Can I advise any traveler to be very cautious if arriving at this riad at night. I was attacked in the grubby ,dimly lit back ally leading to the property. While it is all very well to call something. Authentic and ethnic. At what point do you cross over to dirty unkempt and smelly. To add insult to injury, the property when I finally found it . Was overbooked we were unable to stay. I informed I love Holidays of my experience with photos of my injuries, they asked if I required ÂŁ70 from them?. I canât imagine what for ,can you?.Lunch perhaps, my family and I bought airline tickets home .Please enjoy Morocco while always being aware. What is declared theatricaly as the true Moroccan experience. May be a great deal rougher and dirtier than you expected

This riad is located close to the souk in Marrakesh where we stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. Once you step through the door you are in a beautiful oasis of calm. The decoration of the central court is beautiful and orange trees provide shade and perfume as you relax and drink the Moroccan tea that is offered at every opportunity. The room that we occupied was beautifully decorated and comfortable and the bathroom was similarly colourful The staff were attentive and very helpful in giving direction around the area and recommendations for restaurants etc. The traditional Moroccan breakfasts served with a variety of Moroccan breads were a good start to the day and the two dinners we had, cooked to order were excellent. This was a wonderful place to stay and I would love to return in the warmer weather to take advantage of the beautiful garden and pool.

This is a fantastic Riad giving you everything you need for a magical experience in Marrakech. Architecturally the place is stunning with amazing artifacts everywhere you look. The cooking was first class and the staff could not be more helpful. Add to that the entire old Medina is an easy walk away, and you are in the heart of the chaotic experience that is Marrakech. The stay really was perfect.

Stayed here with my friend a couple of weeks ago on a last minute trip to Marrakech and it was absolutely incredible! The riad itself it stunning and a peaceful sanctuary from the bustle of the Medina. We were greeted by Muhamet who was the kindest, most gracious person and he couldn't do enough for us. As this was our first time visiting Marrakech and as two young women we wanted some tips on getting about safely and things to do, and Muhamet was kind enough to sit with us and tell us about various day trips, getting around to sightsee and general tips for the area. We were so grateful for this knowledge as it was super helpful for getting around! Our room was gorgeous, and the whole place was peaceful, clean and well kept. Muhamet served us the most beautiful Moroccan breakfast every day and was on hand for anything we needed throughout our stay. We were so grateful for his kind hospitality and will never forget it. We felt very safe and at home and comfortable staying here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Marrakech, I can't recommend it highly enough!

De toegankelijkheid van het personeel. Bij aankomst een duidelijke uitleg van Mohamed over waar wij als 2 vrouwen goed op moeten letten op straat. Door die tools geen moment ons onveilig gevoelt. Ze reserveren restaurants voor je, als je wilt en er is altijd 1 iemand aanwezig in de Riad voor vragen of hulp.

Cons: Google maps placed the Riad around 100m from its actual location. We were able to find it quite easily via directions from locals but it felt a little uncomfortable being unsure of our location for a few minutes. Not the Riads fault but would be helpful to fix this minor anomaly.

Cons: Zu Punkt 2 : Bei einer Ankunft um 2 Uhr morgens am Sonntag, 26.10.25 und einer Abreise am Dienstag 28.10.2025 um 10.30 Uhr aus dem Hotel, hat uns einfach gar nichts gefallen. Was schon damit angefangen hat, das kein Fahrer am Flughafen gewesen ist, um uns abzuholen, so wie vereinbart. Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss im Eingangsbereich, direkt neben der KĂŒche. An Schlaf war hier nicht zu denken, weil jeder an dem Zimmer vorbeilĂ€uft. Desweiteren hat sich ein pfeifend, quietschendes GerĂ€usch in das Zimmer ĂŒbertragen. Tag und Nacht. Die Toilette hat beim benutzen gewackelt, als ob man jeden Augenblick damit umkippt. Die Zimmer sind auf keinen Fall 5 Sterne wert. Desweiteren gibt es kein Restaurant, man kann nicht spontan sagen, wir essen im Hotel. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war eine Katastrophe, von der kein Mensch satt werden konnte. Lauwarmer Kaffee, je 1 Esslöffel Marmelade, 3 PĂ€ckchen Butter, 1 Streifen trockener Kuchen, 2 kleine mini hĂ€lften von einer Art Fladenbrot. Eine Portion Obsalat und eine Joghurtcreme. TĂ€glich !!!!!

The ambience and calm of the Riad is created by the place, the people working who made us feel more like family and the birds and tortoise's created the background. All was as described on the description, with a traditional breakfast being served in the beautiful jasmine and bougainvillea lined walls. Room cleaned every day. Hot and cold soft drinks available on request. Towls available poolside. WiFi throughout including terraces. Special mention to the host staff Mohammad and Simone who with notice arrange your hearts desire which for us was a tajine cooking lesson which was an absolute delight. The Riad roof terraces were a favourite haunt especially for the sunrise and sunset with 360 views across the roofs to the mountains that seem to surround the Medina. Truly magical. The location was near enough to the main soukes and squares but far enough to enjoy the peace within the riad. The greatest thing by far was the happiness and laughter from the staff as they went along there day's work which was for Mohammed who seemed to be available 24/7 and always with a smile. Youseff who was so gracious and polite. Would highly recommend asking for the hotel to arrange airport transfer, once at riad a city map is provided with direct routes marked and other tips for your stay. Peaceful and well located allowing you to gain a real insight to Marrakech life as you wander around this amazing Medina.

Dieses Riad ist wie aus 1000 und 1 Nacht. Simon, der Chef des Riads, hat uns nachts sehr herzlich empfangen. Er gab uns sehr viele nĂŒtzliche Tipps, die sehr hilfreich waren und seine Herzlichkeit war etwas Besonderes. Ali, der fĂŒr das FrĂŒhstĂŒck zustĂ€ndig war hat uns immer sehr freundlich bedient und jeden Wunsch erfĂŒllt. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr lecker und wurde in dem wunderschönen Innenhof unter Palmen und Feigenbaum eingenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefĂŒhlt, wie in einer Familie. Es wurde viel gelacht und wir sagen herzlichen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit, die wir in diesem stilvollen Riad verbringen durften.

This is the Riad to stay in if travelling to Marrakech. So beautiful and authentic. My room was clean, spacious and serviced each morning. The pool area and rooftop terrace are truly stunning. It is a little oasis. Breakfast was served each morning with plenty of breads, cakes, fruit and egg choice along with fruit juice and morrocan tea. South of the medina you can walk at a easy pace around 12 minutes to the main square. Might take a little longer if you stop by many of the shops as you enter Souks on the way. The service and staff here are the most exceptional part. As a solo traveller I was made feel safe and very welcome. Mohammed was especially helpful and kind. Whatever I needed or requested was no trouble. I will be sure to stay here on my next visit.

Schitterende riad met zeer sfeervolle kamers. Typisch Marokkaans ontbijt met pannenkoeken, vers fruitsap, vers fruit. Zeer aangename tuin met geweldig zwembad. Zeer vriendelijk en aangenaam personeel. Gelegen in de medina maar de taxi kan je op 50m van de deur afzetten. Heel mooie typische binnenkoer met overal prachtig houtsnijwerk.

Gorgeous decor and architecture, a real zen palace only steps away from the medina madness. Breakfast was phenomenal, canât wait to stay here again.
Cons: We were trying to pay for our extra drinks before catching the bus to Essaouria, however upon trying to pay we were told the card machine doesnât work and hadnât in fact ever worked. This caused a lot of stress because we were then very short on time to catch our bus, and the close by cash machine wasnât working. Ended up having to pay for a taxi to take us to the ATM, to then return to the riad with the money we owed. Not impressed by this. All very well just taking cash, but mention this to guests when they check in saying only cash payments, that way we would have prepared.

We were not given the room I was told was allocated to us. The breakfast and staff were great. Pool area was good and so were the tortoise. Please give the rooms a bit of TLC and sort out the aircon as rattled as not cool enough. You could make the rooftop space so much better.

Just had the best trip and stayed at Laurence Olivier, greeted by Simonne, such a lovely welcome and couldnât do enough for us. Gave me a map, tips and advice. So friendly. I stayed in a suite on first floor which was lovely, huge dressing room. Such a fabulous unique designed room. All staff including Mohammad who is just so lovely, organised taxis for us daily, lunch a few times which was also lovely and looked after us so well. Made us feel at home. Spa was best Iâve had, organised again by Mohammad, ladies came to the riad and had a spa room on the top floor with steam room and hot marble just wonderful! đŻ recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a wonderful team all hardworking and with a smile ! Little oasis with lots of birds and tortoises!

People were lovely, accommodating and keep it clean. Suite YSL is on rooftop, have own garden and rooftop for views/sunbathing. Cash machine on same road and convenience store. Negatives: location means you have to walk to main areas. Situated where people work so u may hear noise in the day. No fridge in Suite, would be ideal for water/refreshments. Overall, lovely oasis with friendly service and not busy like hotels.

Laurence, the owner, greeted us on the last day at checkout too đ„č The room was huge (Suite)!! We felt like we were in a museum. It was just too beautiful. Shame we were so tired slept early and woke up late đ„č This was our first time in Morocco, and we stayed here for the last day of our trip. It was definitely the right choice. Itâs clean, quiet, and we donât think weâll find another place quite like this riad outside of Morocco đČđŠ We really loved the tortoise family living in their garden too! đąđąđąThey even have a tiny tortoise, about the size of a thumbđđAnd the garden is so clean. This was our 1st trip to this Riad but it wonât be the last. It was just amazing. Ali was so welcoming and gave us lots of tips to get around Marrakesh. Even though they donât serve wine ( only beers ) Ali managed to rustle my wife and I a couple of glasses of white wine before dinner. The food was so fantastic, all home cooked. The walk into the main square took about 15 minutes and as ever in Morocco, it was an assault on the senses. We had no trouble finding or getting back to the Riad in one piece. Well done to all the staff.

This is the only negative review I've posted since 2018. Yes, the riad is beautiful. The pictures don't lie. And the staff tries to be helpful BUT they don't accept credit cards for charges at the riad (as opposed to making the booking) so I was completely caught off guard. The immediate neighborhood is very rundown and farther from the sights than it appears. You can't walk anywhere, which means taking taxis without seatbelts. Two of the taxi drivers left me off at the wrong places and I needed the help of locals to find the riad. But then the "helpful" locals demanded to be paid. The food is good but except for breakfast you need to tell them several hours in advance if you want lunch or dinner. They don't serve wine. I was the only American there at the time. The other guests, Brits and French, knew to bring their own. I wanted an authentic Moroccan experience after touring the country with Abercrombie & Kent in 2022 and I got it--in spades, so beware.

We are currently having the most wonderful time at Riad Laurence-Olivier in Marrakech. We arrived last Wednesday for a week. Great points on the property: 1. Location: the Riad is outside the Medina, and yet just 15 minutes walk to the main square of the Medina. It is far enough to avoid the noise and yet close enough to taste what the Medina and souks have to offer. Everyone morning, we wake up to birds' singing. The area gives you a sense of local atmosphere, not the touristy feel inside the Medina. 2. The Raid itself: the owner Madam Laurence is a journalist, writer and artist who managed to transform a period property into a 7 room gem. Furniture and decorations are truly amazing (a museum of items carefully selected). 3. The team: most of the members of the team have been serving guests at the Riad for over ten years. They are treating us like members of their family. Last night, the chef prepared the most wonderful dinner at the dining room. Breakfasts are made up of traditional bread, cakes, fruit and yogurt, with coffee and mint tea! There is a swimming pool to dip in at the garden where you will also find families of tortoises! We did three tours in the last few days. The Imlil Valley tour was a day trip to Atlas Mountain, with peaks covered in snow from a distance and waterfalls. The scenery and having lunch at a local Berber house was an unforgettable experience. The food tour within the Medina was truly enjoyable with the guide leading us to taste different local food and telling us the history of various places. The Agafay desert tour was all about quad bike and camel rides. The dinner and show were quite commercial but expected. These tours were arranged via Madam Laurence. We highly recommend this Riad and sadly we have to leave tomorrow. Shall be back again!

So beautiful oasis to escape the chaos outside! I have never witnessed such genuine care from the staff even in 5 star hotels. One example: due to a public holiday they knew restaurants were closed so they insisted sharing their own celebration lunch with us and refused to take any money for it.

Breakfast was absolutely first-class and attention by the staff was simple wonderful. As it was at all times. Really felt part of a 'family' while staying in the Riad. Rooms were great and outside areas and courtyards were just incredible. A most beautiful place indeed and haven't stopped sharing my experiences with my friends back in Ireland.

A warm welcome awaits you at this Riad. Nice rooms, with Moroccan flavours. A nice roof top to relax after exploring the local Medina. The food (Tegiines) at the Riad are very good. If there was one criticism the dinner plates were cold. Please warm plates so the hot food served remains at a reasonable temperature.

Par quoi commencer ??? TOUT ETAIT PARFAIT !!!! Un Riad trĂšs accueillant aussi bien par sa beautĂ© que par les personnes qui y travaillent. Les extĂ©rieurs font un peu peur au dĂ©part mais nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs vite rassurĂ©s. L'accueil par Mohamed (Simo et Anas) a Ă©tĂ© un rĂ©el plaisir : il nous a chouchoutĂ© par le service du thĂ© Ă la menthe et ses petits gĂąteaux marocains (par Ali) et ensuite par toutes ses explications concernant les repas, les excursions, les explications pour se dĂ©placer Ă pied,.... Les chambres sont propres (merci Ă Rabia et Kholoud) , nous avons passĂ© 2 nuits dans la suite jaune et 2 nuits dans la chambre rose. EquipĂ©es toutes de clim rĂ©versible (nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le chauffage en janvier le soir). Les literies confortables et un calme absolu. Il est possible de manger au Riad le soir, c'est trĂšs bon et bien cuisinĂ© par Wafa. Les petits dĂ©jeuners sont excellents et variĂ©s : jus d'orange maison, lait chocolat, crĂȘpes, gĂąteaux, pains et viennoiseries, fruits, yaourts,.....(servis Ă votre convenance). La piscine est prĂ©sente mais nous n'en avons pas profitĂ© en cette pĂ©riode de janvier, dommage mais Laurence nous a expliquĂ© que la chauffer est trop onĂ©reux. Mais cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ© et avons profitĂ© des services proposĂ©es Ă la carte (Hammam rĂ©alisĂ© par une dame trĂšs gentille et massage au top) Merci Ă ces 2 personnes. Concernant les sorties, il est trĂšs rapide(15min) de rejoindre la place JemaĂą El Fna en passant par des petites ruelles et de visiter les souks : dĂ©paysement total ! Nous avons profitĂ© de 2 excursions par le biais d'un taxi privĂ© (mention spĂ©ciale Ă IsmaĂ«l qui nous a accompagnĂ©) : le dĂ©sert d'Agafay avec coucher de soleil et dĂźner / les montagnes Atlas et la vallĂ©e de l'Ourika avec visite de la maison berbĂšre, coopĂ©rative agricole de l'huile d'argan et dĂ©jeuner. The design and atmosphere of the house reflected the traditional way families used to live together in one large home, with each room dedicated to a different family. The architecture was stunning, featuring a beautiful front yard and a back yard with a large, serene pool. The Riad had three levels, each uniquely designed with remarkable attention to detail. Every room had its own name and distinctive style, adding a personalized touch to our stay. We chose to stay in two different rooms to fully embrace the experience, and both were absolutely fabulous! Breakfast was included and tailored to our preferences, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was exceptionalâspecial thanks to Mohamed, who truly went above and beyond. He treated us like family, ensuring our stay was perfect and offering invaluable tips to help us explore Marrakech to the fullest. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old Medina. It was close to all the must-see attractions, including the vibrant souks, Bahia Palace, and Ben Youssef Madrasa. Despite being in the bustling Medina, the Riad was a peaceful oasisâa welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing. I canât recommend this Riad highly enough. If I ever return to Marrakech, I will definitely stay here again. It was an unforgettable experience that combined tradition, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

This beautiful Riad has been lovingly restored with the finest traditional craftsmanship throughout. It is full of Moorish antiquities. I felt like a privileged guest in someoneâs fine townhouse â which in a way, of course, I was! It has the most welcoming and thoughtful staff. I had a blissful time there and it is an oasis of calm away from the busy and noisy streets of the Medina. You absolutely must put this place and Marrakech on your bucket list.

There are many, many riads in Marrakech but I can't imagine that there many more beautiful than Riad Laurence Olivier. Our room (we had a suite) was absolutely lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and generous (special mention to Ali, Anis, Mohamed and Simon who helped make our short holiday so memorable.) Thanks again to all! The breakfasts - served in the beautiful poolside garden - were excellent and the dinners (we ate in the riad on two occasions during our stay) were simply fantastic.

Het verblijf hier was echt heel erg goed. Personeel was echt heel attent en deed ook totaal niet moeilijk om te helpen toen wij beiden een voedselvergiftiging hadden opgelopen. Daarnaast is het zwembad heel fijn en is het ontbijt erg lekker.
Cons: De badkamers waren schoon maar hadden wel schoner gekund. Hier en daar dingetjes die dan net niet helemaal zijn afgewerkt zoals bijvoorbeeld de wasbak die los zat. Niet echt dingen die storen, maar wel jammer als het interieur zo mooi en bijzonder is.

The team looked after us so well. Anything we wanted, restaurants booked taxis booked etc nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so friendly and kind. The hotel is tucked away and about 18 minutes walk from the central square. Within a matter of minutes you are walking into a market area the hotel itself is tranquil and sensitively ran. It really feels like a home from home.

We ate out twice during our stay but the food was no better than the excellent meals provided nightly by Waffa . The roof terrace was great for evening drink watching the sunset.

Hidden oasis, on the edge of the bustling heart of Marrakech. Great location for getting around, especially when exploring on foot. Quiet, calm and cool escape from the heat and fast pace of local life. Staff were an absolute delight and could not do enough for you. We had a fabulous 3 roomed suite that looked and smelled divine! The courtyard breakfast was the perfect set up for the day and the one evening meal we did have in was actually the best Lamb Tagine of several experienced during our trip. Really glad we picked this Riad over any other accommodation and would certainly recommend to other guests. The live-in Tortoises were an added bonus and watching them and their tiny babies go about their daily business was added fun.
Cons: Unfortunately the aircon in our room only operated at full speed, Causing it to be too noisy to use at night when it was most needed.

El desayuno es estupendo y son muy flexibles si necesitas que sea a una determinada hora. La piscina es perfecta si vas en verano imprescindible. Era bien grande y estaba limpia. La struttura Ú un palazzo delle mille e una notte situato in un vicolo della città antica e comodo per raggiungere la piazza principale Jamal El Fna e i suk. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Simon, che da subito ci ha guidato e consigliato, oltreché accolto come delle persone di famiglia, sempre con gentilezza e con il sorriso sulle labbra. Bella la camera (noi avevamo quella blu) e ottima la colazione, servita nel magico giardino. Noi abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio massaggi (che consiglio) e abbiamo cenato in Hotel mangiando divinamente. Anche la padrona di casa, la Signora Laurance Ú stata gentile e accogliente, nonché attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza. Mi Ú piaciuta molto anche la flessibilità oraria della colazione(dalle 08.30 alle 12.00) e l'orario del check out. I love the ambience. It's peaceful and beautiful. As soon as we come inside the room, it smells amazing. The people are lovely, approachable, and friendly. They always have such a beautiful smile. The manager is so helpful as well and very generous. He even helped us with the best places to go to and provided tips on how to get around. Me and my mum really enjoyed our stay. There's A/C, and toiletries are well stocked. They clean the room every day and really well. The area is very near the market and it's walkable. They have spa and massage, which my mum enjoyed as well. The price is reasonable as well, and the food is amazing. We would absolutely recommend this Riad. 5 stars!

Beautiful riyad. Staff are all wonderful and can't do enough for you. Only stayed one night. Location not quite as central as we would have liked (had to walk a bit farther through not such a nice part of town to get to the local attractions, shops, etc.) but still not far from everything you need. Beautiful decor. Pool and outside dining area were stunning. Didn't go to rooftop as there appeared to be some construction work going on upstairs (perhaps following the earthquake but I'm not sure). Limited choice of food if you are eating there, but nice wines available. Air-conditioning didn't work well in the room we had, but this seemed to just be an issue in that one room, as we were allowed to change before our flight in another room later which had fully working aircon. Owner was simply charming when we met her after breakfast. Everyone helped us in any way they could. Massage we had here was simply the best massage we have ever had (and we've had a lot throughout our travels). Highly recommended unless you want to be a little closer to the market.

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour à Marrakech dans le Riad Laurence Olivier. DÚs notre arrivée, le personnel était aux petits soins et nous avons trÚs bien été accueillis. Ali, un employé de la maison, a pris le temps de nous expliquer les lieux à visiter ou à éviter. La propriétairex, Laurence, nous a planifié une excursion dans le désert. Nous avons pu profiter de la superbe piscine durant les jours de fortes chaleurs. Ce riad est un oasis de tranquillité au milieu du fourmillement et du tumulte de la Médina. Les petits déjeuners étaient trÚs bons, variés, avec des jus d'orange frais chaque matin. Merci pour cet accueil exceptionnel ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !
Cons: La literie était peu confortable et la propreté dans la chambre était moyenne par rapport au cadre. Ce serait aussi intéressant que le personnel propose des petits en-cas durant l'aprÚs midi ou qu'il se montre plus disponible pour proposer à boire. Pour ce point, le Riad n'y est pour rien, mais sortir dans la médina est relativement oppressant voire parfois dangereux (circulation, pickpockets, faux guides). Nous étions heureux de retourner dans notre Riad aprÚs avoir serpenté les rues de la Médina.

Cons: We were there just to hear the silent and desconect from our busy life in Spain and we are very disappointed because During our stay at the hotel two painters were painting the interior of the Riad with a ladder and there was a room under construction with noise. We had to ask several times to stop making noise and they promised that when we were in the room they would not. But being in the pool there was noise and it was very annoying. Is known that when a hotel is going to do construction it should close, or at least notify us of this situation before making the reservation. In my case I would not have taken it. We have claimed and they return 10% to us, it does not seem to us that it compensates the inconvenience. Choosing a Riad is part of the travel experience, and arriving at a Riad with several workers all day around the Riad, painting and making noise, is a negative experience.

Beautifully decorated Riad, using antiques from Morocco and India. We had a large suite with a huge round copper bath tub. Very comfortable bed with good linen. the location is outside the Medina and although it was possible to walk into the centre, we mostly used taxis which took between 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. never a problem to find a taxi. The staff took great care of us, with cups of mint tea always available.
Cons: Breakfast seemed to take forever, but it was all freshly made, Moroccan pancakes, cakes, fruit, local jams. There was no tea/coffee available in the room, so we were gasping for our first coffee of the day while breakfast was made!

The location was excellent even though the approach was somewhat down at heel -this made the entrance into the Riad even more enchanting! The building itself is beautiful and well kept. The staff were unfailingly helpful and charming. Breakfast was not a run of the mill buffet and care was taken in presentation and content.
Cons: The bathroom was small but the real problem was drainage from both shower and basin. The water went down far too slowly so that it was difficult to avoid flooding when showering! Pillows were not comfortable but quickly changed on request.

The Riad is beautiful and the pool, although cold was very inviting.
Cons: Our room, which was lovely, was located on the top terrace. Unfortunately, the room below, which is not part of the riad, was very noisy throughout the night. I think there were possibly mules housed there. We'd actually booked a different suite but arrived late and our room had been given to someone else.

The staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything. Simon was fantastic advising us on places to see, where to eat, and general advice on visiting Marrakech and bartering. Riad was beautiful, very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The main square is about a 12 minute walk and walking distance to the main sights. Our standard room was on the top outside terrace, a great spot to enjoy the sunset. The bedroom was small but had a large shower room opening into it with double doors, plenty of space to get ready. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful served from 8.30am. The staff were happy to accommodate an earlier breakfast on our day trip out to the Atlas mountains. Overall an amazing, peaceful Riad in Marrakech that I would recommend. Thank you to Laurence and your team, we had an amazing stay !

Laurence was the sweetest and most caring and passionate host, the NYE party she arranged was perfect and all the staff were so kind and friendly. Lounges were comfy and warm and the rooms were all beautiful and authentic.
Cons: There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. In an ideal world we would have liked to be closer to the other side of the Medina but its still easily accessible. I am Gluten Intolerant and it would have been amazing if i could have eaten similar to the other guests at breakfast (e.g. Bread, cake and crepes) however understand this is a bigger ask and they still catered for me.

it is a beautiful and peaceful oasis amongst the bustle of Marrakech. Laurence and her team are friendly and flexible and we loved the choice of sunny roof terrace and quiet shady garden at the end of the day exploring.
Cons: The area around the Riad is quite run down, and a little intimidating the first time we ventured out, but once we had absorbed ourselves in it we felt safe and it was a much better, more authentic experience than when we had stayed in a tourist enclave in the past.

Overall the Riad, including food and hospitality was overwhelmingly good. Our suite and the premises in general were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, my wife had a health set back. The hotel staff took super good care of her, got her medicine and cooked extra food and brought it to our room. Absolute recommendation for your stay in Marrakech.

Le personnel on été tous adorable avec moi il se plie en quatre pour vous faire plaisir le petit déjeuner top et copieux .J 'ai passé un agréable moment dans ce lieu magique. Merci à la propriétaire qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer les lieux à voir sur Marrakech c est trÚs rare .

Cons: In stanza c'era un'aria un po' pesante, come molti Riad le camere non prendono molta aria. Da sistemare il sifone dello scarico del bagno, ristagnava un odore un po' sgradevole. La posizione su booking Ăš leggermente errata, quella di maps Ăš giusta.

Amazing Riad, 15 mins walk from main square. Rooms are all beautiful and staff are incredibly friendly. Worth booking things in advance (dinner, Hammam etc.) the rooftop view from the riad is stunning, and we were sorry it wasnât quite warm enough to have a dip in their lovely pool.

The Riad was an oasis after a busy day walking the hot streets of Marrakech. We stayed 4 days and were always treated warmly by every member of staff, they made arranging transport for days out/ excursions simple, which took a lot of stress out of being in a foreign city. The food in the Riad was outstanding and they accommodated for us wanting to eat the meal on the patio area by the pool and created a romantic setting with lighting and a well laid table. The Room was spotless and very elegantly decorated with much needed air conditioning.

Incredibly quiet and comfortable riad. It was very clean and secure. The staff was really nice and helpful but none of them spoke a single word in English which was not a nice surprise. Breakfast was okay, orange juice and breads. The riad is very beautiful with a nice garden. The outside swimming pool is freezing. Very good location, only a 10 min walk from Jemaa el-Fna. Value for money was alright but it was so much more expensive than many other riads so I really have doubts regarding the value for money. Afterwards, we would have booked another cheaper riad as the swimming pool was so cold and the superior room was smaller than we had expected.
