They try to put me to pay again the amount of money that i paid on application, i waited to do check in 2 hours because they not speak english and was difficult to manage situation and i received 2 rooms with the cover of bed dirty

konum olarak iyi bir yer, eski bir yapı fakat odalar ekstra bir lüks aramıyorsanız yeterince konforlu. resepsiyondaki görevli çok güleryüzlü ve kibardı, ona ayrıca teşekkürler. havasız olduğu için odamızı değiştirmek istedik, hemen değiştirildi. kahvaltı da fena değildi. teşekkür ederiz.

A notre arrivée cette très tardive (1h du matin) ma réservation n’apparaissait pas à l’hôtel et l’hôtel était complet mais le personnel a été très serviable et ne nous a pas laissé dans l’impasse il a téléphoné à plusieurs hôtels du secteur et nous a trouvé une solution avec le personnel de l’hôtel voisin qui nous à proposer une chambre merci à eux

Çok iyi bir deneyim yaşadığımı söyleyemem. Biz kayıt yaptırırken aynı oda tipini yanımızda daha uygun fiyata verdiler. Bu kötü hissettirdirdi. Hiç hiç hijyenik değildi. Konum olarak fena değil ama güvende hissetmedim. Otopark sorunu yaşanıyor.

It was in a good location, 5min walk to basmane subway, hotel was clean but fridge was old, they ask me money for 2 bottle of water. ovaerally I think make score 6 of 10

Wifi was not working in our floor full day, even after complain also they not fixed. Shower tab was so small and very difficult to take proper shower.

The male receptionist was nice and polite, however, during check out female receptionist was kind of rude. Toilets and bathroom was small and had smelled. The room was really small. The good think is they provide parking service which is nice.
