The small Riad is quitely located in a small road but close to the Medina entrace and to other interesting places. Also if you want to explore Marrkesh with public busses it´s not far to walk. The super friendly staff takes care of you and serces a nice breakfast daily.

Location, room and cleanliness was good. Arrived a bit late because of flight issues but no problem in checking in.
Cons: 2(Two) aspects did not meet my expectations. First one is the room. The one which being booked is not what we got. Although facilities are okay but the staff mentioned that in Booking dot com site, old pictures are still available hence the match is not possible. The second one is definitely more difficult to absorb. The plan was with Breakfast. We as a family are travelling for last 20 years but never ever we were told that Breakfast quantity is limited. Even they offered us dates limited (3 people, 4 dates, 3 eggs). When requested for extra pancake, the staff informed us that, per person one will be served. We travelled in other parts of the country and stayed in Riads but did not hear or observe such incidents.

bellissimo Riad in una posizione comoda e con 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il cuore della medina, molto vicino ad un parcheggio custodito se si viaggia in macchina. Struttura davvero molto bella e ristrutturata dotata di piscina. Colazione tipica marocchina molto buona.

We had a great stay here. The location is excellent, right in the old town city center, with everything you need just a 2 min walk away—great restaurants, the traditional souk, and plenty to explore. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean and housekeeping provided daily cleaning. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely recommended!🤗

Great hotel. Great location. 10 min. walk to the old medina. A big plus is the presence of a large supermarket 3 minutes away where you can buy groceries at fair prices. I had the impression that I had come to visit my Marrocan friends. We arrived at the hotel earlier and left much later. But there were no problems.Check-in is only 5-8 minutes. The pool is clean. Verified. Thanks.
Cons: I hope the staff installed a light bulb in the room we stayed in. We lived in a room without main light :)

Me gustó la ubicación y el lugar, que tiene encanto.
Cons: Cuando llame para pedir que me enviara la localización, ya que llegamos en coche, el responsable que me atendió me dijo que saldría a buscarnos junto al Palacio Badi. Es una práctica común en los riads y en los otros en los que me he hospedado siempre nos han salido a buscar la primera vez. Esperamos más de una hora, y finalmente uno de mis amigos decidió intentar llegar al riad con google maps. Al llegar allí el responsable le dijo que estaba solo, que nunca tuvo intención de ir a recogernos. Luego yo le reproché que nos hubiese hecho perder tiempo, que no cogía nuestras llamadas y, en lugar de excusarse y explicarme que estaba solo, se puso agresivo e irrespetuoso. Además, nos dieron una habitación que no era ninguna de las que habíamos visto en las fotos de booking. Estábamos en el último piso en una habitación con un baño muy pequeño. Debieran habernos avisado, además, que nos colocarían en el último piso, puesto que los 3 tenemos una cierta edad y alguno de nosotros podría no haber estado en condiciones de subir.

Die Unterkunft war toll. Super Lage - in der Medina, aber ruhig in einer Seitengasse, Taxis in der Nähe. Das Riad ist wirklich wunderschön gestaltet und die Einrichtung ist noch sehr neuwertig. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Konnten am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch bis in den späteren Abend im Riad lassen. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Riad buchen.

le riad était plutôt au calme. Les jeunes gens et la gouvernante était charmants. Les sanitaires étaient récents. Un café nous a été préparé à notre départ à 5h45 alors que le service ne démarre qu à 8h30

Las habitaciones y el baño son amplios y muy limpios. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El desayuno marroquí muy bueno con productos locales. La piscina disponible hasta las 22:00 con el agua miy limpia. El trato por parte de los trabajadores fue muy bueno y cercano. Estuvimos como en casa. Gracias por vuestra acogida.

La ubicación perfecta, en el centro pero fuera del bullicio de la medina, además de fácil acceso en taxi ya que tienes que caminar literalmente un minuto y si llegas de noche esto es importante. Las instalaciones perfectas, todo mucho más bonito que en las fotos y súper limpio, el servicio de habitaciones de 10. El desayuno excepcional, casero y súper rico, además el personal era encantador, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte y con una sonrisa. Me volvería a alojar aquí sin dudarlo

This is the second time I have stayed in less than a year. Love the location, the team, and attention to detail. Room are comfortable breakfast is good.
Cons: This time, there is building going on at the end of the entrance to the riad. Was disappointed to have not been informed of this. Each day around 3pm, there was noise coming from the site. The alleyway .leading from Main Road to riad is really dirty and certainly off-putting.

Nous venions à 3 femmes pour fêter les 50 ans d une amie..nous avons été traitées comme des princesses et avec bcp de bienveillance et respect lors de notre séjour...une prise en charge complète dès notre arrivée, lors du séjour (réservation pour nous des sites à visiter) et accompagnement à 3h du matin pour rejoindre le taxi..un grand merci à Rachid et à notre veilleur de nuit à qui on souhaite tous nos vœux de bonheur pour son mariage..merci aussi aux femmes qui entretiennent parfaitement le riad mais qui prennent soin de nous également. Un riad très bien situé, au calme tout en étant au cœur de la Médina

Lo que más nos gustó fue lo cuidado que está y lo familiar que es. Daba gusto estar allí. El personal es muy amable, te hacen sentir muy cómodo y son muy serviciales. Por destacar alguna cosa en especial, el desayuno: está genial, para empezar el día con energía; café o té, fruta, yogur, zumo y pan, bizcocho y cositas para untar. Por último, la piscina, que es un acierto si vas ahora en verano. Te salva de las altas temperaturas que se pueden llegar a vivir en una ciudad como Marrakech y a las que nosotros, al menos, no estamos acostumbrados.

We had a really special time at Riad Palmier. The Riad is in the centre of the Medina and very close to the souks and the main square. Despite this it is very peaceful besides being beautiful and clean. The swimming pool is lovely and the breakfast was great. We were also impressed by the members of the staff, they were very friendly and accommodating, in particular Youssef. He was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and with his kindness he made sure I had the best birthday there with my friends We would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay at Riad Palmier was simply amazing! It really is a quiet oasis in the bustling area of the medina. Staff there was so friendly and welcoming and gave us so many helpful advice on how to navigate around the city. Especially Rachid and Samira, they made our stay extra memorable! Our breakfast was delicious mixed with savoury and sweet. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Aircon was strong and shower pressure was just right. We felt extremely safe and looked after and would 100% recommend! The location is ideal as it’s walking distance to most tourist spots :) we’ll definitely be back 😊

Beautiful riad in an excellent location. Easy short walk to the square and souks. It is nice and quiet, a little haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The pool is also lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Room clean and comfortable.

The riad has an excellent location, just a short walk from several popular tourist attractions and the heart of the souks. It also feels very safe. Despite its central location, the accommodation is very quiet, making it the perfect retreat if you're looking to stay close to the action but still enjoy a peaceful environment. I highly recommend this riad for that reason. The design is stunning and authentic, capturing the rustic charm of Morocco. Every detail is thoughtfully chosen, with nothing out of place. The host's hospitality is exceptional—he went above and beyond to assist us with recommendations, printing our boarding passes, and even offering us breakfast at an early hour on our departure day. The level of service we received was unlike anything we've experienced on our travels. Overall, we are extremely happy with our decision to book this riad. It offers excellent value for money!
Cons: I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like about this accommodation. If I had to offer one constructive suggestion, it would be that the balance between the sweet and savory breakfast options could be improved. But that's really the only minor thing I could point out.

Mo was an incredible assist to our trip, aside from taking great care of us he was full of useful info. He was always available to answer our (many) questions. All the staff were very welcoming and the place felt like 'home' after no time. Location is also perfect. It was quiet yet so close to most of the sights and right by an entrance to the bustling medina. The breakfast was perfect for us. Its a traditional Berber style of breakfast I believe. Eggs, yogurt, fruit, pancakes and bread. Sets you up for the day :)

Cons: It was our most expensive stay in Morocco and it just didn't feel like it measured up to some of the other places we stayed at. The towels and furnishings were a bit tatty and there were no bedside table lamps, no duvet or extra blankets (it was middle of the winter and pretty cold). All fine for a budget stay, but unfortunately we didn't feel like we got our money's worth.

A lovely, picturesque Riad, in a great location nearby many attractions. The Host and Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Our room and facilities were superb, comfortable and clean. The Breakfast and Mint Teas were a delight!
Cons: Guests do not have a key to the entrance of the Riad so can be awkward when arriving back potentially late at night having to disturb staff and other guests to be let in.

The riad is well located! Few minutes walk to the Medina. The street of the Riad is very quiet too. The Riad itself looks very well maintained and neat. Breakfast was fresh too. The staff are very nice and available. Thank you espescially to Nasser for making our stay exceptional!
Cons: When we checked in to our room, seems like they put a lot of candeggina to the bathroom that left it a strong odor. The AC heating was not functioning properly too.

Excellent well prices Riad. Location was great just outside the Medina yet close enough to walk. Very friendly staff. Happy to chill a bottle of wine for us. Simple yet excellent breakfast.

Thevteam at Risd Palmier were so welcoming and assisted us when required. We had one of the top bedrooms lovely having a large balcony outside of our room. Breakfast was lovely and changed daily. We ordered a wine at reception, which was local and delicious. I could not recommend this riad enough, from the attention to detail. Care element, close to a lovely lively square and all the tourist attractions..
Cons: Our bedroom had a few electric sockets that were coming off the wall and just a couple of other minor repairs that needed attention. However, these did not detract from the actual fantastic experience of staying in this lovely riad.

Very nice common spaces with the typical riad pool and tables outside. Great breakfast, efficient staff.
Cons: The bathroom was old and small, without windows and with broken tiles/walls. It was not possible to close well the bathroom door. The mattress was very very hard and not comfortable.

The Riad itself was beautiful with lovely decor and greenery. The rooms were traditional and well kept. Breakfast was great and consisted of a tasty variety of Moroccan breakfast items. The staff really made our visit, they were friendly and attentive at all times, gave great recommendations on places to visit and made tea for us whenever we asked.
Cons: Everything was fantastic, I’ve got nothing to complain about.

The overall experience was amazing. The staff who was in charge at night was extremely helpful. When we came late around 22.00, he explained everything about Marrakesh and helped us for bus tickets and overall city. Even though other staff did not speak English, the staff was helpful with our requests. The location of the Riad is really good. The place is peaceful, would highly recommend. Felt safe and like in a summer house.

Absolutely beautiful place just in a heart of a city. Easy access to many restaurants around, really short distance to the safeties car park. What's the most important...staff in this place was extremely professional and absolutely lovely... Room was clean abd pretty... Definitely a place to be back again.

Staff was very helpful with finding restaurants in the area and the room we had on the top floor was very spacious and comfortable. Good bathroom facilities. Always someone awake during the night what made us feel safe. Breakfast was OK, not too special

It’s such a beautiful guest house and everything is really nice around there. Very clean and they are doing their best to help.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect. But just a suggestion, maybe it will be nice if there is a key to the main door for easier access instead of ringing the doorbell every time

Great facilities, amazing location (close to the markets but right outside there is also a little square with restaurants and shops), friendly staff, good breakfast if you like sweet things in the morning
Cons: I was not too impressed with the airport transfer. Friendly driver and good vehicle. However, for the price of 25 euro (mind you it was nighttime, not sure there is a surcharge) the driver dropped us in the square and explained how to get to the Riad. When I asked if he could accompany us he said he can’t leave the car… having arrived in Morocco for the first time as two females at 1 am in the morning with no exact understanding how safe or unsafe this area might be this didn’t feel great to be honest.

Very nice staff and great location right next to the medina and the spice market, but still easily accessible by taxi. Spacious rooms.
Cons: The towels smelled badly and had stains on them. When looking closely you see a lot of things that lack the love for details. The finishing of the interior is not very well done. The sunshades are inside so you can‘t open a window and still block the sun or light.

Riad Palmier was the best, and especially the manager Rashid. Rashid is the kindest person in Morocco. He helped us with everything. Two weeks after our stay me and my partner stranded somewhere near Marrakesh. Rashid was our only hope and so we called him, and he immediately sent two friends to come pick us up. Such a kind and genuine man. The riad is also really nice with great breakfast and super location! Absolute recommended!

Beautiful Riad, clean and nice decorations in the room, huge bathroom. Roof is nice to sit out on.
Cons: Breakfast was quite simple with just jam and a few pieces of bread. Including coffee, tea and orange juice.

We loved the location and the staff. Also the bed was good and comfy.
Cons: The reason that we are marking down is that the title is deceptive when it says adults only, as that isn't the case. We had a 6 year old in the room nect door that consstantly kept jumping noisily down the stairs next to our room. Also a dog barked all night long on one of the nights so it was difficult to sleep but we have to say that on the following night the manager contacted the owners and managed to quieten the dog.

Lage zentral. ruhige Sackgasse OHNE !! Mopeds. Leider in der direkten Nachbarschaft ein Hund, der tagsüber still war, aber nachts unentwegt bellte. Konnte nur mit Oropax schlafen. Schade.

The Riad was centrally located near many sites. The service and staff were amazing and extremely friendly. As a gay couple they were very understanding and accommodating. Breakfast was included and delicious. The WiFi was troublesome at times but the staff were able to resolve it. The dog barking was annoying at night but it is out the Riad’s hands as it was some neighbor’s dog in the area. The room was serviced everyday. Yesid, Rahish and one other younger lady were superb in the attention provided. Rahish, in fact, accommodate service to our earlier than regular check out. Thank you so much for your attention and service. I would highly recommend it.
