The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. It was quiet, good for relaxing, beautiful views of the pool. The doormen were friendly and very helpful.

Cons: Todo estaba muy sucio, la alfombra de la habitaciĂłn estaba muy muy sucia, habĂa hormigas en la habitaciĂłn. A parte de que la limpieza no es el gran que. La gobernanta muy mal educada hablando mal a todo el mundo y ademĂĄs trata fatal a una de sus trabajadoras y encima la insultĂł, me pareciĂł horrible. El desayuno nada que ver con un hotel de 5 estrellas, mĂĄs bien era un desayuno de hostal. Creo que este hotel necesita mucho para arreglar.

Wow where do I start! We booked this hotel last minute via love holidays as a family break with our 3 year old, didnât do much research stupidly but saw it was 5* and thought all would be fine, we was wrong! We arrived and instantly realised this place was run down, reception staff had 0 care, was rude, slow and gave us no information about the hotel just handed us a key card and directed us to the room. We walked down some very scary corridor arrived to our room and letâs just say we was horrified! Mouldy food in fridge, filthy everywhere, stained carpet, balcony was not safe at all! Beds where dirty, we went down to the restaurant to try and salvage the holiday- food was awful, service was rude, staff made me feel so uncomfortable so please donât go here especially if you are a women! Cannot reiterate this enough. We checked out the next day and paid for another hotel to try and make our holiday special and luckily all was resolved at the new resort! I will show pictures but this place is dangerous, dirty, just all round shocking! Please if you see from England do not book this hotel it should be closed down asap!

Le lendemain matin, jâai voulu quitter et rĂ©cupĂ©rer mon argent, mais la personne responsable m'a dit que jâai fait ma rĂ©servation Ă travers Booking et qu'ils ne peuvent pas me rembourser et que si je veux, je peux ramener la commission d'hygiĂšne pour inspecter la nourriture qu'ils donnent.

Stay away from this hotel. We believe the hotel was seriously misrepresented and was completely below the standard we were led to expect. On arrival, reception staff were rude and dismissive. We were simply given a key with no information about the hotel, restaurant times, facilities or amenities. Questions were laughed at or ignored. The room was unacceptable. We found blood on the bedsheets, stained and dirty carpets, rubbish under the bed, a broken toilet and toilet seat, stained curtains and mouldy/leftover food in the fridge. There was also an ants' nest in our bathroom. We reported this and were told someone would attend within 10 minutes. 24 hours later, nothing had been done, so I removed it myself. There were serious pest problems throughout the hotel. Cockroaches were present in the shared toilets. On one occasion, I entered a toilet and several cockroaches scattered into holes in the door frames. The food and hygiene standards were equally concerning. We were effectively living on bread for two days because we did not feel safe eating the food. Meat dishes that were supposed to be hot were cold, and flies were all over the food with no apparent preventative measures. Only one serving utensil was being used across different dishes, creating a clear risk of cross-contamination, particularly for guests with allergies. On one occasion, I witnessed a waiter put his fingers into the food to "tidy it up". When I asked whether it would be replaced, he simply walked away. We were also extremely concerned about the drinking glasses. Staff repeatedly rinsed used glasses under a cold tap before giving them to other customers. This happened daily and was not an isolated incident. When I raised this, staff laughed. We therefore stopped using the glasses and drank directly from bottles because we did not consider them hygienically safe. Staff were generally rude and unhelpful, and requests for bottled water were often ignored. We spoke to several other guests who reported similar experiences. Some had stayed only one night before paying to move to another hotel. Unfortunately, we could not afford to do this and were effectively stuck until our return flight. This is far beyond simply experiencing different standards in another country. Blood on bedding, cockroaches, an ants' nest, mouldy food, dirty rooms, flies on food, cold food and inadequate glass cleaning are serious hygiene and safety concerns. My advice is to stay away from this hotel.

Do not waste your money. The streets would have been better. Food is awful, everyone was ill. Air con didn't work. Staff laughed at us when we asked for water. Dead mouse in our room and blood over bathroom floor. Horrible smell of sewage. The worse place I have ever stayed!

I made the mistake of booking without reading reviews through love holidays - after seeing mixed reviews I figured ahh probably just people being picky who cares - my god was I wrong - at the check in spoke to a man and his kid they were 2 nights in said they had been surviving on bread rolls as food was so bad - figured Iâd give it a chance - went to eat was so poor I ended up going to bed hungry -the room was filthy- entered and the tv from last guest was still on - there was a rotten half eaten fruit in the mini fridge and it looked like it hadnât seen a hoover in months- again I usually donât care too much about a room being dated as who spends there holiday in the room - but this was rank I called love holidays and am waiting for a refund and spent ÂŁ2200 for a new resort which thank god is actually really good has a waterpark etc - If your like I was and figured ahh reviews are probably exaggerated Iâm sure itâll be fine donât make the mistake I did - cancel and rebook somewhere else - in terms of staff was mixed - lobby guy seemed alright but abit blunt - bell boy was nice - bar lad was nice - women in the bar area was the final straw for me to book somewhere else and save my family holiday - she tried to refuse to give me water to take to the room and told me use room service which luckily from the reviews I know is charged! - oh and also when I got there at 6pm there was a plate of food left in the hallway - was still there at 11pm! Would avoid - legit would stay if this was free

This is not anywhere near 5 star. I am staying in it now and can tell you it is far from it. Breakfast can be great but the staff and management have not considered what can be done to make it a pleasurable experience. Bees and flies on food..watered down drinks, smelly water. Rooms... looks like from previous bad reviews the hotel has been covered up with new switches and fittings to make it appear as new and nice but in actual fact we have brown water in the taps, poor water coming out of the showers. Cleaners cannot provide shower gel because its locked in a room. There are insects and roaches around our room. There is dust in the corner of the rooms and passages. This hotel can be a beautiful one with an amazing appearance but it has been a let down. As for the spa do not enter.... one lady there who said she is one lady and cannot do anything extra except for a hamam for one and a massage for one ... it is very creepy in there.

Worst experience ever. We booked thinking its 5 star hotel as it says but it was -1.The rooms were smelly and dirty, dirty curtains, the carpets were not hoovered, there was snot on the bed sheet. They clearly were not changed after the previous occupants. I was the moment I got in the room. The swimming pool looked dirty. We spend 3 hours before we could be allocated our rooms, they kept saying 10 minutes with no communication. The reception staff was rude, would walk away whenever we tried communicating with him. ended up booking another hotel. Do not book this hotel !!

Cons: Nou waar moet ik beginnen. Het was zeker geen 5 sterren hotel! Douche gordijn van plastic, geen fatsoenlijk toiletborstel. Kakkerlak in de badkamer. Op onze 1e (van de 4) dag kwam housekeeping pas om 23:30 om de kamer schoon te maken. Nadat we meerdere malen gebeld hadden terwijl we in de middag het bordje op de deur hadden hangen. Nadat we terug waren in de middag hebben we een dutje gedaan toen klopten de dames aan, wijnhadden gezegd: we gaan douchen en daarna kunnen jullie komen. Telefoon op de kamer deed het de ene keer de andere keer niet. Ontbijt was waardeloos, je kon tussen 7-10 uur ontbijten. Als je om 09:30 kwam was er niks meer over. Er was vooral veel deegwaren, geen groenten. Wat je normaal verwacht van een 5 sterren hotel. Het hotel is aan grondig vernieuwing toe. Hooguit 2 sterren. In plaats van een groot 2 persoonsbed, kregen we 2x queensize die tegenelkaar stond. Waardoor je in het midden dus steeds een kuil had.

Um 00 h , 1 oder 2 Uhr nachts sogar 4 Uhr gehen die Lichtzr im Zimmern ein und aus, Ich habe in einem Floor einen Zimmer gehabt. Im Floor ca 40 Zimmern waren nur 2 GĂ€ste, Ein Mitarbeiter der Housekeeping öffnete neben die TĂŒr Zimmer Nachrs und geht rein und raus , ich habe das Foto um 1h 2h und 3 h nachts heimlich gemacht , Zimmer gegenĂŒber war tĂŒr auf und Licht an, ab und zu mal wieder aus. Cons: The hotel is far below a 4-star standard. As soon as we arrived for our anniversary, we started experiencing issues with the hotelâs service quality and amenities. There was no iron in the room, and the hotel refused to provide one, saying we would have to pay for their laundry service because they do not allow irons in the rooms. The towels in both the room and by the pool were poor quality. We even had to ask reception for pool towels, and they insisted that we return them to reception after use. Instead of feeling like valued guests at a supposed 5-star hotel, we felt as though they were doing us a favour whenever we requested something basic. There was no staff by the pool to assist guests or take orders, so we had to search for help whenever we needed anything. Some of the pool chairs and side tables were also very dusty. The breakfast was very disappointing. The msemen and harcha were clearly from the previous night and not fresh. At the buffet, the vegetables and fruits also looked old and not fresh. The service was poor as well. Although breakfast was included in our stay, we gave up on it after the first morning and chose to travel to the city centre for breakfast at restaurants instead. We were also disappointed that the hotel only provided two small bottles of water in the room on the first night and never replenished them afterwards. When we asked for more water, we were charged extra each time. The location is also inconvenient. It takes around 20 minutes by car to reach the city centre, even without traffic. Overall, the experience did not match the standards, service, or hospitality expected from a 4- or 5-star hotel.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience for a so-called 5-star hotel. The toilet in my room was filthy and still covered with human waste when I checked in. This is absolutely disgusting and shows a complete lack of hygiene and respect for guests. When I went to complain to the reception, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, he simply said it was ânot his faultâ and treated me badly. I paid 1230 dirhams for a single room with breakfast, and this is the level of service and cleanliness I received. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars at all. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not stay at this hotel. We were put in this hotel by the airline when our flights were cancelled. There were 6 of us so were checked into three rooms - one of the rooms had a cockroach running across the floor, all rooms were dirty, in another room we also found a blood stain on the carpet. This is not a 5 star hotel, we were shocked by the awful condition and I highly recommend that you never ever come here.

Loved the hotel, large bedroom, cleaned every day, and Beds made up so nicely, balcony overlooking the pool! The food in the restaurant was great lots of choice for breakfast and we enjoyed the buffet evening meal! The Receptionists (especially the lady) were extremely helpful and organised a couple of trips out! In fact all the staff were friendly!

La femme de l accueil au spa Ă©tait austĂšre. Il faudrait chauffer la piscine extĂ©rieure et ouvrir la piscine intĂ©rieure. Il y avait des tĂąches sur le tapis de la chambre.

This is the worst hotel I have ever had the mis fortune to stay in - I read the bad reviews before I booked and thought It cant be all that bad but I wish I had listened to them. When we arrived we were shown to our room which we had been given an upgrade (only to realise that we were only 2 of 10 people staying so not really an upgrade) anyway the room was pleasent however that is where positives end - we had booked all inclusive only to be told 2 hours after arrival they had no beer and that we couldnt get any - after a lot of talking to management we finally were offered an altervative beer but it did take some arguing with them. Then we tried dinner - the food was horrendous with no choices to try and select something different by the 3rd day I was living off of bread rolls for my dinner as they were the only things that were edible. The staff were really rude and unhelpful and is most deffinitley not a 5 star hotel . There was no entertainment, indoor pool was empty and "spa jucuzzi" only has one jet of water working. If looking at this hotel please do take this review as how we found it and not just being negative - please do not waste your money by booking here i wish I had taken this advice before I booked !!!

The location is a cab journey into the centre of Marrakesh and the hotel doesnât supply a shuttle! I was aware of this when I booked the hotel. To get a taxi is easy through the hotel, the cost is between ÂŁ8-ÂŁ25 depending on the driver. So can be expensive if travelling in daily. The room 149 ground floor pool view was clean and had a fridge, the bed was comfy and I slept really well, it was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. the food had a great selection and I didnât get hungry however I can see why some people might not like it. What made the hotel was the staff (fati in the bar and restaurant) she really did look after us. I feel only my opinion that it would be mayhem in the summer if you were all inclusive as only one bar, I donât drink alcohol however there wasnât much choice for people who did, if u want a hotel that is away from the hustle and bustle this is the one for you.

The building itself was very nice and well located near the friend I was visiting. The staff at the reception was extremely nice. The swimming pool and bar made for a very peaceful enjoyable time.

This hotel is an absolute disaster. Any positive review is a lie. Just the parking lot and lobby feel like a nightmare â dark, dirty, and falling apart. No one helped with our suitcases, the hallway lights barely worked, and plaster was falling off the walls. The room was horrifying: thick dust everywhere, a rusted bathtub, cracked walls, a stained toilet, torn and nicotine-stained lampshades, dirty mirrors, and a huge spider waiting for us. Everything felt neglected and filthy. The all-inclusive is a joke: the pool bar was closed, and the indoor bar had five half-empty sodas and one vodka that smelled awful. This experience was shocking for the price we paid. If you value your time and money, stay far away. The 70+ one-star reviews are telling the truth â this place should be shut down immediately.

Any positive review about this place is 100% a lie. This hotel shouldnât even be open, let alone have five stars. Without exaggeration, this is a one-star hotel at best. Even pulling into the parking lot felt like arriving at an apocalyptic movie set. The lobby and reception were dark, depressing, and in terrible condition. We pushed our own suitcases in because nobody offered any help. After handing us the key, we walked down a hallway where the lights turned off after about 15 steps â and the plaster on the walls was peeling and falling off everywhere. The moment we opened the door to our room, we knew we werenât staying. We immediately started taking photos for Booking.com and began searching for another hotel. The carpet looked like something out of a horror movie. The dust was so thick I could literally write my name in it. The bathtub was rusted, the walls were brittle and cracking, the toilet was stained, the hinges were rusted, and a huge spider was waiting for us. The lamp shades were torn and nicotine-stained, the mirrors looked like they hadnât been cleaned in 3â4 years, and everything felt dirty, old, and neglected beyond belief. The only remotely positive thing I can say is that the bed had linens and was a decent size â and thatâs where the positives end. We paid for all-inclusive, so we checked the pool bar (closed) and then the indoor bar, which had five nearly empty Sprite bottles and one bottle of vodka that smelled like gasoline. Thatâs what they call âall-inclusive.â This experience was genuinely shocking, especially considering the premium price we paid. Itâs not even close to meeting the standards of a 1-star property. If you have any sense, stay far away from this hotel. Read the other 70+ one-star reviews â theyâre all telling the truth. This place should be shut down.

Do not look too much in to the bad reviews, we are on our last day here (of 7) and itâs been fantastic. If you want a lovely relaxing holiday this is absolutely the place. I really do not understand why some people do not see this, probably they are the sort that are never pleased or been very unlucky! So, Staff.. couldnât be more helpful, waiters, chefs, reception, manager all brilliant! Itâs not difficult to be nice to people is it?! Im sure they would have been just as nice even if we didnât tell them what a great job they were doing. Food.. I loved every meal.. youâre in Morocco! Not UK.. some people obviously need reminding. Amazing Moroccan food cooked by excellent chefs .. really nice. Accommodation.. Great rooms very spacey .. absolutely no complaints Drink.. You have to go to the side bar to get your drinks not the one by the side of the pool (unless you want to pay for the cocktails etc) but thatâs no problem at all.. itâs still right next to pool but inside. Entertainment.. music around the pool and chat to people you meet.. theres nothing else but there is loads to do out and about. Tip.. Download the Get your Guide app (orange G) cheap trips on there .. Overall if youâre expecting a 5 star UK type experience then go to a five star hotel in UK. Everyone who works here were fantastic.. itâs been a very relaxed week away.. thanks to all the staff đ€đ

Room was dirty blood on sheets , stains on walls dirty cups plates ,flys everywhere !!! all over the food in the food hall and cold . we also had to buy drinks as this was the only way to get any service at times bearing in mind i booked all inclusive. leaving the hotel i was hit with all different charges and even told to pay for drinks i already paid for i chose not to argue and just paid to be told by reception staff that the bar staff were actually charging me double per drink(180MAD)equivalent to about ÂŁ15 !!. they didnât want to refund us ! also the toilet and stains all over it they donât change the sheets . towels were dirty even when we called for new ones still dirty flys in cups itâs just too much to say about my experience at this dirty place also the lights in the hall way itâs like something out of a scary movie , they donât automatically come on so itâs very dark very dark like someone could be waiting for you in the hallway and you would see . very unsafe please do not stay they need to close the whole Place DOWN !! Throughout our stay, we encountered consistent arrogance and unhelpfulness from staff, with information often being misleading or contradictory. Unless you are booked on an all-inclusive basis, even basic services such as ordering a drink or arranging a taxi are unnecessarily difficult to access. The experience overall was disappointing and far from the level of hospitality expected at this category of hotel. Additionally, while the location may appear close to Marrakeshâs Medina, in reality it is costly and time-consuming to travel to and from the city, with no nearby shops or conveniences available.

This was by far the worst âfive-starâ hotel Iâve ever stayed in. On arrival, my room was dirty, the bathroom bin hadnât been emptied, and the toilet was unhygienic. The food was extremely poor, with some dishes looking reheated from previous days and birds flying around the buffet area. Choices were very limited, and since I was travelling with someone with allergies, we often had to eat out or order in to avoid going hungry. There was no complimentary water, and the WiFi barely worked in the rooms or around the hotel. Even the sun loungers and communal areas were dirty. Nothing about this place reflects five-star standards â it felt more like a neglected budget hotel. Overall, a huge disappointment and not worth the money. 0/10.

We booked this hotel as we were unhappy with the first one we arrived too. It was like a palace compared to the first hotel we arrived at. The pool area is stunning, especially of a night. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are defo 5 star for Morroco. The restaurant is nice, we went all inclusive and the adults were very happy but if you have picky teenagers prepare to buy a few dinners off the menu so they actually eat something lol. Drinks were fine. Service was wonderful. Spa was nice. WiFi isnât great but they have an English film channel on the TV if you want some background noise going to sleep or need some time out of the heat. Music playing by the pool and a gentleman singing in the evening which was lovely. I really donât understand the other reviews about staff rudeness because they were all exceptional with us. Very clean hotel as well, but flies and wasps by the poolside were very annoying (I know thereâs nothing to be done about that but just a warning as we had to chuck and replace drinks after leaving them for literal seconds)

I didnt stay in this property long enough to find something I did like, however based on what I seen, which was the reception and pool area its safe to say there probaly wouldnt have been much to like if anything.
Cons: I managed to see the entrance, the foyer and the pool area. Â I didn't like any of them and I cant recall one thing within this hotel in my brief stint I was there which would give me any promise this it would improve through out the hotel. As you enter through the old rickety wooden gate into the 'yard' you will already have a feeling that the stay here isn't going to be great. Â Through the old front wooded main entrance into a dark and dreary foyer area surrounded by old brown leather recliners you will not be greeted with a beverage but with an unprofessional receptionist. Â The receptionist while you booking you in will have multiple conversations with other people as they pass and completely ignore you all whilst you are checking in. At this stage, after peeling myself of the recliner while still waiting to check in, I ventured into the 'pool' area to have a look around. It's certainly a pool and its in an area however its not an area you would enjoy spending time and look to relax. More prison court yard with a hole in the ground filled with water. At this point, we decided to check out albeit we still wasn't checked in and after being refunded for the tourist tax, which to confirm we were incorrectly over charged for requested for a refund and a taxi to leave. The refund I was told to take it up with booking.com. 15minutes later as the taxi arrived and the bell boy done a deal with the taxi driver we was on our way. As the saga continues regarding the refund (I was being polite to the hotel before this stage and explained I booked the wrong hotel in error, which I booked that day) HOWEVER due to the fact the hotel continue to ignore my request for a refund and haven't even acknowledged my message/email a week later I thought it would be easier to provide genuine feedback and honest review for other people traveling to the hotel.

This hotel is wonderful. We are a couple wanting to reset and step away from life for 6 nights. This is bliss. The food is varied, fresh and lovely. The staff are friendly and wonderful. If you want an English breakfast, expect the staff to speak English, go to Benidorm. Rooms are spacious and clean and pool area lovely and contrary to previous reviews the pool was not "too cold". Highly recommend for couples looking to step away from their usual European vacation.

I booked this hotel as we got a great deal. After booking I read some negative reviews and was anxious about staying there. The hotel far surpassed our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive (especially in the restaurant and at the poolside). The pool, sunbeds, room and communal areas were lovely and spotless. The food was somewhat limited but we enjoyed each meal we had. A really enjoyable break.

Un accueil exceptionnel malgrĂ© notre arrivĂ©e un peu en avance. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli Ă bras ouverts. Les chambres Ă©taient dĂ©jĂ prĂȘtes et propres. Le personnel est bienveillant et toujours souriant et surtout Ă lâĂ©coute afin de rĂ©pondre Ă toutes nos demandes trĂšs rapidement. Le personnel de lâaccueil, les femmes de mĂ©nage en passant par la gouvernante et surtout la direction ont tous Ă©tĂ© formidable avec nous. Quant au service restauration câest exceptionnel. En effet, les repas sont variĂ©s afin de rĂ©pondre au mieux aux goĂ»ts de chacunđ. La piscine est exceptionnellement propre un nettoyage rĂ©gulier est effectuĂ© ( il est visible par les personnes matinales comme nous đ) et de la belle musique pour bronzer au soleil. I stayed at this resort in July 2025, expecting a relaxing, all-inclusive five-star holiday. Instead, I experienced one of the most upsetting and underwhelming holidays Iâve ever endured. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this resort fell dramatically short of its promises â both in quality and in care. 1. Appalling Food Provision and Health Negligence As a diabetic, I rely on consistent meals to manage my condition. The resort only offered three set meals per day, with no snacks or provisions in between. One morning, I missed breakfast and informed the staff of my medical need. After a long wait, I was given a menu â only to be told Iâd have to pay for any food, despite being on an all-inclusive plan. This was not only disappointing, but genuinely dangerous to my health. There were no snack options, no ice creams, and nothing as snacks. 2. Limited Facilities and Zero Entertainment Only one restaurant was available to guests, despite another on the premises being strictly off-limits. This created an uncomfortable sense of exclusion. There were no activities, no entertainment, no evening programs, just an empty itinerary. Guests were left either in their rooms or by the pool with nothing to do. It felt more like a waiting room than a holiday. 3. Completely Unusable Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent. Even the DJ, who provided the only sliver of entertainment, had his music repeatedly cut off due to poor connectivity. In todayâs world, such internet issues are unacceptable â especially at a so-called luxury resort. 4. Dirty Rooms and Shocking Hygiene Standards The in-room phone didnât work. I received no towels. No toilet tissue. No housekeeping whatsoever. The room was infested with ants and cockroaches, which was both unhygienic and distressing. Basic cleanliness should be a given â this felt like neglect. 5. Communication Issues and Language Barriers Staff were largely unable to communicate in English, making even the simplest requests frustrating. I once asked for two teas and was handed two toothpicks. That moment encapsulated the sheer lack of training and support provided to staff, and the disconnect in service delivery. 6. A Cold, Unkind Birthday I was at the resort on my birthday â 13th July. Not a single member of staff acknowledged it. No kind gesture, no small celebration, not even a greeting. For a hospitality setting, the lack of warmth was truly disheartening. 7. No Compensation for the Final Day Despite the many failings throughout the stay, the resort made no offer to compensate or make amends. My final day (14th July) was treated like any other, with no goodwill shown for the distress and disappointment I endured. --- This holiday was emotionally draining, physically uncomfortable, and thoroughly unworthy of the price or promises made. I left feeling let down, disrespected, and hurt. I would not recommend this resort to anyone, especially those with specific dietary or medical needs. I sincerely hope the resort takes accountability for this experience. Until then, I urge others to be cautious when considering this destination.

Everything else, extremely disappointing, all inclusive was shocking, tucked away in the corner, very minimal selection and the drinks were warm. All inclusive guests were kicked out of the main dining area to allow for a big group who completely overran the hotel who treated it like a slum, spitting everywhere, being loud in the morning just very rude. Felt like we were an afterthought and a hindrance. Definitely not a 5* hotel itâs a mediocre 3 at best. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it will put a negative on your visit to Marrakech.

Good points wonât take long! Very spacious and very clean rooms, serviced every day. Mini bar is no such thing itâs a small chiller!!! Tiny ants everywhere, they didnât really bother me but if you donât like stuff like than then it will be an issue. Pool area is stunning although a lot smaller than the photos suggest. Hotel was very quiet so no problem getting a lounger. Took ages to check in they couldnât find our booking and Wasnât shown around when arrived and had no idea that there was a shuttle bus to Marrakesh throughout the day. The hotel definitely favours French guests. Staff canât do enough for them. Quiz night:French Kareoke night:French Music:day and night; mostly French. Even when the staff know full well you are English they speak to you in French and I know more Arabic than I do French! But that wasnât appreciated at all Just makes you feel a little left out thatâs all! Nothing wrong with French people and obviously it was a French colony so I get it but doesnât stop you feeling left out! Not sure if it was because of eid but looking at the reviews at other times possibly not but didnât seem like a lot of staff working so service was very slow, drinks selection available wasnât great and there was an extensive snack menu advertised 3-5pm but there was nowhere near anything Like what was advertised. Bar also shuts at 11pm and not 1am like advertised on holiday sites, all inclusive guests are not allowed to use the pool bar which makes no sense whatsoever. Food is ok at best and not a huge amount of choice and if you go late on whatever sitting there is hardly anything left even though the hotel is quiet. Not worth the money paid thatâs for sure and at a push this is a four star because of the facilities, defo not 5. Would I return? Maybe if it was half the price!

Only two plug sockets work at a time in the room, kettle broke, hot water cold, all the hallways are so dark probably to save electric, that you canât see where you are going, the â entertainmentâ was the WORST we have ever seen, itâs a staff member of their choice singing along to the bar music with no idea what the words are. Music is SO incredibly loud youâve no chance of even TRYING to go to sleep before 11pm whatsoever. The worst thing about this hotel out of all of it was the â FOODâ. My god, all the places we have been to, never seen anything like it. Absolute â slopâ. Like stuff you find in the bottom of a sink. Absolutely disgusting, no exaggeration. So sooo dissapointing!! How on EARTH this hotel is classed as 5 stars Absolutley baffles us. One person here made our stay tolerable. The concierge guy with glasses normally at the front door of the hotel. He ordered us takeaways off the app on his phone because other wise letâs face it, we would have starved if we had eaten the â sewageâ they have on offer here, and he personally delivered them to our room, and also helped us with phone chargers. In my 50 years of travelling this is one of the worst All inclusive hotels I have stayed in. No wrist bands so you were questioned every time you asked for something. The room was reasonably clean and beds comfy. Big crack in the sink. We had a small flood in our bathroom from the shower so asked for more towels as we used them to mop up the girls face was not very happy especially when we asked for more toilet roll. When going back to your room at night the corridors are unlit. Unless you know to press the button outside your door you use your phone to find your room. Our button was broke. Now the worst part. Food đ€ź For some reason everything tasted of petrol. Porridge was like wallpaper paste. A very bad limited selection at every sitting. Had to ask for everything. ie cutlery, sugar, water. We ended up going to Macy Ds and KFC where we saw other people from the hotel We were told cocktails not available as the drinks machine was broke but they would mix you one. When I say it would have melted your teeth Iâm not joking they tasted of paint stripper.This is defo not a 5*. I would say 2*. And it was by no means a cheap holiday. Love Morocco and have visited quite a few times I will continue to visit this country but defiantly not this hotel. đĄ

Insgesamt ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, Es sind kein fĂŒnf Sterne wert , sondern höchstens ein Stern , Zimmern sind groĂ aber richtig dreckig, Schimmel , Betten sind hart , habe RĂŒckenschmerzen bekommen davon, abends lauter Musik so das wir nicht schlafen konnten, frĂŒchtĂŒck sehr schlecht, viele fliegen , kein Besteck dreckige Tischdecken, kein Salz Kaffeemaschine sehr dreckig. Absolutt ingenting. Bad choice
Cons: Vi ankom hotellet pÄ kvelden den 17. januar 2024. Vi var tre familier med smÄ barn. Til sammen betalte vi ca 14,000kr for to netter. Romene var iskalde, vi mÄte ned til resepsjonen flere ganger for Ä be om hjelp. De kom ikke fÞr kl 23:30. pÄ badet sÄ var det hvitt/grÄ aktig gamle hÄndkler. Mannen som stÄ i resepsjonen hadde pÄ seg en sikkelig vinter jake da det var iskald der ogsÄ. Dette sÄ ut som de sparte penger pÄ alle mÄter da det ikke var sesongen. Anbefales ikke utrolig dÄrlig opplegg til Ä vÊre 5 stjerner

Locatoin was great and cleanliness
Cons: During my stay after paying so. Much, I encountered several issues. Firstly, there was no flat iron in the room, which resulted in requesting laundry service at an extra cost. Additionally, the bathtub had two rusty, broken pieces, making filling it up impossible. I reported this the next day after noticing the problem, but housekeeping noted it, and it was never fixed throughout my stay. As a result, I had to rely solely on the shower, even though I would have preferred to soak in the bathtub. Regarding the dining experience, I found the lunch and dinner options to be overpriced and lacking variety, as the menu was nearly the same daily. There wasn't enough fruit offered, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, breakfast was better, but I still would have liked to see a wider selection of fruit, as it was extremely minimal.

Worst hotel I have ever had the unfortunate experience of staying in. Unsure where to start so Iâll make a list:- Cold dark dirty rooms shared with bed bugs, cockroaches the size of dustbin lids not to mention the ant infestation. Balcony doors didnât close. Bed room was never cleaned. Bed sheets were hardly ever changed - I managed to watch a mascara stained pillow move around the bed rather than the cleaner bother to change the pillow case. Never hoovered and carpets were full of crap. Room looked like it had never ever been cleaned Tried to unplug the kettle and the whole socket and wiring fell out of the wall When I looked inside the kettle it was rusty Wall lights hanging off their sockets Chair and carpet covered in some kind of substance thatâs never been wiped off Pool bar that plays music for nobody until after 11.30pm and keeps anyone poolside awake. When they finally turn off the dreadful covers of Lady in Red and you hope to get a moments rest the pool bar phone rings at full volume at 12 am , 1 am , 2 am , 3 am , 4 am , 5 am and so on and repeatedly just to ensure that any rest that could be had is completely avoidable due to constant ringing. At one point there were staff screaming and shouting around the pool at 4am in the morning - no idea why. If there is a break in the terrible music and the constant phone ringing it will be filled by the roar of motorbikes revving up and down the street as the diplomats children use the early hours of the morning to act like boy racers and with their diplomatic immunity the police do nothing. Once youâve figured out you canât sleep due to the noise and your skin crawls due to the filth do yourself a favour and donât touch the food - or you may be met with uncooked raw chicken, over priced fruit salads that consists of a chopped up banana and an apple, or the breakfast buffet where you will be pleasantly surprised by baked goods with a layer of furry mould or such delights as a dried apricot that has already been bitten into by another guest on another day but returned by the staff to be served yet again. Disgusting. Not to mention the dead flies in the bowls of manhandled and recycled food. Was interesting to watch a poor guest enter the hotel only to be physically attacked by a security guard for having a 6 pack of water and a pizza in a plastic bag. The security guard tried to shut the gate on them, physically grabbed their bag and ripped it all while screaming in their face. Once they entered the hotel the receptionist then confiscated the water that the guest had purchased with their own money. Wtaf??? The dark corridors and stone staircases with no lighting are dangerous. The water is cold - cold showers, cold pool. Check out the spa where you can get a massage from a bubble gum popping lady, or step into the sauna where there is no water to throw on the coals, or go into a freezing cold jacuzzi with no working jets or go for a swim in the inside pool which has dirt and debris covering the floor and is filthy. When the water went off - yes - a hotel with no running water when it came back it was brown and filthy. The staff are rude and incompetent - or they give zero sh*ts. I canât even carry on as the list is exhaustive and after having to stay in the hell hole for 5 weeks I finally made it home with a horrible chest infection and severe sleep deprivation. If you do get any water out of the shower be sure to Pat yourself dry with an off white over used towel thatâs also just filthy.
