Abbiamo soggiornato prima in una camera standard e poi in una superior, la prima era ok, la seconda decisamente ampia e confortevole. L'hotel si trova nel quartiere nuovo di Marrakech, a 15 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto (12€). Il centro dista solo 2km, si raggiunge bene a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Personnel au top de la gentillesse et de la disponibilité. L'hôtel est idéalement placé dans Marrakech. On peut tout faire à pied ou presque. Le seul bémol : la télévision comporte plus de 300 chaines, pas une française ni anglaise.

Cons: Csak olyan van ami nem tetszett. Először is a szobában a törölközők koszosak voltak, ilyen sárga foltok voltak rajtuk. Az ágynemű is foltos volt, plusz a takaró alatt haj vagy szőrszálakat találtam, feketét.. (szőke vagyok). A zuhany tele volt vízkővel, tisztának se tűnt, a WC-t szintén hagyjuk. A tv nem működött, plusz csak franciául írt ki valamit. Na és ugye én 5 éjszakát foglaltam, ki is fizettem, viszont közbe volt egy programom, egy 3 napos sivatagi túra szóval eljöttem a harmadik nap reggelén, ahol szóltam a recepción hogy vissza jövök csak programom van, de a szobakulcsot elkérte a recepciós, nem is értettem. Majd visszajöttem az ötödik napon az utolsó éjszakámra, majd kiderült hogy a recepciós nem tud angolul (nem aki elvette a kulcsot, bár mint kiderült ő sem tudott csak franciául), és felhívott valami nőt aki közölte hogy a kedves recepciós kijelentkeztetett, miközben direkt szóltam neki hogy vissza jövök. Aztán felhívott a nő valami hotelt hogy van e szabad szoba mert az én volt szobám már ki lett adva. Szerencsémre a másik hotelbe volt szabad szoba bár ez nem rajtuk múlt.

Cons: Some reception staff was quite difficult with simple queries and request well within remits of usual travel (i.e. leaving baggage in the hotel post check out and similar). Cleaning staff was very hard working but not sure why hotel uses bleach for cleaning, it is very chemical and smell is overpowering in the room. It is also not healthy for the staff to work with it all the time. Breakfast could have been better too, and coffee as well as it was very poor quality and better coffee was charged for.

What a shame. I was going to say what a great value and well-run little hotel this was, until it was time to pay. Then I encountered a rather rude, unprofessional receptionist - he wouldn't accept credit cards to pay for my meal; told me I was "crazy" and that I'd have to walk 10 minutes (in a thunderstorm!) to withdraw money from an ATM to pay for it. Never seen anything like it. As I said, a real shame - up to that point, I'd been very happy with my stay at the hotel. I'd still recommend it but make sure you take plenty of cash to pay for extras like food.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier de Gueliz, à proximité des bus et taxis. Il est à l'écart dans la rue donc très calme. Le cadre est très agréable et reposant. La literie est très bonne. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et varié. Le thé à la menthe est très bon. Le personnel est très sympathique tout en restant discret, il est à nos petits soins. Si je reviens à Marrakech, je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel sans hésiter. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Merci à toute l’équipe 🙏

L emplacement est idéal proche de tout,de nombreux restaurants autour très bien. L arrêt de bus à moins de 5 mn. J ai aimé ce petit hôtel, mention spéciale au personnel qui est d une gentillesse et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et il y a même du jus d orange pressé, je précise car pour avoir fait plusieurs hôtels de cette catégorie à Marrakech ce n est pas souvent le cas!
Cons: Dans les chambres pour 1 personne au rez-de-chaussée, le manque d éclairage ,et il est dommage que côté piscine ou l on mange ce ne soit pas plus éclairé le soir, j avoue que je n y ai pas mangé à cause de cela...

Établissement propre et acceuil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu le coin de la piscine, ce qui à été particulièrement agréable ! Le petit déjeuner était vraiment super et bon ! La chambre sentait bon et très propre ! Le personnel très poli, souriant et serviable ! C'était un endroit calme et le chant des oiseaux le matin vraiment magique ! L'emplacement est très bien, à l'écart des axes de circulation , donc à l'abri du bruit- nuisance qui impacte pas mal d'hôtels à Marrakech- tout en étant en plein centre de Gueliz. Le personnel est adorable : nous avions réservé pour 8 jours, notre souhait a été exaucé rapidement de changer de chambre car celle de la première nuit présentait quelques inconvénients en termes de fonctionnalités pour une chambre double. Le personnel de l'accueil a été compréhensif et réactif, ce qui est un bon point pour l'hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner pour finir . Mais le local pdj est plutôt exiguë.
Cons: Nous ne cherchons pas le luxe mais un fonctionnel correct. La première nuit : la chambre était quelque peu exiguë pour 2 personnes, pour le lit qui est pratiquement contre le mur , rendant incommode le mouvement d'une personne du couple. De même pour la salle d'eau - toilette assez serrée. Tout au plus cette chambre peut convenir comme " single". Pour les 7 autres nuits, la chambre était très convenable, si ce n'est la porte coulissante de la salle d'eau et sanitaire, qui coulissait très mal et à moitié occultée, ce qui représente une gêne pour l'intimité. L'hôtel y gagnerait de changer ce système.

Swimming pool looked great too but that'd be moreso for the warmer months. Shower was great too

The service was poor overall, with repeated requests often ignored or only partially addressed. The room was very dark and uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not heat the room properly and instead blew air directly at us, making it unpleasant rather than warm. The bathroom was also below standard—the toilet was loose, and the lighting was inadequate. After requesting extra towels for three days, we were given only one towel to share between two people, which was unacceptable. Breakfast was another letdown, as the food was very cold and unappetizing. .

Niveau rapport qualité prix, je recommande fortement cet hôtel (j’ai séjourné dans 2 autres hôtels, 4 étoiles cette fois mais 2 fois plus cher et le double du prix ne se justifiait pas vraiment) Bon, la salle de bain était vieillotte mais bon, pour un 3 étoiles et le prix, c’était quand même correct et propre.
Cons: Le matelas était trop dur pour moi. Le fait qu’il faille attendre bien 2-3 minutes pour que l’eau de la douche soit enfin chaude. Pas de porte pour séparer la salle de bain de la chambre mais uniquement un rideau mais vu que je voyageais seule, ce n’était pas trop un problème.

The room was very comfortable, warm and clean. Extra pillows and blankets were provided. Soap and shower gel in abundance. Hot water. Not noisy. The choice of food was slightly limited, but there was a set menu to choose from. Everything from the menu was very tasty, fresh and served hot. The staff were very nice and polite. They tried to do their best to make my stay comfortable. Thanks to everyone!

Die Lage ist gut, in der neuen Stadt. Bei Ausflügen wird man zuerst abgeholt. Zu Medina läuft man so 20-25 Minuten. Daneben gibt es einen großen Einkaufsmarkt. Das Frühstück wird von 7 bis 10:30 Uhr serviert das ist echt gut. Das Abendessen war mega - 3 Gänge und man kann theoretisch von mittags bis 22:00 Uhr das Abendessen bekommen. Falls man einen guten Preis bekommt sollte man das Abendessen unbedingt mitbuchen.
Cons: Das Frühstück ist kalt und die Auswahl ist gering. Es gab nur 3 Tische drin und der Rest draußen. Im Sommer kein Problem aber im Winter ist es draußen sehr kalt. Die Zimmer sind echt abgewohnt und schon lange nicht mehr modern. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Toulousain début novembre. Mon séjour à Marrakech s'est fait en 2 temps et au total j'ai réservé 7 nuits. Le sourire, l'écoute et la gentillesse du personnel m'ont touchés. Il est à votre service et arrangeant. Accueil 24h/24 (super car mon avion est arrivé à 1h du matin). L'hôtel est propre et agréable (différents espaces, plusieurs coins pour se poser, repas au bord de la piscine...). L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier "sûr", à proximité des commerces, des restauants, de bureaux de changes, des gares routière et ferroviaire, à 2mn en taxi ou quelques minutes à pieds de la place Jemaa el Fna. En marchant j'ai pu découvrir un joli parc, l'Ensemble Artisanal, la poste... Les chambres sont grandes, propres, bien équipées (télé, mini frigo, coffre-fort, penderie, étagères, sèche-cheveux). La literie est super confortable (ferme). Le rapport qualité/prix de cet hôtel est top. Je recommande :-)

This modern hotel is great value for money. It's not luxury but everything is of a good standard. The bedroom was large with a double and a single bed. Breakfast was decent although did not have a wide choice range - an omelette could be had at extra cost. Staff were friendly although they did seem worried that I was going to leave without paying for a few extras I took which was rather silly. Maybe they just do not trust foreigners! :-)
Cons: I arranged for a taxi to meet me at the airport but unfortunately and fristratingly he turned up thirty minutes late and, as I arrived at 22.00 and was very tired, that was not great. The wifi was not great - they have three or four separate wifi connectiones dependent upon where you are in the hotel. When they functioned they were good but quite often, especially during the night, they didn't work. And finally, but not too importantly, the coffee at breakfast was awful :-)

Size of the room was good, and I had an extra bed, even though didn't need. Room was clean and tidy. Check-in was relatively simple, and payment had already been taken through Booking.com. If I was there for the modern part of Marrakech, then location would be good.
Cons: Had to pay the city tax in cash upon arrival, which if you don't have cash in hand, this can be and was annoying and messy (atms are unreliable/ not secure in Morocco). The room they gave me was directly next to reception, and so you could hear everything. The window of the room didn't lock, which provided someone direct access from the street to break-in. Since I stayed only overnight for an early flight the next morning I needed to leave early. Was disturbed in the early hours by snoring that you could hear from the room - turned out to be the receptionist who was sleeping in the lobby, so I let myself out. They didn't offer to pack a breakfast, since I was leaving before the breakfast hours.

אהבתי מאוד את המיקום של המקום ואת הבריכה. היה מאוד נוח למצוא את המקום וסה״כ הוא נותן חוויה מאוד מרוקאית בנראות. היה מזגן מעולה בחדר ואני חושבת שהמיקום מפצה על הרבה דברים.
Cons: לא אהבתי את הריח בחדר, היה מאוד חנוק. נשארנו שלושה לילות סה״כ ואף אחד לא נכנס פעם אחת לנקות או לסדר את החדר. לא היה מספיק נקי והבחור בקבלה הייתה מאוד לא נעימה ביחס לשאר חברי הצוות שהיה אפשר לתקשר איתם. הארוחת בוקר הייתה מאוד עייפה ולא מפנקת ביחס למקומות אחרים במרוקו.

Cons: Via the hotel we booked a taxi to the airport. At the hotel it was communicated that the price was 150 dirham. At the airport the taxi driver wanted more money and said it was 250 dirhams - and made this gesture by looking at his phone. I immediately told it him we agreed 150 dirham and then he said in was 200 dirham. We settled at 200 dirham but it wasn’t a nice gesture to get a tip. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but good to know.

Le petit déjeuner est à revoir, pas beaucoup de choix, nous avons été obligé de demander des pains au chocolat tous les matins car ils ne le mettaient pas. Tout était en cuisine. Nous en avions eu que 3 et ils nous ont dit qu’il n’y en avait plus alors que c’est censé être un petit déjeuner à volonté et c’était la même réponse tous les matins durant le séjour.

Eine Oase der Ruhe in mitten dieser quirligen Stadt (außer wer Vogelzwitschern als Lärm empfindet) unweit von Restaurants (sehr zu empfehlen CHONCHON &CHOCOLT - schau rein und lass dich überraschen) und einem Einkaufszentrum gelegen. Der kleine Pool - klein aber fein wohl bemerkt lädt zur Abkühlung ein. Sehr freundliches Personal und lecker Frühstück mit frischem Obst. Alles ordentlich und sauber.

The staff was wonderful. Moroccans are really good spirited people. The hotel was challenging. I starved the entire time. I didn't know the restaurant would be limited, or, I would have to be a hunter gatherer. The one dinner I got in 4 days was delicious. Tasted homemade. But they mostly served light food and breakfast. They made it clear a few times, breakfast wasn't included with my stay. I was prepared to pay for food if it wasn't. Once, was enough, and I still had to eat. There was no airport shuttle the reason I chose that hotel. I started to pay more but the hotels I chose didn't say airport shuttles. It was my first time to Marrakesh, so, didn't know the navigation. Guests should be aware they will ask you for tax money upon arrival. Why they didn't roll it into the total cost was beyond my understanding. Nothing was clearly outlined. Room service, eating outside food in your room or garbage cans for the outside food disposal after eating. Nor was whether you could order coffee or tea and have it delivered to your room. I will be going back to Marrakesh but getting a hotel with full amenities. The Riad itself was charming. I went to sample Moroccan food was looking forward to it. Sadly, that didn't happen.

Je n ai pas eu l'option de prendre un cafe pour mon depart avant 07h00 du matin, l heure d'ouverture pour le petit dejeuener alors que j'avais paye l'option petit dejeuner, j ai trouve cela moyen. Par ailleurs j ai eu droit a une chambre non renovee, donc literie passable et pas de climatisation assez forte, et fermeture des fenetres- j'ai donc mal dormi car j'avais tres chaud et la climatisation n etant pas assez forte, je n'ai pas voulu ouvrir la fenetre donnant sur la cour. la localisation est top pres du Carre d'Eden et le personnel discret.
Cons: pas de flexibilite pour le petit dejeuener et le fait d'avoir eu une chambre non renovee.

Cons: Le personnel n’est pas aimable ni souriant, je n’ai pas du tout retrouvé l’hospitalité marocaine. Je suis arrivée tard le soir, ils ne ne donnent même pas une petite bouteille d’eau, il faut la payer. Dès que je suis entrée dans la chambre j’ai vu un pansement usager collé sur le rideau, la salle de bain puait. Porte des wc coulissante cassée, elle ne fermait pas (heureusement que j'étais seulement avec mon fils), les volets cassés, porte serviette cassé. Le lit dur comme du béton j’ai passé de très mauvaises nuit. Et le petit dej ne vaut pas le coup, je regrette de l’avoir pris, mieux vaut sortir en prendre un typique dans le coin. Le prix est trop élevé pour ces prestations

Cons: Le Petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible (gâteau ou viennoiseries sèches), le reste est servi froid (légumes, saucisse et oeuf dur). La piscine est propre mais gelée. Le lit double n'a pas de couette double mais 2 simples! Les serviettes n'étaient jamais en place (il a fallu les demander)! L'eau était très chaude (pas réglable et pourtant on adore l'eau chaude)! Pour le prix, ce n'est pas à recommander !
