Évaluation de l’Hôtel Ayoub Marrakech Les employés de l’hôtel, y compris le personnel de la réception, les agents de nettoyage et le personnel de la cuisine, sont très accueillants et serviables. L’établissement est propre et bien entretenu. Le spa et le hammam sont magnifiques, et l’expérience est encore meilleure grâce au professionnalisme de ceux qui y travaillent. Nous y avons passé d’excellents moments. En revanche, le petit déjeuner manque de variété et ne propose pas des produits de bonne qualité.

Cons: I stayed only one night Booked 2+adults and 2 children.. Was given rooms 214&209... Not ideal for family Breakfast is basic... Definitely not 4 star standard... More a three star hotel If your Muslim and need a bidet.... This place is not for you... They have solid pipes lead in to the toilet pan and you can imagine what you need to do with that!! The handle of the shower door was cheap plastic with chrome covering peeling off and cut my finger! No kettle or tea coffee in the room

Cons: Hôtel à fuir absolument ! Dès l’arrivée, on a compris : des lits et des assiettes sales qui traînent dans les couloirs, une ambiance sale et négligée. Le matin, impossible de dormir tellement c’est bruyant. Le petit-déjeuner ? Une catastrophe, rien de bon ni de frais. Et le pire : si vous laissez votre voiture au parking, vous la récupérez rayée et abîmée, alors qu’il y a deux gardiens et des caméras ! Cerise sur le gâteau : quand on rentre tard, le personnel nous regarde de travers. Très, très mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille totalement cet endroit.

Ik vond vooral de netheid van het hotel en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel erg prettig. Alles was goed verzorgd en het voelde erg gastvrij. De ligging van het hotel was ideaal – rustig, maar toch op korte afstand van het centrum. Daardoor konden we makkelijk de stad verkennen. De service was top! Het personeel was altijd beschikbaar om te helpen en gaf goede tips over wat te doen in Marrakech.

Cons: L'accueil par le monsieur à la réception, du début à la fin, a été hautain et très désagréable. Son attitude laisse à penser qu’il n’est pas à sa place dans ce métier. En revanche, la dame présente a fait preuve de bienveillance et d’écoute. Concernant l’hôtel, les photos publiées ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité des lieux. De plus, le petit déjeuner est très limité et insuffisamment varié.

I stayed at hotel ayoub for the weekend. I feel it is only but fair to give the actual hotel a 5star review because the staff there were amazing and the support in which come up which we needed, they were absolutely amazing, yuself the security guard needs a pay rise the man went above and beyond for me and my partner and they are all so friendly. The rooms themselves were more standard but they were cleaned daily and I felt safe leaving my belongings there i left valuables out and nothing touched apart from a lovely clean room to come back to which was spot on. I only had breakfast here so can't really comment on the food as I am not a big eater for breakfast, there is some variety there and always fresh servings being topped up, again lovely staff they make you all feel so welcome. The pool was lovely spot on 👌 always someone going around tidying area even down to moving pillows back on seated settee area etc. One thing I would only say is it does get busy there but you all take in turns and eventually will get a bed and if not a bed then we just sat on chairs or the settee area which was nice. Pools were lovely and clean and I really am a clean freak again no faults. I would highly recommend staying here . Thank you guys x

Rien ne m’a plu dans cet hôtel, sauf les personnes qui y travaillent. Le personnel était très gentil et agissait avec de bonnes intentions, surtout ceux qui travaillent au spa. Quant au personnel de la réception avec qui nous avons parlé, ils n’ont rien fait pour arrêter le bruit ou améliorer la situation, donc il n’y a eu aucun résultat. La dame qui travaille au spa était très gentille et a fait un excellent travail.
Cons: J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Ayoub Spa à Marrakech, et franchement c’était une très mauvaise expérience. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit, une ambiance chaotique, et le pire c’est que la piscine déborde sur la terrasse avec 7 transats, ce qui n’est absolument pas mentionné sur le site. Nous sommes restés dehors toute la journée, et quand nous sommes revenus, nous n’avons même pas trouvé de place pour nous asseoir. En plus, il n’y avait ni respect ni confort, impossible de dormir, les portes claquent violemment, et même après avoir parlé au personnel, aucune réaction sérieuse ni tentative de résoudre le problème. Et enfin, la moustiquaire est coupée en deux, et le lit n’est pas confortable. Honnêtement, c’est la dernière fois que je vais dans cet hôtel. Franchement, zéro sur tous les plans.

En tema de accesibilidad si eres mañoso puedes ir al baño, te dan tooodas las facilidades para que elijas la habitación que más se adapte a tus necesidades. Puedes acceder a todas las plantas y en la piscina se entra bien. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la cama de dos por dos es una maravilla.

Not far from the airport. Not far from the big Souk. Quite a few restaurants and cafes ok the same road along with little shops that sells drinks chocolates crisps etc and are open till late. It has a nice decent pool. And a gym inside.
Cons: Aircon isn't the best. We asked twice for it to be looked at, both times the receptionist said someone will come and check it, but no one came. It doesn't blast cold air like a normal air con unit does in hotels. The lift is tiny! Only 2/3 people Max. Very hard to fit in a buggy and/or luggages. The lift door closes on you hard, even if there's something in the doorway, there are no sensors like a your standard lift would have. The good TV channels have this issue where signal isn't the greatest. It has visual lagging issues. One of the plug sockets wasn't working. No kettle in the room so had to constantly go down to the bar to ask for hot water. The breakfast included is rubbish. Very rubbish options and doesn't even taste nice.

No es aceptable en un hotel que busca ofrecer confort. Buffet pésimo y sin variedad El buffet fue uno de los mayores puntos negativos. Muy poca variedad y la calidad de la comida dejaba mucho que desear. Algunos platos eran directamente malos. Cuando expresábamos nuestra insatisfacción al personal, la respuesta era indiferente: “Eso es lo que hay” o “Está bien así”, sin ningún tipo de intención de mejorar o escuchar al cliente. Piscina pequeña y ubicación poco práctica La piscina es bastante reducida para la cantidad de huéspedes que recibe el hotel. Además, la ubicación es incómoda, ya que está lejos de puntos de interés o zonas céntricas. Instalaciones antiguas y poco cuidadas El hotel, en general, se ve antiguo y no está bien mantenido. Las instalaciones necesitan una renovación urgente. La falta de mantenimiento se nota en varios aspectos, desde el mobiliario hasta las zonas comunes.

Personnels très très sympathique et à l'écoute, les lits étaient plutôt confortables et les chambres bien propres. Hotel proche du centre.
Cons: Petit déjeuner pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, très peu de choix. Les chambres sont tres bruyantes du fait que l'hôtel donne sur une rue très animée et on entend tout les bruits des voitures (24h/24h) etque c'est hyper mal isolé. Ils manquent encore pas mal d'équipements dans les chambres.

Breakfast is average and unorganised , staff has no idea what to do and serve.The most important item as safety measures are concerned are the two elevators, be very careful while getting into them because the doors has no sencor control ,quite risky.

The service was fantastic. Many thanks to the receptionist. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but you can find it by the date and time of our check-in. The room was spacious with a pool view, the bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated because we arrived very tired from the flight. The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom and the small pool could be improved, as well as the furniture in that area, with little effort and investment. As for its location, it's a bit far from the city center, but nothing a taxi from the hotel, arranged by the reception, can't solve. The included buffet breakfast was very complete. It lacked a bit of a fruit variety, but they offer juices, which compensates for it somewhat. Overall, it was a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay in Marrakech.

L’endroit était bien situé, proche du centre-ville, et les gens étaient très sympathiques, personnel de l'hôtel très sympa
Cons: Cependant, plusieurs points ont rendu le séjour moins agréable : le buffet manquait de variété, l’ambiance au service était inconfortable, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche alors qu’il faisait froid en mars, et les chambres étaient très bruyantes, on entendait les gens marcher.

Cons: J’ai pa aimé l’emplacement quartier très moche surpeuplé. Bcp de voiture donc pas de calme dans les chambres. Le grand lit dans la chambre est petit. Pour un hôtel faudrait un peu plus grand. Pas de toaster au petit déjeuner pour toaster le pain c’est inadmissible. J’étais déçue par rapport aux commentaires que j’avais lu et les notes que j’avais vu. Personnellement c’est pas un hôtel où je retournerais.

Cons: On a choisit l’hôtel pour deux raisons :4 étoiles mais franchement il vaut 3 .salle de bain boof 2: piscine 1er jour n’est pas rempli et après rempli à moitié et non nettoyer . Petit déjeuner manque toujours des plats si vous ne réclamez pas malheureusement il ne font pas nécessaire. Le 1er arrive 1er servi . Loin de la médina il faut toujours un taxi

The room was clean and very spacious. Staff at the reception was friendly, called us a taxi and printed some documents.
Cons: In the morning and at night you can hear everything from upstairs, other rooms, cleaning staff, restaurant, busy street.. so we did not get much sleep (and we really don’t wake up easily). Spa that is promoted is not included in price and is very expensive (and when we arrived it was already booked out, so we couldn’t use it). For a 4 star hotel, the breakfast could offer more.

Excellent value for money. The room was comfortable with satisfying temperature, quite warm, with a lot of light (which is great because some previous accommodations in Morocco we were staying at were quite dark and cold). The staff was very kind. Breakfast was fine.

The Hotel was adequate for a one night stay and a great value for the price, but it’s not as elegant as I am used to. I visit Morocco often and I like to stay at various hotels to experience new adventures. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The Hotel could use a little updating with the new furniture and the bathroom could use a little updating as well. However, if you’re looking for a great bargain, nice staff and a good breakfast, this hotel may be right for you.

Disappointed and a disastrous experience. The lady workimg in the reception must get her attitude and behaviour checked. Disastrous experience. First of all, upon our arrival and 2 weeks before we tried sending 3 emails, to inform the staff working at the hotel that we would be there 1 hour before checking and if it was possible to checking 1 hour before. They never answered us. When we arrived there at 12:00 the lady working in the reception treated us like dogs. I told her that we had sent a few emails to inform them that we would arrive 1 hour before, she ignored me and asked me for my identification. When she was done typing she told us that the room wasn’t ready and we must wait until 13:00. So we did, we came back at 13:00, then she made us wait another 45 minutes in the hall. Finally when the room was ready, half of the necessary things, like towels, toilet paper and so on weren’t in the room. I went down again to tell her and with a super bad attitude she answered back like we were dogs. She never apologised for not having the room ready, never apologised for them not preparing the room properly and every time we needed something she had a bad behaviour. This is only the beginning. We were in the second floor, arround 6 am you could hear everyone in the restaurant of the hotel, getting their breakfast, would hear people eating, taking plates etc.. you could simply hear everything through the walls also people in the rooms nearby. The gym is a horrible place. They have 3 bicycles and that’s it. The gym is open between 10:00 at 18:00. When it comes to the other things like Sauna, Hammam and etc.. you must pay an extra fee Breakfast: The food was really not good, the tables were dirty, the plates were dirty, the spoons, the forks, the knifes were dirty. When a group of people left a table the staff would only pick up the plates and they did not care about cleaning the table for the next people to sit. Super dirty and really not hygienic.

Cons: l'isolation phonique est terrible. Il est très difficile de dormir sans boules quies. Nous entendons toutes les voitures et klaxons de dehors, et tous les bruits dans le couloir. Il est très compliqué de se reposer réellement. Des fois, il n'y a pas de pression d'eau pour se doucher. Nous devons donc attendre que les autres clients de l'hôtel finissent leurs douches. Les serviettes de douches ne sont pas changé chaque jour, et le papier toilette non plus. Si il n'y en a plus c'est à vous de le demander.

Hotel is basically a 2 star .Almost no water flow in shower , or in sink . The shower Handel was fixed by tissue paper .Nothing for tea or water boiler in room . Aircondition was switched off rom temperature was not pleasant . Massage was just ok so was hammam !!! Staff was friendly and helpful. But location is good near to restaurant and shops. I don’t recommend if you are traveling with kids !

The room and toilets need refurbish. Everything in the room was old and dirty! The water flow and pressure was so low and the shower glass door was broken and we could not open it ! There was stains everywhere on the bedsheets ! Terrible ! Highly recommend to AVOID staying at this hotel 👎

Cons: Am Tag meiner Abreise wurde ich von einem Tour Operator abgeholt. Ich habe drei Mal nachgefragt, an welchem der beiden (!!) Ein- bzw Ausgänge (zwei Rezeptionen) des Hotels ich warten sollte. Jedes Mal wurde mir von jeweils anderen Mitarbeitern des Hotels bestätigt an der Rezeption zu warten, an der ich eingecheckt hatte. Es stellte sich im Nachhinein heraus, dass das nicht richtig war. Nach wiederholtem Nachfragen und insistieren meinerseits musste ich schlussendlich ziemlich schnell mit meinem Gepäck quer durchs Haus auf die andere Seite des Hotels sprinten, wo ein Bus voller Leute über eine halbe Stunde auf mich gewartet hatten, während ich auf der anderen Seite ungeduldig auf meinen Pick Up gewartet hatte...

Ok for a night or two. Stayed two nights bookending a Gebel Toubkal trek. First room AC didn’t work so was uncomfortable night. Second room was over the front road which was a bit noisy. Rooms were a good size and bathrooms looked good, but lacked a few toiletries. Only one sachet of shampoo and one soap. At night the lights on the stairs go out and you have to fumble to find the switch to turn them on which is a bit dodgy in the dark, else you need a torch to go up or down. Breakfast was disappointing for what was supposed to be a 4* hotel, just bread and salad and a few hot options. No omelet or misemen, or local dishes. It’s a bit far from the medina, so unless you want to sweat the 40 min walk then you need a taxi. Nearby local cafes offer good food for local prices rather than the 200dirhams they wanted for a buffet Dinner. I got Sharwarma, fries and a drink for only a few dirhams just along the road. It’s a dry hotel, as a lot are, but there is a shop next door which sells soft drinks and 0% Beer. I guess it was ok for the price.

Nice rooms, elegant design, spotlessly clean. Breakfast continental and a real letdown compared to other counterpart hotels, which offer more local offerings as well (e.g. Imperial Plaza). VERY noisy locks - if you, like me, are a light sleeper, you'll hear people clicking and clunking all night. Really poor design choice a hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for seven nights, double bed room. Although overall it was good, it good be better regarding the cleanliness. They changed the towels every day. The bed sheets were clean, but they didn't change it during these seven days. The staff were nice and polite. Location was good, 3km from the medina, so we could go there by walking. Nearby there are several little shops, pharmacy, and fast food restaurants. We didn't use the pool or spa.

OUHHHH our trip to Morocco this was the worst hotel of all those we stayed in, we even stayed there It seems nice to look at, the common areas, The room was a disaster the sink clogged (the water wouldn't flow), theA/C that didn't work... it only delivered boiling water and the shower.. ..hot water and little cold water came out... disgusting. We brought this to our attention. guide who reported it to the reception, but the next day nothing had been done, I asked if their assistance but it seems that the owner she is not helping the staff to react to the guest complains i don't recommend this hotel :(

Le personnel de nettoyage était au top tous les jours j’avais des serviettes propre avec des produits pour se laver. Le lit était confortable et on était à 20min à pied du Jardin Majorelle. Les réceptionniste était gentil. Les cocktails au bar étaient excellent.
Cons: Le jacuzzi n’avait que 2 pressions sur les 5 qui fonctionnait, certains carreaux de la piscine commençait à partir. Petit déjeuner correct mais c’était tous les jours la même chose il n’y avait pas de changement.

Das Hotel ist toll wir sind das zweite Mal in dem Hotel und haben uns wie beim ersten Mal total wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind Groß, schöne Möbel und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und es gibt frisch gemachte marokkanische Pfannkuchen und Msemen (marokkanisches Pfannenbrot) die Dame, die es direkt für einen zubereitet ist sehr herzlich und geht auf die Wünsche ein. Danke an dieser Stelle noch mal an die Dame. Wir werden wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf.
Cons: Das Bett war für uns ungemütlich, war zwar groß und schön, aber die Matratze war uns zu fest.
