Our stay at Riad Losra was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into a warm, authentic, and relaxing atmosphere that made our time in Marrakech truly special. A special thanks goes to Abdel, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly throughout our entire stay. Thanks to him, we immediately felt comfortable, almost as if we were at home. Abdel assisted us with everything we needed, always offering valuable advice, constant support, and a kindness that is truly hard to find. He is genuinely a great guy and deserves all the praise. Thank you very much Abdel! I highly recommend Riad Losra to anyone looking to experience Marrakech in an authentic Riad and with a professionaland friendly staff, where hospitality is at the heart of everything. Good luck!

The riad was very easy to find and once we were there it was like being in our own beautiful palace- a little oasis away from the business of Marrakesh The Riad is beautiful and the terrace was lovely to enjoy a mint tea on and play some games The staff were so lovely, a really gentle and warming demeanour and they made us feel special - mint tea on arrival and they gave us a packed breakfast when we had to leave early for a tour on our last day Would definitely recommend!

The staff were very friendly, helpful and overall relaxed. The manager was always helpful with advice of how to reach places we wanted, how to deal with local prople and was overall a very pleasant person (one of the things that really cemented our experience here). It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at the Riad. The dinner option while a little pricy was very filling and relaxing, taking out the hassle to find anything in the Medina or the vicinity. The rooms were exactly the right size tor our stay and with all the amenities we needed and wanted. The courtyard was very nice and orderly giving off very cozyvibes. If we return to Marrakech, we would certainly like to stay again!
Cons: You can see the age of the Riad in both the appliances and facilities in the room. The shower tiles were a bit slippery as well (could be prevented with a nonslip mat).

Comfortable roof top terraces where we have lots of lovely memories drinking mint tea overlooking the roof tops. Also had a good memorable hammam during our stay (1st ever). Staff looked after us so well, going above and beyond. Breakfasts very good and varied a bit each day, filling and tasty. Also had a very good 3 course evening meal which was excellent value. Son (adult) was unwell for a day with heavy cold, staff happily delivered a simple meal to his room with herbal tea which he greatly appreciated as did we. Rooms cleaned beautifully each day. All the staff were lovely, we were mostly looked after by Abdel who was our go to person, so very helpful and welcoming. There was also a helpful tall chap, so sorry not to have caught his name. Could not be happier with our visit and stay at Riad Losra. We had an enjoyable walk through the streets to the markets and main square, about 20mins. Always felt safe. Riad is in the medina (old city) within city walls but nearest city wall gate is only a couple of minutes away which made it easy for guided tour pickups and airport transfers. We arranged taxi airport transfer direct with Riad. Abdel met us when we arrived to make sure we found the riad easily. My husband and I stayed in yellow room and son in room on roof top. Highly recommend a stay here.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind, loved staying at the Riad.

This is a beautiful, authentic property. We felt like we experienced something of Moroccan Culture, in this 300 year old building! We loved the roof terrace and the central area where we ate there were beautiful plants and little birds would sometimes visit, which was lovely. The food was delicious and it was so quiet - even though it was busy outside there was a hush in the building which was really restful and cool. I can't imagine coming back to Morocco without staying here again. The service was amazing. Imad and his colleague were so welcoming and warm - we felt like we were in great hands the whole time. We were welcomed with complimentary mint tea and biscuits which were delicious. It was the highlight of our stay in Morocco being in Riad Losra. THANK YOU!

Cons: We were refused a late check out. We're told people were waiting on our room amd felt rushed to be vacate at 12 the normal time. The staff did kindly offer to look after our belongings, but we found an alternative riad right kn the quote which was mu h more cost effective and allowed us to shower before our evening flight. UPDATE. My son and I were threatened by loitering youths in the area. Why would we lie about this.? The area where the riad is located is not safe due to this. The area is dangerous and my son was threatened by locals for protection money. Run down area and not centrally located. I sadly for this reason would not stay there again.

The staff are nice, courtyard not bad, but that's about it.
Cons: I booked because there is hamam and spa, but you have to pay extra to use it, minimum 30+euro, this should have been explicit. There is a swimming pool, but sosmall, more for decoration than actual usage. Room was OK, but towel and sheet looks old, probably washed, but I feel reluctant to use. Location quite far from major attractions or shops. Given the price is not cheap, I can't say it's worth it.

A wonderful experience in an authentic and beautifully maintained riad. The property is charming, full of traditional details that create a truly special atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, with impeccable attention to detail. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the medina — perfect for unwinding. Despite our very short stay, the room was refreshed with clean sheets and towels, which we really appreciated. Breakfast, served in the inner courtyard next to a small pool and a gorgeous mosaic wall, was a truly relaxing moment. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Riad Losra during our trip to Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Imam and the rest of the staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The riad itself is a peaceful oasis—beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard and starting each day with a delicious breakfast served with care and a smile. Imam’s hospitality was exceptional. Not only was he always on hand to help with anything we needed, but he also provided us with a map of local sites and gave great recommendations on where to visit and eat. His advice really helped us make the most of our time in Marrakech and discover some hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. We’re so grateful for the lovely experience and would highly recommend Riad Losra to anyone visiting Marrakech. We hope to return again one day!

Our stay in riad Losra was a wonderful experience. Beautiful Moroccan décor, cosy and clean room with comfortable bed, beautiful terrace with great view, delicious breakfast, fast internet, very good location. But what made our stay beyond our expectation was the staff: Imad and Ali. They were amazing: Imad warmly welcome us with mint tea (which is the best mint tea I ever had) and cookies and provided us with a map and all info we needed to explore medina. We ate tree times in the evening: the meals were delicious in a nice romantic decor. They also organised some tours for us and made sure we were safe and happy. We had also massages which are well worth the price. They were there for us for everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you so much Imad and Ali for making our stay outstanding.

Everything about Riad Losra is perfect. The rooms & decor are lovely. Very clean & beds are extremely comfortable so we slept really well. The breakfasts are delicious - the cook very kindly catered for gluten free. We ate twice in the evenings and really enjoyed the meals. What made our stay go beyond our expectations were the staff - Imad and Ali. We were given such a lovely welcome and they took such good care of us during our stay. So kind and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Imad & Ali - you made our stay very special.
Cons: Nothing - it was perfect

Ali was an amazing host, explained everything really well and gave us lots of recommendations. He also organised some tours for us and made sure we were really happy. The Riad is in a great location being close to the gate - Bab ben brahim - so its easy to get transport to meet you there as the Medina is difficult in cars etc. The riad is very Moroccan and the Hammam there is also great. The terrace is set up really well for sitting around and chatting, having a drink and enjoying. If you stay at the Riad, please say Hi to Ali - he is the best! :)

Gorgeous decor, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, clean. Imad gave me some helpful tips for thriving in the city. Ali also was very helpful.
Cons: The Green Room where I stayed is adjacent to the dining room. While it was thankfully quiet at night, it was noisy during the day, so it wouldn’t be a good choice for daytime nappers. Other rooms located elsewhere in the riad might be quieter.

Four motorcyclist traveling from the UK and exploring Morocco, staying at Riad Losra was an absolute delight a tranquil peaceful stopover in a frenetic Marrakesh. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, even sorting out secure street parking for our motorcycles. If you’re planning a trip to Marrakesh then stay at Riad Losra it will not disappoint.

Our room as well as the whole riad was tidy, cozy and very well kept but what deserves extra credit is the riad's crew - all of the workers are geniuely honest and kind people. Our room had everything we needed and everything was great. Breakfasts were super delicious and with all the service we got we felt like the members of the royal family! If you need anything the staff is super happy to help you and you can always have a great chat with them. The location is also very good - walking distance to every important place in the city.
Cons: Our room was on the ground floor where breakfasts are served and other unrespectful guests made a lot of noise early in the morning even tough the staff asked them to keep it a little bit more quiet. Completely not the riad's fault but if you want to relax and sleep late i suggest asking for a room on a higher floor.

We could not be happier with our stay, we were welcomed with tea by Imad who was very helpful and he gave us a map with directions he checked with us through our stay to see if we need anything and was very nice. Many thanks to Ali who wend above and beyond to make our stay this pleasant, he even went to buy us medicine as we catch the “moroccan flu”, he always welcomed us with a big smile and checked to see what we need, gave us directions, came at 3am in the morning to make coffe for my mom before taking her to their private shuttle to be transferred to the airport and he even helped us with a scale to weight our luggage. The riad is spotless, the rooms are cleaned daily and they even offer laundry cleaning services. The food is delicious and the breakfast is offered every day between 8am to 11am so plenty of time to get it. The location is perfect for when you book trips as it is 2 minutes walking from the gates and they have a rooftop with many sitting areas for everyone and a nice view. The private transfer is 150MAD and the driver came on time to pick up my mom and also me ( we booked for 2 transfers as we were flying at different times). To be honest our trip would not have been this good if not for all the people that own and work on this riad, I recomend it to everyone who want to have the best trip in marrakech.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike.

Coming to Marrakesh and stay in riad to feel local culture is a must. A big bonus at riad was location in old town, decoration, nice room size, cleanness of the place, breakfast, roof terass, and attentive staff. For example we were greeted with tea and sweets. Value for money 10 out of 10.

We were VERY lucky. Our original accommodation cancelled on us due to a maintenance issue, which sent us searching for a new place to stay for that very night. We believe Riad Losra gets booked out early, but we snagged a late cancellation and were very pleased with the outcome. The hosts are very welcoming and suggested places in the city to visit, and the routes to walk to get there. The room and bathroom were big, and spotless.Shower was great. Wifi was fast. Small stores nearby for food and baked goods.

As soon as you come in, the staff welcomes you with amazing tea and kindly teaches you how to navigate through Marrakech. The main court area is very pretty, very calming. If you’re able to get a rooftop room, you should because its quite beautiful. The room itself was very comfortable and just generally everything was great. Best part was definitely the staff, they’re incredibly kind and try to make your stay safe and enjoyable (not that the Medinas are dangerous).

Comfy bed and pillows, helpful & friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, varied and tasty. Coffee nice also. Room clean and lovely. Roof terrace very peaceful. The interiors were brightly coloured and attractive. There is a terrace on the top floor which is quiet and great for reading and relaxing in the sunshine. All praises for the housekeeping in this road. Rooms are very clean and the beds are beautifully made up every day with new towels provided.
Cons: The location is not exactly ideal. The environment outside the Riad is drab with torn down buildings and graffiti on the walls. Although many places of attraction are within walking distance, it can be quite a long trudge of around 40 minutes to some places. You need to be self reliant when it comes to transport arrangements within and outside Marrakech. The prices offered by the reception desk staff can be exorbitant.

Beautiful riad, the sunrise on the rooftop shouldn't be missed. The staff are very welcoming, helpful, and eager to ensure you have a wonderful stay. They helped with my day trip booking which wasn't through them and assisted me in contacting those operators via WhatsApp. The breakfast was so filling and plentiful that we could never finish and they often brought us peppermint tea when we were resting/lounging. Highly recommended. They are near a taxi hub and in walking distance of many good local restaurants.
Cons: House dinner and hamam/massages had to be booked with some notice and I never got around to trying either. I wish I had booked the massage, but I was always busy and did not have enough time.

My daughter and I have just spent 3 nights in this lovely Riad. Our hosts Imad and Ali are absolutely fantastic, they simply cannot do enough for you. They are very kind, thoughtful human beings. The room was excellent, it was comfortable and clean with a large bathroom. Also contained a small fridge, very useful. A lovely breakfast is served every morning in the beautiful tiled patio by a delightful young lady, sorry we didn't get her name. It is a good 15 minutes walk to the edge of the souk area but along the way you get to see the real thing, not just the tourist area, which we appreciated. It's also easy to get a taxi from just outside the Medina wall. Would definitely recommend using the airport pick up service offered.

The service was the best I ever experienced in a hotel ! All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was just excellent : you can expect some traditional bread, jam, PB, cream cheese, fresh orange juice, yogurt, delicious mint tea and/or coffee every mornings and we had the pleasure to taste either traditional cake, crepe and msemen depending on the day. We ate there one night and it was the best tajin we ate in Marrakech ! A great traditional moroccan mint tea was available at all time ! I would recommend you to order it on the roof in the evening and pairing it with traditional pastries bought in the Medina, it was just perfect ! If you need anything, the staff is the true cherry on top !
Cons: Maybe a bit noisy, but that is extremely common in the Medina, expect a call for prayer at times like 4:30 in the morning... It woke us up the first night but it's nothing earplugs can't fix. I would like to precise that it is absolutely not something to do with the riad, I think you would hear it anywhere in the city !

The hospitality of the staff at Riad Losra was brilliant, they couldn’t do enough for you, yet allowed you space too. They were very knowledgable about their city, providing advise where needed. The rooms and the decor throughout the riad was very stylish, with a lovely roof terrace to relax during sunny moments. It’s a very picturesque place.
Cons: The only 2 things that reduced my star rating was the shower- which was cold a few times we used it. I don’t think that can be helped and would be similar in other Riads, and the fact we were next to the breakfast area, and the door had some gaps which meant we could hear outside and they could probably hear us. It made it feel less private. The location was a short (5-10 minute) walk from the centre, but was through narrow streets which initially felt quite unsafe. As we (mother and daughter) learned to get to know the city we realised it was perfectly safe.

Very polite and helpful staff, wide room with own terrace area and couch, comfortable bed, nice romantic rooftops, great breakfast. Good placed if you want be away from city center and are planing to visit Majorelle gardens.
Cons: I used also offer of hammam + massage. Massage lady and massage was good. But hammam is not OK, it doesn't have steam at all and you feel even cold while sitting wet and in soaps. Hammam I can't recemmend, I have been in real and proper. Some textiles from room could be nice to renew

Amazing riad!!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They spoke fluent English, they welcomed us with tips for Marrakech and mint tea with pastries. When we left, they kept our luggage until the time for our flight. The room and the whole riad were so beautiful and clean. Also, the rooftop was amazing!

The team at this riad looked after us. They arranged airport transfers to and from the accommodation and were friendly and attentive. We have enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are a generous size, views from the roof terrace. Friendly and attentive service.
Cons: I might look for a more central location closer to the souk. It was a little bit away from it all in a far corner. As long as you follow the directions provided you shouldn't get lost.

We had the best time in Riad Losra! The staff was extremely accomodating and attentive, nothing presented an issue, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming, the room was super clean, and the breakfast was really nice. We stayed in various riads in Morocco and this one was by far the best. We wholeheartedly recommend it.
Cons: Nothing. There are some reviews mentioning the position of the riad but we thought it was great! It’s in a calmer part of the medina and if you go in the direction of the Derb Sidi Massoud street, there is an amazing local patisserie. :-)

It was absolutely beautiful. The architecture, furniture and decoration was incredible. It felt very traditional and homie. I took atleast 1000 pictures of the place. The staff is so so sweet, helpful, and comforting. If I come back to Morroco I will absolutely be staying here again. Everything was so clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I loved absolutely everything about it and I’m so sad to leave. Both my friend and I couldn’t agree more.

We cannot stress how wonderful the staff are. Imad, Ali and the lovely lady who served us breakfast in the mornings (apologies we didn't get a name) were all so kind, helpful and welcoming. We were given lots of useful tips and information on Marrakech with a map on our first morning which helped us a lot. The room was lovely, cosy and spotless - the whole riad is beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fab and the offer of mint tea each evening was so thoughtful. We also arranged an airport pickup with them which was good value and hassle free. Highly recommend this riad - we were sad to leave!
Cons: The riad is a bit further away from the centre of the medina so you will have to walk a bit to get to the major sights but that also means that it is quiet at night which is nice.

All staff were fantastic and so friendly and helpful with everything. Even brought some tea and biscuits to our room one evening which was a really nice touch. The riad itself was amazing and the room spacious. The rooftop was great as well. The riad location was easy to find with the odd signpost along the way, except for which door it was, but this was just around a corner in a walkway.

A lovely little Riad, but it's Imad and Ali who make this place what it is! They were fantastic, readily available, excellent advice, asking about our day, always ensuring we had everything we needed - couldn't have asked for better people on site. Imad's introduction was so helpful, and prepared us for our first time in Marrakech, his directions and what he pointed out on the map were super easy to follow. The breakfast each morning was tasty, and we only had dinner once but it was our best meal in Marrakech. The room was fine, tastefully decorated in Moroccan style, tidied each day, clean. Rooftop area is nice to sit out on during the day, peaceful as well. The service of this place is what makes it a 10, not the facilities. We found it to be a great location as nothing was too far to walk to, 20 mins tops, and an easy gate nearby the Riad (2 mins) to access transport.
Cons: We stayed in the Green room, which was a lovely room but on the ground floor next to the dining area. Although it was never that noisy, if you wanted a super early night this would be difficult. The same if you wanted a sleep in as you could hear all the goings on. Just bring ear plugs :)

The riad is small and beautiful, the yard is make a lot of atmosphere, and the rooftop Terrasse is just amazing. The personnel are very nice, they give you helpful tips about the city. The location is super convenient, located directly near a wall gate, where you could grab a taxi easily, 5 minutes to the local food market where you could buy fresh fruit with reasonable price, and 20min walk distance to the main attractions.

Beautiful building with small inner garden (as usual for Riad). Very kind and helpful staff. Clean and comfy room. Perfect showers! Just inside the old town, 3 mins walk from one of the Bab Yacout, where you can find fruit market and taxi's, 8 mins walk to Carrefour supermarket and 15-20 mins walk to the Medina. Quiet area.
Cons: The disadvantage of a Riad can be the noise. We had it for one night when guests arrived late, but staff was trying to take good care of the issue.

The two young men were super friendly and helpful and took good care of us. They gave us good recommendations for how to get to the most important spots, nearest grocery stores, atm, ... and they let us leave our baggage there a bit longer after check out. The location of the riad is good because you can park your car closely, just outside the medina walls. I am glad we didnt book a riad in the middle of the medina; it would have been a nightmare trying to get the luggage there. The walking distance from the riad to the souks and the main square was not too big. Also, after 2 weeks in morocco, finally we had a matress that is not super hard.
Cons: There is a safe in the room (which seems to be rare in morocco) but we didnt feel like it made sense to use it, since it was very small and not attached to the room. So if someone wanted to steal something they could just carry away the safe.

Can I just say this was my first experience on a holiday and what a wonderful time spent in this beautiful riad and historical city, the staff and owner was extremely helpful and friendly, from the transfer to the riad and back to the airport , they even gave us a guidemap for the city to make our exploration smooth, they made us feel at home and it felt like a second home, very charming people who provided a great service , would like to give my thanks to everyone from Mr Farid to imad, khalil and everyone that contributed to this great experience. The breakfast was very filling and tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was a very clean environment that looked great with its traditional cultural interior design. Overall it was a very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing environment to pass our time in while visting marrakech, the views from the top of the riad were stunning, sitting on the rooftop ejoying the sunset whilst having their traditional mint tea. We couldn't have been more happy from me and my wife a huge thank you. We will be staying there again if we visit again for sure in the future. Shukran! Adnan

We love that it was close to one of the main entrance to the old city (inside the wall), walking distance to where the taxi area and fruit/vegetables stands. The place was very welcoming, had the same host (Imad) the 4 nights we were in Marrakech and he was amazing! very hospitable and always willing to assist us (getting taxi, carrying our bags, accommodating when we wanted to eat, etc). They only had 7 rooms but we didn’t really see anyone, except for one day we had breakfast with another family (or group). The rooms were always cleaned and restocked, they had a rooftop to see the sunrise and sunset and they have a laundry machine, no dryer tho but you can hang your clothes on the rooftop. They provide the detergent and the cleaning lady can do your laundry or you do it yourself. The one day we did it, we left our clothes to dry and by the end of the day, the cleaning lady (sorry I forgot her name) folded everything, put it in a basket and dropped it off in our room! The location was relatively quiet, some nights we hear kids playing soccer but it didn’t bother us. It was only a 20-25 minute walk to the big square where all the fun and chaos happens. If you choose to walk, you’ll be going through the souks - it was quite amazing actually. Don’t be afraid to say “no thank you” because everyone and anyone will say hi and ask if you want to see their products. By day 3 I was almost a pro at bargaining!

The best Riad so far in Marrakech! Location is good, easy to find, very close to Souk and still walking distance to the center. Room is very quite except nice birds singing inside. Hotel and room full of nice touch details, good quality material, very clean and cozy, peaceful feeling. Very kind and helpful staff. Welcomed with cookies and tea, then staff explained the hotel and the city in detail, answered all questions very detailed and friendly. Lovely place that's so welcoming and warm. Highlight reasons to return: - incredible service/expertise - stunning decor and design inside - lovely breakfast They reassured us from the moment we were there and let us really feel like we can put our trust in them. The rooms themselves were very pretty and full of all of the amenities we wanted. The bathroom was clean and the room itself has a fridge for our water. The air con as well probably the best and most easy to use air con we've used in all of our stays in Morocco. At one stage, when the staff knew for sure our itinerary, they came into the room and sorted the bed and got rid of our rubbish that we accumulated from packing our bag for flights. This was a really nice tough since it was the evening too and simply out of the time that we usually get room cleaning. It felt like they paid attention to us. Surprisingly, they had a massage room, though we didn't put time aside to book it. We'd even tried the roof terrace which is a fantastic place to watch the sunset over the city. Since this is in the old town, we can see pretty much most of the city. There's even a shaded area we used to read for an hour or so.
Cons: The one thing I'd say is that the birds tweeting into the courtyard can get quite loud in the mornings as there's little sound insulation (and probably some sound amplification due to the design of the building) - so I'd suggest you sleep with ear plugs. I'd recommend that in any Moroccan city anyway since the cats can also be quite loud outside in most old towns, even though they weren't too bad during the night in this place. While I personally didn't love the surrounding area (which seems to be the case for the whole of the old town area) I loved the knowledge that this team had on the areas to follow or avoid.

Staying at this Riad was a really nice way to experience the Moroccan culture. All the staff was super friendly, they greeted us with tea and explained everything we needed to know about Marrakesh. The room was really comfortable and the location wasn’t a 10 but still it didn’t really bother us walking 15 min to arrive in downtown Medina. If you have a chance, have dinner here once during your trip - delicious Tagine and cozy atmosphere.
Cons: The A/C in our room needed improvement. It felt like the air coming out of it was dusty and I had some trouble sleeping with the dry/dusty air. Oh, also, I don’t know why but I expected more from the breakfast. Maybe it’s a Moroccan thing to not have fruits for breakfast.. so don’t expect that :) I did ask though and the next day they gave us each a banana - and the effort counts a lot :)

Everything! The place is beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and breakfast and food is great. It has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the medina. We would like to especially thank Muhammad and Imad who made our stay extra especial. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and I cannot thank them enough for everything. Book this place without hesitation, it is the best riad in Marrakech.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was good, I literally cannot think of a single thing I did not like.

Located in the Medina, close to the bus and taxi stations. The staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good but what you get in Morocco usually (eggs, bread, crepes, jam, tea, coffee). It is a quiet place, considering the crowded and very loud streets in the Medina, so that was a huge plus. We had a big room, but not much light, only a very small window for air. A good value for money stay, considering it was New Year’s Eve in Marrakech.

great Moroccan setup
Cons: winter can be cold (😬) and the houses are not built with insulation so it can feel quite chilly. electric heater was provided though, which helped a lot! just be prepared!

This was the best stay I have ever had in a hotel. Imad welcomed me in a very warm way, showed me around, treated with delicious mint tea, gave me a map of the city explaining where the hotel is located and what I could see in the city. He helped me to get a local sim card, to send postcards, and to organize a couple of transfers to other cities. He also indicated some places where I could exchange money. The massage a local woman made was very pleasant and relaxing. A transfer from the airport was very convenient.
Cons: Although the breakfast was beautifully served, I was missing some proteins on my first day. The next morning they served eggs, though :)

Everything was very clean and well presented. All staff were fantastic and especially the two front of house guys Firoud and Imad. They were available at all times of the day and very willing to help. Particularly with calling for reservations and speaking in French for us. I mentioned in conversation to Firoud that it was my husbands birthday the next morning and wanted to book a pool pass somewhere. He helped me call and make a reservation. Then during breakfast he surprised us with cake and singing. This was a very nice touch. Room terrace is lovely to relax and spend a quiet slow morning instead of walking into town.
Cons: The Riad is beautiful, one of the only downsides is the location depending on your expectations. When arriving you feel like you are not walking to a Riad but this is also part of the charm of Old Town. There are not many other Riads around it’s a very local area but the children playing football every evening was wonderful and you really get a feel for Marrakech. The centre of town is walkable in about 20-25 minutes and new town is reachable in 25-30. That being said, getting a taxi was fairly easy and there was always one waiting out by the gate to the city wall. We opted to walk most places and only taxied when very late as it got cold.

Great breakfast ! very friendly and helpful staff. Good communication with driver who picked us up from the airport. They came to the entrance of the Medina where we arrived by taxi to help with the luggage. Thank you Mohammed, Imad and friendly owner. We enjoyed watching the soccer matches together! Staff was helpful when I twisted my ankle. Nice rooftop terrace. It felt like we stayed with locals at a very warm home! Shukran! Yvonne and Pete

Very helpful hosts, a good breakfast and quite spacios (both the rooms and the common space).
Cons: The location is solid, but not far from the tiad, there is a market, which can sometimes be extra loud and crowded, if one goes to that direction.

I had such an incredible stay with Riad Losra and the most wonderful hosts. The riad is lovely and peaceful and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesch, but yet in a perfect location to explore the city. I can't recommend this Riad enough!

A very comfortable hotel in a family atmosphere and with a good breakfast. Very friendly staff, always available to help, from the owner (Farid) to all the employees (especially Imad and Salah) whom we all thank. They provided us with bicycles that we used to visit Marrakech. I strongly recommend! Thank you for everything!

Imad is a very nice person who is only to happy to help/guide you in any way. He is always there when needed and offering a hot drink on return from a day out. Fatima produces a very nice breakfast each morning. The rooms are comfortable though slightly noisy at night with noise from the mopeds mainly, we're not use to city noise living in the country at home, so probably not a concern to most. It's a good 15min walk into the main square, there's lots to see on the way, but you can get a taxi very easily for €2-3 each way if you prefer.
Cons: Nothing really.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. They are happy to make a pot of tea or coffee at any time of day. The roof terrace was a huge plus point of the property, with two levels and multiple private chill out spots. Although the property wasn't in the heart of the medina, it was on a quiet street which left like an oasis after being in the hustle and bustle of the main square. The breakfast was slightly different each morning, but mainly bread focused (as with all Moroccan breakfasts). The room (red room) was very authentic and comfoatable. We also had a fridge to chill any drinks. Would definitely recommend this property.
Cons: No real negatives.

The staff was kind and helpful. The food was home-made and great. The location was inside of Medina but not central, the main central square was easy reachable by 15-20 min walk.
Cons: Outside the nearest Medina wall door, was a flea market with lots of trash on the floor.

The Staff are so friendly and accomodating, They are so hospitable,, explain everything the way and out in Marrackech, the Tea ia a must try, and they offer it for free. For 2 nights we had dinner in our Riad and try their Tajine,, its so delicious,, it's worth of your money than spend it in a touristy restaurant that you well end up spending more. I highly recommend that you stay here if you plan to visit Marrakech.
Cons: Nothing,, It' s just so sad that our days are budgeted and we could not stay longer

We've enjoyed a lot our stance in Riad Losra: it's quiet, clean and super cozy. The bedroom was exactly what we were looking for and the included breakfast was delicious. Thanks for your hospitality!
Cons: The Riad isn't in the middle of the Medina, so you will have to walk about 15-20 min to get to Jamaa El Fnaa. For us it wasn't a problem because we love to walk everywhere and the road from the Riad to the square passing through the Zouk is beautiful and full of Marrakech's culture.
