Ethnic and beautiful interior, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. The riad was perhaps a bit smaller than the photos suggest, but it has the advantage - you feel very safe there. If you arrive home late at night, you are asked to be quiet so as not to disturb other guests. This is very caring. :) Extremely kind and helpful staff, they were always there when we needed them. I definitely recommend the hammam and the massage, the girl (I'm very sorry I don't remember her name) who did it has really- really good hands. We are very happy to stay here, because in a regular hotel you can't get to know the authentic culture. I am grateful for that and I recommend :)
Cons: The streets around it were a bit scary, but that didn't affect the quality of the riad. Everything was safe and everything was great.

Lovely Riad with stunning rooftop terrace where great breakfast and other meals were served. Comfortable rooms which were cleaned and refreshed daily. Very welcoming and helpful staff that gave us useful information and help organising trips, plus taking us to pick up points for excursions. Had a wonderful stay here.

The location is fine, and it’s easy to catch a cab - just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. The rooftop is cozy and offers a beautiful view of the Medina’s rooftops. If you’re lucky enough to wake up early, you can even see the hot air balloons taking off!
Cons: Overall, I don’t think the price matches what you get at all. The room we were given was incredibly small (luckily, we stayed only one night) and wasn’t even ready when we arrived, despite it being past check-in time. It was dark and a very basic room, which made it feel unwelcoming. Breakfast was also disappointing - it didn’t seem fresh, and we literally saw some of the food had simply been reheated in a microwave before serving. Unfortunately, this was our least favorite stay in Morocco.

Cons: Wir können ehrlich gesagt all die super guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. In unseren Augen war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht stimmig. Die Unterkunft gehörte zu den teuersten auf unserer Rundreise. Dafür war das Zimmer winzig und muffig. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss war es sehr laut und in Kombination mit dem sehr unbequemen Bett haben wir zwei Nächte kaum geschlafen. Auch das Frühstück war im Vergleich mit unseren anderen Unterkünften nur okay. Besonders gestört hat uns aber die Lage in einem eher zwielichtigen Viertel. Den Weg aus der Innenstadt zurück haben wir sowohl am Tag als auch am Abend als extrem unangenehm empfunden.

A szállás nagyon tiszta és kényelmes volt. Deluxe szobát béreltünk, amihez tartozott egy kis privát terasz is. Egyik este rendeltünk vacsorát, amit ott fogyasztottunk el. A vacsora nagyon finom volt, a kiszolgálás tökéletes. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Jamalnak nagyon sokat köszönhetünk, mindent megmutatott a térképen, hogy hol találunk, megtanította, hogy hogyan tartsuk távol a városban a kéretlen segítőket, és utolsó nap, amikor még a reggeli előtt kellett távoznunk, ő készített nekünk kávét és teát, és még az útra is csomagolt ennivalót.

L'emplacement est un peu excentré mais les nuits y sont calmes. La literie est confortable. Salle de bain un peu désuète. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, servi sur la terrasse. C est très agréable. Jamal est absolument charmant et sait résoudre tous vos problèmes. Il a de bonnes idées et des solutions à tout. Tout le monde est très serviable, ce qui est de manière générale, une caractéristique de tous les Marocains qui sont tous très gentils et aidants. Il faut marcher une bonne demie heure pour la Place Jemaa el fna. Au début, on est assez perdus et désorientés, mais, au fil du temps on s'habitue et on finit par retrouver son chemin et savoir se diriger dans la Médina.
Cons: Rien a voir avec le Riad, mais il faut savoir que la circulation des deux roues dans la Médina, dans les souks, est proprement insupportable. C est de pire en pire par rapport à mon séjour précédent, et malheureusement c' est hyper pollué. C 'est le gros point noir du séjour.

Personalen var artiga och hjälpsamma. De gjorde sitt bästa för att gästerna skulle få en trevlig vistelse. Läget var bra även om hotellet låg i den gamla delen av Marrakech var det lyckligtvis inte bullrigt. Frukostarna var mycket bra. Hotellet var rent och välskött. De hade försökt utnyttja alla möjligheter som är viktiga för att locka turister, som pool, hamam och takterrass, men i vissa av dessa delar hade de inte riktigt lyckats. Våra förväntningar baserade på vad vi hade läst om hotellet stämde inte helt överens med verkligheten.
Cons: Under de tre nätterna vi bodde där var toaletten ständigt ur funktion, och vi var tvungna att be personalen flera gånger att komma och fixa problemet. Av någon anledning luktade rummet avlopp, så mycket att jag sista natten hade svårt att sova och mina kläder började lukta illa. Dessutom innehöll poolen alldeles för mycket klor det hade nog varit bättre om de bytte vattnet istället för att använda så mycket klor. Hamam var mycket liten och bara anpassat för en person, trots att vi var ett par. Det fanns inte tillräckligt med utrymme för att båda skulle kunna använda bekvämt. En av oss var tvungen att sitta på golvet medan den andra håller på med i Hamam, och sedan byta. Därför är Hamam inte lämpligt för par. Om det är ert första besök, kan ni hitta bättre Hamam än detta.

Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, la terrazza è perfetta per rilassarsi e lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla Medina ma tranquilla. Un soggiorno indimenticabile — torneremo di sicuro!

La struttura è veramente bella ed accogliente, pulitissima e c’e tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. Il terrazzo è splendido, soprattutto all’ora del tramonto. La struttura è situata a 20 min circa dalla piazza principale, che può essere positivo per la gente che ricerca un po’ di pace dal centro caotico di Marrakech. Lo staff era disponibile e gentile, ma peccava un po’ di quel calore umano che contraddistingue la gente marocchina, ma in ogni caso complessivamente una buona esperienza.

We had a truly wonderful time. Everything was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Always smiling, Jamal showed us all the important spots in the Medina using a map and gave us the right tips to help us experience the city even better. Hamza and the whole team also did a great job, fulfilled our wishes, and made sure we felt truly comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and a little different each morning. When we come back next time, we will definitely choose them again.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem zauberhaften Riad. Tolle Lage, zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Leckeres Frühstück, serviert auf einer traumhaften Dachterrasse. Sehr hilfsbereites und sympathisches Personal, auch Extrawünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage.

Super schönes Riad mit traumhafter Dachterrasse und Blick über die Dächer von Marrakesch. Schön gelegen, zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und wurde auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Die Zimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Klimaanlage gab es auch. Personal: Extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, auch ein spätes Einchecken und ein sehr frühes Frühstück waren kein Problem. Vielen Dank!!! 😘

Hemos venido 3 días y nos está encantando. Nos facilitaron el traslado y la cena a la llegada del aeropuerto con un menú típico de Marrakech, nos sorprendió la gran cantidad que nos pusieron, todo estaba buenísimo. Los desayunos son muy contundentes y ricos. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse y callejear por las encantadoras y estrechas calles de esta ciudad. Siempre muy amables y pendientes de todo. Instalaciones muy limpias , una terraza en la azotea preciosa para disfrutar y relajarte. La habitación muy amplia, cómoda y una decoración preciosa. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100% y repetiré la próxima vez :).

Wunderschönes Riad, Jamal Rashid und Hamza waren super freundlich und tolle Gastgeber. Kamen mitten in der Nacht und wurden trotz aller dem herzlich willkommen geheißen. L'emplacement idéal et l'accueil chaleureux avec du thé vert à l'arrivée. La disponibilité et l'aide du personnel pour nous expliquer la ville, nous accompagner avec la valise pour trouver notre taxi, l'un d'eux à même fait le trajet avec l'une de nous en scooter pour retirer de l'argent ! le + : Nous avons pu goûter un tajine végétarien délicieux préparer par les soins de Jamal.
Cons: Manque d'intimité. Voyant que le bruit des enfants de la chambre voisine nous gênait, l'un d'eux nous as proposé une suite, nous avons poliment décliner l'offre et le comportement de l'employé à changer après cela, beaucoup moins cordial + un quiproquo sur l'organisation du dîner dans l'établissement.

Cons: L’établissement est un peu difficile à trouver à l’arrivée. Il est situé dans un quartier qui ne nous a pas paru très rassurant, et j’ai déjà séjourné dans des riads mieux situés. Petit conseil : pour les excursions, mieux vaut bien se renseigner, car vous trouverez souvent des tarifs plus intéressants directement sur la place Jemaa el-Fna ou sur des sites internet.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad. It is located in a quieter part of the Medina, away from the hustle and bustle, which we really appreciated. Jamal welcomed us warmly upon arrival and immediately made us feel at home, combining kindness and humour in the best way. He was super helpful, providing us with plenty of useful information and has always been there for any questions or issues. Idriss and Rachid were also so friendly and made sure to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much – if we return to Marrakech, we will definitely choose to stay with you again!

A szállástól negyed óra séta a Jemaa el Fna tér. Szállást GPS megtalálja. Személyzet maximálisan kedves és segítőkész. A riad gyönyörű, hangulatos. A reggelit a hangulatos tetőteraszon szolgálják fel. Lehet ebédet és vacsorát is kérni, de előre egyeztetni kell. Korán kellett reptérre indulnunk, ennek ellenére kaptunk reggelit, amiért nagyon hálásak vagyunk.

Le riad est au nord de la Médina. C'est une pépite au milieu d'un dédale de petites ruelles où l'on peut de perdre un peu mais aucune insécurité. A l'intérieur une belle décoration traditionnelle. Un rooftop magnifique où il fait bon dîner ou prendre le petit déjeuner. Les repas et le petit déjeuner sont copieux ,variés et surtout excellents. Mais le plus du plus c'est l'accueil de l'équipe du Riad. Hamza,Idriss et Rachid sont d'une extrême gentillesse,très serviables et de très bons conseils notamment Hamza qui est le manager. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien et serein.
Cons: Petit bémol relatif ,les réveils à 5h à l'appel du muezzin mais c'est normal en pays musulman.

Riad Sun of Kech si trova nella Medina di Marrakech, vicino a Bab Ben Brahim, che lo rende comodo per trasporti e taxi, e a tutte le attrazioni principali. Il Riad è pulitissimo, le stanze sono profumate e dotate di tutti i servizi principali, la terrazza al piano superiore è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata passata ad esplorare la città. Ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata l’ospitalità del personale: Jamal è stato impeccabile dall’inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno. All’arrivo ci ha offerto un tè per poi spiegarci come raggiungere i principali punti di interesse di Marrakech, e durante il soggiorno è stato sempre disponibile ad aiutarci e consigliarci in caso di bisogno. Menzione speciale per la cucina del Riad, non potete perdervela: in particolare, l’eccezionale Kefta Tajine di Jamal. La permanenza in questo Riad ha rappresentato, per noi, un porto sicuro all’interno di Marrakech. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Ótimas instalações com um terraço que permite visualizar a cidade de Marrakesh, onde tomamos café da manhã preparado pelo Jamal, muito agradável comida excepcional! Ele também nos sugeriu passeios e motoristas o que foi muito bom, os guias são excelentes! Os quartos possuíam ar-condicionado o que foi essencial porque, por vezes, fazia muito calor em Marrakesh. Havia também uma piscina muito aprazível.

Najbardziej podobała nam się ekipa riadu Jamal i Rachid którzy profesjonalnie podchodzą do gości. W obiekcie jest bardzo czysto i schludnie. W pokoju klimatyzacja, co dawało ulgę od obecnych upałów. Śniadania serwowane są na dachu i są bardzo dobre.

Sun of Kech is a beautifull Riad with the best staff. I can only confirm what all the other reviews say that the staff is always there to help with practical stuff but also to chat about small things. The breakfast is superb, we stayed in the Riad for 5 nights and every morning, the breakfast was different. The rooftop is also an amazing place to relax for a few hours when it's too hot to walk around.
Cons: Not much to be honest. It's a little bit out of the city center but off course, that was something we knew. The only big thing for us personally was that the bed itself was really hard..

Hospitality was exceptional, making our stay peaceful and relaxing — a great choice for those seeking genuine local warmth.
Cons: The riad was tricky to find, especially for first-time visitors, and it’s a bit far from the main square — something to consider for older guests or those with mobility concerns. Inside, the stairs may pose difficulty for some. Minor issue: the shower curtain could benefit from an upgrade.

Cons: Un poco alejado de la plaza principal, si no te importa andar está bastante bien, ya que así aprovechas para conocer bien toda la Medina. Almohadas un poco incomodas para mi gusto.

Très bon accueil de Jamal qui a pris le temps dès notre arrivée de nous donner des conseils et nous aider dans notre séjour. Hammam et massages sur place après des journées de marche très apprécié! On se sent très bien au Riad grâce à la gentillesse du personnel. Un conseil: si vous souhaitez un transfert de (et à) l'aéroport, demandez le plutôt directement au Riad, car les taxis ne connaissent pas. On nous a déposés le soir dans le labyrinthe de la médina, pas évident!!!

Dès notre arrivée, Jamel a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours disponible pour nous aider et s’assurer que tout se passe au mieux. La cuisine est tout simplement excellente : après avoir testé de nombreux restaurants, c’est au Riad que nous avons le mieux mangé ! Les chambres sont confortables, bien entretenues avec un service quotidien. Le Riad est magnifique, très calme, ce qui lui donne encore plus de charme. Nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés !

Wunderschönes Riad mit warmer heimeliger Atmosphäre. Die Kommunikation mit Hamza vorab war schnell, sehr verbindlich und herzlich. Genau so wurden wir empfangen und auch am Ende unserer Reise verabschiedet. Die Terrassen sind ein Traum, besonders die oberste mit einem zauberhaften Blick über Marrakech. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und durften das wunderbare Zimmer direkt an der Terasse genießen, incl. den 2 Schildkröten 🐢 🐢.. Es war traumhaft, alle haben sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert! Ein grosses Dankeschön an Hamza & sein Team Carin & Julius

Le riad était juste parfait ! La chambre très propre, la terrasse et le patio pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou le dîner a une vue magnifique sur la ville. L'emplacement est très bien et proche du jardin majorelle. Jamal l'hôte a toujours été réactif aux demandes et disponible par message si besoin. Il a malgré ma réservation tardive pu organiser un repas sur place qui d'ailleurs etait excellent !! Et j'ai même pu faire une demande de tatouage au Henné. Encore merci Jamal ☺️ Je recommande vivement pour un séjour à Marrakech !

El personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Estuvimos en una de las habitaciones de la terraza. Tiene una vista muy bonita. Tal cual la de las fotos! A la llegada el coche nos dejó por el exterior de la Medina, Es una calle grande q rodea la Medina donde venden un montón de verduras. Caminando de ahí hasta el Riad 5 minutos más o menos. Ya de ahí puedes ver sus zocos caminando por el interior de la Medina hasta plaza Jemaa el - Fna unos 15- 20 mint aproximadamente. A la salida del Riad volvimos a buscar el Taxi al aeropuerto en la misma calle de las verduras y regateamos el Taxi al aeropuerto por 50 Dirham 😅
Cons: Hubo un pequeño mal entendido Ya que nos pidieron los datos de la tarjeta cuando hicimos la reserva online. Pensamos q estaba todo listo pero Cuando llegamos al hotel nos dicen que solo se puede pagar en efectivo y nos cobran también una tasa de 10€ por cada persona. De todos los Riad que estuvimos fue el único donde no nos pusieron huevitos al desayuno. 😑.

Cons: De kamer voor drie personen was erg klein. Het derde bed stond ongeveer twee centimeter ver van het tweepersoonsbed. Kan echt niet, is niet comfortabel en gewoon echt veel te krap. Kamer ook zeer minimaal bemeten, de badkamer vond ik het ook te klein. En nee, ik ben geen zeikerd, reis veel, maar dit was gewoon echt niet goed en te krap voor drie personen. We vertrokken vroeg naar het vliegveld en volgens afspraak zouden we een ontbijt meekrijgen en koffie. De man had zich verslapen ( en dat kan natuurlijk gebeuren), maar het werden in de magnetron opgepiepte broodjes en oploskoffie. Lief bedoeld, maar niet volgens afspraak en echt niet lekker. De inspanning wordt zeker gewaardeerd, maar zeg dan geen volledig ontbijt te verzorgen voor vroege verstrekkers ( verwachtingenmanagement). De locatie was zeer moeilijk te vinden, maar ons idee te ver weggestopt en daardoor moeilijk te vinden.

Finalmente cogimos las excursiones y todo fue maravilloso, el chocolate que nos asignó como chófer fue mas como nuestro guardaespaldas siempre pendiente de nosotras y de lo que necesitáramos (Mohamed ) súper agradecidas con nuestro chófer, nos desea todo el tiempo quiero hacerles el viaje bonito y lo logro ! Le riad est très joli, avec de la décoration typique! Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner (excellent) sur la terrasse avec vue sur les toits de Marrakech, ainsi que la piscine ! Nous avons testé le repas du soir au Riad, délicieux et copieux! Les massages proposés sont aussi top, les dames sont très gentilles et à l’écoute !

Away from craziness of main souks, but still in the Medina. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing and so filling. It's a great way to start the day. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. I had dinner one night and it was absolutely delicious.
Cons: The hot water ran out before I finished my shower, so i showered more quickly the next time!. The mosque woke me up at 4.45am, but that's to be expected in this part of the world.

Hamza, Jamal and Rachid were excellent hosts, always ready to help and give advice. We appreciated that breakfast was every day a bit different. The star of the riad is definitely the exceptional terrace. We even skipped some sightseeing just to enjoy the evening breeze on that terrace a bit longer.
Cons: It is a bit of a walk to the main square and other attractions (20-25 mins), but it is more authentic as you live among the locals. There are some super affordable and good quality restaurants and snack bars just a few minutes walk away.

A wonderful authentic old world experience in a riad hotel inside the Medina walls. The manager Jamal saw to our every need as did his assistant Rashid. Their driver Hassan took us everywhere in a large comfortable van. Food was plentiful and delicious. The best possible Marrakech exerience.

Superbe séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Hamza, Djamal et Youssef. La position du Riad est parfaite pour tout faire à pied tout en étant un peu à l'écart du centre de la Medina et donc au calme. Superbe séjour dans un joli riad avec une superbe terrasse pour déjeuner, jouer aux cartes ou fumer. Le personnel est aux petits soins et adorable, merci à Hamza qui répond très vite aux mails et qui organise rapidement tout ce qu'on veut , taxis, vol en montgolfière avec pick up au riad (150 euros pp avec ciel d'Afrique ou sky discovery baloon ce qu on a eu, très bien), Buggy dans la Palmeraie ou au désert (130 euros pour 2) etc...et ils nous aident à aller au point de rencontre des taxis et excursions Et aide pour acheter/installer une carte sim d orrange à 5 ou 10 euros très utile hors wifi (attention ne pas allumer son téléphone au Maroc avant cette carte car frais ++ hors europe dès l'arrivée à l'aéroport de frais internet de mises à jours de lheure et autre ,même les messages sur whatsap si pas sur wifi).. Djamel et Youssef le littéraire étaient adorables et les chambres étaient très calmes, surtout au 1er et en terrasse++. Petite piscine rafraîchissante agréable si on ne craint pas l'eau froide. Très bon petit déjeuner et dîner Quartier un peu excentré mais authentique et pas touristique où on voit la vraie vie des marrakchis très gentils et en même temps à 10-15 mn à pied seulement du meilleur quartier à visiter avec l'école coranique+++superbe, le musée du parfum et de la photographie avec une belle terrasse et bon déjeuner. A 15-20 mn à pied du souk , du café arabe ++ et du jardin secret++ et 25-30 mn de la place jemaa, 15-20 mn du jardin Majorelle (réserver 2 jours en avance). Mais tout beaucoup plus rapide avec le uber local toléré par l'état, In drive qui est très très peu cher en scooter passager ou taxi et hyper efficace, en 2 mn c'est réservé et très sympa (scooter passager dans Marrakech génial) et cela fonctionne la nuit pour les noctambules. Sinon tuc tuc en 10 mn de la place jemaa pour 70 dirams environ sympa aussi.
Cons: Un peu fastidieux de devoir payer tout en cash (réservation hôtel, excursions, repas...). Prévoir avant d'arriver au Maroc car coûts à chaque retrait au distributeur. Le paiement en cb serait mieux.

Wir waren für drei und für zwei Nächte im Sun of Kech. Dazwischen haben wir eine dreitägige Wüstentour unternommen. Wir sind von Herzen begrüßt worden und konnten nach unserer Ankunft im Riad ein zuvor bestelltes, sehr gutes marokkanisches Abendessen genießen. Auch das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, sowie an allen darauffolgenden Tagen, oben auf der Dachterrasse, war ein Freude. Viele unterschiedlichen Spezialitäten und ausreichend Kaffee. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit einem einem bequemen Bett und einem guten Badezimmer, das auch mit Fenster nach draußen ausgestattet war Man war uns sehr Behilflich, sowohl bei der Organisation einer Stadtbesichtigung, sowie bei der dreitägigen Wüstentour. Unser besonderer Dank geht am Jamal, der alles für uns organisiert hat.

Cons: Riad ligt iets uit het centrum, ongeveer 15 minuten lopen voordat je bij de souks bent. Weg er naartoe is wel weer ervaring op zich.

Un soggiorno perfetto! Ho trascorso tre notti in questo riad e non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. La struttura è bellissima , pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile fin dal check-in, sempre pronto a dare consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. La colazione è stata davvero eccellente, con una vasta scelta di piatti tipici La posizione è ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. Le côté on vous prend pour des touristes con : propose un service de taxi à 19€ pr l'aéroport en disant que c'est excellant... nous avons payé 10€ en faisant venir un taxi nous même devant l'hôtel... et sans même négocier...

Mixed Experience at Riad Sun of Kech Our family stayed at Riad Sun of Kech for six nights, and overall, our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Positives: The breakfast was enjoyable and well-prepared. Housekeeping services were consistent and reliable. Rashid at the front desk provided excellent service—professional, helpful, and courteous. Negatives: The Riad is located about a 10-minute walk from the nearest taxi drop-off point. This can feel unsafe, especially if you're returning after 10 PM. The hotel-arranged taxi service is significantly overpriced—nearly four times the normal rate. We recommend arranging your own transportation instead. The in-house food is also expensive, nearly double the price of nearby options with better quality. Be cautious of Hamza, who comes across as pushy and tries to upsell services at high prices. Despite the listing stating that card payments are accepted, the hotel adds a 10% surcharge on all services—including taxis—if you pay by card. Even with the hotel-arranged taxi, you're still required to walk to the taxi point, making the added cost unjustifiable. While breakfast is advertised on the rooftop, we only experienced it there twice in six days. The rest of the time it was served on the dimly lit ground floor with wobbly tables and chairs. Overall, while there were some highlights, we would not recommend Riad Sun of Kech to other travelers.

The riad was ok overall, especially the terrace it was very cozy and peaceful on a sunny day. Also the breakfast on the terrace is a really good idea and makes you forget the things you don't like about the riad.
Cons: The room was very small, but I expected that. The bathroom a little bit messy. The cup for the toothbrush had toothpaste in it from other people. The hairdryer was sticky and dirty. We did not have appropiate bedsheets and the nights were not very comfortable. We had to pay for water, for printing the airplane tickets:)) I stayed in 4 riads and none of them charged me for this little things. We were a little pressed with making a decision in having dinner at the riad or not. I asked what will be the menu for the dinner, and they said it will be a surprise, but come on, everyone knows what that means.. I want to pay for whatever I want to eat, not whatever is left in the kitchen. I insisted about the menu and they said that for dessert we'll have oranges with cinnamon:)) what? anyway, we paid 22 euros for one person for dinner, and in the menu it was written that the price is 200 dh. Weird experience overall, felt like they were trying to make money from every little occasion. Like, come on, 1 euro for 1 piece of paper? I'm already paying for the stay, why charge for this little things and also saying (at the airport they charge you 40 euros) like he's making me a favor printing it for 1 euro. It's the little things that make the difference guys. As tourists, we might pretend we didn't hear, just because we don't want to create uncomfortable situations, but be sure we notice everything.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We appreciate the hospitality and warm welcome, how kind you were to our son and how at home we felt. The food in the Riad is very tasty, one of the better options we tried during the week. We liked the area the Riad is in, as it’s a bit calmer and more local, but still not a long stroll from the market and other sights. We hope to come back again soon 🙂

Gościnne i piękne miejsce z najlepszym śniadaniem na dachu ;) Jamal zawsze służył pomocą i odpowiadał na każde pytanie. Do tego dostałyśmy mapkę i wiele cennych informacji;) Do tego cisza, spokój;) Bardzo się przydało po spacerach po głośnym centrum:) Byłyśmy w styczniu więc też korzystałyśmy z ogrzewania w pokoju. Codzienna zmiana ręczników ;) Przepiękne miejsce godne polecenia :) Transfer lotniskowy, wycieczki, a w wieczór przyjazdu zamówiłyśmy kolację - przerosła nasze oczekiwania i żołądki :)) Możesz zamówić herbatę o każdej porze;)

The roof terrace is nice. The staff member who brings you breakfast was very friendly.
Cons: - The hotel tells you a lie that their card machine is broken and you have to pay in cash. The money was supposed to be taken out of the account via Booking so this has nothing to do with a card machine. Furthermore, reviews go back to September 2022 that the card machine is ‘broken’ so it’s clear that they are lying. Just tell your guests in advance that it’s cash only. - Our room, number 6, was the only room without shutters and only had thin curtain which flooded the room with light. We complained about this. One member of staff came up to the room and was very unprofessional and patronising in the way he spoke to me. He also brought up the unrelated issue of me complaining to Booking that they wanted cash only which was very uncomfortable as that’s not the issue we’re discussing in that time. - We then got accosted one day aggressively by a member of staff who demanded immediate cash payment. We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t realise they wanted it paying on the first day. A very uncomfortable situation that has never happened before. - When we paid in cash, they were very unwilling to give a receipt. It took almost 45 mins of going back and forth before they finally signed the invoice. - The rooms are very dark.

Cons: So extremely disappointed with this property and honestly can’t understand all the good reviews. We came here with high expectations but it ended up being the worst place we stayed in our two weeks in Morocco. They don’t take card payment off booking.com and so your forced to pay in cash and they give you a bad exchange rate so it ends up costing more than you think your paying. Absolute do NOT get food from their restaurant!!!! It’s RIDICULOUSLY priced and the WORST food we had on our whole trip. We got food poisoning from the dinner and instead of apologising they just said that we must’ve gotten it from somewhere else. Honestly I could go on but save yourself the money and stay somewhere else because there are some other lovely places to stay in Marrakech.

Cons: La ubicación era fatal metido en un barrio con calles estrechas, motos que lo atropellaban a uno, era peligroso, no se podía salir en las noches, habían horas de llegada y no podías llegar luego de esa hora, no podías ni conversar en el Riad porque te decían que no podías hacer ruido, el desayuno era siempre el mismo solo pan con miel y mermelada, quisieron vendernos un paquete al desierto por 90 euros cuando valía 25, los taxis no llegan al riad, no lo recomiendo para nada

We bought 3 nights for last minute price and paid in EUR approx 50 eur per night, which was value for money. Jamal was really kind and provided very good explanations of the area and way to the hotel and gave a map of the city during the welcoming tea. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was always different (but basically different types of bread), but on demand they've provided eggs for me, which I really appreciated.
Cons: Hamman was not enough warm and there was no towel for hair provided during massage, so I got sick for wet hair during SPA time. Maybe my fault, I should have dried my hair... The room was on the first floor and close to reception, no windows facing the street, which is typical for riads. The riad is in a calm area, relatively safe and clean. Close to all the attractions in the Medina. But if you want to walk outside Medina, better ask taxi as the area on the borders of Medina is not nice.

Nous avons aimé la cuisine maison savoureuse. Ils ont fait l'effort de nous proposer une nouveauté à chacun de nos 5 repas. Merci aussi à Jamal pour son amabilité. La localisation dans la medina est correcte (ruelle perdue mais pas de sentiment d'insécurité. La terrasse est assez agréable.
Cons: Matelas trop dur. Ballon eau chaude limité à 15l par personne. Chambre mal isolée phoniquement (on entend le muezin comme si le haut parleur était dans la chambre). Excursion à Imlil moyenne (le chauffeur qui passe son temps à jongler entre ses 2 téléphones!). L'hôtel qui insiste lourdement pour qu'on paie en cash.

If I could give 11 stars to this place, I would definitely do that!! This Riad and its staff was absolutely amazing. Especially Jamal made our stay in Marrakech smooth and easy. He was really helpful with any enquiry we had and always welcomed us with a smile. I couldn’t recommend him and this place enough! A big plus is also the food! We had a few delicious dinners in the Riad, better than some restaurants you found around the city!

Nuestra estancia en el Riad Sun of Kech fue muy buena. La gente que nos atendió fue súper amable, siempre lista para ayudarnos con cualquier cosa y hacernos sentir bien en todo momento. El sitio tiene unas vistas increíbles desde la terraza, ideales para relajarse, y las habitaciones eran súper cómodas. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y espero volver algún día.
Cons: Es cierto que encontrarlo al principio puede ser un poco complicado y está algo alejado del centro, pero nada grave. Lo bueno del lugar y el trato recibido hacen que valga totalmente la pena.

Calm and relaxing oasis in the chaotic city that is Marrakech. I honestly had two of the best nights here that I have had all year during my travels. the staff was by far the most welcoming and hospitable I've experienced in a very very long time. the rooftop terrace was my favourite in all of Marrakech and the food was incredible, I highly recommend eating here if you are tired and don't want to head back into the city.

Riad bien placé mais en effet ce n est pas évident à trouver car au fond de petites ruelles ( même pour les taxis) Très bon accueil et personnel disponible. Nous avons réservé un repas du soir, le couscous était très bon et le plat enfant à fait plaisir ( soupe, nuggets frites) La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner ( copieux et varié ) est très appréciable, il ne s agit pas d un buffet. Transport vers l'aéroport proposé et appréciable.
Cons: Le riad est assez sombre et malgré toute la vigilance des personnes assez bruyant car il s agit de grosses portes en bois avec un verrou et cadenas pour fermer. Le son résonne , on peut donc vite être déranger par les aller, retour des autres personnes ou les échanges du personnel

Sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta del mio soggiorno presso questo Riad. Lo staff é impeccabile e super attento a qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Le colazioni avevano sempre qualcosa di diverso come proposta e vengono servite sulla meravigliosa terrazza. La posizione è piuttosto comoda per raggiungere tutto. Alla sera bisogna prestare un po’ più di attenzione ma si sopravvive tranquillamente. Un grazie speciale a Idriss, ma anche ad Hazmal e Jamal.
Cons: Non so se si è trattato di una problematica momentanea oppure no, ma l’unica pecca è stato non poter pagare con la carta. Risolto con un prelievo bancomat, ma la comodità della carta sarebbe stato un plus.

Soggiornare in questo Riad è stato come sentirsi a casa fin da subito. La pulizia, l’atmosfera calda e accogliente, la cura nei dettagli e l’amore sono i cardini del Riad. Jamal è stato come un fratello, consigliandomi e aiutandomi per qualunque esigenza, la sua presenza è ciò che fa la differenza nel Riad. La gentilezza di Idris nel servire la colazione sempre buona e variegata sulla splendida terrazza, la disponibilità di Hamza, il caloroso benvenuto di Nordin il titolare. Tutto lo staff è meraviglioso. Per tutta la permanenza si sono sempre accertati che andasse tutto bene. Il Riad è situato nella Medina, tra vicoli stretti in cui, per chi come me non ha un buon senso dell’orientamento, è facile perdersi, ma sia Jamal che Hamza si sono sempre offerti di accompagnarmi e di aiutarmi nel caso mi fossi persa. Il Riad si trova vicino ai Giardini Majorelle e, camminando per i vicoli della Medina, si arriva facilmente alla Medersa Ben Youssef, al Museo di Marrakech, al Museo della Fotografia, ai Jardin Secret e ai meravigliosi suq. Hanno organizzato loro stessi i transfert da e per l’aeroporto, e mi hanno suggerito le varie escursioni da fare, mettendo sempre a disposizione taxi o autisti. Davvero eccezionali. Non accettano ancora pagamenti con pos perché sprovvisti, per cui al momento della prenotazione non esitate a mettervi in contatto con Nordin che, oltre a darvi tutte le indicazioni, vi dirà se potrete pagare anche con il pos. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Jamal a été aux petits soins avec nous ; conseils pour les visites, organisation des excursions, des repas, transport aéroport... La cuisine est généreuse et délicieuse; nous avons découvert de nombreuses spécialités. Les repas sont pris sur une magnifique terrasse, très cocooning, sur le toit surplombant Marrakech, dépaysement garanti ! Tolles Riad und super Empfang und Einweisung vom freundlichen und humorvollen Jamal. Dachterrassenzimmer war ein Traum ! Und das Frühstück das beste, das wir in Marrakesch bekommen haben! Riad ist im ursprünglicheren Teil Nähe den Souks, wir hatten sehr angenehme Erfahrungen mit den dortigen Einheimischen, die sehr gastfreundlich sind . Auch Jamal hat sehr viel Vertrauen in uns gesetzt, indem er uns von sich aus Geld geliehen hat , was alles andere als selbstverständlich ist.
Cons: Eingangsbereich- die Straße zum Riad ist derzeit eine Baustelle . Abends immerhin gut beleuchtet. Betten sind recht hart.

Nous avons mangé au Riad le soir, les repas étaient délicieux, nous avions le choix sur les plats. La chambre était très bien, très propre et la literie confortable, nous avions un grand lit. Hamza organized comfartable transport for our trip to Imlil and other things. The riad was very nice, I am glad that we chose this place, because it is located near the central medina, which is very convenient, and at the same time it is calm and quiet. The room was beautiful and clean, we felt the spirit of Morocco in everything. Breakfast was also nice and and tasty, was served on the roof terrace every morning. We highly recommend this place to everyone who want to spend a really good time in Marakesh.

As Jamal used to say, "this is your home," and we truly felt at home in the Riad. The Riad itself is beautifully designed, the room was spotless, and the rooftop was a great bonus. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome—thank you to Jamal, Abdul, and the rest of the team. I highly recommend trying the food at the Riad; it was excellent.
Cons: We loved the lively atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fnaa square and enjoyed having drinks there. The walk back to the Riad at night was quite long.

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad de todo el personal, siempre atentos a nosotros y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. El Riad es muy acogedor y la habitación que tuvimos era bastante grande, acogedora y limpia. Sin embargo, tuvimos la mala suerte de que se estancaba el agua de la ducha, por lo que ducharse era una odisea. La ubicación no está mal, pero hay que saber que está a 20 minutos de la plaza principal y si vuelves de noche al Riad, puedes perderte por las calles, ya que el google maps te indica un camino atravesando el zoco que de noche no puedes coger bien ya que cierran muchas puertas.

We had a great time at Riad Sun of Kech! It is really beautiful (particularly the rooftop), very clean and comfy. The location is great - close to everything but not right in the middle of the medina that can get a bit overwhelming. But, the star of this riad is the staff - everyone is so lovely, kind and always there to help us with anything we needed. A particular thank you to Jamal that made our stay :) it was a pleasure and would totally recommend!

Estuvimos super a gusto, Jamal nos facilitó todo desde el principio, nos explicó y nos aconsejo super bien. El Riad es muy bonito y los detalles estaban muy cuidados. Las vistas desde la terraza son muy chulas y los desayunos estaban riquísimos. Además, pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y de estar de relax tumbados en las hamacas que hay en la terraza. Además, el último día nos acompaño y nos gestionó el taxi a la estación. Recomendaríamos y repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Le tajine poulet était le plus sec que j’ai mangé pendant mon séjour au Maroc, et les portions peu généreuses. - les espaces en commun de l’hôtel étaient un peu encombrés, ce qui ne les rendait pas très accueillants. Par exemple, le vélo placé près de la piscine, ou encore le linge en train de sécher occupait une partie du rooftop laissant peu de place pour s’y installer confortablement pour prendre le soleil. - Il aurait été mieux de donner une clef pour la porte d’entrée a chaque client, afin de ne pas avoir à entendre la sonnerie toutes les 10min.

Ma tutti i ragazzi che lavorano nel Riad sono persone eccezionali: gentilissimi e cordiali, che ti accolgono sempre con il sorriso, sono loro che rendono il soggiorno nel Riad un vero piacere! La colazione perfetta, la cena marocchina molto buona, l'hammam e il massaggio una vera chicca da provare e tutte le escursioni organizzate con loro sono state perfette!
Cons: L'unico aspetto negativo è la posizione del Riad poiché di sera si potrebbe incontrare qualcuno non proprio raccomandabile. Per questo motivo, abbiamo preferito spostarci sempre con il taxi di sera.

Me gustó todo, no puedo tener nada más q palabras buenas. Yamal y hamza me han hecho sentir en casa pero todo el personal sido increíble, han sido mis amigos mientras estaba allí, me han facilitado todo y me han ayudado hasta con un problema medico. El desayuno fue espectacular todos los días y nosotras encargamos la cena allí casi todos los días porque nos encantó la comida, cocinaban de miedo. Volvería una y mil veces y de hecho volveré seguro. La piscina es increíble se puede nadar en ella, es profunda y tiene el agua muy fria y con el calor de agosto nos ayudó muchísimo a refrescarnos. Hemos tenido el hamman y masaje allí y también el tatuaje de henna. Es que te ofrecen la posibilidad de cualquier cosa. Ha sido un descubrimiento para mí y me han ayudado a conocer Marrakech. No elegiría otro Riad. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas!

La terraza invita a pasar el tiempo ahí, todos los detalles de este Riad están pensados . El personal es un 100! Hamza, Zacharia y Dris nos han tratado muy bien. Todos hacen que la estadía se vuelva perfecta, la amabilidad , el servicio y la disposición para todo. Nos han hecho pasar una luna de miel hermosa. El desayuno es variado y completo. Estuvimos aquí nuestros primeros días en marrakech y volvimos para terminar nuestro viaje. Tuvimos un problema con otro Riad y nos ayudaron muchísimo. La ubicación está súper bien , se llega caminando a la plaza Jemaa en 15/20 min y da la posibilidad de recorrer la Medina. Por la noche no es peligroso. EXCELENTE ! También almorzamos ahí y fue una de nuestras mejores comidas en Marruecos, recomiendo probar ! La tranquilidad dentro del Riad es increíble. Todo muy hermoso.

Cons: Esta lejos del centro de la medina y tienes que andar por calles donde no se ve ningún turista y donde han intentado engañarnos más de una vez al hacerse de noche. The Riad is so beautiful, the rooms are stunning, beautiful Moroccan architecture and decorations, each room has its own style. Beds are very comfortable and rooms have a big cupboard and nice bathroom. The highlight was the terrace, with a nice view and sunset. We had breakfast and evening tea and dinner at the terrace, food is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they were in touch days before our arrival, arranged airport tranfer and suggested activities and best restaurants to eat outside. Great follow up during our stay, mention to the young Ahmad who is all the time to serve with a big smile. Also Hamza was very responsive and gives advices. They pay attention to details, and help you open your room if you get back late so you don't make noise and we keep a quiet space for other guests. It is a bit long distance to Jamaa El Fna square, so if you like to walk it's fine, but becomes tiring to get back and forth many times. Otherwise, you can find a taxi in the next neighbourhood. Very safe area, even at night I was able to walk around 11pm back to the riad alone.
Cons: I wish it was closer to Jamaa El Fnaa.

Jamal was very kind and hardworking, he helped us print our boarding passes and also arranged a driver so we could get to the airport the day after, and helped us with our luggage. He was friendly and we had some nice conversations about local life in Marrakech. The breakfast was delicious and the location is calm. Ahmad was also very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and nice! Would definetely recommend! This is definetely a place I would return to next time I’m in Marrakech. Went here with a friend this time! They also have massage and henna treatment.

El riad es precioso. sobretodo la terraza de arriba. Lo que es INCREIBLE es el servicio y la comida. La primera noche comimos en el riad y la cna es tradicional, MUY abundante y riquisima. La limpieza es EXAHUSTIVA. He ido mil veces a Marrakesh y el mejor servicio me lo han dado en este riad. Hamza literalmente nos consiguia TODO. Taxis que llegaran a la puerta del riad (el la medina esto es complicado), excusiones privadas y personalizas por un precio casi igual al de grupo... De verdad que honestamente increible.

Per qualche sconosciuto motivo mi hanno addebitato 10 euro in più sul mio conto bancario rispetto alla prenotazione fatta con booking. Booking non ha risolto il problema e non mi hanno restituito i soldi. La struttura ha giustificato il tutto affermando problemi di cambio. Problemi non reali perchè noi avevamo prenotato con pagamento in euro.

Ahmed nous a servie le petit déjeuner avec un grand professionnalisme et a sus s'adapter, Jamel nous a fait rire dès notre arrivée nous a guider dans la villes pour trouver notre chemin . Il a pu nous donner des conseils sur la médina . Hamza le gèrent très présent, nous à bien aider pendant notre séjour, joignable à tout moment. Nous a proposé des excursion. Je n'ais jamais rencontré des personnes aussi serviable qu'eux Ce riad est vraiment une belle expérience du Maroc la beaute du lieux avec ça terrasse, une piscine qui nous rafraichie bien. Nous avons pus manger quelques soir sur place, les briwate et tajines était hyper bons. Cons: Auf Booking war die Bezahlung erledigt aber vor Ort habe ich erfahren, dass die Buchung nicht erfolgt war und ich bar bezahlen muss, jedoch musste ich eine andere Rechnung mit 10 Euro mehr bezahlen. Das Frühstück war nicht gut, billige und zu süße Produkte. Das Innenpool liegt direkt vor dem Eingang des Riads und daher kann man es leider nicht entspannt nutzen

The Riad was in a good distance to the inner city and had a very nice rooftop to enjoy breakfast and dinner if wanted. The most special thing was the friendly staff, who could be contacted at any time and helped with everything concerning our stay and all questions beyond. Tipico Riad ubicato all'interno della Medina ( vicino alle mura) . Non vicinissimo alla Piazza principale la quale comunque è raggiungibile a piedi ( 15/20 minuti) attraversando i caratteristici Souq della Medina . Nel tragitto si incontrano altri luoghi di interesse. Staff cordiale e disponibile ad accogliere tutte le nostre richieste ( ex. colazione anticipata ...taxi per aeroporto etcc..). Ottime sia la colazione che la cena servite sul rooftop il quale offre una bellissima vista su Marrakech. Hammam e massaggio ( presso la struttura) esperienza indimenticabile .

Gracias por el detalle de doble salsa de cacahuetes. Una delicia en los desayunos. Si vuelvo a Marrakech sin duda volveré allí. The strategic position in which it is located (5 minutes walk from the main streets that lead to the heart of the Medina, 20 mins from Jardin Majorelle) makes this place (and in particular the wonderful terrace) perfect for relaxing between one walk and another. The rich and delicious breakfast on the terrace is without a doubt the best way to start the day in Marrakesh. Cleaning everywhere and changing sheets every day, a detail absolutely appreciated. Possibility to dine on the terrace and book some excursions directly at reception, with a complete support package. Hamza, Jamaal and the rest of the staff were absolutely friendly, genuine and helpful with us in any kind of situation and moment, making our stay at Sun of Kech unforgettable: keep it up guys, well done! 100% recommended!

Si presenta una bella struttura, curata nel dettaglio e perfetta se si ci si vuole rilassare in vacanza. L’accoglienza e la comunicazione con l’host é stata impeccabile, abbiamo potuto in pochi giorni organizzare molte attività da svolgere dentro e fuori il Riad. Grazie alla professionalità di Hamza, ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa anche se lontani. In poco tempo siamo riusciti ad immergerci nella vera essenza di Marrakesh, tutto merito della serietà e la precisione dello staff. Consiglio assolutamente e faremo sicuramente ritorno! Beautiful roof top terrace for breakfast and dinner. The dinner served at the riad was the best we had during our holidays. The personnel was very kind and available for all if our request. The hotel manager was very helpful in arranging excursions and gave us very good tips to enjoy the city at the best.
Cons: The riad is not located in a very touristy area. It's about 25 mins walk away from the main square and you have to cross the souk to get there, which is very exiting in the day, but more difficult at night when taking a taxi is probably the best option to go back to the riad.

El alojamiento está muy limpio y el personal es fantástico. Nos ayudaron en todo momento incluso ofreciéndose en ir a recoger a una amiga que llegaba a altas horas de la noche. El desayuno riquísimo y cada día habían cosas distintas. La terraza de arriba es ideal para sentarte a tomar algo y relajarte en cualquier momento. También hay hamacas y ducha para refrescarte en la parte de arriba.
Cons: La ubicación está dentro de la Medina , solo que son unos 25 minutos andando a la plaza Jma-Lfna y a veces hay que pasar por algunos callejones que sobretodo de noche pueden crear cierta inseguridad. La piscina es preciosa solo que al ser interior y literalmente pegada a recepción no sé hasta que punto la utilizaría inlcuso en una estancia con calor.

Hamza avait tout organisé pour les soins de notre fils qui venait de se faire opérer du coude : infirmière et Kiné au Riad. L’emplacement du Riad est très bien. Dans la médina et au calme… les chambres sont très jolies, confortables, climatisées même si le Riad reste frais Les excursions et activités proposées par le Riad sont très bien. Merci à Mohamed qui nous a conduit sur les différents sites :) Et je retiendrai l’accueil de Hamza et Jamel … un immense merci !

Rooftop con vista sulla città magico, dove vengono servite colazione e volendo anche cena di altissima qualità. Tanto ci è piaciuta la cena che abbiamo deciso di fermarci tutte le sere nel Riad per goderci al meglio la magica vista e l’ottimo cibo. Camere piccole ed essenziali ma perfettamente curate e in autentico stile locale. Vivamente consigliato.

Nous n'avons pas profité du bassin (froid à cette saison, ce qui est normal), roof top très sympa pour les repas ou le petit déjeuner; taille humaine avec juste quelques chambres
Cons: La localisation est quand même un peu loin de tout. Certes c'est à 15-20 minutes de tout mais c'est à chaque fois 15-20 minutes plusieurs fois/jour. Les ruelles autour du Riad ne sont pas hyper rassurantes même si au final ça ne craint pas du tout. La 1ère station de taxi est à 10 minutes à pied

- The host Jamal was very friendly, polite and warm with the guests. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows, clean shower and cold/hot water worked well. Nice terrace on top. This riad was a quiet place to rest and to immerse yourself with local hosts. Nice breakfast. We were feeling a bit sick one of the days and we asked Jamal if he could cook some rice for us to have for dinner as we arrived quite late. He did it and gave us some bread as well, he brought the dinner for the terrace which we appreciated a lot. He asked us only for 50 dirhams. Served us some tea as well. He was very helpful.
Cons: I would not recommend to go out on your own at night, the streets around are very dark, narrow, and there are not many people around. It is located 20-30 min. walking to the centre, no ATMs nearby, and restaurants around 10 minutes walk. I didn't like the fact that the owner asked us to pay by cash, instead of paying by card. We arrived late, fortunately we gather our cash, and we had enough to pay the accommodation, but left us with little pocket money with us to do excursions the following days. It is annoying to be withdrawing money more than once, ATMs charge you fees, and you need to be looking for one around your area, which turned out they were far from the riad.

N'hésitez pas à dîner au Riad, les repas sont délicieux (et particulièrement copieux). Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Riad et aurions adoré le prolonger de quelques jours...

O Staff era simpático. Também gostamos do terraço, era fabuloso, porém tinha espaço para ser melhor cuidado (por exemplo, eles estendiam lençois no terraço, o que não achava nada bonito e luxuoso).
Cons: O quarto é dececionante, não tinha luz, nao estava bem limpo, tinha tomadas partidas, pedaços de madeira partidos dentor das gavetas dos quartos... O pequeno almoço era ok. Nao usamos a piscina.

Esperienza fantastica! Il personale è super gentile e disponibile. Sono riusciti ad aiutarmi ancora prima del mio arrivo consigliandomi delle gite e tour. All'arrivo mi sono venuti a prendere all'aeroporto e mi hanno preparato una squisita cena con cibo locale. Mi hanno consigliato il posto migliore dove cambiare i soldi e mi hanno portato una sim per avere internet al di fuori della struttura. La colazione era molto abbondante, la vista dalla terrazza è fantastica. Il riad si trova in una zona poco caotica della città all'interno della medina a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale ma lungo il percorso si trovano molte altre attrazioni turistiche. Una sera ho avuto bisogno di un taxi e il personale dell'hotel ha fatto in modo di farlo arrivare dove ero e di portarmi al riad. La gita che mi hanno consigliato alle cascate è stata fantastica. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e luminosa. Per non parlare di quanto è stato bello fare Hammam e massaggio rilassante presso la struttura.

Colazione buonissima e abbondante, belle camere e posizione strategica per spostarsi a piedi sia nella Medina che per raggiungere i giardini Majorelle. Hamza e Jamal disponibilissimi ci hanno organizzato tutti gli spostamenti in taxi (anche quelli richiesti all'ultimo minuto) e sono stati sempre molto attenti ad aiutarci e a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta immediatamente nonostante fossimo ben sette persone (dalla cena alle 21:45 al recuperarci degli ombrelli prima di uscire durante una rarissima giornata di pioggia a Marrakech). Se torneremo a Marrakech sceglieremo sicuramente ancora questo Riad! 🌸

Prise de contact avec notre hôte Hamza avant le séjour, nous avons pu tout caler avec rapidité et professionnalisme : navette aéroport, repas au restaurant du riad, réservation massage, excursions,... Aucun défaut une fois sur place: ce qui était convenu a été parfaitement respecté aux prix convenus. Merci à tout le personnel pour l'accueil, la gentillesse, les petits soins pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Le riad est très beau, décoré avec goût. Très propre. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse exceptionnelle, le temps s'y arrête .

Heel vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam en leuke gesprekken mee gehad. Het dakterras heeft een mooi uitzicht en we hebben hier heerlijk kunnen ontbijten. De kamers zijn prima, goede douche, wel wat stevige bedden en je kan wat geluiden van anderen kamers horen als mensen wat luider zijn. De ligging is top, je loopt door sfeervolle straatjes de souks in.

Le riad est bien situé dans la Médina. Le petit dejeuné est très bon et copieux. De même pour les repas dans le Riad. Les chambres sont propres et nettoyées tous les jours. Les femmes qui ont veiller a la préparation des diners doivent aussi être remercier car exceptionnelles! Nous avons étais entourer de tellement d'attention, ils ont toujours veiller de loin a notre sécurité et a nous délivrer les bonnes astuces pour découvrir ce beau pays. Het personeel was erg aardig en beleefd. Hamza zorgde ervoor dat we ons gelijk thuis voelde. En Jamal reageerde snel toen we ‘savonds tegen wat problemen aan liepen op straat. Hij bracht ons vervolgens netjes terug naar het riad. Verder was het ontbijt erg goed. En het dakterras is een pareltje. Het riad is schoon en wordt goed bijgehouden. Tijdens de Ramadan nodigde het personeel ons zelfs uit om mee te eten na Iftar. Erg lief!
Cons: De kamer is goed, alleen de douche is wat aan de kleine kant. De verlichting kan wellicht wat beter. Al met al een goed verblijf gehad hier.

The rooms were so pretty,the cleaning staff was 10/10 such a clean riad! It always smelled like roses and fresh which was a breather of the hustle and bustle of the outside world.The managing staff Hamza and Jemel were really nice and took really good care of us :) The food is genuinely amazing my favourite was the lamb tajine which was the best tajine I had while in Marrakesh would really recommend!! Honestly compliments to their amazing cooks! Meat was fresh and melted in your mouth.Also really loved the breakfast as they have a beautiful terrace and you get a different variety every morning.
Cons: There were no negative aspects about the property.Only minor thing was the fact that there was no water when we arrived but it was understandable as the city has water cuts Monday-Wednesday.But the staff provided us with solution and water for washing our hands and for the bathroom.

On est venues entre copines à Marrakech, et le séjour au riad a été juste parfait. Les photos correspondent à la réalité, c'est très mignon, décoré avec goût et confortable. La terrasse est juste magique. La chambre très confortable. le petit déjeuner et les repas que nous avons pris au riad sont excellents. Le riad est situé au bout de la médina ce qui fait que le coin est calme tout en étant à quelques minutes du souk principal, l'emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est au top, ultra serviable, agréable, sympathique, il est à l'image du riad et cela a été un vrai plus pour la beauté de notre séjour, vraiment exceptionnel. Sur les conseils d'Hamza, le gérant, qui a été aux petits soins pour nous, nous avons choisi de faire les massages, un pur moment de détente à notre arrivée, et également l'excursion dans le désert d'Agafay où nous avons été prise en charge de A à Z grâce à Hamza, cette excursion est vraiment à faire, de plus le choix des partenaires par le riad est parfait, très sérieux. Bref notre séjour a été magique et c'est avec plaisir qu'on reviendra au riad.

L’emplacement est proche du centre et calme. La déco est belle, matelas confortables, terrasse sur le toit bien aménagée et superbe pour le petit déjeuner.
Cons: C’est un Riad donc ttes les chambres donnent sur un patio central, il n’y a pas d’ouverture sur l’extérieur et si on laisse ses portes ou petites fenêtres ouvertes les autres occupants voient dans votre chambre. Donc très sombre, ce qui doit être agréable en plein été mais en mars non. Mais cela n’est pas la responsabilité de l’établissement bien sûr, il faut juste le savoir. La propreté est juste correcte, ils changent les draps tous les jours mais j’aurais plutôt préféré un protection sur les matelas et non un petit drap direct dessus. La fine couverture est sombre également mais rarement lavée et tachée. Les couettes dans les armoires n’ont pas de housses non plus et sont propres mais tache de sang que l’on a pas forcément envie de voir. Une housse serait bienvenue. Poussière sous le lit. Tous les espaces sont assez petits Le bassin visible sur les photos doit faire 2m5 sur 3,5m environ et se trouve à 2 m du guichet d’accueil dans la salle du RDC. Le bassin est juste derrière moi qud je prend la photo ci jointe et la porte de la chambre est visible au 1 étage. Donc promiscuité La déco est super, ça a du charme, mais 80e la nuit ça me semble trop pour ce niveau de standing. Personnel très aimable

Después de un largo viaje en coche llegamos al Riad. Nada más llegar nos atendió el señor Jamal, el cual nos recibió muy amablemente ofreciendonos un té. Nada mas entrar te sorprende una piscina que dan ganas de darse un pequeño bañito . Jamal nos mostró cada rincón de este precioso Riad. La habitación nada más entrar , nos brindó un olor muy agradable acorde con la preciosidad de la misma. Una habitación con mucho encanto, muy de la tierra . Seguimos hacia la terrazza , la cual no podia ser menos que la habitación , muy soleada y cómoda . Sin duda un alojamiento ideal. Gracias por todo

We spent four nights at the riad and they were awesome. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had even a bidet! The staff is at your disposal every time and always kind. A good and healthy breakfast and dinner are served by the Riad (with also a Gluten free option). Hamza (the manager) was always here to help us and comfort us.

Le Riad est conforme aux photos. La vue du rooftop, sur les toits de Marrakech au petit déjeuner est magique. Il est situé dans la médina; les principales activités sont toutes accessibles à pieds facilement. Le hammam et les soins sont parfaits. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée.

We hadden een zeer prettig verblijf in de riad. Achteraf baalden we dat we maar 6 dagen hadden geboekt. Tijdens een uitgebreid ontbijt op het dakterras heb je mooi uitzicht over de stad. De riad bevindt zich op loopafstand van de souks, in een rustig deel van de stad. Je loopt zo de souks in, waar alle drukte plaatsvindt. De medewerkers van de riad zijn erg behulpzaam en betrokken, ze brengen en halen je waar je maar heen wilt, ze denken met je mee over je planning, bieden verschillende activiteiten aan. Ze spreken goed Engels. We hebben er een aantal keer 's avonds gegeten, ook dit was goed. Op onze laatste avond hebben we gebruik gemaakt van de hammam en massages zodat we helemaal ontspannen weer richting huis konden de dag er na.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in der Altstadt von Marrakesch. Wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen. Man ist sehr schnell in der Medina, trotzdem war es sowohl nachts als auch tagsüber sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist super süß eingerichtet und die Dachterasse ist ein Traum! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet!! Zum Frühstück gab es landestypische Spezialitäten, welche wir auch echt lecker fanden!

Cons: Par contre l'établissement propose un Hammam et massage sur place, au même prix que dans un lieu spécialisé. Malheureusement la prestation n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Tout petit hammam, table brûlante, à 3 dedans pour le gommage et le masque ça n'est pas confortable du tout. Le massage en lui même est bien, mais notre chambre était trop petite et l'installation des deux lits un peu compliquée pour les deux masseuses qui étaient très bien au demeurant. Et petit bémol également pour l'odeur dans la salle de bains. La prestation est un peu survendue.

El personal es de 10. Llegamos muy noche, pedimos su servicio de transporte de la estación de tren hasta el Riad, nuestro trén se atrasó en llegar más de 30 min. y el chico nos espero. Nos quedamos super contentos cuando nos dimos cuenta que habían puesto el calentador antes de nuestra llegada : habitación calientita y lista para descansar. +Nos ayudarón a comprar unos billetes de tren para nuestro siguiente destino. I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Riad Sun of Kech in Dec’23. The property is located in a secure neighbourhood inside the medina, about 300m from kissaria bab taghzout (the nearest marketplace). Jamaa al Fanaa, one of the main hubs of the medina, was about a 1.5 km walk, which felt secure and comfortable for us at any time of the day / night. The rooms were well equipped and contained all the amenities as advertised. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the marrakesh skyline and for me was the best part of this riad. Hamza, Haleem, Jamal and other staff were a great bunch of people and left no stone unturned in ensuring that our stay went smooth. They always went the extra mile in everything, be it the breakfast, local recommendations, support with conveyance etc. Many thanks for making our Moroccan vacation memorable!

Il riad è proprio come le foto quindi molto carino. Da non perdere il rooftop view a colazione.
Cons: Dopo aver prenotato una not refundable su booking, arriviamo al Riad e ci viene detto che avremmo dovuto pagare tutto in contanti (cosa non dichiarata antecedentemente) e con una certa insistenza da parte dei portieri ci viene ricordato ogni volta che entriamo al Riad, perché per qualche motivo non vogliono che il pagamento sia fatto al checkout ma appena si entra. Per delle persone che vengono da un altro continente è difficile trovare posti convenienti per prelevare non conoscendo praticamente niente. Al pagamento non avevano in resto ed hanno insistito per farci comunque pare 150 mad (1,50€) che poi al check out erano diventati 300 senza una ragione. Abbiamo deciso di fare la cena di benvenuto, 200 mad a testa, ma ne vale la pena SOLAMENTE per la rooftop view. Ma non dimentichiamoci il quartiere in cui si trova il Riad…spaventoso e lontano da qualunque tipo di attrazione. Come ha detto uno di loro “è una zona sicura se vi tenete tutto vicino al corpo”. Io vi sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare

El Riad es precioso. Tiene una terraza con un encanto especial. El personal es atento. Es un Oasis en el medio de la Medina.

Riad muy bueno. Trato personal cercano y profesional. Jamal atento a todo y proporciona toda la informacion necesaria y mas. Con Hamza hemos coincidido menos por nuestros horarios pero tambien muy bien. Educacion exquisita de ambos y tambien del joven que atiende los desayunos. Perdon por no acordarme de su nombre. Los tres trabajan de manera excepcional. El Riad está un poco alejado de la plaza principal pero esto sirve para recorrer la medina entera y permite tener mejor conocimiento de la misma. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias por darnos unos días muy felices.
