The Staff were very accommodating and helpful. They were always available and answered any queries. Such a friendly place ro stay. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Easy going and relaxing.

Cons: The size of the room. Lack of closets to store clothes. One small side table for 2 people. The actual lock on the door was missing a screw. I had to insist on a room safe. The pool was minute and dirty. Lack of comfortable loungers. Only one on the roof terrace.

The riad was perfectly located in the kasbah, near restaurants and sight seeing. 15 mins walk to the Medina. Walled was extremely helpful showing us where things are and sorted our SIM with the local store. Breakfast time was amended to suit one of our day trips. Felt safe walking to and from the riad in the evening. Comfortable, clean, basic but had all we needed.

Very friendly, attentive and helpful host, authentic feeling place, nice rooftop area which you can also use to eat/chill etc outside of breakfast hours.

The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly, arranged a trip for us to the Agafay Desert to ride Camels and for dinner and fire show which was great and good value for money. The location of the Riad is quite central, Abdo the riad manager is quite friendly and helpful.

Cons: Unfortuntely the place is quite noisy we were able to hear someone playing loud music outside the riad at 1 am in the night and it didnt stop until 3 am. Also the Riad seems slightly dated,we didnot have a fridge in our room. The breakfast was also not the best when compared with our other stays during the trip.

Location is good. Staff was pleasant.

Cons: The room is small and the property is not as nice as it looks in the pictures. It's not bad, but looks much nicer in the pictures. The bathroom is miniscule and requires a fair amount of maneuvering, though it is a creative use of space. The breakfast wasn't great. And it did take a long time. Not enough seating for all the guests, so there was a wait for space as well. We've stayed at nicer places at the same price point in Morocco so it was disappointing.

It was a brilliant Riad right in the centre of where we needed to be. After having a nightmare with Loveholidays (our hotel was closed), we found Road 46 online and it was a great price. The staff were excellent and spoke great English, French, Spanish and of course Morrocan. Even after our checkout time, they let us leave our luggage there until our late flight. Breakfast was good and Fresh.

Cons: Shower filled up with water quickly. But an easy fix for the guys there hopefully. But I didn't let this effect the 10/10 rating from us.

Cons: Upon arrival we quickly decided not to stay at the property for several reasons. The room was very small, nothing like how it was advertised when we booked it. The picture of the room when we booked it did not resemble what we were given. It was very dirty, stains on the bed and towels, hair in the plug, dirt on the floor. The lock on the room door was faulty with a loose screw. There was no hair dryer, which was advertised in the room description. The air conditioning unit was inside a cupboard!? When we enquired about an excursion, they told us a price which was a lot more than what it should have been. When we said we would not be staying and were going to leave, they asked us to pay a 60 euro commission fee which was something they paid to booking.com, absolutely nothing to do with us! We refused this and left immediately.

The property was good overall but room description was not at the same. It was not a deluxe suite, the room photos were completely different. The appliances was not part of the room but in common which is still okay as the host was able to accommodate the request. The host Mustapha was good and he took good care of us.

Cons: We booked the Excursion from Riad46 and it was a horrible experience. We are quite disappointed with the Sahara desert trip booked. We have asked for the detailed itinerary to understand the stop points, sites covered, hotels booked etc but we never received a clear response in this regards. Detailed itinerary would have resolved most of the issues. Would like to highlight few points here- 1. We were told that there are No hidden charges however we had to pay for the berber village tour guide (30Der per person) just before ouarzazate. This should have been informed to us in the itinerary itself. 2. We ended up having a less than basic hotel inspite of booking luxury package with you. Hotel feedback- -Very basic Room with just bed in it. No side table, no wardrobe, no clothes hanger, no arm chair, No water kettle. -Very cold room floors with No carpets -Woke up with No hot water in the bathroom and the dark lobbies -Bathroom not in good condition- Broken toilet seat. -They were not prepared to serve vegetarian dinner. Eventually served cold perhaps leftover after waiting too long. -Breakfast: below basic (just bread, tea, butter, jam) 3. Another couple in the bus was dropped at Dades valley at a 3 star hotel as they also booked the luxury package. We paid for the luxury package but ended up spending night in a below average hotel. 4. Our tour package had Sandboarding and quad bike on extra cost. But we ended up doing only Sandboard as there was no option of quad bike. 5. The bus driver didn’t seem interested in speaking English, we had to insist driver to explain things in English to us. Also We have asked him many times about the hotel information but he did not share. NOTE: Please do not book any excursion from Riad46.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first day we arrived, the wheels on my friend’s wheelchair was flat, so one of the staff grabbed the wheels and went to fill them. He was very quick and came back right away. Furthermore, the breakfast was served in 3rd floor with no elevators, so the staff brought the breakfast downstair right outside our room every morning which we really appreciated! The breakfast was very sweet so we asked for some eggs, and they were kind enough to make us eggs each morning.

Cons: The room was a bit small, and the entrance to the bathroom was too narrow for my friend to roll the wheelchair inside, so I had to carry her every time she needed to go to the bathroom. The Riad is very nice, but could be more wheelchair friendly.

Riad 46 is in a great location in Marrakech. Easy walking distance to many attractions. We availed of their airport transfer service which was punctual and had good drivers in comfortable vehicles. The guys working at Riad 46 were very pleasant and always willing to help. They gave us good recommendations for places to eat, where we could get a SIM card, booked day trips for us and provided an early breakfast for us one morning before we went on our tour. Breakfast each morning consisted of fresh bread, crepes. cheese, yogurt, pan au chocolate, orange juice tea/coffee. The bed in our room was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for our showers and an A/C / heater unit, which worked well to heat our room for the cool February mornings. The Wi-Fi worked well. It was quiet at night, we could not hear noise from the street. Overall, it’s good value for what you pay.

Cons: The description of the room on Booking.com differed to what we received. It was described as having a bedroom, sitting room & 2 bathrooms. The actual room had a bedroom and one bathroom. We questioned this on arrival and were told that the listing could not be changed on the Booking.com website as people had reservations made for future dates.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad 46 with my family. From the warm hospitality to the thoughtful organization of excursions, this hotel provided a very good experience. The hospitality extended by Walid and Abdou was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. The transfer service to and from the airport was seamless, contributing to a stress-free arrival and departure. The cherry on top of our stay was the delightful breakfast served on the rooftop. The hotel's very good and central location further enhanced the overall experience, conveniently allowing us easy access to the city's attractions. The perfect prior information provided about excursions, a visit to a hammam, etc., ensured that we were well-informed with all the information needed. In conclusion, Riad 46 not only met but exceeded our expectations in terms of hospitality, organization of excursions, airport transfers, breakfast, and overall location. A heartfelt thank you to Walid and Abdou for their genuine kindness and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Its located in a nice area, with restaurants and shops, and the central square and souk is just a fine 10 minutes walk. Easy to find as well. We were allowed to leave our bags in the hotel when leaving so we could do some shopping in the souks. Again very nice, relaxed and friendly of the staff. All in all a lovely riad

Walid and the team were so friendly and super helpful, giving lots of advice, arranged transfers, carrying bags etc. I recommend you ask the Riad to sort your transfer for you. Walid met us from our transfer and escorted us to the Riad. This Riad was just set back from a main street so easy to find. Lots can be very tricky to find, especially in the Medina. They can also arrange tours for you and recommend Hammans, cooking experiences etc. Breakfast was on the roof terrace, serving different breads, egg, yoghurt etc with juice and hot drink eg mint tea or coffee. Usually too much for us to eat! Very good value. The Riad is traditional with adequate furnishings. The plunge pool would be very welcome in the summer. Lovely atmosphere. Much more personal than staying in a hotel. Great location in Kasbah area, just off a main street with a selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Located very close to Saadiens Tombs and about 10 mins or so walk to Jeema el Fnaa square and the Medina. We preferred this location to staying right in the Medina. There are taxis nearby but we choose to walk everywhere. Thank you Walid and team for helping to make our stay memorable. Hope to see you again.

I liked the roof terrace where on the arriving night I had my online meeting. It’s quiet, comfortable and lovely. The pool is also nice. We just jumped in for fun.

It was clean, warmly decorated and you have your own shower and toilet in the room. You get fresh towels everyday by request. You have room to store your suitcase and there is a safe in the room. There is a pool. We didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast is delicious with fresh bread, Moroccan pancakes, pastries, eggs ( as many as you want) fresh orange juice, and coffee or mint tea. The Moroccan peanut-butter ( sweet) is delicious. You also get jelly, butter and cheese spread as well. The staff is friendly and speak English. Walid treated us like family. He brought us personally to his favorite stalls for Argon oil and spices. The oil was authentic and stood the refrigerator test.. haha He suggested our Ouzoud Waterfall tour and booked our tour. The staff personally took us to the bus. The bus stopped at a cafe on the way there and back. The tour was amazing! Husein spoke great English and because I brought the wrong shoes, helped me the whole way down the hill, laughing and talking about his life and family. We are at an amazing restaurant there with a view of the falls. The food was amazing and inexpensive. We got a fresh salad, bread and olives and a desert. We hung out with Walid in the evening. He shared his experiences and about the Berber village he comes from. He offered to take us there the next time we visit. He organized our airport shuttle and we paid 20 Euro each way. It worked flawlessly. Without him we wouldn’t have had such an amazing experience without any difficulties. He even suggested a restaurant at the souk where he goes personally. The food was amazing and affordable. When we mentioned Wahid they even gave us a free coffee. Thanks so much Wahid!! It was an unforgettable experience!! Riad 46 is a gem right in the Medina and in walking distance to the Souk and to many other sites. 10+++++

The hosts Hicham , Abdul and Walid are absolutely brilliant - made us feel so welcome and at home , no formalities , polite and honest people . Have not experienced such hospitality in any other country . Thanks a lot . The structure of Riad was good , very traditional , even if it was basic Loved the breakfast cooked personally by the hosts everyday. Quiet location behind the Main Street - Very close to airport and all tourist spots are walkable . Hosts also suggest tour guides and restaurants for good prices nearby.

Cons: Room a bit small , can only be used for sleeping and not to sit ( no place for table after we keep luggage ) we had an issue with slight lingering smells from the small bathroom , however not a big issue , considering the service and honesty of the hosts . Maybe in future place could do with some renovation. We loved the stay in Marrakech ! Next time would stay here again .

We had an excellent stay at Walid's Riadh. Excellent breakfast, nice room with airconditioning, small pool, very friendly and helpful staff. We immediately felt welcome upon arrival. The Riadh is located in the old city, which is excellent. Thank you for everything Walid and IKHAN AYA!

Everything was perfect! Walid, Abdou and Hicham run this business so well by taking good care of the guests. They helped us arranging the Agafay desert excursion which was amazing, and also the Hammam massage in a spa just next door to the Riad.

The location is great, just next to Tumbas Saadies, in an alley very close and easy to find. Even if the area outside is busy, the place is very clam. The bedrooms are average, but please, remember the prize we are charged... so I can say it is an amazing value for money! The breakfast in the rooftop terrace is great, but please, remember you are on holidays and take it with calm. Nothing to complain about, and definitely, I prefer the Kasbah area to sleep than the medina. At night, the area was full of locals - children playing in the square, women sitting on the benches, and walk down from the main Square plenty of atmosphere!

Cons: The cleaning is quite small, and the place itself needs to have a clean in deep.

It was a beautiful Riad in a great part of the city. Helpful guys, spotless and easy to find.

Very warm welcome everytime we came back to the riad. Wallid or one of his family were always there. We had a huge room with a huge king size bed and 2 single beds for the children. There was a confortable furniture to hang out in the centre of the Riad (typically open air with a little pool) and a nice terrace where we had our very generous breakfast in the mornings (several types of local bread with several toppins, eggs, yoghurt, juice...) The children were so welcomed and even partly entertained to the full, that our daughter wanted to go back to the Riad to meet Wallid, the evening we were back in France ;-). Perfect location in the south of the Medina, besides a Hamman (go there!), close to the palaces and the tombs, several good restaurants with roof top, in a very authentic area close to a real Marrocain style alimentation market and street food possibilities. Chukran, Riad 46 for your smiles, your help, your 1001 advices and answers to our questions. Stay safe !

Cons: We didn't stay long enough, everything else was really nice!

Walid is very helpful to cater for all your needs. Check with him for spots of interest or mountain hike. He will give you good options of excursions. Shower water is good. Breakfast is good too.

Cons: The room is too small, we barely can put our luggage in. And bathroom not smelling well which is common is Riad, but when bedroom is small, you can imagine.

The breakfast was fresh and excellent. The staff made us feel at home. They were so nice and welcoming. It is close to everything so the location was perfect. It was quiet at night and you could literally hear the birds in the morning. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: It rained during most of our stay so we couldn't enjoy their beautiful pool.

Location was great, close to everywhere, the host was very nice, helped us print off the boarding pass which was very appreciated on our last day before flight. They prepared simple breakfast for us as we had to leave early (7am).

Cons: The room was facing a side road, there was a group of young people gathering at night and chatting and laughing until late mid night so we could not sleep well. The bathroom was not that clean and tidy, it smells a lot, and the toilet was not stable, did not try the shower so unsure. Breakfast was only served from 8.30am, not ideal for early morning

I felt at home right away when I came into the Riad. I had a very good sleep and enjoyed the breakfast. The best part were the birds chirping in the morning. I love to wake up to birdsinging😃. Its amazing how quiet the riad is, although its so near to the busy area. The guys working there are very friendly, helpful and make sure that nothing is missing during your stay. I was even accompanied to pick a taxi😊. I can 100% recommend and I will remember this Riad for next time😊

Cons: Only that I stayed only one night.😔 I would defenetly come back, also for longer stays😃

Excellent location. Small - we had the place to ourselves - the staff was friendly, and the rooftop terrace was very nice. With an upgrade of some of the rooms and an improvement of the breakfast, it could become an excellent riad.
