Cons: Nulla, andava tutto benissimo

The staff were extremely welcoming and professional. They made us feel at home and were very attentive to our needs, bringing us tea, ensuring we had a lovely breakfast, and welcoming us with a beautifully presented room with a wood fire and petals scattered throughout. It was very clean and the staff went above and beyond, even sending a moped to deliver to my headphones after I had left them behind. We made the booking last minute after an issue at our previous Riad, so even arriving late at night in the pouring rain, they instantly made us feel welcome and our stay here was probably the best part of a wonderful short break.

Cons: NADA. solo puedo decir GRACIAS.

Ghizlaine and the entire staff at the Riad Gallery 49 were wonderful and made our stay in Marrakech comfortable and enjoyable. The Riad is small, homey and quiet, close to the hustle and bustle of of the markets. The food was outstanding and service impeccable. We stayed in a room that had a queen size bed, sofa bed and loft that would sleep 6...very comfortable for 2 (maybe a bit tight for 6)

I brought my wife to Marrakech to celebrate her 30th birthday and what a memorable trip it was - much to the excellency of Riad Gallery 49. It was a wonderful stay and 4 nights that’ll always be forever remembered for a pleasant experience. The Riad was very beautiful and the service was nothing short of it. Ghislaine and her team looked after us like their own family and we truly appreciated all their efforts. From providing constant traditional tea, laying breakfast on time to arranging transport and activities immediately after request, we were truly moved by the kindness and attentive service. The rooms were very nice with nice space filled with flower petals and pleasant aroma. The breakfast was simple but very delicious, going to miss the taste of them every morning. The Riad is kept very clean and well maintained. We also experienced both the hammam and massage experience which my wife mentioned was very professional and relaxing. Lastly the dinner served on our last night was tasty and well presented. Lastly the location is perfectly placed away from the street noise but very close to the Souk and Jemma el-Fnaa which was very convenient. Overall it’s a highly recommended accommodation where you’ll find good care and hospitality; I’ll highly recommend it as you will have a wonderful time. One final note, thank you for the cake surprise for my wife in the morning after breakfast, the joyous moment will resonate forever and thank you for making it special. We will be back.
Cons: There were some building work at the time where you can see from top terrace but that is very minor compared to the great view you get from the top terrace.

Really loved the thought going into the room perfume, decorations and the hospitality. The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to requests. I also really appreciated the tea. It was a fantastic experience!
Cons: Perfect for solo travel but possibly too intimate an experience for two people since the toilet area is not fully separated. The walls are thin, but the people were quiet, so just have to be mindful about that.

Alles was in 1 woord gezegd: Perfect! Heel uitgebreid ontbijt. We komen hier absoluut terug. Bedankt lieve Ghizlaine, Fatima en Saida.

Cons: I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The hotel room had a very strong and disgusting sewage smell, which made it impossible to sleep or even take a shower. When we pointed this out to the staff, the problem was simply denied instead of being addressed. On top of that, the staff were very intrusive and the overall hygiene was poor. I would never book this hotel again, especially not for the price they charge.

Everything about this Riad is fantastic. The service from the team is unique and exceptional. They really go above and beyond. For example, we were leaving at 430am for our train and they woke up to make us breakfast with a smile on their face. They helped carry our luggage (which in Marrakech small streets matters a lot). They served us tea room service without even requesting. And it’s an all female team. Makes you feel right at home. Bravo
Cons: The only only thing about the hotel if we are being honest is the size of the room is a little small but this is typical for Riads in such excellent locations to the centre of the Medina. Not a complaint just something that anyone should be aware of when booking to make sure expectations are realistic

Conforto : quartos bem decorados (estilo riad), duche quente fiável.

Delightful from start to finish. I had to find somewhere at the very last minute due to an issue with my original accommodation, and I genuinely lucked out. While it might sound cliché, the hosts truly made me feel part of the family right down to preparing homemade biscuits for me to take home because they noticed how much I enjoyed them. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with the flexibility to adjust timing when needed. Whenever I returned to the riad during the day, a pot of tea and snacks would appear shortly after, which was such a thoughtful touch. The genuine warmth and attentiveness I experienced here turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the highlights of my trip. I can’t recommend this riad highly enough. It’s the kind of place that feels less like accommodation and more like coming home.
Cons: The mattress was a little firm for my personal preference, though I know this is subjective and others may find it perfectly comfortable. Occasionally, noise from other guests carried through the building, but this is simply the nature of staying in a traditional riad with its open courtyard design and it’s not something the hosts can control.

The ladies were really nice. They served tea and small sweets several times. Breakfast is nice, and similar but not the same every morning. They keep the riad very clean, decorate with roses, there is a nice smell in the entire building..We could leave our luggages there before moving in and after moving out. No language barriers, they could find the way how to communicate.
Cons: Hammam/massage and dinner are very expensive, therefore we could not try.

The riad was easy to find, and the location was great — you couldn’t really feel the usual noise of the medina, which made it even more relaxing. The staff were truly wonderful — especially Fatima, Imane (sorry if I misspelled), and the other kind women who took care of everything with such warmth and attention. They always greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel like home. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they surprised me with a cake and congratulations — it was such a sweet and touching gesture that I’ll always remember! Every morning, breakfasts were delicious and slightly different each day. From the rooftop, there’s a beautiful view — early in the morning, you can even spot air balloons floating in the distance. The riad itself is very aesthetic and cozy. We really liked it — everything was clean and well-maintained. Cleanliness was exceptional, and it was clear that every little detail was handled with great care and thought. Overall, it was a stay full of warmth, care, and beautiful moments <3. We truly appreciated the hospitality and kindness — it made our trip even more special.
Cons: The room was relatively small size, just it.

Mejor atención imposible a todas horas .

Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared for us whenever we returned from an excursion. Room was not large but beautifully appointed with a profusion of luxurious spa toiletries and rose petals scattered about to greet us!. There's a tiny and very personal hammam on site. We were able to order a lovely dinner on site the night of our arrival, including a bottle of wine. The dining area on the terrace is cool and inviting. Overall a lovely stay.

Breakfast was abundant, tasty and everyday different - served on the roof terrace, a real pleasure. I've tried their dinner, too: that was delicious! (not cheap but definitely worth it, home-made flavour). I recommend the hammam: what an experience, don't miss it!
Cons: I guess it's part of the "riad" concept but I had the impression that if you make noise in the room everyone can hear you (so, no music). As a general recommendation for new-comers to Morocco (not just this specific Riad): just make sure that the bathroom has a proper door (not just a curtain) if you don't travel solo :)

I am still in aw of the hospitality and kindness I experienced here. They truly go above and beyond. The location is perfect! The staff can help arrange private tours (worth the higher price than the huge groups like with viator) The food was delicious, Hammam refreshingly and massages reviving or relaxing depending on style you choose. The riad itself is gorgeous and very very clean. I cannot thank the staff enough for making me comfortable on my first solo female international trip. The best!
Cons: You will need plenty of cash instead of cards/epay. But that was my fault not bringing enough

The staff were all so phenomenal and no request went unanswered. The spa services were the BEST we’ve ever experienced. We’ve been to Marrakech a few times and this was the BEST Riad that we’ve been to. The breakfast and dinners were absolutely delicious…so much so, we ate dinner there every night!
Cons: Our room could’ve been a little bigger. However, we booked at the last minute and it was the only room left.

Everything about this place is superb. It is clean, well presented and the staff are absolutely brilliant. They were happy to do anything we needed, to help and make our stay perfect. The staff don't speak much English at all (only the owner) so it would be advisable to download Arabic to a translator app before you arrive. This is by no means a negative though, just purely advice. I suppose it's kind of rude on our part really, to expect others to speak our language. I would highly recommend this accommodation when in Marrakesh and would definitely stay here again.

The staff there were just lovely! Their attention to detail and the warmth with which they greet you no matter what time of day is just beautiful. I signed up for a cooking lesson with Fatima who despite me not knowing a common language, was so easy to connect to. Mariyah was there to solve any local conundrum. Cleanliness and ambience were perfect. The place and the staff have a very zen vibe. Fatima even helped me shop for some Moroccan cookies on my last day there. Ghizlane is the go between for translating and was available over phone at any time of the day. Truly enjoyed my stay there.

The Gem of Marrakesh After a long day of walking through the streets, where vendors present their goods - ranging from fresh produce and fragrant spices to aesthetically handmade products - and amidst the loud noises of everyday life filling the air, you will be very pleased to return to this wonderful riad. Stepping inside, the contrast is immediate. Peace and quiet await. I could choose to retreat to my room, prepared with meticulous attention to detail. I could sit downstairs next to the fireplace or relax and enjoy a quiet moment on the rooftop with panoramic views of the city, whilst basking under the hot sun. Once seated, I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed back with homemade mint tea served alongside a plate of pastries. A wonderful gesture! Mornings began with a delightful breakfast, everything one could ask for to start the day. In the evening, dinner was nothing short of magical, a multi-course meal by the crackling fireplace, each dish a testament to the flavors and traditions of Morocco. What an experience! The wonderful ladies of the riad warmly welcome their guests with hospitality that goes beyond service. They create an atmosphere where time slows down, where I could pause, reflect, and enjoy the beauty of the moment. They bring life and enjoyment into the riad and even showed me the traditional way of making Moroccan mint tea. Thanks to all this, my stay in Marrakesh was made all the more enjoyable. Here, memories are not just made, they will forever be cherished. For that, I am deeply grateful.

I echo the comments from others about the exceptional service by the girls who run this hotel. This was one of the cheaper private rooms that I could find in Marrakesh, but the room and service were of a very high standard. The location on the edge of the Medina, in a relatively quiet area, is another advantage.
Cons: This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in where they tidy your room every time you leave it. This is very sweet, but sometimes not necessary.

They have a beautiful wood stove and know exactly when to serve tea and they share it a lot! It is easy to keep in touch with those that speak English via WhatsApp on their WiFi and I used Google translate for some of the staff who don’t and they could hear what I was trying to say in Arabic then easily help me with what I needed. I ran the marathon there and was officially checked out but they were more than happy to let me use a different bathroom to shower before my flight. The main contact consistently checked in with me and you actually get a choice when you have breakfast! One morning I had it at 10 am on the terrace and the other I had near the fire in a cozy room at 6:30 am. Both breakfasts were slightly different but equally tasty! I would highly recommend this hole in the wall…it literally is like this little oasis after it feels like a maze to have found it, traveling down tight (somewhat dirty but with character!) between areas of the neighborhood that were affected by the 2023 earthquake until you then happen upon this gem. Thank you for a lovely stay! It was well worth me spending a little more than I had planned on a hotel for the treat me like a queen service.

It was such a lovely and authentic place to stay - the staff were more than friendly. Just be aware that English is not really spoken if you are coming from Europe - French is better understood. But we got by really well and nothing was too much trouble. Great position in a back street away from all the noise - a little tricky to find but they will help you - perfect for a woman travelling alone.
Cons: For me the bed was too hard and I just asked for extra blankets to make it softer. It was cold as I went in January and I wish I had taken warmer pyjamas and a hot water bottle! But that was my fault for not checking!

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They met us at a point to get easily to the riad. The riad doesn't t have parking, but they took us to a parking spot 6min walking (30MAD/day), which is a big plus. Alternatively, they will contact you to arrange airport transfer, texting you on the day of arrival. The room was clean, cozy and warm. Rose petals sprinkled around, candles... Beyond expectations. The dinner was very tasty, cooked at the moment and with fresh ingredients, with special care to every surrounding details: Fireplace, privacy, beautiful atmosphere...Perfect place for relaxing away from the noise and the Marrakech business.

Absolutely fantastic. 5 powerful women hold this hotel in tip top conditions. They do everything, from cooking to customer service, from tidying up the rooms to perfect massages. They gifted me and my partner the most romantic stay, every time we were leaving the room - even for a couple of hours - they tidied up the room, lit up tea candles and submerged the room with rose petals. The room was always spotless, bonus points for the amazing natus products in the bathroom - argan based shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a fantastic body milk! Dinner on the top floor terrace was absolutely fantastic, and all the dishes we tried were cooked to perfection. Breakfast was abundant and mouthwatering. When you stay here, book a massage! 1.5h full body with argan oil, me and my partner never felt so relaxed. What made this place extra special was the friendlies of all staff, their cuteness and courtesy is something else. I really do not have enough words to praise how good this stay has been, I'm already looking forward to come back!

The ambience of the establishment was wonderful, one couldn't fault the efforts of the staff. There were language difficulties but it was all taken in good humour. The room and the bathroom were small but perfectly adequate for our stay. We were suffering from upset stomachs and could only look with envy at the excellent brakfasts prepared for other guests but they provided us with the simple food we requested without hesitation. The access was a daunting maze to begin with but quickly became familiar. One of the most interesting accommodation places we have stayed in on our travels.

Riad: I stayed there for 4 nights. It is located in the Medina (old town) of Marrakech, in a neighborhood where the streets are too narrow for cars. Someone from the Riad came to meet me at the point where taxi dropped me, and she led me to the Riad. Later she again showed me how to go from the Riad to the main square of the city (Jemaa El Fna). Very kind of her to do that. (I think, this happened because they also organized a private transfer for me from the airport, for the price of Eur. 20. For the convenience, the price was worth it.) The building is compact, but quite nice, and very clean. The Riad is about a 20-25 min. walk from Jemaa El Fna. Room: I asked for a room for a single person. The bed was large enough, but there wasn't space around the bed, so I would say the room was a bit small for my liking. There was a basic cupboard for clothes and things, and a couple of side-tables. The room included a w/c and shower area, and had a tiled floor. The room, cupboard, bed-sheets and towels were very clean, and changed every 2 days. The Riad provides wi-fi Internet access in the rooms. My room was air-conditioned. Breakfast: Seemed like a traditional Moroccan breakfast. It was a bit different every day, and the hosts, very kindly, adapted the breakfast to my tastes. It was sufficient and delicious every day. Meal: I had lunch at the Riad one day; it was a very well cooked 3-course meal, for Eur. 25. They served it in a small but very nicely decorated dining room. Also, every day when I came back in the afternoon after wandering about in town, they brought me some snack and mint-tea. Great touch! Hosts: Very kind, very attentive, and very helpful. Overall: I was happy with my stay there, especially because of the kindness staff and host there. I wish I could give it a higher score. I have marked it 7/10 mainly because, in my opinion, the room was a bit basic compared to other places where I have stayed.
Cons: - The room was not very sound-proof, and outside noise disturbed my sleep on a couple of nights. - No TV in the room. - Room was a bit small for my liking (also the w/c and shower were a bit small). Everything included, the room was probably 2m X 4m.

Our stay at Gallery 49 was great. The hosts are very friendly and make sure the breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety, pastries, pancakes, fruits, orange juice, coffee and Moroccan mint tea. They made sure to keep the rooms tidy during our stay, and the terrace was a great area to relax as well with a great view. The only negatives is that the place is a bit hard to find and the water pressure can be low in the evening, which made it very hard to shower. Ended up filling water in a bucket to pour it over myself, but overall everything else was great.

Secluded and quiet away from hustle and bustle of main thoroughfares. Staff very generously offered a third room as we needed a twin for our sons. Staff always on hand to help. Beautifully laid out rooms and communal areas with a little hidden Hammam in the basement. Breakfast very good. Service impeccable and cleanliness top notch.
Cons: Bath Towels changed daily, compared to European hotels who offer the service but don’t do it as standard (including 5 star hotels). I recommend the Riad catches up with European/world standards and reduces excessive and unnecessary washing and water wastage. As per other Riads, bathroom privacy is not one of the elements the uninitiated might be accustomed to or be comfortable with. Bathrooms are separated by open doorways with maybe only a light material curtain separating the bedroom section from the intimate bathroom zone. Just something to be aware of.

The staff (Fatima, Salma, and Rahma) is the best they made us feel like home and ensured every single detail was perfect. They were always willing to help with a good attitude and a smile! This place exceeded our expectations, and thank you Fatima, Salma , and Rahma, for making our stay outstanding !

Lovely place, nice original style, Madame Fatima and ladies in the kitchen were very nice and friendly.
Cons: Place almost impossible to find, taxi doesn’t get there. We spent more than 30 min looking for the place on dead end streets. No sign suggesting which way we should go. Streets around the hotel are small and dodgy, pretty scary for 2 girls walking. Really unpleasant. Arriving in the evening and nobody knew who we were, no English speaking person at the hotel, no reception. Almost impossible to communicate in other language than Arabic. Hotel is quiet, too quiet, no life there at all. Lovely but not my type.

From the moment we arrived in the RIAD we were warmly welcomed by the ladies of the house and felt directly at home. We’ve been lucky enough to travel to many countries worldwide (over 70) but this welcome was beyond words. After coming from the Sahara desert (13 hour drive) we came extremely late (near midnight) and dinner was still made for us and served on the terrace and on arrival we were spoilt with hugs, tea, delicious Moroccan cookies, cold water and warm, friendly and authentic, ladies. Extremely special experience. Magical even! The hospitality industry worldwide can learn a lot from this team. The rooms are gorgeous, there’s so much attention to detail in every way, everything here is done with Love and you see that and experience it through every action and be seen in every way with each member of the team from the decor, to the shower gel and shampoo to the serving of the food. If you’re lucky enough to find this gem, do not hesitate in booking.
Cons: There was absolutely nothing that we could find to be improved. We’ve never experienced an accommodation like this. Second to none!

The hospitality of the staff, the location is perfect, the price is great and they clean the room everyday. The staff have been wonderful to us, and assisted us all throughout our 4 nights of stay in their riad. They treated us more like a family.
Cons: Nothing.

The riad is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the rose petals are a nice touch. Also, being on the outskirts of the medina, it's walking distance from the bus station/train station which was ideal for me. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Cons: My boyfriend and I would have preferred a door to separate the bedroom and bathroom! My fault for not spotting it in the photos but it's just a sheer curtain.

Everything! Don't be fooled by the bit of walk you have to do to the riad. I wished I could stay longer The staff were great, the food was great. Everything was as expected. Clean room, available AC to help with the heat, and great staff who know how care for their staff. I was happy with my stay :) Will definitely go back again.

Breakfast was delicious and quite filling. Service could not have been any better. The ladies was available for us during our entire stay. I’m so happy that we had the opportunity to stay with you. This was a very memorable experience for us. I would not hesitate to recommend you as a place to stay. My only regret is that I didn’t have more time to stay! Thanks for everything!
Cons: There is nothing for us to complain about. We thoroughly ENJOYED!

The staff were lovely, very attentive and helpful and really went that extra mile to make me feel welcome. The food was also very good and I had a wonderful massage in their spa room.
Cons: It is very far into the maze of streets in the medina,so taxis can't get near it. However the staff will come and meet you at the nearets square and guide you to the riad. Having GPS is advisable so you can find it again if you go wandering in the medine!

The staff are great and the location is great to access many places in a 20 min walk or less. I also loved my hammam treatment.
Cons: I had a room that shouldn't be a room. I can deal with tiny rooms but not tiny rooms with only a very tiny window. They have other rooms so confirm which room you will be assigned to.

The Riad is very beautiful. my room was so calming and was beautifully decorated. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive, responding quickly to any questions. I will definitely return the next time I am in Marrakesh
Cons: the location is good - it’s in the old town, but on the outskirts. it took a little longer than expected to walk to some of the sites. but I preferred to be in a calmer location, and it’s only 5 mins from one of the main streets which goes to the main square

Everything! Riad Gallery 49 is a wonderful place with a great team. With their kindness and hospitality, I really enjoyed my first visit to Marrakesh and had a relaxing holiday. I love the Riad and their team, you will feel a welcoming atmosphere throughout the place. I had breakfast and dinner every day at the riad, they were cooked delicately and delicious. Also, I experienced hammam, massage, and a cooking class there. Each experience was excellent, I will never forget the time I had with them.

Beautiful Riad in close walking proximity to everything, staff very communicative prior and during stay, never seen without a smile on their face, breakfast/mint tea and biscuits was phenomenal, staff pay very close attention to detail to make your stay extra special. One of the best places we stayed, would strongly recommend to anyone who visits Marrakesh and wants a truly traditional experience
Cons: We booked airport transfer with the hotel, the Riad is five minutes walk from the main road and someone collected us from the main road. Probably very easy to get lost so would recommend booking airport transfer directly with the hotel too

Everything was perfect; family room, staff and breakfast. The room was very clean and smelled good. It is in the center of the city, so it is more difficult to reach by car. We parked a few minutes away. It was safe. The surroundings of the hotel is also safe and calm. Thank you for a wonderful stay🙂

The pictures and description do not do it justice. Very cozy sanctuary in an otherwise busy city. The staff are all very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The hammam and massage offerings are extensive and the food is…well…absolutely delicious. Well done!

The Riad is not easy to find, being down a maze of alleys and having no sign, but persistence is well rewarded. It was like being welcomed into a friend's home. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and appear to be very happy in their work; the service is very personal. Meals are authentic, very tasty and reasonably priced. The building is traditional, tastefully decorated and kept very clean.

The Riad emailed us the day before we travelled to tell us to make alternative arrangements, even though both they and Hotels.com confirmed 3 months earlier that our room was booked for 4 nights. They then allowed other people to book our room after us. This is NOT acceptable. The manager (Adir) is new; he was most helpful and kind, as were the staff, and for this reason I have given good scores where I can. The food was great. But our holiday was ruined by this experience. Go ahead and book here if you want, but if you get kicked out early remember this review.

The staff (Kamal, Saba, Sousou, Fatima and Rama) were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. My family and I had an excellent time at Riad Gallery 49. The facility was very clean and felt like home. Lots of personal touch. No matter what time of the day/night you arrive back to the hotel, the tea and Halva is ready for you. The only reservation was parking, which is not a unique to this particular facility. Other Riads have the same issue. Parking in general is a problem in many cities in Morocco.

Riad Gallery 49 is a lovely local Riad slightly tucked away from the madness of the center of the medina but full of character. In fact I started to prefer being in a local neighbourhood than in the touristic centre. The Riad is hard to find the first time but after Kamal (the host / manager) escorts you out and shows the main landmarks, it’s easy to get in and out. (Tip: call the Riad when you arrive the first time so they can come get you: do not accept offers from the local boys hanging about). It is easy to walk to the main landmarks like Médina , souk and jmaa el fna. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we went out for a meal. The staff were really looking out for us. They even offered us a complimentary lunch the next day as a goodwill gesture. The best bit about the Riad is that the staff are really out there to make sure you are fine. Kamal was very helpful. Ahma is a very sweet and kind lady who cooked our breakfast and gave us little presents as we left. They even helped take the bags out to the main road for taxis when we checked out. There are many options in Marrakech but for a charming local option at a great price point, I think the Riad Gallery 49 is wonderful.

Had a lovely time at Riad Gallery 49. The staff are v helpful & flexible. For example Rahma walked us directly to Place Jemaa El-fna and let us know where to get a good exchange rate. Meals are freshly cooked and served at your convenience. What isn't advertised is that Fatima, the cook, can show you how to cook authentic Moroccan meals in the riad kitchen for €50 per person. It's a small galley kitchen rather than individual cooking stations. The riad is very pretty, the management photos are accurate. The bus station is near by so it's easy to arrange travel to other towns. Only negative is that there are only two plug sockets in the room and charging is slow, so you will have to prioritise!

It was amazing. The staffs are very nice and welcoming . The hotel rooms are very clean as the cleaners clean the rooms everyday. The hotel is very safe and quiet. The airport shuttle service is good. They are very trustworthy and ontime. The hotel provides free breakfast in the hotel at any time you want and the atmosphere is really nice. The hotel locates in a very nice area, close tourist attractions. We (five people) stayed for four nights and it honestly felt like home because it was very comfortable.

Wonderful hosts at this Riad. This is a beautiful RIAD converted into a 5 room guest house. Breakfast is included and it is excellent. RIAD is located on a small street not accessible by cars. Usually you will be dropped off by a Pharmacy close to RIAD and someone from the hotel will walk you to the RIAD. The RIAD does offer dinner for an additional charge as well as some SPA services. There is a courtyard in the guest house so the rooms are not completely sound proof.

Riad has a beautiful interior and its staff is highly focused on making your stay enjoyable. Lots of attention by all to the details, from spreading rose petals through the room after it is cleaned, to fancy folding the towels into birds and animals and arranging them on your bed, to bring you tea or juice with treats without being asked when you stop in to rest during the day. Super clean, beautifully appointed throughout, a terrific staff, and a good location for walking to all the main sites in the Medina. I would highly recommend this terrific and affordable Riad.
