Die Lage ist gut, in der neuen Stadt. Bei Ausflügen wird man zuerst abgeholt. Zu Medina läuft man so 20-25 Minuten. Daneben gibt es einen großen Einkaufsmarkt. Das Frühstück wird von 7 bis 10:30 Uhr serviert das ist echt gut. Das Abendessen war mega - 3 Gänge und man kann theoretisch von mittags bis 22:00 Uhr das Abendessen bekommen. Falls man einen guten Preis bekommt sollte man das Abendessen unbedingt mitbuchen.

Cons: Das Frühstück ist kalt und die Auswahl ist gering. Es gab nur 3 Tische drin und der Rest draußen. Im Sommer kein Problem aber im Winter ist es draußen sehr kalt. Die Zimmer sind echt abgewohnt und schon lange nicht mehr modern. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

Cons: En période de pluie, le cas lors de notre séjour, on est directement exposé dès la sortie de la chambre pour rejoindre la réception ou sortir de l'hôtel Il y a aussi un choc thermique en quittant la chambre avec 20 °C environ et on s'expose directement à une température de 6 °C En été, la situation est peut-être plus agréable

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Toulousain début novembre. Mon séjour à Marrakech s'est fait en 2 temps et au total j'ai réservé 7 nuits. Le sourire, l'écoute et la gentillesse du personnel m'ont touchés. Il est à votre service et arrangeant. Accueil 24h/24 (super car mon avion est arrivé à 1h du matin). L'hôtel est propre et agréable (différents espaces, plusieurs coins pour se poser, repas au bord de la piscine...). L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier "sûr", à proximité des commerces, des restauants, de bureaux de changes, des gares routière et ferroviaire, à 2mn en taxi ou quelques minutes à pieds de la place Jemaa el Fna. En marchant j'ai pu découvrir un joli parc, l'Ensemble Artisanal, la poste... Les chambres sont grandes, propres, bien équipées (télé, mini frigo, coffre-fort, penderie, étagères, sèche-cheveux). La literie est super confortable (ferme). Le rapport qualité/prix de cet hôtel est top. Je recommande :-)

J'ai apprécié l'accueil très sympathique malgré une arrivé à 3h du matin suite à un retard d'avion. Très belle chambre, spacieuse, propre, bien équipé. Petit déjeuner à prendre autour de la piscine, très complet ! L'emplacement de cet établissement est un avantage certain, juste derrière le Carré Eden, dans une cour intérieure donc très calme ! Et puis surtout le prix !!! Moins de 50€, difficile de trouver mieux !

This modern hotel is great value for money. It's not luxury but everything is of a good standard. The bedroom was large with a double and a single bed. Breakfast was decent although did not have a wide choice range - an omelette could be had at extra cost. Staff were friendly although they did seem worried that I was going to leave without paying for a few extras I took which was rather silly. Maybe they just do not trust foreigners! :-)

Cons: I arranged for a taxi to meet me at the airport but unfortunately and fristratingly he turned up thirty minutes late and, as I arrived at 22.00 and was very tired, that was not great. The wifi was not great - they have three or four separate wifi connectiones dependent upon where you are in the hotel. When they functioned they were good but quite often, especially during the night, they didn't work. And finally, but not too importantly, the coffee at breakfast was awful :-)

Size of the room was good, and I had an extra bed, even though didn't need. Room was clean and tidy. Check-in was relatively simple, and payment had already been taken through Booking.com. If I was there for the modern part of Marrakech, then location would be good.

Cons: Had to pay the city tax in cash upon arrival, which if you don't have cash in hand, this can be and was annoying and messy (atms are unreliable/ not secure in Morocco). The room they gave me was directly next to reception, and so you could hear everything. The window of the room didn't lock, which provided someone direct access from the street to break-in. Since I stayed only overnight for an early flight the next morning I needed to leave early. Was disturbed in the early hours by snoring that you could hear from the room - turned out to be the receptionist who was sleeping in the lobby, so I let myself out. They didn't offer to pack a breakfast, since I was leaving before the breakfast hours.

Cons: לא אהבתי את הריח בחדר, היה מאוד חנוק. נשארנו שלושה לילות סה״כ ואף אחד לא נכנס פעם אחת לנקות או לסדר את החדר. לא היה מספיק נקי והבחור בקבלה הייתה מאוד לא נעימה ביחס לשאר חברי הצוות שהיה אפשר לתקשר איתם. הארוחת בוקר הייתה מאוד עייפה ולא מפנקת ביחס למקומות אחרים במרוקו.

Cons: Via the hotel we booked a taxi to the airport. At the hotel it was communicated that the price was 150 dirham. At the airport the taxi driver wanted more money and said it was 250 dirhams - and made this gesture by looking at his phone. I immediately told it him we agreed 150 dirham and then he said in was 200 dirham. We settled at 200 dirham but it wasn’t a nice gesture to get a tip. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but good to know.

Reception was welcoming and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The location is great and quite central - near many restaurants and only a 5-10 min journey to the old Medina and market. Room was nice and clean.

The staff was wonderful. Moroccans are really good spirited people. The hotel was challenging. I starved the entire time. I didn't know the restaurant would be limited, or, I would have to be a hunter gatherer. The one dinner I got in 4 days was delicious. Tasted homemade. But they mostly served light food and breakfast. They made it clear a few times, breakfast wasn't included with my stay. I was prepared to pay for food if it wasn't. Once, was enough, and I still had to eat. There was no airport shuttle the reason I chose that hotel. I started to pay more but the hotels I chose didn't say airport shuttles. It was my first time to Marrakesh, so, didn't know the navigation. Guests should be aware they will ask you for tax money upon arrival. Why they didn't roll it into the total cost was beyond my understanding. Nothing was clearly outlined. Room service, eating outside food in your room or garbage cans for the outside food disposal after eating. Nor was whether you could order coffee or tea and have it delivered to your room. I will be going back to Marrakesh but getting a hotel with full amenities. The Riad itself was charming. I went to sample Moroccan food was looking forward to it. Sadly, that didn't happen.

Je n ai pas eu l'option de prendre un cafe pour mon depart avant 07h00 du matin, l heure d'ouverture pour le petit dejeuener alors que j'avais paye l'option petit dejeuner, j ai trouve cela moyen. Par ailleurs j ai eu droit a une chambre non renovee, donc literie passable et pas de climatisation assez forte, et fermeture des fenetres- j'ai donc mal dormi car j'avais tres chaud et la climatisation n etant pas assez forte, je n'ai pas voulu ouvrir la fenetre donnant sur la cour. la localisation est top pres du Carre d'Eden et le personnel discret.

Cons: Le personnel n’est pas aimable ni souriant, je n’ai pas du tout retrouvé l’hospitalité marocaine. Je suis arrivée tard le soir, ils ne ne donnent même pas une petite bouteille d’eau, il faut la payer. Dès que je suis entrée dans la chambre j’ai vu un pansement usager collé sur le rideau, la salle de bain puait. Porte des wc coulissante cassée, elle ne fermait pas (heureusement que j'étais seulement avec mon fils), les volets cassés, porte serviette cassé. Le lit dur comme du béton j’ai passé de très mauvaises nuit. Et le petit dej ne vaut pas le coup, je regrette de l’avoir pris, mieux vaut sortir en prendre un typique dans le coin. Le prix est trop élevé pour ces prestations

Cons: Le Petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible (gâteau ou viennoiseries sèches), le reste est servi froid (légumes, saucisse et oeuf dur). La piscine est propre mais gelée. Le lit double n'a pas de couette double mais 2 simples! Les serviettes n'étaient jamais en place (il a fallu les demander)! L'eau était très chaude (pas réglable et pourtant on adore l'eau chaude)! Pour le prix, ce n'est pas à recommander !

Cons: The room did not meet my expectations. It looked very different from the photos and lacked even basic amenities. It’s clear they haven’t invested much in the rooms—for example, the TV is extremely old and very small. You can't even use simple apps like Netflix on it. When I first entered into the room, there was a strong smell of bleach "Javel", so I had to open the window and step outside until it faded! The shower was a major disappointment. I tried to take a shower at night, but the water was super cold, and I couldn't get it to warm up, so I had to wait until morning. Additionally, the room was quite small and didn’t justify the price. At this rate, I could easily rent a small apartment on Airbnb with far better comfort and amenities.

All the water from shower was sprinkling on toilet seat. Cons: Pourquoi avoir mis une porte persienne au lieu d'une porte pleine entre la chambre et la salle de bain/wc manque d'intimité même pour un couple. Salle de bain trop petite. Manque d’insonorisation entre les chambres on a eu la malchance d'avoir des voisins bruyants.

We did not sleep but aside from this we found the hotel noisy at night and light came through the front door window which was also disturbing. Breakfast was limited and stale.

This is an economical place away from the medina that was adequate for a night. The room was spacious and warm enough, the bathroom functional with hot water and decent pressure, and the breakfast did what it needed (though there is quite limited indoor seating). Service was perfunctory. WiFi worked OK. Overall, this place was adequate, if lacking in charm.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise, after reading mixed reviews and booking last minute due to another hotel attempting to scam us, I was worried to take my clients. How wrong was I! This hotel is a gem in a fabulous location for a good price. I travel every month and it is one of the cleanest hotel I have been to, thanks to all the lovely cleaning ladies who are always welcoming and smiley. Please be aware that if you wish your room cleaned, you need to leave your key at reception. - The pool is small but does the job, very few people use it and I had it just for myself most afternoon when it is hot, the yard is mostly in the shade and when it isn't, they open the large umbrellas. - The breakfast is really tasty, although not much choice, a few things changed everyday. All the food was so fresh. -It has been renovated so it mixes the traditional and the modern. - The street is quiet and right besides the shopping centre. - Most staff are very friendly, receptionists, cleaners, the man working at the breakfast and around the pool. They are nice enough and not fake friendly, thanks to that as I cannot stand fakeness. Some seemed quiet but at the end of the Ramadan it is understandable as they do not eat for over 12 hours per day in the heat, I would be extremely grumpy if I couldn't eat for 5 hours. - They speak French, English and Arabic - There are several types of rooms, mine was 17 behind reception and although I could hear the reception phone and the people in the long chairs outside my window, I had earplugs, my clients rooms were nice and quiet. My room was traditional with an open bathroom but was a single room, my clients were a couple, they had a modern room and a closing bathroom. - No bedbugs as certain state, a couple of flies entered throught the open window but that is about it. - The rooms are cool and the Aircon is fabulous.

Cons: - The coffee was far too light but they had a jar of instant coffee next to the coffee pot to make it stronger so it was fine. - Room 17 can be noisy as the reception is just behind and the pool and long chairs right outside the window. - Adding a small fridge to the rooms might be a good plus to the hotel.

Cons: Chambre en RDC sans volets, et sans barreaux aux fenêtres par rapport aux autres ce qui ne permet pas de laisser ouvert en notre absence. De plus un peu sombre , il faut toujours avoir la lumière. Nous étions que 2 le lit 1 person̈ne était de trop ce qui diminuait l'espace. Ill aurait été préférable d'avoir une petite table avec une chaise. J'ai signalé ces petits problèmes à la réception qui m'a gentiment proposé une autre chambre. Comme nous étions au milieu du séjour j'ai décliné l'offre mais ai beaucoup apprécié la proposition. Literie impeccable.

Cost, great for a short stay and for budget accommodation. Location which was close to where I wanted to go to and some fabulous restaurants, I also felt secure. Man on the desk made check in a breeze, and gave great customer service. Room was a basic studio with plenty of storage space. The place is clean as its always being cleaned. I would return for a budget short stay.

Cons: The room and bedding smelt of cigarette smoke which was off putting. At night there must be a bar nearby as they were going strong until around midnight, absolutely belting songs out live like there literally was no tomorrow, I wouldn't have minded if I knew the songs, or if the singing was even good. That said I only stayed one night so not sure if this was a one off.

Great location in the "new town" (Gueliz) of Marrakech with a shopping center and lots of nice restaurants (also local and cheap) around. Quick check-in, beautiful rooms with traditional decoration, quiet because on a small street in the backyard, friendly staff. Just the bathroom was not separated from the bedroom so you need to be very close and not afraid of sharing private noises. Otherwise there is also a bathroom outside in the lobby area.

Cons: First of all i was met with a grumpy face at the reception I booked a double room. I was given a double bed room however the bed was bigger than the room. The shower and toilet are not closed so the steam fills up the room when I had to shower. The toilet as well not separately closed. The air condition was so weak. And when I opened the door the first time it was stinking cigarettes. I asked to change the room. The grumpy receptionist told me the is no other available room. I asked to talk to his manager. He passed me the manager over the phone. In a nutshell, the manager said there is another room, but there is an issue with the shower. This means that I've been lied to when I was told there was no other room. To add insult to injury the attitude of both of them was so annoyingly rude. I was really missed of hopefully I booked just one night, so the next day I changed the hotel. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone. It is so disgusting.

Location was great! Many good restaurants within a few moment's walk. I wish I knew the best place nearby to get a taxi though. AIR CONDITIONING IS THE SAME MODEL I HAVE AT HOME!!! As a proud northlander I absolutely melt in the heat and it was wonderful to come back to a cold room after a long day.

Cons: Showerhead was broken and sprayed water in the wrong direction. Shower curtain didn't do a good job keeping water in the shower. Reported issues to staff and was told they'd look into it but did not see a fix during my stay.
