The staff were very attentive. Even when you wanted to take a taxi, a staff member would accompany you all the way to the taxi. There were constant offerings of fruit, coffee, and tea. They made us feel at home. The rooms were clean. The hotel’s atmosphere was perfect. If I come again, I will definitely choose this place.

From the moment we arrived, the Riad Kheirredine delivered an unforgettable Moroccan experience. The setting is pure luxury, yet with an authentic charm that makes you feel completely immersed in Marrakech. Breakfasts on the terrace were exceptional — fresh fruit, local pastries, and traditional dishes prepared with care, easily the best way to start each day. Dinner in the riad was just as memorable: refined Moroccan cuisine, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The roof garden, with its pool and panoramic views of the medina, is a private oasis — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the souks. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated in traditional style, and spotlessly maintained. The service deserves special mention: attentive, discreet, and genuinely warm. Every detail was thought of, from arranging excursions to ensuring comfort during meals and spa treatments. The Hammam and massage were another highlight — a deeply relaxing, authentic ritual that completed the experience of staying here. The Riad Kheirredine combines five-star luxury with Moroccan hospitality at its finest. A stay here is more than accommodation; it’s a cultural and sensory journey. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the very best of Marrakech. I will be returning.....
Cons: Nothing.

Riad Kheirredine is stunning, beautifully designed, elegantly decorated, with superb food and exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Our flight was late on the first night so we dined at the riad, and it turned out to be one of the best meals of the trip. The dining room, with its vaulted ceiling and palm-filled courtyard, set the tone: delicious food in beautiful surroundings. Breakfasts were equally impressive; fresh fruit, homemade jams and honey, crepes, Moroccan pancakes, eggs any way you like, cold cuts, coffee, juices and heavenly pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat, danish, all freshly baked). I don’t usually eat much in the morning, but here I ate like a king every day. Snacks by the pool and light lunches were excellent too, and you could eat anywhere you fancied; rooftop, courtyards, or room. The property is set around four riads, full of hidden corners for eating, lounging or sunning yourself. It feels authentic without being a pastiche, elegant but understated. We stayed in the Patchouli Room; spacious, high-ceilinged, with carved plasterwork, a giant divan in the moucharaby overlooking a courtyard, and the most comfortable bed imaginable. As wonderful as the riad is, it’s the staff who really make it unforgettable. Warm, attentive, never intrusive; nothing was ever too much trouble. From front of house to housekeeping and kitchen, everyone was a joy. They are a credit. Special mention to Elena at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and great fun too. I’m a little torn writing this, because while I want to recommend Riad Kheirredine wholeheartedly, part of me wants to keep it a secret so there’s still space when we return… which we absolutely will, very soon.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like, but people should be aware that the location in the medina naturally means finding your way through a maze of tiny alleys and dead ends. We’ve been to Marrakech before so we knew what to expect, but for first-timers it can be a bit of a shock. That said, it’s very safe to walk around the medina at any time of day. The hotel provides maps and even a mobile phone so you can call staff to come meet you if you’re lost (and you will get lost!) or feeling unsure. Give it a couple of days and you’ll find your bearings; getting a little lost is part of the charm. As with most riads in the medina, it’s not really suitable for those with mobility issues.

Outstanding detail in the decor- an oasis among the chaos of Marrakesh. You could literally small it from the street! Gorgeous! The service was very attentive, staff at every corner and they offer complimentary water, coffees and juices throughout the day. Room service menus incredible value for money, and they washed all our clothes for free ready for the next phase of our trip. We had a full spa treatment with scrub and then massage. Again, fantastic. The spa was reserved for us alone which meant we could enjoy the facilities in a private way.

718 / 5,000 Our stay at Riad Kheirredine was excellent. We particularly appreciated the friendliness and willingness to help of all the staff. We really enjoyed our room—Suite Impériale—and the riad's facilities, particularly the restaurant, which is quite good, and the various patios and terraces. A very helpful aspect is that on their first day, guests receive a cell phone that they can use to contact the riad if they get lost in the city, need something, or simply navigate the streets of Marrakesh. Another helpful aspect is that the riad has specific meeting points in the city where we can find staff members who guide us through the narrow streets to the hotel.
Cons: The riad is a bit far from the city center. You can walk there, which is nice, but it takes about 20-30 minutes through the narrow streets of the medina, where it's very easy to get lost. However, it's easy to order a tuk-tuk or taxi, which will cost you around €7 to Jemaa el-Fnaa Square.

From the pick up to the departure, every day was an experience of feeling like royalty, being treated like a king, being served the most delicious breakfast to refreshing drinks on the pool to authentic Moroccan cuisine in the restaurants and lovely Italien dishes a la carte. The owners are Italien and the riad shines with wonderful details all through the property. Most importantly the personnel really makes you feel like you live in a castle. Amazing, responsive, friendly, welcoming and they really went over and above to accommodate our wishes. They even got me a reservation at La Trattoria with a few days advance notice which is like impossible because the place is books for weeks out. Thank you is not enough. Looking forward to next time Inshallah

SPECTACULAR SERVICE. The hotel provides a walking guide from the taxi stand to the hotel and back at all hours of the day as it would be impossible to find. Feels a bit sketchy if you’re not used to the area (trash, beggars, motorcycles constantly on narrow paths), but when you step inside it is spectacular. Free laundry service every day. Rooftop breakfast lunch and dinner. Multiple pools. Turndown service (even close the drapes). They give you a local cell phone to walk the city with just incase your nav or cell doesn’t work. Spectacular attention to everyone’s needs. Absolutely authentic Morrocab charming Riad. Beautiful without feeling too Bougie. Authentic, attentive. A bit of a maze but there’s always someone to help you. Might be my favorite hotel ever and I stay 100 days a year in hotels. My colleague stayed at the Nobu. I stayed here. So happy I did.

Rooms are all very different and interesting finishings. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of items. Their fresh orange juice is actually the best I have ever tasted. Their food overall is delicious. Their staff are all simply excellent and are very helpful with all requests. They even give you a hotel phone to use to call/message them for any assistance and to arrange car pick up from where ever you are in town
Cons: Initially, the 5 minute walk from the taxi drop off to get to the Riad but then you get used to it and actually nice to do after dinner out. Possibly no TV in the room but then again did not really miss it.

From the moment you arrive they make you feel welcome! The staff is very helpful and nice, what made our experience unique was how they supported us to visit everything we had in our itinerary. They will give you a phone that you get to keep with you while you visit with solid internet service, so worry-not about getting lost in the Medina or getting from place to place, they will walk you to and from the hotel if you get lost or need the escort - they will call taxis for you too, at 60 diram per trip, which is pretty reasonable.
Cons: We visited other hotels for dinners and spa treatments including the royal Mansour and La sultana. Personally, our hotel felt a lot more beautiful, with its three pools, friendly staff, and stunning views from the terrace - It is the perfect balance between opulence and beauty. I would not recommend any other hotel but Riad Kheirredine for Marrakesh, even if you are ready to spend more for luxury and comfort!

This is a gorgeous property that has an incredible staff. The facilities were excellent, clean, modern and well maintained. All of the staff from the front office to the main bar to the restaurant left us with wonderful memories. If there was any negative, we felt that, although this boutique Hotel was inside the Medina, we still had to do a fair amount of walking to get to transportation. That being said, we were given escorts every time we had to go somewhere-no matter the time of day or night. If we come back to Marrakech, we would absolutely stay here again

Well, this place is truly excellent. It is a beautiful Riad that has been renovated to an extremely high standard situated in the Medina. You can book airport transfers, tours etc through the Riad directly and they are of a good standard and reasonably priced. All of the staff, without exception, are customer service orientated to an extremely high standard. From the cleaning staff to the management, all staff want you to have a great stay They simply cannot do enough for you. Our room was wonderful with a nice large comfortable bed. Free water is provided together with biscuits and fruit. Free Wi-Fi is good. All furnished in keeping with the Riad. The room is serviced in the morning and the evening. There is air conditioning/heating. There is no TV. The food is of a high quality. The breakfast is included and is served with a good selection. The eggs are cooked to order. The evening meal offers traditional dishes, an Italian menu and an international menu. The food is once again of high quality. The Riad is in the Medina and the alleyways can initially be overwhelming. The hotel provides an escorted service out of the Medina. They also give you a mobile phone which you can use for google maps but also to ring the hotel if you get lost, want a cab etc. In summary I cannot praise this Riad enough. If you are staying in Marrakesh try and get booked in

Riad Kheirredine is a beautiful place to stay, an oasis of calm and tranquility with 5 star service. We got upgraded when we arrived, the staff could not do enough for us, they were so attentive and helpful they even surprised us with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to my partner and put flowers on our bed. We loved our beautiful room, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and the Riad was simply stunning. Riad Kheirredine felt like a beautiful oasis when we arrived there fresh from the desert. Friendly staff members met us wherever our tour bus decided to drop us off, and carried our luggage through the city to the Riad. From that moment on we were taken care of completely. The staff was lovely and helpful, anticipating every need. Our room was beautiful, far exceeding our expectations. The restaurant is great, and they have a coveted liquor license which pairs especially well with the multiple rooftop lounges. I loved everything about this hotel, and can't wait to visit again. Thank you Riad Kheirredine!

Beautifully appointed Riad, conveniently and centrally located yet surprisingly very peaceful. The staff were hands down the loveliest I have ever encountered while travelling, from the warm welcome we received on arrival, to the spa staff (you MUST try the hammam and massage on your first day) and waiters. The restaurant is exceptional and every day we made sure we had cocktails or a beer on the roof terrace to watch the sun go down.
Cons: The hotel kindly upgraded us on arrival, however we were given a suite over three floors which in hindsight we should have politely declined as I have some mobility issues and we had 39 steep steps to get up every time we returned to our room.

A special shout-out to Karim, who went above and beyond in ensuring that every request, need, and wish was fulfilled with impeccable care. He truly deserves a promotion! I wish every hotel had a staff like him! Whether it was providing fantastic suggestions, arranging seamless pick-ups and drop-offs, organizing tuk tuk rides, and even providing cellphone for peace of mind in case we got lost—the staff was always there to help. While the area around the riad may seem a bit overwhelming at first, stepping into Riad Kheirredine is like entering a peaceful oasis. The riad itself is stunning, and we stayed in the beautiful Sandal Suite, which combined traditional Moroccan design with modern comfort. The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot, offering incredible views of the city and Atlas Mountains—perfect for relaxing with a drink. The breakfasts were exceptional, with fresh, delicious Moroccan dishes that really added to the experience. Tucked away in the medina, it’s the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and easy access to the city's vibrant energy. If you're looking for a luxurious and authentic Moroccan stay, Riad Kheirredine is the place to be!

It was beautiful and well maintained, cleaned and tranquil. The staff are all friendly and make your stay lovely. It’s difficult to find at first but once you get used to it then you easily navigate your way, plus they are willing to walk you to nearby places also.

Riad Kheirredine was absolutely sublime—a true oasis amidst the vibrance of the Medina, where time seemed to stand still. We stayed here on our last night in Marrakech, and our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to enjoy this haven. If we had stayed longer, we might never have ventured out to explore! The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with all the staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with every member of the team warm and welcoming, making them a pleasure to chat with. They were always ready to provide us with useful information and insightful recommendations. One thoughtful touch was the mobile phone they provided for guests, allowing us to stay online via a hotspot while out exploring the city. This was incredibly helpful, as it kept us connected and made navigating Marrakech so much easier. The staff was also available via WhatsApp to assist with directions and offer recommendations, making us feel cared for at every step. The rooms were beautiful, with every sensory detail thoughtfully designed to delight. Stepping into our room was a joy, greeted by luxurious aromas and the comfiest sheets. The food was excellent as well, adding to the overall wonderful experience. They are in the midst of opening a new spa, and we can’t wait to come back and experience it. Given the exceptional quality of everything else in the Riad, we’re sure the spa and its services will be amazing too. We would love to return here someday. No complaints at all—it was perfect in every way.

Staff could not have been more helpful - special mentions for Loubna and Karim but all the team were really great. The staff walked us to various rendezvous points (if we wanted) which was especially useful until we got our bearings! Breakfasts were great. Location was good and the accommodation lovely. Very peaceful, secure and relaxed.

We absolutely loved staying at this riad. Why? Well, that’s easy. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so beautifully welcoming and never missed a beat. No need to feel scared or worried, the staff will walk you to your destination or at least to a known landmark. If you lose your way, you can use the phone that they give you for the entire stay. The riad is the epitome of luxury, think creamy white linens, luscious green palms adorning inner secret courtyards, cocktails by the pools (x2), the freshest fruits, pastries, crepes, tangines & mint tea whenever you feel the need. Our room was beautifully decorated, adorned with the finest of fabrics, a Moroccan French fusion. So much to see and do - we stayed for 6 nights and still felt there was more to do, we would return in a heartbeat! I cannot recommend more highly!
Cons: I cannot think of a single thing. It was perfect in every way!

I'm not one to ever review, but it felt unfair if I didnt.... * Location exceptionally good. Don't be put off by the small alley ways. The hotel even give you a phone to contact them at anytime in case you get lost around Marakesh, which isnt too hard. They send a member of staff out to come and find you...NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR EITHER PHONE OR FIND! * The team there are so helpful, but geniune with it. So nice and caring. I mention 'team' because they are just that, there never feels like one person is more senior than the other. They all pull in the same direction. We must have met at least 10 different team members - Not one asshole. * Breakfast on the terrace or wherever you want it. Nothing is too much * Superb Spa and message * Bottled drinking water, amazing hummus and juicy fruits complimentary * Great advice generally. We only booked two nights, then went to Desert but there was only ever one choice to back to upon our return. * I've been all over the world for work, and been in some amazing hotels, including India - But this is the best so far
Cons: Hard to think of what we didn't like. At a real stretch I'd say they need to speak to their guests at the start of their stay about towel / bedding swaps for environmental impact. Other than that - Fault was very difficult to find.

Key word here is hospitality. Upon arriving you are met with your host who discusses, recommends, and ultimately facilitates everything you could think of. They have thought of everything to include giving you a local phone with Google Maps and WhatsApp and a good signal to help navigate the tricky Medina Area. Can’t say enough about the staff and their hospitality. It set the highest bar of any hotel I have stayed at before to include the Marriott Luxury lines.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff made us feel so welcome. Every one of them extremely helpful and always wearing a smile. Breakfast was outstanding a wonderful selection of bakery treats, fruit, homemade jams and freshly squeezed juice, followed by eggs, hams, cheese, yoghurt and so much more. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a lovely, fruit bowl, bottled water and home baked treats that varied daily.
Cons: I didn’t dislike anything although the bath took forever to fill as I couldn’t work out the tap … but I could have asked a member of staff

Breakfast here was amazing. So fresh and tasty and it’s not like a buffet where they just put everyone out. You order at the table and they bring it to you fresh. And of course it’s all included with your stay. Also the staff was great and super helpful. They assist you in anyway necessary. And the best part is they will walk with you to the car pick up station, the market, and anywhere else close by that you want to go to. I would recommend this place to anyone and wish I could give it an even higher rating.

Staff were excellent and probably the most helpful I have ever experienced. They sorted the airport transfers, the trip up the Atlas mountains, restaurant recommendations, tuk-tuks, and even lent us a smart phone with local sim to contact them or use internet. It had all of the features you would hope for in a Riad such as the cool courtyards, plants and pools. The roof-top had sunbeds and shaded areas, a small swimming pool as well as tables for breakfast and bar service.
Cons: Location tucked away slightly off the beaten track in the Medina but all the locals were friendly and helpful.

Riad Kheirredine was lovely, nothing was too much trouble from the warm welcome to lovely fresh produce at breakfast, fruit and water in the room and a friendly guide from the square to the Riad which is tucked away along a network of alleys. The inside of the Riad was beautiful with orange trees and a number of beautiful places to sit and relax. We ate breakfast every day on the terrace with great views over the rooftops. Our room was a good size with a lovely bath, comfortable bed and a sofa to relax on.

We decided to stay at Riad kheirredine after having the best experience 10 years ago on a trip there. Delighted to say that the hospitality and experience here is still 10/10! The staff were just incredible- so attentive and helpful in ensuring we had the best trip possible. They made sure to lend us a phone for the duration of our stay with prepaid data and calls so getting lost in the winding city of marrakech was never an issue. Really above and beyond service from everyone. The riad itself is beautiful, facilities perfect, and the breakfast was a lovely touch. If we ever find ourselves in marrakech again we will be sure to return!

It has everything you needed and you always felt as if it was all just for you, even when it was fully booked. We would definitely return here if we come back to Marrakech.

Loved everything! We have rarely stayed in a place where every single staff member was so friendly and attentive. They would serve up meals pretty much anywhere, and nothing seemed a problem for them. All rooms were beautifully presented and clean, food was great, the public areas were immaculate and the rooftop was luxurious with fantastic views of the mountains. The Riad is in a very quiet area where there are no cars, tucked away in narrow streets, and at first venturing out can seem intimidating. However, the staff were happy to guide us out to main thoroughfares and we were even provided with a cell phone in case we needed them whilst exploring. Everything here has been carefully thought out to make guests' stays perfect.
Cons: We loved everything but the location may pose more challenges for anyone with mobility issues

Amazing property with outstanding staff in a great location within the Medina. They offer some extra touches that really stand out, like chaperones and a mobile phone to help you navigate, mint tea and water throughout the day and the most huge breakfast - so big you won't need lunch. The hammam/spa is small but good as is the roof top pool and there are plenty of shady spots to relax in comfort and style. A true gem.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. The entire riad team sets this special hotel apart. I arrived late and the riad prepared a meal for my room which was greatly appreciated. The riad ensured my arrival was flawless by arranging my fast trak at the airport and transfer service. The breakfast and dinner services were plentiful and delicious with an outstanding atmosphere. Laundry and ironing services were complimentary and fast. Fresh lemonade, teas, pastries were provided complimentary across the hotel or in the room. I highly recommend the private and relaxing hammam and massage. I especially enjoyed my daily conversations with Elena, Hassan and Kamir. Kheirredine team We both wanted to thank you all for the great time we had at the Riad. Everything was above our expectations, from the room upgrade, the surprise birthday cake and the possibility to stay longer in our room the day of our departure. Said that what we will always remember is the high level of hospitality and kindness from everyone in the team and how everyone was making sure we had everything we need to have the best of our time in Marrakesh. We felt we were literally spoiled during our time here. Thanks to al the team, the next time we will come to Marrakesh, what we already know it’s where we will stay. Renata & Maximo

An oasis in the City! Staff could not be more helpful - arrange to meet you at convenient location 5 min walk from Riad (cars can’t navigate the narrow streets) and transport bags to hotel. They are happy to send someone with you each time if you get lost! Riad is beautifully appointed with two small but lovely pools (one on roof, one in courtyard). Rooms are individually decorated with Moroccan themes - very well done! Even simple things like free laundry are transformational in the City heat! Really cannot fault this place.
Cons: It’s a Riad so it is a jigsaw! Rooms are up small staircases and you can sometimes almost get lost! However, it’s small and there’s always someone in hand to help!

Riad Kheirredine is a true gem. If you are after an authentic Marrakech experience combined with a 5 star boutique hotel experience, then this is where to stay. The atmosphere, the staff, the service, the food is exceptional. The neighborhood around it could feel unsafe for a single female traveler but that’s part of the overall Medina experience and the Riad Kheirredine makes every effort to facilitate getting in and out of the neighborhood. The location is very close to one of the nicest Marrakech allies, close to the Secret Garden and other nice places. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riad Kheirredine in Marrakech, Morocco and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. The staff at the Riad Kheirredine were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions we had and to help us with anything we needed. We loved sitting on the rooftop terrace, enjoying the beautiful scenery and soaking up the sun. Overall, I would highly recommend the Riad Kheirredine to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech. Thank you to Elena and the staff for making our trip so memorable. Wow! This is the best place I have ever stayed (and in context I have traveled the world and stayed in some of the most exclusive hotels). The Riad itself is beautiful (see it on their website), with spacious and uniquely decorated rooms (very Moroccan) and grounds. The restaurant is so good that after two outings to other famous places, I opted to eat at the hotel every night. Great and very diverse menu is available...I don't know how they do it! Okay, mainly it's the service here that is so special, Every single person, from the footmen to the spa and especially the front desk and restaurant are simply the best ever. I was traveling solo to Marrakesh while my husband was on a trip with his brothers and I felt safe, comfortable, looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Two special things: they give you a cell phone with a direct Whatsapp connection to the hotel and you can call them to get help if you get lost or need anything and they will be right there. Next, the small streets of the medina in Marrakesh are winding and difficult to remember. When you go out, they will send a footman to walk you and when you are ready to come back, tjhey will send someone to find you and bring you back. As soon as you book, the Riad will contact you to begin setting up things you might like to do (tours, restaurant reservations, and the like). I highly recommend you let them set your excursions up. They know the guides and operators extremely well. The best!!!

From beginning to end the staff of Riad Kheirredine went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. Once we confirmed our booking they were in touch right away to assist us with transport & arrival details to their property. A driver collected us from the train station, & took us a to a meeting point where a staff member met us with a baggage trolley. Since the Riad is inside the medina, we passed by quite a few shops, and traditional hammams. The check-in was easy, and the homemade tea/lemonade is so refreshing. Our room was upgraded on our arrival as we were celebrating a special event, this was a really nice gesture on their behalf. The riad offers a variety of drinks and food to choose from, all homemade & delicious. As we were touring quite a few Riads during our stay, we only stayed with Riad Kheirredine for 3 days, and I wish it would have been more. They really went above & beyond to make us feel welcome & at home. We had several confirmations for dinners/events during our trip & the staff at Kheirredine offered to help us reconfirm & finalize all the details, again, an amazing gesture. They also offered a phone to use during our stay, but since we had bought phone sims at the airport, we didn't need them. We were in touch with them via WhatsApp during our entire stay with them, & that made our arrival into Marrakech much smoother. During the weekend we went to a party in Nikki Beach, & came back pretty happy 😆, Kheirredine sent a staff member to our taxis meeting point to collect us & walk us back to make sure we didn't get lost through the medina. That same night we had pre-booked a big dinner but were unable to make it, & they easily accommodated it for the next afternoon before our departure. There is much more to cover, but not enough space on booking. This is one of my favorite stays in all my travels & I'm looking forward to visiting them again.

5 stars for Riad Kheirredine during our trip to Marrakech! This Riad is beautiful and so are the hearts of the people that work there. We felt welcome like family from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible, accommodating food for late check in, offering tea in the evenings, organizing tours, cabs and even a lovely birthday surprise with balloons and a cake. The staff at Kheirredine will definitely look after you and you'll be left feeling like this is your little oasis in Marrakech. The breakfast, hammam, cleanliness and overall hospitality was exceptional and luxurious. I would love to stay here again!
Cons: You go through several alleys and only then are you on the main road and there are a lot of motorbikes that go through this and a few children who will ask you for money. The good thing is the Riad staff are very kind and walk you to the main square and on return you can contact the Riad and they arrange for their staff to collect you. We were given a mobile telephone by the Riad and was able to whatsapp and call from this and also navigate on maps this really helped us.

I've never had such an experience in any hotel before. All the staff are incredible! Despite i know many names, I will not mention names as i will for sure forgett someone and it is no fair :) The ladies in the reception, the gentelmens in the restaurant, the cleaning ladies, the spa ladies, the night guardian... All the rooms are clean 2 times a day. When arriving to the hotel they will give you all the possible explanations about Marrakech, such as places to visit, excursions, restaurants and so on and they kindly make all the reservations for you. If you need a taxi to go outside, a tuc-tuc , they will also kindly book it for you! They will provide you a mobile phone so that you can always be in touch with the hotel for anything you need or if like get lost in the medina or any other issue. The breakfast is excelent, everything fresh and delicious, we could never eat everything as it is really huge! You can have the breaskfast in every part of the many beautifull places of the hotel! It is a very beautifull, lovely and peacefull place, every decoration detail in the hotel are awesome. We've fell really happy and in peace. I can assure you this was my best experience hotel and i hope to return some day. Many thank you for all the warming and lovely reception, i really fell like home in a very different country.

We had an absolute wonderful stay here in July 2022 for 4 nights. This Riad takes service to a new level. Every single staff delivers a high level of service which is unique for even a luxury hotel. We really enjoyed the feeling of almost having the place to ourselves. There are plenty of small lounge areas so you feel very private. You can have your meals wherever you want but sitting on the roof terrace is wonderful when the sun sets. The breakfast is amazing with fresh fruits, pastries, bread and then whatever else you want to pick from a menu at no extra cost (grilled veggies, ham, egg dishes etc). You can order coffee and water at no cost throughout the day and we also had fruit and cookies in our room every day. It's a small thing but very nice! The room had air condition and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly (really!) every day. The staff will help you with whatever you need and there is always someone at hand to escort you in the labyrinth of the medina but you'll soon get the hang of it. We never felt scared walking through the small alleys, even at night, but it would be tricky if you got lost. Our phones didn't work well but we were given a mobile phone by the hotel so we could get in contact with them whenever we were out and wanted to be picked up. They also arranged for taxis when we needed (standard fixed rate for rides in central Marrakesh seemed to be €5). We wanted to come back to this Riad while we were in Morocco but changed our plans but we will definitely stay here again next time we visit. Million thanks to the entire staff!

This riad has the most courteous staff we have ever seen! Everyone was polite and went out of way to help, especially Elena, Siham and Sara. We had booked some early morning tours, but the riad arranged early breakfast for us even at 6:30! On our way back there was a change in COVID test requirement, Elena called TAP Portugal Airline and stayed online for hours on our behalf to find out the right information. Complimentary laundry service was provided, and anything we need such as coffee and supplies they would deliver to our room right away. The food was fabulous in the riad, better and cheaper than most gourmet restaurants in Marrakesh. We ended up eating almost every night on rooftop (nice view) in the riad. The staff followed COVID protocol well. Room was clean with twice a day housekeeping service. This was by far the best accommodation we have had in our trips to many countries and places!

Riad Kheirredine is absolutely extraordinary in every way. We came here for five nights to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday; I suppose she must have mentioned the occasion when making the reservation, but even so it was quite a surprise the morning of the actual birthday as we were finishing up our (as usual, glorious) breakfast beside the garden pool when the staff arrived with a specially made cake singing “Happy Birthday.” I wish I could have said that I had requested the special treatment, but no: It was the Riad’s staff exhibiting the remarkable thoughtfulness they bring to everything they do. It is no exaggeration to say that I have never experienced better service in a lifetime of travel (by a long shot). The free laundry service is so good that we were joking that we would make special trips from our home near Lisbon just to bring our laundry to be cleaned. And the food was never less than absolutely delicious. Add all that to a physical space filled with beautiful rooms and all manner of great comfortable nooks to recline and relax—once we discovered the bedlike aerie in the rooftop pergola they almost needed to pry us out out of there to get us to leave—and it’s no wonder that we’re not only thrilled to have discovered Riad Kheirredine, but eager to return.

The Riad Kheirredine is a beautiful oasis within the Medina - a lovely property with comfortable rooms and absolutely stunning views of the Atlas Mountains from the roof terrace. But the thing that makes it special are the wonderful staff. They honestly couldn’t be any more friendly and helpful. Whether it’s guiding guests around the labyrinth alleyways, serving meals at any time of day and wherever we wanted, arranging tours, or the simple but effective idea of giving guests a local mobile phone during their stay, the staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. I travel a lot with my job and my wife and I are lucky enough to take 3 or 4 overseas breaks most years; we can genuinely say the welcome and assistance from the men and women at Riad Kheirredine is as good as we’ve experienced anywhere. Truly exceptional.

Everyone was so helpful especially Elena who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and safe. Hotel staff gave us directions around the Medina and picked us up when we got lost. Complimentary laundry service is excellent.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! It was an oasis in the middle of the city. The hotel was absolutely stunning and the rooms were well decorated and immaculate. The breakfast and food at their restaurant included some of the best meals we had in Morocco. Plus, everyone who worked there was so friendly that you felt like family, and the service was phenomenal; the staff anticipated what you wanted before you even had to ask. It was perfect for two single female travelers visiting Morocco for the first time because they provide you with a phone with GPS, lots of local information, and the staff can help you navigate the medina so you don't get lost. If you are at all considering Marrakech, definitely come and make sure you stay here!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Riad Kheirredine. The staff was amazing, we felt like we were waited on hand and foot. They gave us a phone with their numbers and a map to help us get around the complicated Medina and sent someone to meet us to get us through the especially tricky streets back to the hotel. Breakfast was complimentary and always delicious, as well as mint tea, lots of bottled water, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The grounds were gorgeous - everything is well manicured and beautifully designed. We felt like we had our own private oasis after busy, bustling days at the Medina. We would come back to Marrakech just to stay here again! We were sad to leave!

Sara and her team are wonderful! Things that really stand out are the ability to check out late (as late as 5 pm) without extra charge. The free laundry service is an exceptional free and thoughtful perk. It was a wonderful overall experience and I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wishes to be pampered.

The property is little hard to find, but the staff will contact you before you arrive and make sure you know where to get off by taxi, a staff will find you there and help you with the luggage and lead the way. The service included are amazing, for a property with only 18 rooms( only 14 sale online), a staff team of 40 people is really a guarantee of service quality. Brilliant breakfast, whole coffee tea and fruit, laundry, free mobile phone with data, I can’t list more. We will go back.

Riad Kheirredine was a dream. Every aspect of our stay was just perfect - our room, the food, the amazing rooftop and views, the smell of the riad, and mostly importantly the team. Elena, Asma, Sara and the rest of the crew became our friends and the Riad felt like our home. We hope to be back to see our friends In the future and absolutely give Riad Kheirredine five stars.

Excellent Riad! Very welcoming and exceptional service. Traveling as a solo woman I felt completely safe. They had people to meet and greet you and help you through the Medina maze. Beautiful accommodations in every way! Fabulous breakfast, fresh fruit in your room. Plenty of water. An air of happiness throughout.

Perfect. Superb Rhiad in central location. Staff can’t do enough to help and are genuinely friendly and always smiling. Room was fantastic (we had a junior suite) and the roof terrace was top notch in anyone’s book with a plunge pool, loungers, towels, bar service and chill out areas. We will definitely be coming back again! Thanks to all the staff who made this trip the best.

This is the first time we have tried a Riad experience as opposed to that of a traditional hotel. From the time of our arrival to the time of departure our experience at the Riad Kheirredine was excellent, the quality of the accommodation was first class (we had one of only 18 rooms) a real relaxing oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the ancient city. The Riad gave us mobile phones with pre-programmed numbers, to call them from anywhere and for anything, a great idea if you like wandering the complex alleys and market areas, without paying too much attention to a map... and find yourself completely lost.. They also have a great system with a local taxi firm, who will take you anywhere for a flat rate and collect you later on, this avoids any haggling or being ripped off. The staff will meet you at the taxi rank if you want escorting back if it's late at night, again all part of the service. The staff will make any bookings you ask and manage any bookings that you have made yourself, all at no extra cost. The accommodation was really first class, our room was cleaned twice a day, there was a complimentary laundry service and the morning breakfast (which you could have at any time of the day) was excellent. We have stayed at many locations across the world and you can always tell if staff are genuine or not, well we found all the staff here to so, the attention to detail was very apparent.

This Riad really made our trip in Marrakech. My fiance and I felt both at home and pampered everyday of our stay. There are two pools in the Riad and the way it is designed means that you can easily find space to enjoy your own privacy and take in the sun. The staff were magnificent, always available and super friendly. We used the free laundry service and the breakfast was the best way to start our day! Highly recommend the Spa - its the best massage I've ever had! My fiance and I are already planning our next trip to this hotel. This Riad was truly an oasis of luxury where you are made to feel at home surrounded by staff who are always willing to help.

They made sure we had a memorable vacation in Marrakech! The hosts -with a special high marks of Sara- from Riad Kherreidine offered great advice and help to plan our visits during our 9 day stay. They included a fantastic breakfast which several times prepared it up to two hours before the kitchen regular opening time if we had an early excursion. We had free delicious tea, juice, lemonade, pastries. Even the laundry was included!

We spent four nights at the Riad in July and I cannot emphasise just how perfect our stay was. RK arranged airport transfers which were very comfortable and upon arrival, we were surprised with a great breakfast spread even though it was around midday. Elena and the staff made us feel truly welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much to ask. Our room was ready upon finishing our breakfast and it was very clean with excellent air conditioning which was essential in the July heat. The service is impeccable, all of the staff are always ready to help with a genuine smile. The hotel provide members of staff who will gladly escort you around the Medina (which admittedly is a little crazy at first). RK also provide you with a mobile phone which is a great help, as well called a few times and within minutes, a member of the hotel team were on their way to walk you back to the Riad. The pools are very clean and the perfect temperature for cooling off. They are also bigger than they look on photos, and there are plenty of loungers offering both sun and shade on the roof terrace. The location is perfect for exploring the real Marrakech and we were assisted with taxis who were very prompt and friendly, special mention to Jawad who was our taxi 3 times! Overall, our stay at the Riad was better than any hotel we have stayed at before on both amenities and especially service. Beautiful hotel and staff to match!

My friend and I booked this Riad in favour of the top 5 star hotels for our first girlie trip and we were not disappointed. The Riad is an oasis of calm in the middle of a very busy Médina and town. It is serene and punctuated only by the sounds of birds chirping or the very attentive staff asking if you need anything. There are little nooks and crannies you can claim as tour private space and the lovely layout of the place flows seamlessly from pool to rooftop terrace to restaurant to courtyard. The breakfasts (included) and lunch we ate at the Riad are lovely and you are given unlimited freshly squeezed orange juices, lemonade and teas and coffees whenever you like. But over and above everything is the exceptional friendly service of the staff. From Elena to Sara, Asma, Siham, Abdo, Ahmed, Brahim, Lamia, Imane, Ilyas, Sufiyan, Yassine (and all the others whose names I don’t know) each and everyone goes out of their way to make your stay exceptionally comfortable. No ask is too big for them and they are all so friendly and relaxed.

Riad Kheirredine is a charming inn with amazing people who will do anything for you and has a beautiful roof terrace that has amazing views over Marrakesh. It is located a little off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood, and is a nice and reasonable walk to all the sights in the Medina. My husband and I look forward to our return!

Perfect in every way!!! The hotel itself is wonderful. Beautifully planned and designed, unmistakably Moroccan, but light, elegant and classic. Lots of lovely common rooms, little corners, sitting areas, decorated with perfect taste and comfort.; few courtyards. Roof area with pool also offers plenty of privacy, and great views. excellent. The staff is perfect and more than that!!!! Every request dealt with immediately, professionally, eagerly, with smile. Having highest level professional service with touch of personality is a treat. Sarah, Brahim, another Sarah- all of them looked after us so well, one could feel their attention and help is not only high professionalism, but also personal interest. The location of the hotel was a bonus. Within Medina, but away from the hustle and noise of the main squares, within 10 minute walking from them. It was easy to get to the souks, and pleasant to get back into the comfort of privacy of the place. Cannot wait to come back.

If, like me, you have been spending ages looking for the right Riad then just book this one. Nothing is too much for them and they really do treat you like royalty. Booked for my girlfriends 30th we went in December for 5 nights. The room (we were in the Vanilla Seeet) was really big and clean with a lovely bathroom. They give you a phone in case you get lost and staff will walk you to wherever you want to go anyway. Stop looking and book this Riad!

The Riad is extremely clean and the staff is second to none. Each member of the staff (we interacted with at least 10 different members) went above and beyond the call of duty and genuinely seemed to his/herjob and pleasing the guests. We were overwhelmed by the level of service we received and we also saw this happen to other guests while we were staying there which indicates this was typical of their work. The restaurant in the Riad was also extremely good and very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here on our return to Marrakech.

Slightly worried when we were dropped off as we didn't know what to expect. Walking through the maze of houses and people to get to the Riad with our hotel guide was a real eye opener, but once inside we were met by Elena, one of the friendliest people we've met, the Riad was so beautiful and peaceful after the hecticness of the outside. We had a fabulous Moroccan banquet for our evening meal. Lovely room, great food (exceptional breakfast). Couldn't have had better service - all the staff were friendly, welcoming and funny. Make sure you have a GPS on your phone to get you through the streets!

We travelled to Riad Kheirredine knowing that this Riad was highly rated under all aspects. We had high expectations and our stay vastly exceeded these. This is largely thanks to the incredible staff (thank you Elena, Sara, and everyone else) who work for the Riad. Not only are they incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but they truly make you feel welcomed. Your preoccupations become theirs too and they quickly and efficiently work to resolve them. The Riad is also conveniently placed in the Medina, in a very quiet area which guarantees you a haven of peace in the otherwise hectic Medina. The staff, knowing that the Medina can be notoriously difficult to navigate for foreigners (especially around the Souks), they will always send a person to accompany you so you don’t get lost (they even hand you a very useful phone so you can call them at any time and they will send someone if you are lost or simply want guidance home). The Riad was always impeccably clean and the cleaning staff do an amazing job in preparing your room, no detail is overlooked. All of this combines to make the most pleasant experience during our trip in Morocco and was instrumental in making Marrakesh the highlight of our trip. Forget about the big hotel chains, opt for a truly perfect boutique hotel experience with Riad Kheirredine.
