The service is great, especially reception. I could not, at any point, find any fault with the service at this hotel. My room was cleaned everyday, the bed remade with a clean sheet, and a fresh bottle of water left for me everyday. The hotel looks good, is clean and has a good poolside atmosphere. The all inclusive buffet has a great range. Food is a matter of taste, for me, they try too hard, and a smaller range with more concentration on getting the basic really good would have been better, That said, the little cakes and treats for desert were loved by everybody, I swear I put a few pounds on just eating those. There's a free bus (large coach) from the hotel that stops about 5 mins walk from Jemaa El Fnaa. It runs there and back several times a day, book a ticket for it at reception. It takes about 30 mins each way. The hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas, so value for money, definitely.

Came here with 10month old daughter, partner and 2 friends. Had a lovely time. Hasna on the front desk was especially helpful with surprising my partner for her birthday and with a lot of other things too. The bar staff are extremely friendly and kind as were the waiter and waitresses at the buffet. The food was OK. The rooms are modern and cleaned everyday. The lounge area is a bit dated and requires an uplift and new furniture. The only thing that let the hotel down was the food choice on the evening buffet and entertainment. It was only on a couple of nights out of the week and lasted 1hr 15mins. Compared to the adults only Be Live we visited a couple of years ago, it needs improving. There is also minimal to no pool entertainment

We had a wonderful stay at Be Live Experience Marrakech, and a big part of that was thanks to Hasna at reception. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our entire visit. Stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. We both had the most amazing time, the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, always assisted us with booking taxis and recommendations on where to go. The room was spotlessly clean and made up fresh everyday, great choice of drinks and food with the all inclusive package, exceptional service too. I would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely come back in the future.

Lovely hotel, all areas and room very clean. Very polite, respectful and helpful staff. Lobby bar always the perfect cappuccino. Nice size swimming pool and there is a free shuttle bus to marrakech center that has to be booked the day before. Food is alright, you will always find something even for fussy eaters. I booked three excursions within the hotel, day trip to Essaouira city and desert safari FANTASTIC!. The Chez Ali show I would not recommend it as very disorganised, though the equestrian show is great.

Staff were really helpful we found. Restaurant ALC was very good. Buffet restaurant food was ok. (Local cuisine) Good shuttle service to medina.(free) Room was nice and bathroom was lovely. Good shower. For me, I enjoyed my stay(4nights)But I wouldn’t be staying for a 2 week holiday.
Cons: Drinks aren’t the best but I feel that’s to be expected given the religion of the country. My particular bed had a sagging mattress which wasn’t comfiest. Pool table is a riot. Swimming Pool was fine although does need some TLC with some tiles etc.

Cons: A pool was worn-out a bit but that was ok. I was astonished that after paying 180e/night the staff at the reception asked us for 50eur cash deposit for potential room damages? No credit card, only cash. Very strange. Then they asked us if we want pool towels. I said yes and they asked us for 20e deposit per towel!!! In a 4 star hotel in the middle of the nowhere outside of Marrakech. So I thought it must be one hell of the towel probably with golden sewing or something. Instead we received an old, worn-out punk smelly towel that was loosing hair (so you were pink after trying)… i mean it was on not worth 2 Dirham… i suggest hotel to replace all towels or at least not take deposit as it is ridiculous.

It was a very enjoyable experience and the entertainment and animation crew were really engaging - especially mourad mimi walid chinwi. Would come again :) the rooms were big and cleaned every day. The food was amazing and lots to choose from. Good transport into the centre. Would recommend.

Cons: Swimming pool tired and patched up. Garden furniture and loungers were old. Drinks were of really poor quality, especially the cafeteria items. The mattress in our great suite was awful. Super super soft, it swallowed you, you needed to hold on or sleep in the middle because the bed had a central hum and slipped off from there. We were there off season but the pool was ice cold notwithstanding the 32 degrees outside, the entertainment took place not in the common area but in a space at level -1 and was not advertised at all. We waited for the karaoke but ended up going to bed because we couldn't find it. The hotel has a very very busy motorway at the end of the garden, so expect lots of traffic noise 24/7

I stayed at Be Live Experience Marrakech with my family from the end of October to the beginning of November. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a heated pool, but unfortunately, it was freezing cold. There were plenty of adults sitting around the pool, but only children actually braving the water who could be seen shivering. We love swimming, but it was just too cold to enjoy. When I asked the staff about it, they didn’t seem to know why it wasn’t heated — I was told “we understand” but never given a clear answer. I was also told the pool is heated “in winter,” but when I visited, it was around 18°C at 10 a.m. — surely that counts as winter? Even when the air temperature rose later in the day, the pool never warmed up. Positives: * The free shuttle bus to and from the city centre was very convenient (we used it twice). * The snack bar served nice burgers, chips, and chicken strips. * The kids’ pool area is spacious and good for young children. * The bar serves decent coffee and drinks. What could be improved: The sofas around the lobby and bar were stained, often dirty looking. The leather type sofas had sunken in parts. Housekeeping is oddly managed. Towels are taken early in the morning (even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign up), leaving no hand towels until they return late afternoon. I had to ask for extra toilet roll daily. The bathroom had a persistent sewer smell; the staff tried to fix it, but it kept returning. The sink blocked up every day. Kids club was disappointing but we did make use of us — the staff member mostly sat there and didn’t engage with the children. I saw two cockroaches in the kids’ area, the air hockey table didn’t work properly (no air), and the foosball table was missing a few screws and handles. Late check-out was a hassle — I was sent back and forth multiple times (told to ask the day before, then the night before, then the morning of), making it hard to plan. Food is very basic but you won’t stay hungry. Don’t expect variety or high quality. Drinks are served in scratched plastic cups, and tables around the snack bar weren’t cleaned often. If you have food allergies, I’d strongly advise against this hotel. There’s no allergen information, cross-contamination everywhere, and no designated serving utensils. Only soya milk is available (from the bar only — no oat, almond, or coconut options). Overall, we made the best of our stay, but the cold pool, weak housekeeping, and poor food quality really let this hotel down. With a few improvements and better staff communication, it could be a great resort, but as it stands, it didn’t meet our expectations for the price we paid.

We spent 10 nights at this hotel - the rooms were comfortable and the grounds well kept. We spent our days taking part in darts, aqua aerobics and many other activities. The staff were all super friendly and there to help with anything we needed. The entertainment staff encouraged us to join in and were friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to base your holiday in marrakech :)

Sadly the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time there was black mould all round the edges I did tell the reception and easy jet rep twice but they never cleaned it. Staff sadly came across as slow or not interested. Like we are paid to do this and that’s all we can do no more no less. No one thought of how they could make the hotel and peoples stay better. Who ever is running this hotel needs to take a long look at there self and think am I up for this job. There was many things that could have been done to make it a much better hotel. Food was the same every day for breakfast. Eggs eggs and more eggs. The omelette station was right in the middle of the help yourself buffet so while waiting for your omelettes to be made you have people pushing you out of the way to get to the buffet selection. It is only a small hotel and restaurant. There is a second restaurant this is very nice and the food is much better. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to the condition and simple thing that could have been done to make it a better place to stay. It’s not a bad hotel but a clean pool and better organisation would go miles. The rooms are cleaned but it’s all done ass about face 3-4 times we had to go looking for clean towels at 6 in the evening as they would take them in the morning and not replace them until very late in the day.

Just spent 7 days there with my daughter and granddaughter and what a beautiful stay - hotel is alot smaller than what i have stayed in in marrakech but still beautiful - Rooms excellent super large with and upstairs - only negative i asked for stair gates most days i was there as my granddaughter 19months liked to climb but never got them - pool lovely first few days was very quiet but then school holidays kicked in and it got quite busy - Food array of choices - not sure i could do longer than a week there a 4 days break would probably be enough . All entertainment staff excellent so friendly and good at there jobs - nothing is too much - every waiter- bar staff - cleaner work super hard to make u feel welcome . All in all very much enjoyed my week here Only negative really was as FLIES - !!!

I was here from the 9/10/25 to the 16/10/25 on a family holiday. The hotel was always kept spotless as well as the gardens and facilities. All of the staff were very helpful especially Mourad and Omar who were always making sure we were happy (and never had an empty glass). Overall I would highly recommend this as a family holiday

Just returned from a 5 night stay. I read reviews before I went, and mostly, they are garbage. The hotel is a bit out the way, but that's fine. It's quiet. The staff on the whole were amazing, attentive, and so friendly. The hotel is very clean in all areas. The room we stayed in 1019, on the ground floor, was spacious with a huge comfy bed. Lovely big, powerful shower. Towels, yes, do not smell of bold liquid, but they dont smell off either. Buffet restaurant had more than enough variety for 5 nights, but beyond that, im unsure. Great salads and the tagines, but if you are fussy and prefer beige food, this is not the hotel for you. Kids would struggle if fussy. The snack bar is great for kids and has a good selection for adults. Pool little cold for me but I was slightly unwell. Bathing area is great. All in all its a lovely hotel and well worth a visit.

Estuvimos del 9 al 12 de octubre de 2025, viajando dos matrimonios. Por un lado: la decoración, piscinas y jardines están muy cuidados; las habitaciones duplex parecen pequeños apartamentos y, en infraestructura, el hotel cumple. Pagamos 880 € por pareja por la estancia. Por otro lado, el check-in fue muy negativo: a nuestra llegada la recepción sólo hablaba francés y nos dijeron que Booking había reservado una sola persona por habitación, por lo que querían cobrarnos otra vez la misma tarifa. La trabajadora que nos atendió inicialmente se llamó Hasna y estuvo muy insistente en que pagáramos. Nuestra reserva normal para dos parejas era la que habíamos pagado y coincide con las habitaciones y precios que el hotel publica en su web; no llego a entender por qué nos quisieron cobrar el doble de lo publicitado. Tras casi una hora de discusión y cuando llamé a Booking, el hotel llamó a alguien que hablaba español y finalmente se disculparon, admitiendo un error en la aplicación. Además, comunicamos en la reserva que uno de los huéspedes tiene alergias y no nos dieron solución. El buffet era escaso y repetitivo cada día. Nos exigieron fianzas: 50 € (depósito) y 10 € por toalla de piscina (reembolsables al final). También, el último día habíamos avisado que salíamos a las 6:30 y nos dijeron que nos prepararían algo para el desayuno; al final no nos tenían nada preparado. Conclusión: el hotel merece la pena por sus instalaciones, pero el servicio en recepción y la gestión de reservas necesita formación y controles claros. Comprueben y guarden las confirmaciones de Booking y, si tienen alergias o solicitudes especiales, confirmenlo por escrito con antelación. We stayed from October 9 to 12, 2025, as two couples. On the positive side: the decoration, pools and gardens are very well kept; the duplex rooms feel like small apartments and, in terms of infrastructure, the hotel meets expectations. We paid €880 per couple for the stay. On the negative side, the check-in was very poor: upon arrival reception only spoke French and told us Booking had reserved one person per room, so they wanted to charge us again the same rate. The staff member who initially served us was Hasna, and she was very insistent that we pay. Our normal booking for two couples was the one we had paid for and matches the rooms and prices published on the hotel website; I don’t understand why they tried to charge us double what is advertised. After almost an hour of discussion and when I called Booking, the hotel found someone who spoke Spanish and eventually apologized, admitting it was an application error. We also flagged that one guest has allergies and they offered no solution. The buffet was scarce and repetitive each day. They required deposits: €50 (security) and €10 per pool towel (refundable). Also, despite informing them we were leaving at 6:30 AM and being told they would prepare something for breakfast, nothing was prepared. Conclusion: the hotel is worth visiting for its facilities, but reception service and reservation handling need training and better controls. Keep and confirm Booking confirmations and, for allergies/special requests, get written confirmation in advance. — Antonio

Everything here is adequate. Most of the staff were excellent. The food was good with a great selection of dishes. The pool area is OK. When it comes to drinks we were never sure what we were getting. Not sure they serve alcohol in many of the drinks apart from beer and wine. Location is OK but you cant walk anywhere. Taxis and shuttle buses are available and the city centre is only 25 minutes away. The room was adequate. Some iffy tiling and messy silicone but everything worked. Definitely 3 star not 4.

Me and my husband booked a last minute trip through TUI for some winter sun. We got a very good deal for 10 days visit. Zero complaints. The food is great quality. We dined in the buffet most nights and then had 2 visits to the on site Restaurant. Both superb. Staff can’t to enough for you. There’s a shuttle bus daily to take you into Marrakesh and various activities throughout the day. Lovely pool. Clean facilities. Daily cleaner. Great value for money

Just spent a 3 night mini break here and absolutely loved it ! It's fairly small complex which is so easy to find your way around, our room 2111 was of very high standard, spilt on two levels with 2 full bathrooms, and partial pool view balcony. The restaurant is a nice size with the usual kind of all inclusive buffet options, food was of decent enough quality. Pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds around, we had no problems getting beds every morning (this may not be so easy in high season) if you prefer quiet there Is an adult only area a few feet away from the pool, we were the only 2 using it so had total peace and relaxation time. The entertainment team were brilliant, full of energy, lots of smiles, Chinwi is so full of fun, shout out to the girls too, I'm unsure of their names but I think maybe Nada and Chinwi for doing an extra dance for me to learn and bring back to the UK for my own classes! Also girl I think might me Mimi ? Beautiful smile and always so friendly with everyone ! Yalla Habibi! Evening entertainment was pretty standard all inclusive style, they did a good job, Moroccan party was so noisy but fun to get involved in! Gift shop is nice to have a little browse and maybe pick up souvenirs, Mohammed was lovely to chat to. Overall the customer service was excellent, from reception to the cleaners, every single staff member meets you with a warm smile. Special mention for our waiter Elbachir, this guy was excellent at his job, so attentive and friendly and also fun! One thing I would say is if you're cat lover, the cats in the grounds of the hotel are desperate for water, please please get some water in a paper cup from the bar and offer it to the cats & kittens. Marrakech airport has lots of shops but also has lots of stray cats & kittens and this really heartbreaking. I wouldn't return for this reason only, otherwise the Palmeraie is definitely a great choice ! Ignore the negative reviews, people will always find something to grumble about..

Our stay here was amazing !!! I came with my husband and 2 year old daughter . The entertainment team was amazing . Special shout out to Jiji, Chinwi, Hiba, Nada and Waleed. They are very welcoming but work hard to bring different shows and activities throughout the day . Also amazing with kids . The restaurant staff are also amazing and the snack bar. Special shout out to Fatima. We felt very welcomed and would definitely book again . I think good holiday for families with kids. Can also book their restaurant on site which is amazing

Stayed here on a Tui all inclusive package holiday. Early flight which meant room wasn’t ready when arrived. Told to come back at 3. Deposit of £20 per person for room which would be refunded on checkout if everything ok. Problem was no list of what should be there to compare upon checking out. Food was ok, always found something to eat, even if was pizza . Separate kids section with plain pasta, chicken nuggets etc. Pools - children’s pool area, separate pool which had shallow areas for children which didn’t leave a lot of space for swimming. Pool entertainment and music daily. For me personally the music was too loud even away from the pool. Evening entertainment started at approx 9pm with the kids club. Again music exceptionally loud irrespective of the age range of their customers. Sunbeds weren’t an issue as we chose not to lie by the pool. Rooms clean. Bath towels taken away every morning and clean ones replenished around 4.30. Our room certainly had a bad smell when taking a shower. Drain smell . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Small shop in the hotel for souvenirs. ATM also in the hotel. Daily shuttle into Marrakesh which leaves on time, not waiting for anyone so make sure if you go out you have enough money for a taxi back.

Just returned from 4 nights at this hotel and I thought it was fabulous for the money we paid. Check in was efficient and friendly - we arrived late morning so room wasn’t ready but we were able to start making full use of facilities straight away. Our checkout was late afternoon and again, no issues with using facilities until the minute we were picked up by our taxi to airport. Pool area is kept lovely and clean - previous reviews mention some broken tiles in the pool but it doesn’t affect the use or the look of the pool. Area around the pool for sunbeds is quite limited but there was no issue with pulling beds onto the grass area and there were always free beds to be found throughout the day. They don’t remove towels from reserved beds but staff regularly helping people get beds together by re arranging them. There is a quiet adult only area 1 minute walk away which was never busy during the days we were there. May be a lot different during high season when there is greater demand for beds. You can use hotel pool towels for a small deposit which is returned at end of holiday. These can be changed as many times as you wish throughout your stay. We had a duplex apartment which slept 4. Massive queen size bed on the mezzanine with a bathroom off it and downstairs had 2 sofa beds and a large shower room. Plenty of storage in both areas and the shower had good power. Small balcony which looked onto neighbouring farm land and towards mountains. Great view of sunset from our balcony and the area for the room (2103) was very quiet at night time. Staff kept the room absolutely spotless, towels were changed daily and beds were changed once during our stay. Hairdryers in both bathrooms and soap and shower gel were supplied. Fridge and safe box supplied at no extra charge and cleaner put fresh water in our fridge every day. The food in the hotel was great, lots of different Moroccan dishes and lovely salads to try. We also enjoyed the large selection of desserts on offer. We had one visit to the al a carte restaurant which was nice but we enjoyed the buffet restaurant better - mainly down to the many choices on offer. Would definitely return to this hotel - all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel runs a courtesy bus into Marrakech numerous times a day which is a great way to see the city.

After booking the all-inclusive holiday via EasyJet I looked through reviews on trip advisor and had a view concerns in regard to some of the comments that were printed., however after arriving at the hotel and being greeted by the lovely Manan at reception, any misgivings we had were quickly forgotten. I can not praise the professionalism and kindness of all hotel staff as we found everyone of them, even down to the gardeners, to be so friendly and always willing to engage. We gave some gratuities to a number of staff who we felt went out of their way to make our holiday such an enjoyable experience. As for the food at the buffet restaurant, we found the choice to be extensive and well cooked and presented. Special mention to the soups of the day (excellent) and to the dessert table (scrumptious). We tried the speciality restaurant but were disappointed and wished we had stayed with the buffet at dinner, Strange Amuse-Bouche consisting of some lovely olives, a strange wedge of quiche and a shell on prawn where a wet wipe or small water bowl would have been a good idea but this was not offered. Tenderloin of beef was anything but tender and monkfish in a tagline was over cooked. We skipped dessert and headed back to the buffet restaurant to complete our dinner. The hotel itself is a bit remote with a Mad 300:- (about £27.00) return private car trip to the Medina or to the new part of town which is not a great price to pay for a quality private car ride. This was a great relaxing holiday in a beautiful. And extremely clean and well serviced hotel. our duplex room was excellent and as we were located a distance from the pool and bar area we had absolute peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend a holiday at this property.

We were supplied with a great first impression from reception. This is a lovely four star hotel, which surpassed its excellent reviews. The food is fresh and varied food at all times. Do not listen to fast food lover reviews unless you are one! Restaurant staff are attentive and polite, offering a five-star service. Rooms are comfortable and clean with lovely showers and the housekeeping staff friendly. Inviting pool with comfortable clean outdoor areas. Entertainment varied and good. The complimentary bus is invaluable and very reliable. We would definitely recommend.

We arrived early morning, room not available until 3pm so we had packed lighter clothing to change in to and sat at the pool bar. The pool bar is open 10am to 6pm and has a snack menu. They also serve breakfast items here 10am to 12. There is a bar in the lobby open 12 to 10pm. We paid 350 dirhams hotel tax. You have to leave £40 breakages deposit, which is returned to you on your last day. Think there is also a pool towel deposit if about £10 per towel but we had brought our own towels. Our room was ground floor away from the pool. We had a small outside area that did not get the sun and just 2 chairs (there were 3 of us). The ground floor rooms facing the pool had 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds each. The rooms are basic with a small fridge, with a bottle of water left inside for us, and a kettle (although this had to be carried across the room to a plug socket next to the bed to use). There is a tv but only one English speaking channel. The aircon was good and there was no extra charge for this or the safe. The bathroom was spacious with a good size walk-in shower. The only problem we encountered was a nasty smell from the bathroom which the cleaners tried to address but it just kept coming back. Our room was cleaned and our towels were changed every day. The cleaners leave a bottle of water in the room whenever needed. The main restaurant had a good selection of food every day, yes some dishes were repeated but there was always something different to try. It was warm in the restaurant most days. The staff in the restaurant were always helpful, bringing water to your table. Wine and beer are available and there are self-serve machines for soft drinks, teas and fruit juices. There is only one pool which is not that good if you wish to swim as it is used for activities such as aqua-aerobics and water football. The pool does has a good child area, very shallow and there is a small splash zone with a couple if slides next to the main pool. The pool was lovely to get into as the weather was between 28 and 37 degrees! Lovely for September. We never had a problem getting a sunbed but I imagine when the hotel is full it will be a struggle to find one. The entertainment staff work hard trying to get people involved in games etc but they are not pushy. Entertainment in the evening was in different areas of the hotel which is not made clear so people had to keep being directed each night by the Reception staff. Maybe a few signs or locations on the entertainment board would be useful. There is a large tv just off the reception area which showed sports events. Overall we had a good stay, we were looking for a week of sunshine and relaxation and this was achieved. However we do not think we will return, definitely not even consider in high season, as there is not enough space in the one pool and not enough sunbeds. There were often long queues for drinks and the two bars would not be enough if the hotel was full. A lot of people were using there own cups which meant they didn't have to keep going up to the bar.

This was our second stay at Be Live Experience Hotel Marrakech—and the first time we've ever chosen to return to the same hotel. That alone says a lot about how much we enjoyed our previous visit. We booked for 11 nights and 12 days, and were delighted to be greeted by some familiar faces—Fatima at the pool bar and Houssni in the lobby bar were just as lovely as we remembered. We did miss Omar from the pool bar this time, but were informed he’d been reallocated to the sister hotel, Be Live Collection. His presence was definitely missed! The reception staff were very accommodating when we requested to be housed in a particular block, which made a real difference to our comfort and experience. It’s those thoughtful touches that help guests feel truly looked after. The hotel remains very clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. However, it did feel a little more dated than we remembered, and some of the sparkle from last year seemed to have dimmed. The food choices were more limited this time, and while we still found plenty to enjoy, the variety wasn’t quite what it was before. Entertainment was noticeably more subdued. Last year, the team made daily conversation and created a lively, welcoming atmosphere. This year, interactions felt more strained, and at times the team seemed a little unhappy or disengaged. It’s a shame, as their energy was a highlight of our previous stay. That said, we still had a lovely time overall. The staff across the hotel were kind and professional, and the setting remains a beautiful escape. We hope to see Be Live Marrakech bounce back to its full vibrancy soon, it’s a place with so much potential and heart.

The hotel offers multiple shuttle service to the main city at a fixed time. Without that shuttle it's not possible to go to the main city. The people working there very supportive and helpful. They have a wide range of food and good range of activities.
Cons: Wi-Fi was awful. There's literally no internet was in the room. Only lounge area has the good Wi-Fi signals. We complained several times but the hotel couldn't fix it. The hotel is quite far from the main city and it's in the middle of nowhere. So if you want to go and visit the city it's very difficult as you won't see any taxi outside the hotel. Also being a Muslim country I was expecting a bidet facility in the toilet and a prayer mat in the room. But the hotel don't have it. This hotel is targeting mainly European people who likes alcohol. We were staying 3 people and were provided 2 single bed along with a sofa bed. It's the same size if 2 people were staying in that room. Considering the amount of money they charged they could have given a large room with 3 actual beds.

Et un maître d'hôtel (qui travaillaient au Be live adult only) est super, charisme aimable et il gère son équipe d'une manière fluide, c'est un exemple. Et si tout le monde pouvait être comme le réceptionniste Mr Farisi, les clients éviterai beaucoup de tracas, car il y a des personnes qui ne veulent vraiment pas travailler dans cet hôtel.

Pros; The hotel is clean and lovely well kept gardens, the reception staff are good and will help sort out issues. Most of the bar staff are happy and pleasant except 2 that are rude and clearly favour French & local over the English ( i won't name & shame). Duplex rooms are good the 2 bathrooms are great for family's. Cleaned daily with fresh towels/water. Food hit & miss for us as we have a couple of fussy eaters but there is always the snack bar. The entertainment is not the best they do try and are very enthusiastic. picco ( not sure of his name) steals the show he's so talented and clearly males up the entertainment. There is nothing for kids out of the pool, the park area is only accessible via the kids club and is in direct sunlight so unable to use it as its only open a few hours a day and it's not the best. Could really do with some children play area in the shade small park for the kids to play. The gym is small but good equipment and it was never overcrowded. We have had 2 good days of music around the pool DJ one day and another day it was English mix from 70s /80s to modern but just 1 day 🙄.Aqua gym is hit & miss the guys are great. We are still here are having a good time the hotel would be perfect if they addressed a few issues. Cons; The sunbed situation is a nightmare, 6am I was up today and there was about 15 beds free I don't blame people as if one does all will otherwise you will be on the grass. There is plenty of area for more beds and considering there is nothing outside the hotel they need to sort this, same in the evening there is clearly not enough tables & chairs but there is room for more. There is nowhere to have a little walk to nothing for miles the supermarket is about 1 hour round trip ( not woth it ) hence why the hotel shop is very expensive. £16 - £24 for suncream so bring plenty. We booked the restaurant last night and have our 2nd visit booked for tomorrow we will be cancelling the food was shocking and my family said the worse they have had since we came 😬. Would i come back - not until the sort sunbed & seating. I wouldn't come for our main family holiday as not enough to keep the kids entertained for ourselves, and 10 days here to long without good entertainment. Overall we have had a lovely family holiday and made happy memories.. Tips: Bring insulated cups with lids ( staff happy to fill ) If you can't get q bed borrow the ones from the adult section as its hardly used 😊 oh and the tent up there has not been cleaned since we got here vodka bottles and litter been there over a week now..

This was our first family holiday and made all the more special by this beautiful hotel and it's fantastic staff, from the house keeping staff who tirelessly cleaned our room, changed towels and provided fresh water every day to the reception, catering and bar staff who were all so attentive and accomodating and made my daughter smile every day, to finally the entertainment team, who were so fun and engaging, particularly Picho who was infectious and really got everyone involved. The service from arrival was great. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful especially Hasana. You do need to pay a room deposit which was about £40 plus deposits for beach towels. We paid these in cash and we got the refund back when we checked out. ROOM - we had a ground floor pool view room which was spacious and cleaned everyday. Big bathroom comfy big bed and air con was good. There was a safe and fridge and you get a bottle of water each day. We had a patio which had 2 sunbeds which became very useful. RESTAURANT - The buffet restaurant was spacious. There was always a variety of food including fish ,salads,pasta and traditional food. Some food was cooked in front of you. There was also a kids food area. The waiters were very friendly especially Mourad. They always found us a table, and our glasses were never empty. Food was always hot and tasty. We did visit the a la carte restaurant (which you need to book) and although there was not a lot of choice the food was delicious and plentiful . ENTERTAINMENT - the entertainment staff were very good and friendly with plenty to do during the day. Evening entertainment was also very good. There is a small shop in the hotel but can be a bit expensive. The hotel dose offer a shuttle bus into the centre but you need to book it in advance. We did a couple of trips using a taxi which was about about £12 as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The only complaint is that if you wanted sunbeds and umbrellas you need to get up early. The hotel could do with more sunbeds and umbrellas. On the whole we had a great holiday. The hotel was great , the staff were all friendly and I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a lovely week spent here, the entertainment staff are brilliant and do their best to entertain everyone, the sunbed situation has to be looked at by management as the reserving of beds is a major problem, the food in the restaurants is pretty good we always managed to find something to our taste, the lady doing the eggs in the morning is not at all friendly she refused to make an omelette at 7.45 am saying she was too busy 🤔 this is unacceptable as breakfast started at 7, the rest of the waiting staff in the restaurants are all lovely and friendly, if you want to do any excursions then I would use Mohammed who has a desk in reception we used his services and they were excellent. I think we would return to this hotel if they got the sunbed situation under some sort of control.

Just home after a week stay. We had a great time. Everyone mentions how amazing the staff are and they aren't wrong. I have never experienced such happy, kind & attentive staff. The sunbed situation is a letdown. After realising on the 1st morning that we couldn't get any beds I was up at 5/6am every morning to secure our beds! Even at that time there was still loads of towels already down. Thankfully im not a great sleeper anyway so it didn't bother me too much. There was always a variety of food, if you like fish you are onto a winner. We are a fussy family but always found something to eat. There was always pasta & pizza. We didn't make use of the pool snacks as we were so full from our meals. The alcohol was not great at all. Beer/wine was fine but nothing else. I was thankful I bought some at duty free. We used the free bus into the old town, it wasn't an experience we enjoyed, but that's our personal opinion. Loads of begging, kids working on the streets, being hassled to buy stuff. We also did the quad biking. There's photographers on site. I would definitely recommend getting some pics taken. We got loads of stunning family pictures. Absolute must do but prepare to be really dirty. All in all, no major issues or complaints. The staff alone are worth returning for.

Arrived at the hotel after an early flight and was hoping that our room would be ready on the off chance but sadly it was not and we did have to wait until the official check in time for it to be ready so I’d advise to pack swimwear in your case in case you arrive early too. The staff are all super friendly and happy to help with any queries you have. Upon arrival in our room we weren’t given any towels and no pillowcases so had to visit reception again to ask for these but the issue was quickly rectified. The room was spotless and was a modern standard. The only issue with the room was that there were a few ants in the bathroom and one day I came back to the room and had them swarming on my toothbrush. Also the smell of the drains in the afternoons was horrible and we had to ensure the bathroom door was constantly closed to eliminate the smell from the room. The sun loungers on the terrace outside the room were a nice addition if you wanted to have a quiet sunbathe in privacy. The pool was nice. Great temperature and it was nice having different levels in the pool. The sunbed situation wasn’t ideal. If you arrived at the pool after 9am or there abouts then you had absolutely no chance of getting a sun lounger as they are all reserved even though the rules state that you cannot reserve beds. The drinks at the pool were nice but a bit weak and didn’t really taste like what they should do in terms of cocktails but the ones at the inside bar were pleasant and definitely tasted better. The restaurant served a wide range of food. Something for everyone including traditional foods, salads, pastas and pizzas, kids area and food cooked to order. The pool bar also had nice quick eats at lunchtime like burgers and pastas to save you having to go inside for lunch. The a la carte restaurant was nice enough but wasn’t a huge variety there and the starter we had of the pastry dish was so dry we didn’t manage to eat it all. The main course though was delicious and dessert and we really enjoyed those. In terms of the room deposit, we got ours back with absolutely no issues and paid it using a credit card and it went back into the account within a couple of days of checking out. Overall a lovely stay here and I would recommend for families especially and a cheap get away to Marrakesh. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We arrived in July - first day of our summer holidays. Easy transfer from airport. Check in isn’t until 3pm, but you are given your wristbands as soon as you get there so can start to enjoy holiday. Worth getting pool towels, paying EUR20 deposit but can change every day! EUR50 for room deposit. We paid cash and got the deposit is back within 20 minutes of check out! Food - its nice. Breakfast wasn’t the best organised, we arrived at 7am most mornings and so many empty trays. Lunch is just manic, not the hotels fault, but people are just crazy when it comes to food. Evening meals, food is lovely, salad is amazing. Al A Carte is well worth a visit! A BIG shout out to Elbachir… He made our holiday. He was so attentive at Breakfast and Lunch, and made our little boy feel very special. Sunbeds - Wow! Hotel need to enforce the no reserving rule. If you aren’t down by 7am, no chance of getting a bed! Drinks - Not bad. A bit samey, but the beer was cold, the wine was nice. Cocktails are okay, but we’ve had better - might just be personal taste. Rooms - lovely. We stayed in the standard double, and couldn’t fault it. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is the best we’ve had! Blackout curtains. Coach to Marrakech - Do it! The coach is very well run. On time. Couldn’t fault! Location - Middle of nowhere. You can’t walk anywhere. Which in turn makes the pool VERY busy, and the sunbed situation worse! So just prepare for that. Kids Splash Area - it’s okay. A bit dated, slides are a bit slow, but kids love it! Pool - AMAZING! I’ve never known a pool like it, so many levels, you can sit on the side, in the water, which kids play. Nice to cool down without actually swimming. Long review, but all in all, a great holiday, which was made by the staff being amazing, couldn’t fault any of them.

Cons: L'animation : planning identique chaque jour, la soirée karaoké était plutôt la soirée de l'animateur... Le restaurant de l'hôtel (pas le self) possible 1 f/sem, j'ai été malade plus d'une sem (bactérie attrapé certainement avec la pastilla aux fruits de mer). Impossible d'avoir un transat si vous arrivez après 8h30 (serviettes laisses une journée entière sans que les vacanciers soient présents) il devrait comme dans d'autres hôtel faire photo et libérer transat si personne au bout d'une heure 30/2h

The hotel is really nice and family friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, the location was good too it wasn’t too far from the city/market and airport. The staff was really friendly too and tended to all our needs especially Khadija PR and the restaurant/bar staff. I would recommend this place

The question is what dont i like. The resort is amazing and the staff? What can I say? They are all nice and always out to help you solve even the smallest problem. Let's start with my arrival at the hotel. I had an issue with my booking and felt very frustrated. Hasna at the reception and Khadija from public relations went the extra mile to resolve the issue. They took the trouble to call a manager who was on leave at the time. Not only did I get a discount on the quoted price but I was also upgraded free of charge. The room was top notch. Everything about it was luxury. The facility itself was kept impeccably clean. There were always cleaners around....I just can't fault this resort, even if I tried. The restaurant staff were amazing. They treated guests with utmost respect and they were always on a look to assist, be it topping your drinks, clearing your plates or just a smile. ElBachir was exceptionally nice in his provision of service. The entertainment team were absolutely magical....well done guys. Especially Pitcho who always wore a smile on his face and the one and only Chinwi. I would like to say well done and thank you to everyone from the resort management to all the staff for making our vacation an absolutely enjoyable one.

Just got back a 7 day stay at the be live experience, the hotel is lively and has a great atmosphere, staff are friendly and helpful. Theres access to 2 pools one being more child friendly, ping pong tables and some light entertainment in the day, Theres also an adults only part at the back of the kids pool. The small shop in the hotel is handy to grabs drinks and snacks and a few bits to the take home as souvenirs. Rooms were spotless and towels changed daily along with bottles of water. Although the hotel is nice and the staff are friendly there are a few negatives, it states that reserving of sun beds was not allowed and that anyone reserving sun beds would have there towels removed this was not the case at all, most morning I’d come out at round 7/8 and almost all the sun beds had gone by 9am they’d all gone completely, we had a 7 month old baby with us and couldn’t even get a seat. When we complained to the staff at reception nothing was done about it and they just pulled sun beds off people’s front porches which wasn’t solving the issue. The pool bar was swarming with wasps and the staff were more interested in chatting with themselves than serving, also I would advice to take or buy a water bottle cause the plastic cups weren’t very clean and saw a few kids playing with them in pools. The food wasn’t brilliant either most of the it tasted off and had the same off smell to it , there wasn’t a lot of variety either. The drinks machine in side the restaurant had ants crawling across it and they were even on the counter. To sum it all up the hotel is nice is nice but the food was a let down

So this is my first solo holiday with my children and all i can say is, wow! We have had such an amazing experience at Be Live Experience hotel, Marrakech. The service from arrival has been great. Rooms were clean, entertainment has been wonderful. All staff have been helpful and attentive. Khadija, has been supportive and helpful with questions and problems thst have needed to be solved. The facilities are accessible to myself and children who are quite shy and anxious. The excursions offered were explained thoroughly and It was made a personal job to make the customer (me in this case) happy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Marrakech for the first time.

Pros - Clean and relatively quiet room with decent air con. - Decent sized bed - Not a massive resort (which can be a good and bad thing) - Pool isn’t massive but it has different levels and is good for all ages. - Omelette station in the morning which was nice - Good entertainment options throughout the day - Live band was good - Free bus to the medina. - Staff appeared to be friendly and helpful, especially the lobby bar tenders. - Lots of sunshine! Cons - Not the cleanest around the pool. Beds, tables etc weren’t cleaned, parasols were in poor condition. The pool area was piled up with plastic glasses throughout the day. - No bottles of water from the pool and everything was served in plastic cups some with cracks which is not hygienic at all! - Wasps/honey bees - which probably isn’t helped by the glasses and floors. You couldn’t take your time with a drink as they would start to appear. - Pool doesn’t open until 10am which isn’t ideal for kids, especially when that’s a cooler time to be out. - Food wasn’t the best with a lot of the same options. One night we got undercooked chicken skewers which could have given us food poisoning. - Free shuttle to the Medina. The bus seemed to have weird operating times and the one time we went on it, the bus was roasting hot with little air con! - Hotel has nothing around it other than a fuel station. There is no where to go for an evening walk. Overall we had a week in the sun. It was a good deal for the holiday, I would have been unimpressed if we had paid any more than we did.

Room: Clean, tidy & comfortable. The aircon wasn’t that great, so we thought. After asking for a fan from reception, they sent someone to investigate & fixed the issue - quick to resolve. Hotel: Around reception & the lobby bar, it was absolutely spotless. Service from Youssef & Houssni was brilliant. There was another gent working most evenings but didn’t catch his name! All three were always so polite & friendly. Free shuttle service to town is offered by the hotel, to be booked at least the day before. You can leave at 09:15, 10:30, 15:30, 17:30 or 20:10. Takes about 20-25 minutes to get there. Returning times: 12:30, 13:45, 18:30, 21:00, 23:00. The al a carte restaurant is only open a few evenings so be sure to book that when you check in. Food was good. The chocolate dessert is incredible. Pool Bar: Great service from Omar. Yes, there is issues with Honey Bees, but that’s to be expected when you have an outside bar. Food is made to order, so fresh & tasty. A selection of burgers, pizzas, sandwiches & salads are available. Buffet Restaurant: Plentiful & tasty. Lots to choose from & never had a meal where I couldn’t find something to eat. Fresh pizzas are the highlight. Might be a bit tricky for a picky eater. Entertainment: Standard pool entertainment. Evenings there was always something on, whether around the pool or in the theatre. Pitcho was great. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. A side note, the listed cocktails on the menu are quite limited however if they have the ingredients, you can ask for whatever you want. Tequila Sunrise, Sex on the Beach, etc. Sunloungers are difficult to secure after 08:30/09:00ish, so be sure to get your towels out. This is where I think management should enforce their policy of not reserving sun beds. There are a lot of beds we saw with towels but not used for the day. We would’ve used the adults only area right at the back (behind the two slides) but there was enough umbrellas up there for respite from the sun. Some small bits & pieces are a bit tired & worn. Missing tiles in the pool (not as dramatic as it sounds), cracked/broken slaps around the pool area too. We were quite nervous based on other reviews however we had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

The staff in the restaurant were outstanding, they were all so vigilant and noticed if your drink was nearly finished and they quickly filled it up and cleared a table for you and catered to our big family. All very chatty staff. The food was really good , a good selection for the adults and the kids. Breakfast selection the omelette's were really good.

This is our second time at this hotel and as we enjoyed it so much last time, we invited our friends along this time! Morocco is a beautiful country and we would come back, just not to this hotel unfortunately. The main reasons for this is that our room wasn't ready in time....curtains still being hung and the beds weren't made and we had to chase for this to be done. The room was dusty and not cleaned very well. Disappointed as we paid for a duplex room and it wasn't to the standard we expect. We also reported ants and cockroaches but despite asking reception to send house keeping, the dead roaches were still in the room 4 hours later. It was the little things that disappointed us....we understand cockroaches come out in the warmer weather but despite being asked to clean them away, they were still there.....that's just poor service. (I won't add a photo but they weren't small!! So bring bug spray if you intend on staying) It was also near impossible to get a sun lounger past 7.30am and no towels were ever removed from the visitors that only returned at 2pm in the afternoon. There is so much space in the garden areas so a few more chairs out there may solve the issue and obviously just enforcing the hotel policy of not reserving sun beds would help. Staff at the bars and restaurants were fantastic and really showcased the Moroccan service we know and love. They were amazing and worked so hard but always with a smile on their face. We did have a nice time but the little things let it down and we won't return to this hotel.

Just returned from a week’s break with hubby and my 9 year old son. Check in was seamless and staff were courteous and helpful. The bedroom was clean and modern with plenty of storage space. Air con worked well. Food was nice and we always found something we liked. There is a section which offered pasta, chips and chicken nuggets if you prefer something simpler. The snack bar at the pool also offers pizzas, burgers and panini etc during the day. The alcoholic drinks were locally branded but soft drinks were branded. Cocktails were nice and staff were happy to make up different ones on request if they had the ingredients. Nearly all of the staff were fantastic, polite, courteous and would go out of their way to accommodate you. Special mention to Elbachir in the restaurant and Omar at the pool bar who both went above and beyond. Entertainment round the pool was as you would expect. Water games, table tennis, darts etc and the reps went round encouraging participation but not in a pushy way. The kids club was terrible. The girl running it had no interest in being there and was completely disengaging…frankly the worst I’ve experienced, which is a shame, as the kids club itself had potential. Evening entertainment was a hit or miss. Some nights were fantastic - live band and Latino show - but other nights not so good. Entertainment staff did try hard though and it can’t be easy accommodating everyone’s needs. The pool area wasn’t the cleanest, especially in the morning. Sunbeds were never washed, nor was the ground surrounding the pool. They also have a severe problem with Honey Bees, they are everywhere! The pool bar was swarming with them which was really off putting. The hotel is really isolated. There is nothing round about, other than a small garage across the main road which only stocked half a dozen items and only took local currency cash. The hotel does offer a free shuttle into the medina but must be booked at least a day in advance. Staff at reception however done there best to help and get items brought in, or taxis ordered etc. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives (hotel location and Honey Bees) and we did have a great week and would consider returning in the future.

We came back home from here on the 25th of June but a random Credit Card amount of £32.58 has been put on our card on the 2nd of July a bit sneaky when we weren’t even there it’s still sat there now and we’ve been home 11 days, it took over a week to get our other deposits back from the room and towels, I just hope we get this one back 🤞I would definitely recommend paying your deposits in cash as per previous recommendations as it’s seems to be a free for all when you give your card details to them. I would say this has spoiled what was a nice holiday. As stated previously Nice Staff hard working and Polite. Hotel OK usual AI standards and location. I wouldn’t return.

An amazing family holiday! Do not be put off by negative reviews!!!! We stayed here for 7 nights as a family of 6 - 4 kids aged 7-17 We had a truly wonderful holiday here and one of our best ever… Arrival - Reception staff very helpful and friendly- you have some forms to complete but staff help if you need it- just ask You have to pay £20 deposit per towel, £40 room deposit and also room tax. You get the towel and room deposits back at the end of the holiday if you return your towels We paid the deposit by card- it was back in our bank by the time we had got through security at the airport, no hassles whatsoever. Rooms Spacious, clean, and lovely. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels, air con brilliant beds comfy Pool Amazing! Big pool designed brilliantly with different levels to sit, lay, swim or play. Kids pool kitted out with great equipment - yes it’s faded but does that really matter? It can get slippery around the pool area Some tiles are missing in both pools but this has no impact at all on you. Plenty of pool activities throughout the day for you to join in if you choose Sunbeds start to get taken around 8ish but always seemed to be spare ones throughout the day and staff help you locate and give you umbrellas if needed- if you want specific beds then reserve one- There can be lots of flies- but this tends to be through guests’ laziness of not clearing up empty drinks glasses which attract the flies- tidy up after yourself and you won’t be bothered by flies… really is as simple as that. Pool bar can get a little busy but it is not an issue - pool toilets constantly cleaned by staff throughout the day! Music is played around the pool all day but it’s a brilliant addition and adds life and atmosphere- Pool/snack bar serves food all day cooked fresh to order. Fresh cakes and pastries brought out everyday at 4pm Water stations located around the pool and near restaurant entrance Entertainment Absolutely Brilliant entertainment team who work tirelessly. They work hard around the pool, are always visible, they make a point of learning your names and interact superbly with the kids and adults. Evening entertainment consists of shows by entertainment staff and local groups Thursday night was our favourite when a live band come and provide an amazing night of music and fun by the pool area. The hotel also provide fresh cocktails and food by the pool on this evening to make it that bit more special Food/drink Lovely clean spacious restaurant with plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner Wine and beer served to you from the bottle instead of the normal all inclusive ‘help yourself’ low quality drinks - soft drinks are help yourself Staff friendly and very helpful A la carte restaurant food was really nice and it’s worth booking this upon check-in/arrival as you can only do once during your stay - Main bar can get a little busy in the evenings but again it’s not an issue and you spend no more than a couple of minutes waiting What we found with all staff working the bars and restaurants is that they are friendly and great fun. Your manners and simple gratitude and kindness to them goes a long way in the service you receive back. They all really engaged with us well and helped make each and every day great fun. Trips The hotel provide a free bus to Marrakesh . It’s better to go in the morning as it’s not as hot or busy. Have your ‘wits’ about you but we didn’t feel unsafe or harassed - if you say no- they leave you alone Hot air balloon is a truly magical experience which you can get for around £110pp- worth doing if you can. Camel riding is 5 minutes down the road and the sunset ride is lovely and last about an hour. Overall Absolutely brilliant week with no complaints - not sure where these negative comments have come from on previous reviews- but everyone has their own opinion But be sensible, drink plenty of bottled water, be sun safe, be aware of the food you are eating and you won’t be disappointed here Enjoy

We stayed here from June 20th till June 30th. It was a great family holiday with friendly staff. To begin: When you arrive you need to pay a tax to stay in Morocco it was £30 per room. We then paid a room deposit of £40 (I would advise paying this in cash). You can also pay for towels but we took our own and I would recommend doing the same. The restaurant: There is a good selection of food and the staff are super friendly in the restaurant. I have a little boy and they high fived him everyday. You are able to get your own soft drinks which is great. The only downfall is that breakfast is the same every day, and lacks any type Of meat (chicken sausage/ turkey bacon would have been nice. Also no porridge. Other than that the food is lovely. The rooms: The rooms are lovely and comfortable. Bedding and towels changed each day. Rooms are cleaned and water is supplied. The bed is super comfortable: we had an issue with our aircon- spoke to reception and it was sorted within minutes. If you have any issues at this hotel - contact reception they sort it very promptly. The pool: The little pool is great for little ones. Lots For them to do and well thought out. It does need an update as it has faded with time but none of the kids were complaining. Sun beds do get reserved early but I personally didn’t mind this. The bigger pool is lovely and has all different levels so also good for kids. I saw some reviews saying tiles were hanging off- this is not true. Both pools are cleaned constantly - this hotel is very very clean. The hotel over all is very clean- the place is always being cleaned and they use bleach (I highly approve of this). There is a free shuttle bus to the market just remember the tall mosque is where they drop you off to get back. You also get to use their other restaurant which was a lovely evening. There is a kids club at 9-9.30pm and entertainment each night. Activities during the day such as aqua aerobic. If you are travelling around Marrakesh then download the Roby app (like uber) set rate for taxi rides. It’s great for getting around. Just a little tip - it was 45 degrees when we were there. In July and August it can be 50+. Be mindful when you have little ones. Overall, great price, lovely family holiday and lots of memories made.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, Hasma and Farissi at Reception made us feel welcomed and valued. Every member of the team from the front desk to the young gentlemen who served our meals were exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth created an atmosphere filled with joy and comfort. It was more than just a holiday. It was a celebration of happiness. We’re already looking forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. I’d been nervous reading some of the reviews but the food and wine were nice, the choice was amazing! The fact you can get some sort of food from 7am - 10pm at night is great! Agree that the cocktails and spirits aren’t strong. Some staff were friendly, some weren’t, but then some of the guests were horribly lacking in manners, so I don’t blame them! We tipped 20 dirhams here and there because they do work tirelessly. The waiters at breakfast, lunch and dinner were wonderful, always made sure we had plenty of water and wine! My friend is gluten free and they were very good about walking her around the options and ordering some Gluten free bread in for her. I think at times they were probably over cautious with what she couldn’t have, but of course they need to be careful. Loved the water machines, it was so hot so hydration was essential, just wish they were cold all the time but the bar staff were accommodating giving us cups of ice. Room was so spacious, we had the duplex one and for 3 adults it was ideal. Really appreciated how thorough the housekeepers were and the daily bottle of water was a nice touch. We only noticed the drain smell when having a shower, I think it was activated by the steam! Not ideal but not worth complaining about and certainly not a deal breaker. We left £40 sterling for the room deposit and got it back within 10 minutes, we just made sure to leave 20 mins before our pick up - the whole process was seamless. Pool area was good, sunbeds were sturdy and we never had an issue getting a spot or an umbrella. It is lively at times during the day, we thought the animation team were great and while we didn’t join in, it was entertaining enough watching everyone. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment. We didn’t ever struggle to get a table in the main food hall, but quieter times are 7.30am, 2.30pm and 8.30pm. We made sure to book the a la carte restaurant which was lovely! Make sure to take your booking form with you though. I wore a mosquito band and sprayed bug spray on me every evening and didn’t get a single bite. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and it was good value for money.

My fiancé and I had a lovely holiday at this hotel. The staff in particular were excellent. Some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. Elbachir in the main buffet restaurant was such a kind and friendly guy. My main issue was the rudeness of the other guests- please and thank you to the staff never hurt anyone! The hotel itself was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Our room (1033) was ground floor and pool view so we had sunbeds to use which meant we didn’t have the early morning fight for beds. There were never any free by 9 and the pool doesn’t open until 10! The room was better than I expected with a large bathroom with walk in shower. There was occasionally a smell from the drains but I also saw them spraying to try and ease the issue. Our room did have a mosquito issue so spray is required. The bed was really soft but large. A large bottle of water in the fridge every day and decent air conditioning. I was surprised by how many kids were here in June. If you don’t like noise avoid this hotel. We made use of the gym which was well equipped but very warm. The food was good but I think fussy eaters would struggle. Drinks were not great and the bar staff are so busy they clearly need more staff. In the school holidays I imagine this would be even worse. We booked the hot air balloon trip through ‘get your guide’ in advance and this was the most magical experience. We were limited with activities but I’m told the waterfalls were beautiful. We made one evening trip to the markets and it was so busy I found it a bit overwhelming. Getting to the market from the bus stop was a challenge in itself! The pool was a good mix of shallow for relaxing/sunbathing but you can’t swim as it’s too busy and not as big as the photos make out. It’s also very noisy at some points of the day. We joined in with the aqua aerobics but the evening entertainment was not the best. The staff tried hard with what they had but it was a bit cringe sometimes. Overall we had an amazing holiday but I wouldn’t bring my 3 kids (11/13/15) here as the complex is small and they would be bored after a couple of days as it is very isolated and limited on activities.

We were really pleased with our stay & had an excellent time.At check in there was local taxes equivalent to £18 to pay plus £40 room deposit.These can both be paid by card or cash with the room deposit being refunded after check out.Our arrival was late evening and the hotel had kindly left us some food in our room which was thoughtful.Our room(#1122) had a very good pool view and was very well maintained.Room was cleaned daily to a high standard with fresh towels daily and bed linen changed regularly.The room had a free safe & fridge with bottled water replenished regularly.The air con was superb in our room and was very quiet.The food in the buffet restaurant was very good & of a good temperature.There was sufficient selection to always find something to eat and often themed nights.There were a couple of times where there were ants around a coffee machine/drink station but accept this hard to keep on top of.The food in the pool bar was also very decent hence we ate there most days for lunch.The drink service overall was very good albeit the cocktails weren’t the strongest and occasionally the lobby bar at night did get a bit busy with a queue developing.The pool overall was well designed & was of a good standard.Yes the pool did get slightly murky as the day went on but this has to be expected with multiple people getting in having applied sun creams etc.We never had a problem getting a sunbed albeit we always got there about 9am.The staff throughout were very friendly & amenable including the reception & the cleaning staff as well as those in restaurant & bars.The night entertainment was good & varied to the point we didn’t leave early any night.The animation team including Smiley & Chinwi in particular were excellent encouraging participation without being overbearing.Daytime activities included archery,daily darts,aqua gym/aerobics,water polo & ad hoc other games & activities.We have to make a special mention about Pitcho as he’s a 1 man entertainment machine always making us a laugh and smile.If he doesn’t put a smile on your face it’s more of a you problem.The only slight downside for us was the location being quite a distance from things but this seems to be commonplace in Marrakech.Would certainly recommend.

Overall I would say I still enjoyed my holiday here. Pros: - Rooms were nicely decorated, shower was good enough, nice and comfortable. They were clean too which is important. - Food was one of the best things about the hotel. Always lots of freshly cooked food, and good variety every meal/day. Beer and wine was pretty decent, but cocktails not so much. - Gym was better than most hotel gyms. It had 3 bikes, 2 crosstrainers, 2 treadmills, 5-25kg dumbbells, ab bench, adjustable bench, shoulder press machine, chest press machine, and pull up bars outside. - Service was pretty good overall. Staff friendly, especially the ones in the buffet clearing the plates. - The shuttle bus to town was good! - Pool games and activities were fun and quite a few throughout the day. Cons: - The pools... The kids pool is in very poor state, very old and tired. The big pool had tiles missing in multiple places, and water seemed 'murky'. A major refresh is needed here ASAP. The actual layout of the pools are nice, for swimming, sunbathing (sitting and lying), playing etc... - NEED MORE SUNBEDS. How difficult is it for them to put out an extra 20 or so beds? EVERYONE reserves beds by 9am, so good luck finding one after that. Beds could also do with a wash or replacement. Pool towels also need replacing! they are very old and stained. - Drinks service is very slow. Only 1 serving at a time, probably do this on purpose to save money. - Rooms sometimes had a bit of a smell. Aircon was ok, not very powerful, guess better for the environment. Beds were a bit soft, and ours was actually broken. We had to change our room card around 15 times as it kept being demagnetised even though we didn't put it near our phone. One of the rooms we had contained around 20 mosquitoes and 10 moths. Had to call in reception who sent someone in to spray it. They all died the next day, but were just left on the floor. - Entertainment was very average at nights. We left most of them after 10 minutes. - Location is a bit far from anything. Nowhere to go for walks or anything like that. I see a lot of hotels in Marrakech are like this. Taxis charge about 200 dirham to get into the town, but from the town back, I could haggle down to around 130 dirham. Everyone there tries to rip you off, so be careful!

First time in Morocco me and my wife enjoyed the holiday the resort was clean and the staff were great from the reception staff who always had a smile and willing to help to the bar, restaurant and entertainment staff the food was good and the drinks were also good big shout out to the indoor bar staff and pool bar staff who work really hard to deal with the volume of orders. The hotel offered a free transfer into marrakech with various times and pick ups so the negative or downsides leading to this not getting 5 star review, the indoor bar isn't very big and serves as the main one when the pool bar closes at 6 so queues are likely especially when people are ordering cocktails it puts a burden on the staff to serve and work hard but they do the best they can with what they have the pool is a good and clean beds can be hard to get if ur not up early. But I would recommend this hotel to try if u warm to visit Morocco and marrakech

the kids pool was very dilapidated and dirty. the pictures that easyjet and the hotel are using to sell the pool are misleading, they were taken when the hotel was brand new, it's now in a very poor state and potentially dangerous. it's in need of renewal. the water play features and slides were barely running, the pump was not working. we were annoyed and disappointed that we had been lied to regarding the kids pool condition. the big pool also had many tiles missing and well as loose drain covers and joints between the paving. the lift was not working ALL week, we had a room on the first floor. Carrying a double buggy up and down stairs multiple times a day, with a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old along with multiple bags, towel, toys and inflatable was very hard work, frustrating and tiring. reception lied numerous times saying it would be fixed 'later' or 'in the morning.'

I truly hope this review helps even one person make the decision to stay here, because I had the most amazing time at this hotel. It genuinely exceeded all my expectations. I stayed for 5 nights, and I can honestly say they were some of the best days of my life. From the moment we checked in, the staff were welcoming, warm, and professional. There’s a standard deposit of 500 Moroccan Dirhams (around 40 Euros), which was no issue. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities you’d expect, plus a lovely outdoor patio area that was perfect for relaxing or snapping some nice photos. Food & Dining There’s a variety of food options available throughout the day, and the timing is well organized: Main Restaurant Buffet: Breakfast: 07:00 – 10:00 Lunch: 13:00 – 15:00 Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00 Breakfast offered a great spread — salads, cereals, crepes, various breads, spreads, croissants, and more. Lunch and dinner menus changed daily and always included local Moroccan dishes like tagines, along with a rotating selection of international foods. Desserts were also different every day and genuinely tasty. As a picky eater, I always found something I liked. For those saying the food is repetitive... it’s a buffet! A certain level of repetition is expected, but it was always fresh and flavorful. Drinks (soft drinks, fresh juices, hot beverages) were available at all meals, and the staff were consistently attentive and friendly. I truly believe there’s something here for everyone. Snack Bar (near the pool): Late Breakfast: 10:00 – 12:00 Lunch: 13:00 – 16:00 Snacks: 16:00 – 18:00 This area served a different menu from the main restaurant — including things like sandwiches, paninis, and full pizzas, which were all great. Lobby Bar: Open from 12:00 to 00:00 They offer a wide variety of drinks — cocktails, mocktails, hot drinks, and soft drinks. I personally loved the non-alcoholic “Marrakesh” drink - definitely worth trying! Entertainment & Activities The entertainment each night started around 9:30 pm and included karaoke, live bands, and welcome parties. I went every night and had an absolute blast. The entertainment team really goes above and beyond to make it fun. The shows usually last about an hour and are suitable for kids as well since they’re held in an open outdoor performance area. Throughout the day, there are various activities like archery, water sports, table tennis, and pool games. Just check in with the entertainment staff. They’re easy to spot in their pink shirts and are always approachable. Other Amenities & Tips Souvenir Shop: On-site but on the pricier side. Handy if you’re not planning to leave the hotel. Shuttle Service to the Souks: Free daily shuttle (about a 20–30 min drive depending on traffic). If you’re visiting during summer, I recommend the morning slots when the weather is cooler and the souks are quieter. We went at 5 pm once, and it was around 40°C and very humid. Currency Exchange: You can convert GBP or Euros at the hotel reception. There are also two ATMs near the entrance. Leaving the Hotel: If you plan to explore the city, note it’s at least a 20-minute drive. I highly recommend downloading the Roby app (like Uber). We never had an issue, and the fixed morning rate was always 125 Dirhams (cash only). Some spots worth visiting: Carre Eden and Menara Mall. Final Thoughts Room service was always quick and reliable. Honestly, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I read a few negative reviews before coming and now realise they don’t reflect the true experience. This place is worth every penny. I’d absolutely return... without hesitation. If you’re considering booking, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Cet établissement ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles mais plutôt à un 3. Les chambres sont convenables mais sales et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas donc moustiques et moucherons. Une infection. Au restaurant principal c’est pareil : une climatisation inexistante et des boissons servies chaudes. On doit se servir à un comptoir où repose des bouteilles en plastique à la disposition de tout le monde : aucune fraîcheur et aucune hygiène. Pour la piscine, c’est des transats si serrés que vous dormez sur votre voisin et ils sont d’une saleté ! Et elle est tellement petite. Tout au alentours est sans confort à l’image du reste Passez votre chemin car cet hôtel est cher et vraiment sans intérêt

Cons: Que as regras existam, mas não sejam cumpridas. No check in entregam folha com regras, mas não as aplicam. As espreguiçadeiras estão sempre a ser marcadas com toalhas e nada ocorre. O som da animação tem momentos em que está demasiado alto e tivemos uma noite em que a animação junto à piscina gerava um barulho estrondoso. O agendamento do táxi no final foi um problema chato, porque não agendaram e gerou um mal estar com o taxista que insistia que queria fazer desvios pelo meio.

The overall experience was amazing. The food spread was excellent. The staff are all very friendly and always willing to help. They have great evening and pool side entertainment which is a bonus. The pool is big and quite busy. They have staff keeping it clean through the day and have snacks and drinks served up near the pool area. Lots of seating available near pool too. The rooms are big and clean but might have some small hiccup like door knob getting stuck or telephones not working but they are happy to fix immediately. The city is about 20-25 mins away and they have free shuttles for morning drop and later pick up, but if you are going during holiday season then the shuttles are always full. So pre-book shuttles beforehand while you book the rooms ( if your itinerary is planned).
Cons: The only bummer are the water park slides - in pictures they all looked big and nice but in real they are small and meant for small kiddos only. My 8 year old daughter found that too small and was disappointed she couldn’t play. They don’t have free pool noodles and donuts as well.

Excelente em termos de limpeza e cuidado por parte dos funcionários que sempre se mostraram disponíveis, simpáticos, afáveis e muito profissionais. O quarto era muito bom, com áreas separadas, para dormir e sala de estar. Dispunha de 2 W.C., duplo ar condicionado, cofre, 2 TV, 2 sofás que se podiam utilizar como cama, 2 guarda roupa de 3 portas... O serviço de restaurante e bar também são muito bons, se bem que o dieta no restaurante podia ter mais conteúdos/tradição europeus. A comida é mais tradicional da zona, ainda assim muito variada. O staff e animadores, são excelentes e depressa ficamos conhecidos como "Os Portugueses", "O Cristiano Ronaldo e a Georgina" nas atividades lúdicas em que participamos (Hidroginástica, tiro ao arco, "polo aquático" ... "You are the best, Portugueses you are the best" A equipa sempre se mostrou ativa para animar e entreter os hospedes.

Le personnel est disponible ils ont mm un whatsap pour les clients, le repas est divers et varié par exemple je n’ai eu qu’une seule fois des frites sur une semaine. Le personnel qui fait le petit dej rationne les msemen et en donne une quantité astronomique aux personnes qui parlent la même langue qu’elle, nous avons fait plusieurs jours sans en avoir…. Dommage cela fait partie de la gastronomie marocaine .. et nous venons pour cela.

The room and pool were cleaned daily, and they were very clean. It exudes luxury. The beds were large and very comfortable. The room cleaners were friendly and attentive to detail. The hotel was definitely worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options each day. There were nightly activities that we found enjoyable. The staff at the reception were cordial and friendly, going the extra mile to resolve any issues, especially Hasna. The waiters at the bar and restaurants were also very helpful. We particularly enjoyed being able to watch live Premier League and La Liga matches at the hotel.
Cons: I love everything about the hotel. The location might be a downside, as most activities require a private arrangement for pickups, resulting in higher transportation costs since it's on the outskirts of town. However, this also makes it a cosy place for relaxation, offering a peaceful retreat from the busy city centre.

Notre erreur est d avoir oublié que ALL INCLUSIVE signifie Alcool a volonté donc ce n etait pas notre ambiance car nous ne consommant pas d alcool. Beaucoup de touriste qui consomment l alcool des 10h du matin au bord de la piscine. La qualité du buffet petit dejeuner, dejeuner et dinner est limite limite en terme de qualité, 3 jours est le maximum.

Cons: Restauration qui manque de thèmes donc pâtes, un peu de tajine, peu de couscous. Pas de spa et massage dans les locaux de l'établissement. Très très petite piscine fumeurs , eau commune avec les petits et leurs couches. Nettoyage des abords déversé dans le Debord de la piscine. Je n'ai jamais vu une eau aussi Sale, on ne voit même pas ses pieds. En résumé, nous avions une belle chambre duplex avec le prix qui va avec dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. Donc bon choix hors saison au prix le plus bas pour une chambre simple.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days with two adults and one child, and overall, we had a great experience! The staff were truly excellent — especially those from the animation team (big shout-out to Pitcho adil, Jiji and other guys for thier amazing energy and kindness ), the restaurant, and the bar. They were always friendly, smiling, and attentive, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the three of us. It was also very quiet at night, which we really appreciated for a good night’s sleep. The pool was clean , although it is a bit small,still perfectly fine for a refreshing dip. Food was of good quality overall, with enough variety to keep things interesting during our stay. As for coffee lovers, just a heads-up: the machine coffee at breakfast is basically instant Nescafé, so don’t expect anything special there. However, the coffee at the lobby bar was much better and definitely acceptable if you're looking for a decent cup.
Cons: the bed was a bit noisy when getting in or out, which could be improved for more comfort. we missed having more barbecue options — there was only barbecued sausage available for one day, which was a bit disappointing for those who enjoy grilled food.

Fijn groot zwembad. Schoon en alles bij de hand, personeel super behulpzaam. Er was genoeg keuze kwa eten en lekker drinken. Genoeg activiteiten op het resort voor jong en oud. Sportschool was klein maar meer dan prima.
Cons: Paar tips: - muziek iets minder hard. Was nu best luid - gasten doen aan handdoekje leggen. Maar dat mag officieel niet volgens de regels. Personeel zou hier dus iets aan moeten doen maar dat doen ze niet. Als de bedden vol zijn dan doen de lifegards wel nieuwe bedden regelen - shuttle bus tijden kwamen niet helemaal uit met onze activiteiten. Wellicht meer bussen laten rijden. - 1 receptionisten niet mega vriendelijk. Rest van het personeel was super behulpzaam

Next day they called to understand the issue, apologized and made sure the rest of my stay was as good as possible. Thanks to them, they made my stay super enjoyable. Le personnel est adorable et prévenant Les chambres sont parfaites , il manque des étagères pour poser ses vêtements et le gros point noir que l’on retrouve quasiment partout à Marrakech , la douche laisse passer des odeurs nauséabondes qui envahissent toute la chambre …c’est très désagréable

Cons: Arrivée programmée à 15h, on nous demande de patienter car notre chambre n'est pas prête. 1 heure d'attente ! On nous demande 50 € de caution pour la chambre + 20 € par serviette pour la piscine (personnellement, vu l'état des serviettes de piscine, pas besoin de mettre de caution car personne n'a envi de repartir avec..), cela n'était pas précisé lors de la réservation. Lors du Check in, il aurait été utile de préciser d'anticiper le Check out car là encore, 30 minutes d'attente lors de notre départ, le temps d'aller vérifier notre chambre.. on se croirait au camping. Si vous cherchez le calme, n'y allez pas. Musique très forte toute la journée à la piscine. Piscine qui est au milieu des bâtiments où sont les chambres donc très proche. La piscine est vétuste (manque pas mal de carreaux de mosaïques) et lors de notre séjour, l'eau n'était pas vraiment transparente et pas très propre, tout comme les abords (gobelets, plastiques, serviettes ne sont pas ramassés que ce soit par les clients ou le personnel). Pas vraiment d'animations (à part la musique très forte). Pour la chambre (duplex), la taille est vraiment correcte avec 2 salles de bain, cependant la literie n'est pas de bonne qualité, surtout pour les lits des enfants. Ménage fait tous les jours avec là aussi un personnel très agréable.

La chambre duplex est grande, lumineuse, comfortable, possède 2 salles de bain, un frigo, un coffre fort et une bouilloire. La notre donnée sur la piscine, une superbe vue, mais un peu bruyant. Le seul point négatif c'était un odeur d'égouts, une équipe a été envoyé pour mettre du javel, mais on s'est aperçu que l'odeur venait plutôt de la climatisation. Il ne faisait pas trop chaud en avril, alors on l'a éteint. La piscine était chaude, du bonheur ! Sûrement chauffée la nuit parce que fin journée les températures étaient autour de 15 degrés. La musique un peu trop forte à la piscine mais les animations amusantes, même si on ne participe pas, c'est cool pour regarder. La nourriture était très bonne, on a pu avoir autant d'eau en bouteille qu'on voulait en demandant à la réception la livraison à la chambre. La navette au centre ville très pratique, il faut réserver tôt la veille pour le matin. On a vu un spectacle du soir, Latino, les danceurs professionnels puis une petite soirée dansante, super agréable !
Cons: L'odeur d'égouts venant de climatisation, il faudrait la nettoyer plus souvent. La distance du centre, mais la navette est très pratique.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’hôtel Belive expérience Marrakech. Cependant, je tenais à noter certains éléments durant notre séjour . La propreté des chambres est à rediscuter, ce n’était pas Sales à proprement parler, mais ce n’était clairement pas ultra propre Les photos que je mets en commentaire, front, preuve de ce que nous avons pu avoir. Pour être tout à fait honnête, la nourriture n’était pas non plus exceptionnelle, on va pas dire que c’était mauvais parce que des personnes travaillent dures pour produire cela. Cependant certains plats et certains légumes ou même certaines viandes n’avaient pas forcément de goût ou au contraire, un goût assez prononcé comme si elles avaient été lavé avec un ingrédient. L’isolation des chambres aussi est inexistante ce qui le matin ou le soir, en fonction des personnes qui rentrent et surtout avec les enfants qui font du bruit pouvaient être clairement gênant. Enfin, nous ne pouvons que féliciter le personnel qui a été totalement charmant tout au long de notre séjour .

The food at this resort is very bland the lunch and dinner meals are very repetitive. There isn’t much choice at all like wise with drinks and cocktails, I wouldn’t choose to do all inclusive here again I spent most of the time look for food off site.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Areal. Bequeme Sonnenliegen. Sehr schöne Zimmer, unseres war zweistöckig mit 2 Badezimmern und Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Die Klimaanlage diente auch gleichzeitig als Heizung (Wir waren anfang März da, es wurde recht kalt in der Nacht) Der Shuttle in die Stadt war super! Aber sonald man sein Ticket im Zimmer vergisst hat man Pech gehabt und der Shuttle wartet nicht. Das Abendessen war richtig lecker und vielfältig, auch mit traditionellen marrokanischen Gerichten und nette Bedienung. Pool war beheizt.
Cons: Plastikbecher waren (vorallem an der Poolbar) sehr dreckig (war sehr unappetitlich) & als ich fragte ob er mir einfach die halbleere Wasserflasche mitgeben könne, anstatt dass er mir das Wasser in den dreckigen Becher leerte, sagte der Mitarbeiter nein. Um Pooltücher zu bekommen muss man zuerst mit der Kreditkarte an die Lobby um sich “Poolkarten” zu holen (25€ Pro Karte Depot) und dann kann man erst sein Badetuch abholen. Fand ich ein wenig umständlich.

We are currently staying at this hotel, true to its name - an experience indeed! We have previously visited the BeLive Collection next door and if you would like a pleasant stay I would recommend staying there instead! During this time I have witness a child almost drown and other holiday makers have to pull her out of the pool due to ‘lifeguards’ lack of pool supervision. During the week we have been here I have only ever seen the lifeguards engage in cards and ping pong games - not once have they ever looked at the pool. The pool has many pool tiles missing from the floor and the broken tiles still remain within the pool. I agree with other reviews regarding the kids club - I have never seen this in operation. Entertainment team seem to spend more time on their phones than doing anything remotely related to their job. Don’t even waste your time going downstairs for the evening entertainment, and there hasn’t been one mini disco the whole week we have been here. There is nothing going on in the evenings which is such a shame because the BeLive Collection do such a good job at evening entertainment! At the evening bar staff will also not come to bring drinks (unless you are one of their chosen few favourites - this applies to the restaurant as well). The food is very basic and is repetitive, I would recommend getting out of the hotel for a descent meal. The restaurant staff are VERY on top of cleaning and will stand over you when you are coming to the end of your meal waiting to take for plate, sometimes even taking it before you have even finished the food in your hands. The pool staff will bring certain guests drinks to their loungers and will not ask anyone else. Despite the many negatives there are some positives from this hotel which with the above being addressed would make this hotel a true 4 star hotel! The cleaning staff work really hard and begin cleaning very early in the morning and are continually cleaning the hotel. The reception staff also work hard and go out of their way to help book reservations for restaurants within the town - we wouldn’t have been able to dine at some lovely restaurants without their help! They also ensured a guest within our party was celebrated for his birthday by booking us in the speciality restaurant and having a personalised cake made free of charge. For this I’m afraid to say I would not return to this hotel as there are far to many negatives which is such a letdown as we visited this hotel for a special birthday and thought we would have a similar experience as the sister hotel which is literally next door. I would love to hear feedback on how you will address areas raised within this review.

Absolutely loved this hotel It’s quite small which we liked . We had a duplex room which was lovely- great to have 2 bathrooms - even if it was just the two of us ! Food was really good - lots of veggie options . Would have been good to have a carvery of a joint of meat as there wasn’t a lot of meat options- oats of fish though . All inclusive was good. The hotel was incredibly clean, the room we had (2034 was clean, big and comfortable). The staff were all very friendly, helpful and approachable. The only downside to the place is the sunbeds need updating and the food was just ok. Unless you got to a new tray of something it was luke warm at best. The pastries at breakfast should be covered as little midgy flies over them. We stayed for 4 nights which was enough with the food. We had one night in the other restaurant hoping that food would be better but a little disappointed. The price we paid was very good value, however I wouldn't want to be there for more than a week. I would have given a 5* but the food and sunbeds let it down.

Beautiful property, great staff, very helpful. Good food. Chef was really nice. I requested a glass of fresh juice and he kindly made me one. I slipped on wet floor during our stay as there was a pool of water on the floor by one of the automatic access doors into the lobby. The door opened and I stepped in, slipped and landed on my back. Apparently they were cleaning the floor in the area. The issue was that there was so much water being used to clean the floor. As there was a wet floor sign on the side, I carefully stepped in but I didn't expect a pool of water by an automatic door which was not deactivated or locked to prevent access. The staff immediately came to my aid and one of their senior staff spoke with me. I highlighted the health and safety issue with their cleaning process to her as a few of us had noticed pools of water on the floor each time an area was being cleaned. With children running around and a few other people in our group having slipped but fortunately not had a fall, I thought this was a dangerous way to clean their floors. She said the issue will be looked into.

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, we could use all the facilities even though we'd arrived a couple of hours before check in, the same with departure, checked out but used to pool and restaurant all day until our 5pm pick up. The rooms were excellent and kept so clean with crisp white sheets! Food was awesome plenty of choice, and a special restaurant we used for my birthday, where I received a beautiful cake. The animation staff were great and made everyone welcome. Highly recommend and looking to book for December too!
Cons: The theatre/disco is several flights of stairs underground and incredibly cold, but we took blankets after the first night!

We had a very fine break to the lovely be live experience & we absolutely love Marrakech. 3 stars for my review is just an opinion and I’d definitely recommend reading the other reviews in conjunction. We did like this hotel, the staff are amazing and really friendly, the food very well cooked and the rooms/beds super comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I would recommend this hotel if you are an all inclusive holiday person who loves to get involved with day/evening entertainment. Now you’re wondering why only 3* review. There were a few things that just weren’t to our preference because we like early nights and maximum relaxing. We stayed in a suite and every night at around midnight my partner was woken up by the sound of furniture being moved, which sometimes went on for as long as 2 hours. We could also hear the karaoke and any loud music from the evening entertainment from our room. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend a suite. Some of the staff like to congregate in the pool toilets which is weird, on one occasion 3 men and 1 woman were all in there just talking. We found that quite inappropriate, they’d leave when people went to use the toilets but still really quite bizarre for staff to hang around in the toilets talking. The food is well cooked, but quite repetitive but great if you like Italian food. Overall it was an adequate stay, but just not to my preference.

Les boissons sont coupés à l’eau donc on peut en boire 60 sans même sentir une once d’alcool La nourriture est varié et c’est disponible toute la journée et ça c’est cool ! L’hôtel est plutôt moderne, bien entretenue mais ça manque de dynamisme et de choses à faire. Dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt positif tout de même.

We booked this hotel for 3 reasons -Kids pool -Kids club -Looked nice Kids pool absolutely freezing.no children used pool the whole week we were there, it was too cold. Don’t understand why main pool could be heated and not the splash area for children with lovely slides/fountains. Such a waste! Kids club non existent the few times we went- staff not present & door locked. Staff late or just door open and no one there. Activities per timetable rarely happened. Hours were too long and if children weren’t their activity wasn’t on. Hours should be shorter for both children and staff. This would possibly make more sense! Duplex room not suitable for small children due to stairs with open steps. We were told we could have a stair gate (when I booked). None available when I arrived. Next day promised and never got one. I upgraded to suite as it was much safer with two small children but had to pay a lot extra. Wasn’t allowed to book a double room with 2 children. I have not received my deposit back after more than 2 weeks. I was told it was being done on the day of check out. I have called and was told to email. I emailed and am still waiting on a reply. This deposit was for room and towels (about €100). Hotel shop owner/manager seen taking a video of my baby in his shop. Not sure why but not appropriate. Didn’t go back again after this. Everything overpriced anyway. Go to supermarket instead. Hotel is nice. Buffet staff so friendly. Bar staff nice. Good selection of food. Couldn’t get a booking in the other restaurant. Asked Thursday, booked out Friday and Saturday and closed Sunday. We had plans Monday as we were leaving Tuesday.

Cons: My Wife slipped on an extremely wet floor, this how they clean floors by using so much water and not enough signs out to warn guests. After her fall we went to the medical room and they had next to nothing for first aid supplies, we had to use a ripped bed sheet for a sling. I would advise all guests to pack first aid kits just in case.

Ce que j’aimais le plus: - le personnel est très gentil - le lit est super confortable, je n’ai jamais dormi aussi bien dans un hôtel -le jardin et la piscine sont trop jolis -la chambre est spacieuse -les plats sont délicieux. Le choix est pas énormes par rapport aux autres établissements où on a déjà séjourné mais c’est suffisant et niveau goût c’était vraiment top -le snack bar: les goûters étaient vraiment fantastiques -la propreté était irréprochable Vraiment c’est un hôtel que je recommande, il répondait à nos attentes et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.
Cons: Le seul petit bémol : l’hôtel est en extérieur de la ville donc aucune activité à pieds, on ne peut pas se promener par exemple . Après il y a une navette gratuite plusieurs fois, donc finalement ils proposent une solution et au moins l’environnement est calme.

La chambre était très bien, les draps étaient propres mais nous avions un problème de chauffage donc il faisait très froid dans la chambre et le technicien a tarder à venir.

It also was a linked room meaning there was a door which leads into the room next door - was locked, however definitely not sound proof so could hear conversations. Requested to change rooms however they didn’t change the room until the next day . For the remainder of the nights there were no further issues - just annoying that one night was wasted like that and we had to move our luggage again

Het hotel ligt een half uurtje buiten de stad. Wij vonden het heerlijk om tot rust te komen bij het heerlijke zwembad na een bezoek aan de hectische stad. Er rijdt 4 keer per dag een pendelbus naar de stad; goed geregeld! Kamers zijn mooi en schoon. Eten is lekker en gevarieerd. En het personeel doet alles om het je naar de zin te maken, altijd met een glimlach.

Es un buen hotel relación calidad-precio, las habitaciones modernas y cómodas, las instalaciones en muy buen estado, el entorno muy bonito y tranquilo, la piscina “climatizada” (no mucho, pero se nota, te puedes bañar en Enero si hace sol y no eres muy friolero), la comida es buena y variada, y ofrecen transporte gratuito al centro (5 veces al día) y sino puedes contratarlo por 150DH a la hora que mejor te vaya, lo que está bien de precio. Una buena opción para estar en Marrakech y no quieres estar en el centro en el bullicio de la Medina.
Cons: En general nos ha gustado mucho, pero hay algunas cosas que no tanto o que merecen destacar a tener en cuenta al menos: Niños: Hay muchos niños, quizá si buscas mas tranquilidad es mejor ir al otro hotel que tienen, el Adults Only. Resort pequeño: Es un hotel tipo resort con todo incluido, aunque es mas bien pequeño comparado con otros resorts, el otro que tienen por ejemplo. Si buscas algo pequeño, está genial. Si buscas un resort grande, no es tu opción. Si vas con niños puede hacerse “pequeño” para muchos días. Localización: La zona está a 15-20min en coche del centro de Marrakech. Si vas a hacer relax, guay. Si quieres visitar mucho Marrakech y vas a estar pocos días, no te lo aconsejo. Si quieres combinar ambas cosas, entonces está bien, aunque quizá vale la pena mejor la zona de Hivernage. Depósito: Tienen un depósito de 500DH en concepto de depósito de la habitación por si hay desperfectos. Te lo devuelven sin problema al salir, pero me parece que es algo innecesario en 2025, al menos sino vas con niños.

It was very clean, the food was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly, we didn’t ever feel uncomfortable
Cons: That the price we thought we were paying was incorrect, there was 2 of us that went and it was advertised as £157 each but was slightly higher at £176 each and then on top of that there was a £42 room deposit we weren’t aware of, however we had our deposit back before our taxi to the airport arrived upon check out!

The staff are all absolutely amazing everyone from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant & animation staff that really bought this place to life. Well done team. Loved the food here it was excellent and tops most of what out there hands down every time! Well done chef’s and team.
Cons: I suppose it can’t be helped with the natural environment being out in the sticks, but this place has a bit of an Ant problem. Pest control was in place but not sure enough is being done. But I am less bothered personally. Also a couple of the sun loungers were broken at the hinge and could do with being removed.

Actually it’s been an exceptional experience within the experience hotel palmeraie . The welcoming was very warm the staff were to helpful with there recommendations and the way they showed us their hospitality and kindness ,special thanks to the manager lady she helps us with extending our stay because the hotel was extremely nice and without forgetting the amazing staff hasna and farissi and RP khadija it’s really recommended to visit
Cons: It was little far from the centre but they making it by providing free shuttle bus

The stay at Be Live was okay, nothing great though. We had booked the duplex and they had spring beds, not so comfortable, chose the sofa downstairs instead. The stairs in the duplex are noisy and vibrate a lot when the next door rooms are using them. Everytime there is noise and vibration in the entire room when the next door neighbors are using it. The cleaning in the room was average and the shower pressure is not great. With so many positive reviews we expected it to be really good but our stay came with a lot of compromises.

Room was decent size, bed was good, staff were super helpful and friendly. I lost my phone and they helped me retrieve it which was amazing. Great taxi/transfer service also.
Cons: Was quite noisy in the corridors at night on occasion. Pool was jam packed and was not relaxing at all, I avoided and went elsewhere during the day. This place was not for a single traveller - understandably.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Flexible to let us stay with three kids (3,5,8) in a duplex room. Hasna from the reception was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and accommodating. The shuttle to the medina is very nice. And reception also helps with arranging taxis if you want to go on your own time. No issues with sun chairs as it was winter
Cons: Room due to duplex structure and open 2nd floor felt dangerous. We could not leave the kids alone. Food was average at best. The few good things were out fast or you had to wait in a long line. Christmas dinner looked great tasted like nothing. Kids club was inconsistent. Entertainment team in general was just ok. Often just busy with themselves, taking pictures. The Moroccan food tasted a lot better than the continental food, which was quite bland. An excursion for dessert safari booked through the hotel was poor and we were almost left behind (despite asking 10 times when the bus would leave, but nobody was clear on that). Pool is supposed to be heated, but still very cold. Kids pool is not even heated and freezing. Beds/pillows not comfortable, this is the first time I slept in a double where the sides of the bed were lower, so I felt like rolling off the bed. Pool had chipped tiles, but we were aware of this based on earlier reviews, so we all had water shoes and this did not bother us. We are back now for over a week, but still chasing the reservation on the credit card for the pool towels (EUR 20 per towel!!).

Fina tysta rum med mycket sköna sängar. Uppvärmd pool som vi använde flitigt. Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal. Bra gratis Wifi på hela anläggningen. Gratis shuttlebus till centrum.
Cons: Emellanåt för hög musik vid poolområdet, gick ej att föra en normal konversation. Tider för lån av sportutrustning t ex pingisrack, fotbollar etc tyvärr väldigt begränsat.,Stängde kl 18 och tyvärr fanns det inte mycket för barnen att göra därefter. All inclusive riklig och bra kvalite, mycket lokala rätter om man uppskattar det. Tyvärr ingen större variation de dagar vi stannade. Som på de flesta allinclusive hotell rätt högjudd och slamrig restaurangmiljö. Inte så många bord lediga utomhus.

Cons: Otoczenie za hotelem. Zaraz za plotem sterty śmieci. Szkoda ze nie dbają o otoczke też za plotem . Piekny hotel, ale kraj i jego ubostwo, bieda, slamsy poza pieknymi hotelami odbierają ochote na powtorna wizytę.
