diversi vicoletti (google maps funziona correttamente).

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Raffaa. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning. Highly recommended!

El Interior del Riad es precioso. El personal es muy amable. Tienen WiFi y funciona muy bien. Estaba limpio. La ducha es muy amplia. Tiene aire acondicionado y enfrΓa muy bien. El sitio es tranquilo. El desayuno estaba rico y consistΓa en zumo de naranja, cafΓ©, leche, te de menta,1 pan, mantequilla y mermeladas, yogurt de vainilla, 1tortita, 1 huevo duro y 1 ensaimada. TenΓamos la entrada a la 13H , llegamos antes y pudimos entrar antes, a las 11:45H. AdemΓ‘s te ofrecen excursiones aunque no cogimos ninguna porque las tenΓamos contratadas desde EspaΓ±a. Y te facilitan el servicio de taxi. AcompaΓ±Γ‘ndote hasta el taxi ya que no pueden llegar a la puerta y te llevan las maletas. En nuestro caso lo cogimos para la vuelta y la experiencia fue genial. AdemΓ‘s el taxista nos fue explicando cosas de la ciudad todo el recorrido hasta el aeropuerto. Nos costΓ³ 150 diramhs que son 15β¬ aproximadamente.
Cons: Poca flexibilidad. TenΓamos el desayuno incluido y el horario es de 8:30 a 10:30H. Dos dΓas tenΓamos excursiΓ³n y tenΓamos que salir antes del Riad. Les preguntamos si podΓamos desayunar antes, si podΓan ponerlo para llevar, o incluso cambiarlo por la cena pagando la diferencia y nos dijeron a todo que no era posible por lo que perdimos el desayuno de dos dΓas. El Riad estΓ‘ en la medina vieja, lo que supone que los taxis no pueden llegar hasta la misma puerta y desde donde te dejan tienes que andar por algunas calles que no estΓ‘n en buen estado. El primer dΓa choca un poco. DespuΓ©s te acostumbras. El ultimo dΓa no tuvimos agua caliente, lo dijimos, intentaron arreglarlo pero no consiguieron arreglarlo por lo que tuvimos que ducharnos con agua frΓa.

Lo mejor es el personal, son muy amables y estan siempre para lo que necesites. AdemΓ‘s puedes contratar todo tipo de servicios con ellos sin problema y con total seguridad.

Todo, la familia y todo el personal que lleva el Riad no pueden ser mΓ‘s atentos. EstΓ‘n disponibles 24h tanto allΓ como por whatsapp o telΓ©fono. El alojamiento estΓ‘ bien situado. Si haces excursiones el Riad es perfecto para los puntos de encuentro. Puedes andar descalzo por toda la instalaciΓ³n porque estΓ‘ todo impecable. El desayuno estΓ‘ muy bien. Nosotros en particular tuvimos que dejar las maletas mΓ‘s tarde que la hora de salida y no tuvieron ningΓΊn problema. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Cons: Like I said, the surroundings. Although is very close to the main Bab Doukkala street, trying to find the riad between the narrow streets could be a little scary, specially at night. They didn't provide any toiletries so we had to go and buy at least soap.

I stayed here with 4 friends. We are all young, American study abroad students who are new and fairly inexperienced travelers. We arrived at night, the location was difficult to find and didnβt feel safe as there was a lot of dark alleys to get there and maps didnβt work in this area. I would recommend downloading the offline map of the area if staying here. As a group of young girls, we did not feel safe in the area and were very sketched out on our walk there. Location is ideal for sight seeing but I would avoid after dark if a woman. Also, there was a lock on the outside of only our door which we thought was very weird and made us uncomfortable, but we addressed the host and he explained to us that it is just a part of Moroccan architecture. Host was so so kind and very accommodating. We were greeted with hot tea, and he walked us everywhere we needed to go. Even woke up at 6am to walk us to our location which we were being picked up by a driver and waited with us as well. He was the main reason we felt safe. If staying here, I would recommend arriving and leaving during daylight hours but overall it was a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was great just off a main thoroughfare in the Medina - but maybe a little hard to find π€£ There were restaurants close by and it wasnβt too far to walk from where the bus dropped us. Despite it being so central it was very quiet and peaceful there.

The amazing swimming pool is a real hidden gem, and certainly one of the main reasons to choose this ryad. The staff is also very helpful: they offered us tea at the arrival I did not try the breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning. The location was easy to find and reach. Overall, the price was very good value. The owner speak some italian and was very kind. There are two wonderful cats.

Staff were all friendly. Apart from teenage? lad & 30yo guy, English not spoken at all (nor French). Beautiful inner building, with plunge pool & roof terrace.
Cons: Nearly impossible to find .. even the front door had zero indication! SatNav said 10mins to B&B .. found it after 30mins with "local guide" (who wanted paid). It was a v.stressful start to holiday in 30Β° temps with luggage. Bedroom was grubby: summer quilt was stained/dirty, big hole in bathtowel, no bathmat for shower, no hot water in tiny handbasin, room not cleaned during our stay (bin full, thick dust on headboard etc, no fresh towels, old piece of soap, cat family allowed to roam freely). Bedroom door left unlocked one day - presumably by the Cleaner? - with valuables in room. Ground floor loo never had any paper or handtowel. Google satnav is a godsend, but in such tight confinement in the Medina etc you have to heavily "interpret" its guidance!

We were delayed by the airport and the guys at the Riad made sure there was someone to pick us up and still made us dinner even though we were so late. It was the best meal we ate on our trip. As soon as we walked in we fell in love with the tranquility, it was just off the street so nice and central but lovely and quiet, it was cool and beautifully decorated. It was better than we expected, they were friendly, easy to talk to and joke with and so so helpful. The breakfast was lovely, fresh pastry and bread every morning with the best mint tea!! We would very much recommend. The animals were a big bonus for us. Thank you

I think the staff was great, so nice and friendly, specially Amine, the breakfast was delicious and adequate, and they were kind letting us stay a bit longer in the garden after the checkout, it is a beautiful Riad just like in the pictures and the room was beautiful and spacious enough, they also arranged a transfer for us which was great since we arrived pretty late and our flight had a delay, communication was smooth, staff was responsive.
Cons: The riad is a bit hidden, but close to everything and the staff explained to us how to get to the main places from the Riad which were close around 6 -10 min walking, if you're good with directions you probably won't have problem moving around, otherwise Google maps can help.

We stayed a night in this riad. This is located very deep inside the Medina but once the staff explained the route, it is very easy to locate. The staff was very helpful and even come to pick me up from outside. The property was clean and breakfast area is very beautiful.
Cons: After checkin we went outside and came back late at night to the riad and discovered no hot water at all and even pressure of cold water was not good and it was too cold to use even for adults. Everything was fine until morning when Anas (another staff) who sold us an excursion which was awful. In entire Morocco the common practice was to pay in euro or dirham and 1 euro = 10 dirham was the rate everywhere, everyday and every time but in this riad Anas were converting with the internet exchange rate by googling it. We had booked 3 days trip to Sahara with him and that turned out awful. To visit Sahara desert was our priority and we have been deceived and scammed. He had shown us good picture of tents but in reality it was very different. We had travelled with three kids(15, 9 and 7). They didn't plan it properly this entire trip. When we completed the minibus journey (from where we should get the camel ride to the tent), we found the camel was not ready at all and they were not expecting us. So the minibus took us to the other point where not enough camel was available so few person has to take 4x4 ride and rest with camel. The seat on the camel was very uncomfortable and not padded well. Every members of our group had suffered a lot including our children. When reached to the tent to our surprise there was no curtain or door in the toilet don't know if they were expecting us to use the toilet in front of our children. There was no hot water at all and even the cold water was available only during the night. No water at all in the morning to wash hand and brush teeth even to flush the toilet. We were looking forward to our trip to Merzouga but unfortunately we have been deceived . They took the money but didnβt provide the service. Iβll not recommend anyone to book any excursions with them. There service was very awful and very disappointing.

At first glance, the location seems a bit creepy (the Riad is situated at the end of an eerie-looking blind alley), but once you meander the crowded streets of the city, you notice it's not that weird and you even fancy the thrill of it. Besides that, the staff are welcoming and helpful, so if I ever decided to go back to Marrakech, I wouldn't hesitate to book the same accommodation. Totally worth it!

The facility is almost luxury inside with, I feel, authentic Arabian courtyard design. It is gorgeous, especially after coming in from a dark and narrow entrance way to the property. The owner speaks perfect English which helped us a lot.
Cons: The accessibility is poor. The alley ways are narrow and windy, especially after the earthquake that caused some barriers. It was difficult to drag large baggages to the property.

Staying in the medina meant we felt a bit spooked walking back at night, but they have 24 hour staffed reception which made us feel very safe. The people were friendly, it's a large family and there is always someone to help (e.g. opening the external door). The air conditioner is not loud (which allow to sleep!) and the beds are comfortable. The room is not huge but nothing is actually missing. The breakfast is excellent and they changed some bakery product every day to avoid it too monotonous.
Cons: Maybe a small fridge in the room would be better. Also it's not always easy to communicate with the family member as some of them don't speak English. The most important thing we didn't like was that they recommend a guide (who was there with them) for a camel+quad trip, who sold us a 2-3h trip. For 2 quads he asked a price which was at least double the one we would have paid with any other reasonable trip (recommendation: always have a look online and don't use these people). Overall don't trust them and don't buy services for trips, in 3 we paid 100 euros while a usual price range would be 15-25 euros with one quad each. When one of the quad broke down we weren't given any replacement. Also the camel ride was really short and in a bad location.

the people running the Riad- amine, anas, sherif, janna. their contacts- mohamed who collected is from the airport and brought us back plus toured us around. even jalal and zacaria. they are all excellent! the Riad could be hard to find but amine or others will walk with us to make sure we wont be lost. amine arranged all our tours. i have to say, we were able to relax knowing we are coveredβΊοΈ oh dont forget the relaxing ambiance of the Riad!

The Riad is great value for money! But the best thing of all is the family run vibe- they welcomed me with open arms and did everything and more to help. You roughly obtain the same prices when booking online. However, you wont get the convenient add-ons including making sure everybody in our group (5) met at the same place without trouble bearing in mind it's difficult to navigate inside the madina. The host Amine did all these for us as our friends stayed in another hotel. The dinner can be reserved for 10 euros per adults. We reserved for adults as it's enough for 3 of us (we have a 5 year old boy and eats a lot :)). The taste is so much better than whatever you can get from the restaurants. if you need dinner, best to reserve with the host. Breakfast is ready the moment we get down from the room. Host's parents are surpurb in preparing all the foods! They have 2 cats and 1 dog, this entertained my boy! The roof Terrance is very nice, very good place to enjoy sunshine while having a cup of coffee or tea. I finished my assignment there as well! WiFi works very much no matter of the device outside the room. Does not work well in the room. It works, but the speed is not comparable to that when you are outside of the room. Room cleaned every day if you leave the key or just don't lock the room.

This family-run Riad is in a great location in the Medina and being on a street dead-end, was quiet and had no noise from outside. The host is an extremely nice and helpful person, he always has a smile on his face (like everyone else in his family) and the family prepared us a great dinner on our request. The Riad is nice, has 3 cats and some birds which was really lovely for the kids. Our room was big enough for 4 persons and comfortable. it just missed privacy for the bathroom, would have been nice if it had an actual door instead of a curtain. Thanks again for the stay and the good energy!

Good location with friendly staff. The accommodation was basic but good value for money. Easy walk to the Main square.
Cons: Shower was hot but had to hold on to it to have a shower. Decor in room was in needed of updating. Friends room had tiles and was better than mine.

At the reception on arrival, the kindness and the tea. The help for our departure early morning with the taxi arranged upfront. The glass of salted water on request for throat pain. The well maintained refreshing pool.
Cons: The room and the blankets seamed a bit old fashioned.

We like how the accommodation is nestled in the middle of Medina. It has a lovely square at the reception with a pool in the middle. The reception and host was very friendly and accommodating. The reception makes you friendly the way it was designed. We were served with tea in Moroccan fashion way.
Cons: Nothing not to like about our stay because I will highly recommend this place and I will come back again.

Riad Raffaa is such a lovely place; so beautiful, calm and welcoming - a real oasis π. We loved every minute of our stay there! Having 4 friendly (and well-behaved) kitties to entertain us during breakfast was also amazing ππππ!

the pictures don't do justice . the place is more beautiful. they have a few w cats , fisher and a dog as well so it was a treat for someone like me . breakfast was adequate with jam butter and bread along with orange juice and plenty of tea and coffee . amin and his family inhabit the place so it felt like living with a family. all are very kind and sweet . rooms were as advertised with good air conditioning and hot water. washroom was spacious and clean . rooms were also clean . the cleaner lady helped us with our luggage although she shouldn't do that but I appreciate her kindness. i am very embarrassed for that.
Cons: it's located in a typical moroccan neighbourhood and getting there is not easy as you find plenty of people who claim to help you for tips . better to be in contact with amin at times of arrival so he sends someone to escort you . this advice i will give to anyone living in any riad/hotel in that area . also checking out is tricky that you have to drag your bags all the way to out of medina .

- great staff, helped us with everything - good location, like 20 mins from the main square - the beds were huge - air conditioned -pretty clean compared of how dirty is the city - very nice common area
Cons: - only one working wall socket in the room - there was no bathroom door just a sheet - bad lighting in the room - the breakfast had no meat

Breakfast is simple but filling. All served with a smile . Location quaint and very traditional. They give you a map to help you find your back which is easy to follow. You have to remember you are in Morocco which is a third world country.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: very difficult to find in a rather dirty part of the city. whilst the room was ok, there was a large amount of dust under the bed which looked like it had been there for a long time. shower basic, room basic. No window which made the room dark and a bit depressing.

This is a family's RIAD, the Ownes are really friendly and lovely with hospities, they provided with all the tips for trips, tours,places to buy local products cheap and authentic. Always willing to help. They can provide with local food...if you wish to for a really low price...home made by the ladies of the house. I give them 7 stars!!!!

Both Amine and Anas were lovely and quite cool with us. I highly recommend to have Lunch or Dinner at Riad Raffaa due to the tasty food they cook. Anas was a really great manager to organize us the excursion to Agafay Desert (camels, quads and dinner).

Great food, and friendly helpful staff. They have house cats that were super playful too. We had taxi arranged from airport that was on time and reasonable price at the time ( 15 EUR) dinner was 10 EUR per dish, and the portions were very generous., Especially the couscous with chicken and vegetables -assive portion easily could feed 3 people
Cons: The AC in our room was not strong enough to cool it down quickly. Bare in mind it was early August and really hot. Poor AC worked super hard.
