Jean-Francois is very proud of his riad and rightly so. It is a beautiful place to stay and the service we received from all his staff was exceptional. The airport pick-up and drop-off that Jean-Francois arranged for us was seamless. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful. A short walk led us to the start of the souk, and Marrakesh is a wonderful city to explore. Offering a 2-bed/bath family suite made it a perfect place for our family of four to stay. I would highly recommend Riad Soundouss.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Soundouss. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ibrahim who made us feel right at home by serving us mint tea with dates and biscuits. The riad itself is beautiful—full of traditional Moroccan charm, a peaceful courtyard, and elegant interior that creates a truly authentic atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. At the end of a day exploring we came back to the lovely scent of verbena from the oil burner. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and served with such care. All the staff went above and beyond during our stay, always ready to help with anything we needed, from recommendations to arranging airport transfers and a day trip to the picturesque Ourika Valley. The location is perfect for exploring the Marrakech—close enough to all the main sights, with a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and Jardin Majorelle, yet tucked away just enough to offer calm and relaxation after a busy day out. Once you close the door the hustle and bustle or Marrakech is left far behind. We really recommend ordering dinner the evening before and having it on the roof terrace while watching the last embers of the sun. The lamb tagine with prunes and almonds was one of the best meals we had in Marrakech. In summary, Riad Soundouss exceeded all of our expectations. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience in Marrakech. We can’t wait to return! Merci beaucoup, Jean-François et Ibrahim.

This was the best riad we stayed at during our time in Morocco. The entire place is beautiful and peaceful, with beautiful room and a lovely terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was outstanding - generous, varied, and delicious. We also had dinner at the riad one evening, including tajines, and it turned out to be even better than what we’d eaten in restaurants. The location is perfect as well, close to all the main sights. They also arranged transfers for us from and to the train station, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We would happily stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Hoe mooi de Riad was, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het lekker ontbijt, de centrale ligging. Het huis is echt schitterend en onze kamer, de Cleopatra suite, was super comfortabel en ruim. Jean-François en Ibrahim zorgden ervoor dat we ons echt thuis voelden en staan altijd voor je klaar met een glimlach.

Cons: Een klein verbeterpuntje is wellicht de afzuiging van de geuren uit de keuken. Er was voortdurend een etenslucht in de binnentuin en hallen (niet in de kamers, die roken juist heerlijk).

Jean François, de eigenaar van het Riad Soundouss, had voor ons een taxi geregeld van het vliegveld naar het Riad. De chauffeur stond netjes op ons te wachten en heeft ons keurig op een parkeerplaats dicht bij het Riad afgezet waar Jean François op ons stond te wachten. Onder het genot van een kopje muntthee werden we plezierig ingecheckt. De zelfde avond hebben we gedineerd in het Riad. Samira had voor ons een heerlijk traditioneel drie gangen diner gekookt. Zij verzorgde ook het typische Marokkaanse ontbijt dat elke ochtend weer een beetje anders was. Het ontbijt werd door Ibrahim geserveerd, een hele aardige jongeman. Soundouss is een mooi traditioneel Riad midden in het oude drukke centrum van Marrakesh. Je voelt je echt in een cocoon. Het Riad ziet er uit zoals op de foto’s. We hadden de 3 persoons Cleopatra kamer, leuk ingericht met een hoog plafon met lichtkoepel. De kamer was schoon en werd iedere dag netjes opgemaakt. Met name de badkamer was speciaal. Het geeft het gevoel van een hamam. Wij vonden het erg mooi.

Cons: Helaas hadden we op de eerste dag lekkage bij het toilet en was een kraan kapot. Ibrahim en Jean François hebben dit probleem direct opgepakt en binnen een uur was het opgelost. De Cleopatra kamer heeft helaas geen ramen en je voelt je een beetje opgesloten. Door de dikke muren heb je in de kamer geen wifi. Buiten de kamer zijn plekken waar wifi wel werkt. Wij wilden graag een bezoek brengen aan de Agafay woestijn voor een kameel / dromedaris rit, quad rijden en als afsluitingen een diner in een tent met show. Deze activiteiten hadden we gevonden op Booking.com voor eur 25 p.p. Met een gemiddelde waardering van een 4.5 uit 5. Jean Francois raadde ons dit zeer sterk af. Het zou niet de Agafay woestijn zijn, het materiaal zou niet goed zijn. Hij bod ons een alternatief aan met privé chauffeur en prive gids voor eur 250, zo’n eur 83 p.p. We zagen er in eerste instantie van af en boekte bij Booking.com eur 25 p.p. Later toen we weer in het Riad waren vroeg Jean Francois ons er na. We gaven aan er vanaf te zien en dat we hadden geboekt bij Booking.com. Nu was ook Kamal er bij “expert” op het gebied van dit soort activiteiten en weer werd sterk op ons ingepraat het het niet goed was. Dus ik annuleer en boekte dan toch maar bij Kamal en Jean François….. Ja we hadden een privé chauffeur en prive “gids” bij het kameel en quad rijden, maar dar was het ook dan. De kameel rit is leuk maar het blijft een standaard rondje. De quads waren geen kwaliteit (Honda’s of Yamaha’s) het waren merken waar ik nog nooit van gehoord had. Waarschijnlijk gekocht op Ali Baba express. Het diner was ook niet veel bijzonders, salades voor af, kip als hoofdgerecht en een plakje cake als dessert. Het eten was niet slecht maar niets bijzonders. Voor zo’n eur 75 hadden we een leuke dag gehad en hoor je me niet klagen, maar voor eur 250 vonden wij het absoluut niet waar. De kameel rit hebben alleen mijn zoon en ik gedaan en met het quad rijden had alleen mijn zoon een single quad.

Le propriétaire et le staff sont géniaux. Extrêmement gentils et serviables. Le Riad est magnifique et très calme! Les chambres ne donnent pas sur la rue. Notre chambre était très propre, belle et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et complet ( tout le petit déjeuner marocain plus des œufs) et du vrai jus d’orange.

Le riad est un vrai havre de paix dès l'entrée. Un décor magnifique et relaxant. L'accès au roof-top est un vrai plus. Nous nous sommes régalés entre les petits-dejeuners très généreux et les tajines proposées par la cuisinière. Notre meilleur dîner du séjour! Pasamos cuatro noches muy agradables en este Riad bien mantenido, perfectamente ubicado cerca de todas las atracciones principales. Éramos cuatro amigas y nos sentimos muy cómodas. El lugar está impecable, limpio y cuidado al detalle. El desayuno es delicioso y la cena espléndida. Las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas, con todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante. Reservamos el traslado al aeropuerto de ida y vuelta, una opción muy recomendable dado el caótico tráfico local. Un agradecimiento especial al personal, siempre amable y atento, especialmente a Brahim, que nos recibió cada día con una sonrisa y gran disposición.

Cons: El wifi no funciona en las habitaciones porque los tabiques son muy gruesos, así que hay que coger línea en el patio, pero no nos resultó un gran inconveniente.

Fantastic riad. We had a wonderful stay - we were very comfortable, the riad is beautifully furnished, the breakfast was excellent, and the locations is ideal for exploring the medina - a really quiet spot, but just a few minute's walk from everything. Jean-Francois, the owner, is fantastic- welcoming and warm, and Ibrahim, who looked after us while we were there, is a kind and lovely man. Big recommend for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Der Inhaber Jean Francois und sein Team waren sehr bemüht uns einen rundum sorglosen und komfortablen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wir sind spät in der Nacht angereist und wurden am Flughafen abgeholt und trotz der späten Uhrzeit herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Riad ist eine Oase der Ruhe im Trubel von Marrakech (nur drei Minuten von den Souqs entfernt) und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ebenfalls das Frühstück war reichlich, frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Die Atmosphäre im Riad Soundouss ist an Freundlichkeit und Wärme nicht zu übertreffen!

Cons: Wenn man etwas zu verbessern sucht, könnte man das etwas knarrende Bett anmerken. Und hat das allerdings nicht sonderlich gestört. Alles perfekt!

Serviert wurde dies auf der Dachterasse. Das Menu, das Samira gekocht hat war super lecker und typisch marokkanisch. Als wir an unserem Abreisetag früh los mussten, gab es sogar noch ein Lunchpaket. Unser Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful property. Easy to get to from drop off in medina. Very close to the Secret Garden and Jardin Marjorelle, nice restaurants. Not too far from Gueliz area. Walkable to many site seeing spots. Staff was great and very accommodating. Great service and kind staff.

Cons: Wifi did not extend all the way to the farthest bedroom. It worked very well in our other bedroom. AC could be stronger in one bedroom. Manager will remediate that.

Our stay here was incredible. The room was incredibly spacious and decorated to such a high standard. The staff in the Riad are all extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Riad Soundouss is a lovely place in the old part of the city. The rooms are beautifully renovated, quiet, with a lot of greenery and color. It is perfectly located for walking through the markets and visiting the historical buildings. The owner Jean-Francois and his staff were super helpful in making recommendations during our stay, and helping us with our further travel arrangements. The breakfast was the best that we had during our stay in Morocco - you must try the scrambled eggs made by Jean-Francois :-)

Everything was exceptional. Both rooms were amazing, really comfortable, clean and beautiful. Breakfast was the best in all riads we stayed (we stayed in 4 different places). Staff were also very friendly. Location was great. I truly recommend staying in this place. There was a small issue with the a/c and it was solved on the same day.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Riad Soundouss. Jean-Francois was an excellent host. He was very friendly and easy going with a great sense of humour. He was also very quick to respond to any questions we had when organising our trip. Jean-Francois and his staff (Samira, Nadia, Jalil and Kamal) made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. They dedicated themselves to making sure our stay was special. The Riad is beautifully restored and decorated and all the facilities were excellent. It was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent and very quiet even though it is in the Medina. The food was wonderful and plentiful (thank you Samira). It was definitely some of the best food we had in our 3 week trip. We highly recommend Riad Soundouss and would happily stay again. Thanks again Jean-Francois, Samira, Nadia, Jalil and Kamal.

We especially appreciated the tranquil atmosphere of the riad, which complements the hectic medina. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The room was cozy and clean. The property was lovely, just four rooms and all very traditional. Even the locks and the wardrobes seemed like originals but in a good way! The food was AMAZING! Great value for dinners which were delicious and the breakfasts were enough for two meals, and always a delight!!

Cons: The property itself seemed smaller than I expected but this is purely my expectation. Now, I understand this is a typical Riad in the Medina. The hot water did not last for a very long time but also, maybe we take long showers!

Located in the heart of the Medina, square fna, Koran school Ben youssef. Jardin majorelle - all of them are in walking distance (max 20 min). Jalil is just great and very helpful in organizing things to make your stay perfect - he arranged for a local guide who showed us around the first day, and for a cooking class in a private family home. Breakfast is great, and you should also have dinner there at least one evening. The rooms are very clean and cozy. And don’t forget to cuddle with the house cat :-)

Good location within close distance to every main attraction. They provided car service from and to the airport. They also helped with organizing a tour to the Agafay desert. Delicious breakfast that was different every morning. The staff was amazing, nice and helpful. Jean Francois, the owner, was very attentive to all our needs. Only little things but for example a tile came out of the concrete on the floor outside the room, one of the shutters on the windows wouldn’t lock, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the support for the shower head was loose I have to say that the breakfast wasn’t to my taste at all but the evening meal we ate there was delicious

The Riad was at a quite convenient spot, next to taxi/parking lot, which made it very easily accessible (quite important inside the Medina, esp. if you're carrying heavy luggage). The place was very well taken care of, beautiful inside, the rooms were comfortable, very clean and were cleaned every day (!). Also change of towels etc. The breakfast was great, one of the best we had during our stay in the country. Most importantly, the owner and the staff were very very polite and helpful, most probably the best interaction and experience I have had throughout many years of travelling in several countries. And especially in Morocco it's very important, as one should be cautious about the charges, the way of doing things etc.

Cons: Only the beds could have been bigger, but that's a really minor thing comparing the overall experience.

Jalil, the night manager, was fantastic: kind, helpful and always ready to give help when asked. The room was big and super comfortable, with a magnificent bathroom in a wonderful and peaceful road. The breakfast was delicious and full of typical moroccan products. The interaction before the arrival was nice and easy: also they offered us the opportunity to be picked up straight from the airport at our arrival in the middle of the night.

Near the main and most touristy parts of Marrakesh. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you're debating whether to stay in a riad or a hotel i'd recommend picking a riad because they're more central and authentically Moroccan.

The spaces are sumptuously restored with really wonderful pieces of antique furniture. Jean Francois and his staff were warm and helpful in making us feel welcome and relaxed in this oasis of calm. We loved being pampered with a lovely breakfast each morning before setting out to explore the old city conveniently located close by.

This Riad was amazing! We had the whole place to ourselves, there is a beautiful roof and seating area downstairs. Room was really nice and very cool during the heat of the day. Breakfast was very good and you were able to choose what time you wanted it. The location was really good, easy walk to the Medina and also to the newer areas. It was really quiet in the Riad even with all the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The staff were very welcoming and did everything to help us feel comfortable. The food they served was incredible for breakfast and dinner. You should definitely stay here!!!!

A driver was waiting for us at the airport and Francois was waiting for us once we arrived to guide us to the Riad. The property was the most beautiful building in have ever stayed in, truly an oasis of calm that is nestled into a bustling city. The designs on the walls, the beautiful hand crafted furniture and the well kept plants made for a lovely place to stay. The property is always spotless and it feels like staying in an Arabian palace.

Magnificent Riad in the medina of Marrakech. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is very nice, amazing architecture, the room very comfortable and nice, and the amazing inner courtyard, an oasis in the middle of such an intense city. The staff was the best, super attentive and friendly. The same as the owner. We also had dinner at the Riad and the food was excellent. In addition, there is a very charming kitty who lives in the hotel and brightened up our experience. We will definitely come back to this Riad.

Cons: Our room lacked a window on the sides (there was only one on the roof). But this is understandable given the architecture of the place. Since the ceiling is very high and the decoration very nice, it was quite okay this detail.

My wife and I stayed in Riad Soundouss while visiting Marrakesh and it was absolutely wonderful. Jean-François, the owner was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout all of it. He got in touch with us before we even flew to Marrakech to make sure we had transportation. Once the driver dropped us off he was there to guide us to the Riad. We were greeted with wonderful tea and sweets. Also despite leaving early for a planned tour Nadia made sure to give us a wonderful & delicious breakfast to go. Jalil was awesome and made us feel very safe and even walked us to the tour van outside. Overall we definitely recommend!!! Very close to everything!

The riad is quite close to the medina and it’s in a very nice quiet area not too busy or loud . The riad also has a very cute and friendly cat . The owner of the riad is such a sweetheart , he made sure to text us prior to our booking to check if we needed transport from the airport to the hotel . When we arrived he gave us a tour of the riad and was very welcoming aswell as the staff who helped us with our suitcases . The riad was absolutely beautiful, an oasis of calm in the Medina and in a perfect location, you would be in the hustle and bustle of the souk within a few minutes walk. The rooms are very clean and the place is beautiful and has eye for detail (tasteful decoration, bathrobes, cute soaps, nice scent candles etc). Loved our stay. Also the kids enjoyed it. It has a very good location in the center but also peaceful. The roof-terrace serves as a calm get-away in the middle of the busy city and great for the kids to play. Cons: We stayed during January and we found the room a bit cold. The air-conditioning was not functioning properly. The hostel is located in a area that, at times especially at night, felt a bit dodgy. We never had any problems but it felt a bit sketchy.

The Riad is a beautiful, peaceful retreat in the heart of a bustling city. It was so quiet that you would never know you were so close to the chaos of the Medina. All the staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast included was amazing, more than enough to fill you up for the day and a variety of delicious food and drink was offered. The bedroom and en suite was relaxing and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect. Had we not booked a taxi from the airport and been met by staff from the taxi to walk us to the Riad, then it would have been difficult to find. This is the nature of the streets in Marrakesh though, and says nothing about Riad Soundouss. Therefore highly recommend organising a transfer through Riad Soundouss, which was easy and cost effective anyway.

My stay at this riad was really pleasant. The warmth and assistance from the staff made the experience superb. Jean-francois (the host) picked my friend and I up at the road, helped with our bags and offered helpful tips, provided a map, and even helped arrange our trip to the Agafay desert. The breakfasts, prepared entirely by the in-house chef, were always traditional, tasty dishes. While the room wasn't the largest, its traditional Arabic design and the facilities made it a cozy and inviting space. Lastly, the riad's perfect location added to the overall appeal of our stay.

Amazing staff that help out with directions, getting from and to the airport and additional tips and advice for the city. Loved the authentic room and cleanliness of it, breakfast was very luxurious and typical Moroccan. Rooftop was unfortunately temporarily closed because of the earth quake but I can imagine how good it must be to enjoy breakfast or tea up there. Will definitely recommend!

Cons: The bed was queen sized, which we knew in advance. My friend and I are both quite tall and even though I would not say it was something negative, I think our stay would have been even better if we had a bigger bed!

Absolutely charming and authentic riad away from the hustle and bustle of the medina but near enough to most attractions to easily walk. The room we stayed in felt lush, comfortable and had so much character. The staff are top notch in hospitality, Jalil and Nadia took excellent care of us and Jean-François was exceptionally welcoming.

we stary for 2 nights, everything went super well, the staff are really nice and helpful , they come and pick you up from the near parking lot. breakfast is just great , we stay in another RIAD and i must say soundous had a 10 times better breakfast and the rooms are much bigger. location is great , quite and safe street. the design of the place is just amazing , as good as a museum. have an amazing roof top , we actually fell a sleep there. room is very big , bathroom is just amazing!! room was clean and bed were comfortable. room have an a.c and a SAFE which are both important.

Unfortunately I had to change my travel plans because of the earthquake last month, meaning I could only stay one night which wasn’t long enough to enjoy this amazing Riad… Jean Francois was an incredible host: Welcoming, friendly, humorous and incredibly proud of his hotel. His staff were extremely pleasant and kind too. The Riad is in a great location for the Souk/Medina and is located on a quiet side street which seems run down but didn’t feel unsafe. Inside the Riad was decorated to perfection - classy but not over the top. Wish I could have stayed longer but it justifies another trip back in the near future! Tom

It was the perfect stay, we stayed one night but if we could we had stayed plenty more days. The host Jean Francois made us feel at home the moment we met. And the receptionist Jalil was amazing and very helpful. The room was super cozy and the lobby was fantastic with Moroccan vibes. They have an amazing rooftop with sunbathing chairs. The welcoming tea and the breakfast were incredible! We loved so much the Riad and the hospitality that we asked to have dinner there one last time even we didn’t stay the night. With that said, not only the food made by Samira was incredible but also they understood our timings to go to the airport and made us possible having an early dinner. The next time we come to Morocco we will definitely stay there

We also loved Jalil, Jean-Francois, Nadia and Samira who were fully attentive to all of our needs and just generally helpful. Also, the riad itself was stunning and full of beautiful Moroccan detail, colourful tiles and smelled of the lovely oud scent. Our bathroom was also lovely. We would come back here to stay in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend it. Also ideal location if you want to explore Marakesh. Lastly, definitely the dinner in the evening is exceptional and would recommend you try that.

There are beautiful common areas in this Riad, and there are fresh flowers in our room and in the fountain, just like the photos in the website. We were greeted personally by the owner, and the care and attention the staff and owner paid to us exceeded expectations... the Manager even walked us out to the taxi circle the day we departed to help negotiate a fair fee for the airport transfer. Breakfast was freshly cooked, beautifully presented. It is obvious that everyone here takes pride in their Riad. Wonderful , and highly recommended. Rory and Maureen, Vancouver BC.

The property was in a great location and beautiful. They only have 5 suites so you really get the best dedicated service. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Jalil is super helpful and François made us a delicious omelette on our last breakfast. The Riad has a cute cat which is called Soundouss as well, made us feel right at home.

We liked that our riad set up transportation for us from the airport. It was so helpful after a long day of traveling. The breakfast every morning was so tasty and it was so big. The room was well air conditioned and large. Our bathroom was huge. It was very spacious for 3 people and had plenty of room for clothes and our bags. The riad was beautiful and felt so homey. The staff was the best part of the riad though. They were some of the kindest people we ever met and were so friendly and welcoming. They were so accommodating letting us check in so late because our flight was delayed and holding our bags until our flight the next afternoon. They greeted us with a smile every day and made great recommendation's The area was easy to get around without being right in the middle of things. Taxi's were easy to grab nearby. Overall stayed here was better than I could of expected. The hospitality we received staying here made our trip that much better and would come back to stay here any day. Thanks for everything and being truly a memorable first time experience in Morocco.

Cons: The dinner was a bit expensive compared to the same meal within the Medina but the convenience helps balance it out. In the lower bedroom you can also hear every footstep above, as well as, chatting, cleaning and cooking in the kitchen so just be aware of that as well.

Amazing Riad with such a warm welcome from all the staff! It’s located just over the road from the Medina so you can escape the hectic streets whilst being close by. The building was beautiful, the terrace was lovely for sunbathing and had a great sunset view in the evening. The room was very big and bright, with good air con (needed in the 38degree heat!). It was very quiet in the rooms at night, paired with the comfy bed meant a great nights sleep! The breakfast was superb, we weren’t left hungry and they accommodated us when we had an early trip booked one morning. Could not recommend enough to book here!!

Lovely roof terrace with views over the city and to the Atlas Mountains. Helpful owner, delightful staff and delicious breakfast. We had an excellent and good value dinner in the Riad. All services were good.

I didn't do an extensive research before booking this riad but we got really lucky. The place has a convenient location just 3 min away from the famous souk but enough hidden from the city noise to enable a good night sleep. I was astonished by the housekeeping cleaning standards that otherwise hardly meet my expectations. Our room windows were towards the riad atrium but the wooden door and window shutters isolated the sound surprisingly well. We sleeped way longer than we expected. Riad Soundouss is a true gem in Marrakech.

The riad is just like the photos - beautiful, ornate, and with a lovely little rooftop terrace to admire the Marrakech skyline. We came for New Years and were really happy with the stay. The room was very pretty, clean, and comfortable. Even though we stayed right off the main courtyard, we didn’t feel disturbed by the noise or other guests etc. The breakfasts were excellent, and we ate dinner in the Riad one night and it was really good value / quality - maybe the best meal we had in Marrakech. What made the place extra special though was the owner (Jean Francois) and the staff - especially Jolil. They treated us like family and were so welcoming and generous. Definitely recommend this place as a great homemade to explore Marrakech - the location is also nice, just outside the craziness of the souk and walking distance to main attractions and easy to get taxis just down the road. Thanks again for having us!!

Jean-Francois and the staff were so helpful and friendly, it was a joy to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring. The Riad is in a great location, a short walk from the Souks, pick up locations and an ATM. It is positioned down a quite street and when you walk in, it’s like a little oasis of peacefulness with birds chirping and rose oil. Fresh orange juice and a great breakfast is served in the morning and we really recommend having a dinner there - the best tagine. There’s a really friendly, relaxed atmosphere amongst the staff and they were very helpful - nothing was a problem. We were greeted at the door no matter what time we arrived back. We (4 adults) stayed at Riad Soundouss for 5 nights. We had booked 2 rooms that were connected thereby forming a 2 bed 2 bath suite. We had an exceptional experience at the Riad. Starting with Jean Francois arranging for transfer from Casablanca airport and helping bring out luggage from the car park to the Riad. His overview of what to do in Marrakech. Jalil’s exceptional care during breakfast, guiding us on things to do in Marrakech, and evening discussions. In the middle of our stay we went to the Sahara for 3 days. Jean Francois let us keep the luggage in the rooms, effectively extending our reservation dates without additional charges. We are really appreciative of experience we had at Riad Soundouss. The whole team of the Riad Soundouss made us feel warm and welcome. The Riad gives you a typical old Marrakech feel. Exceptional!!! It was our home away from home… Thankyou everyone!!!!!

We loved this riad, it was tucked away on a quiet nook just outside the madina, but walkiing distance to all the big sites (20 to 30 minutes to Jardine marjorelle, Bahia Palace, etc). Jean-Francois the host was lovely and were the rest of the hotel staff, especially Jalil. Our rooms were beautiful and spacious (we had the family suite).
