The staff is SO friendly and supportive, the facilities were clean and the breakfast was delicious!
Cons: It‘s a little „off the beaten path“ in a side street of the Medina and you have to go through a couple of dark alleys to get there, it‘s literally 5 mins from Jemaa el Fna square though, so very central!

The property was beautiful and conveniently situated next to the Medina. Staff were friendly and provided exceptional service, I’d like to thank Mouhssine, Fatima, Souad, Kabira, Khadija and Younes for being so accommodating to my family and our needs, providing service with a smile and making us feel right at home in Marrakech!

El alojamiento es precioso, nos vinieron a buscar el primer día porque el acceso es bastante complicado y desagradable, la calle de entrada está muy sucia, y además para llegar hay que pasar por varias zonas sin iluminación que si no conoces la zona da bastante miedo. Una vez ya en el alojamiento, todo es maravilloso, parece un refugio para la relajación del ajetreo de la gran ciudad, Zakaria, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, muy agradable y servicial.
Cons: El acceso, creo que podrían limpiarlo (aunque la calle sea de todos los vecinos), al fin y al cabo el Riad está obteniendo unos beneficios bastante altos y se puede permitir limpiar la calle todos los días con lejía, tal y como hacen los puestos del Zoco todas las mañanas.

Todo, es hermoso como en las fotos, cada detalle cuidado, limpio, silencioso, calefacción, agua caliente, baño súper cómodo. Puedes pagar con tarjeta. Pero lo más importante para nosotros es la atención y aquí es inmejorable Antoine es increíblemente amable y atento, las chicas que se encargan de la límpieza también, todos atentos, te reciben con te caliente y se agradece mucho en el invierno. Nos ayudaron a reservar el transporte para el aeropuerto, debíamos salir a las 4 AM y Antoine nos acompañó hasta la van que nos llevaría y nos preparo un desayuno de fruta y magdalenas para el camino, detalle que nos enamoró aún más del sitio y del mismo morroco, volveríamos 1000 veces sin dudarlo.

La atención del personal, el té de bienvenida, lo cuidado que estaba el hospedaje, y lo acogedor que era. El servicio de Transfer de madrugada hacia el aeropuerto, y que nos den el desayuno (fruta) para llevar, al salir de madrugada. La cercanía y profesionalidad de los trabajadores. Volveré sin duda! ☺️

Los trabajadores del Riad eran encantadores. Muy amables y atentos. Los desayunos fueron excelentes, no les faltaba ni un detalle y todo estaba buenísimo. El Riad era muy bonito y transmitía mucha tranquilidad. La ubicación era muy buena a minutos de las calles del zoco y muy cerca también de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna y a diferencia de otros Riad no tuvimos ningún problema para encontrarlo usando Maps. Volveríamos a este Riad sin duda!
Cons: Si tuviese que comentar algo es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en modo caliente y teníamos una estufa que no calentaba tanto, y que las calles hasta llegar al Riad parecían un poco "inseguras" pero esto pasa para acceder también a otros Riad. Después te das cuenta de que realmente todo es bastante seguro en Marrakech.

Entrare nel Riad ti catapulta in un'oasi di pace e serenità, sembra quasi di essere su un altro pianeta rispetto alla caotica frenesia della città. Le stanze sono pulite e il personale accogliente e sempre disponibile. La colazione é veramente eccezionale.
Cons: La posizione del Riad é un po' complicata da raggiungere all'inizio. Essendo in centro, non é raggiungibile con i mezzi e questo significa dover attraversare le viuzze affollate con le valigie se non si usufruisce del trasferimento offerto dal Riad.

The riad was very nice and the breakfast was very filling, whenever we also got eggs (some days they were included, other not). The space felt clean and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful, even with helping us print our boarding passes.
Cons: The room was very tiny, we could barely walk around it. And the street it's on looked terrible and not well lit. There were a lot of empty lots on the alley up until reaching the riad.

This Riad is very close to the Souks and the square, very easy to get around. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The place is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!

Cons: Tutto. Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative ma questa volta se potessi mettere 0 lo farei e non sto mentendo. Il Riad si trova letteralmente in mezzo alle macerie ( come potete ben vedere dalle foto che allego ). Vicoli angusti e bui già di giorno, figuriamoci di sera. Sono arrivata, ho pagato tutto e la sera stessa sono dovuta letteralmente scappare da questo posto, dato che era impossibile pensare di uscire la sera in quella zona. Prima di andare via abbiamo cercato lo staff non c’era assolutamente nessuno con cui parlare. Non capisco come un alloggio del genere possa avere 8.9/10, mai nella mia vita mi è capitato di finire in un alloggio in mezzo alle macerie e sentirmi in pericolo al pensiero di uscire di sera. Staff incapace anche di comunicare, non parlano né inglese né francese (poco e niente). Ho contattato sia la struttura sia Booking che ha cercato di contattare il riad a sua volta senza ricevere risposta, ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso e neanche la ricevuta di pagamento. Non ho soggiornato neanche una notte lì dentro, non hanno avuto la decenza né di rispondere ai miei tanti messaggi, né di farmi avere un rimborso. L’unica cosa che hanno detto “ ci dispiace ma se fosse rimasta avrebbe visto che non era pericoloso” ma per piacere le foto parlano da sé!!!! Fuori dal Riad pieno di ragazzi a chiedermi soldi, non ho incontrato neanche un turista in quella zona. Alcuni vicoli talmente bassi da dover passare piegati. Sono davvero senza parole, evitate questo posto se non volete ritrovarvi a dover cercare e pagare un altro hotel appena arrivati. Ho buttato tutti i soldi e mi hanno completamente rovinato la vacanza, perché l’impatto è stato agghiacciante. Mi auguro vengano analizzate meglio le strutture su Booking e non ricapitino più situazioni del genere. Le foto sono della zona appena fuori la porta del Riad, sacchi e macerie affianco all’entrata. Mi sarei aspettata un altro comportamento dallo staff, che all’apparenza sembrava gentile.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette riad à Marrakech. Les hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants, à l’écoute et toujours disponibles pour nous aider ou nous conseiller. Le service était impeccable, notamment le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse, un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin : spécialités marocaines, fruits frais, thé, gâteaux, œufs… un petit dej complet et délicieux. La chambre était refaite tous les jours, toujours propre et agréable. Une adresse que je recommande chaudement pour un séjour chaleureux et authentique à Marrakech !

Everything was lovely. The riad was clean and comfortable, and in a great location. We loved the breakfast on the terrace and Moonie the cat! The location was great - we were a little concerned about the alleyway when we arrived but we never felt unsafe (as two women). A member of staff met us when our taxi arrived and departed.

Cons: Walking 200 yards in narrow dark backstreet alleyways with broken cobblestones and mud. Taxi driver dropped us as near as possible. Took 15 minutes to find using iPhone satnav. We’re in our 70’s and quite fit, had to carry the suitcases, wheels kept getting caught up in broken cobblestones and mud. My wife said I’m not coming back here late at night. Asked where is the refrigerator in room, told it’s in the downstairs communal kitchen. Ridiculous!!! Bedroom was very small, the width of the bed. 2 girls for staff, very pleasant with limited English (got by). Pool view is small water feature in what is described as an inner courtyard. Said we are leaving. Never ever have we walked out of a hotel. Don’t understand the good reviews. Would like a refund, €250 for 3 nights. Not as described in room description.

Riad arredato con gusto e molto pulito. Posizione ottima a pochi minuti da piazza Jemaa el Fna. Colazione ottima e abbondante servita sul terrazzo. Personale gentile. Bellissima la piscina, peccato che non abbiamo fatto il bagno, non so se si potesse fare. I vicoli per arrivare possono dare poca sicurezza ma in realtà è un posto tranquillo abitato da famiglie.
Cons: La finestra dava sul cortile interno, quindi non passa molta aria ma credo sia tipico dell' architettura dei Riad. Il parcheggio più vicino è a circa 10 minuti a piedi (non si arriva con macchina e moto grande perché i vicoli sono stretti). Non è stato un problema per noi ma se avete molti bagagli può essere un po' scomodo.

A destacar magníficamente, la amabilidad, el trato y la profesionalidad de Fatima y Mousshine. Siempre atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y a darte consejos y siempre esperándote a tu llegada al Riad, con una sonrisa. Fue una experiencia inolvidable conocerles a ambos, y siempre los llevaré en mi corazón con buen recuerdo. Seguramente volveremos a este Riad, por su localización excelente, su servicio però sobre todo, por el personal. Altamente recomendable. No os arrepentiréis si reserváis ahí.

The Riad of the Moon Is unbelievable. As soon as we walk inside kabira welcomed US with a kindness i've never see. She offered US a Cup of tea. Always ready to help us in every Moment. We saw kabira only 3 times and in every Moment She was too kind even if She said only good morning or good evening , Always with smile. Khadija , a kindest person i've never know. I saw in her Eyes the sweetness that you can't pay tò Have. Free for US in every single Moment. Every request was granted. Very clean and precise. Last but not least , mouhssine, a young guy Who wants tò see the world. I asked to him all of My curiosity and he answered at all of My questions. Always helpful , everyday and every hours. Is unbelievable. We changed 3 Riad in a week , and trust me , even if there's a Riad aesthetically more beautiful than this , i Will never change It for nothing. The staffs were kind.
Cons: They have sent a message to say that I could be no worries about gluten free food and when I arrived there they didn't provide no bread gluten free. The breakfast is very poor. The location is terrible. The reviews were so good about the location and when I have arrived It was dificult to find the Riad. It is true that is close to many places but The streets to get the riad aren't good and we don't feel safe.

The location was excellent if you want an authentic experience. The staff were exceptional and attentive. I would encourage anyone to eat at the Riad if you are looking for genuine home cooked, traditional Moroccan food. Fatima, Khadida, Mouhassine, Kabira and Siham worked super hard to make sure we had a superb Moroccan experience. Thank you all.

We loved our stay at Riad of the Moon. The hotel kindly organised a transfer from the airport and had someone meet us and bring us back to the hotel as the streets can be quite maze like. On arrival, we got mint tea and a lovely welcome. The interiors are beautiful. It was so handy as they have water you can buy if needed. Our room was a fantastic size and perfect as friend's travelling as we both had a bed. It was great to have a wardrobe and the bathroom has lots of space too. The location was perfect walking distance to many main attractions and it didn't feel scary to walk around on our own at night. What made the trip was the amazing breakfast to wake up to every day. Such an amazing spread, we loved it. and also all the wonderful staff who helped us, especially Youssefsson.

We stayed for 3 nights here and think it’s wonderful. This is a beautifully decorated and well laid out traditional Riad. So much to love! The rooms are comfortable with plenty of plug sockets and good bathrooms. Everything was clean and very tidy. The staff are happy and friendly, always smiling and chatting. It’s a very relaxing place! The breakfast on the roof is fabulous. Traditional Moroccan bread / pancake / crumpets with plenty of butter and jam. Natural yoghurt, plates of fresh fruit. Omellets and muffins. All home made with love and attention to detail. We were full up all the way to lunch every day. The coffee is amazing stuff and there’s a good selection of tea to chose from too. They have cold drinks, cheap bottles of water and coke / sprite etc. It’s in a fab location, very quiet but a moments walk from the souks and about 5 mins from the main square. Our rooms were made up to a great standard every day. The plunge pool is so calming and refreshing - allowing you to unwind in tranquillity after a day exploring in the hustle and bustle of the city. They helped us to get an airport transfer at the end of our stay too. We all absolutely loved “Moonie” the Riad cat. He announced himself each morning and if you left the door open would happily pop in to say hello. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will be coming again with my family soon! Thank so much again for the perfect hospitality!

Mooie Riad in een van de steegjes nabij het grote plein en de Soukhs (5 min). De kamer was wat aan de kleine kant maar gezellig en het bed sliep heerlijk. Goede douche en iedere dag een schone kamer. Alle medewerkers zijn supervriendelijk. Iedere morgen stond er een heerlijk ontbijt klaar, steeds net even anders maar uiteraard mét Marokkaanse thee (koffie ook mogelijk) en verse jus.

A very quiet riad, ideally located, very clean and wonderfully decorated. We stayed a whole week and the staff was perfect, very kind and helpful. Their smiles were a delight to start off our sightseeing and wanderings every day. Thank you all :)
Cons: No fridge in our room, despite what was said in the room description on Booking.com website. Not a real problem for us but could be a bit of a disappointment for some, depending on people's needs and priorities.

The riad is lovely, with beautiful decoration and the location is very good. The staff was friendly and the girl helped us with the luggage from the taxi until the riad. The breakfast was delicious, plenty and had even fresh fruit. It was so nice to have breakfast at the rooftop in sunny days!
Cons: They need to improve cleaning. The floor of the room was not so clean, as well as behind the bed and on the sides. I'm glad I brought flip-flops. And regarding the breakfast, the coffee was very strong.

Ruhiges Riad mit sehr netter Katze und hilfsbereitem Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber und hübsch dekoriert. Matraze war für mich zu hart aber das ist je nach Vorlieben. Frühstück gross und lecker zudem viele Auswahl an frischen Früchten. Falls man aber zu einer bestimmten Zeit los muss für einen Ausflug, schwierig dass man rechtzeitig Frühstück bekommt. Wir haben daher gelernt Geduld zu bewahren und mehr Zeit einzuplannen. Da es in der Nacht und am Morgen sehr kalt war, waren wir froh um den mobilen Heizkörper im Zimmer.

First of all what a beautiful place! Clean, nice staff, funny and cute cat, beautiful rooms and a great location! 😍 Staff is nice and helpful, rooms were cleaned perfectly everyday, breakfast is really good. Nice driver and staff from the riad came to guide us through the streets when we arrived as cars cannot drive directly to the riad. Really glad we booked a driver with the riad for airport transfer. We had 3 rooms as we were a group of 6, and all 3 rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Loved the good scent in the riad, and calming atmosphere at any time of the day. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back🤍
Cons: For people that are very noice sensitive the walls are not thick enough to block out all of the sounds from other guests in the main area. This was really not a problem for us as it is to be expected (in any riad really) that sound travels a lot in the riads. Bring a pair of earplugs if u are really sensitive👍🏼 This did not bother us at all!

Amazing property. Great location for exploring centre of Marrakesh. The staff could not help you enough, cleaned room everyday, gorgeous breakfast served each morning and so friendly. The riad smells and feels like a spa. So relaxing after a busy day in the town.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes et un enfant et malheureusement nous avons reçu une chambre double aménagée avec une mezzanine et un matelas double au sol où devait dormir ma fille de 20 ans avec une hauteur mezzanine de 90 cm....nous avons demandé pour changer de chambre mais ce n' était pas possible. La nuit suivante nous avons remarqué qu une autre chambre double était restée vide !!! La directrice du riad n' a jamais rien voulu entendre et nous avons déploré le fait qu on ne nous ait pas proposé la 2 ème chambre double vide juste pour la dernière nuit....plus jamais au vue de cette mauvaise volonté de la part de la directrice qui m'a même dit de changer de riad et de trouver moi même autre chose !!!! Honteux dans le domaine du tourisme.

We absolutely liked everything. The calm of the riad with light everywhere and calming music. We had breakfast and dinner there and everytime the food was fresh and delicious with good portions. The staff was kind and friendly always here for you. Great location you can’t hear the noise only the sound of bird. We had the standard room and the size was good, the bed and the pillows was perfect, great decoration and good AC.

The property is absolutely stunning. It is like a hidden paradise (and smells incredible!) The staff were all very attentive and very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is tucked away down some alleyways/back roads, but only a very short walk, 5 minutes from the main centre. Once you know where it is, it is easy very to navigate when going back and forth. I never felt unsafe and people do not bother you. The beds are firm but comfortable and the rooms are spotless. Staying here made our trip to Marrakech even more special and I would highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was always delicious too.
Cons: There is not really anything to fault! At night you can sometimes hear others coming back to their rooms as the locks on the doors are quite loud (and some people forget others are sleeping) but we worked out that if you put the AC unit on it drowns this out and we slept well every night!

Le Riad est vraiment top, très propre et sur un lieu très statique mais à la fois calme. Le seul axe d’amélioration je dirais la diversité du petit déjeuner. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits et tous les jours le même petit déjeuner à l’identique.

Had a wonderful stay at this Marrakesh riad! The mix of traditional Moroccan decor and modern amenities was just right. The rooms were practical with enough electrical sockets and comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a cool respite from the heat. The bathrooms were tastefully done in a rustic style, adding to the charm. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this riad for a comfortable stay in Marrakesh. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately we had to leave early morning, so we couldn’t enjoy breakfast on the terrace. But the staff was kind enough to prepare some fruits, muffins and crepes to take away.

The staff were absolutely amazing, we were cooked a gorgeous breakfast that we ate on the terrace every day by a lovely lady who was very kind and attentive. Similarly, the young man who works nights was very kind and helpful! The Riad itself is stunning, and in an amazing location a stones throw from the main square.
Cons: Whilst the Riad is beautiful it has very thin walls and is definitely not like a traditional hotel. Our first night was incredible but guests arrived on our second night with screaming kids and parents who kept us up most of the night and continued yelling the next day

The room is same as the picture showed on the website. It is clean, tidy and has descent set up , comfortable bed. The location is excellent. We spent around 20 minutes walking to the famous Marrakesh old market. We had Morocco foods and sight seeing there. We really enjoyed walking to feel the vibe of this old town.

I arrived late at night and left very early the next day, so we didnt have much timeto enjoy in the riad. The bed and the hot shower are comfortable especially it is good for me after long hour flight arriving late. As i had to leave early, the staff is nice to pack a simple brekfast bag to take away! Even i arrived late, but when i was heading to the riad, i felt safe and quiet

Das Riad ist wunderschön gestaltet und das Personal sehr nett. Trotz unserer späten Ankunft wurden wir herzlich Empfangen. Unser Zimmer war klein und gemütlich, perfekt für eine Städtereise. Nicht weit entfernt ist eine der Hauptstraßen der Medina, am Rande der Souks, mit vielen Geschäften und Street Food-Ständen. Zum Jemaa el Fna sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Das Frühstück war typisch marokkanisch lecker und wurde auf der schönen Dachterrasse serviert. Leider sind die umliegenden Häuser noch etwas höher sodass es keine wirkliche Aussicht über die Stadt gibt. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es weil einige Haken und Dübel aus der Wand gerutscht kamen und die Tür zur dusche leider fehl konstruiert ist und das Wasser auf den Badezimmerboden läuft. Außerdem gab es leider keine Möglichkeit, das Frühstück am Abreisetag bei früher Abreise mitzunehmen oder früher zu erhalten.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and everything was clean and well-organized. Furthermore, the common areas were also well-kept and provided a pleasant space for relaxation. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore various destinations in Morocco. It's within 10 mins walking distance from jemaa el-fnaa square. The owner Aisha and her staffs were nice and helpful. She provided us with valuable information and recommendations which greatly helped us in discovering the local culture and cuisine.

This special place in Marrakech is kind of a secret. It's tucked away in a quiet spot in the middle of the busy medina. But, surprise! It's only a short walk from all the action at Jemaa el-Fnaa, the markets, and some cool restaurants. Once you step inside, it's like entering a peaceful oasis. It smells amazing and feels super relaxing. The riad is bigger than you'd expect, and there's even a cozy salon to hang out with friends after exploring the medina. The rooms are a good size, really clean, and they tidy up every day while you're out. The staff is awesome—friendly and always ready to help. There's always someone around, day and night, so you don't have to worry about safety. Thumbs up for that! And the best part? A wonderful breakfast on the rooftop to kickstart your day. I totally recommend this place to everyone!

Absolutely first class service! From the moment you walk in, you are treated like family and served a refreshment and offered a seat to rest your weary legs. Immaculate, tidy and clean rooms and great water pressure and hot water in the shower. Charmingly and authentically decorated with a lovely little pool if you fancy a dip. Relaxing rooftop where we had a hearty breakfast before leaving for the airport. The staff also organised the taxi for us so we didn’t have to stress whether we were going to be late for flights or not. Service was impeccable and always came with a smile. Gave us tips on where to go and how to stay safe in Marrakech. Would recommend to all in a heart beat. Ace place to get a great night’s sleep.

처음 방문할때는 마라케시의 미로같은 길에 숙소를 찾기어려웠지만 그 후로는 너무 쉽게 찾을수 있었고 좋았습니다. 오히려 메인거리는 차나 오토바이로 인해 매연이 심하고 시끄럽지만 여기는 조용하고 냄새도 나지않았어요. 카사블랑카를 갔다가 다시 체크인하였는데 1층으로 방을 잡아주고 더 넓어져서 좋았어요. 조식도 정말 맛있습니다. 하루가 지날수록 마음에 드는곳입니다.

The Riad was clean, safe, service was great all around. The breakfast was fresh and good quality. If you are there for a few days is it the same with the exception of a few changes but very good. Fresh fruit fresh squeezed juice. The room was small but good for 2. The ambiance of the room and Riad in general awesome. Breakfast was served outdoors on the terrace. The service and staff outstanding. They arranged for pickup of car service and even took you right to the Riad. Great value. Highly suggest. Thank you

Loved it. Riad was cute and clean. And the best part: it’s quiet! Which is appreciated after a long day with noises in the busy Marrakesh. Staff was amazing, sweet and helpful. We had breakfast on the roof every day. Close to the market street and the square, so plenty of food options close by. Would stay here again! The only minusses: kids on the opposite side kept asking for money everything we came in and out, plus the narrow street can feel a bit shady at night. However, we didn’t experience anything unpleasant.

Mi pareja y yo hemos pasado 4 magníficos días en Riad 107. El personal es muy amable; especialmente Khalid y Soukaina. Khalid nos informó de todo, cualquier cuestión que solicites la gestiona al instante. Ha sido un auténtico placer conocerle. El Riad es precioso, relación calidad-precio inmejorable y la ubicación es magnífica (a 5 minutos caminando de la Plaza Jemma Fna). Si es importante saber que el primer día que llegas caminando hasta el Riad parece todo inseguro; calles laberínticas en la Medina, estrechas, oscuras, gente ociosa de madrugada que te observa al pasar. Al segundo día esa sensación de ir hacia el Riad desaparece y andas por dichas calles con total normalidad. Todo es muy seguro. El desayuno, servido en la terraza, es espectacular para comenzar los ajetreados días de turismo. Las habitaciones muy tranquilas y con el encanto de la decoración marroquí. Nuestra experiencia ha sido maravillosa y repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas. ¡¡Mil gracias por todo Khalid!!

With such a lovely tranquil atmosphere after spending time in the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh it’s a perfect place to relax and unwind in peace and quiet. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful in all our needs. It is a little confusing to get to down the side street but once you’ve done it it’s easy to remember. On booking I highly recommend you inform them of your time of arrival and they will sort out transport arrangements so that you don’t get lost as we did but we managed to find it eventually. We will definitely come to stay here again as it was everything and more ! Thank you x

Prime location! Easy access to all the must go tourist attractions. The room is clean, neat yet traditional. Staff members are polite & responsive to my enquires. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing with astonishing view. Very impressed! Will certainly stay again or recommend to friends!

had a great stay at Riad 107. the room is nice and clean, and even i arrived late, the staff waited for us to check in without a problem. We speak only English but there is no problem communicating with the staff. The riad is close to the square, so we can walk back to the riad for rest in the afternoon as it was really hot there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The riad location is perfect. Just few minutes from the square, so i can always go back for rest during the day (especially it was so hot in marrakech now) The room is big , super clean and the staff is helpdful. Forgot to bring my swimming suit this time and definitely will come back next time
