The Riad is gorgeous and clean. The room was a lot bigger than I thought, and exactly what we needed. There was great communication with the staff whenever we needed anything and they were all lovely. They have a catalogue of activities and recommendations which was useful. Breakfast was good, and with the cold, they offered blankets and a heater. The place would be amazing during the summer.

Cons: The bathroom shower took some time to drain, so we were standing in water but it would randomly drain every few minutes so it was a minor inconvenience that we didnt mind but worth mentioning.

The Riad was a hidden gem in the back streets of Marrakesh. Aesthetically pretty, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly especially Ashraf who greeted us on arrival and also served us breakfast in the morning. The price was was very reasonable. We rented a family room and a triple room. The location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk from the Jemaa el- Fna.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

This Riad was a home from home. From the moment we walked in the door the warmth of the hospitality was felt. Ismaël and his wonderful team were extremely helpful. The Riad is perfectly located with lots of choice of wonderful restaurants and tourist sights to explore. A wonderful Riad in a wonderful city. The Riad offers a serenity and calmness with a lovely rooftop garden to chill and chat. Breakfast is very tasty in the lovely rooftop setting we will be back and highly recommend staying here.

Lovely new riad with brightly decorated rooms. Located in the heart of the Medina close to lots of attractions. Staff was helpful arranging our airport transfer and making sure we got on our way despite our predawn departure.

Cons: Entrance to the (nice) bathroom contained a raised floor which reduced the height of the doorway. This requires anyone over six feet tall (1.85m) to duck so that they don't clobber themselves. I head-butted the ceiling twice. The riad might want to consider a design fix.

It's a small cozy hotel, and the room truly reflects the photos we saw on the website. The staff there were really friendly, and the location was great with a short walk to the Souk. We stayed in the family room which was really nice. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und unglaublich freundlich! Auf der sehr schön eingerichteten Terrasse gibt es nicht nur ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sondern man kann dort auch wunderbar in Ruhe Zeit verbringen. The location was very good, right in the Medina, steps away from the souks and a couple minute walk from Bahia Palace. The staff/hosts was exceptional and very welcoming- we always felt warmly greeted. The breakfast service was also delicious, available on their rooftop. The rooftop in general was a lovely oasis, a place to unwind at the end of the day and chat about adventures while drinking freshly prepared mint tea.

De host Ashraf is een ongelofelijk vriendelijke man die ons direct een gevoel van thuiskomen gaf. Hij stond steeds voor ons klaar en regelde alles tip top tot in de puntjes voor ons. Geen enkel moeite was hem teveel. De Riad is kraaknet en met heel veel stijl en mooie details ingericht. Het is een verademing om na een drukke dag in Marrakesh te kunnen relaxen in deze mooie Riad. Die Unterkunft ist mitten in der lebendigen Medina Marrakesh in der Nähe von zwei sehr schönen Palästen gelegen. Das Riad ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön gestaltet/restauriert, sehr ruhig und das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Vi valde till 3-rätters (varmrätt Tangine), 3 olika (lamm, kyckling och biff) på några av kvällarna. Bra pris och jättegott! Personalen var lika vänliga mot kvinnor som mot män. Verkligen genuint trevliga! Anledningen att jag skriver detta är att så är inte min upplevelse på en del andra ställen i Marocko. REKOMMENDERAR STARKT DENNA RIAD!

We even accidentally left some items in our room after checkout, and the staff kindly kept them safe for us until we returned—such honesty and care! we LOVED our time here. it is located so well, right in the middle of the medina yet so peaceful and lovely. we couldn’t hear anything outside our room when running the AC. everyone working here was incredibly kind and generous, really seemed to want us to have a good comfortable visit. the breakfast was delicious on a beautiful terrace. def recommend staying here!! zero issues or regrets at all. best bed i’ve slept in for sure and the whole place is decorated so nicely too. friendly cats on the rooftop:) thank you so much for a great stay!!

The staff were amazing! A huge shoutout to Walid for always making us feel at home and comfortable and for helping us set up a simple surprise for our friend. They were all very accommodating and kind. I would surely recommend this Riad for your stay in Morocco.

Stunningly beautiful, wherever you looked it was picture perfect. The calming of the white yet so many vibrant colours around too. Excellent location for exploring the historic sites eg el badi palace, Bahia palace. Excellent for fantastic restaurants and for wondering the souks and squares. Everything was just so perfect. The decor, the bedroom, the bathroom, the rooftop. We loved everything. The history of the property was fascinating. We loved that the main door was always locked so it felt extremely safe. When sat on the rooftop you could not really hear any of the hustle and bustle in the medina. Also within seconds of an atm which was great. Breakfast was superb. Mohamed was extremely helpful even escorting us to the cabana for breakfast with an umbrella as it had started to rain! Exceptional customer service.

Thanks to the friendly staff, beautiful decor, and comfortable facilities, my husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Riad Zeitoun Palace! From even before we arrived until we left, we were warmly greeted by all of the hotel staff and felt very welcome throughout our entire stay. The riad is newly updated with fresh and modern but traditional decor. The rooms (we stayed in two since we extended our stay) were spacious and comfortable and the provided small amenities were greatly appreciated after traveling for a few weeks. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and always left in the mornings feeling full and ready to explore the medina which was just steps away from the riad!

I had an amazing stay at Riad Zeitoun Palace in Marrakech—it was like stepping into a peaceful oasis right in the heart of the Medina! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome, greeting me with mint tea and always being available to help with anything I needed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, super clean, and had the perfect mix of Moroccan charm and modern comfort. The rooftop terrace was a highlight—having breakfast with a view of the city and relaxing there in the evenings was just magical. The little pool was also a lifesaver after a hot day exploring! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and other main attractions, yet it felt calm and serene inside the riad. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread, fruits, and local treats, and I even enjoyed a great dinner there one evening. This place truly exceeded my expectations, and I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Marrakech. Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience at Riad Zeitoun Palace! The location couldn’t be better—right in the beggining of the Medina but super quiet, which was exactly what we needed after busy days in the lively, noisy streets. I have stayed in many Riads across Marrakech but this one has been my absolute favourite. In this review, I will share the many reasons why: Firstly, the staff make this place: Mohamed and Walid were always happy to help with a smile on their face. Often times, I didn’t even have to ask Walid for certain things, he anticipated what I would need! He is destined to work in tourism. The two ladies in the kitchen were also very kind and helpful. It was my birthday whilst I was at the Riad, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special. There was another couple on honeymoon and they told me they also made them feel super special! Secondly, the Riad itself is so regal and beautiful! Such tasteful decoration, leaving the place feeling modern with traditional twists. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with convenient storage space and spacious bathrooms. The mattress and duvet were also so comfy and cosy. My room had really good air con and a fan heater I could control so the temperature was always perfect for me. Thirdly, the roof top terrace!!!! The photos on booking.com do not do it justice! It is sooo beautiful and ideal for breakfast (which is varied and filling) and lazing around on the big swing or sun bed. Ben the cute Riad cat also has a nap on there most afternoons. Also the location is perfect! Amidst the hustle and bustle of the Medina and a few moments away from Bahia Palace, but tucked away in a quiet alley so it is very peaceful. Honestly, my entire stay was perfect from start to finish. I travel a lot and rarely find a place which feels so magical and authentic yet clean and modern. I will definitely be back.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower is weak, but this is a problem found across most of the medina. However the water was nice and hot which is most important! The noise of chairs and doors in the morning, but again, this is an issue across all Riads due to their design, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper (like me) and you won’t be disturbed at all.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Walid made us feel so welcomed and treated us so well that we couldn’t thank him enough for his sympathy. In general, all staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was spacious, well decorated with Marrakesh colors and vibes and a very comfortable bed. In addition, the Riad was very quiet and beautifully designed and decorated. Breakfast was impressively tasty with local and fresh ingredients, perfect to start our day. In terms of location, the Riad is in a perfect location, close to Bahia Palace and Jemaa el-Fnaa. To finalize, Zeitoun Palace has a really cute and nice cat named Ben, a new friend we made during our visit. We miss Marrakesh thanks to these little experiences and we are planning to go back to Morocco and hope to stay in Riad Zeitoun Palace also to meet the amazing team that works there again! Congratulations and thank you for making us feel at home.

Cons: The only negative thing to point is the low water pressure in the shower but it was not a big problem for us.

Riad Zeitun Palace is a must place to stay when visiting Marrakesh. Although not in the center of Medina, all the high spots of the city are within walking distance through the live and noisy suks. The Riad itself is e gem! In a very quiet neighborhood, the place feels like popping off a fairy tale! Rooms more than comfortable, beautifully decorated like the rest of the place, and what to say about the fantastic terrace! Mohamed an excellent Host made us feel at home and spent time answering all our questions about Morroco and its history. Walid and Asma always there, offering home made breakfast with a big smile!!!

The staff in general went above and beyond especially Astrid the owner. We made a great friend and she took us shopping in the souks and helped us get good quality items. She shared her story with us and it was so nice to spend time with her. Walid and the rest of the staff were exceptional as well. Very trustworthy, kind people. We will remember our stay here as a highlight of our trip. The breakfast was great as well and the rooftop is very nice to spend time on. The decor is gorgeous and it is obvious that care and attention were given to every small design choice.

Cons: Wifi was quite weak. Also noise travels through the property so if someone is making noise in the atrium you will certainly hear it so if you are a light sleeper consider bringing ear plugs

The riad is very well maintained and near the center of the medina. Our room was very big, the breakfast was freshly made and very nice and the staff were excellent. They gave us info about where to go, suggestions on restaurants and they were very polite and helpful. The Customer Service especially Walid was superb. He took care of everything for us, ex. showing which road to take, taxi pick ups, etc. Such a great hospitality from Wahid and the other staff who took extra time to explain the best places to go (for tourists) and places to avoid. The owner was as well so bubbly and kind. All in all, our stay with this Riad was great. Would defintely recommend it to my friends.

The property was simply beautiful; it was like staying in a gallery. A real feast for the eyes. I’ve never been anywhere like it and will remember it forever. The stories that came with the riad courtesy of Gloria made it all the more magical. In addition to the owner Gloria are Khadija and Rida, the three of whom add to the experience no end. They were incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. It was my birthday while we were there and they went above and beyond, delivering a cake to my room and singing happy birthday to me. The location excellent, so close to the hustle and bustle but a quiet oasis. The room was clean, had everything we needed to make it a comfortable base for exploring the city. We visited during a particularly rainy period, but staying at Dar el Mudal brightened our time in Marrakech.

Cons: The breakfast was great and beautifully presented. On our final day we decided to go out for breakfast to experience a more Moroccan experience, but that was no reflection of the quality or service experienced at Dar el Mudal.

I found it to be well located. In the oldtown, not in the busy part (quiet surrounding) but only a short walk away. Moreover the interior is really unique as you can see on the photos. Gloria and Khadija were exceptional hosts. The riad is in an excellent location, it was quite safe and easy to find yet strategically located near all the best attractions. It was also quiet and the WiFi was excellent, I managed to do a lot of work on the terrace next to the cutest lovebirds. Gloria has incredible taste, the decor made the entire house feel like a museum with Indian, Arabic and a touch of British influence. The photos do not do it justice. Breakfast was scrumptious, Khadija is an excellent cook- fresh yoghurt, fruits, brewed coffee, eggs, pastries and an assortment of jams, butter and cheese on the side...fit for a queen. My room was clean, the bedding was clean and comfy and I had reasonable storage space. It genuinely felt like I was visiting my family, I would totally recommend Dar el Mudal.
