Cons: La camera non era neanche minimamente paragonabile a quella mostrata su booking al momento della prenotazione. ci hanno assegnato una stanza ricavata da una veranda fatiscente sul terrazzo.Bagno e letto decisamente non puliti. Abbiamo lasciato il riad dopo una notte e senza rimborso.

Un grand merci à notre hôte ainsi qu’aux deux dames qui nous ont accueillis et servis avec tant de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Toute l’équipe a été très à l’écoute et s’est parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins avec beaucoup de bienveillance. La localisation était parfaite, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un merci tout particulier à Mouad pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Nous avons vraiment apprécié chaque moment. Merci encore !

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre, which makes it very easy to move around and explore. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well organised, and feels genuinely authentic. The bedroom was a good size for a couple and was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We are both lactose intolerant, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, adapting the breakfast to suit our needs without any issue. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would happily return.

A pretty, small Riad, with extremely comfortable beds - probably the best sleep I’d had in days. Really close to the main busy area but very accessible and ever so quiet! The staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, specially if in similar circumstances (I was travelling with an older companion so location was crucial).
Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but, at a push, the bathroom was possibly a bit on the small side. I can’t comment on the breakfast, although assume it would have been good - we were leaving very early and, although they offered to pack something up for us, we didn’t take them up on it.

Beautiful hotel with a very central location. Also, the included breakfast was plenty and delicious. The hotel personal (shoutout Mouad) was very friendly and courteous. The Rooftop was a nice-added bonus on top!

La posizione è perfetta: sei in centro, ma fuori dal caos dei souk e il taxi può lasciarti praticamente davanti all’ingresso, cosa non scontata a Marrakech, dove spesso bisogna fare tratti a piedi con le valigie. Le stanze sono pulite e accoglienti, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. La colazione è abbondante e molto buona; abbiamo anche chiesto di anticiparla perche avevamo un’escursione e ci hanno accontentato. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole: consigliatissimo.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely refreshing glass of tea and the guy on reception showed us a map and pointed out key areas to visit even though we didn’t arrive til after 10pm. The same man also very kindly put on breakfast early for us one day as we were getting picked up for a trip at 9am. The breakfast was plentiful and everywhere was nice & clean. The location was great too. All the main places were well within walking distance for us.
Cons: We were in the rooftop room which was lovely but can be a little noisy at times due to the location but it wasn’t an issue overall. Also the bed was a little too firm for me but that’s just personal preference.

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Riad. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich willkommen vom ersten Moment an. Die Zimmer sind sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig – perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag in der Medina zu entspannen. Das Frühstück war frisch, lecker und wurde mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch die Lage ist ideal: mitten in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem gut zu finden und sicher. Ich kann dieses Riad wirklich jedem empfehlen, der in Marrakesch eine gemütliche, schöne und authentische Unterkunft sucht. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Helpful and friendly staff in a perfect location for seeing the medina and markets. Very pretty room and courtyard.
Cons: This is an old traditional Riad so the room needs to be kept aired to avoid a musty smell. The internal patio was at times busy with other guests and with our windows open could he noisy. TV only worked on Netflix with my own sign-in.

The location was quite central, just a five-minute walk from the Jamaa El-Fnaa square. The accommodations were clean, the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We encountered a problem with our initial room, and the following day, we were provided with a different one.
Cons: We found the initial room to have an unpleasant odor, as though it had been unoccupied for quite some time, but fortunately, they were able to provide us with a different room the following day.

A Riad nagyon jó helyen van, egy csendes utcában, pár percre a tértől. A szoba tiszta és rendezett, ahogyan az egész riad is. Finom a reggeli is. Mindenben igyekeztek a vendég kedvében járni. Szívesen ajánlom a riadot.

The owner and the staff were lovely, siad went out is way to help, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. As the pool was not in this hotel. I was able use the other one at the other hotel.

Cons: Dopo tanti anni di viaggi e prenotazioni su booking ci siamo trovati in una situazione decisamente grottesca. Una camera al secondo piano verso le 14 aveva un problema al bagno e due operai hanno iniziato dalle prime ore del pomeriggio a utilizzare un martello pneumatico.Nostro malgrado,causa le temperature elevate,non potevamo uscire dalla struttura e davanti alle nostre rimostranze l'addetto si è scusato ma ha continuato imperterrito fino alle 18. Questa situazione è assurda visto anche il costo della camera(non corrispondente alla foto)e la totale mancanza di cura verso il cliente.Non consiglio a nessuno di venire qui.Allego foto del lavori

We liked the place very much. A small Riad almost in the main square. The kindness of the staff was impressive . We appreciate it very much. It was not only the clean hotel or the smile by the door. But for us were the little things that the staff did for the guests. The very little details matter a lot. And in our view the boss of the Riad should be very very lucky with this kind of workers.

The riad is in a really good location, just a short walk from one of the main streets (good with luggage) and also a short walk to Jemaa El Fnaa square, shopping streets and restaurants. The riad is really beautiful. The breakfast is served on the rooftop, very nice! Also the staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons: - Additional transfer service from the airport failed (we waited for a long period of time - more than one hour - and we were given the information that the driver was "really close-by / at the airport looking for us" but he never arrived until we got the taxi tickets) and ended up taking a taxi from the airport until the Riad - One day we waited some time to enter the Riad because nobody was there to open the door (and it was raining)

Staff - incredibly nice and helpful. Location - very central next to the market but easy enough to navigate to the main road. Breakfast - delicious! Peaceful and quiet.
Cons: The terrace and some furniture in it unfortunately were marked by cat urine and had a very strong smell. It’s not hotels fault as Marrakesh in general has a lot of stray cats, which is difficult to control. We could not enjoy the place fully for that reason. But loved the cats that were there regardless :)

Fantastic location, near the square but far enough away as to not be noisy but not too far to be scary. Someone was always there to open the gate that was closed at all times and answer questions. The staff were sweet and helpful, the breakfast looked (and was) simple but it was fresh, filling and tasteful. The room was basic but it had almost everything we needed including a good hairdryer so we were happy. We have never been to Marrakech before so it’s hard to compare the standards
Cons: More as feedback to the property I would say we needed a second smaller towel each for our hair( seems to be across Morocco an issue) , hand soap, labels on the mystery pink and blue bottles and a hook to put towel near shower, maybe on the door?

We had an amazing stay here, 100% recommend. The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and constantly going the extra mile for guests. The location is great, very close to the medina and tourist hotspots. The Riad is so clean and the building is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great value for money, don’t hesitate!

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Marrakech and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with anything I needed, especially Asia and Mariam, who were consistently attentive. Abdul was also a kind and helpful individual, though there is room for improvement in his approach. His way of showing care sometimes felt a bit overwhelming, particularly for solo female travelers. At times, it seemed he wanted to be overly involved in my activities, asking questions about my whereabouts and why I was out late at night, as well as who I was spending time with, or if it was a guy or girl.. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delightful. I recommend this Riad!

Our host Abdul was very welcoming. Very polite always smiling. He made us a breakfast slightly earlier when we wanted as we were going for a day trip. Rooms were clean and tidy, beds comfortable with bouncy pillows. Air con worked fab and didn't smell. Rooftop facility and cosy sofas there was another thing we loved. Great place to stay for a few nights.
Cons: As we live in very quiet area close to woods we struggled a bit with the noise coming from outside. Night life takes time to calm down and bikes going back and forth didn't help to fast asleep. The fact the car garage was located nearby and place where thy fix the mopeds didn't help. There is nothing what you can do to reduce the notice as there is a small fixed window fitted in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the hot water tap on the wash hand basin. The water came out at a trickle and couldn't fully turn the tap off. The breakfast was very good with a variety of different things to eat, including pancakes, omelette, crumpets with jam, honey and peanut butter. The staff were lovely people and they couldn't do enough for us, especially Mohammad.

We stayed for 5 nights at Riad Morocco Sky. As previous visitors have mentioned, the location is fantastic – centrally located and only about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Youssan and Mohammed, the two hosts, were both incredibly attentive. We were not familiar with the concept of a Riad, but both hosts went above and beyond to make the place feel like a home. For example, we were offered tea multiple times, and after our day trips, they would ask how our day went. The Riad offered day tours to popular spots, and we could easily and spontaneously book them (for example, at 10 p.m. the night before for the next day). We were even picked up directly from the Riad. The same goes for airport transfers – we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Additionally, they gave us great tips on what to see and how to plan our visits. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness – the beds were made daily, and we received fresh towels every day. Breakfast was excellent, and when we had an early trip, they even provided a breakfast to go. A lovely bonus was the beautiful rooftop terrace.
Cons: The only slightly uncomfortable point we could mention was that our room was on the ground, with direct access through the main common area. Proper ventilation was only possible by leaving the door open, which, if you didn’t want to leave the room open, affected the air humidity and, consequently, the luggage (we had slightly damp clothes).

On arrival we were greeted with such a warm welcome and mint tea, Yassine the man who welcomed us was the most friendly and helpful host I have ever had, he truly made our stay so comfortable and pleasurable, he always made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, Mariam at breakfast was also so lovely making us eggs as requested. The rooms were SUPER clean and the bed were very comfortable. It's not even a 2 minute walk to the Medina. Also a beautiful roof terrace. I Will come back here if I stay again, would definitely recommend this riad.

I loved the place and its staff, this 2 young guys are the best, they were there every second for us, helping and serving all the time! I definitely will come back to the same Riad and also good location, every evening going back to our Hotel which is just behind the center :D also not forgetting the welcoming with a delicious Moroccan tea 🫖

This property felt so homely. Has a terrace and our host yassine was so kind and accommodating towards our needs. This is a basic Riad and has everything you need for your stay in marakkech. Everything about this Riad was outstanding. The location was perfect, right around the corner from Jemaa El Fnaa. The Riad itself is absolutely beautiful, so clean and fresh. The beds are super comfortable and the shower was really good. The air con was perfect. The staff are in a different league altogether, they are beyond helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. We got up late one of the mornings and Ilham brought us breakfast to our room. She is fantastic, and she cleaned our room everyday to a very high stsndard. David was always around if we needed anything and was super friendly, kind and helpful. The first night, Youness was working and he was fantastic also. I had a group activity very early the next morning and he organised breakfast for me at 7am (breakfast starts at 8). I cannot recommend this Riad enough, it went above and beyond my expectations. But above all else, I truly felt at home here and that is down to the phenomenal staff that work here, their friendliness, kindness, hospitality and professionalism are the best I've seen. I will definitely be back.

The room description is nothing like what you get...bath,large room... TV, fireplace. The reality. The size, lack of fire place, TV,bath and the whole ambience. Even the shower wouldn't work. Not to mention the vegan breakfast. The other reason why I booked the room. I was offered bread with butter, honey and coffee with cows milk. The room was like a basement. If we opened the shutters, there was no glass. So we got the noise from the reception/kitchen area, plus the mosquito problem. In private,one of the staff told us that the room we were staying in was previously staff accommodation, but the owner decided to rent it out for further income .

The Riad managed by Davude exceeded our expectations, fresh breakfast every morning, lovely personal, an easy 5 min walk of the market in a quiet place. There are excursions that you can hire in the same riad to explore Marrakesh and its beautiful culture.The last day they even dress us in ber ber clothes trully an amazing experience. The Riad is lovely, clean, fresh and accesible would repeat for sure!.
Cons: The only complaint I have is the soundproofing of the rooms, as we were in the bottom level and close to main entrance we could here what was happening outside it was not a really big problem because the people are quite considerate and dont make too much noise but if you are a light sleeper you should take a couple of ear plugs just in case :)

Riad a few steps from the main attractions (El Bahia palace, Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa el-Fnaa, El Badi palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, Saadian tombs...). The owner, David, very helpful, kind... we arrived around one in the morning due to a flight delay and he welcomed us with serenity, giving us two bottles of water, some Moroccan biscuits and two very delicious juices. Abundant breakfast. spacious and comfortable bed. Also very helpful in choosing restaurants and excursions. We will definitely be back!!!

Very nice, quiet and bright Riad. The rooms are clean and comfy (and warm in Winter!), the bathroom was big, european standard with some local touch. Dhaoud was a very friendly host, who took care of all our needs. After traveling Morocco for almost 3 weeks this was a very pleasant stay for our last night. 5 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fnaa placa, still reachable by Taxi or close to the Airport bus station. So everythink really was perfect for us.

This is my 2nd review as I had two bookings at the Riad Morocco Sky. Here I must praise David (Daoud) once again. When I arrived at the airport and went to baggage claim, I unfortunately noticed that the wheels of my suitcase were broken, so I had trouble moving the suitcase. When I arrived in the Riad, David took care of the wheels and repaired them. Thank you very much. That saved me a lot of stress on my return flight! The service David offers his customers is exceptional.

It was a guest's birthday and David had organized a little surprise. Whenever I had questions, e.g. about tours, restaurants, where to find what, etc. David was always helpful. Overall it was a great experience!

Cons: Note that the building and some of the rooms share a wall with a car repair garage that is very noisy during the daytime (lots of hammering and revving). Bring earplugs if you plan on napping in the AC during the hottest hours of the day.

Cons: The room is too small. We stayed 3 nights. The 1st night we were given a room on the 1st floor,. It's the smallest room we have stayed in the past 30 years. There are even no spaces to put your luggage. The room for the 2nd and 3rd nights is on the 2nd floor and still so small that we have to put our luggage on the bed to organize our items. There are no tables or nightstands (even a small one) in the room. Sink /bathroom smell is another thing you have to know before booking.

The girl (I don't remember her name) was always smiley and Reda was always available to answer to our questions and help us. Ask him to book you excursions, it's much cheaper. Everyday they made us breakfast even if we had to leave for excursions before the breakfast time. The room was comfortable and clean and the riad very cosy! I really recommend it.

Hassan was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had to be picked up for a tour at 7:20am and he woke up to make us dinner at 7am (great breakfast). We really appreciated that. When we left for our tour, we forgot our wallet in the room, he called us and he came running to the pick up point to give it back to us. Book tours with him, he will get you great deals.

Cons: I booked room for one night from 22 to 23 December 2022. I saw great photos of the room and Riad but when we came we got a completely different room, smaller and not that nice (you can see that on the photos in this review). At night, when going to sleep, we saw bed bugs on the pillows. We called for the host who told us that “it is OK, and they are not dangerous because it is not Amazonia”. We asked for a different room but the Riad was fully booked so we had to stay there and it was too late to look for another place to stay. So, we asked at least for a new sheet and the host told us that he didn’t have any more. After arguing he finally found only a bed sheet, nothing more so we had to sleep without any pillows and cover. The night was cold (8 Celsius degrees), so we had to lay down under our coats. During the night we were not sleeping because there were more bed bugs and we tried not to get beaten and save our stuff from them. We found their larvas in the bed frame. In the morning we told the host about it but he still told us that “it is nothing bad”, he did not apologize to us or feel guilty. We kindly asked for a refund, but the host told us that he is not the boss so he could not do anything, but the boss would come at 10 or noon. We waited but the boss didn’t show up and did not answer the phone. In the end, we also didn’t get any breakfast. There are so many better places to stay but this night was one of the most terrible nights we ever had. We strongly avoid booking this Riad. Stay away from it if you don’t want to get bed bugs and if you are looking for a good host who cares. Look at the pictures for confirmation.

The riad was lovely. The location was so close to the main square and the souk (just around the corner), yet peaceful and quiet at night. The communication was excellent and they organised a taxi from and to the airport. They gave great advice about the local attractions, without any pressure. They served a fabulous breakfast on the roof terrace every morning.. I have to mention Zackaria who was friendly, helpful and smiling every day...what a lovely man,nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely return.

So I never stayed at morocco sky but around the corner the same owners built a brand new Riad called Ridah Makech it’s brand new only been open a month and the finishing is modern chic meets morocco. The number one thing that really caught my attention was the excellent WiFi one thing about morrocco is the WiFi no matter where you are 5* or 1* is all the same. Said the manager and owner speaks English and French and was so supportive of me especially since I was travelling alone my first couple of days I was pretty much getting ripped off my every taxi and anyone who sold me something but with the help of said he took me shopping and done all my haggling for me which makes a massive difference he advised me on so many things I am very grateful for him. My taxi to him was 200 now he has organised a taxi to take me back to the airport for less than half of that price he also organise me to go to the local hammam where a lady scrubbed my whole body and the whole experience cost me less then 10 pounds. Across the road from the Riad was a little cafe which serves breakfast and lunch yesterday I had bean for £1 and today I had meat Tagine for £1.30 if I ever come back to morocco this is the only place for me to stay I feel like I’m at home thank you so much to said and all the staff for going above and beyond for me. I’m currently on the roof top sunbathing and even though I have checked out he has extended the luxury of me having a shower before I bored the plane tonight no oth hotel gives you too service like this I cannot thank you again and I cannot wait to be back here in my second home away from home. location is excellent ,around the corner from the main square Jemaa el Fna .breakfast is very minimal,breads,jam,butter and coffee,always had to ask to reheat the coffee,The photos on the riad provided by the riad is very misleading,rooms dont look similiar.staff do try to help where they can but twice when coming back from the tour the riads doors were locked and we could not get in.Had to wait for zachariya to come and open up for us.Rooms have no refrigerators.Wifi is best in the lobby.he room on the 1st floor and the side of the street is very noise anytime day and night.There is a motor bike repair shop on the street and these bikes make noise all day and night.One night we found a huge crawling insect andchased it around the room moving the cupboards ,eventually we found and killed it but also found the previous guest clothing under the cupboard ,says alot about the cleaning service in the riad.keep windows closed at all times.Not once did the cleaning service clean the room in our 5 day stay.The shower is a hand shower and has no door or shower curtain and the floors become completely wet when you take a shower.towels are never replaced in the riad,take ur own if you plan a long stay.The owner did help to get us a taxi service to atlas mountains and the airport.if you back packing the riad is okay,not for relaxing,The other couple who was with us room was tiny and very dark on the 1st floor

We booked well in advance but on arriving at Marrakech Menara airport were told that because of some mishap we would be staying one night at the other Riad that's run by the couple, Riad Lakhdar. A nice Riad, about 10 minutes walk from the main square Jema al Fna. The next day we were transported to Riad Morocco Sky. The reserved room, Koutoubia Suite, suddenly turned out to be a tiny room: small, just enough room for one double bed and a single. Now, in a Riad the rooms are al situated round an small courtyard and therefor not wide but somewhat elongated. However some rooms are rally very tiny. No cupboards, 2 hooks for hanging your wardrobe, a small chest of drawers. Bedding is absolutely minimal,: a coarse cotton blanket and if you pry it loose, a cotton bedsheet. If cold, an extra blanket will be brought in, still in the plastic suitcase in which it is bought. The bathroom is about 90 cms wide but contains a shower which will soak anything in the bathroom and beyond since the doors can't close from the inside. A very beautiful copper sink though..It is clear that the house is undergoing renovations and perhaps will get al the little things that make a house look nice in stead of half done. Location is great, literally 3 minutes walk to the Fna. However you will have to accept 06:45 wake up from a guy that sets up his foodstall right underneath your window..The owner does try to be helpful but is very busy and rarely present. Breakfast is served if you ask for it and is a mix of Moroccan and continental, some pastry, jam and coffee with warm milk. In summary: acceptable, perhaps good if ever fully renovated. Clean, but bedding leaves much to be improved. Price is however commensurate (we paid €39/night). A great place to start exploring Marrakech, not for relaxing and staying in..

People are very nice and helpful. They look after you as a family. Any help required is provided. Nice stay at good rates. No need to worry if you have any complaints and they will accomodate your request. You can be assured that they will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

I am staying now for 3 days said and his friends are so kind and this Raid is so comfortable!!!!!! breakfast is very good!!!!!! and Location is close to Jemma and supermarket everything is perfect!!! Thanks so much I feel so Good! Thanks so much I feel so Good!
