La struttura in sé per sé è bellissima, ci hanno accolto con un the di benvenuto buonissimo. Ci hanno accompagnata alla stanza spaziosa e accogliente. Il personale tranquillo e gentilissimo il giorno dopo avevamo un escursione presto e hanno preparato per noi la colazione asporto e ci hanno accompagnato anche al punto di ritrovo essendo due ragazze ed era mattino presto. La cena è squisita ed è tutta roba fresca.

We loved Riad Zhari and wished we were staying longer - we received such a warm welcome from Atika. The two rooms we had booked were comfortable and well furnished and the Riad has a pretty courtyard where breakfast was served. The Riad is in the Medina and a few minutes walk to the main square, so easy reach for cafes, restaurants and of course the souks. Thank you for making our stay so special.

We absolutely loved this place. The whole structure is beautiful. Our room was cozy and comfortable with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was wonderful. Atika, who greeted us and took care of us throughout our stay, couldn’t have been any nicer. My compliments to her! The location is amazing for exploring the Medina - super convenient. We highly recommend this Riad!

Nice location in Medina - easy to find (with instructions) and quiet. Beautiful interior; Ok breakfast; initially there were only sweet things but we asked for eggs and the next days we could have a little omelette which was great. Kind staff. They can help with tours as well. Comfy beds.
Cons: The room was quite small (compared to other places where we stayed); WiFi didn’t work on our floor; we asked multiple times and the staff was saying there was some problem but on final morning it turned out they didn’t give us the right password :).

The location was really great…. Brief walk to the square and all the souks. The staff were all very nice and willing to answer questions. They were also incredibly good with communication and answered all of my many questions prior to our visit. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was traditional and plentiful. They were able to arrange our transfer to and from the airport and then helped us carry our bags from the drop off point (the riad is not accessible by car, but a short 5-10 minute walk). We would happily stay here again if we were ever back in Marrakech. To our new friends- Thank you for your excellent hospitality!!
Cons: It was cold and rainy while we were in Marrakech, so our room was a bit cold (although it made for really excellent sleep). We also felt we needed to be totally silent while inside the riad including in our room - this was probably our biggest complaint as we would have liked to be able to talk more instead of immediately putting the kids on their iPads to keep them quiet. But this would not keep us from booking this riad again in the future.

Petit déjeuner sur le toit : c’est super, très bon. Super service. C’est un riad familial, et j’ai beaucoup voyagé au Maroc. Il y a des riads, dans d’autres villes, qui ne sont pas vraiment familiaux, mais plutôt gérés uniquement par des employés, et certains où il n’y a même personne qui dort sur place. Alors ça , j'ai vraiment apprécié.
Cons: Le matin , il y a beaucoup de mouvement , mais bon , c'est normal et attendu, donc ça ne m'a pas déranger mais à prendre en note si cela vous dérange.

Cons: la camera era senza finestre e nella stanza c'era un forte odore di umido che migliorava leggermente solo quando si accendeva l'aria condizionata. grande criticità per una perdita d'acqua che ha allagato completamente il bagno. hanno riparato il guasto abbastanza rapidamente ma comunque abbiamo avuto un grande disagio non indennizzato con uno sconto sul soggiorno. ho fatto alcune fotografie che comunque non rendono l'idea di quanta acqua fosse presente sul pavimento del bagno

Breakfast was lovely room was beautiful as was the riad ! Staff were lovely too. We found it hard to locate at first and the taxis don’t go into the area of the shopping alleys too narrow, it’s quite a long walk if you have luggage from taxi drop off and in a little alley that’s not easy too find . I think you have to be fit for walking and there are lots of motorcycles and bikes and scooters in the narrow alleys !
Cons: There are lots of stairs and if you are older or have any mobility problems it’s not for you ! Also advert says they have a pool it’s only a very small dip pool not for swimming!

Lage war super, wurden zuverlässig abgeholt vom Flughafen und dann in die Medina gebracht von einer Mitarbeiterin. Die Lage war wie gesagt super. Das Frühstück war auch super lecker. Mitarbeiterinnen waren auch sehr nett.
Cons: Leider hatten wir Käfer an zwei Tagen von Zwei Nächten. Das WLAN war nicht gut. Leider waren wir im unteren Zimmer, sodass es etwas zu hellhörig war und wurden Nachts mal wach.

Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass man nicht mit dem Taxi zufahren konnte, weil die Gassen so eng sind. Also mussten wir etwa 400 m zu Fuß zurücklegen, um dann in einer unscheinbaren Gasse bei einer Tür läuten um dann "ins Paradies" eingelassen zu werden. Es ist wie in 1001 Nacht. die Angestellten waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wird auf einer romantischen Dachterrasse serviert. Wenn man aus der Tür geht ist man mitten drin in der Medina nur 5 min Fußmarsch zum großen Platz.
Cons: Die Zimmerfenster gehen alle in einen Innenhof, dadurch ist es sehr hellhörig. Man hört die "Mitbewohner" husten, zum Teil schnarchen oder kleine Kinder jammern.

The breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent - delicious and lots of different things. Location was also great - close to all the touristy areas but in a very quiet side alleyway.
Cons: We had quite a small room (and bathroom) - for the price I would have expected slightly more space. On the plus side, there was good storage space, so the room didn't seem totally cramped with our things. As we used it only as a base from which to explore Marrakech it was fine.

Lo mejor fue el trato de las personas que lo atienden. Super amables y dispuestos siempre a ayudar y facilitar todo lo necesario y más. Sobre todo destacar al señor que siempre nos atendía en la entrada en español y a una chica joven y dulce con una sonrisa siempre en la cara. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos pasos de la plaza Jemaa el Fna. El Riad es de 10 habitaciones, con un ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar. Sirven el desayuno en la azotea (es un segundo piso sin ascensor) que está decorada tipo chillout super agradable. Se puede subir a esta terraza siempre que quieras descansar, tomar el sol, por la noche a la fresca, para cenar si te has comprado la cena fuera, por ejemplo. Tiene una pequeña piscina aunque parece más bien una fuente junto a la entrada. La decoración es muy marroquí, agradable y acogedora.
Cons: Nos gustó todo, pero si hay que reseñar algo podría decir que la habitación no disponía de armario para colgar la ropa. Solo una cómoda con cajones y un perchero vertical. Éramos 3 personas en la habitación y no disponíamos de espacio de sobra, aun así estuvimos muy a gusto. El cuarto de baño era muy, muy pequeño pero bonito, aunque olía un poco a desagüe pese a tener una ventanita exterior.

Im Riad Zahri haben wir uns durch Mohamed und seiner jungen Kollegin äußerst willkommen und allerbestens aufgehoben gefühlt! Mohammeds besondere, freundschaftliche, aufmerksame Art war außergewöhnlich und haben dieses geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus zu einem absoluten Wohlfühlort gemacht. Das tolle Frühstück und sehr geschmackvolle Abendessen auf der großzügigen Dachterasse - einer Oase- über den Dächern von Marrakesch einzunehmen, war ebenfalls ein Genuss. Excepcional Riad en el mismo zoco , la ubicación es perfecta , estás a 5 o 10 minutos andando de todo, el Riad por dentro es muy bonito , tiene todos los detalles muy cuidados y la terraza es perfecta para desayunar , o cenar disfrutando del atardecer. La habitación está limpia y muy cómoda , acogedora y tenía todo lo necesario . Pero lo mejor de todo el Riad es el personal , todos súper atentos y dispuestos a ayudar , haciendo mención especial a Hammo que fue el que nos recibió con un té de bienvenida y tuvimos un problema con una excursión y él nos lo gestionó todo de maravilla , nos hicieron el desayuno antes de la hora para que llegáramos y hasta nos buscó un taxi para ir al aeropuerto, ya que llegábamos justos de la excursión. Un anfitrión de 10 y un Riad de 10 .volveremos !!!

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Zahir war einfach nur perfekt und hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Der größte Pluspunkt dieses wunderbaren Riads ist ohne Zweifel die unglaublich herzliche und persönliche Betreuung. Unser Gastgeber Mohammed war die Seele des Hauses. Er hat uns jeden Tag mit einem herzlichen "Hello my friends!" begrüßt, und genau so haben wir uns auch gefühlt: wie willkommene Freunde und nicht wie nummerierte Gäste. Seine liebenswürdige Art ist absolut authentisch. Die persönlichen Gespräche, in denen er uns etwas über seine Berber-Familie erzählte, waren sehr bereichernd und haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Doch nicht nur Mohammed, sondern alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren durchwegs außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Weitere Highlights unseres Aufenthalts: Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse: Ein traumhafter Start in den Tag auf der beschatteten Terrasse. Sehr sauberes Zimmer: Das Zimmer und das gesamte Riad waren makellos sauber. Täglicher Wechsel der Bettwäsche: Eine Sauberkeit und ein Service, wie man ihn selten findet und die den Komfort nochmals gesteigert haben. Cons: De communicatie in het engels was soms lastig (de helft spreekt engels). Afspraken waren niet altijd duidelijk of werden niet nagekomen zoals in engels afgesproken. Bv take away breakfast en taxi. Masr uiteindelijk werd het allemaal toch geregeld.

Situato in pieno centro della Medina in una zona molto silenziosa senza passaggio, Riad Zahri gode di una posizione perfetta per scoprire Marrakech. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e attento ad ogni nostra necessità. Abbiamo trovato una camera pulita, con letti comodissimi e un bel bagno. La ricca colazione ci è stata servita in terrazza dalla quale si ha una bella vista dei tetti di Marrakech e della grande Moschea. Non posso che raccomandare questo Riad. Ci torneremo sicuramente se capitiamo ancora a Marrakech.

The riad is in a good location, a five minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Our room was spotlessly clean and made everyday. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. But what really sets this place apart is its Staff. Specially Hamo, who was very respectful, courteous and helpful.

Pasamos dos noches en este Riad y fue gratamente lo que esperábamos. Un desayuno abundante y riquísimo, la terraza da una paz total para comenzar con el resto del día. Se descansa muy bien, cama muy cómoda y baño con todo lo necesario. Las estancias comunes muy agradables también para tomarte un té y leer un rato entre salidas a la Medina que queda a menos de 10 minutos. Justo a la hora de irnos hacia el aeropuerto tuvimos un problema con la tarjeta de embarque y nos ayudaron sin pedir nada a cambio. Quedamos muy agradecidas. Experiencia totalmente recomendable.

We stayed for 2 nights at this property. On the first day, we had breakfast at the hotel, though the options were quite limited. On the second day, since our train to Casablanca was at 7 AM, the staff kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us to take along, which was very thoughtful. The staff were extremely friendly and super supportive throughout our stay. The room was spotless and very well maintained. Most importantly, we were traveling with our 2-year-old child, and this place turned out to be an absolutely perfect choice for families.

A hospitalidade de todos foi incrível! Muitos amáveis da maneira como nos trataram. A Riad foca situada no coração da Medina, perto dos souks e da agitação da Medina, com a particularidade da Riad conseguir estar numa rua de silêncio absoluto. O pequeno-almoço muito bom e completo, tudo feito na hora. Depois do check-out tiveram a amabilidade de nos deixar tomar um duche antes de ir para o aeroporto e usufruir da piscina enquanto esperávamos pelo táxi. Vamos com certeza voltar porque está Riad fez-nos sentir casa. Até breve!

It was such a beautiful property, very cosy. The staff were incredibly inviting and made sure you were happy everyday; offering a variety of advice. They printed out our boarding tickets, took us to the airport and even prepped an early breakfast for our flight, all of which was such a stress relief to make our trip very comfortable. The location is incredibly ideal as it was maybe 1 minute going down 2 small alleys which was usually empty then onto a busy street with market stalls that leads directly to the main Jemaa square in about 2 minutes or the other way that leads to another square where we got picked up from for a desert tour. So the location was in the heart of the busy old town but going to sleep or being on the terrace for breakfast it was completely silent and bliss.

Asimismo el Riad está muy bien ubicado, muy muy céntrico, a dos pasos de la plaza de Jemaa el Fnaa, en una zona segura y, pese a estar tan céntrico, es muy tranquilo y adecuado para descansar. El desayuno muy completo se sirve en la terraza, es un gustazo empezar el día desayunando así. Para concluír hay posibilidad de reservar excursiones y visitas en el Riad. Recomiendo muchísimo el Riad, es una opción maravillosa para quedarse en Marrakech, confío repetir.

Very warm and personal welcome and service throughout the stay from Younis and Loubna. Nothing was too much trouble from our welcome to giving advice on where to eat/visit. Their concern regarding ensuring our stay was optimal was second to none, taking time to give personal recommendations about where to eat, spa/hamman facilities etc. The Riad was authentic in style and facilities. Breakfast was plentiful and served on a scenic roof top terrace. The staff quickly understood preferences. Nothing was too much trouble
Cons: Please remember that facilities in such a historic area will not be like those seen in a large modern hotel; bathrooms were small with simple basin and shower facilities but all in keeping with a Riad in the centre of this historic city.

L'accoglienza impeccabile dei gestori, tre fratelli meravigliosi che con gentilezza, professionalità, cortesia ti fanno sentire benissimo, per non parlare della dolcezza di Loubna, mi è rimasta nel cuore. La cura dei dettagli, l'arredamento che crea un'atmosfera magica, per non parlare della bellissima terrazza. Ottima colazione! Sarà il mio punto di riferimento per le prossime visite a Marrakech. We stayed here for a short romantic getaway and it was honestly perfect. The riad is tucked away in a quiet street in the center of the medina, a short walk from both the main Jemaa El-Fnaa square and the quieter Tinsmiths square. The property itself is beautiful, with a lot of care and attention to detail clearly put into it. All the amenities worked as expected, and the home-made breakfast on the rooftop was a fantastic way to start each day. Our host Younis was friendly, accommodating and quickly made us feel like family. We will absolutely be coming back here next time around!

Cons: - The guided tour offered by the owner was free, but it led to unexpected expenses. He took us to a tourist-trap store claiming to sell high-quality, government-approved products—only later did we realize it was overpriced and not the best quality. - Lunch during the tour was at a fixed-menu restaurant (€15 + €2 tip each)—food was okay, but only later we realized how expensive this is for marrakesh. While I don’t know if commissions were involved, the tour felt more like a sales route than a neutral experience.

Everything was amazing, from their warm welcome to all the activities and trips that they organized for us, no request was too big for them. By the end of our stay, we felt like a part of the family. We would highly recommend this beautiful Riad for everyone to stay. The room was very clean with the view over the Riad's pool (which was beautiful), ac and heater included. There is a roof terrace with a nice view over the Marrakesh and mosque. Nice classic Maroccan breakfast in the morning, always served with Maroccan tea, with a beautiful view from the terrace. 10 out of 10, and can't wait to be back in their lovely Riad Zahri.

De quoi se ressourcer après une journée de médina/souk L'accueil de Lubna et Mohammed est très sympathique, le lieu est très propre est agréable. Chaque voyageurs doit être vigilant à ne pas faire trop de bruit sinon c'est tout le riad qui en profite, mais c'est tout à fait respecté par chacun. La terrasse du petit déjeuner est très sympa, ce doit être encore plus agréable lorsqu'il fait un peu plus chaud.

Le secteur est très calme, tout en étant à deux pas de la grande place. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est exceptionnel et délicieux, avec vue sur l’Atlas. On peut même profiter d’un bain de soleil sur les chaises longues au calme. La literie est très confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les matins, les lits sont refaits et le linge de toilette est changé.

This is a little gem of a Riad, 3 minutes walk from the main Jeema El Fna square. Lovely hospitality and the breakfast is amazing! Also make sure to head back late afternoon to unwind and have a little mint tea on the terrace.... I will definitely be recommending this Riad to family and friends if they are visiting Marrakech.

It's a lovely riad in a good location, close to a common pick up point for excursions. The rooftop is very cosy and pretty, although the view is not the best. Thr riad inside is really beautiful and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and happy to advise and help. Breakfast was good, served on the rooftop. The room we stayed in I think is meant to be for 3 people so for us as a couple it was very comfortable and spacious. It also had all we might need, including basic toiletries, hairdryer, plenty of clean towels.
Cons: Had to leave the key every time we wanted to leave. Toilet seat not secure.

The family running the business were so friendly and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home.. hospitality was 100%. Riad was fantastic and very beautiful, terrace tops it all. Very centrally located and easy access to all attraction and market in walking distance. Lastly would like to thank loubna, youness and the whole family for such warm hospitality and taking care of us. I would definitely recommend staying here for the ultimate experience . The staff here really went out of our way to help us, they organised a great transfer from the airport to the Riad which due to its fabulous location is not reachable by taxi: you get dropped of at the entrance of the medina and then you have to make your way to the little streets full of activity with your bags, which we would have found challenging without the help of the porter who was waiting for us at the taxi drop of point. They also organised a fantastic city guide and on getting home late after discovering the souks they were there to make us a lovely tea on the roof top terasse.
Cons: Not the riad's fault but Marrakesh can be cold at night in February and one should think of enough warm clothing to sit out on the roof terrasse. Still so worth it for the views

The road is super close to the main square so very convenient. Surrounding streets all have cameras and lights so you feel quiet safe for Marrakesh!
Cons: Our first room was on the ground floor next to the front door which didn’t feel safe at first. It was also super noisy and worn down. Once we flagged this we were promptly moved to a new room that was much nicer on the first floor! Would recommend booking a double bed room not two singles as they have more space.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We fell sick the moment we landed but Younis somehow found a doctor who made a visit and prescribed medicines. While we were sick, the entire staff checked on us and took very good care of us. Younis took us on a tour of the medina when we felt a little better and even arranged a tour.

L'accueil est exceptionnel. Toute l'équipe est très gentille et toujours présente et à nos petits soins pour répondre à la moindre question. Nous n'avons pas eu à gérer la réservation de nos taxis pour le transfert avec l'aéroport. Un des personnel du RIAD nous accompagne au lieu de rendez vous et même le matin du départ à 6 h. C'est très confortable. De même, nous avons réservé notre excursion QUAD et Diner au désert d'AGAFAY directement au RIAD et la prestation était parfaite. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse est exceptionnel. Les chambres sont très propres et très accueillantes. Et le RIAD est situé à 5 minutes de la place JEMAA EL FNA à pied mais au calme dans une ruelle.

This is a lovely riad, beautifully designed and with comfortable and relaxing spaces to sit, especially on the roof terrace with views over to Koutoubia mosque. We loved the varied and delicious breakfasts on the terrace. The staff were so friendly, kind and welcoming, they made our stay really special, Yunis went out of his way to be helpful. Thanks very much to Yunis, Lubna and Khaled! The riad is in an excellent location, very close to the main square but very quiet as it is on the back streets (and also felt very safe). Communication with the riad was all good and straightforward. It was very clean throughout. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Una estancia muy agradable y muy familiar. Instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias. Una ubicación muy buena, a cuatro minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa El-Fna. El día de llegada contratamos el transporte privado del propio riad. Como los coches no acceden hasta el riad por encontrarse entre callejuelas, vinieron a buscarnos hasta donde nos dejó el taxi para acompañarnos hasta el alojamiento, lo cual fue de gran ayuda para encontrarlo. Aunque el primer día quizá parezca que hay que callejear para llegar, una vez lo conoces te das cuenta que estás al lado de la zona comercial y turística, pero tranquila y sin ruidos, y la entrada y la zona son muy seguras. Al llegar nos sirvieron un té mientras nos explicaban el riad. Nos dieron a elegir la habitación, ya que tenían libre otra, e incluso, debido a que mi ama viajaba con muleta, nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de quedarnos en la planta de abajo. Las habitaciones que hemos visto, todas decoradas diferentes y todas preciosas. La habitación muy limpia, muy bonita y de buen tamaño. Las camas muy cómodas. El baño equipado con gel de manos, gel de cuerpo y champú, y de buen tamaño. Buena presión y buena temperatura del agua. Nos la han limpiado todos los días. El Wifi funciona perfectamente. El desayuno muy bueno, variado y recién hecho, servido en la terraza de la azotea. Riad muy tranquilo y muy silencioso. En cuanto al personal, destacar el trato familiar por parte de todo el equipo. Está regentado por una familia y se nota mucho. Muy atentos y encantadores todos. Dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. El primer día conocimos a Mohamed y habla castellano perfectamente, con los demás en inglés. Un equipo muy atento en todo momento. Khaled muy atento y Loubna nos ha acompañado a todos los recados que hemos necesitado y nos ha ayudado en todo. Gracias a toda la familia pero gracias en especial a Loubna, por hacer nuestra estancia tan familiar. 100% recomendable y seguro que volveremos.

The location is easy to find, off one of the main streets leading up the Jemaa-El-Fna. What sold it for me is the wonderful roof terrace with, super comfy sofas and a stunning view on to the Kontoubia mosque. You can even hear the music from the square in the evening. The rooms are a good size, very comfortable beds and a practical size bathroom. I loved the staff there. Everyone was super friendly, especially Khalib who was always helpful and answered all the questions we had. We felt like part of the family. Also Loubna, her sister and mother were super welcoming and great hosts. My daughter (17) who was rather nervous travelling to Morocco felt at home and loved them all. Breakfast was nice and more than sufficient.
Cons: Nothing really. The only recommendation I'd have is to fix the sockets beside the bed. Everything else was perfect.

Enorm fijne riad om ons bezoek aan Marokko af te sluiten nadat we per motor het Atlas gebergte hadden verkend. De ontvangst was buitengewoon vriendelijk en alles was schoon en mooi verzorgd. Lokatie vlakbij de drukte maar daar merk je eenmaal binnen helemaal niets van. Heerlijke douche, erg lekker ontbeten op het dakterras. De vriendelijkheid en hulpvaardigheid van het personeel maakte dit verblijf helemaal top!

Riad muy bonito, acogedor y silencioso, la ubicación es excelente, a 5 minutos a pie de la plaza principal, en plena medina, queda todo muy cerca. El personal es muy amable, te ayudan en todo y se preocupan porque te sientas cómodo. Es muy tranquilo y por la noche no se escucha ningún ruido.

Cons: Impossible de joindre le riad au téléphone avant d'arriver (dans l'après-midi); donc accès plus compliqué pour y arriver avec valise. Wifi le plus faible et avec déconnexions fréquentes, de tout notre séjour au Maroc. Des frais pour paiement par carte bancaire (90 MAD) ont été ajoutés à la facture.

Sobre todo nos gustó el trato del personal, Youness exquisito en el trato, amable, cordial, explicándonos las tradiciones de su pueblo y lo que venía de fuera. La ubicación es muy buena, en el corazón de la medina a solo 5 minutos de la plaza, contratamos la recogida en el aeropuerto con el propio Riad, nuestro vuelo se retrasó una hora y aún así allí estaban esperando por nosotros. Las camas son cómodas, el colchón muy firme y varios almohadones donde poder elegir. No hay lujos pero tienen lo imprescindible, detalles decorativos típicos de la zona, un lugar con encanto, llevado por una familia que atenderá tus necesidades. Nosotros éramos tres, cogimos dos habitaciones y todos quedamos encantados

The Riad Zahri is a beautiful riad, once you are inside you can't help but be impressed. It is in true Moroccan style, the mosaics and architecture are just gorgeous! The welcome was extremely warm and friendly. The bedrooms, of which we had 2 doubles and 2 twins, were beautiful, very clean and comfortable and very very quiet which I found surprising considering we were in the city centre of the old town. Breakfast times were arranged the night before so my husband and I ate earlier than our kids (young adults, you know the type the ones that never make it to breakfast so benefit from a time as late as possible!). Well actually, our kids did not make it to breakfast, even at the later time! However, they were still offered breakfast when they eventually surfaced. Now that is outstanding service!
Cons: There was nothing to dislike about this riad. I wouldn't change a thing. That said, you may have noticed I answered one of the questions above with "I would not stay again". So please, let me explain why I said that so you know that it has nothing to do with the riad. It's simply that, we were in Morocco so we took the opportunity to visit but Marrakesh is not a place my family and I are likely to return to as we prefer a calmer, quieter, more sterile environment.

Ho soggiornato in questo rhiad 4 giorni e 3 notti , siamo stati accolti in modo molto gentile da persone estremamente educate che ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa dal primo momento . Come benvenuto abbiamo assaporato un buonissimo the berbero preparato al momento , successivamente uno sguardo generale al rhiad ,tutto in stile marocchino, davvero stupendo e posside anche un terrazzo con vista alla moschea di Koutoubia ed una piscina interna . Camere spaziose e con tutti i servizi e confort necessari . Colazione abbondante e tradizionale con possibilità di avere un sacchetto da viaggio in caso di escursioni mattutine. Il rhiad è situato nella Medina, a due passi dalla piazza principale "Jemaa el fnaa" e a pochi metri da tutti i servizi principali ( atm , piccoli negozi , taxi , ristoranti e bar ) . La mia esperienza è stata molto molto positiva e sicuramente ci ritornerò .

La decoración, la limpieza de las habitaciones, el recibimiento súper cálido , el desayuno súper completo y variado , tuvimos contacto con el dueño que es un amor de persona y se encargó personalmente de conseguirnos lo que pedimos como extra para el desayuno. Nos contó de Marruecos y fue muy simpático con nosotros. La chica que nos recibió fue muy amable también. La piscina es hermosa , la tranquilidad del Riad es un plus . Llegamos aquí tarde después de una mala experiencia con otro Riad en el cual decidimos no hospedarnos y aquí nos sentimos bien recibidos y cómodos. La ubicación es muy céntrica pero no se escucha nada ! Perfecto!

Das Riad Zahri ist ein sehr schönes und gut geführtes Haus. Yunus (ich hoffe, das ist richtig geschrieben) und seine Schwester sind sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir hatten interessante Gespräche und konnten ein wunderbares Abendessen im Riad genießen. Die Zimmer/ das Haus sind sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Außerdem ist die Lage toll - mitten im Markt, ein paar Gassen weiter, und man war in vollkommener Ruhe!
Cons: Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das Blaulicht im Zimmer. Man konnte es leider nicht abschalten... das wirkte etwas steril.

Le Riad est magnifique, très typique, avec un toit incroyable où se reposer à l'ombre tout en étant à deux pas de la place Jamaa El Fna. La piscine est superbe et ça fait un bien fou de se tremper après une journée sous 34 degrés ! Merci pour tout, on ne peut que souhaiter revenir et inciter des gens à venir. Fuimos tres amigas a pasar unos días en Marrakech, el trato recibido por Joseph y todas las personas que trabajan allí fue de 10, el desayuno es espectacular, no hubo manera de poder terminarlo y la habitación era super cómoda, bonita y tranquila. Volvería a repetir sin duda alguna.
Cons: Tener que estar antes de las 23 pm, no teníamos esta información. No obstante, se portaron super bien y nos permitieron llegar más tarde acorando la hora con ellos. Desde aquí quiero agradecerle la flexibilidad y paciencia que tuvieron con nosotras. Y la persona que nos recogió del taxi para llegar al Riad nos llevó por un camino más largo y según avanzábamos más miedo nos daba, la realidad una vez en el Riad es que esta super bien ubicado, sin peligro alguno y a pocos minutos de la plaza.

Das Riad liegt sehr zentral in der Medina von Marrakesch und hat eine tolle Ausstattung mit vielen liebevollen Details. Trotz der Nähe zum Platz Jemaa El Fnaa ist der Riad schön ruhig. Cons: Blijkbaar geen alcohollicentie meer terwijl dit wel in de recensies en op booking stond. Niet zo'n drama aangezien er een koelkast in de kamer staat waar je zelf wat drank kan opbergen.

El se ocupo personalmente con un amigo y me acompañó el día del problema hasta las cinco de la mañana en la policía y a la mañana siguiente nuevamente. Increíble estancia en Riad Zahri. El alojamiento es muy limpio y cómodo, y está en una muy buena ubicación. Lo mejor el trato de la familia, son muy agradables y dispuestos. Nos facilitaron y ayudaron en muchas cosas, incluso nos acompañaron a buscar un taxi. Nos tomamos un té en la terraza con ellos y fue un placer conocer el país y sus curiosidades con sus historias y experiencias. El desayuno es variado y muy bueno, uno de los días nos lo pusieron para llevar porque teníamos una excursión temprano. 100% recomendable, seguro que repetiremos.

Riad Zahri has a wonderful ambience. This was my second stay and it felt like coming home. The location is great, the owners and staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the riad is peaceful and safe even though it is in a busy vibrant area, the roof terrace is beautiful, complimentary breakfast was excellent and quick and the dinner upon request was delicious and convenient.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was leaving! (There's only one little thing we could think of that would improve our room is some better low lighting for evening and bedside lamps or switches so you can turn off the lights from bed. Other than that small thing the room was ideal for our family of three)

Beau respect de la clientèle, aucun bruit le soir -et ça on adore !- l'hote parle tout bas à la réception le soir, tout le riad était complet mais il n'y avait aucun bruit. Le petit déjeuner était plus que copieux et délicieux. La chambre très confortable et spacieuse. Mohamed, le propriétaire, son frère et sa sœur sont adorables. Ils nous aident et conseillent sur demande. Ils sauront vous organiser des excursions ou prévoir un trajet découverte sympa à la journée si vous leur demandez. Vraiment, je recommanderai ce riad autour de moi. Merci à Mohamed et sa famille sans qui ce séjour à Marrakech aurait parfois été plus compliqué. Ma fille et moi en garderons un excellent souvenir.

In my multiple visits to Morocco during 30+ years I can confidently say that this is the cleanest and loveliest Riad I stayed at. This place is clean I mean super clean and looks even nicer than the photos. The location is near everything a visitor wants to see and within walking distance to a lot of the major sites. It is tucked on the nicer and quieter side of the Medina. The staff go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. The area was a quieter area off the main Market square (we stayed at the Riad Boussa also). Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and spoke perfect english. We had a continental type breakfast which was perfectly adequate with good coffee and fresh orange juice. We had 2 single beds whcih were comfy

It wasn't When we arrived we were told that a card payment would incur an extra 5% charge ...... we had not taken enough money to pay in cash after booking .com gave us this advice so paid the extra

Funcionários muito atenciosos, disponíveis, sempre na tentativa de proporcionar a melhor experiência aos clientes, dando dicas acerca da cidade e de atividades a fazer. Ajudam em tudo o que podem, mesmo mostrando a cidade aos hóspedes se assim o quiserem (inclusivamente imprimiram-nos os cartões de embarque sem pedir nada em troca, após termos descoberto que seria necessário). Destaco a simpatia do Younes que fez de tudo para a nossa estadia ser ainda melhor, estando sempre disponível para esclarecer as nossas dúvidas e ajudar! Recomendo muito este Riad, e voltaria sem dúvida!

De eigenaren en personeel waren allerhartelijkst en warm en meedenkend. Hierdoor voelde het elke keer als thuiskomen als we binnenkwamen. Ik volgde er met mijn dochter een kookworkshop waarin we vegetarische tahin leerden maken. Hetgeen vervolgens geserveerd werd op het fijne dakterras. Ook het ontbijt mochten we daar gebruiken. De kamer was precies als op de foto dus geen verrassingen. In de drukte van de bruisende stad was de Riad een oase van rust en ik hoop er zeker nog eens terug te komen. Indien meer tijd hadden we zeker met een van de familieleden een tocht door andere delen van het land gemaakt.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde einem persönlich morgens serviert. Die Lage war perfekt und es war schön ruhig. Alle Attraktionen der Stadt waren fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und man hat einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt. Auch die Dachterrasse war sehr schön und man konnte einen super Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. Die Familie die das Riad führt, war zu jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und man wurde herzlich empfangen und bei jeglichem Anliegen, gab es eine schnelle Hilfe für uns.
Cons: Allgemein hat man bei dem Konzept des Riads nicht die maximale Privatsphäre da alle Türen und Fenster zum Innenhof gerichtet sind. Dies ist allerdings bei den meisten Riads der Fall. So war es manchmal abends und morgens etwas laut. Das könnte evtl. nicht jedem gefallen

We liked it all and had amazing time. Youness is an amazing host, we did not expect to experience such a great hospitality from our late arrival to the departure. The staff has been amazing as well. We had 2 children 6&7 and both had great time in this beautiful cosy and quiet riad placed in a hidden alley just in Marrakech medina. We could relax on the roof top or cool down by the small pool (the kids used the pool but it was just cool around while the heat of the town). The rooms were beautiful and had all we ever needed, same with bathrooms. Everything was working just fine. Great breakfast 👌👌👌 Youness is a great storyteller and has introduced us to the culture heritage of Morocco, it is possible to arrange trips as well sadly we did not have time...We want to come back next year. We thank sincerely to Youness and his amazing stuff for making us feel like home, we had great time.

Riad Zahri is tucked down a quiet street 5 mins from the main Jemaa el-Fna. It is beautifully colourful. The beds are new/firm/comfortable with crisp bed linen. The shower looked very Moroccan but the water pressure was good and hot. Lovely sun terrace. Breakfast was fresh juice, fruit, Morrocan bread/pastries. One morning we had vegetable soup! They kindly did eggs for my gluten-free (coeliac) daughter. The plunge pool was great fun (cold!!). All the staff were friendly and smiling the whole time. Yossan did everything to make our Marrakesh adventure perfect (definitely organise airport pick ups through him as you will find it hard to find your way the first time). You are welcomed with mint tea. This Riad also has a quiet night time from 11pm - 8am which we liked as it was always a peaceful oasis though if we came back late there was no problem. We are a family of four with two teenage daughters. Communication in advance was good - all my questions answered.
Cons: Whichever Riad you choose take ear plugs as the tweety birds (house buntings) that fly in and out get up early. They are though very delightful.

Ubicación muy céntrica. A 6 minutos a pie de la plaza Jma El Fna, pero sin el ruido ni el bullicio nocturno. En un callejón tranquilo y seguro a cualquier hora del dia o la noche. Bucólico desayuno en el patio interior con pajarillos revoloteando. Riad familiar. Trato amable y cálido. Todo super limpio. Edificio tradicional pero construido hace menos de 5 años. Colchón de calidad. Buena presión y temperatura del agua. Desayuno abundante (nunca pudimos acabarlo), delicioso y variado (zumo natural, te, cafe, leche, yogur, fruta, mermelada, mantequilla, pan, crepes y panqueques típicos marroquis (hechos al momento!!!). Sin dudarlo, es un alojamiento magnífico para repetir y recomendar!!!!!
Cons: Cuando llegamos habia un operario haciendo alguna reparación en nuestra habitación y tardamos unas horas en poder entrar (aunque nos ofrecieron otra habitación a cambio, y la espera valió la pena ;-))!!).

Die GastgeberInnen waren sehr nett. Das Abholen vom Flughafen hat problemlos funktioniert und auch der Transfer zum Flughafen war super. Wir müssten schon um 3 Uhr am Flughafen sein und wir wurden bis zum Transfer begleitet, damit wir nicht nachts alleine unterwegs sein mussten. Beim Frühstück hat man nichts vermisst. Es gab frischen Orangensaft, Tee, Kaffee. Der Tisch wurde jeden Tag reichhaltig gedeckt und man war sicher satt, wenn man fertig war . Bei jeglichen Fragen bekamen wir immer Hilfe und auch über die Geschichte der Stadt hat man uns einiges erzählt. Damit wir nirgendwo draufzahlen würden, haben wir Bilder geschickt, was wir uns besorgen wollten, wenn wir es nicht richtig runter handeln konnten und dann hat es uns jemand besorgt und wir haben dann nur einen Bruchteil dafür bezahlt. Täglich ist das Zimmer gereinigt worden und die Handtücher ausgetauscht worden. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt ☺️
