Such a lovely spot! The staff were incredibly kind, and the room had everything I needed - even a hair dryer and some thoughtful little products. Breakfast was generous and really delicious. A very sweet stay overall!
Cons: A few small things could be improved. The internet connection wasn’t the strongest. We were also surprised to find that, while we were out, someone came in to empty the bin and tidy the room - it was a nice gesture, just unexpected. Another point is the absence of a proper laundry service. When we asked about it, the process became quite complicated, and we eventually had to use a fairly expensive pressing service. Perhaps there was some miscommunication, but having a clearer and easier laundry option would make the stay even smoother.

Przepiękne pokoje, czysto, fantastyczny taras z widokiem na Marakesz.

Our room, I think we had the best one. Pleasant Road feeling. Lovely house cat. Great staff team. Ali, Ghiz and the 3rd lovely lady. Like a family and very helpful. All helpful with local knowledge and tips, also very friendly and welcoming every morning at breakfast. Which makes a happy start to the day. PS: keep the cat - very cute, friendly and independent.
Cons: Not much, mostly happy! Perhaps some baguette and an option for eggs everyday and even an option to eat on the terrace. I'm sure if we had asked, the Bianca team would have accommodated us as always. We would have liked a larger, colder fridge. Our room was large enough to accommodate one. The Riad Staff/Team do a great job representing you. Please appreciate them. Hugs to them all!

Struttura pulita e colazione buonissima e abbondante.

We stayed 3 nights at Riad Bianca and it truly felt like a small paradise in the heart of Marrakech. The place is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful — a perfect escape from the busy Medina. What made the experience truly special was the amazing host, Ali. He was calm, kind, always smiling, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed — from giving directions to offering tips about the city. His quiet presence made us feel safe and welcomed at all times. We also want to thank the lovely lady who kept our room spotless every day with such care and warmth. Both of them made us feel like home. Their hospitality was genuine, and we really felt their kindness in every small detail. We left our heart there, and we hope to return one day. Thank you, Riad Bianca, for such a memorable stay!

I travel a lot, but I have never rated any accommodation in the past. However, this time, I felt I had to because it was the most welcoming and friendly place I have ever stayed. It made me feel like I was at home. Ale and the two ladies who work there are very hardworking, yet always smiling and happy to talk with you or offer advice. The rooms are very clean and decorated in a traditional style. The riad is located in a quiet area, but close to all the main attractions. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend Riad Bianca to everyone.

Riad Bianca has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay in Marrakech. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, and the whole riad has a warm, peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast area is lovely, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was a real treat. Ali was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with everything from local recommendations to even helping us negotiate with taxi drivers. His kindness and knowledge made a big difference during our stay. A special touch was the manager’s adorable baby, who sometimes greeted guests in the mornings (don’t worry, the baby doesn’t stay at the riad—just visits!). It added such a sweet, personal feel to the experience. We had zero issues during our stay. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and beyond expectations. Highly recommend Riad Bianca if you're looking for a charming and hassle-free stay in Marrakech.

Warda gave us a lovely warm welcome, despite our late arrival. The building is absolutely charming and impeccably restored and decorated. Our room (Yasmina) on the first floor, was more spacious than the typical Dar or Riad room, and we loved the light and aspect to the central courtyard, as well as windows to the street. The bathroom was really nicely decorated. Great area of the city it feels lived in and genuine, with great street dining opportunities at night, as well as fancier dining options just within reach, as well as the night and flea markets nearby. 8 to 10 minute walk to the north of the sook. Breakfast was fine, very nice coffee, thank you! Roof terrace with lovely views and comfortable seating. Quiet area, minimal to no noise from outside. We have stayed in 8 Riads and Dars in Morocco, and Riad Bianca has definitely been the most comfortable and pleasant of all!
Cons: Some noise from night staff telephone interrupted our sleep. Stopped as soon as we complained.

The riad was gorgeous, with every room being different. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and all around lovely — their hospitality was unbelievable. They helped us print our boarding passes (which is required at Marrakesh airport), ordered an airport taxi for us, made dinner reservations, landmark recommendations. Ali shared his iftar with me one evening, too. Despite the first days of ramadan, he was a beacon of sunshine! Breakfast was cooked to order, including coffee, sweet and savoury bakes, and juice. There’s also a roof terrace where guests can chill out and look over the city. The location is around 20 mins walk from the medina. A beautiful stay.

Friendly hosts, very easy to reach by phone. We got a map and Ali helped us get a table for diner. A few very nice restaurants nearby about 10mins walking.
Cons: The Riad is in the city centre but just outside the busiest part. We liked that during our stay. But remind that you need to walk for a bit to reach your destination

Prebooked pick up from the Airport and dinner on arrival made a great start to our trip. The riad is in a quiet backstreet but close to the city walls and a taxi rank and there are some small shops and restaurants close by. Its an interesting walk through the souks to the centre of the city
Cons: Our onward transport booked by the Riad did not arrive on time but the young man on duty was very proactive in sorting the problem out.

I had a great welcome at Riad Bianca by Warda and Ali who are charming hosts. I took breakfast at 9 ISH on the roof which was being warmed by the sun. It's nearer the new town and Jardín Morelle than Djemma el fna square. At night it is very quiet and safe to walk. It won't take you long to memorize the route to the main square!

Ali was the best host we had in Morroco. Gave us much information about things we could do in Marrakech. We got tea from the lady when we arrived which was so kind. Had a chat with Ali in the evening at the rooftop with other people who were staying in the Riad which was so nice aswell. Had a wound on my foot and directlt gave me a plaster and some spray to heal it. We had to leave really early in the morning and we couldn’t have breakfast, so he prepared us something which we could take away with us. The room was beautiful! Loved the bathroom. Location is good. Little walk to the busy side, which isn’t bad.

For our first time in Marrakech we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful stay. Riad Bianca was above and beyond what we expected. We stayed in the Zina Suite with Terrace . Gorgeous.room and lovely terrace area. Loved the bathroom , hot showers every day, perfect. Tasty traditional breakfast every day, for lovers of mint tea you will be in heaven as its everywhere you go. What made this stay perfect were the hosts, extremely welcoming , very friendly and genuinely lovely people🥰 Location wise perfect little quiet street, for pick ups etc 2 minute walk to the gate. For the souks and restaurants only a 5 / 10 minute walk .. If you are considering booking do it... a truly amazing moroccan experience ❤️
Cons: Nothing all perfect 🥰

We liked location - 5 min from taxi. A bit further from Jema El Fnaa (20-25 min), but in a quiet neighbourghood. And 15 min from Majorelle Gardins. So well situated in the middle, you can reach everything by walking. Nicely decorated room, building in Medina
Cons: Was a bit cold there, especialy in the morning for breakfast in the patio. Room was ok to sleep in. No heating as usually in Morocco. No door separating the bathroom. Dark room, but this is typical for riads.

Our host, Asma, always there to help with her contagious smile. 😊 Located at the edge of the medina, 15 minutes away from the center of it and same from the Majorelle. Beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan flair, very comfy bed, plenty of storage space, well appointed bathroom. Breakfast served in the patio was delicious and pretty variate, even if it is preset.
Cons: The surrounding area can feel a bit intimidating at a first glance, especially if you arrive at night, but it proved to be a peaceful, safe and at times even charming residential area as the days passed.

It is a super clean riad, with an exceptionally nice host. All of our requests were accomodated beyond expectations! The breakfast was amazing, we also got a lot of tips what to do in the city. This riad is not just nice by the local, but also by international standards. Some important facts for future travelers as bullet points: - First and foremost: very nice and helpful manager, she adds a lot to the charm of the place. - As opposed to many riads, this one is very silent as it is in a dead-end street - Very clean - It is close to a gate, so you can easily get a taxi to get around the city, but the maze of the old town is also easy to reach. - There are many corner shops around, but if you want to go to a supermarket, it is not more than 10min of walk. - They offer a shuttle from/to the airport at a very reasonable price - There is a calm rooftop with a nice view of the city.
Cons: Nothing.

The owners went really lovely and kind. Esma and Mohammad would take care of me, have fun evening chats with me and make me tea before bed. They made me feel like part of their family. My room was gorgeous! I loved eating breakfast on the roof terrace and watching the sunrise and sunset. The location is super interesting - at first I was a bit intimidated as it was very ‘local’ but it is super safe (speaking as a solo female traveller). I love that it is about ten mins walk from the crazy busy Medina.

Everything was great! The room, the breakfast, location and everyone was really nice. I still can`t believe what a deal we got. We were glad they booked an airport taxi for us, both ways. The breakfast was excellent, each day something different. I really liked that it was not hot in the room, we barely needed to use the AC. The Riad is absolutely gorgeous. Situated in the Medina, it is extremely silent even during the day (the city is very chaotic in general). The terrace on top gives you a stunning view of the city and in the morning you’re able to see the Atlas Mountains (in the evening the clouds were covering everything). Not to mention the staff, absolutely exquisite! You really feel like at home, they are super kind and friendly and they treat you like family. Extra points for the breakfast. Our room had a private terrace which was super nice.
Cons: Only bad thing was that the bathroom had a bad smell coming from the shower floor but nothing too serious.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. Warda was very warm, accommodating and friendly - she is a credit to the owner! She made sure we were well looked after and was always on hand to help answer questions or just say good morning! The Riad is only 15-20 minutes from the airport (it only cost approx. 150 MAD). You can arrange this with the Riad. The roof terrace is wonderful - amazing 360 views of Marrakesh and a beautiful spot for sunrises/ sunbathing. The Riad also offers lots of tours and excursions - I didn't see many reviews mention this, but I think its worth adding. The free breakfast includes Moroccan tea/coffee and a selection of breads/pastries/fruit accompanied by jam/spreadable cheese. The Riad is a 10/15 minute walk from the 'centre' which some reviewers didn't seem to like, but we personally enjoyed this because we felt it offered a more authentic experience staying in Marrakech. The surrounding streets and alleys were interesting to navigate - there are very few tourists and more so where locals live. If you download offline Google maps it will be helpful to walk around. You are just 5 mins away from the start of the souks and eateries. Finally, our room was very clean and beautiful. There was clearly a lot of care taken when restoring the building in keeping with original features. We would stay here again!

We requested a pick up from the airport that was arranged by the riad. We were charged €25, however was told 15. Either i missed out on this information or was charged extra. Anyway, our stay was nice. The helper, Asma is the sweetest honestly. She made our breakfast each day and made sure our room was clean while we were out. The WC was small divided by curtains however it was good. If you are a couple you should be fine. There could be more lighting in the room and toilet, however the dim lights gave the room a cosy vibe.
Cons: Personally i liked everything about it. But would like to mention that one must discuss the transport price beforehand as there could be hidden prices.

The breakfast is diverse and delicious, served on the rooftop terrace which is the crown jewel of the place. We had the terrace bedroom which was spacious, decorated with taste, and got a lot of sun and a private terrace, a luxury. We liked the location, easy to get everywhere.
Cons: Nothing

The property was very clean, lovely roof terrace as well. Our host and the staff were exceptional and couldn’t do more for you.
Cons: Our room was lovely the only addition that would’ve been nice is some lamps/ more lights as our room had no window.

Good location, great host, Claudio was very helpful with everything, and even helped to get a tour to the Sahara desert.
Cons: We added dinner for the night we arrived (New Year's Eve), food was delicious, Moroccan traditional food, but portions were not really big and price was steep, 43€ per person for Marrakesh prices is A LOT!

The location was good not far from the Medina but was very quiet & was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very welcoming & friendly & we could not rate them highly enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Riad Bianca & would definitely return.

The family were so amazing! Always making sure you had what you needed and would go out of their way to help with anything you needed. Breakfast was delicious and was great to enjoy on the terrace every morning. Lovely riad I enjoyed greatly! Absolutely recommend.
Cons: A little bit of walk to the square yet, it made much easier to find my way back.

the room was clean and the hosts were super friendly. Hanye gave recommendations on where to buy black soap and even booked last-minute spa appointment at the Heritage Spa for us (which was nothing short of amazing). the location is also nice as the riad is close to the gates of the medina, so we had easy access both to the old town and new neighbourhoods such as gueliz.
Cons: The only thing that can be improved is breakfast. Perhaps, more things can be added such as cheese or tomatoes. Every morning Hanye made msemen which was delicious tho.

Location in the heart of the Medina in a beautiful riad with an excellent roof terrace. Good breakfast and attentive hosts.
Cons: It can feel a bit dodgy at night.

The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was fresh and homemade.
Cons: The owners are living on the ground floor which gives it a very warm atmosphere but impedes your privacy somewhat. Also, doors cannot be locked from inside. The riad is quite far from the actual center of the medina.

Great location, breakfast was lovely, rooms clean and bed very comfortable, safe location. The best part was the riad hosts! Lovely, kind family. Also, the internet worked well, I stayed 10 days and worked without concern.

Our hosting family was super sweet, welcoming and easy going. We had the rooftop room with private part of the terrace but was nice and refreshing to meet the other guests for tasty, homemade breakfast in the "public" part. At this time of the year (end Sep) it was still hot but at the end no need for the AC. Location is perfect for visiting some of the sights just walking (YSL stuff) and/or by a cab.

The Riad is run by very nice people. Great hospitality. Nothing too much of a problem.
Cons: Only negative point is that we couldn't pay by cards for our stay at this Riad

Really friendly helpful staff, answered all our questions and helped us get things sorted. Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, working aircon and quiet rooms. Location is very central, so close to main square.
Cons: There was nothing in particular we disliked. The first night the Aircon did not work good, but the next day we were explained that we should not set it on very low degrees. After that it worked perfectly.

- Henya and Claudio are extremely nice. They also have three cats - Breakfast is awesome - The rooms are clean and they have AC and WI-FI - The rooftop terrace is fantastic, especially during sunshine and sunset
Cons: - A fridge in every room would be a great idea
