Das Riad ist eigentlich ein kleines Juwel. Leider fehlt hier ein wenig Liebe zum Haus. Mit ein paar Handgriffen könnten abfallende Türgriffe repariert werden und hier und da ein wenig frische Farbe täten den Rest. Das ist keine vier- , aber durchaus eine schöne drei Sterneunterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr sauber.Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichlich, frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker.
Cons: Es war sehr unangenehm die Badezimmertüre an einer Schraube zu öffnen. Es gab nur begrenzt warmes Wasser.

Le riad lui même, petit et confidentiel. Le personnel est au petit soin envers nous. La chambre était agréable et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. Et malgré la fraîcheur du mois de février, nous n'avons jamais eu froid.
Cons: Notre chambre familiale située au rdc et à côté de l'entrée était assez bruyante. Les fenêtres étant très fines et pas forcément bien isolée, on entendait tout, notamment quand les gens entraient un peu tard. La porte d'entrée vitrée manquait d'un rideau plus épais et filtrant.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in a traditional Moroccan riad, and the breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Our family of four stayed in a three-bedroom room, but there was no sofa or anything, and the shared courtyard area was too cold in the winter to relax. We booked three transportation service through the hotel: one from the airport to Marrakech, and roundtrip from Marrakech to the Agafey Desert. Each ride was with a different driver. We had told the hotel in advance the name of hotel where we were staying in the Agafey Desert, but the hotel owner gave the driver a different hotel name, so we ended up at the wrong hotel, which added over an hour to the journey. The driver was humble and did his best, but we should have confirmed the destination directly with driver to make sure. On next day, we had booked a transportation at 12 o'clock. Although a new driver contacted us once that morning, we never received updated response, and the driver didn't arrive until 12:40. Without any communication, my family ended up waiting at reception for over an hour for unsure arrival. When we said we wished you let us know if you were going to be late, he didn't apologize, but instead got angry and said his boss had conducted in last minutes and that he had to rush because of us. We didn't book in last minute, it was all planned. This left us feeling bad about our last day in Morocco. There will be some hits and misses with drivers.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh, traditional Moroccan food prepared with great care and served every morning in a calm, pleasant atmosphere. The location is perfect quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the Medina and main attractions, making it easy to explore the city and then relax away from the noise. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, decorated in authentic Moroccan style and kept spotless throughout the stay. Overall, everything exceeded expectations, and the combination of excellent breakfast, ideal location, and a cozy room made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to meet all our needs. They were super helpful in booking day trips for us, giving tips and even prepared coffee for when we had to leave early for a day trip. The rooms are charming and the location is excellent: walking distance to all the main points, and being a couple of blocks from the souks makes it safe and easy to access, while also being calm and more 'local vibes'.

Beautiful hotel, absolutely gorgeous to walk around in. Rooms were very nice, were decorated and designed in a nice style, bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. Plenty of space in the room. Bathroom was wonderful, lots of space and had all amenities provided and included. Room and hotel were all very clean as well. Very impressive cleanliness! The staff were truly wonderful. When we came in at about 7pm, we were greeted by a lovely woman, who sat us down and brought us biscuits and tea while we filled out the visitor detail form, and gave us lots of information about Marrakech. The man who does the night shift is also lovely, he came up to introduce himself so we knew who he was, and was up before dawn to prepare all the guests breakfast. He made ours extra quickly and served us first as he knew that we had to leave to the airport early, and helped us print out our boarding passes. A wonderful experience and a 11/10 hotel. Would love to come back.

Riad nella Medina di Marrakech, vicino ai souk. Quando si entra la confusione del mercato viene lasciata fuori e si accede a un’oasi di pace. Ringrazio il personale della reception per la meravigliosa accoglienza e i consigli. La struttura era molto pulita e la colazione eccezionale. La mattina gustare uova, pane tipico (msemen), frutta fresca, succo, tè alla menta, marmellate e torte sulla terrazza all’ultimo piano è il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata.

The location is good, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fna. The terrace is beautiful — we really enjoyed drinking Moroccan tea with sweets there every evening, no need to go anywhere else! The staff were friendly, and the cleaning ladies were always available and did a great job.
Cons: The room was a bit small for three people, and the location was a little tricky to find at first. Also, each time we returned to the riad, some kids followed us asking for money, which was a bit annoying.

The property itself was clean and simple. It was away from the noise with a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. The staff were kind and introduced us to the area with a map. Walkable to the main square and other areas but be ready to walk at least 10-15 mins to get there with the paths. Car was able to drop off about 3 min walk which was convenient not having to push luggage for a long time after arriving. One day we had takeaway breakfast due an early departure but were only given few small fruits & yoghurt for 4 people - quite less. Many other hotels gave us reasonable options and portions for each person. We did have to request the iron each time to use it.
Cons: Although our booking had been approved for early arrival, our room was not ready and it had seemed to be forgotten until checked on the registry. We had hoped to have an early start to our day but had to somehow change clothes in the shared middle hallway area without a washroom which was quite inconvenient. Our room was later given when we returned in evening but our luggage was still out in the middle room although we were told it’d be safely brought back in the room. We had no issues with luggage or room itself but miscommunications like these throughout the day was not a great start to our trip.

The hospitality! The hosts were very welcoming, has everything you need in a hotel, considered pretty quiet being in old town, freshly made breakfast every morning.
Cons: The double bed was made of two single beds, so the gap in between is sometimes not so comfortable. The riad is at the end of the medina, so it takes 20-25mins to walk to most famous sightseeing points. But you can experience more local surroundings and is 10mins walk to other non so touristic alleys/market.

This riad is amazing, our room was super nice and very clean (they change towels and clean the room each day). It is located in a very central place (10 minutes from Place Jemaa el Fna), the food is great with breakfast included and the possibility to dine there (we had dinner twice and it was amazing). The staff is incredibly nice and we felt right at home, for example, we needed to store our luggage because we had an early flight and they let us also have dinner there and they called us an airport transfer at 2 in the morning (Thank you Hisham!) Overall, the riad is great and for the price you pay I couldn’t recommend this stay enough

The location is easy to reach from the suks and it is in a safe looking location. The decor is the best of european and moroccan decor you can get. It is very beautiful.
Cons: The only downside is that one of our rooms (for two people) does not divide the bathroom from the bedroom with a proper wall so you can hear and smell everything. We would have chosen a different room had we known that. Other than that I have no complaints

está a tan solo 15 minutos andando de la Plaza de Jemaa el Fna , ambos chicos que trabajan hablan inglés estupendamente y nos comunicamos muy bien, al llegar nos recibieron con té y galletas, nos dieron un mapa de la ciudad y nos indicaron en todo momento lo que debíamos saber, yo personalmente realice muchas preguntas vía whatsapp y fueron muy rápidos en contestar y amables, nos facilitaron la vuelta al aeropuerto . Además teníamos una excursión a primera hora y como no podamos desayunar, nos prepararon un picnic con fruta, bizcocho y tortitas para llevar

A pochi minuti dalla piazza centrale, ma in zona tranquilla. Staff gentilissimo, al nostro arrivo ci hanno spiegato la cartina della città e offerto del the e dei biscotti. Abbiamo cenato in struttura, sulla terrazza. La mattina siamo partiti presto, ma avvisando la sera prima sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno portato, poco prima di partire, una box con una “colazione da viaggio” sostanziosa. Camera e bagno puliti!!

Het is een rustige Riad aan de rand van de medina waar erg veel rust heerst. Het is schoon, de mensen zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is heerlijk en de kamer is prettig.
Cons: De enorme hitte trof ook de gehele Riad waardoor het terras, ook ‘s avonds, te warm is en je genoodzaakt bent je terug te trekken in je kamer. Aldaar is een Airco die de temperatuur iets lager krijgt, dat was fijn.

Upon checking in, we were given a lot of information regarding transport and tourist locations and how to get there. The central location was fantastic and was very handy to go to the markets but also sightsee. The riad itself was beautiful- fresh towels were given each day and the breakfast prepared each morning was excellent too- the ambience of the terrace is beautiful. The service was truly the best and the staff were very hardworking and helpful with any questions we had.

Location, quiet area. Well presented room, bathroom was nice and shower had decent power and hot water. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared. Hotel was clean. Staff arranged taxi to and from airport at a set price.
Cons: Aircon is room was great, the room was very very warm at night. There was a mix up on the hotels system which has us down as leaving a night earlier than we had booked but this was resolved quickly.

Cons: Nella nostra camera l aria condizionata non funzionava, dal climatizzatore non usciva aria fresca da rinfrescare la stanza che come potete immaginare con le temperature di giugno la notte era veramente calda. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema a ben due ragazzi diversi dello staff nei due giorni in cui siamo stati li ma non è stato risolto, anzi per precisione non è stato proprio affrontato. Potete capire che per quanto la struttura sia bella e la proprietaria accogliente questo è un problema non da poco conto

Lo mejor es el desayuno en la terraza. Las camas eran cómodas. El sitio muy tranquilo y silencioso. Tiene un aspecto entre colonial y árabe. El personal es muy agradable y atento.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Riad Miski e ci siamo trovate davvero bene. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile, pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. Il giorno della partenza, nonostante dovessimo lasciare la struttura molto presto, hanno insistito per prepararci un cestino per la colazione, visto che non avremmo fatto in tempo a mangiare lì. Un gesto molto apprezzato! La posizione è comoda, a circa 12 minuti a piedi da Piazza Jemaa el-Fna, il cuore pulsante della medina. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca accoglienza autentica e attenzione ai dettagli.

Mooie en kalme riad. Ruime kamers fijn afgewerkt met zeliges, tadelakt en houtwerk. Maar ook heel belangrijk is het volgende : wij waren kledij vergeten in de kast. De riad ging dit voor ons opzij leggen tot het kon opgehaald worden. Een maand later via een vriend laten ophalen. Alles lag netjes klaar aan de receptie, verpakt, en een label met naam erop. Topservice en eerlijkheid 100%.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, nous avons réservé notre excursion dans l'Atlas par leur intermédiaire, ainsi que notre transfert depuis et vers l'aéroport, tout était parfait. Très bon petit-déjeuner, varié et de qualité. Le riad est bien placé, tout proche de la place Jemaa El Fna et pourtant très calme. Merci à Naïma et à l'ensemble du personnel pour l'accueil.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the building itself is lovely. the location is just a short walk from all the Souks and the Square in the centre of Marrakech. Breakfast was excellent, and different every day. The room was a good size, and the en-suite bathroom was a good size.

Lage des Riad’s, Größe des Riad’s, des Zimmers und die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Seit 40 Jahren und mit über 25 Reisen in Marokko und den Erfahrungen in preislich und qualitativ unterschiedlichen Riad’s hat das Riad Miski leider nicht überzeugt.
Cons: Nach einer langen Anreise aus dem Süden Marokkos wurde ich freundlich begrüßt und erhielt dankenswerterweise 0,33 l Mineralwasser. Nachdem ich mich “scherzhaft” geäußert hatte, dass i.d.R. eine etwas größere Flasche Wasser angeboten wird, ggfs. auch Kekse, wurde mir höflich erläutert, wo ich Kekse kaufen könnte. Zur Ehrenrettung des Hoteliers wurde dann doch noch Tee angeboten und es waren Kekse auffindbar. Vielen Dank nochmals. Das Gesamtkonzept bzw. die Aufteilung des Hauses mit seinen diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Patio, im 1. Stock und auf der Terrasse ist gut. Die angewandten Materialien sind ansprechend. Leider ist feststellbar, dass das Mobiliar und Teile der Dekoration tlw. in die Jahre gekommen ist. Alte, vergriffene, angestaubte Bücher, Kissen, Bezüge…wirken nicht historisch romantisch, sondern eher verwohnt und ungepflegt. So sollten z.B. defekte “Sonnenschirme”, bei denen das Dach fehlt entweder repariert oder entsorgt werden. Trotz intensiver Sonnenstrahlen wurden keine Sonnenschirme eingesetzt. Es ist u. a. auch daher der Eindruck entstanden, dass das Haus schon bessere Tage erlebt hatte. Es fehlt das Herzblut im Haus. Das, was mal schön dekoriert wurde, wird nicht mehr richtig gepflegt. Ein Austausch von defekten oder/und verwohnten Gegenständen und ein verstärkter Einsatz z.B. von Blumen, ggfs. Bilder im Zimmer, 1 Flasche Wasser im Zimmer könnte mit einfachen Mitteln eine Verbesserung der Atmosphäre beitragen. Entsprechend der Buchung über Booking.com ( hier wurde separat der Hotelpreis-Zimmer + MwSt. + Übernachtungstax angegeben. Bezahlt habe ich den bei Booking.com genannten o.g. Euro-Betrag - Cash in Euro ( damit keine Gebühren wie bei der Anwendung einer Kreditkarte anfallen - ich habe sogar aufgerundet) wie bei der Reservierung angegeben. Trotzdem wurde ich genötigt, weitere 28 Dirham fuer Übernachtungstax zu bezahlen. Das ist dubios, nicht nachvollziehbar und hat einen bitteren Beigeschmack.

Nos encantó el Riad! Estaba muy céntrico de la plaza Jemmaa- el Fna. Habitación cómoda, sin ruido con aire acondicionado frio-calor y agua caliente en la ducha. Nos vinieron a recoger al aeropuerto y nos llevaron también a la vuelta. Destacar la amabilidad del personal. Un 10 tanto para Simo que nos hizo desayuno variado y diferente cada día y siempre con una sonrisa. Incluso, un día, nos dieron desayuno una hora antes de sus horas porque teniamos una excursión. Y para Naima (quien hablaba español) que nos ayudó en todo y nos dio consejos. Recibimos una bienvenida con te y pastitas y nos facilitaron en todo en nuestra estancia. Muchas gracias

Hisham en Naima zijn heel vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts. Een aangename ontvangst met thee en koekjes en zeer bruikbaar advies voor de bezienswaardigheden. Het royale ontbijt op het dakterras in de ochtend zon was top, dankzij Hisham! De kamer en badkamer was ruim genoeg en hygiënisch. De verwarming via de airconditioning deed zijn werk. Mooie Riad, wij bevelen het zeker aan!

Alle Angestellten waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, sie sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und bereiteten uns sogar ein Frühstückspaket zum Mitnehmen vor. Unterkunft war sauber, und ordentlich.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits exceptionnelles en famille au Riad Miski en décembre. Dès notre arrivée, Naima nous a offert un accueil chaleureux avec un thé, et a veillé à notre confort avec une grande attention. Hicham et Mohamed nous ont servi un petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux sur la terrasse chaque matin. La chambre familiale, spacieuse et parfaitement propre, était entretenue avec un service impeccable. L’hospitalité et le professionnalisme de l’équipe ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad pour un séjour à Marrakech.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were offered generous refreshments on arrival, detailed tourist information, including places to visit and haggling tips, and also assistance in arranging local transportation. The breakfast experience on the rooftop was very nice.
Cons: The room was slightly small. There was not too much space to unpack and organise stuff in the room, although the courtyard had extra seating space. 😅 I could only find a socket in the living area. The drain in the shower area was a bit slow.

Senza parole! Location e alloggi di una bellezza unica, attenzione ai dettagli e pulizia impeccabile sia per quanto riguarda le camere che il bagno (salviette cambiate e letti rifatti ogni giorno). Colazione tipica buonissima e diversa ogni giorno, servita sul rooftop immersi la tra piante e cuscini. The first impression was quite good, staff was polite. The two guys who prepared the breakfast were very polite and kind. On the breakfast was omlet, bread, soft cheese, juice, coffee, cake, honey, jam. No problem with hot water. Internet quite good enough.
Cons: I don’t recommend to buy extra service in this hotel. For example the taxi from the street to the airport is 120 MAD with the option to negotiate to 80 MAD. In the hotel you will be charged 180 MAD. The main problems we faced when we booked the desert trip for few hours. On the booking you easely can find the offer 450 MAD with transfer from Marrakech to Agafay and back including camel riding, quads riding, dinner, picturing, fireshow and danceshow. We didn’t know about this option from Booking, therefore we agreed to but the desert trip from hotel. We charged for 1600 MAD (2 pers) with no camel riding, with no quad driving. We were wery disapointed speacking with other guests in the desert from different hotels who paid much less and had much more attractions. The second problem was to negotiate the final price after this poor trip. It was very difficult but we managed to decrease final price. It was at the end of our 7 days trip in Marrakech, the mood was ruined, we even decided not to have a breakfasts last morning. You also will be surprised by the very noise at 21:00-22:00 PM every night. The noise is coming from the ground stage, like very big mill machine grinds something. The rest was good.

It was a great experience, staff are the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. I would totally recommend to anyone traveling to Marrekash. Breakfast is served at 8am and we left 7:30am and the person even made us a small breakfast to take to our tour. The nicest people EVER!! LOVE IT HERE 🥺♥️

Riad carino nella Medina, pulito, molto semplice adatto e consigliabile a chi non ha grandi pretese. Fornito di tutti i servizi, proprietari gentili, buona colazione. Unica nota negativa la posizione: anche se è nella Medina non è super vicino alla piazza centrale ed è collocato in una vietta non conosciuta quindi scomodo da raggiungere sia a piedi che in taxi.

Das Riad liegt, um es mit dem Auto zu erreichen nicht besonders gut. Die Beschreibung, die wir per Mail bekamen sind unzutreffend. Unterstützung vom Riad kam nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung, sodaß die Anreise mit dem Auto kompliziert ist. Schließlich fuhr ich kreuz und quer durch die Medina. Kann man machen, muss aber nicht sein. Am besten fährt man gleich in das 7/24 Parkgelände kurz hinter dem Stadttor und geht den Rest 750m zu Fuss. Parken ist teuer, 10 Euro pro Nacht. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und schön, im ersten Stock vielleicht auch etwas leiser als unten im Erdgeschoss. Frühstück ist gut.

Sehr schönes Riad mitten in der Altstadt von Marrakesch. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber Naima und Hisham waren immer erreichbar und haben uns Tipps geben können und auch einen Transport nach Agadir für uns organisiert. Das Frühstück wird jeden Tag ein wenig anders auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Die Deckenlampe war am ersten Tag kaputt und wurde umgehend ausgetauscht.
Cons: Es könnte ein wenig heller im Zimmer sein. Dazu ist es sehr hellhörig in den Zimmern, sodass man alles von der Straße hört.

Notre séjour au Riad Miski était fabuleux. L'accueil, que ce soit par Naïma ou par Hisham a été parfait, de notre arrivée à notre départ. Toujours souriants et sympathiques, ils nous ont bien conseillé pour nos achats, nos sorties et nous ont aussi raconté la vraie vie Marocaine. Le lieux est un havre de paix au coeur de la Médina, très bien entretenu avec un très beau mobilier. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre chaque jour. La terrasse est aussi agréable matin et soir pour les repas. C'est exactement ce que nous recherchions et nous n'avons pas été déçu !

The structure is located in the centre of the old city a few steps from the main points of interest but just outside the chaotic streets. The breakfast has always been very rich and good. The welcome of Naima and Hisham was unique from the beginning when my friend for a flight delay problem checked in at 2:30 in the morning. The agreed transfers have always been respected and on time. The hosts with their extreme kindness and availability always made us feel at home and safe. Thanks again Naima and Hisham, we will definitely return our stay at the Riad was fabulous!! El sitio está fenomenal. Superó las expectativas que teníamos, la amabilidad del personal es magnífica, explicándonos que tener en cuenta, con lo que tener cuidado y sitios a ver. Si les pedías consejos, también te atendían de la mejor manera, una señora muy agradable. La habitación es muy amplia y la cama enorme y muy cómoda. Todo se veía limpio y cada día pasaban a hacerte la habitación. El desayuno estaba bastante rico y es muy variado. En nuestro caso, una de las personas era vegetariana y pudo disfrutar al completo del desayuno, la calidad es buena. Además, un día madrugamos apra una excursión y nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar, un detalle. Es una zona silenciosa y se descansa bien.

Naima est très gentille, disponible pour nos demandes et questions déjà avant d'arriver, et une voix douce et calme, avec de très bons conseils que nous avons appliqué tout de suite. Elle nous a accueilli au parking à l'arrivée et nous a racompagné au départ. Je recommande complètement le Riad.

We arrived to a very hot Marrakesh and we’re so confused. When we called the staff the usama he was so service minded and met us at a parking to pick us up because we didn’t know the address. Genuinely professional. We got the most clean and comfortable room, with cool Air conditioner and the decoration was beautiful in the whole building. Bed so soft and nice and shower so clean. This Riad is absolutely amazing. The whole place felt so harmonious and I truly recommend this place. Location is great and close to everything.

Hi hi hi I!!! We stayed for 4 nights and it was such a pleasant surprise ! First of all I wanna give a huge mention to the staff ! They were amazing ! They made us feel home and they welcomed us in a way that made us feel like process hehe soooo sweet and nice ! The room was very spacious and very clean ! Thankfully there was air con blasting on the room or we could have died from the heat hahaha also the riad painted in white give such a unique calming vibe that is hard to come across in a hectic city like Marrakesh ! It seems like when u are there time stop and is also soooo quiet ! Couldn’t hear anything or anyone 😍 also the position ! It was 10 minutes walk from jemaa al fna and it was soooo easy to go around ! After once time of using the gps we could go around with ease !!!! It was amazing ! I can’t wait to go back !!!
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t hang the shower head ! Unfortunately ! But that’s the only thing everything else was PERFECT !!!

Joli riad, très propre. Décoration plutôt simple épurée. Belle chambre spacieuse (comparée à d'autres riad). De plus, point non négligeable en été il y avait une clim ! Nous avons également apprécié le calme. Possible de garer sa voiture pas très loin dans un parking privé.
Cons: Le petit déjeuner s'arrête à 10 h. Nous aurions apprécié un tout petit peu plus tard. Rien de spécial dans sa composition. Les serviettes de bain sont usées et vieillissantes. A remplacer !

Riad Miski is is just as gorgeous in person as it is in the advertised pictures! It's a bit difficult to find at first but the staff makes sure to meet up with you at the main square in the neighbourhood upon arrival so that they can show you the way. Highly recommend using the taxi services they can arrange for your arrival and departure, we didn't use it for arrival but wish we had. Upon arrival you get tea and cookies while one of the hosts checks you in, provides a map of the city, goes over the popular landmarks, and answers any questions you have. We checked in a bit late so they sent us a menu ahead of time so that we could put our dinner order in (it was sooooo good). The breakfast is also absolutely incredible with a slightly different spread every morning. The ac unit in the room wasn't often needed but worked great when we turned it on. The riad itself has lots of family homes neighbouring it and we loved being able to hear kids play in the streets from our window. Overall, would stay here again in a heartbeat! The rooms and terrace were fantastic, the staff were incredible and always so helpful and friendly!
Cons: The rooms door was a bit of a trick to lock but the riad itself was very secure and there is always a staff member around so that didn't bother us at all.

We only had one night and unfortunately had to leave very early the next morning for the airport. The Riad is decorated very nicely and has a cozy little roof terrace. Naima at the reception was super friendly and very helpful, she printed our boarding passes and even organized a takeaway breakfast for us for our early departure. There is a 24-hour reception and the guy who greeted us at 5.45 in the morning was also very nice! We had a rental car and there is a car park very close by.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la limpieza y la decoración del Riad. La persona con la que me comuniqué hasta que llegara el grupo, maravillosa y atenta. El chico que nos atendió en el Riad (Osama) muy agradable, atento y educado. Nos hicieron la estancia muy cómoda y cumpliendo con todas las peticiones que me hice al Riad, ya que buscaba comodidad en un grupo de 12 personas. Además Lea pedí que nos prepararan un desayuno para llevar ya que madrugábamos muy pronto para ir al Atlas y así fue. Muchas gracias por todo. Totalmente recomendable

Detrás de una oscura puerta, de una pequeña fachada hemos encontrado el mejor riad de Marrakech. A solo unos minutos de la famosa plaza Jemaa el Fna es bonito, limpio y acogedor. La habitación era amplia y confortable, con armarios para guardar la ropa, cada día nos la han arreglado y han renovado las toallas. Tengo que valorar el agua de la ducha que era abundante y caliente, con champú y gel de baño de cortesía. Tiene una terraza para disfrutar y descansar, nosotros hemos desayunado, nos hemos relajado leyendo un libro, incluso nos hemos tumbado para ver las estrellas. Pero lo mejor del Riad Miski son las personas que trabajan en él: Gracias a Naima, que antes de nuestra llegada contactó con nosotros para ir organizando nuestro viaje. Un vez en el riad hemos podido contar con ella para cualquier cosa en cualquier momento del día. Nos ha explicado la ciudad, nos ha aconsejado, nos ha ayudado al cambio de divisas, nos ayudó a reservar los traslados y una excursión inolvidable al desierto de Agafay (traslado, cena, música y espectáculo). Gracias a Hisham por tus fantásticos desayunos, ha sido un acierto reservarlo en el Riad. Cada mañana ha preparado con esmero y cariño café, zumos, frutas, tostadas, tortillas, miel, aceite, mermelada, mantequilla….¡vamos a echar de menos esos momentos a primera hora del día! Y al resto de personal de limpieza, gracias por vuestro trabajo porque estaba todo impecable. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo! Gracias Riad Miski ❤️

El taxi te deja en una calle muy cercana al Riad, así que es muy fácil encontrarlo. Desayuno correcto, solicitamos algo salado y al día siguiente nos ofrecieron huevos en el desayuno, así que genial.

La colazione è ottima (frutta, spremuta, the, caffè molto buono, latte, torte, e altri prodotti tipici), la disponibilità della struttura eccellente: hanno soddisfatto tutte le richieste. Exact location, excellent cleanliness, warm hospitality, amazing personalised homemade food, peace like at home, safety during the organised excursions, and extreme attention were given by the staff of Riad Miski during our stay. The personal made this trip one of our most favourite ones. This is definitely a place we would love to visit again and again. The breakfast was good, with a lovely view on the terrace. The rooms were very clean and overall we enjoyed our stay. Very easy to walk to the medina from this Riad. The staff was very helpful in booking us a taxi to the airport and served us breakfast to go when we had to leave early in the morning! It was very much appreciated.

Hay calefacción y aire acondicionado (que no usamos, en febrero no hacía frío). El wifi no llega a las habitaciones, tienes que usarlo en planta baja. El desayuno es correcto. Cenamos una noche allí pero la comida no destacó. Hisham, el chico que está durante la noche, se toma su tiempo para todo. Naima estuvo pendiente de nosotras y nos organizó el transporte al aeropuerto. Buena relación calidad-precio-servicio. ¡Muy recomendable!

This is a clean, quiet, and comfortable riad located only 10 min walk from the main square Jemaa el-fnaa. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! We were greeted with mint tea and a huge smile. After walking the crazy busy chaotic streets, it is so refreshing to come back to this quiet little gem. The breakfast on the rooftop was also excellent!
Cons: This property was a little hard to find due to the fact that the taxi cannot reach it. They drop you off as close as they can get and then you find the rest of the way yourself (which is only a few steps down the street). Beware of the guys who will want to “show you the way” to your hotel when getting out of the taxi. They will demand payment. I think it would be worth it to set up airport transportation with the riad if possible…

Dit is een prachtige Riad. Het ontbijt was heel lekker en heel uitgebreid. Het personeel was altijd behulpzaam. We werden hier heel goed verzorgd! We went end December and the room was cold, the a/c machine gave a tiny bit of heat with the heating setting, but not much. We managed to find some more blankets. Lovely to have some blue skies and sunshine in the day but breakfast on the roof terrace was very chilly in the mornings. Lovely moroccan breakfast though.

Cons: Petit déjeuner vraiment pas honnête en quantité et variété. Tout y est décompte même l eau en bouteille pour la toilette ou le petit déjeuner Mur très fin on entend d tout les bruits des chambres voisines Accueille froid bien différend de d autres riad

On est venu me chercher à la place située à côté, c'est appréciable ! 👍 Personnel agréable et professionnel, avec de bons conseils pour aller visiter la ville Jolie chambre, propreté nickel, grand lit J'ai pû laisser mon sac sur place le jour du départ 👍

The surprise to knock the door and feeling to enter in an old riad, instead I get access into an amazing and neq- high celing architecture...beautifull, lighfull, with the nicest and smiling staff ever. Volumes, geometries of spaces, aesthetic and good vibes all the time. Breakfast done with love on the relaxing terrace. Always sunshine in the morning!

I checked in with the very friendly female host lady, after needing to utilize two of the (petit) yellow taxis to go from the central train station in Merrakesh to the closest drop-off point to which cars can safely pass, before having to walk with luggage to the entrance door of the Riad. Riad Miski is in convenient walking distance---less than 10 minutes---to the main square of the Medina of Marrakesh, but the immediate housing environment looks less appealing than in other parts of the Medina where I had stayed on a previous occasion. The rooms are adequately furnished and even the warm water faucets(2) had warm water for shower and other purposes---which was pleasant and should not be taken for granted---but the overall space of my room felt a bit tight, with very little walking space to both side of the double bed. There is however a seating area on the patio level of the Riad/townhouse, for those who are feeling too constrained in the designated room. Also, breakfast is served on a rather large upper-floor terrace, which is also furnished with reclining chairs for those who are ready to relax there and/or taking a sunbath. Breakfast was basic but sufficient,, when you are staying just for a day ot two...
Cons: When you are reserving your own taxi from the airport (5.5 km to the Medina) you should during the daytime not pay more than 100 Dirham---and the yellow (pertit) taxi is usually cheaper---and 130 Dirham at night. Going back and forth from the train station is considerably cheaper, as most local people are paying 20 Dirham with the yellow (petit) taxi. When you are booking through the Riad you are paying 180 Dirham to go to the airport, and then the driver is looking sad, when you don't give him a tip on top of that very high fare....

The Riad is located in the center of the Medina, 10 mins walk from the main square. The road looks good, however, may be not as good as on the pictures shown in booking. We had a very poor welcome by the staff, just filling in some documents, paying the tax and then up to us to find the room in the Riad. Breakfast was good. It’s an ok place but missing a bit of the Riad/Moroccan charm..

On a directement été bien reçus par Naima dans le riad. Il est très calme par rapport au quartier agité, quand on y entre et qu’on y dort, on entend plus aucun bruit de l’extérieur. On a aussi été très bien servi par Hicham au petit déjeuner.

The warmth of the staff and especially Hisham who was a very kind, welcoming, professional host which made a difference in our stay. Great breakfast and lovely rooftop.
Cons: The rooms and bathrooms can use some upgrades and light renovations. The riad is very beautifully decorated though but bathrooms, bedding and wardrobes could be better.

We had an amazing wonderful time here, host took care of us very well. We expected everyday breakfast on roof garden, lunch and dinner also amazing. Last day we left for airport 7:30, chef made us take-away breakfast. We really appreciated it. It was an unbelievable time for us to stay here and experience the first time in Marrakesh. Thank you very much!
