Located in the heart of the Medina, within walking distance to the souks, markets and other points of interest. Lots of art work dotted throughout the hotel. Halim, Mustafa and the staff were so attentive and helpful. It had a real family feel to the riad. Home cooked breakfast every morning and they were very accommodating. We all loved it as did our kids.

Cons: Schlechte Dämmung der Fenster - nachts wird es sehr kalt & Gerüche von der Küche gelangen schnell in den Raum. Frühstück war eher eintönig & der Service war nicht wirklich präsent.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte mit unseren drei Kindern in diesem Riad in Marrakesch – ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Lage am äusseren Rand der Medina ist ideal: Man erreicht alles schnell und ist zugleich zügig ausserhalb der Stadtmauer, um ein Taxi zu nehmen. Für uns war es jedes Mal ein Genuss, ins Riad zurückzukehren – sei es zum Ausruhen, zum Staunen über die beeindruckende Kunst und Street-Art an den Wänden, zum Tanzen mit der herzlichen Belegschaft (ein echtes Highlight!), zum Entspannen im Innenhof oder auf der Dachterrasse mit grossartiger Aussicht. Auch die wohltuenden Massagen sowie die vielen kleinen Tipps und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wir können diesen Ort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – unsere drei Kinder sehen das genauso. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hamil and the team at Bck Art Riad were fantastic looking after our group. Very helpful, rooms fantastic, all good sized clean and comortable. Hamil was attentive and ensured we had transfers etc arranged as required. The riad was peaceful, breakfast was plentiful. Location was close to medina and taxis etc
Cons: We could have done with a little more information regarding the facilities when we arrived. The street leading up to the riad was exceptionally busy and is the local markets for food. This has quite a strong smell.

One of the best accommodation I have ever stayed. Beautiful place, extremely friendly staff and host.The location is great everything is so near to the Riad. The room attendant cleaned our room every day like in 5 star hotel, perfectly! She folded our clothes in the luggage as well, changed the towels and bed sheet every day, arranged nicely our amenities everywhere. Heartily recommend it to everyone this Riad.

The riad inside was a perfect oasis. Everything you'd expect from a well maintained Riad ,staff and facilities great .the room was really big with two large double beds and a huge bathroom with a big bath. Never once ran out of hot water. And we were a group of four .

Super Riad dans un quartier agréable, très facile d'accès en voiture. Tout le personnel étaient attentionné, super gentil et très arrangeant. Ils nous ont servi le petit déjeuner avant l'heure du début de service car nous devions partir en excursion tôt. La chambre était magnifique avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Hyper bien décoré. Un vrai pépite ! Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Pobyt w ART BCK RIAD w Marrakeszu był absolutnie wyjątkowy i zostanie z nami na długo. Byłyśmy na babskim wypadzie – dwie dziewczyny, cztery noce – i trudno wyobrazić sobie lepsze miejsce. Riad znajduje się w samym sercu mediny, ale w bocznej uliczce, która skutecznie odcina od zgiełku. Dosłownie kilka kroków dzieli cię od tętniącego życiem tłumu, a po zamknięciu drzwi wracasz do ciszy, spokoju i harmonii. To robi ogromną różnicę. Na ogromny plus zasługuje czystość – naprawdę na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane każdego dnia, wszystko zadbane i świeże. Sam pokój komfortowy, z ogromnym i bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem, czystą pościelą i wszystkimi udogodnieniami, których można oczekiwać podczas takiego pobytu. Sam riad to prawdziwa uczta dla oka. Artystyczna dusza czuć tu na każdym kroku – obrazy, sztuka, detale, dekoracje. Momentami miałyśmy wrażenie, jakbyśmy mieszkały w galerii sztuki, a nie w obiekcie noclegowym. Całość jest spójna, estetyczna i dopracowana. Obsługa zasługuje na ogromne uznanie. Bardzo pomocna, uważna, życzliwa i nienachalna. Szczególnie Raszin – zawsze obecna, gotowa pomóc i zapytać, czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Halim, właściciel riadu, to niezwykle empatyczna i serdeczna osoba. Gdy trafiłyśmy do szpitala z powodu urazu, interesował się nami, dopytywał, czy wszystko w porządku. To było bardzo poruszające i zupełnie nie „hotelowe”, a po prostu ludzkie. Przywitanie herbatą marokańską, spokojne rozmowy na kanapie, brak pośpiechu – atmosfera od pierwszej chwili była ciepła i autentyczna. Nic na siłę, nic według sztywnego schematu. Taras na dachu to kolejny ogromny atut. Piękny widok na medinę, cisza, spokój i słońce, które można chłonąć bez końca – na leżakach, poduszkach, w pełnym relaksie. Idealne miejsce na poranną kawę i wieczorne wyciszenie po dniu w mieście. ART BCK RIAD to miejsce z charakterem, sercem i atmosferą, do którego naprawdę chce się wracać.

We had a wonderful stay at BCK Art Riad and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The staff are exceptionally kind, warm and genuinely welcoming – from the moment you arrive, the place feels more like a home than a hotel. We came to Marrakech to run the half marathon and they were incredibly supportive, even offering to prepare breakfast earlier so we could have enough time to get ready for the race. That level of care really meant a lot to us. The riad itself is beautifully designed, with a unique mix of traditional Moroccan style and modern pop-art elements. It has a lot of character and feels thoughtfully curated rather than generic. There is a lovely, relaxed atmosphere throughout the property. Small touches make a difference – for example, fresh fruit is always available for guests to take when heading out for the day. The rooftop terrace is another highlight, with a beautiful view over the city rooftops and towards the Atlas Mountains. We stayed there twice during our trip and on both occasions we were given a room upgrade, which was a very kind gesture. Overall, a warm, stylish and personal place to stay in Marrakech. We would absolutely come back.

Nos han hecho un upgrade a una mejor habitación, más grande con dos camas matrimoniales. Al llegar el gerente nos recibió con música local suave (en vivo) y un te caliente con menta en un momento bastante hipnótico.

Ho soggiornato al BCK Art Riad dal 1° al 4 ottobre e non posso che consigliare questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica, confortevole e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il riad è pulitissimo e molto accogliente, arredato con gusto e con un’atmosfera che unisce eleganza e tradizione. Fin dall’arrivo si respira un clima familiare e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale va al proprietario, persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile: ci ha aiutato con la gestione degli orari di check-out, si è occupato delle prenotazioni per le escursioni e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura con grande comodità. Questa attenzione al cliente fa davvero la differenza. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di provare il ristorante interno, un’autentica sorpresa: piatti freschi, cucinati al momento e dal sapore delizioso, che completano perfettamente l’esperienza di soggiorno. In sintesi: ospitalità impeccabile, comfort, pulizia e ottima cucina. Sicuramente tornerò e lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un riad di qualità a Marrakech.

Cons: Preis-/Leistung fanden wir nicht passend. Unser Zimmer war die ersten drei Tage sehr kalt. Die Klimaanlage ist ständig ausgegangen. In der Badewanne platzt der grüne Lack ab u nachts hat es stark nach Kaminrauch gerochen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich. TV funktionierte nicht. Innenpool vorhanden, aber nicht beheizt - zumindest wurde uns das so bei unserer Hamam-Behandlung mitgeteilt. 30 Min Hamam & 45 Min Massage = 65€, die Massage war angenehm. Den SPA Bereich könnte man etwas gemütlicher gestalten u ein schöner warmer Ruheraum hat uns gefehlt.

Not only is it strikingly beautiful and filled with the most stunning collection of art - all of that pales in comparison next to the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. As a solo female traveller, I felt extremely safe and taken care of - I've never experienced hospitality like this. De eigenaar is een fervente kunstverzamelaar en bezit meer dan 1 galerij. Dus genieten van veel moois. Verder heeft het hotel een hammam op het dak terras. ZEKER EEN AANRADER! Ipv een hammam te nemen in een of andere overbevolkte ‘toerist trap Hamman’ die je tegen komt in de Souk, raad ik ten stelligste de huis hammam van Riad BCK Art aan. Privé behandeling ten top. Heerlijk! En zicht op het atlas gebergte. We waren er in januari dus het weer was niet geweldig want anders hadden we zeker genoten van de beneden stijlvol ingerichte binnentuin, waar je lekkers kan bestellen. Kortom deze riad is een aanrader.

The staff members who actually work on the ground (for example the young man from Senegal and the person handling both cooking and luggage) were kind, hardworking, and clearly doing their best despite very limited support. The property itself probably had potential years ago — you can still see traces of a nicer past — but that’s about it.
Cons: Our experience was consistently disappointing and, frankly, unsafe at times. The hotel is poorly managed and not at the standard expected for the price. Transport issues from the start: The driver the hotel arranged arrived late for pickup. Worse, a pre-booked transfer for our departure — confirmed well in advance and at a specific price — was suddenly increased by €100 the day before. Because I had cancelled other drivers to rely on them, I ended up having to scramble at the last minute and pay more elsewhere. Only after I insisted did the manager revert to the original price, but by then it was too late and the situation was entirely avoidable. Rooms not suitable for seniors or anyone with mobility issues: Most rooms have no shower, only a bathtub placed in the middle of the room. This is dangerous and impractical for older guests. The hotel had to relocate my parents to a smaller room because the original setup was simply unusable. Very slow service: When we arrived exhausted and accepted their offer for lunch, the wait was nearly one hour for basic dishes. Maintenance issues everywhere: In both rooms: TV not working AC not working Burnt-out light bulbs Shower handles loose Hairdryer holder falling off Floor mats and towels not replaced even when taken away Each night we ended up with fewer towels than the night before. The whole place feels like a hotel that was once charming but has not been maintained or invested in for years. Serious water problem: On our last morning, my mother suddenly ran out of water mid-shower at 7:15 am. No one was at the reception, no one answered the hotel phone, and no one answered the manager’s phone. Only later did someone manage to restart the water pump so she could rinse off. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging these prices. Management is nearly absent: The manager was never present during the day except to sell tours to tourists.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, home stays, hostels around the world and this was easily the most welcoming experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, Halim immediately made us feel at home, giving us some delicious Moroccan tea while our room was prepared. Mustafa, Rashid and all the other staff were also just as welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was big and like a cloud, and location was ideal right in the Medina making easy pick up for many tours! I also had a massage in the riad on my last day which was a great touch Thank you team!

El Riad esta de lujo , decorado con Arte original mezcla de tradicional y moderno, y arquitectura y interiorismo muy auténtico Marroqui La habitación tenía una bañera grande y cama grande muy cómodo con azulejos zellige en el baño y suelos de madera con alfombras muy bonitas .. todo muy acogedor Aunque la decoración del Riad es de lujo , lo que hace la experiencia única es el personal .. muy amables, ayudándote en todo lo que necesitas. El Manager, Halim, era muy atento de cada invitado y sus necesidades. Y una sorpresa era que quedamos a comer en el hotel el último día y la comida era una de las mejores de toda la estancia … el Tajin de pollo con limón era exquisito y me explicaron como recetarlo en casa.

Mais notre séjour a été sublimé par notre hébergement au BCK Art Riad. Non seulement ce Riad est superbement décoré et aménagé mais toute l’équipe qui nous a reçue est fabuleuse. Cons: The building itself was a little worn and tired. Materials were worn, plants were wilting and brown, and the walls in the bathrooms were blotchy with moisture and mildew. The breakfast was very basic and nothing more was offered. In general, the riad was more of a 2 star type stay, although the staff and the location make it work well for the price.

We had a delicious breakfast every morning and slept well in the very comfortable, clean, and spacious room with a gorgeous balcony. The riad is beautiful and full of fabulous art. Unfortunately, once we arrived, we noticed that the property wasn't as described; it was much older and poorly maintained. We arrived late, but the manager was very kind. We only stayed the first night and then decided to change locations. We asked for a refund for the two unused nights, but we haven't received a response yet. I definitely can't recommend this Riad.

ci sono riad più lussuosi, con piscine più ampie e spazi comuni più curati e confortevoli... ma siamo particolarmente soddisfatti per il soggiorno in questo riad per una serie di motivi. In primis la sincera e sorridente ospitalità ricevuta che ci ha fatto sentire degli ospiti di riguardo. tutto il riad inoltre è pieno di quadri, sculture, ceramiche e opere di artisti locali, alcune delle quali veramente interessanti (se amate l'arte contemporanea giratevi tutto il riad e avrete visitato un interessante galleria). la stanza ha un bellissimo soffitto con inserti di palma, letto king size molto comodo e un bellissimo lavabo in metallo extralarge. la posizione è eccellente, nella Medina ma solo a 3 minuti a piedi da strada raggiungibile in taxi la colazione , preparata al momento, è gustosa ed abbondante. Le 2 piscine sono piccole ma fresche e pulite, ottime per rinfrescarsi.

Très bien placé dans la Médina pour visiter tous les monuments et différents commerces et souks. Merci à Halim et à toute son équipe. Where do I start, the riad staff ( Abdul Hameed, Mustafa, Ngagni, Jamal, Hassan, Muhammed, Aminah, Halimah etc) were nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel at home. I had booked a standard single room for 6 nights however upon arrival was surprised to find they'd managed to upgrade my room free of charge which was such a wonderful gesture. As the name suggests, loads of wonderful artwork is displayed across the riad. Breakfast varied slightly everyday and is freshly prepared 😋. Rooms were also cleaned daily. The riad is located in a bustling local area and it does get busy for the most part of the day. The AC didn't work at first but for the riad staff nothing was too much to ask & this was resolved immediately. I would most definitely stay here again
Cons: Rooms don't have a fridge or kettle but the staff would allow you to use the one in the kitchen downstairs.

Despite our late arrival at the airport, somebody from the staff came to get us from the taxi drop-off point at Bab Doukkala gate. We received a warm welcome from the manager with a glass of fresh mint tea – a warm welcome after a long journey. Our room (a deluxe double on the second floor) was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything exudes style and tranquility. Breakfast was served in the garden patio with traditional Moroccan delicacies like batbout, baghrir, and msemen with honey, amlou (Moroccan Nutella!), jam, and butter. On top of that, there was an egg, yogurt, or a fresh fruit salad. And upon request, a baguette was even served or whatever you ask for. They will gladly get it for you. The manager and his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I was feeling a bit under the weather one day due to stomach problems, they spontaneously prepared a light rice meal for me – completely free of charge. Thank you all for a nice stay at your Riad.

Cons: Es el peor Riad de todo nuestro viaje de 20 días por Marruecos. - Todas las instalaciones necesitan mejor mantenimiento ( camas, sábanas, almohadas, toallas, albornoces, menaje y textiles de terraza, poca presión de agua en baños, etc …. ) - La piscina no es cómoda está en el paso de clientes y la otra es parte del servicio de Spa. Nada más llegar se pusieron a limpiar ambas a las 19 horas. Solo pudimos usar la de arriba un ratito. - El desayuno malo y escaso, ni el zumo era narural y el personal ni apareció por allí. Mesas montadas desde día anterior … - La cena tuvimos que devolverla, mal preparada. Botellas de agua no estaban frescas. - Hay un olor desagradable en todo el Riad - Las zonas comunes no se pueden usar de forma cómoda, son todas de paso y mesa central llena de cosas. Muy Incomodo - Reservamos taxi para ir al aeropuerto y no lo gestionaron, finalmente nos acompañó el personal a la zona de taxi a buscar uno. La experiencia no ha sido nada buena.

I had a fantastic stay at Bck Art Riad. The location was perfect right next to Bab Doukkala, which made it very easy to get a taxi to and from the riad. It’s also ideally situated close to Gueliz while still being in the heart of the old medina. The riad itself is truly one of a kind more like a living art gallery with pieces from different artists throughout the space. It created such a unique and inspiring atmosphere. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and had its own balcony with an amazing view. The hosts were absolutely wonderful – the service was outstanding from beginning to end, honestly the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bck Art Riad to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Marrakech! 🌟

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce magnifique Riad ! Il est super super super bien décoré !! L'équipe est aux petits soins. Ils ont été à l'écoute de nos toutes nos demandes. Changement de chambre, faire des soupes pour les bébés, aide avec valises et poussettes. Un grand merci. Le petit dej était assez copieux. Manquait juste les fruits aux deuxième et troisième matin.Durant l'été, les pastèque du Maroc nous ont un peu manquaient. L'autre gros point positif : l'emplacement. Il est à quelques mètres d'une place de taxi pour ceux qui souhaitent se déplacer en taxi. Les lits étaient excellents On a super bien dormis. Nous étions deux familles.

I stayed with a female friend and the experience for us was second to none. We were received at the airport via taxi arranged by the Riad (highly recommend if you don't speak French or Arabic). The property is stunning, felt safe, was in close proximity to everything. We walked about 15-20 minutes everywhere and felt totally safe. Don't talk to people who pretend on the street to say they know you from the Riad, they don't (unless you actually have seen and know them lol). Everyone at the property was kind, warm and welcoming. The food there is also amazing! The pastilla was delicious, breakfast was great, and everything is so easy on the eyes from the design to art all over. We had a hamman treatment that was blissful as well. Coming back to smiling staff and a beautiful property was a breath of fresh air after a long warm day of walking and touring Marrakech. We also booked two tours from the Riad and they were worth every penny. Our stay would've been much different had it not been for choosing this Riad because of the staff. It was a combination of the people mostly and the beautiful property. We will be forever grateful for our experience.

If I’m going to be totally honest I have very mixed views on this Riad. I’d like to start on the positives and mention the great staff. Always smiling and happy to help, which was lovely and we felt very welcomed. When we first came into the Riad we felt WOW it really did look stunning at first sight. There is beautiful artwork around every corner and lovely decor. Unfortunately we then realised the Riad is a little worn and everything seemed disorganised. There is a great restaurant a short walk away called Cafe Arabe where we spent most nights watching the sun set & having amazing food, which I would highly recommend.
Cons: LOCATION - The location isn’t the best. We’re familiar with Marrakech, having been before but this is in the food market area at the back of the medina where they are butchering livestock (chickens) visible on the street. You can smell raw meat all around and there are a lot of flies because of this. I understand this is the local way, but some may find it offensive. ARRIVAL - When we arrived the manager tried to sell us trips etc…honestly it’s a little too much on arrival. We were seated and had to look at brochures of trips, the Riads menu etc…I get it, but please let us just get to our room after a long day travelling. THE ROOM - Initially the room looked lovely but surprisingly small given the measurements on booking.com. We stayed in room 4 and the tv was on the wall in a position where you couldn’t even walk past it without banging your head or shoulder. There was no iron in the room or infact the whole Riad, however the manager did kindly rush a few of our items to a laundry outside on the street to get them ironed for us which we were grateful for, so please note there is no iron, but great hospitality. The room was a bit worn, with a peeling faux leather headboard and stains on the rug etc…stains around the bed base, marks on the walls etc… I don’t think you can blame housekeeping as all other aspects of the room were kept clean with towels every day. I think the Riad needs a re-vamp, it’s such a stunning building, it just needs to be shown a little bit more love and organisation. ROOF TERRACE - The roof terrace is not good at all, it’s very disappointing with just 3 very old worn sun beds. We still used them as we wanted to get some sun, however the roof terrace was not true to the pictures on booking.com. On the pictures you can clearly see lovely wooden tables and chairs on the roof terrace but these aren’t anywhere to be seen. There is also no outdoor pool on the roof terrace.

Bien qu’on n’entende pas le bruit de la rue, le bruit intérieur est insupportable faute d’équipement adéquate pour insonoriser le lieu sans pour autant le dénaturer : pas de fenêtres hermétiques, pas de portes de chambre coupe bruit. Les portes en métal et volets en bois font un bruit de dingue…vous saurez tout des allers et venues de vos voisins et même de leurs conversations. De plus le lieu n’est pas du tout adapté aux enfants. Les familles devraient aller voir ailleurs.

On first arrival in Marrakech at night it was a bit daunting as we had never been there before, but we soon adjusted the the culture as the people we all so warm and friendly. This riad is so comfortable, cute and funky in a classy way. The staff was very welcoming with a high level of service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is amazing, unique art at every turn. We enjoyed unique offering from the dinner menu and breakfast was also good. Parking area is a short distance away. It was full each time we tried but they allowed our driver to park and unload. A member of the staff met us and walked us to the riad through the bustling pedestrian street.

Cons: however the Riad was very tired. We didn't have a shower in our room. A bath with a shower head that didn't work. The glass doors to our room and our kids room wouldn't close properly, locks hanging off. The pool outside our room was empty and was used as a work shop to fix furniture during our stay. They ran out of fresh towels and gave us robes to dry our selves. The roof top is extremely small and the furniture was very run down. No pool outside either which was really disappointing. Nice staff but it didn't make up for all the other things.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in den Gassen der Altstadt und man kann direkt loslaufen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Auge zum Detail. Ein sehr persönliche geführtes Hotel.
Cons: Leider war unser Zimmer der ersten Nacht feucht, es hatte in den Tagen vorher geregnet. Wir konnten aber problemlos in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln.

Wir hatten während unseres Urlaubs von einem anderen Riad (Palais Chadmi, wo wir nach 2 Nächten aufgrund Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen extremst enttäuscht abgebrochen hatten) zum BCK Art Riad gewechselt. Wir wurden nach unserer Ankunft sofort vom sehr herzlichen und aufmerksamen Manager Halim empfangen, der auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr um unser Wohl bemüht war, wie überhaupt das gesamte Personal ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Das Riad ist vor allem sehr außergewöhnlich durch die vielen sehr geschmackvollen und im gesamten Riad (einschließlich der Zimmer) verteilten Kunstwerke, die man auch käuflich erwerben kann. Unser Zimmer #2 lag im ersten Stock zwischen Innenhof und dem äußeren Hof, wo sich auch die Bar mit dem Restaurant befand, wo diverse (auch heimische) Speisen angeboten werden, und wo auch das eher dem marokkanischen Stil entsprechende Frühstück serviert wird. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön und wohnlich eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt, inkl. TV und einer übergroßen Badewanne (mit Dusche). In den Betten schliefen wir dank der aus unserer Sicht sehr angenehmen (weder zu hart noch zu weich) Matratzen sehr gut. Auf dem mit vielen Blumen und 2 Liegen ausgestatteten Balkon ließ es sich am Vormittag vorzüglich sonnen und am Nachmittag im Schatten entspannt ausruhen oder den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wenn man möchte, bietet das Riad im obersten Stockwerk auch diverse Spa- und Beauty-Anwendungen an (inkl. Hammam und Massage). Auch die Lage am westlichen Ende der Medina ist insofern sehr günstig, da man einerseits direkt vom Riad aus die die vielfältigen Reize der Medina erkunden kann, andererseits aber auch in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß Zugang zu Taxis hat, mit denen man alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Marrakesch bequem erreichen kann. Wir können das BCK Art Riad nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden immer wieder in dieser „überraschend anderen“ Unterkunft buchen: Klare „10 von 10“! :-)
Cons: Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl beinhalten, aber angesichts des mehr als positiven Gesamteindrucks, den wir von dieser besonderen Unterkunft und dem außergewöhnlich freundlichen Team gewonnen haben, ist das Klagen auf hohem Niveau. ;-)

The Riad is beautiful with well equipped rooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also very good. It is the warmth and genuine kindness of the staff that makes it a truly lovely place to stay - nothing is too much trouble and everyone had a smile on their face. Thank you to all the staff.

Where do I begin? I loved my stay here and was really pleased to get an upgrade without even asking for one. The riad is stunning. I was travelling alone as a solo female and the staff really went out their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I felt really safe. I took a cookery class on their advice and it was one of the highlights of my stay!

Staff estremamente gentile, sono stati sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi nostra necessità. La comunicazione anche per telefono era efficiente. Il riad era sempre in ordine e pulito. Zona abbastanza centrale, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Jemaa el Fnaa.

Home from home, cosy with the fire and resident musician, very impressed with the hosts. We did go out to eat a few times but actually the food was best at BCK Riad.
Cons: It was a shame that it rained which meant we didn’t get the most of the amazing roof top. We really enjoyed meeting the other guests. So when it did rain we hung out in the court yard chatting and drinking tea and coffee.

Cons: Nessuna doccia in camera, solo una vasca in vista piuttosto scomoda. Lavandino moderno ma poco pratico. Nessun posto per appendere vestiti, giacche o posizionare valige. La colazione è servita su tavolini piccoli e traballanti (no buffet). Piscine piccole e fredde (anche quella al coperto), terrazza trasandata.

The mix of modern and traditional was very nice. The artwork is incredible and the style of the hotel is exceptional. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Being greeted with traditional Moroccon tea on arriving at the hotel was pleasent. A birthday celebration put on by the staff was also very unexpected and very kind. The staff went over and above, in sourcing some souvenirs for us at "locals" prices. They also provided their telephone numbers so that we could message them with any issues.
Cons: Within our room, some little things were broken, such as the sink basin, soap dispenser and the shower. They didn't make a massive difference to our stay or thoughts on the hotel, but were noticed.

Ein extrem grosses Dankeschön an das Personal, an den Manager Halim und alles anwesenden. ich wurde vom Flughafen vom Hotel abgeholt und dies verlief einwandfrei. Ich wurde begrüsst mit einem sehr feinem Tee mit Humor und dann wurde mir das ganze Riad gezeigt. Alle Wünsche wurden von Ihnen erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Ich habe mich extrem wohl gefühlt.

Es gab jeden Morgen ein landestypisches Frühstück mit marrokanischen Pfannkuchen und Brot, süssen Aufstrichen. Frisch gepresste Obstsäfte und sehr gutem Kaffee. Die Lage des Hotels inmitten der Medina und ihrem lebendigen Treiben, ist perfekt um die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotz des bunten Treibens und dem damit verbundenen Lärm in den engen Gassen, die das Hotel umgeben, ist das BCK eine Oase der Stille und Entspannung. Die wunderschön bepflanzte Terrasse/Garten des Riads betritt man als erstes wenn man das Tor zur Gasse passiert hat. Ich habe mich dort sofort sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die sehr individuelle Gestaltung des Riads durch viel moderne Kunst und traditionelles Mobiliar, schafft eine geschmackvolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre und bildet einen entspannten Kontrast zur lebendigen Umgebung. C’était un séjour incroyable dans ce Riad. La localisation qui est en plein coeur de la médina mais une fois à l’intérieur on n’entend plus rien. L’accueil incroyable de Halim et son équipe qui étaient au petit soin du début à la fin. Une vraie famille. Nous avions eu la chance d’avoir une magnifique terrasse. De plus, la gentillesse du night manager qui nous attendait toujours après nos sorties. Mille merci pour tout.
Cons: Le seul bémol était l’intensité du volume de la prière le matin vers 6h. Sinon rien à ajouter tout était parfait.

Fantastic find in the heart of the chaos of the medina. A true gem. Wonderful friendly staff who went out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. Eclectic art which were great fun and created a great vibe. We tried the Hammam here which was great fun - kind ladies and a great treat and overall great experience - and the food was delicious.

We had the pleasure of staying at BCK Art Riad for five nights (February 4-9), and I wanted to share our experience as soon as possible. Over the past 15 years, I have stayed in many hotels for both business and leisure, but this one truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel’s manager, Abdul Halim (Halim), is an exceptional person—always ready to help, quick to solve any issues, and incredibly hospitable. He made our stay even more special, and we now consider him a great friend. Jamal and the entire team delivered outstanding service, making this the most well-coordinated and professional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The food was fantastic, and I highly recommend trying the Lamb Tagine—it was absolutely delicious! The hotel’s ambiance is breathtaking, from the beautifully curated decor to the live cultural music during dinner, the cozy fireplace, and the thoughtful amenities. Every detail exceeded our expectations. We also took advantage of the hotel’s airport transfer service, which was smooth and convenient. Additionally, my wife enjoyed a facial treatment, a bath, and a general massage at the hotel’s spa. She was thoroughly impressed, mentioning that the bath and massages were among the best she had ever experienced. Overall, the central location, exceptional service, cleanliness, delicious food, relaxing spa treatments, and warm hospitality made this an unforgettable stay. Without a doubt, I will return many more times—I am absolutely sure of that!

We loved the vibe of the Riad. Although out of the season we were hosted by the staff exceptionally. Halim and his team were so helpful and understanding. Mama Africa koftas tagine were very tasty. We recommend it to our friends as the location close to everywhere you want to walk and despite the outside noise the Riad was quiet and relaxing.

Le Monsieur qui supervise le Riad qui porte des lunettes et un costume possède un vrai sens commercial et de la relation humaine ce qui est très Important pour moi , mais l ensemble du personnel est sympathique ..

We just returned from a 3 night relaxing stay. Abdelhalim and the wonderful staff were so hospitable and welcoming. On arrival we were given mint tea and information on all amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious evening meal by the fire accompanied by traditional live Berber music. We had a lovely room with a peaceful courtyard and the most comfortable bed. Excellent WiFi providing a range of Internet channels, a superb breakfast in a tranquil setting. Without hesitation we would stay here again and the city of Marrakesh was wonderful both people and place. Many thanks to Abdelhalim for helping me with printing out our boarding passes, it took the stress out of having to find somewhere to do this. Again many thanks to all, see you again. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlich schön gestalteten Riad. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren durchweg nett und hilfsbereit. Die Bilder sind wahrheitsgetreu. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.
Cons: Wir waren im Winter dort, weswegen das einzige Manko war, dass die Zimmer nicht besonders gut beheizt und hier und da auch etwas zugig waren.

Dès notre arrivée, la décoration colorée nous a transportée dans un autre monde, mêlant parfaitement l’authenticité locale et une touche artistique unique. Les chambres sont d’une propreté impeccable, et le service était excellent. Chaque détail est soigneusement pensé pour offrir confort et immersion. L’ambiance était encore plus magique grâce à une personne en babouches qui nous a enchantés avec son luth, alternant entre mélodies marocaines et chansons de notre origine. Le personnel, d’une gentillesse rare, crée une véritable ambiance familiale. Un séjour inoubliable que je recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience authentique et artistique à Marrakech.

Nous avons adoré BCK Art Riad. La fresque arty dans la court, sur la porte d'entrée... Le mélange des cultures, de la tradition et de la modernité. Diner dans le Riad a été une expérience magique : comme si c'était notre propre maison à Marrakech : la cuisine travaillait juste pour nous. La pastilla, le tagine, la kefta étaient délicieux au son d'un musicien traditionnel. Magique. L'accueil de Halim a apporté une convivialité et une attention toute particulière pour un séjour unique. Pour nous comme pour les enfants si bien accueillis. Merci Halim !
Cons: On regrette de ne pas rester plus longtemps donc c'est super! :-) Juste il faisait un peu froid le soir et le matin surtout, mais c'est la saison : il faut penser à allumer le chauffage ou à demander à ce qu'on vous l'allume (ce n'est pas fait automatiquement et on n'a pas l'habitude). Mais sinon tout était super.

Buonissima la cena casereccia accompagnata dal calore del camino e il sottofondo di musica dal vivo (liuto). Inoltre la struttura si trova all'interno delle mura di Marrakech a 15/20 minuti dalla piazza centrale; a piedi tutto rimane comodo e lungo le stradine della città le passeggiate sono suggestive.

Cons: Pour un séjour au mois de decembre ce Riad ne présente pas les garanties de confort attendues pour une chambre payée avec petit déjeuner à 250 euros la nuit. Pas d’eau chaude la plupart du temps , pas de pression, chambre mal isolée et rendant un chauffage inefficace (très inconfortable impossible de se réchauffer) Concernant les parties communes, pareil non adapté au mois de décembre, obligation de mettre une doudoune tout le temps, très sombre vous ne savez pas si il fait beau le matin aucune lumière du jour et très très froid. En conclusion on se gèle et le rapport qualité prix n y est pas du tout, vous repartez avec la désagréable sensation de vous être fait arnaquer. Concernant le personnel un grand manque de professionnalisme chez certains.. aucune aide, lorsque demandée, pour demande de transfert en taxi et surtout prix réclamé pour une prestation hammam supérieur au prix qui avait été discuté. Déception !!!

Cons: El establecimiento no se parece en nada a las fotografías publicadas. Es viejo y sucio. Cada dos por tres se iba la luz, y en la mayoría de las habitaciones apenas había agua. Dos de los cuatro días no pudimos ni ducharnos porque solo salía un chorrito de agua fría. Y lo peor… ¡nos robaron unos AirPods Pro de la habitación de mi hija! Los tenía guardados dentro de su maleta.

Colazione ottima, come tutta l'offerta ristorativa, semplice, genuina e ben fatta. Il ristorante nel giardino ha un'atmosfera intima e molto piacevole. L'atmosfera è suggestiva, grazie anche agli arredi e alle numerose opere d'arte esposte. Posizione perfetta per chi vuole vivere la medina.
Cons: la camera era carina ma non molto funzionale (vasca scomoda, getto d'acqua insufficiente). la zona lavandino è dotata di un bel design tradizionale, ma non molto pratica.

It’s quirky look and the amazing art displayed throughout the property. The staff are an amazing group of people. Elias who greeted us on arrival is a pure gentleman and could not do enough to make our stay perfect.
Cons: The breakfast area was always full of bees and you could not relax while eating. The breakfast itself was very limited and to my knowledge there was no other options available the last few days the atrium area and other guest areas were very cold so a few more patio heaters with have been welcome. The souk area where the RIAD is positioned is a very nice and buzzing place but we didn’t realise how noisy and crazy it is during day and night.

Cons: Je viens de passer 6 jours dans cette riad .A l'abri du bruit, elle est bien située pour toutes les visites aux alentours, j'ai pour ma part tout fait à pieds .On peut facilement avoir accès à des taxis si on le désire à 3 ou 4 minutes de marche.Elle est très propre et le nettoyage de la chambre est nickel tous les jours. Le personnel est très gentil.La déco est sympa et les chambres confortables.

La habitación aunque es grande, la cama es enorme, dejando el espacio justo... Tanto a mi pareja como a mi, la poca firmeza del colchón dio como resultado dolores de espalda. EL desayuno te lo sirven en un patio muy agradable.

The location was excellent. Easy to find and easy walking distance to the medina in the old town or to the shops and nightlife of the new town. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the artwork was vibrant and fun. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Ausnahmslos zuvorkommendes und hilfreiches Personal. Das Riad liegt sehr zentral und nur ein post Schritte vom Getümmel. Es ist sicher, sauber und wenn man dort zu Abendessen möchte, macht man sich nichts falsch. Frühstück ist oft gleich, aber trotz dessen sehr lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

The one positive aspect of our stay was the gentleman who worked the morning/breakfast shift. He was consistently friendly, happy, and positive, which made mornings a bit more pleasant.
Cons: I recently stayed at BCKartriad and had an incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Late one evening, a staff member (named Driss) was threatening and rude to us (two women on their own). He wouldn't allow us to leave the premises, accusing us of trying to check out without paying a £4 balance, even though we weren't checking out until the next morning. To make matters worse, he forced me to show him our belongings in the room before allowing us to leave. The entire situation was overwhelming and scary, and neither he nor the manager apologised when we reported the incident the next day. In addition to this, there were no fresh towels in the room, and when I requested one, I was told I'd have to wait a couple of hours, which felt strange for a supposedly service-oriented hotel. The shower was often cold and room smelled of drains. Overall, I would not stay here again. It's overpriced for the quality of service and experience we received.

Cons: Es muy caro para las calidades que ofrecen. Desayuno bien pero ningún alimento especial, nada de proteína. El agua caliente en habitaciones superiores no funciona bien, baja presión y tarda muchísimo en salir. No hay minibar ni agua en las habitaciones, llegamos de madrugada con niños, hubiésemos agradecido agua en la habitación, el personal muy amable nos dio agua de la cocina que luego nos cobraron.

El alojamiento no está mal si lo pones en contexto pero el precio es excesivo, para ese precio esperábamos bastante más calidad. Las habitaciones son amplias, muchas alfombras y textiles para alérgicos…,la presión de agua en la ducha (2o piso) era muy baja y tardaba muchísimo en salir agua caliente. Llegamos de madrugada, hubiésemos agradecido un minibar en la habitación con agua, no hay. El personal muy amable.

Se soucient du bien des clients du Riad, sont à l’écoute et toujours avec le sourire. Seconda esperienza in Marocco , riad che è andato ben oltre le mie aspettative. Situato nella Medina in maniera strategica. A 3 minuti da un parcheggio di taxi ed a 10 minuti di cammino dalla piazza principale di Marrakech . Riad molto bello esteticamente, molto curato, pulitissimo, staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Ottima cucina tipica marocchina e molto attenti al cliente. Esperienza che rifarei sicuramente e Riad super consigliato.

Me gustó mucho el Riad, todo el Riad es bonito, parece que estás en una galería de arte inmersa en el mundo marroquí. El desayuno estaba muy rico y también realizamos una comida y una cena y estaba todo muy bueno. Las piscinas están genial, nosotros y en especial mis hijas las disfrutamos muchísimo. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos en todo momento, super amables y encantadores. La limpieza de 10 y la atención hacia nosotros también. Contratamos con ellos el servicio de recogida del aeropuerto y también el de llevarnos el último día y todo fué perfecto y puntual. Nos pusieron el partido de la final de la Eurocopa de España sin problema. La verdad es que fuimos ahora en Julio que hacía un calor sofocante y era entrar en el Riad y sentir paz, frescura y relajación. Volveríamos a este Riad de nuevo sin pensarlo. Incluso nos imprimieron los billetes de vuelta y nos aconsejaron lugares para visitar.

Nous avons prolonger notre 1er séjour de 7 nuits pour au final en passer 10 tellement nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Un havre de paix que nous serions heureux de retrouver lors de notre prochain séjour sur Marrakech. Il riad è molto bello, le stanze sono enormi! Il personale è super gentile e disponibile (un ringraziamento speciale ad Halim che ci ha fatto sentire praticamente a casa sempre). La zona è molto carina e caratteristica e super sicura, bellissimo l’hammam con piscina interna. Colazione abbondante ed eccellente con prodotti locali

Je ne sais par où commencer ni vraiment comment noter cet établissement... Ma réservation une chambre une personne avec un lit . Je me retrouve dans une pièce avec une entrée direct sur le petit salon face à la piscine... Donc à moins de ne s'enfermer derrière deux volets en bois pour ne pas être observée aucune intimité et un bruit de passage des autres clients comme du personnel d'ailleurs permanent puisque les entrées et sorties se font systématiquement par là. J'ai émis mon non contentement sur ce point surtout à 70 euros la nuitée pour une seule personne. Pour les points positifs pour lequel je mets ces quelques étoiles: un surclassement à partir de la seconde nuit, une note agréable pour les femmes présentes et deux des hommes dont je ne site pas les noms qui eux ont été fortement agréable avec moi durant tout le séjour. Pour les autres personnels je n'ai pas ressenti de vraie chaleur comme on a l'habitude au Maroc.Autre problème dans ma deuxième chambre je retrouvé des tas de petits morceaux de poudre qui tombaient sur le sol,le lit,,mes vêtements,le canapé tout au long de la journée et nuit ??? Je l'ai évoqué mais on ne m'a pas donné d'explication. La piscine est intérieure au deuxième niveau et à mon goût très renfermée et sombre et pas de filtration. Le hammam je n'ai pas tenter. Le roof top est très glissant et simple mais permet de prendre l'air comme sur la terrasse du bas ce qui est important dans un lieu qui à mon sens est bien trop renfermée sinon .Je ne regrette en revanche nullement la gentillesse des gens du quartier. Pour moi ne mérite pas une note aussi positive pour avoir fait d'autre hébergement en riad à Marrakech.

Jus d’orange pressé frais . Situation très calme par rapport au brouha de la medina. . belle décoration des lieux, les tableaux ajoutent un certain charme.

Pas de bouteille d’eau disponible dans la chambre (ni gratuite/ni payante). . pas de petit frigo dans la chambre . armoire de la chambre avec juste des étagères sans penderie . salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre c’est-à-dire que la baignoire se trouvait à 30 cm des pieds du lit, donc pas d’intimité et eau qui pouvait mouiller le lit si on ne prenait pas garde au jet d’eau du pommeau.

Struttura davvero eccellente in tutto! Il BCK Art Riad è un Riad moderno arredato con tante opere d’arte, le camere sono spaziose, molto pulite e con una buona luce e grandi finestre. La struttura è situata a 10 minuti dalla piazza centrale in una strada tranquilla dove poter passeggiare e trovare tanti locali tipici dove mangiare bene spendendo poco! Una nota particolare va fatta a tutto lo staff e in particolare ad Abdu, per la loro ospitalità, gentilezza e super professionalità, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. Abbiamo organizzato con loro un tuor guidato alle cascate ed è stata una scelta fantastica. La colazione è abbondante e tipica con pancakes locali ottimo burro d’arachidi, torte, pane, yogurt, tè e spremute. Che dire è una struttura che merita assolutamente il punteggio pieno!

Ce Riad est top, l’emplacement est parfait ! Les chambres sont très spacieuses la literie est très confortable. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux. Tout le personnel est adorable, leur accueil est très chaleureux. On reviendra avec plaisir !

Le BCK Art Riad est un petit cocon au milieu de la ville. Les chambres sont confortables, c'est propre. La décoration est superbe et notamment les tableaux. Le personnel est très sympathique. Merci à Halim, Abdoul et Ayoub qui nous ont aidé tout au long du séjour et à toute l'équipe.
Cons: Notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure où les clients prenaient leur petit-déjeuner donc bruyant le matin.

Molte opere d'arte nel riad, lo rendono esteticamente piacevole. Bella terrazza con vista dall'alto su Marrakesh, la stanza accogliente e silenziosa con vasca da bagno comoda per 2 persone. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi diversi luoghi di interesse.
Cons: La colazione, in una occasione le brioche erano un po' secche. Abbiamo noleggiato un tuk tuk per un giorno attraverso il servizio interno del Riad. Il tuk tuk è arrivato in ritardo ad un paio di appuntamenti (fino a 30 minuti). La vasca da bagno era un po' rovinata e arrugginita vicino allo scarico.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly & helpful . Helped us book tour to the agafay & taxi transfer pick up . Breakfast was beautiful and we were made to feel at home . The decor of the property was really funky & artistic . I left an item in the room by accident on checkout which was brought to me .

The property was very cozy and well located. The staff was incredible. Extremely helpful and nice. Especially Abdou, he was so attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make me feel, welcome and comfortable. Abdou is amazing.

Il riad e' molto carino, ben arredato e pieno di bellissimi quadri in arte moderna. Sembra di stare in una galleria d'arte. Il personale e' stato gentilissimo. Ci ha accolto e risposto gentilemnte a tutte le nostre domande e esigenze. Colazione ottima e ben assortita. Posizione buona, a un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla piazza principale, passando nel mezzo dei mercati e vicoli della medina. Assolutamente consigliato!
Cons: Qualche indicazione in piu lunga la strada principale per trovarlo piu' facilemente!

Cadre très agréable et dépaysant. Riad joliment décoré qui offre de belles prestations. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux (nous avons séjourné dans 6 hôtels different au cours de notre séjour et c est là que nous avons eu le meilleur pdj). Le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant.
Cons: Un peu loin du centre avec des enfants (une petite quinzaine de minutes)

It was a perfect stay! Everything marvelous. The Art in every corner made the place an authentic galery, the room was beautiful and spacious and a lovelybalcony, the staff always ready to help with anything that we needed, the breakfast was delicious and the location was spot on. Near a local comercial street and around 10 minutes walk from the Jemaa El Fna square. Will definitely come back! Thank you for everything.

Heel mooi interieur en heel rustgevend. Geen geluid van de stad. Enkel vogeltjes.
Cons: Is gelegen in straat waar ze groenten en vlees verkopen / levende dieren. Stinkt erg en was ook beetje eng voor onze kids. Personeel hield zich niet aan afspraken. Ze zeiden dat we konden lunchen op bepaald uur, maar eens het uur er was ging het opeens nog eens 1,5 uur langer duren. Na lange vlucht niet zo leuk. Ze go nog en ontbijt pakket voorzien gezien we reeds om 8u door moesten maar vergaten het. Koud water in douche.

Very nice Riad in Marrakech. We really enjoyed our stay here, breakfast was good and we asked if they could make us some scrambled eggs and they did. Staff very friendly, they helped us to find some places we wanted to visit. The rooms very good size, clean and comfortable. All the decorations were amazing.

A great experience. I felt like part of the Riad family. Very cute and cozy Riad tucked away next to all the action of Marrakech. We loved the area and it's accessibility to everything in the old town. The host and staff were all so friendly and kind! They coordinated trips, tours and airport transfers without hassle. I was very inspired by the accommodations!

Un riad qui équilibre bien le côté plus ancien et moderne. Notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée à l'arrière et très calme, belle grande chambre agréable et tres belle salle de bains. Le personnel d'accueil et de cuisine sont tous très sympas. J'ai aimé notre quartier dans Marrakkech, très authentique et proche de la population locale. J'aurais moins aimé finalement tout près de la place el jnaa. Bon rapport qualité prix je trouve
Cons: Le déjeuner est très bon et fait maison mais il manque de salé et est peu varié, surtout quand on y reste 5 nuits. La piscine n'en est pas vraiment une, plus un bassin, on était en novembre donc pas très grave

Cons: Problème d’eau, pas de pression et surtout pas d’eau chaude le matin. Un peu mieux par moment dans la journée il paraît mais on ne peut pas rester 3h pour prendre une douche au bon moment… donc nous n’avons pas pu prendre de douche correcte pendant notre séjour de 3 jours et 2 nuits

Cons: La prima notte ci era stata data una stanza molto bella, spaziosa e sopratutto luminosa con tanto di vasca da bagno ma la seconda notte a causa di un disguido ci è stata cambiata la camera al piano terra piccolissima, il letto era un divano letto, senza finestre da nessuna parte e senza possibilità di aprire la porta per un po’ di luce perché dava proprio nello spazio comune di relax e colazione.. peccato 😔

Das Riad ist wirklich zauberhaft schön! Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Style und hat marrokanischen Charme. Das Frühstück war immer sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Das Hammam war echt eindrücklich und auch die Massage war sehr angenehm. Die beiden Taxishuttles haben super geklappt, pünktlich und zuvorkommend.
Cons: Die Lage war eigentlich super, jedoch ein bisschen ab von den anderen Touristen. Uns (zwei junge Frauen) war es zeitweise ein bisschen unangenehm in den kleinen Gässchen zurück ins Riad zu laufen. Vorallem Abends war es zum Teil recht unheimlich und wir fühlten uns nicht ganz so wohl/sicher. Wir hätten uns von unserem Riad ausserdem gewünscht, mehr Infos zu erhalten und sich auch an gewisse Abmachungen zu halten. An einem Abend hat das Küchenpersonal unser reserviertes Abendessen vergessen und wir mussten im dunkeln nach einem Restaurant suchen. Wir waren ende März für 4 Tage da, leider war es in unserem Zimmer (vorallem Abends) trotz Heizung Eiskalt. Die zusätzliche Decke haben wir leider auch nie erhalten, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage.

The property had a unique concept in its focus on local art and artists, and had an overall quirky vibe which is different from usual riads. All the help staff were incredibly friendly and did their best to accommodate our requests!
Cons: The whole place looked like it needed a bit of a dusting and sweeping, maybe even a renovation in some parts. Our toilet light didn’t work the whole 3 days and our private balcony looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time, and no attempt was made to clean it even after we arrived. Breakfast was microwaved hence just chewy pastries.

Nous avons été upgradé dans une chambre magnifique. La salle de bain était très luxueuse. La décoration est vraiment extra-ordinaire au sens strict du terme.
Cons: Notre avion était à 5h du matin. Nous avions réservé un taxi auprès du Riad pour 3h du matin. On nous avait également promis un petit café avant le départ. Quand nous sommes descendus à 3h du matin, les lumières étaient éteintes. Pas de café, mais surtout pas de taxi devant l'hotel. Nous étions passablement énervés et stressés. Dommage de finir sur une mauvaise note. C'est la raison pour laquelle je ne mets pas un 10/10
