Ce riad est très cosy et joli. Super bien placé pour les animations et proche de la prestigieuse place de Marrakech. Aucun bruit alors qu'on est au cœur de la Médina. Le personnel est très serviable avec un petit bémol pour le transport des bagages🤷🏼‍♀️ Rien à dire sur la propreté des chambres 👌🏼et literie au top. Petit déjeuner copieux et service très sympathique.

Cons: Juste douche qui n'a pas de flexible (douche pluie) et un petit souci d'eau chaude. Pas possible d'avoir un petit-déjeuner (même à emporter) le jour du départ vers l'aéroport à 5H00 alors que le petit-déjeuner était compris dans le prix...

A localização é excelente, poucos passos da praça central, não se assustem com os becos, tudo muito fácil encontrar e sem qualquer problema de segurança. O pequeno almoço foi mais que suficiente, típico marroquino. Fiquei na suíte que deve ser o maior.

La colazione è molto abbondante, dalle uova al pane e marmellata passando per pancakes e spremuta d'arancia. Inoltre la posizione è assolutamente top, a due passi dalla piazza principale e vicino a molti negozietti carini e ristoranti con rooftop molto gustosi!

Cons: Gli asciugamani così come le lenzuola avevano dei buchi e non sembravano proprio pulitissimi, ad ogni modo gli asciugamani venivano cambiati tutti i giorni, in occasione delle pulizie della camera. Inoltre, spesso le persone facevano molta confusione della corte del riad, ed essendo la mia camera proprio affacciata lì non era il massimo, ma capisco che sia difficile "riprendere" ospiti maleducati.

Cons: The property felt quite shady. I relied on its 4-star rating, but I honestly don’t understand how it received such reviews. The interiors were strange and unsettling, especially for just the two of us. Très bon accueil et échanges avec le personnel, notamment avec Neura, qui s'est montrée attentionnée tout au long de notre séjour. Le riad est très propre et beau. Le dépaysement a été total d'autant plus que la localisation est idéale pour découvrir la vie locale.

Riad semplice ed in una posizione molto strategico, vicinissimo alla piazza principale. Diversi attrazioni della città sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Cons: The bathroom in my room (206) stank the entire way through my stay. Had my room cleaned which did not help, possibly a drainage issue. TV also did not work and didn’t seem to be any wi-fi, and 5G signal wasn’t great. Noise outside was also quite loud with windows and doors closed.

Very easy to find, just a short walk from the Jemaa El Fna square. Very clean place, my room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The wi-fi works great and the breakfast is superb with juice, eggs and the strongest coffee in Morocco. The staff are very polite and friendly especially Hassan and Ahmet at the front desk and the nice man from the Atlas mountains that serves the breakfast. Also, the hotel is located in a quiet alleyway away from the 24 hour motorcycle noises of the nearby souks (which is important if you want to sleep at night)

Cons: I had a room on the ground floor and it was noisy at times, especially very early in the morning (after 6am) and in the middle of the day when I came back for a 2-hour rest. But between 10pm and 6am, it was mostly quiet..

Location is great, very close to the main square, in the heart of the Medina but away from noisy restaurants. Breakfast good and abundant. Nice to have airport pickup, especially at night time.

Cons: Hotel was less fancy than pictures, noisy from other rooms (we could hear neighbours snoring!). Expensive compared to nicer hotels in the same street. The main NO was the guide service: we booked in advance private guide in Italian only to discover upon arrival it was not available. We have been offered guide in other language (for the same price -30€-, which for me should have been less, and in general not charged per person) who arrived very late and didn't explained absolutely nothing! The only positive note was that we skipped the line at monuments entrance by going with her. Easy to do improvement: put hangers in the room and especially in the bathroom, there was nowhere to place wet towels!

Cons: Om man betalar ett lågt pris för en riad istället för att bo på ett femstjärnigt hotell så får man ju räkna med att det inte är perfekt. Jag vill inte klaga på någonting alls. Riaden överträffade mina förväntningar med tanke på det pris jag betalade och jag bor gärna där igen.

Cons: Heureusement qu'il y a de quoi chauffer les chambres car pas de couvertures supplémentaires, une douchette serait là bienvenue dans la douche car si l on ne veut pas se mouiller les cheveux impossible de se doucher,surtout qu il n' y a pas de sèche cheveux . Et le matin un petit chauffage d appoint dans la salle de petit déjeuner serait aussi le bienvenu car a 8h du matin dans un froid glacial 4° pas très agréable pour déjeuner. Mais nous reviendrons vers vous pour un futur séjour car se sont des petits détails.

Location is perfect, literally a couple of minutes away from the main square. Many other tourist attractions are not too far either, within walking distance. Breakfast is good, a variety of food is available. They were very accommodating to my young daughter so that was a bonus. The riad is beautiful and all the staff are very helpful and kind. A cama é bem grande, a localização é excelente. Café da manhã muito farto. Foram solícitos com o check-in de madrugada. O quarto era bem frio, então no verão deve ser muito bom de hospedar.

J’ai séjourné 10 jours dans ce riad avec petit déjeuner et l’expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. L’accueil est très chaleureux, le personnel est toujours présent à l’accueil, bienveillant, serviable et attentif au moindre besoin. Le riad est très propre, calme et sécurisé, tout en étant idéalement situé en plein cœur de la médina, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. La chambre est sobre, confortable, et le ménage est fait tous les jours, et très bien fait. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et délicieux, avec des produits frais, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Un lieu où l’on se sent bien, en confiance, et où le service est irréprochable. Je recommande ce riad les yeux fermés et j’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Cons: Llegamos de madrugada mi hija pequeña y yo tras un viaje desde Rabat en tren que se complicó y duró 8 horas. Habíamos pedido transfer desde la estación de Marrakech y fuimos.avisando al hotel de los retrasos en el tren (20 euros el transfer) Llegamos a las 00.40 de una noche de diciembre a la.estacion. Después de llamar varias veces al riad y esperar más de media hora en la calle decidimos tomar un taxi. Llamé para avisar y el recepcionista me gritó y me colgó el teléfono. El taxi no puede llegar al riad. Llegamos solas por un laberinto de calles y el.recepcionista volvió a increparme. Lo nunca visto. La habitación helada, básica por no decir cutre, el agua del grifo fría... en fin. No volveré y no puedo recomendarlo.

La posizione è davvero ottima, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e scoprire la città. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Esperienza decisamente positiva, consigliato!

Het personeel is bijzonder aardig en meedenkend, zeker de meneer bij het ontbijt. Het ontbijt is erg goed rekening houdend met de prijs die je per nacht betaald, al gaat het na meer dan 3 dagen mogelijk wel vervelen omdat het elke dag hetzelfde is. Verder is de locatie uitstekend, op zo'n 2 minuten van het Djemaa el Fna plein.

Cons: De kamer was redelijk schoon, maar rook enigszins muf. Verder bood de kamer geen enkele voorziening naast een bed met beddengoed, airco en één handdoek. Op zijn minst een prullenbak of kledinghaakjes zouden bijvoorbeeld wel fijn zijn geweest. Mijn voornaamste kritiek is de gehorigheid. Je hoort andere gasten duidelijk praten en de trap op lopen, zelfs met alle ramen gesloten. Verder is de kamer erg klein, maar dat is iets wat vooraf al bekend was, en dus verder geen commentaar. Voor een aantal nachten/citytrip prima, maar voor een relaxed en langer verblijf kun je beter op zoek gaan naar een fijn hotel buiten de Medina.

I recommend using a different outfit like Expedia. I’ve had to call them about 15 times being on the phone from 20-60 minutes each time. Often the line gets disconnected. It’s in a great location, and the main square is easy and quick to reach. As a solo female traveller I felt safe both at the accommodation and on the way there. If you haven’t been to the medina before it might be a little difficult to find at first on your own, so I recommend using the airport transfer offered by the host because they help with everything. The single room was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the staff friendly, and the breakfast delicious and generous. The price is also very reasonable, so I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The riad’s inner courtyard is exceptionally beautiful and I loved looking out at it from the window.

Cons: The breakfast seemed to be the same each day while I was there, and although it’s tasty and generous, I can imagine it might feel a bit monotonous during a longer stay. For my four days it was perfect.

Questo piccolo e tipico riad è situato in una posizione assolutamente strategica, a due passi dalla piazza Jamaa el Fna e da tutti i souk e dalle principali attrazioni di Marrakesh. Il luogo è tranquillo e vi si trova pace dal caos della città, il personale è gentile e disponibile, la colazione ottima per dare uno sprint alla giornata. Ok il rapporto qualità prezzo. E' un riad semplice ma completo, ideale per chi cerca qualcosa di accessibile senza aspettarsi grandi agi; ottimo per viaggiatori alla mano e per chi non vuole spendere un occhio. Consigliato.

The breakfast is great, slightly different every morning, but plenty to eat, also nice to have early breakfast service because most excursions leave Marrakesh at 8-8.30. Nice to have steady warm water at all times for the shower - not always the case in Marrakech !

Cons: I thought the building was really beautiful from the inside, but the rooms have old bed covers (just keep the white ones ! Remove the old flower pattern covers as they look old/dirty). The rooms need a bit of a refresh. Also you can hear everything from the courtyard - people getting up for breakfast, the reception etc. Also found it disappointing that the staff couldn't provide a bottle of water (in the evening and I didn't want to go out to buy water).

Das Hotel ist klein, wie die meisten anderen im alten Stadtteil. Die Zimmer sind klein und sehr schlecht isoliert – man hört alles im Hotel. Wenn die Gäste etwas gesprächiger sind, ist es schwer zu schlafen. Die Betten sind sehr hart, sodass man nach zwei Nächten kaum noch richtig schlafen kann. Der Vorteil ist die zentrale Lage: das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Zentrum, nur wenige Minuten vom großen Platz entfernt, also alles ist gut erreichbar. Der Empfang war jedoch sehr schwach. Wir mussten die Gebühren bar bezahlen, obwohl auf Booking stand, dass sie im Preis inbegriffen sind. Auf meine Nachfrage erklärten sie, dass man nur bar zahlen könne – so kann man später nicht beweisen, dass man bereits bezahlt hat. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich, sodass man irgendwann keine Lust mehr hatte, hinzugehen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Frauen, die die Zimmer gereinigt haben – sie waren sehr freundlich und sehr ordentlich, ebenso das Personal beim Frühstück. Wir waren sechs Tage dort, und das war völlig ausreichend – mehr als zwei Tage wären zu viel für dieses Hotel. Wenn Sie einen Ausflug buchen möchten, machen Sie das lieber über Booking – es ist doppelt so günstig und funktioniert sehr gut.

This Riad is fantastic value for money. Located in the medina it’s a short walk from many of the main attractions, and easy to reach from the city walls. Our room was large and comfortable, and the courtyard was beautifully decorated with blue and white tiles. The rooftop terrace offered a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, which was freshly prepared and very filling. I would recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly option in the medina, close to the main square. We were only stopping over so didn’t use the various excursions on offer, but the staff were able to organise day trips and transfers for guests.

Riad Hôtel Essaouira is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos — full of charm and character. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the simple Moroccan-style décor made it feel authentic and cozy. I especially loved the colorful glass windows - such a lovely touch! The breakfast was delicious, with a great mix of international and Moroccan dishes. A perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to Abdellatif Bouzaydy, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, both over WhatsApp and in person. My flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until 1:30 a.m., but he was there to assist me with everything. The rest of the staff were also very kind and attentive throughout my stay. I was even able to leave my luggage at the reception after check-out and use the bathroom before heading out - they were always so accommodating and friendly. I truly recommend this riad. Beautiful place, great location, and an amazing team that makes you feel at home in Marrakech.

I have been using Booking.com for many years with no issues. 8/3/25 to 9/25/25 alone I booked 13 properties traveling Europe. The manager at Raid Fes lline is dishonest and knows how to work Booking .com system. Please read the following and decide for yourself. Months in advance I booked the Riad Fes llines for September 18-19. It was a complete nightmare beat and switch. For years Booking.com instructs us to watch out for scam emails. I received an email notification from the hotel that my payment was received on 9/13/25. I received a cancellation notice email for Riad Fes llines the following day on 9/14/25. I didn’t open the email thinking it was a scam, but saw the header information. I went to Booking.com app and it showed I was confirmed for this hotel. Looked again the next day it still showed the booking was confirmed. I’m traveling and it looks okay on the app, so I figured it was a scam, but it was not. We arrive at night 11:35 pm on the 18th after a very long day of travel riding a mini van for 9 hours, first time in Morocco. The hotel is crowded with a tour group from Spain. They set our luggage down by the stairs and told us to wait in the dining area with no explanation. Several times they came by and told us to wait. Only after every guest leaves the dining area. The manager comes to the table. It is almost midnight and we are very tired. He says nothing except asks for passports and starts writing information in his receipt book and says I owe 130 duram for taxes in cash. This is our first hotel in Morocco. I pay him, then he tells us we do not have a room for you. They had canceled our reservation and gave our room to someone in the tour group! As it was cancelled, why wasn’t my payment refunded after the cancellation? And why didn’t it show on the app. Why didn’t I receive an email from Booking.com of a payment refund? Needless to say we were extremely upset by this exhausted after traveling over 9 hours.

Cons: I have been using Booking.com for many years with no issues. 8/3/25 to 9/25/25 alone I booked 13 properties traveling Europe. The manager at Raid Fes lline is dishonest and knows how to work Booking .com system. Please read the following and decide for yourself. Months in advance I booked the Riad Fes llines for September 18-19. It was a complete nightmare beat and switch. For years Booking.com instructs us to watch out for scam emails. I received an email notification from the hotel that my payment was received on 9/13/25. I received a cancellation notice email for Riad Fes llines the following day on 9/14/25. I didn’t open the email thinking it was a scam, but saw the header information. I went to Booking.com app and it showed I was confirmed for this hotel. Looked again the next day it still showed the booking was confirmed. I’m traveling and it looks okay on the app, so I figured it was a scam, but it was not. We arrive at night 11:35 pm on the 18th after a very long day of travel riding a mini van for 9 hours, first time in Morocco. The hotel is crowded with a tour group from Spain. They set our luggage down by the stairs and told us to wait in the dining area with no explanation. Several times they came by and told us to wait. Only after every guest leaves the dining area. The manager comes to the table. It is almost midnight and we are very tired. He says nothing except asks for passports and starts writing information in his receipt book and says I owe 130 duram for taxes in cash. This is our first hotel in Morocco. I pay him, then he tells us we do not have a room for you. They had canceled our reservation and gave our room to someone in the tour group! As it was cancelled, why wasn’t my payment refunded after the cancellation? And why didn’t it show on the app. Why didn’t I receive an email from Booking.com of a payment refund? Needless to say we were extremely upset by this exhausted after traveling over 9 hours.

Property has a beautiful interior and a lovely rooftop terrace where you can eat breakfast with a view of other Riads. Rooms were spacious and air conditioned. Staff were fantastic, I have nothing but good things to say about each and every staff member. I spoke with the lovely cleaner every morning who always had a smile on her face, the 2 men on the front desk could not be more helpful when booking taxis and asking for advice. The breakfast was delicious every morning and ever failed to disappoint. The gentleman who served breakfast truly did “serve with a smile” and made me feel so welcome, and I left breakfast with a smile on my face every day! He was ever so helpful too and gave me some tips on where to get taxis from etc. He really did showcase just how hospitable Marrakech is. The Riad is situated no more than 5 minutes from the main Medina too.

A very beautiful riad with a charming atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast on the open terrace was delicious. Perfect location, close to everything but still peaceful.

Cons: The air conditioning didn’t work very well, and our room was on the third floor with no help offered for the luggage, so we had to carry our suitcases up the narrow stairs ourselves.

Cons: The bedside lamp next to our bed wasn’t working, and there were ants in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to have breakfast at the hotel very often because we had early excursions most mornings. Sadly, they didn’t even offer to prepare a takeaway breakfast, unlike many other riads we stayed at, which did provide this service. I don’t think it’s fair not to offer it at all, especially considering that I paid for a stay with breakfast included. I would recommend that they start offering this option in the future! :)

La ubicación era buena.

Cons: Fui con mis amigos a este hotel por 4 noches, ellos tenían una reserva diferente a la mía ya que yo me uní más tarde al viaje. Ambos escogimos la opción de pagar con tarjeta desde booking pero al seleccionar esta opción, nos ponía que el pago se efectuará en cualquier momento. Esto ya nos pareció raro, así que decidí escribir al hotel, me dijeron que no me preocupase, que se pagaba una vez llegado al hotel, así que supusimos que o se pagaría automáticamente allí desde booking o que con tarjeta se podría pagar. Cuando llegamos allí nos dijo el de recepción que se pagaba allí y en efectivo, porque el datáfono ese día estaba roto (cosa que luego leímos en otras reseñas que pasaba, a veces no funcionaba y al día siguiente si). Así que visto esto, salimos en búsqueda de un banco para sacar dírhams, dimos mil vueltas porque la mayoría no funcionaban, y cuando conseguimos el dinero nos dimos cuenta de que estábamos pagando de más, ya que al sacar dinero el banco te da el cambio de moneda que quiere, es decir, en vez de por 1€ darte 10.3 dírhams (cambio actual), por 1€ te da 9.8 dírhams, y por miedo, ya que el de recepción se empezaba a enfadar con nosotros, acabamos aceptando y pagando en efectivo y pagando de más de lo que nos ponía en booking. Por esta parte, nos sentimos estafados y por miedo, acabamos pagando en efectivo. Más tarde también tuvimos problemas con el desayuno un día porque nos levantamos pronto para una excursión y a pesar de haberlo avisado en recepción y de que abría el desayuno a las 7:00, cuando subimos, nos encontramos al hombre durmiendo en el sofá donde se hacen los desayunos, así que nos fuimos sin desayunar. También el penúltimo día, intentamos que nos imprimiesen los billetes de avión , ya que en internet todos decían que te los imprimía el hotel, nos dijeron que estaba rota la impresora también.

Cons: Al hacer el check-in nos dijeron que se pagaba en efectivo porque casualmente tenia el datáfono roto, en varios comentarios he visto que les habían dicho lo mismo. Íbamos sin efectivo y no nos dieron otra solución. Tuvimos que sacar el dinero en un cajero en plena Medina, por lo que nos acabó saliendo el riad por un precio mayor del que se cerró con Booking, debido a que los bancos nos ofrecían los dirhams por euros a una tasa de 9.9 siendo la real a 10.3. También, teníamos una excursión en la que nos recogían a las 7:20, sabiendo que era muy pronto hablamos con el personal de recepción por si habría algún problema con el desayuno que abría a las 7. Me dijeron que no que sin problema y la día siguiente a las 7 subimos y estaba el camarero del desayuno durmiendo, baje a hablar con el de recepción y me dijo que lo tendría que haber hablado con el camarero y no con la recepción. Tuvimos que buscar desayuno fuera del riad y de casualidad encontramos algo para comer. Por otra parte, el día de antes del vuelo preguntamos si nos podían imprimir los tickets del vuelo en el riad porque en muchos sitios de internet decían que en tu hotel/riad te los imprimian sin problema, a parte de que vimos que tenían impresora, de nuevo, su respuesta fue que la impresora también estaba rota, por lo que tuvimos que buscarnos la vida e ir a un sitio de impresión. El trato del personal de recepción deja mucho que desear, recomiendo mirar otras opciones.

The location was great. The cleaner, Fatima was great and cleaned our room very nicely. The breakfast was also decent. I like that it was on the rooftop. There was not any noise, even though we were close to the square (jemaa el fna)

Property was at a great location eg just 2 mins from the Medina. Air con was adequate but it was 40+ when we went. Breakfast was on time and punctual. Staff were excellent no hesitation to assist you with any queries. Was clean and away from all the noise of the medina.

Cons: On stay it would have been useful for a complimentary water bottle to be provided. The bathroom doors have a window which is visible on otherside. This needs to be blocked not ideal for families or friends sharing. Breakfast was the same through out could try to be more creative even different type of egg eg scrambled, omelette etc would make a big difference.

La situación del Riad es muy buena, con fácil acceso a la plaza de Yemma El Fna y a los zocos. La cama es cómoda y tienen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Cuenta con una terraza muy bonita, con espacio para sentarse. Nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque sin cobrarnos y sin ningún problema.

Cons: Deben mejorar la atención del personal, sobre todo en el desayuno. El personal del desayuno, uno con muy malos modales y el otro, con demasiadas confianzas y comentarios de mal gusto. El desayuno no es buffet, te sirven un huevo estrellado, pan, fruta, algo dulce y poco más. Se echa de menos algo mas de fruta y poder elegir, mas que nada, para no dejar cosas que no te gustan en el plato. No pudimos realizar el pago con tarjeta, debido a que no funcionaba el datafono (ningún día de los que estuvimos alojados), nos vimos obligado a realizar retirada en cajero para hacer el pago en efectivo.

The main area was very pretty as pictured, our room was quite comfortable with plenty space and air con. Very central location for this alone I would recommend around this area.

Cons: We had a trip planned for the following day and requested early breakfast which the person booking us in and he told us this was fine and this would be ready. The next morning there was nothing arranged, the breakfast area was closed so we had to leave without our included breakfast. Would also have liked a bit more of a friendly presence from the staff, as it felt a bit cold throughout our short stay. Wish the bathroom had some sort of storage space i.e. a shelf or something as there was nowhere to put things once in there.

Only a 5min walk to jemaa al fnaa. Stunning detail to the design. Rooms immaculately clean. AC was great. This isn’t always available in some raids. Breakfast simple yet more than enough to start your day. Hassan let me leave my bag there and go exploring. It was a really hot day so I came back to the riad with some drinks and Hassan let me relax upstairs on the roof in the shade and use the facilities until I was ready to leave. Great place and host.

Location, decor, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, amazingly quiet location considering its proximity to the souks and square. And as two female travellers we felt safe.

The riad itself is beautiful and Abdel Latif and the other staffs were very professional and helpful.

Cons: I took a desert tour to Fes from the Riad. Throughout the tour, Abdel Latif was helpful when I encountered an issue. My only advise is, to indicate the stay (hotel) for the tour so we know if that is a hotel we would like to stay in. The location as compared to others in the bus doing the tour was not the best. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the tour seperately.

Riad is superbly placed for the Souks , restaurants, everything. Room basic but clean. Excellent simple breakfast served promptly Front of house staff efficient and helpful.

Cons: We were in rooms on the ground floor by reception. It was noisy as other guests sat in the courtyard talking outside the bedrooms to each other and on their phones until quite late. Generally quiet from 11.30 pm ish.

La posizione di questo Riad è strategica, cioè a due passi dalla piazza Jemaa El-Fnaa. Bella Riad molto tipica, con cortile centrale e colori freschi. Stanze ben arredate e buona colazione in terrazza. Buon problem solving del personale, molto gentile.

Cons: Stanze un po' piccoline. Pulizia non eccellente: la prima sera ci hanno dato una stanza al piano terra che secondo noi morta stata pulita. Abbiamo chiamato il signore alla reception che ha prontamente cambiato le lenzuola. Per farsi perdonare la notte successiva ci hanno fatto un upgrade di stanza.

Siamo stati ospiti per una settimana in questo riad e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è molto pulita: ogni mattina lo staff si occupava della pulizia profonda degli spazi comuni e della camera, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ottimo per chi ama ambienti freschi e profumati. La stanza era comoda, anche se piuttosto minimal, soprattutto il bagno che aveva pochi appoggi. La colazione servita in terrazza è abbondante, tipica del posto e con un orario davvero comodo (7:30 – 11:00). In reception sono stati super disponibili, già prima dell’arrivo: ci hanno aiutato a prenotare taxi ed escursioni, rispondendo sempre con gentilezza e precisione. Le attività prenotate tramite loro si sono rivelate eccellenti. Nel caos della Medina, trovare un riad semplice ma super efficiente, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, è stata una delle cose che abbiamo amato di più. Essendo un tipico riad, non aspettatevi isolamento acustico o privacy, ma è parte dell’esperienza e del fascino del luogo. In generale, un soggiorno piacevolissimo che consigliamo vivamente!

Cons: Aggiungere qualche mensola o superficie in più soprattutto in bagno, potrebbe renderlo più funzionale per posizionare gli oggetti personali.

La posizione vicina alla piazza è sicuramente un plus. La stanza doppia (204) è piccola, giusto lo spazio per il letto e un armadio. Bagno con doccia e dispenser di sapone. Pulizia davvero impeccabile. Rooftop dove servono colazioni assolutamente dignitose e di qualità. Come in molti riad le stanze sono rumorose (a volte a causa di ospiti indisciplinati che non moderano il tono di voce o fanno suonare la sveglia per oltre mezz’ora). Confermo l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Posizione eccellente. A due passi dalla piazza principale, ma in un vicoletto con poco rumore, il che non è banale visto che in alcune stradine sfrecciano i motorini a 50 all'ora fino a notte. Allestimenti piacevoli. Utile la terrazza per colazione e riposo (se non fa troppo caldo), vista non troppo interessante.

Cons: Colazione solo sufficiente, poche possibilità di scelta se comparate agli altri riad che abbiamo frequentato. Camere molto molto piccole (solo il letto a una piazza e mezza e quasi niente posto per i bagagli. Il bagno era nuovo, ma se non si lascia acceso l'aspiratore un odore spiacevole torna su (questo però lo abbiamo riscontrato in quasi tutti gli altri hotel). Doccia con tendina, piuttosto scomoda (solo doccione, niente flessibile) niente bidet. Alla fine abbiamo chiesto il transfer all'aeroporto, anche per evitare di portare i bagagli a mano fuori dalla medina, pagando 20 euro più la mancia per il carretto dei bagagli... e ci hanno accompagnato ad un taxi normale ( seppure a 7 posti), scassato e sporco, (che probabilmente avremmo pagato molto meno fermandolo in autonomia) il cui autista ci ha pure baccagliato perché secondo lui eravamo in ritardo (non parlava né inglese né francese, per cui capire i motivi esatti era complicato...), anche se noi eravamo in perfetto orario concordato. Non è tanto per la spesa, è che se uno si accorda per il transfer si aspetterebbe un servizio di un livello superiore ad un taxi di linea, invece è stato sotto la media degli altri taxi che abbiamo preso... Se si fosse rotta la macchina avremmo potuto perdere l'aereo! Quindi hotel passabile, ma i servizi aggiuntivi è meglio cercarli per conto proprio.
