Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, minden kérésünknek igyekeztek eleget tenni. A szállás jó helyen volt, a szűk utcáról - bár forgalmas volt - semmilyen zaj nem szűrődött be. Finom volt a vacsora is. A riad nagyon szép volt, és a szoba mérete is teljesen rendben volt - sokkal kisebbre számítottunk.
Cons: Mivel franciául nem beszéltünk, néha adódtak félreértések, mivel a személyzet időnként félreértette az angolt. Az egyik szomszéd szobából különböző zajok, pakolás zaja éjszakánként/reggelenként behallatszott. Ettől függetlenül összességében jól éreztük magunkat.

Cons: Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è, come in generale in tutto il paese, sfavorevole rispetto all'epoca pre boom turistico. I costi sono quelli di una camera d'albergo europea senza possederne i requisiti generali che rimangono, per quanto decorosi, sempre al di sotto della soglia di cura e dettagli che si pagano in Europa.

Everything went well starting from booking until check-out. Communication was great. The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. All the staff were friendly. They received us from the parking where our pre-arranged Airport transfer dropped us, explained everything along with a map of Marrakech, and gave us some tips. They also provided some options for excursions and experiences. Since we had to go to a desert tour early in the morning, they packed breakfast for us. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend.

Youssef a la coordination… il vous trouvera tout ce que vous souhaitez… débrouillard, il connaît tout de la ville et des endroits parfois cachés. Il y a toujours quelqu’un à « la maison ». Le gardien de nuit drôle discret et très à l’écoute de vos besoins. Valérie la propriétaire est discrète et très sympathique. Nous recommandons particulièrement l’endroit

Wir waren von diesem schönen Riad rundherum begeistert. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren hervorragend, wir konnten es auf der schönen Dachterrasse einnehmen. Das Riad ist liebevoll eingerichtet, das Personal ist herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist rund um die Uhr jemand da. Unser Doppelzimmer lag ganz oben und hatte einen Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Über den Dächern von Marrakesch - ich fand es unglaublich schön!

Riad très agréable, les chambres sont confortables, très propres, à la décoration soignée. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable et attentif au bien-être des hôtes. Les petits déjeuners de grande qualité, typiques et confectionnés sur place sont proposés sur une charmante terrasse. Cet établissement offre un très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
Cons: Pour nous rien de négatif, mais nous étions avec des amis dont la chambre donnait sur la rue et qui ont pu être gênés par le bruit notamment au petit matin.

The staff at the riad are incredibly friendly. They were very helpful. Special thanks to Mouad for allowing a late checkout and for his kind attitude. Key points: • Beds are comfortable • Breakfast is traditional Moroccan: lots of bread, pancakes, flatbreads, plus jam and honey. Sometimes they fry an egg. In general, I don’t like the food in Morocco, but the quality of what we were given was good. Coffee, juice, and tea were also provided. • Location is right in the Medina.

Enorm servicegericht. Bij aankomst op de kamer bleek dat de airco haperde. Het personeel stelde werkelijk alles in het werk om dit op te lossen, dezelfde middag nog kwam er een monteur die de airco helemaal uit elkaar heeft gehaald maar het probleem helaas niet kon oplossen. Ook toen werd er volop meegedacht en kregen we een andere vergelijkbare kamer. Het positieve voor ons was vooral de moeite die gedaan werd om het op te lossen, niet zozeer de oplossing zelf. Zeer servicegericht. Daarbij hadden we een zeer vroege terugvlucht. We moesten al om 5.30u vertrekken. De nachtportier heeft met veel liefde nog koffie en verse jus voor ons gemaakt om 5u sochtends. Ook kregen we een broodpakketje mee.
Cons: Geen tegenvallers. Een tipje (maar dat is puur persoonlijk en absoluut niet essentieel). Niet iedereen eet jam/honing. Ondanks dat het ontbijt vers en goed is en we het verse fruit bijzonder gewaardeerd hebben, hadden wij een omelet/ei of wat yoghurt extra waardevol gevonden bij het brood. Maar dat is echt een persoonlijk puntje

L’établissement est très propre, avec des chambres très soignées. Nous recommandons ce Riad apaisant, car celui-ci est très proche de la grande place Jama Elfna, des musées et des jardins à visiter. Despite being very well located for the medina this Riad is very quiet, with only 6 rooms it’s a welcome oasis of calm compared to the busy medina itself. The staff are incredibly attentive, nothing is too much trouble. It feels very homely. Rooms are clean and well kept. Great value for money.

The host is very friendly and help us with tips about Morocco and also shared some history about the country. The room was a bit small but for two nights was perfect. Location of the riad is at the edge of the Medina so is great of getting out of the city and also walking distance from all shops and city buzz. If we come to to beautiful Morocco again, I would probably stay in this Riad again.

It is easy to get around the Medina from this Riad. Easy also, if you're booking any sort of tours, the collection point is no further than 8 minutes walk. The street where the Riad is located is pedestrian only, so you'll have to walk no matter what

Staff were lovely and always happy to give advice or information. The location was perfect. Loved the rooftop for breakfast every morning although a variation on the food would have been nice. The room was decorated in a very apt Moroccan theme, lovely and colourful.

It had a very good location in a calmer area of the medina. Additionally it was a very authentic Riad with cozy rooms and a nice rooftop. The one thing that stands for out about this Riad is the staff. In our 3 week stay all over Morocco we have not been at a hotel with more helpful and memorable people.
Cons: There where minor things like the drainage not working all that good and the flushing mechanism of the toilet did not seal properly so there was a constant sound coming from the toilet. We also had to remount the towel holder because is fell off. I am sure we would have gotten help doing it but we did not mind doing it on our own.

The property is very well located, in the heart of the Medina, so you can walk everywhere :) the staff was very very nice and welcome, keeping in touch and make sure everything was perfect even before our arrival. The Riad is very well decorated, with beautiful Moroccan colours and the room was very comfortable and clean (they clean everyday). The breakfast was deliciously home made Moroccan food, different every day! The owner and the staff are beyond friendly and welcoming and helped us a lot during our stay (with tips for the city or things we needed to do/solve). Would definitely recommend it to our friends and family!!

The staff is very kind and helpful. The terrace is fantastic. We had a terrace room and had a great time on the terrace. The location is excellent: not in the middle of the noise but very convenient to reach all the attractions in a short walk. It is close to two must-see actraction: El Bahia and El Badii palaces. Don't miss them.

Location of the Riad is great within easy reach of the main square with lots of hotspot attractions nearby. Really welcoming host who recommended a helpful parking spot. Charming Riad. Very welcoming staff, helpful. Fairly convenient. A brisk 12-15 min walk each day to the main Square and beyond to the centre. Can't taxi as all narrow alleyways to go through. Felt safe though lots of motor bikes and 3 wheelers taking goods through so have to be alert!
Cons: You can't 'pop back' and go out again as it is quite a walk but it is delightful to enjoy breakfast on the roof.

We really enjoyed our stay in this riad. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and with many options and the staff was really helpful and welcoming. We even got a small takeaway breakfast on the day of our check out cause we had to leave so early. The common areas and the little inside pool are a nice touch
Cons: Some small details were not the best: the shower head leaking and having little pressure, the door lock being broken and so it was not very easy to close the bedroom door (but not impossible)

Riad Safina is perfectly located within the Medina of Marrakesh. It is really easy to explore the city and the Djemaa el fna is really close but it’s still pretty quiet at night which is a plus. The breakfast is typical Moroccan and varies every day. we personally loved it! The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. Patrice and Maryline were so friendly, always greeting us with a smile in the morning and willing to give tips on where to go and how to get there.
Cons: There is nothing bad to say about this Riad. We loved our stay. A big thank you to all the staff. Next time we are in Marrakech we’ll come back here and we will recommend it to everyone!

It offers a very picturesque view of the Medina, Valèrie and all of her staff were exceptional at making me feel comfortable, especially as a solo traveler. We loved the stay! We rented a car and the parking lot was about 5 min walk away (5 EUR/evening). The bedroom was beautiful and the air conditioning is very effective. Such a quiet neighbourhood in such a great location!

Maryline was a wonderful hostess. She personally welcomed us in her amazing riad, with a delicious cup of mint tea and Moroccan patisserie. She did everything she could to get the room ready for us, as we arrived in Marrakech really early in the evening, even if we were staying just one night. She gave us a lot of great tips about the city and made us feel really special. Evening if I totally forgot to advise them that I'm vegan, they were so kind to make a special (and tasty) breakfast for me. The room was so clean and traditional, we loved it, together with the terrace, which looks like a intimate garden! Definitely a must in Marrakech! Thank you again to the magnificent Riad Safina! They give you also tips what to do etc. +good and central area.11 minutes to jemaa El fna +felt safe as there is a night Manager who opens the door +pool +rooftop +/- the breakfast was nice but very sweet and with the typical marroccan flavor (is it rose water?). It was okay for me -I stayed in the room at the ground level which was one meter away from the pool and 4 meters from the reception area.so I could here people talking and coming from the city at night.i even heard someone snorring and the vibration of a mobile phone.even the riad walls are thick you could here everything.the doors are swing doors. -my room had no windows I could use.the windows where facing the reception area so that everyone would have had a nice view into my room. That's why my room was very stuffy and my clothes damp . There is a small ventilation machine which was nice but couldn't make me feel entirely comfortable. At night it was very cold.make sure to bring warm clothes even its 30 degrees at day time I would recommend that place but stay at a room at the upper floor

Cons: My room was on the first floor and it was sometimes noisy at night for me, since to enter the Riad you have to use the doorbell. But the guests were quiet so it was okay.

Our room was lovely and on the roof terrace which is a great place to sit and chill. Communication with Patrice and Maryline our hosts was excellent. They arranged our airport transfers and trip. Use them. Special mention to Ali and Radia the staff at Safina. So helpful and friendly. Ali arranged our tour. Sorted out our boarding passes when Ryanair messed up. Escorted us to each taxi he'd arranged. And much more. Radia makes the most exceptional breakfast. Freshly baked every morning. Our room was not just cleaned every day but beautifully presented. What a great team. There's more I could say but you get the message. This is a great Riad. 1 more thing. I'm paranoid about ATMs having had bad experiences elsewhere. Ali assured me that the ATM near the Riad good. It is. Easy to use and no charges.

We went in winter and the room was very warm (we didn't need to turn on the air conditioning) and there was even a heater in the bathroom, the beds were very comfortable (we stayed in a family room) and the breakfast was equally good!

They briefed with basic things that are useful for my stay and gave me tips and ideas to explore Marrakech. They also gave me a map which helped me a lot during my stay. Abdel and the two other support staff are amazing. They really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this riad.

An oasis to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of Medina. The riad is well kept and very tastefully decorated. The rooms are very clean and are taken care of every day. The cleaning lady even folds the towels beautifully. It has a wonderful rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a quiet evening. That’s also where the breakfast is served - very generous selection of fresh pastries, jams and fresh orange juice. The staff is very nice and polite, they were always there to take care of us. But the best part of the riad - hands down - are the owners - Patrice and Marilyn. They arranged a taxi for us, waited at the parking and helped us to settle in. They wonderfully explained us everything - where to go to eat, where not to go, how to negotiate taxi, etc.! They even drove us a map so we can better manage the city. This really is the kind of value no money can buy. Thank you for having us, Marilyn and Patrice! We can’t wait to visit you again. TL;DR - Quiet, tidy riad with wonderful owners. Perfect location!

It was in a great location and it was clean. breakfast was nice and there is a terrace. And it’s pretty quiet, which is a huge plus. They also gave me a bag with food when I left (because my flight was early), which was very nice as well.
Cons: My room had no windows and it was very stuffy. They did provide a fan, but still. The bathroom was clogged. The water pressure was great, but because the water wasn’t going down, the whole bathroom was overflowed and it wasn’t nice if you wanted to wash your hair or take a decent shower.

The staff was extremely kind to welcome us , they explained us places to visit and the best path to follow to reach the central place. They helped us to book the transfer to the airport, the tour guide for a little tour in marrakech and also the suggested us some delicious places where to eat. Breakfast was amazing (thanks to Simon and Radija, it was amazing and super tasty ! thanks also to have explained us how to make the mint tea) !

The staff went out of their way to assist me in sightseeing in Marrakesh is well asked making sure that I felt safe and secure as a single traveler! I would recommend this Riad to anyone!

Cons: The ground floor room I booked didn’t have AC. I should have read the details more closely (and there was a fan) but this is just something to note for others also booking. I was also moved to another room free of charge when it became available- so thank you very much :).
