L'accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes : très bien accueilli par Samira et Houssaine, très attentifs et discrets à la fois. L'établissement très beau et le lieu était très calme (hors saison, j'étais seul dans l'établissement). Bon pétit déjeuner sur une très belle terrasse : réveil calme et frais dans la médina de Marrakech qui se réveille !

Il Riad riflette le strutture tradizionali marocchine, la parte centrale è molto semplice ma carina. Khalid ci ha accolti in maniera impeccabile ed è sempre stato disponibile per consigli di ogni tipo e per aiutarci (ad esempio con l’attivazione della SIM marocchina). La colazione era buona, tipica e abbondante. La struttura è a 25 min a piedi dalla piazza principale, ma per arrivarci si percorrono solo vie principali della Medina ricche di venditori e sicure la sera.

Cons: Abbiamo prenotato la cena all’interno della struttura la prima sera arrivando tardi e c’è stata un po’ di confusione. Mancava il dessert. Ci è stata offerta una bottiglia d’acqua (la stessa che era compresa con la cena) da portare in camera e poi volevano accreditarcela in più. Ma ripeto, è stata solo confusione.

La stanza era molto voluminosa. La signora che gestisce il Riad è stata molto disponibile permettendoci di fare il check-in in mattinata e in più, quando abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il parcheggiatore, è venuta a “difenderci” per farci avere il giusto prezzo. La posizione del Riad è ottima, molto vicino alla Medina ma senza essere troppo caotica. Il trasferimento dall’aereoporto è andato super bene nonostante l’aereo fosse in ritardo il signore ci ha aspettati senza problemi. In camera era presente l’aria condizionata, funzionante. La doccia aveva l’acqua calda e un buon getto. Colazione fatta in terrazza con il sole, stupenda.

Excellent communication with the host who always replied promptly to all our questions prior to arriving and was always respectful. We were offered a private transport service, which was extremely convenient, and a home made dinner on the first night. Upon arrival at the riad, we were welcomed by Mohamed who very kindly checked us in, showed us around the riad and gave us a map of Marrakech. Mohamed also served us breakfast every morning and always went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Samira, was also extremely kind and always greeted us with a warm smile. The tagine and tangia cooked by her on the first day were by far the best dishes we had during our entire stay in Marrakech. The location of this riad was particularly great, everything was within a 15-30 min walk. The neighbourhood was busy both during the day (with many tourists wondering around) and at night (with mostly locals). The room was fairly spacious and kept clean, we were provided a cot for our baby and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the staff were the highlight of our stay and made the whole experience so much better!

Cons: The transport service was more expensive compared to local taxis, however, we were happy to pay the extra fee as we were able to travel worry-free at a time that was convenient to us. The fixed menu, although delicious, was overpriced and there were no drinks included- for the price paid, we expected at least a glass of water (we paid separately for water). There were many restaurants nearby which offered delicious meals for a third of the price and far more options.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Jakoura in Marrakech. The place is modest but exceptionally clean and well cared for. What truly made our experience special was the warm and attentive hospitality of Mohamed and Samira. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, always with a smile and genuine kindness. If we ever return to Marrakech, we would definitely choose Riad Jakoura again. Highly recommended for those looking for a simple, clean, and warmly hosted stay in the heart of the city.

The staff were all great as was the breakfast. Other rooms are probably different but I booked a single and it was small. I found it charming as was the doorway to it, which requires stooping. Some might find that a problem. The breakfast area is beautiful and the location excellent.

This Riad is located right in the heart of The Medina and so outside it was the expected hustle and bustle of Marrakech but once inside it was cool, quiet and peaceful. the two members of staff were great answering questions and sorting out our airport transfers. definitely recommend this Riad

The reception of Mohamed was very good and kind. His friendly service and Information about Morocco in general was so interesting. it was much more than just 'handing out the keys'.

Cons: The roof terrace needs some refurbish, some items are quite worn and dusty. it would be nice if the management gave out a bit more and different stuff for breakfast. The location is in a side street of an extremely busy and loud road with LOTS of traffic and Fußes.

The facilities need a face lift as the wall paint appears fading, and we have too many red curtains, which can be changed to a brighter colour to give the room a better appearance. But in all, Samera(apologies if I get the spelling of the name wrong) and Mohammed are wonderful staff who went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks both. You are wonderful.

As a solo traveller I was bit nervous. Mohammad was amazing!. He walked me at night to the ATM because I was scared to go alone at night. He showed me a map and told me where I should and shouldn't go and what scams to look out for. Breakfast is 8- 10 but he got up early to make me breakfast before my tours. Mohammad went above and beyond for me and everyone else, he made my holiday more enjoyable as he was just a text away if I needed him. I came for a holiday and gained a great friend. Samira cleaned my room and always did a great job. When I return to Morroco I will stay at those Riad again. It was really authentic and the rooftop terrace was a bonus. I would highly recommend to others looking for a Riad in Marrakesh. They booked my transfers to and feom the airport and

Cons: I would have liked to have been able to open a window to let some fresh air in but it wasn't a major problem. My single room was dark but again not a major problem. I also think the red paint could be replaced with a lighter colour but this is just constructive criticism. Samira was so helpful before I even arrived. Thank you!

I loved my stay here. It was my first time traveling alone ever, and I felt so comfortable here like I was at home! The room was so comfortable, and location was perfect. Last but not least, Youssef was incredibly helpful and accommodating! Anything I needed whether it was breakfast, taxis or recommendations he was there. I would absolutely without a doubt stay here again.

The property was lovely and super welcoming and authentic! Youssef was always happy to help and answer any questions! The setting is down a quiet street but is still only a 15 minute walk from the main square and most of the major tourist attractions! The breakfast changes every day which is nice as it gives a good variety.

Fantastic staff, attentive and caring at every step. The Riad is perfectly located in the Medina, but not quite in the thick of it, which makes it peaceful and quiet. The room size was perfect for a couple, everything was super clean and the value for the money is excellent.

Cons: It is not super easy to find the riad, as there is no signage on the outside, or on the alley that leads to it. The street number is the best clue.

The service was amazing. Idir took good care of me and treated me really well, making breakfast early for me on one of the days when I had to go somewhere early. They also offered me another room that is usually extra free of charge since the room I was initially given was very hot. Everything was clean!

The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely. Idir was very friendly and helpful and they kindly let me leave my baggage for a few hours after checking out.

Cons: It was a 25 minute walk to Jmaa el Fnaa and if you didn't walk through the souk the walk was not so pleasant. The coffee was very weak at breakfast, and there was never any butter or milk given.

Great riad in a very good location, super close to Bab Doukkala and the souk areas. The district was quiet and the room was very clean and comfortable. We've been warmly welcomed by the sweetest hosts and received useful advice and information about the city and other nearby attractions. Breakfast was wonderfully rich and varying. We will definitely come back!

Cons: Wifi connection may not be suitable for digital workers, but still it was working properly. No complaints.

The staff was so helpful and kind that we felt at home and kind of "cuddled". Our little daughter was waking- up very late on those days but they always were flexible with the breakfast timing. The breakfast was great and served on a sunny terrace. They prepared us a take-away breakfast on the day of our departure since we were flying in the morning and organized our transfer to the airport. The place is five minutes walking from the suk. Highly recommended: we hope to come back soon.

Location was fantastic - the riad is In the center of Marrakech about a 10minute walk to Marrakech coach station. The riad is approximately a 20 minute walk to most tourist destinations in central Marrakech The staff are really lovely. Khalid and Samira were amazing hosts. The breakfast is simplistic, filling and lovely. It's normally served between 8am to 10am on the rooftop which is relaxing The place had a homey fill to it I wasn't feeling too well due to a viral infection. Khalid was absolutely wonderful. He made me a lemon tea to help me sooth my throat at almost midnight. I will forever be grateful for the thoughtfulness. Thank you

Cons: WiFi signal wasn't great It would have been lovely to have a room looking out to the street, however, that wasn't a big issue either. It's just the architectural design of the place and therefore this can't be avoided. We spent most of our time outside anyway, so that wasn't a deal breaker

Location was amazing. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK. Place was clean and homey, however, I didn’t really feel “at home” there. The terrace was nice and quiet, but didn’t have a view, and was a bit tricky to get to with the very tight and steep stairs.

The host (Youssef) was funny and made me feel like at home. The position was great: 10 min from the taxi station, 15 min from Jardin Majorelle and 15 min from Jemaa el-Fnaa. The breakfast was great and changed every day.
