We did NOT stay at the property. We arrived at the property gate and stayed for over half an hour ringing the bell, knocking in vain. We left since our taxi wanted to leave us outside and it didn’t seem safe. Still waiting for my refund.

One of the most atmospheric lodges I have ever been. The architecture was stylish-traditional and cosy. The terrace and the pool area were elegant and romantic. The staff was very friendly, efficient and quick. Nice chats included. Everything felt familiar, like amongst friends. If I will ever come back to Marrakesh - this will be my place!

The individual villa was very nice and spacious. The private pool was a very good touch and allowed the children to go in at any time. The staff were very helpful and tried to make our stay more comfortable. One of the rooms in the villa had a faulty AC which was not repaired for 3 nights. After the first night the manager was very helpful and provided an alternative room for the remainder of the stay and refunded the relevant amount. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: It seemed under staffed. Some things took a lot of time as only 1 or 2 people were working

I liked the main entrance building and the main pool. The main pool had good beds and enough shade to escape from the sun.
Cons: I didn’t like how dated and unready everything was. There was a ping-pong table, but it was very worn-out. When we arrived (4 people), our room clearly wasn’t ready. We booked a room for 4 people for 2 nights. The room had one 2-person bed and two sofa beds. The sofa beds were very dirty and we didn’t get a mattress sheet with it. Also the pillows and the blanket didn’t have covers/case on it. I asked 3 times politely to the main lady who did our check-in, if they could bring mattress sheets, and covers for the blankets and pillows. After the third time, they only brought two pillowcases and nothing more. The main lady was nice and the interaction felt very sweet with her, but something is clearly wrong with the management.

Nothing
Cons: ⸻ One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in – do not book! No manager or staff on site, just one overworked security guard. Room was dirty with bugs, cockroach, used soap, and only one dirty towel for five people. No bed sheets or pillows on smaller beds. Pool was filthy with a dead bird inside, broken glass around it, and dog poo all over the property. Completely misrepresented in the photos. We left after one night and they refused to refund the unused nights. Absolutely disgusting – avoid at all costs.

We had a wonderful weekend at Le Perroquet Bleu. I was with a friend who just got married, and honestly we was very well received. The villa with private pool was just perfect — calm, clean, very nice. Fatima at the reception was very kind, always smiling. And Ahmed at the restaurant, very caring person, you can feel he love his job. And the food… amazing ! We had tanjiya, tagines, local flavor ice cream — everything was really delicious. It's been a long time I didn’t eat so good in a guesthouse. Thanks to all the team, you doing a great job. We will come back inchallah !

Beautiful place! Wonderful heated pool as well as two colder ones. We arrived before check in time but were well looked after while they sorted out our room. Food was lovely - breakfast was a simple but plentiful affair, and their menu for dinner was super! Recommend the lamb tagine - beautiful! There was a large group staying at the same time as us - the only other guests - but the staff ensured we were well looked after as well as tending to the groups’ needs. Room was large, comfortable and had a lovely terrace and view.

Cons: From arrival, it was clear guests were not a priority. No welcome, no service, and no communication—none of the staff spoke English, making even basic requests frustrating. This was our 3rd time in Marrakesh and we have never experienced anything like this before. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, staff were inattentive. Scaffolding on the main building and construction noise ruined the stay, yet we were never warned. The pool area was neglected—old, squeaky sunbeds, stained towels, and dirty dishes left for days. The restaurant was just as bad—the waiter wore a puffer coat and spent the meal on his phone. Our room was misrepresented online—no TV, towels never replaced, and shampoo in ceramic bottles with peeling stickers. No iron or hairdryer was provided, and the patio doors didn’t lock. Breakfast on our last morning was a disaster—we waited 20+ minutes for staff, only for the cleaner and security guard to serve us. Check-out was worse, with the manager shouting in French, blaming us for a broken card machine, and causing our daughter to have a panic attack. To top it off, we came home covered in bed bug bites. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We booked to have the day at Villa Le perroquet Bleu (400 dirham) and it was a great decision. Just 20 minutes taxi journey (160 dirham ) from Marrakesh. We were lucky enough to have the heated pool area to ourselves for the day and had a stunning meal. I am vegan and they created an extravaganza of a dish just for me (picture included). We had such a relaxed time here and were looked after just perfectly- Thank you so much! ...FULLY recommend.

The location is away from the city centre, but it's 20 to 19 minutes by drive to most of the attraction places, the host Fatima is really friendly, we had a quick check-in, the room was spacious, it's clean in general but I'm sensitive to dust so I had terrible with dust from around the room (just saying) anyway. So relaxing place away from the crazy busy city, it's nice to chill by the pool so clean. I enjoyed there breakfast many thanks to the chef, also I had dinner delicious and frish am so obsessed with fish tajine. The staff are so helpful, they speak English, frinch and Arabic.

the disappoint was more the expectation.
Cons: I was disappointed with my stay in room 13, which did not meet my expectations. At 200 euros per night, the room felt overpriced, especially given its location near a noisy road which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the lack of opaque curtains and the presence of mosquitoes further detracted from my comfort. The dining options were also limited, which was disappointing. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the experience for future guests."

We had an amazing stay at Villa Le Perroquet. The pool is lovely and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Additionally, the breakfast is great but most of all we really valued the staff, especially Amin (I hope this is spelled correctly). He put a smile on our face every day!
Cons: The only “downside” is that it takes some time to order a taxi to the city centre, but you expect that beforehand too as it is not located in the city centre.

The location and the lady at the lobby was so nice and welcoming, she’s doing her job perfectly.
Cons: Not enough staff to take care of the property, first impression not good as the bed sheet was dirty a pet was sleeping in the room it was obvious with pet hair all on the bed sheet and pillows , another issue is that there’s only one guardian to open the main gate for the guests and who seem to work 24h a day, I came back late at the hotel and had to wait for one hour before the guardian open the door to me to enter the hotel, there was other guests waiting at the gate too and no body even answered the phone of the hotel even though I called 25 time.

The waiters who went above and beyond to try and help despite being shouted at by the manager themselves.
Cons: The rude manager, lack of English speaking staff, no attempts to improve our stay, private pool that wasn’t private (accessible and in view of other guests) and completely unusable due to temperature, food shocking and expensive, wifi didn’t work at the villa nothing loaded as you can see in images, tv didn’t work at the villa no signal and staff unable to help, Villa kitchen was completely bare without cooking equipment except for two pans (no cups cutlery or plates), cleaners emptied bins only and we had to request clean towels every day. We attempted to stay for one night and then cancel but was refused by the manager. Attempted to get support from booking.com (spent £172 on this international call in an emergency after being shouted at by the manager in an attempt to cancel) and was told there was nothing that could be done. Our honeymoon with the family was a very expensive disaster

Very nice villa depicting Moroccan culture. Amazing views . Just as it looks on the website.Food was good. Rooms were nice.
Cons: The swimming was freezing cold. One can’t swim . A heated pool will be very much appreciated. Getting taxi via the villa manage was more expensive than finding your own private driver due to commission. Staff couldn’t speak English very well at least should get one fluent English speaking staff. Although I understand it’s a french country. An absolutely beautiful complex with a lot of Mediterranean influence and rustic charm. It's not too far away from the city center, but still far enough to get that secluded feel. I really enjoyed the room i stayed in. It was very spacious and had pretty french doors that led out to a gorgeous back yard with a pool. I didnt swim at all in the pool during my stay as the water was extremely cold (not a heated pool). Though that may be my fault for visiting in January! As an English speaking traveller, i felt misled about there being actual english speakers on the property as there werent any. Most of the conversations was done through google translate and a simple misunderstanding at check-out occurred because of this which made us almost late to the airport. The Wifi there is quite spotty, but it is free. I bought a morrocan sim card at the airport and even data wouldnt work sometimes on the property. The meals were reasonably priced, and quality of food wasnt bad. However id recommend going out to eat as restaurants within a 30 min drive price their meals simillarly, but taste better. The complimentary Breakfast was very average and quite bland.

Absolutely loved our stay. Special shout out to yassim & Abdullah. They attended to all our needs & are a credit to the team 😊 Very much enjoyed the hotel & its grounds. The pool areas & the gardens were lush! Lots of space Location is away from hustle and bustle. Felt very peaceful and tranquil Balcony area in our room was a nice touch. Would have been nice to have some sun loungers to sunbathe there as its a great little sun trap!
Cons: More variety of food. The menu was the same for lunch & dinner. Not everything was available on the menu to order which was a shame. Was unable to book hamman spa. due to miscommunication with staff regarding booking. Was looking forward to using however it was unavailable. Wasn't sure if it's because we visted during their quiet season? No English channels on TV. Couldn't watch TV of an evening had to use our phones for entertainment

It's a good property and the breakfast was excellent. Nice clean rooms and washroom.
Cons: The location is a bit far away and there's nothing around the property. WiFi speed was weak, disconnected a lot of times. The lighting in the room was very dull, old lighting system inside the property, the lights would switch off and needed to be turned on by pressing a button in the corridor. But no instructions were given of the system and hence very dark when going out of the room.

Rooms were very spacious, each with a large en-suite. The private pool was much bigger than expected and outdoor spaces were perfect. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food at the hotel was both affordable and of decent quality
Cons: Not much really. Maybe better wifi as it didn't reach all the rooms in the villa. Otherwise it was perfect

The manager Youssef is a legend. He truely makes your holiday and the hotel 200%! The rest of his staff are as dedicated as Youssef, warm, friendly and helpfull
Cons: Some minor shortcomings in the room, you will not find in professional hospitality chains. This is also the charm of this very well run family hotel

Facilities were lovely, pool, villa as well as the little huts/bungalows we stayed in. Not only was it a very relaxing and peaceful stay but the staff were the extremely caring and professional, everybody at Perroquet Blue were absolutely amazing. Thank you guys! We will definetly recommend and hopefully back to this little oasis.
Cons: Little far from the city but not really a problem

Honestly one of the nicest places i have stayed at - the people are so helpful, give you advice, and are genuinely concerned about your safety. We loved our room, it was so clean, and gorgeous space. I recommend getting breakfast included. A must place stay in Marrakech.

This villa was nice at first but after dinner on the first night it all went wrong the food was bad and we left most of it and complained and from then the staff treated us like pests. The villa needs a really good deep clean it was dirty don't waste your money here they is a lot more places to go.
