The breakfast was redirected to a close-by facility and it was very good.

Cons: Séjour catastrophique du 13 au 16 juillet 2026. L'établissement était en plein chantier avec des bruits de travaux incessants dans les étages dès le matin. La piscine et le SPA étaient fermés et inaccessibles (contrairement à l'annonce). Pas de petit-déjeuner sur place. Pour couronner le tout, lors de notre dernière soirée : panne de climatisation à 15h puis coupure totale d'électricité à 19h. Logement plongé dans le noir sous une chaleur étouffante, nous avons dû fuir les lieux à 21h. La direction du Riad a fait preuve d'une totale mauvaise foi en refusant toute prise de responsabilité auprès du service client Booking.

The Riad is in a fantastic location within the Medina, close to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Unfortunately, we arrived at night; the Riad was already closed, and we couldn't get through to reception, so we spent a long time waiting outside the door. We were initially given a dark room on the ground floor near the entrance—it was noisy, and the TV didn't work. The next day, a different staff member kindly moved us to a quiet, bright room with a working TV; we are incredibly grateful to him. Breakfast was served at a different location, and the Riad's pool was undergoing renovations. There were a few unfortunate circumstances, but the new section of the Riad is beautifully decorated and full of atmosphere

La cama era cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Pudimos dejar las maletas allí el día de salida. Nos ofrecieron un masaje para compensar la mala gestión con nuestra habitación, pero no compensa.
Cons: Yo reservé una suite y cuando llegamos nos dieron dos cuchitriles de habitaciones separadas para nosotros y nuestros hijos. Nos dijeron que no estaba disponible y con la falta de entendimiento del idioma no pudimos entender mucho más. Nos avisaron que la piscina estaba en obras y no podríamos usarla, de eso si nos avisaron pero el ruido de las obras desde primera hora de la mañana también era molesto. Por compensarnos nos ofrecieron un masaje de 20 minutos a cada uno, pero la verdad que fue una decepción. Para el desayuno hay que salir del riad y dirigirse a otro sitio que está a un minuto caminando. El desayuno muy justito. Es la primera reseña mala que pongo de todo nuestro viaje por Marruecos. Fue una decepción ya que tenia muchas expectativas con este riad. Fue el más caro de todo el viaje y de verdad que la suite parecía espectacular. Pero nada fue como esperábamos. Una pena.

We stayed at Riad Ghali & Spa from 13th to 20th July, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations.The biggest issue was unannounced construction work. We were never informed about this during booking, and it turned out to be a major safety hazard. At one point, debris from the ongoing work fell directly onto my child's head. Luckily, it wasn't anything heavy, but it was incredibly dangerous and careless.Furthermore, several key amenities we paid for were unavailable. The swimming pool was completely inaccessible, which was highly disappointing given the intense July heat. In addition, the air conditioning in one of our rooms was faulty and threw out a foul smell every time it was turned on. We complained about this to the staff, but unfortunately, absolutely nothing was done to fix it during our entire stay. Lastly, breakfast was not served on-site; we had to walk to a completely different building every morning to eat.On a positive note, the staff were generally friendly, and the location is good as it is very close to the Medina. However, due to the safety issues, broken AC, and lack of facilities, we cannot recommend this riad for a family holiday.

L’emplacement était parfait ! En plein cœur de la Médina et ces diffrents souks. L’accueil était très agréable et professionnel ! Toujours au petit soin et à l’affût des services qu’on pourrait avoir besoin (excursions depuis l’hôtel, organisation du retour à l’aéroport, petit déjeuné, éventuels dîners etc…) Les chambres étaient très confortable, assez spacieuses, avec une Clim fonctionnelle. Le fait que ce Riadh dispose d’une piscine est un vrai plus. Je ne peux que vous recommander ce lieu !

Cons: Arrivate alla Riad mi sono resa conto che la location non era quella che avevo prenotato tramite booking. Lo staff ci ha detto che stavano facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione, dunque la piscina non era agibile ed inoltre ci sarebbe stato del rumore di prima mattina. Ci è stata offerta la possibilità di cambiare Riad e di andare in una lì vicino (Abaka Riad by Ghali) e ovviamente abbiamo accettato. Onestamente, era carina ma non era ciò per cui io avevo pagato. Semplice, piscina piccola ma staff comunque accogliente. La colazione non ci è piaciuta. Io avevo pagato per una colazione varia, servita in terrazza/bordo piscina e, invece, proprio per via dei lavori, ci hanno rimbalzate in una sorta di ristorante dove la colazione era molto povera, eravamo in una stanza piccola e calda... Insomma, poco piacevole. Se lo staff ci avesse comunicato prima dei lavori in corso, io avrei disdetto la prenotazione cercando una Riad con qualche confort in più.

Cons: The pool was out of order with no pre-warning. Repair works on the pool started at 8am every day with very loud drilling which woke us up. The room was very small and not as advertised. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Cleaning was not consistent and we had a cockroach in our bathroom.

The location
Cons: We booked this riad because of the facilities advertised, especially the pool and peaceful atmosphere, but our experience was very different. On the second day, the pool was emptied, construction work began, and the reception was moved directly outside our ground floor room, causing constant noise throughout the day. None of this was disclosed before or upon arrival. The room also lacked advertised amenities, including a safety deposit box. The supposed 24-hour reception was often unattended, and on one night, we had been awoken up to let other guests into the riad ourselves because no staff were present. We raised these issues several times during our stay and tried contacting management afterwards, but over a week later we still haven't received a response. It's disappointing because the riad is in a great location, but we feel the listing was misleading. Had we known about the missing pool and ongoing construction, we would never have booked here. Based on our experience and the misleading nature of the property's advertising and management, I would not recommend staying here.

Es un hotel precioso, en todo el centro aunque en una de sus callejuelas difícil de encontrar por la noche. Nos alojaron en la Suite Real y es enorme, limpia y perfecta para ir en familia.
Cons: Tenían la piscina en obras y nadie nos comentó nada. Al llegar nos encontramos sin piscina y nos dieron la posibilidad de ir a otras 2 de los hoteles cercanos, pero los ruidos eran terribles, asique al final optamos por cambiarnos de hotel.

Cons: Nous avons payé 80 € pour une nuit, mais le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas au rendez-vous. Le logement est mal isolé et nous avons été réveillés par le bruit dès 5 h du matin. À ce tarif, nous nous attendions à un meilleur confort et à davantage de tranquillité. La piscine est en travaux et nous n’avions pas été prévenues avant. Proposition dans un autre riad mais aucune information n’a été indiquée avant notre arrivée.

Cons: Malgré qu on nous ai confirmé la veille le petit déjeuner à emporter, celui ci n avait pas été prevu le lendemain. Nous avons dû insister pour avoir un morceau de pain, une bouteille d eau, du beurre et du miel. Nous n'avions pas choisi la 1ere gamme de chambre et pourtant nous étions au rdc (avec du bruit toute la nuit lié aux aller retour des voyageurs). Le matelas était extrémement dur et il n y avait pas de sèche cheveux comme indiqué dans la description de la chambre. Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour dans ce riad.

De Riad was midden in de Medina dus een perfecte locatie om te verblijven en een goed startpunt voor de diverse activiteiten. Het was echt een rustpunt midden in de drukte en wat een mooie plek! Als je binnenkwam waande je je in een sprookje van 1001 nacht zoals alles er uit zag. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Onze kamer zag er ook sprookjesachtig uit en fijn dat er airco was. Alles werd goed schoon gehouden en het zwembad was heerlijk om te gebruiken na een warme dag. En voor het geld wat wij betaalden voor onze overnachtingen kregen wij ruimschoots comfort en een zeer goed verblijf! Wat ook fijn was dat het vervoer van en naar de luchthaven perfect geregeld was door hen met zelfs iemand die onze spullen van de taxi door de steegjes van de Medina naar de Riad bracht!
Cons: Het ontbijt was voor nl begrippen wat eenvoudig met bv alleen boter en honing als beleg maar als dit hier de tradities zijn prima om je aan aan te passen. Er was wel genoeg en je kon ook take-away aanvragen.

We had an amazing clean room and the riad looks wonderful. The restaurant where the serve breakfast, lunch and dinner is authentic and really great. It's right at the medina and only a few minutes walk from the Jemma El Fna Square. The people that work there are very Welcoming and helpful. They all helped out with all the plans we had and have good suggestion. I would come back a next time and would recommend this to everyone who want to experience Marrakech in a authentic way.

La ubicación y limpieza.
Cons: El riad está bien ubicado dentro de la medina y en líneas generales el lugar es prolijo y el baño resultó cómodo. Sin embargo, hubo varias cuestiones que hicieron que nuestra experiencia no fuera del todo buena. Nosotros habíamos reservado una habitación triple y sinceramente nos resultó extremadamente chica. No había prácticamente espacio para moverse ni tampoco contaba con guardarropa, muebles o algún lugar cómodo donde apoyar las valijas. Tuvimos que dejarlas en el piso al costado de la cama, lo que incluso dificultaba el acceso a la misma. Además, durante la estadía hubo bastante desorganización con el tema de la habitación. Un día nos informaron que, por un problema técnico que nunca supieron explicar claramente, tenían que cambiarnos de cuarto para realizar una reparación. Después nos dijeron que ya no era necesario, luego nuevamente que sí, y finalmente terminamos siendo trasladados y luego devueltos a la habitación original. Esto hizo que tuviéramos que armar y desarmar las valijas constantemente, algo bastante incómodo. También sentimos que faltó información importante. Por ejemplo, el desayuno no se sirve dentro del riad sino en un restaurante ubicado a la vuelta, pero eso nunca nos lo explicaron correctamente. Y lamentablemente el desayuno tampoco nos pareció bueno ni variado. Por otro lado, apenas llegamos, si bien el personal nos brindó información sobre excursiones y actividades, la realidad es que sentimos bastante insistencia para que contratáramos y pagáramos en ese mismo momento el traslado de regreso al aeropuerto, incluso antes de haber podido ingresar a la habitación. La atención no nos resultó particularmente cálida, sino más bien algo invasiva. En resumen, el lugar tiene una buena ubicación y algunos aspectos positivos, pero creemos que hay varias cuestiones de organización y comodidad que deberían mejorar.

La pulizia non era eccellente nella camera e gli asciugamani se pur sostituiti tutti i giorni non erano uno splendore, spesso macchiate, scambiate e logorate. abbiamo chiesto il box breakfast alla partenza ma assolutamente non lo fanno.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner très minimaliste ; le manque d'équipement dans la chambre (pas de sèche cheveu, le savon n'a pas été remplacé passé le premier jour...). Il y a eu également une journée + soirée sans électricité dans la chambre, nous aurions au moins apprécié un petit mot d'excuse de la part du riad.

Le Riad est très beau, fidèle au photos. Les personnels d’accueil sont sympathiques et serviables. Les bagages peuvent être laissé plusieurs heures avant le Check in et après le check-out.
Cons: Il y a plusieurs inconvénients. La piscine n’est pas vraiment utilisable, dans le sens où elle se trouve en face du bureau d’accueil à l’entrée du Riad, celle-ci n’est également pas nettoyé pour pouvoir se baigner correctement. Ensuite, les chambres sont assez sombres et humide. La literie n’est pas de très bonne qualité, les serviettes de bain sont trouées et taché, ce qui ne laisse pas une assez bonne intuition en ce qui concerne leur propreté. Concernant la literie, il n’y a pas de housse de couette, seulement un drap et la couette sans housse. Aussi, la chambre n’était visiblement pas très propre/nettoyé (poussières, miettes au sol…) À propos de l’espace terrasse/rooftop, celui-ci est incroyable au niveau de la superficie. En revanche, il est laissé à l’abandon. Il n’est pas nettoyer régulièrement, il nous étiez donc pas très agréable d’y passer du temps (mobilier sales, crottes d’oiseau, sol sale…) Enfin, le petit déjeuner se trouve à l’extérieur du Riadh dans un restaurant, celui-ci est à la limite du raisonnable. Le café est trop dilué et le jus d’orange pressé est coupé à l’eau.

Arrivati ci hanno dato una stanza inferiore a quella richiesta, avevamo prenotato un letto matrimoniale e singolo e ci siamo trovati una stanza con tre letti singoli... la loro spiegazione è che la famiglia precedente alla nostra voleva 3 letti singoli..... All'interno abbiamo trovato una piattola e ci è stato detto che probabilmente era entrata dalla finestra aperta, come se fosse una scusante. Nei giorni seguenti ne ho trovate due nell'armadio e una in bagno, come da foto. Ogni giorno era una lotta per avere 3 asciugamani grandi puliti, uno per le mani e viso e un tappetino per terra, visto che la doccia non aveva la tendina e si bagnava in terra. Successivamente, come in foto, ho scoperto che l'acqua in terra era dovuta più che altro ad una perdita da sotto il lavandino che sgorgava poi in terra e, visto il colore, è cosi da mesi.

De riad is prachtig en de kamer ruim.
Cons: Er was geen hartelijke ontvangst zoals je dat gewend bent in Marokko. De kamer was muf en slecht schoongemaakt. Op dag 2 was de kamer niet schoongemaakt en kregen we uiteindelijk na doorvragen een setje ‘nieuwe’ maar vieze handdoeken… De riad is erg gehorig en het rumoer gaat door tot diep in de nacht. Het ontbijt is niet op het mooie dakterras maar in een restaurant in de straat. Het ontbijt is ook niks bijzonders en het minste dat we in Marokko gehad hebben. Het personeel lijkt in eerste instantie vriendelijk en enthousiast maar reageerde op bovenstaande bezwaren louter nonchalant. Je voelt je niet serieus genomen en ze komen ook niet met excuus of oplossingen. Prijs/kwaliteit is niet verhouding terwijl het een wat duurdere riad is in Marrakesh.

Beautiful riad, authentic feel, nice pool area and rooftop. Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged transfer to and from the airport. It's in a great location with souks a 2 min walk away. It's also not far from the road if, like us, you went on excursions and have a minibus pick up.
Cons: It's a little hard to find your way back, especially at night as it's down some dark alleys with little signage, plus the souks look different when the stalls are closed. I think a booklet in the rooms with a map and other info would be useful - details on breakfast, local attractions, hamman, etc. I also seemed to be able to open the room door even when locked - had to make sure I triple locked it to make it more secure.

Cons: The lock on our room wasn't working appropriately. We got locked inside after entering and had a yell for help. The lock was supposed to get fixed while we were out touring the next morning so we were asked to leave our key behind. Upon return the new staff member working the desk had no knowledge of this and took about a half hour to let us into our room we didn't have a key for anymore. A fair bit of time wasted but things happen.

Grande la suite, dove i tendaggi, i vetri colorati alle finestre e ai lampadari, il tavolo in legno lavorato e il bagno con i lavandini dorati ed un vano doccia da sembrare un hammam, rimandano ad un mondo arabo esotico e pittoresco. La posizione poi è eccezionale, a due passi dalla Jemaa El-Fna e da Rue Mouassine.
Cons: Il servizio, seppure solerte, non è sempre adeguato. Un giorno abbiamo dovuto spartire l'asciugacapelli con gli ospiti della camera a fianco, che ne era sprovvista. Un altro, dopo le pulizie, avevano tolto gli asciugamani senza sostituirli con nuovi. Indisponibili ombrelli di cortesia per l'eventualità di pioggia, e bicchieri per bere, neppure a richiesta. Gli infissi andrebbero poi sostituiti o aggiustati, perché diverse finestre non si chiudono.

Cons: Our room was very damp when we arrived. The beds were damp as well. It was not at all comfortable to be inside the room. The staff recommended that we turn on the AC, but after several hours it only made the room warmer and more humid. We did not feel comfortable staying in there. We asked for a different room, but they were unable to provide one. We then requested a full refund so we could stay at another hotel without humidity, but they refused. We decided to leave because the air in the room felt unpleasant, and we are very disappointed that they are not willing to refund our money.

Everyone at the property was extremely friendly and nice and helped us with any questions that we had and even helped us get a taxi at the last minute to return to the airport. Nuestra reserva tenía incluido desayuno y cena.Llegamos tarde el primer día por un retraso de vuelo y nos quedamos sin cenar,cuando avisamos y nos dijeron que no había problema. El segundo día desayuno en un sitio muy bonito pero la comida muy escasa. Cuando preguntamos por la cena nos comentaron que el restaurante estaba cerrado . Nos quejamos y nos dijeron que podíamos ir, por lo que nos mintieron. El ultimo día quedaron en darnos el desayuno para llevar ya que teníamos una excursión y no nos dieron nada. 2. el lugar tiene su encanto y esta muy bien ubicado dentro de la medina.
Cons: El desyuno no se servia en el hotel, sino en un local que quedaba a unos 100 metros, tampoco corresponde a las fotos que se publicaron, era mucho mas basico. La habitacion que nos toco que se suponia era una suit con terraza privada era muy pequeña para tres personas, no tenia terraza privada, en la terrza siempre habia gente fumando, habia muchisimo olor a orin de gato. Cuando llegamos no habia nadie en recepcin (habiamos avisado el horario) y el cartel que habia en recepcion con un telefono al cual comunicarse, no era correcto, cuando por fin un pasajero nos ayudo el recepcionista dijo que ese telefono no funcionaba... llegar al hotel es muy complicado y no esa bien indicado, una vez que se sabe como hacerlo, ya es mas facil, pero la primera vez, da miedo! De ninguna forma es un hotel cuatro estrellas

La atención del personal, hay un servicio taxi al aeropuerto que es ideal si volas de noche, te acompañan hasta donde esta el taxi y despues de ahi directo al aeropuerto. El Riad es muy bonito y te permite vivir la experiencia de marrakech de la medina, esta muy cerca de los mercados.
Cons: Es dificil de encontrar, creo que esta mal la dirección aca en booking porque te lleva a un hostel que esta a unos metros. Nos ayudaron a encontrarlo, estén muy atentos a los carteles ya que hay al menos dos que los señalan.

Cons: They call the rooms suites but are 6-8m2 it’s super small. There are gaps in the door and window and you can hear everything outside from all the cats they have fighting to the rooster a 5.30 am sometimes in the middle of the night even. We slept 4 night 4 nights we we felt tired every day because we couldn’t get a good night sleep. Also i booked a taxi with the reception to go to the airport paid 20€ the taxi never showed up and I had to find one and pay it again. They said text a number to make a claim but no one is answering so there goes my 20€ for nothing Over all I was not a pleasant stay at all

Le riad est magnifique, que ce soit le patio ou le tout terrasse, tout est magnifique. La chambre est également parfaite, malgré l'humidité et la fraîcheur de certains jours, nous n'avons pas eu froid et la salle de bain est digne des 1001 nuits. Le personnel est discret et très agréable, on nous a offert le thé a la menthe lors de notre arrivée. Enfin la situation est idéale, au coeur de la médina mais au calme, a qq minutes à pied de la grande place ... Bref, un endroit a conseiller

Está difícil de encontrar la primera vez, además de que llegamos por la noche. Por lo demás genial. El desayuno es en un edificio que está a la parte de detrás, muy rico. Las camas muy cómodas y de verdad que muy limpio. Teníamos una noche en el desierto ( al día siguiente volvíamos a dormir allí) y nos ofrecieron dejar allí el equipaje sin problema y no tener que ir cargadas con la maleta grande. Nos dieron buenos consejos a la hora de ir al aeropuerto.

Cons: Mais pour y avoir dormi: Le Riad et les chambres ne sont pas très propres. Les cloisons sont du papiers de ce fait on entend tous les bruits de l'exterieur. Femmes de ménage qui font énormément de bruit à 08h00 du matin. Chambre très petite pour deux. Petit-déjeuner à l'exterieur du Riad (ce n'est pas le plus problématique environ 100 m en sortons du Riad) qui ferme pile à 10h00, ce qui ne permet pas une grasse matinée. Et de plus le petit-déjeuner est peu fourni et si vous arrivez à partir de 09h30, personnel ne fait pas trop cas de vous. Vous risquez de ne plus avoir de tomates ou concombres et reclamer ce qu'il vous manque.

Het is een mooi pand in de medina. Er zijn verschillende zitjes waardoor een plekje in de zon altijd is te vinden. Het dakterras is top om zon te pakken en de zonsondergang te zien. Wel even opletten voor mensen die angstig zijn aangelegd. Je moet door een donker steegje om er te komen. Voor ons geen probleem maar ik kan me voorstellen dat sommigen dit niet fijn vinden. Eten kunnen we niet beoordelen want niet gehad op deze locatie.
Cons: We hadden beide nachten ontbijt meegeboekt. Echter, hadden we de eerste ochtend een activiteit waardoor we het ontbijt misten en de tweede ochtend moesten we al vroeg naar het vliegveld waardoor we nogmaals het ontbijt misten. Er was vanuit de organisatie weinig flexibiliteit om ons hierin tegemoet te komen. De tweede ochtend was er een pakketje gemaakt om mee te nemen. Dat stelde weinig voor. Geven ze boter en honing mee terwijl je onderweg bent en geen mes hebt... Ook hadden we een transfer geboekt. Heenweg ging goed met een kruier die onze bagage met de handkar de Medina in reed. Op de terugweg bleek de kruier echter niet vroeg op de ochtend te werken waardoor we zelf onze koffers de Medina uit moesten slepen tot het punt waar het busje kon komen.

Nos asignaron la mejor habitación de todo el Riad sin haberla solicitado y la verdad es que quedamos maravillados por que era realmente amplia y bonita con ventanas al patio interior que a su vez al entrar al Riad ya te deja sin palabras. Desayuno en un local de al lado bastante sencillo pero suficiente. Sin duda repetiremos.

I felt like i paid for the location, which was close to everything, and the staff were very friendly and on site 24/7.
Cons: The Riad and room I booked were not the same as in the photos. The sink had a broken sharp metal edge that can easily cut you and needs to be replaced. The breakfast was very sub par, eggs, english muffins, and coffee/juice.

We had a wonderful stay in this riad. It is right in the middle of the centre but completely silent at night. The staff were so friendly and answered my children’s many questions about the kittens! The rims were spotless and cleaned daily with fresh towels delivered daily. As a family of 5, we had 2 adjoining rooms, both with en-suites. There were plenty of terraces and outdoors seating as well as seating downstairs by the pool. As some have mentioned the breakfast was pretty generic and similar each day but that did not detract from a wonderful stay here.

Cons: The hotel is hard to get to, paticularly at night where you have to walk through the labirynth of the Medina streets (no taxi or car will get you there). Still you may always ask for assistance from a friendly staff to help you walk out of the maże of you need to get to the airport at night. No way to get there without a Google maps navigation.

Magnifique riad à 2 pas de la place. Nous étions 4 et nous avions la suite au dernier étage. 2 chambres très spacieuses et 2 salles de bains avec WC. Literie impeccable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti con una calorosa ospitalità marocchina. Il personale era estremamente gentile e disponibile, e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo istante. La struttura del riad è semplicemente meravigliosa: gli interni sono stati restaurati con cura e gusto, mantenendo l'autenticità e la bellezza dell'architettura marocchina. Riadul este foarte aproape de piata centrala Jemaa el-Fnaa din Marrakesh. Arata destul de original, mobila veche in stil marocan, desupra riadulul unde se ia micul dejun este o priveliște spectaculoasă. Noroc cu aerul condiționat, altfel muream de frig.
Cons: In primul mi ar fi placut sa fie mai multa curățenie la baie, sa funcționeze corect dusul. Desi au venit doamnele sa ne faca patul in fiecare zi, prosoapele le a împăturit umede si le a pus pe pat, nu au pus in nici o zi gel de dus, personalul de la recepție destul de ignorant. Am rugat o data sa mi se dea gel de dus si au spus ca doar doamnele se ocupa de asta, altădată am rugat sa ne cheme un taxi in piata si mi s a spus ca nu are timp, trebuie sa astept o ora.

It is very difficult to find the property. Parking is far away, and if you are travelling with family or children, reaching the property becomes even more challenging. It is located in a dark, narrow lane, which makes it hard to access. No one from the hotel assists with luggage or provides guidance on how to reach the property. They also do not help with finding nearby parking options. There is no proper window for ventilation, and the pictures do not reflect the actual environment.

El personal es amable y estaba limpio.
Cons: La habitación estaba en la azotea del edificio y su techo era una lona plástica. Con una temperatura exterior de 9ºC por la noche, y un aire acondicionado que no calentaba prácticamente nada, pasamos frío ya que entraba mucho aire desde el exterior. Por el precio de un hotel no esperábamos dormir en la versión 2.0 de un camping. El acceso al Riad es por un callejón sin iluminación. A quien le de reparo salirse de las calles principales no le va a gustar. En su nombre pone Spa pero lo que tienen es un pequeño Hammam (con reserva anticipada de 2h) a precios iguales, o mayores, que en cualquier capital europea. No lo recomendaría. Hay muchos otros Riads en la ciudad, y en la zona, mejores en relación calidad/precio.

Cons: Habitación muy oscura. Personal lento. Llegamos (cansados, con ganas de entrar en nuestra habitación y descargar el equipaje) y la chica de recepción desapareció. Nos dejó esperando un buen rato, al menos 20-30 minutos. Si pagas con tarjeta de crédito te cobran +5% (esto pasa en todo el país).

nous avons séjournée une nuit dans le Riad Ghali & spa. nous avions la suite Safran, jolie suite, déco locale, assez confortable pour 4. La literie est confortable. emplacement correcte 10 minute de jamae el fna, mais accès un peu compliqué dans les ruelles. donc prévoir d y aller a pied et pas trop de bagage. point négatifs en arrivant, al suite n'était pas chauffé. La cheminée dans la chambre n'est pas fonctionnel; un chauffage a air est sur place qu'on a allumé pour la nuit. a notre arrivé pas de verre d'eau. nous avons demandé une bouteille qui nous a été facturée. la petite piscine (ou plutot bassin n'est pas chauffé donc fonctionnel que l'été). LE COMBLE est le petit déjeuner qui est médiocre. on ne voit pas la générosité des marocains. a 5.5 € par personne, on a un mini voir micro pain (batbout) et un mini biscuit (krichel), un oeuf au plat un peu de confiture et 5 olives pour 4 personnes + the et café.. Un cout total du petit dej même pas 20 centimes d'euros. Dommage le lieu est jolie mais ont sens l'arnaque à touriste ou on essaie d'optimiser au maximum sur le dos des vacancier ce qui gache le séjours..

De Riad is op een perfecte plek in de medina, overal dichtbij, veilig in een mooi stukje Medina. Mooie Riad met 14 kamers met het mooiste dak terras met uitzicht op de Koutoubia Moskee en mooie daken. Een airco die ook kan verwarmen was zo fijn want het was de eerste dagen koud. Lekker ontbijt, iedere dag iets anders. Het allerfijnste waren de lieve mensen die daar werken, ze deden alles voor ons, echt heel aardig. Dank je wel lieve dames van het ontbijt, Yassin en de andere jongen, ik weet zijn naam helaas niet, het was top!
Cons: De Hammam in de Riad viel echt tegen, we betaalde 45 euro per persoon voor geen uur. We waren met zijn 3en, 1 dame smeerde ons in met zeep, daarna lagen we daar zeker 20 min voordat ze weer terug kwam, in een paar minuten lichaam gescrubd, ze deed creme op ons gezicht en werden afgespoeld. Nat en koud liepen we naar de massage tafel. De massage was best lekker maar het werd echt een beetje snel afgedaan, was ook kort, de meiden waren in het begin aan het kletsen met elkaar. Ook toen we in de wasruimte lagen hoorde we alleen maar stemmen. Er was een zitje voor thee, maar hebben we niet gekregen. Ik ben al zeker 8 keer in Marokko naar een Hammam geweest, het is overal anders dat snap ik. Maar dit was erg veel geld voor weinig, het was koud, onrustig, snel en niet bijzonder. Heel jammer. Wij hadden ons er zo op verheugd. De 2 meiden waren wel heel aardig.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad per una sola notte, quindi la nostra è un'idea generale, ma l'impressione è stata davvero ottima. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dal centro e comodissima per girare la città. La struttura è accogliente e conserva il fascino del tipico Riad originale. La nostra camera era situata sulla terrazza panoramica: una sistemazione eccezionale con una vista meravigliosa. Il personale è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Cons: Nulla di negativo da segnalare. È utile solo sapere che il Riad serve abitualmente colazione (non so se anche il pranzo), ma non la cena. Tuttavia, la gestione è stata impeccabile: nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda serata, lo staff alla nostra richiesta si è premurato di farci preparare e servire la cena da un ristorante vicino direttamente all'interno del Riad. Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo!

Cons: The hosts were negligible, we didn’t feel welcomed. They didn’t meet us, they said that it was due to miscommunication, but when we checked out they didn’t help us with the luggages up the car parking as they promised when we checked in. There was no complementary bottled waters in the room. They didn’t even offer welcoming tea, we asked ourselves for that. The breakfast was poor with one egg per person with little options on the table. The tea was served warm not hot.

We came to the riad early and they provided us a room to store our baggages before our check-in time. The receptionist was very helpful and calm. He explains everything we needed to know and gave us a printed map with some annotations on it too. The centre of the riad was beautiful, but we didn't go for a swim in the pool. The room was exactly like the photos, with working AC as heater. They have Italian bidet instead of the handheld kind. The riad is in the heart of Old Medina, which comes in handy after a whole day being on foot. The rooftop was also really nice with tons of space. And of course, loads of friendly cats.
Cons: I had a bit of a bumpy beginning, as I accidentally booked the wrong date (one day later than what I intended). They couldn't change my date unfortunately, so I had to add an additional booking to stay there on my intended dates. And I don't know if it was language barrier (which seems unlikely since we communicate just fine on site), my request to extend my stay in the same room throughout both of my bookings was processed slowly. I end up drawing (literally) for them, and the issue was settled after :)

Distanza dalla piazza centrale davvero breve
Cons: Stanza pessima eravamo in 3 e ci hanno dato un buco di camera dove lo spazio per passare tra un letto e l’altro era di 10 cm ,in mezzo alla stanza c’era un tavolino basso di legno che praticamente i bloccava tutta la stanza .Neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in camera al’arrivo, nessun guardaroba neanche mini ,neanche mensole o semplici ganci per appendere un giubbotto assurdo abbiamo dovuto dormire con i giubboni sul tavolino insieme ad altre cose poggiate lì .Spazio pari a 0 addirittura in bagno neanche un gancio per apprendere le asciugamani dopo la doccia .cosa più grave di tutte che comunque facendo freddo e nonostante il condizionatore accessi tutta la notte a 27 gradi aria calda so gelava entravano spifferi e vento sulla testa da una tettoia ricoperta da telone .Risultato son tornata a casa piena di raffreddore.Colazione deludente e premetto che 8 mesi fa sono stata a Marrackesh in altro Riad e il servizio era comunque decente .avevo prenotato una suite atelier ma circa una settimana prima mi hanno contattato chiedendomi di spostarci sulla camera vicino alla terrazza per alcuni problemi al piano terra dove era prevista la mia camera e ho accettato poiché mi avevano detto che sarebbe stata della tipologia ma a questo punto ho seri dubbi .Comunque esperienza pessima ma essendo una persona che si adatta a tutto ed essendo con tanti amici che hanno beccato camere spaziose e migliori non ho voluto creare disagi ma in tanti anni che viaggio ovunque questa è stata di sicuro la camera peggiore che abbia mai trovato peccato!

Cons: I know people have posted positive reviews about this place but our experience was utterly disappointing. The riad is located quite in the middle of the Medina which apparently seems to be a positive thing but in reality the location is quite difficult to approach and very unsafe during evening and night times. The pathway leading to the riad is quite shady and you feel very unsafe going there. The room that was given to us was very unhygienic. Even the bedsheets had not been washed and changed. We had booked the place and paid in advance for 4 nights but when we arrived looking at the room and place we immediately booked another hotel and moved there the first night as spending even one night here seemed too unsafe and difficult. I would suggest them to kindly make some changes to the place. The staff was generally nice but the service and hygiene was awful.

Everything! An authentic place to stay right in the Medina. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, especially Ritif and Ash. The breakfast ladies were also lovely. The whole experience from being picked up at the airport to being returned there at the end of the week was wonderful.
Cons: Nothing! As first time visitors to Marrakech, we felt safe and very welcome. The Riad is perfectly situated for exploring and the roof terrace is great for relaxing after a long morning in the souks.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité des réceptionnistes. Ils étaient bons conseils pour nous dire quoi faire à Marrakech. Le personnel est très dévoué. La decoración, las vistas desde la azotea, la ubicación, el personal... Impresiona el callejón la primera vez porque no te imaginas el oasis de color y belleza que hay detrás de la puerta. El personal sale a buscarte donde te deja el transfer o taxi del aeropuerto y te acompaña hasta el alojamiento para enseñarte el camino. Una vez lo aprendes, estás en casa. En la calle del riad hay una tienda de especias entre otras muchas tiendas lo que hace que huela de maravilla. La ubicación es excelente a unos minutos andando de la plaza jeema el fna y en una de las entradas al zoco. Dudaba por la diferencia de precio con otros mucho más caros pero me ha sorprendido gratamente. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable.
Cons: Por poner un pero una de las camas era muy dura y la luz del baño se puede mejorar. Nos pusieron el desayuno para llevar el último día ya que el avión salía muy pronto y echamos en falta la miel, la mantequilla o un café pero claro eran las 6.30 am.

Era cómodo, silencioso, espacioso, el baño genial, buena presión de agua... Para dormir genial, además la terraza estaba bien para ver el atardecer/amanecer.
Cons: Difícil llegar al principio, una chica intentó ayudarme a llegar (una local) y se perdió, le preguntó al chico del riad si podía salir a indicarme el camino pero se negó. Otra experiencia negativa fue el desayuno, actualmente está cerrado el restaurante del riad y te envían a otro. Solo fui un día y estuve esperando 45 min, no me trajeron nada a pesar de hablar con el personal, ni rastro del desayuno aunque los demás si lo recibieron rápido. Después de los 45 min me fui sin desayunar amargando mi día. Posteriormente lo pedí para llevar, siempre con retraso, frio y no lo mismo que los otros recibían que si tenía buena pinta. Si vas Y puedes optar por no pagar el desayuno, mejor.

Cons: Mi habitación estaba en un subsuelo, había mucho olor a humedad y poca muy poca ventilación. Esto fue lo peor. Las puertas se abren y cierran con un pasador y un candado que resulta ruidoso. Por lo tanto me desperté cada vez que alguien llegaba a su habitación o se iba. La pileta no la usé, pero está apenas en la entrada al lado de la mesa de la recepción.

All.the staff were very welcoming when we arrived and helpful throughout our stay. Ashraf was super helpful whenever we needed information and assistance. We loved the Riad itself, the superb breakfasts and fun location. Riad Ghali was an oasis of calm to return to after being in the medina.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like though the water at reception was expensive.

Ottima posizione nel cuore della Medina a pochi minuti dalla piazza Jame El Fna. Riad inserito nei vicoli del Suk,ma tranquillo. Lo staff giovane e molto disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Ashraf che ci ha seguito e trattato con tanta disponibilità e dedizione,e alle ragazze che si occupavano della colazione e pulizie delle camere, veramente gentili e disponibili. Il Riad ha dato valore aggiunto ad un bellissimo viaggio. Noi eravamo nella camera Safran davvero molto bella e molto ampia.
Cons: Nulla. A voler dare un suggerimento, potrebbe esser variata di più la colazione. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

Le personnel gentil et agréable
Cons: Pour le retour du Riad , il y a eu un problème, nous avons du annuler notre transferts avec leur agence EM.LUXURY TRANSPORT et nous n’avons pas été remboursé malgré ça, on a donc perdu 60€ pour un transfert qui n’a pas été réaliser. Même si il y avais une organisation je trouve que c’est pas normal.

Il est possible de tout faire à l’hôtel (massage, hammam, manger, réserver un taxi ou une excursion) ce qui est très appréciable. La Riad est très spacieux avec deux rooftops et est très bien placé.

Cons: Personnel qui gère le petit déjeuner pas du tout avenantes ni souriantes. Petit déjeuner vraiment pas de qualité, même dans le désert, on trouve de la confiture ! Ce matin plus de miel, du pain pas frais, msemen ou crêpe marocaine pas du tout quali. Sincèrement le seul point positif c est l’emplacement. Après avoir vu une dizaine de Riad sur Marrakech, je trouve que celui-ci ne mérite absolument pas sa note ! Ce qui est sûr que je n’y reviendrais pas et si j avais pu annuler ma 3 eme nuit sans frais , je l’aurais fait.

Ce Riad est magnifique, et est très bien situé au cœur de la Médina ce qui permet d’être à proximité des lieux touristiques. Les chambres sont confortables et la literie est récente . Le personnel est extrêmement gentil ( notamment les dames du petit déjeuner et des chambres ( Karima, Samia, Loubna et Nadia ) et toujours souriantes. ). Nous avions choisi la demi pension et les repas étaient très bon. À recommander sans hésiter !

The location is absolutely perfect for the main market area. It is important to know that cars/taxis cannot get to the hotel so there is a short 5 minute walk to the pick up through the narrow streets. Bit? That doesn’t take away from the stay. The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy.
Cons: The only thing I would say is the room we had was a little tight for a family with luggage, but that is easy to get over.

The location was good, you had to enter through a dark small alley but once you figure that out it is well located! The pool area and rooftop are very pretty.
Cons: The beds were not confortable, very hard, only one pillow per person that were very small. The breakfast was very basic and the service of the breakfast was confusing. I was always confused on whether will someone come serve me (for example drinks were self serve, but nobody told me that, and when I asked they felt a bit annoyed by my question).

Cons: Nous étions dans la chambre 12 au rez-de-chaussée dans la partie 2 du Riad, partie très bruyante le matin avec la préparation des petits déj et les portes sont très bruyante. Nous avons eu un problème électrique avec un sèche-cheveux, et la prise qui a fait une grosse étincelle, J'ai eu très peur.⁸

Goeie ligging, rustig in de nacht. Prima ontbijt op het dakterras.
Cons: Via booking gekozen voor betalen bij aankomst. Hier werd dan ook gelijk om gevraagd en dus gedaan via de booking app. Ik kon kiezen voor iDeal (betalen via je bankieren app) en vond dat wel handig. De volgende dag werd er gezegd dat ze de betaling niet hadden ontvangen en of ik kon laten zien dat ik had betaald. Dus ik liet de app van mijn bank zien dat het geld was afgeschreven en mijn booking app waarin stond dat ik betaald had. Het was niet voldoende voor hun want zij hadden het geld niet en zij wilden garantie door het geld alsnog van de creditcard af te halen?! Uitgelegd dat waarschijnlijk een aantal dagen kost en het nu weekend is waardoor het langer duurt voordat het geld er is. Het maakte niks uit. Hun gehele houding hierin dat ze het als ons probleem beschouwde en wij er iets aan moesten doen maakt me nu nog boos. Ze konden blijkbaar niet booking bellen dat kon alleen ik...ik heb het nog gedaan ook omdat er niks te bereiken viel met hun. Op mijn vakantiedag in Marrakesh ben ik hier belachelijk veel tijd en energie aan kwijt geweest. Ik neem het hun echt kwalijk hoe ze ons behandelden.

Cons: Purtroppo dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione su booking ed aver ricevuto la conferma, al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che la stanza non era disponibile per via di alcune ristrutturazioni in corso. Dopo di che siamo stati invitati a trovarci un altro alloggio senza ricevere il minimo supporto.

La posizione è eccellente, a due passi da Piazza Jemaa El Fna (non si arriva col taxi perchè è proprio all'interno della Medina, ma abbiamo usufruito del loro servizio taxi (50€ A/R per quattro persone) e ci hanno accompagnato a piedi, pochi minuti dalla porta di accesso alle mura). Personale cortese, abbiamo usufruito tutti dei servizi della spa e siamo rimasti contenti. La colazione è buona, servita sulla terrazza. La piscina non l'abbiamo utilizzata, è molto piccola e forse troppo fredda l'acqua in questo periodo (ottobre). La Suite Safran è pulita, ben arredata, con letti confortevoli. Ci è stata fornita la password per il WiFi, buona qualità. Abbiamo fatto il chek-out la mattina ma ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fino alle 19, quando col loro servizio taxi siamo andati all'aeroporto.
