Easy access, super location in 10min you are in the main square and far from the chaos and noise. You can't hear the call to prayer. Hot water, heating in the bathroom (in winter you really appreciate it) Very responsive, and picked us up at the taxi drop off. Breakfast is abundant. Elevator!
Cons: Little natural light in the room, but in most Riads we've been they have the same setup. When someone talks in the common area you can hear it from even 3 Level above.

My boyfriend and I spent three unforgettable days at the beautiful Riad Passali and honestly it was such a vibe. The location was perfect because it sits just outside the busy parts of Marrakech so you still feel the energy of the city without being overwhelmed. The whole place is insanely pretty with its dreamy interior design that makes you want to take a photo of literally every corner. What truly made our stay special was the team. Hamza and Rashid were absolute stars. They were warm caring attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked in. We left feeling relaxed happy and already planning our next visit. Riad Passali is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave.

The employees were absolutely incredible. We got there late on Sunday after an exhausting travel day, and they welcomed us with tea and breads which we enjoyed while we waiting for the paperwork to be filled out for our room. The room itself was bigger than we anticipated. My friends and I were only there for one night, so we couldn’t get a feel for the location, but we did feel safe when walking to the hotel as four young women. We had to leave for our flight at 4:30am, and the hotel called us a taxi which was very helpful. When we walked to the lobby to check out, there was breakfast waiting for us; a wonderful spread of jams, vegetables, and bread which the employee had laid out for us to make sure we could eat breakfast before our flight. This extremely kind act was the best part of our travel day! He also walked us to the taxi to ensure we felt safe. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, I recommended this hotel to all my friends who plan to visit Morocco!

A Riad with a beautiful interior, very relaxing and sheltered, with a lovely pool for a cool down and a private terrace at the top. Room very pleasant and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful, esp. the manager and Aziz (?). Great location for El Badii Palace and the main square/souks.
Cons: Nothing, we booked at very short notice when another Riad cancelled on us, and we were really pleased with the choice!

The breakfast was very similar all three days we were there, with no eggs offered. As my husband was sick, we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we normally really would. I picked this Riad at least partly for its pool but it was always too scummy with bugs on top in the evening when we wanted to use it. I understand it is cleaned in the mornings, but perhaps it needs a touch up I the evenings. Our room and bathroom was exceptionally large and beautifully decorated—the best in the Riad.
Cons: No Minimal English speakers to answer the phone. Azimuth, was helpful to us but he was only there nights. We spent a most frustrating hour and a half trying to find our Riad, with six calls to the place where they would not help us which was quite upsetting. Turns out Apple Maps places the Riad in an entirely different location while Google maps gets it right. The Riad should warn/notify its guests of this. Also no signage leading to the place or instructions on parking given. The amount of difficulties we faced really decreased our pleasure in the experience of staying in Marrakech. The location was well below the majority of the Medina and made for a lot of walking.

Our stay at Riad Passali in Marrakech was pleasant and made even better by its convenient location within walking distance of the city center. The riad had a traditional charm, offering comfortable rooms and a peaceful courtyard that provided a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the medina. While the facilities were generally good, the pool could have been warmer, which would have made for a more enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the setting was inviting, making it a comfortable base for exploring the city. The host was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, despite managing most things on his own. His enthusiasm and hospitality truly stood out, though the riad would have benefitted from additional staff to support him. Once he left for the day, communication became a bit challenging as there was no English-speaking staff available, which made certain requests more difficult. Despite these small inconveniences, we appreciated the personal service and the great location, making Riad Passali a solid choice for those looking for a walkable and authentic Marrakech experience.

Riad Passali is a little haven of peace away from the fabulous bustle of the streets of Marrakesh. It was so lovely to step through the front door after each busy day. From the moment we arrived our host Aziz made us feel at home in this gorgeous riad. He gave us the do’s and dont’s for our few days in Marrakesh. We enjoyed great chats and laughs with him. Thank you Aziz 🙏🏻

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Riyad in Morocco, which was once an old mansion transformed into a charming, modern retreat. The blend of cozy, authentic Moroccan design with contemporary amenities made our stay incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, but Abdul Aziz stood out in particular. He went above and beyond, offering helpful advice on the best places to visit, shopping recommendations, and even personally guiding us to some of the local gems. His insights and willingness to share his knowledge made our trip even more memorable. Breakfast was yummy and freshly made Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable experience in Morocco. Thanks again to Abdul Aziz and the entire team for making our trip so unforgettable!
Cons: The master bedroom is very small with a big bed making it a bit difficult to room around There was only 1 bathroom in a junior suite which was annoying for a group of friends

We had a great stay at Riad Passali. The room was comfortable, clean and cosy. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits, juice etc. The architecture of the riad itself is stunning, adding to the overall charm and atmosphere. Pros: - The place was very clean and had all the good vibes.. - Beautiful decorations everywhere and overall. - Superior deluxe room was very spacious and had all necessary amenities. - We were only 10 mins walk from Jemaa-El-Fnaa and many many beautiful souks! Location wise, cannot really say anything against this place. - Was greeted every morning by very cheerful robins :) - Aziz (one of the care takers at Riad) was simply amazing! he helped us with anything and everything we asked for. - Overall the place was quite safe (for families) and very quiet. - Breakfast was good.
Cons: Cons: - It was too quiet and dark in the corners during evenings. may be some background music or sound of running water from the fountain in common areas would have been great. Only my personal opinion :) - Can have little more hot food options for breakfast. Again, my personal opinion. - Everything was just excellent otherwise.

Colourful throughout. Can’t comment on breakfast as we left too early for the airport to have it. Host was helpful in providing directions for routes and a recommendation for dinner.
Cons: The room door was glass and could lock, however outer shutter could only be pulled to and not locked so we felt a bit exposed as the bed / living area is opposite the glass door. Google maps took us to the wrong place via alley ways, it was dangerous and stressful.

We stayed at Riad with a group of friends, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the hotel featured a beautiful traditional Moroccan decor. Each room had a different color scheme, adding to its charming ambiance. The establishment offers excellent breakfasts, and we also ordered dinner and lunch – everything was delicious and of the highest quality. Overall, these were some of the best Moroccan meals we had throughout the entire trip. One of the undeniable strengths of this property is its exceptional service – nothing was a problem, and all the staff members were polite and helpful, assisting us with many things amonu others taxi orders and airport transfers. We also took advantage of the hotel's hammam and massage services, which we highly recommend. In summary, if you dream of a beautiful and intimate place that is serene yet close to all major tourist attractions, Riad Passali is definitely recommended.

It's a short walk to the gate for Tinsmiths Square and if you're lucky you might spot some storks nests on top of the palace walls. We enjoyed the tranquility of this place.
Cons: Could be slightly cheaper..?

The property was a hidden gem!! It was so beautiful and the staff made our stay so comfortable and relaxing! Especially the staff member Aziz. He was very helpful and generous and he gave us a complete rundown on how to navigate Marrakech for our safety. He helped us sign up for massages and even scheduled an early breakfast before our departure back home. It was beautiful!!! Nothing compares to this stay!!! It was amazing!!!
Cons: I loved every bit of it!! I have nothing negative to say about our stay at the Riad Passali!

A hotel that looks more like a museum of applied folk art. You can spend hours looking at carvings, embroidery, mosaics, embossing, ceramics, and castings. The quiet courtyard of the riad, a breakfast place, a small cool pool - everything is conducive for a leisurely rest. It seems that you can not go to Marrakech and spend the whole trip here. Highly hospitality staff Aziz, thanks a lot for his pieces of advice about spending time and money )
Cons: At night, the silence of the riad courtyard is broken by the cries of cats that divide the territory. The breakfast is delicious, cooked just for you, without mass cuisine. It seems scarce: some cucumbers and tomatoes, local flatbread, oil, and olives. But the food is hearty, even without meat, poultry, and fish. The furniture in the room is handmade, so the door hinges are creaky, and the doors may not close tightly. Don't expect modern technology, be prepared for rustic comfort. But I'm unsure if they are disadvantages or the opposite ) So, I strongly recommend this place if you want to feel the Morocco vibe.

Beautiful Riad, very spacious with lots of attention to details. Very calm and not noisy. Nice sized pool. Good location, close to the center.
Cons: Quite distant service, we did not feel a very warm welcome (we experienced two other riads where service seemed to be the center of attention for the stay). Breakfast was a bit limited.

The location is perfect. The pool is beautiful. Room nicely decorated.
Cons: There were water supply interruptions during our stay. We could not have a shower freely. I guess that this could happen, while somebody on the lower level having the shower at the same time.

The riad is very quite and at the same time located very close to the buzzling bazaars of Marrakech. The staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful!
Cons: We lived on the 3rd floor and sometimes it took a while for the water to start running in the bathroom. But otherwise everything was cool

The place is awesome and quite big but super cozy. Located in a very quite part of the town far from the chaotic souk. The room was lovely and clean, decorated with traditional arabic style as the common areas. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The plus of the place is Ayoub, the guy working there. He is the best person we met in Marrakesh, welcoming, friendly and super helpful. A very special thank to him, who made our stay unforgettable!

Beautiful morrocan decor Our room was very spacious & beautiful Staff were friendly & very helpful
Cons: The water pressure was terrible. It was impossible to have a decent shower. The water would stop & start every few minutes. The sun ambalas on the rooftop are broken & wouldn't open. The toilet there was dirty. The pool doesn't have any sun & it needs better maintenance, the water was dirty.

The riad was very close to everything we wanted to visit. The room was very big and quiet compared to rooms in other riads we stayed. The staff is very nice too. We had to check out very early in the morning, before breakfast started, and they still offered to make us something before we left!
Cons: The shower had no water sometimes, but you only needed to wait a few minutes for it to work again.

Our stay in Riad Passali was exceptional. All of our wishes were granted instantly. The staff was very friendly and competent, especially Ayoub, who did everything in his power to make our stay perfect. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the main square, yet close enough to reach everything within a 10 minute walk. We would recommend staying at this peaceful and beautifully decorated Riad to everyone and we wish the staff all the best for the future!

Imane is the manager of Riad Passali. She and her staff were exceptional in caring for our every need. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, even adjusting the timing of meals to match our schedule. After traveling on the extremely hectic streets Marrakech, stepping into the Riad Passali was like stepping into a tranquil and serene palace. It was a great experience!

The staff couldn't be nicer to assist you with all your needs. Even though there were other guests staying in the riad we hardly ever saw them which resulted in a very private experience. Room cleaned daily. We had lunch in the riad on one of the days and that was spectacular. Located about 15min walk from the main square which we were aware of, this suited us perfect as we wanted a quiet neighborhood which this is. Little shops with basic drinks and snacks few steps from the riad. Internet work well most of the time with good reception in the room. Fantastic place and highly recommended.
Cons: If I was going to be very picky: when showering water pressure goes from low to full pressure when the pomp goes on, it is annoying when you can't set up a steady stream of water. Also, even though we found the breakfast adequate after few days it would become repetitive, as it compromises of bread, selection of jams and pancakes/pastry. Would be nice to see some cheese/cucumber/tomato/yogurt to add a bit of variety. This however are minor issues and I would love to stay there again on my next trip to Marrakesh.

This is a beautiful riad. Located in an amazing location right outside of the core tourist area, it's only a short 5 minute walk to be in the center of things but, at the end of a hectic day in Marrakech, it's a peaceful oasis to relax in. The building is gorgeous and our family room was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend it!

The riad was beautiful and the staff there were very welcoming. It's location is great because it's close to the main square however in a quiet area. The only issue was, there were many hidden charges we weren't made aware of. For example, we asked for dinner but weren't given a menu or prices. Instead we were given a three course meal which we didn't ask for, and was charged 100 euros, and a bottle of wine that cost 30 euros, which is beyond ridiculous. Overall good experience, however make sure to ask for the prices of everything.
