Riad, très charmant, très calme avec un toit terrasse où l’on peut pleinement profiter de la vue et du soleil. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins et très sympa. Des excursions sont proposées par leur intermédiaire

Cons: Le Riad n’est pas très facile à trouver, car l’emplacement ne permet pas au taxi de vous déposer devant la porte, il faut bien faire 400 m à pied avec les valises. Le fait que la porte de la chambre soit fermée par un simple cadenas, ne mets pas trop en confiance, mais cela est compensé par la présence constante du personnel.

Cons: déjà quand je cherche la réservation sur booking.com je ne la retrouve plus. Je devais payer par carte, mais arrivé sur place il me fait payer en espèce. J'AI JUSQUA PRESENT PAS DE FACTURE. Le gestionnaire refuse de me faire parvenir ma facture pourtant indispensable pour mes frais de note. Pour moi c'est de l'escroquerie. FAUT BANIR CET ETABLISSEMENT DE BOOKING.COM. c'est une HONTE !!!!

La struttura sembra nel complesso carina e abbastanza centrale.

Cons: Peccato che la stanza non rispecchiava quella prenotata. Al piano terra, piccolissima, affacciata sul cortile interno e con veramente poca privacy viste le porte vetrate. L’odore di muffa era pungente e il bagno a ridosso del letto lasciava entrare tantissima umidità che rendeva l’aria irrespirabile.

Cons: Riad en travaux. Lumières qui s'allument et s'éteignent toute la nuit dans le couloir et qui passent par la fenêtre de la porte. Suite à l'annulation de notre excursion au mont Toubkal le gérant devrait nous rembourser la deuxième nuit, il a finalement refusé sur Booking.

il proprietario e lo staff sono stati super disponibili, sempre gentili, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio. siamo stati benissimo. colazione buona e ampia, uova pane miele marmellata burro pancake. ci hanno permesso di lasciare lì i bagagli per prenderli dopo e quando siamo tornati a prenderli ci hanno anche offerto un the nell’attesa che arrivasse il taxi.

Cons: ci è stato un problema con il check-out la prenotazione su booking ci indicava che avevamo tempo fino a mezzanotte (quindi tutto il giorno) invece alle 11 ci hanno bussato che dovevamo andare via creando disagio perché non eravamo organizzati. Non colpa loro ma bisogna cambiare orari su booking , loro giustamente dovevano pulire per far entrare altri ospiti.

Rien L’établissement ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site, ni à la note, ni au commentaire ni aux prestations proposées. L’entrée de l’établissement est très sale la salle et le bassin, l’eau est très trouble. La chambre Les draps du lit sont froissés. Dans la douche attenante à la chambre, un nid d’oiseaux dans l’aération de la salle de bain, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche à peine tiède au bout de 20 minutes.. L’état général de l’ensemble du Riad, au niveau de la propreté est vraiment insalubre. Pas de serrure à la porte de la chambre, juste un cadenas La climatisation du chauffage ne fonctionnait pas même au maximum du réglage. Très peu de température. Mauvaise fixation de la climatisation au mur, elle penché vers le bas, on avait l’impression qu’elle allait tomber Concernant le réceptionniste L’aspect de la personne me semblait très négligée Au niveau vestimentaire. Aucune solution, trouver suite au désagrément rencontré. Il nous a été seulement proposé de se renseigner au niveau de Booking. Nous avons dû chercher une chambre pendant 4h un soir de match de foot de la can.

Samir et tout le personnel ont vraiment été "à nos petits soins" pour nous servir le petit déjeuner, nous conseiller, et faciliter notre exploration de la ville de Marrakech, trouver les moyens de déplacement, et même nous permettre de laisser nos valises sur place, après la restitution de la chambre. L'avion décollant plusieurs heures après cette échéance. Merci encore de cette possibilité qui nous a été offerte. Les marocains savent vraiment se mettre au service des clients !... En tous cas dans ce riad.

Cons: Pour accéder au riad Elli Marrakech, il est nécessaire d'emprunter de petites ruelles. Or celles-ci sont souvent "saturées" des gaz d'échappement des véhicules 2 roues et autres petits utilitaires qui y circulent abondamment. Cela m'a valu des nausées, à répétition, évidemment pas agréables du tout, jusqu'aux vomissements. Sans compter la vigilance que cela demandait à tout instant en tant que piéton. Certes c'est la même chose dans le reste de la ville, excepté les quartiers "chics" bien sûr.

Cons: Zurzeit wurde leider saniert es war laut und unten im Eingang nicht sauber und eng. Der Kontakt zum Inhaber war am anfang auch leider nicht vorhanden ich habe mich ein wenig vergessen gefühlt, da auf Fragen nicht geantwortet wurden. Wir waren im Dezember dort es war deswegen auch kalt leider war es in den Zimmern nicht wärmer und die Klimaanlage zum heizen hat auch nicht viel gebracht,Vorhänge waren auch nicht vorhanden ,ich habe in der nacht gefroren und meine Schwester in ihrem zimmer auch obwohl deren klima funktioniert hat und sie Vorhänge hatten

Its a gorgeous Riad with amazing hosts who go out their way to make your stay unforgettable, we felt like part of the family Our room was lovely and the bed was comfy,I slept the best I have in ages its got a lovely calm atmosphere .. Breakfast was tasty a good start to the day! Its very well located to visit all the local landmarks Everything is in walking distance I'd recommended taking up the taxi service offered by the host you are taken right to the door - it would have been hard navigating the alleyways upon arrival without this service I loved how traditional the whole experience was And would recommend if your looking for a home from home

La nostra esperienza è stata sicuramente positiva, nonostante l’ingresso al Riad sia immerso tra le stradine e - per la classica architettura dei Riad- la struttura risulta un po’ buia e la stanza piccola. Di contro appena saliti sul rooftop per cenare (ve lo consiglio!) c’è stato un vero e proprio effetto wow!! L’indomani l’oste ci ha preparato una colazione eccezionale, con tutti i prodotti tipici; ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli tutta la giornata, avendo il volo la sera, e prenotato un transfer per l’aeroporto. Consigliato!

Samir è un manager, receptionist, cuoco, idraulico, fantastico e ti fa sentire davvero coccolati e senza problemi. Purtroppo le stanze del riad non sono molto comode (piccole e scomode per muoversi) ma lui su quello non può fare niente. I letti sono comodi. Posizione ottima, a 12 minuti dalla piazza e in zona molto silenziosa, la quiete assoluta di notte. Vicino anche ad un piccolo supermercato dove fare la spesa. Colazione molto buona. Insomma: accoglienza 10 e lode sistemazione 7 1/2

Super lovely riad. My room was upstairs on the terrace, was very quiet not sure if its the only room up there but felt very private. The terrace had a great view and was a lovely space to relax. Room was a nice cosy size and suited me well Host was super lovely and happy to answer any questions. I was able to check in very late after midnight and was still greeted with such a friendly smile and genuinely kind attitude.They even rang a tour I'd arranged to help me clarify the pick up location. Was able to store my bags on the last day as well which was super handy. Definitely the place to stay in Marrakech! Ideally located within walking distance of the main places you can think to go while not being right in the center of the medina, so great for breathing space from the intensity of the city. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The host was the nicest person ever and made us feel so welcome and reassured on our first night when we arrived at night time! He was so helpful and honestly the best part of our stay! He was so happy to help us organize day trips and give advice. The location had a lovely rooftop where you could sit and relax. While we didn’t eat here during our stay, it is clear from other reviews that the breakfast is great. It was relatively close to the Medina approx 15-20 mins on foot.

Cons: A bit hard to find at night time. We personally found the mattress to be very, very hard and is quite noisy at night time with people coming in (although to note, we were exploring all day so going to bed early at approx 9:30pm) so we were woken a lot. Our door didn’t lock fully which worried us day one but once we seen how safe the Riad is, this did not bother us as much.

Cons: Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schwierig zu finden - auf Maps nicht nach der Adresse sondern nach dem Namen des Riad suchen, damit man direkt hinkommt. Taxi kann einen nicht ganz zum Riad bringen, die letzten 250m nur zu Fuß über Kopfsteinpflaster erreichbar.

The riad really felt like home. Right from the start we were welcomed with drinks, tips and a warm feeling. Facilities, such as the pool and terrace, were great and the room was not only comfortable but also clean. The host was enormously helpful and very generous. He went out of his way to arrange breakfast earlier as usual, as well as providing a goodiebag with lots of provision for when we had to leave even earlier. We even got help when we had already checked out.

The place is great, an old Moroccan house modified into a comfortable hotel. We really liked the place, its interior and the crew. Young guy who welcomed us and took care of all our needs was an intelligent person with whom I enjoyed talking. Parking is located nearby, it’s paid 70 dirham per night, it’s a good and safe parking and if you stay in Marrakech you won’t need a car because everything is very close from the Riad. Breakfast was great, typical Moroccan followed by a tea and coffee.

Cons: The room was a little bit cold during the night - BUT I write it only to warn anyone coming to Morocco in winter time that these houses are not insulated like the ones in Central Europe. It’s not possible to heat it properly, just take some warm clothes.

I've had a wonderful stay at the Riad Elli, the place is very nice, cozy and quiet for when one comes from the souks/ markets. It was great being there, I really enjoyed it. I really liked being on the terrace in the sunny days and just read a book I have found there at the riad. I stayed there for 5 nights, the room was not that big, but big enough for one person. The food was absolutely delicious, their Moroccan pancakes for breakfast are the best, for dinner I had tagine or couscous, also very delicious, the host of the Riad was so nice, always helpful and giving tips of where to go and what to visit in Marrakech.

The host was the chef and he took care of all the food preparation very carefully. On the last night I cooked dinner with him and it was great to get involved in the country's culture and cuisine with a local. He always made us very comfortable with everything, including using his kitchen to make soup for my baby. I couldn't have asked for a better stay with a better host. We will certainly recommend you and one day, if we come back, we will visit the BEST RIAD IN MARRAKECH.

Cons: Felt dirty. Dinner was so overpriced. (12 dollars each for ONE pot of tagine, one bottle of water, and some yogurt and fruits. My Moroccan mother in law could make this for a family of five for under 10 dollars). On the way to the hotel you're hounded by tons of kids and strangers trying to scam you for money by giving directions. We got charged so much extra money upon check out that it defeated the purpose of finding a cheap place to stay. We ended up paying almost 90 dollars for the stay. My husband was also refused his breakfast which was included on the price. So we feel ripped off.

We spend 4 days at Riad Elli and it was a perfect choice. The staff was very friendly, helpful and they spoke English very well. They helped us with organizing 3 days desert trip with all amendmends that we needed for a very affortable price. The breakfest was good and fresh - when we had some trips scheduled early in the morning our hosts prepared some breakfest to take with us. The room was small, but always clean and well maintained. We also recommend have airport/bus station transfer booked with the riad as it can be tricky to find the right place at the first time.

When planning a trip to Marrakech, I chose the Riad because I understood that it was the door to the culture and traditions of the people who live here. Azddin is the manager, a true bearer of the most valuable human qualities and the owner of a great talent to find an approach to every person! This is an incredible work, for which I am immensely grateful to him! My main wish was to get into the desert, Azddin, in my opinion, directed to the best place from a variety of options at an affordable price for the luxury option! I couldn't help but stay another night in the desert, I advise everyone if you plan to go to the desert, then stay there for a full day, one night is not enough. Before that, I left all my belongings in the Riad, where they were carefully preserved, due to the fact that my plans shifted, I had to look for a hotel. I turned to Azddin again and he arranged for me a great place for one night near his Riad, and also fed me a delicious dinner! I have gained invaluable experience from traveling around this country and communicating with the locals! I recommend this Riad if you are planning to stay in Marrakech, here is a wonderful combination of silence from the bustling city, oriental beauty and hospitality!

We couldn't complain about a single thing at Riad Elli.

If you woke up at the same time as the rest of the residence, water wasn't good enough for all of us at the same time. We really appreciated the authentic Moroccan welcome, with the mint tea. The room was really nice and quiet, the bed very comfortable. We loved the late dinner that we had, made by the host and the nice atmosphere in the riad.

Cons: The location was a bit more difficult to find but once you know, you know ;)

The common areas are lovely. The terrace has a beautiful view, and you can watch a beautiful sunset from there. The staff was quite helpful as well. We did not get their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The room was small, aircom worked, but the bathroom while looked clean, smelled bad.

Cons: The main thing was the smell in the bathroom. Another thing that was quite annoying was the internet seemed to be down for us, but we did not have enough time to try to sort that out. We paid just over 30 pounds for this stay, so it was worth it, but it would have been much nicer if we didn't have had the problem with the smell in the bathroom and the internet.

Petit hôtel familial de 5 chambres, Redouane et Fatima sont vraiment très sympathiques et font tout leur possible pour bien accueillir les personnes et donner des infos utiles pour le séjour. Ils proposent de venir vous chercher à l'aéroport,, ce qui appréciable car l'endroit n'est pas facile à trouver la 1ère fois. Il y a beaucoup de petites ruelles à parcourir pour le trouver mais ça cet emplacement permet d'y dormir au calme. Les ruelles sont par ailleurs éclairées, très bien pour se sentir en sécurité la nuit; Le petit déjeuner est excellent (possibilité de le prendre sur le toit terrasse s'il fait chaud). Ma chambre était petite mais largement suffisant pour moi. L'hôtel est très bien situé, notamment par rapport à la place Jemma el Fna ... 10 à 15 minutes à pied... où l'on peut trouver des restaurants pour manger et visiter les souks. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel sans aucun doute pour un prochain voyage à Marrakech (je prendrai juste un masque car je ne sais pas dormir si'il n'y a pas le noir total : les fenêtres type vitrail sont magnifiques mais laissent bien entendu passer la lumière Quelque chose qui m'a juste un peu manqué certains soirs où j'étais fatiguée : un système de snacks sur place quand on n'a pas très faim et plus envie de sortir pour aller au restaurant.

Un accueil chaleureux, un emplacement ideal, une vue superbe et calme sur les jardins de la mamounia. Nous avons etait chouchouter par redouane et fatima, qui nous ont donné des cours de cuisine excellent. Un vrai moment de partage. Un tout petit bemol pour la piscine qui etait tres froide et pas très propre.

De Riad is in een steeg te vinden en in eerste instantie denk je ''Waar kom ik terecht?'', maar achter de deur bevind zich een prettig en mooi riad, met zeer vriendelijk personeel, die graag extra service verleent. De Riad heeft een klein zwembadje, waar je in kunt zitten en een gezellig dakterras, maar verder zijn er geen faciliteiten... Het ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het beroemde Jemaa el Fna plein en heeft dus een gunstige ligging. Wij waren erg tevreden met deze Riad en vonden Fatima, Redouan en Zaid erg aardige, vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, die je graag bij alles willen helpen! Zaid heeft zelfs nog een heerlijke tajine voor ons bereid. Wij zouden deze Riad zeker aanbevelen... Een volgende keer zouden wij zeker weer voor deze Riad kiezen, als dezelfde mensen er nog werkzaam zijn.

LA STRUTTURA con caratteristiche tipiche dei Riad marocchine, si trova in una zona tranquilla e sicura a poche centinaia di metri dalla piazza grande dellla Médina . Nel Riad abbiamo fruito di una bella e grande stanza, consona alla loro cultura marocchina. Lo staff formato dal gestore Radouane e dalla sua assistente Fatima sono stati molto cortesi e ospitali, pronti ad aiutarci ad ogni richiesta.

Very disappointing. This Riad - or whannabe Riad is not ready for guests. Still under construction. The front area where one would walk up to find this place is full of construction materials, messy, unkempt etc.,. But, giving benefit of the doubt! When we walked into the 'lobby area' it is a disaster. Shower curtains tied up concealing the 'pool' which is in fact under construction by some people doing tiling. The supposed future pool is like a side room off the lobby, just a dugout in the floor. Must have taken photos from somewhere else and advertised as their own on the Hotels.com website. But, again we give benefit of the doubt to these enterprising folks. Ask to see the room booked, it is super small - no way 2 people could be in it for sleeping or opening luggage. We needed to take another room in addition to accommodate ourselves. We had intended to stay for 3 nights, so were told it was ok we are reserved. Naturally, we make the deal - same as on hotels.com webpage with the manager staff. Verify price etc in writing. Then next day when we are trying to reconfirm and pay balance of cash - - they say there is no booking. In meantime we had discovered even more horrors - mouse droppings, dirty floors, no water pressure for showers and no toilet paper. Messy and not a tiny bit welcoming. (the 1 girl cook/cleaner overworked) Breakfast good but when thinking of mouse droppings and filth a turnoff - quickly lose your appetite. Next day another couple left before checkin.

There is virtually nothing bad to say about our stay at Riad Elli Marrakech. We stayed for 4 nights in Feb 2018. We were met at the airport and then someone also guided us through the narrow streets to the Riad. We were welcomed by Mustafa and Ismael with mint tea on the terrace and they cooked a meal for us that evening as we were quite late getting in and very tired. The meal was delicious and so were the breakfasts every day. Nothing was too much trouble and Ismael in particular helped us with lots of local knowledge. The room was beautifully decorated, a little in the small side but that did not matter to my daughter and I. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and the shower had lovely hot water and good water pressure. I would stay here again if u went back to Marrakech and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Very friendly staff. First time in morroco and the experience was 10/10. Would definitely be back. The staff (Hasan, ismael and Ahmed and women doing the breakfast) are extremely friendly. If there wasn't anything there all u have to do is ask and they will go out there way to get it for you. Lovely city. Very traditional looking riad, real marrakech experiance better than a hotel. Need to spend longer next time. 5days isn't enough if you travel to other destinations.
