Site magnifique plein cœur de la Médina et proche Kutubdia. Petit déjeuner bien garni et de qualité. Un personnel très aimable au niveau de chaque service, très serviable également.
Cons: Terrasse pas mise en place deuxième semaine d'Avril. Parasol cassé. Accès à la chambre de la suite par un escalier très étroit, marches très hautes, pas de rampe afin de se sécuriser. Très dangereux! Aucun rangement dans la chambre à l'étage, pas même un valet pour poser les affaires; il faut de déshabiller dans le petit salon au rez de chaussée. Pas de porte savons dans la douche. Pas de petites serviettes de toilette dans la salle de bains de la chambre. Salle de bains minuscule. Restaurant avec choix extrêmement limité. Pas de vin ni aucun alcool dans l'établissement Café espresso en supplément au petit déjeuner.

The medina area feels safe and is filled with hussle and bussle from morning to evening. Very close to the maze of souks. Hotel is tranquil, well kept but under utilised with a rooftop that is there but seems not to be purpousfully arranged for guests other than a small shallow pool and some seating spaces. Wonderful staff that tries their outmost to help you as much as they can.
Cons: Room was not what was advertised and confirmed on Booking.com. Much smaller Ca 30%. However, hotel claim it is in the same room chategory as what we think are photos from a much larger room. Not cool. Breakfast was ok, but chaotic serving. No buffet. You eat what you get. Coffee and milk for all guests was served through two thermoses. Table arrangement seemed not to be arranged with the room guest list in each room. Tables had to be moved almost every day to fit the guests coming from each room. Room for improvement on dinner. Better elsewhere.

Pequeno almoço incrível, com variedade e tudo muito bem servido e saboroso! O quarto é grande e espaçoso, o WC é muito bonito. O staff é muito atencioso e muito simpático. O spa no andar de baixo com piscina de acesso gratuito, com água tépida, é muito lindo e tem um ambiente romântico e relaxado. É uma ótima opção para sair da agitação da cidade. Destaque especial para os profissionais que lá trabalham, sempre disponíveis e muito simpáticos e prestáveis.
Cons: O nosso quarto era um bocado escuro, algumas janelas não fechavam. Mas no geral é ótimo.

Great location. Very central to the medina and Souks, and Jemaa el fna square and the main roof tops and visiting landmarks. The Riad is nice, clean, full of light. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. We looked forward for breakfast every morning. The staff is nice and helpful. The Hammam Signature experience at the spa was the highlight of our stay. I highly recommend it.
Cons: We couldn't enjoy the rooftop so much. The weather didn't allow. But we did make some nice pictures.

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich traumhaft. Wir hatten zwei riesige Zimmer und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Riad ist wunderschön gestaltet, und die Dachterrasse ist definitiv ein Highlight. Auch der Spa‑Bereich ist sehr ansprechend. Das Frühstück war super lecker, abwechslungsreich und wurde mit Tischservice serviert, was wir besonders genossen haben. Ein großes Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt – alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage des Riad ist super, alles ist zu Fuss zu erreichen und sobald man das Riad betritt, ist es still und es fuehlt sich an wie eine Oase. Das Fruehstueck wird serviert und ist sehr reichhaltig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hauseigene Spa - er ist fuer alle zugáenglich und man kann Hamam und Massagen hinzubuchen. Das ist sehr angenehm, hierzu nicht das Riad verlassen zu muessen.
Cons: Der Pool auf dem Dach konnte nicht genutzt werden, da Reparaturarbeiten in Gang waren. Wir hatten eine Maisonette-Suite - die Zimmer sind mit einer offenen Treppe verbunden. Eines der Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, jedoch eine Beluefungsanlage, die leider ziemlich zu hoeren war.

La situation dans la médina mais bien au calme est idéale. Le personnel est juste incroyable .. serviable .. souriant .. on se croirait à la maison. Le petit déjeuné est délicieux et gourmand. Une hospitalité comme j’en ai rarement vu .. j’y retournerai rien que pour la gentillesse du personnel. Le cadre est somptueux

Le Riad est magnifique et la chambre très confortable. L'emplacement est pratique, assez proche des attractions touristiques (10 minutes a pied de jamaa fna) tout en étant dans une partie plus calme de la Médina. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et variés.
Cons: A ce prix là dans un tel endroit magnifique on pourrait s'attendre a une expérience plus premium. L'accueil était plutôt froid, on sent que le Riad a été rénové il y a quelques années déjà et certaines finitions mériteraient d'être refaites, un détail mais les bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre n'ont pas été renouvelées chaque jour. La baignoire bien que magnifique est difficilement utilisable avec un jet de très faible pression et une eau tiède (40 minutes pour remplir la baignoire assez pour se mettre dedans). Nous avons pris une grande chambre et les photos ne correspondaient pas à ce que l'ont a eu, la salle de bain oui mais pas le reste. Ils ont sûrement mis les plus belles parties de chaque type de chambre, ca mériterait plus de transparence. Rien de grave. Mais plein de petites choses empêchent le lieu d'exprimer sa juste valeur.

Le personnel était adorable et très disponible pour nous renseigner ou nous aider. C’est très appréciable dans le cas d’un imprévu ou d’une demande particulière. L’hôtel propose un service de transport avec chauffeur depuis l’aéroport qui est pratique et a un tarif raisonnable. Les massages sont de qualités. La chambre est assez spacieuse et la propreté est de mise. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié avec des propositions sucrées et salées. La terrasse est très agréable. L’hôtel est situé dans un emplacement idéal près de la place centrale et des musées donc on a pu tout faire à pied.
Cons: Je pensais réserver une chambre avec un lit simple pour adulte en plus du lit double et ce n’était pas le cas. L’hôtel ne peut pas proposer le canapé comme lit simple… Sachant qu’en plus il n’y avait pas de literie adéquat en conséquence… La piscine intérieure n’est pas profonde donc on ne peut pas nager et l’eau est froide. Si l’eau était plus chaude, cela aurait été plus agréable. Le spa n’a pas beaucoup d’intérêt si on veut se passer des options payantes comme le hammam. C’est pour ça que nous y sommes allés qu’une seule fois dans le spa.

Mi primera experiencia a Marrakech y gracias a todo el Staff de trabajo del Riad me hicieron pasar las mejores vacaciones de mi vida!! Agradezco especialmente a LOBRA la chica que trabaja en el día en recepción, me ayudó con absolutamente todo ya que tuve que gestionar cambios en mi reserva y ella me solucionó siempre de la mejor manera. También me llevó en mi corazón a quien nos recibió en la noche, el guapo SALAH AL DIN!! Les recomiendo el SPA y el el restaurante sin dejar atrás la terraza con vista a la Medina.

Cons: Nos nuits ont été très difficiles en raison de travaux réalisés juste sous notre chambre jusqu’à 1h du matin. Le responsable de nuit s’est excusé en indiquant que ces travaux étaient autorisés par la direction, puis le matin on nous a affirmé qu’il n’y avait jamais eu de travaux, ce qui a été très frustrant et donne un sentiment de mauvaise foi. Nous avons très peu dormi et ne nous sommes pas sentis écoutés. Le spa n’était pas non plus reposant : beaucoup de personnel parlait fort, rigole, sont sur leurs natel et occupait les lits de détente, laissant peu de place aux clients qui avais payé. L’ambiance était bruyante et peu propice à la détente, ce qui est décevant au vu du prix payé.

Chaque personne que nous avons rencontré était formidable, qu’il s’agisse du personnel de la réception, des serveurs du restaurant, des valets et femmes de chambres ou encore le personnel du spa. Une équipe au top, qui a toujours le sourire et se rend toujours disponible pour nous apporter de l’aide
Cons: J’ai glissé dans les escaliers en descendant du Rooftop. Les marches étaient mouillées. Une cliente du Riad est venue m’apporter son aide. Une dizaine d’hématomes sur le corps et pas mal de douleurs à gérer tout au long du séjour. Aussi, nous avons déjeuné au restaurant. 3 plats sur 6 étaient indisponibles. Il y a déjà très peu de choix sur la carte. C’est dommage

Está genial y la única gran crítica que pongo es que el agua de la piscina interna no estaba lo suficientemente caliente y el ambiente tampoco. Eso hizo que la sensación fuera desagradable porque salí de la piscina con mucho frío a pesar del albornoz. El desayuno que me incluía podría mejorarse quizás con tostadas, más queso y colando mejor el zumo. El personal súper amable y con empatía. Destaco a Fátima (muy alta y que estaba en recepción) porque entendió todas mis necesidades sin necesidad de explicarle mucho. Muy buena profesional y rápida de reflejos. También un chico que quizás era mudo (porque parecía que no podía hablar). En cuanto le pedí ayuda rápidamente me atendió como pudo y fue muy amable. Creo que él se encargaba de limpiar y desde luego todo estaba reluciente. Cuando fuimos a varios restaurantes nos acompañaron también para que yo me sintiera más segura. Todo está limpísimo, ordenado, con mucho gusto y el personal muy eficiente. Si regreso volvería a este Riad.

Cons: Way overpriced and disappointing. This hotel feels more like a hospital ward than a place to relax — cold, mechanical service, and no personality at all. The room was small, stuffy, and smelled damp. The shower drain was clogged, flooded the bathroom, and then clogged again the next day. I had to rush to shower without flooding the room. The mattresses are uncomfortable and caused back pain, and the bathrobes and towels are old, stained, and worn out — basic things any hotel should invest in. The indoor pool is unpleasant, with staff constantly telling guests to be quiet while talking loudly themselves. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. For the price, this hotel is not worth it. There are plenty of better options on the same street.

L’emplacement : idéalement situé près de la porte Bab Laksour dans une rue assez agréable de la médina, plutôt calme. La proximité d’une sortie permet de prendre des taxis très facilement (il y’a toujours de chauffeurs disponibles devant). À proximité de tous les rooftops en vue de Marrakech (café arabe, MK rooftop, Kabana, El fenn). Le Riad est très beau. Les chambres : La chambre duplex est très fonctionnel avec deux grands lits doubles (un à l’entre et un à l’étage). Les chambres double sont beaucoup plus grandes avec beaucoup de charme. Le rooftop: magnifique rooftop avec vue incroyable sur la médina et la Koutoubia. Mériterait d’être d’avantage exploité. Le service : accueil et service super ! Le petit déjeuner est servi de 8h à 10h mais il nous a été possible de prendre sur le rooftop des cafés, jus d’orange, œufs sur le plat et crêpe à 11h pour un prix tout à fait correct (Possibilité payer par carte). Il y’a toujours un gardien à la porte de jour comme de nuit et en journée il y’a même un guide qui peut vous conduire dans la médina (pour se rendre à un rooftop).

Die Mitarbeiter reden die ganze Zeit sehr laut (private Unterhaltung) alle laufen ständig hin und her oder sitzen neben den Gästen auf dem Bett und telefonieren privat. Auch wenn die verwortliche des Empfangs ständig mit zhhhhhh alle ermahnt - es interessiert sie nicht. Ma findet null Ruhe weil es laut ist durch die Mitarbeiter. Man kann day passes kaufen - heisst Aussenstehende kommen in Strassenschuhen herein und laufen in den Schuhen im Spa herum - reden laut ! Es ist ein kommen Und gehen. Der Pool hat eine Höhe von (ich bin 170 cm und das Wasser Geht mit bis zum Knie ). Das Wasser ist lau warm. Wenig warm . Es werden Nägel gemacht und das Gerede stört die Ruhe im poolbereich durch Gerede. Man kam schlecht schwimmen weil man an den Boden kommt . Null Erholung ! Frühstück normal nichts aussergewöhnliches. Ausstattung Hotel alles etwas lieblos in weiss.

Cons: Hay que tener en cuenta que no tiene parking aunque lo ponga (lo cual parece lógico ahora que hemos estado dada su ubicación). Incluso así deberían especificarlo. Al tratarse de un antiguo Riad, las habitaciones son un poco oscuras.

Le petit déjeuner même s'il était excellent c'est dommage que ce dernier ne soit pas en buffet ce qui éviterait de jeter ce que les personnes n'aime pas Je vous décommande d'aller dans cet hôtel avec des enfants et notamment au niveau de la piscine intérieur car celle ci se trouve dans la partie SPA et le personnel dés qu'il y a le moindre bruit ou que vous parlez entre vous vous réprimande à plusieurs reprises alors que le personnel du spa ne se gêne pas de parler a haute voix, rigoler entre elle Dommage que la partie SPA ne soit pas inclus au vu du prix de la chambre et que les clients de l'hôtel ne puisse pas avoir accès au cabine de Hammam et qu'il n'y ai pas également a disposition un Jacuzzi

La arquitectura e interiorismo del patio son preciosas, dan para hacerte un book de fotos, la terraza y la amabilidad y atención del personal, esto al final es de lo más importante. Quiero destacar al camarero que habla español que es un encanto y muy atento, no recuerdo su nombre. También destacar que puedes pedir té a la menta para la habitación o la terraza.
Cons: De la habitación que se quedaba pequeña porque los elementos están sobre dimensionados, la cama enorme, las mesitas y lámparas de noche tan grandes que no se pueden abrir los armarios y usar los cajones de dentro. La puerta del baño tan grande que casi da con la cama lo que hace incómodo los movimientos. El lavabo también se hacía muy incómodo ssu uso porque era demasiado grande el mueble respecto al lavabo en si. Las luces del baño colocadas erróneamente ya que no estan encima del espejo que es donde se necesitan para verte en los momentos puntuales con detalle: lentillas, maquillaje, o lo que sea. En la habitación había dos espejos rotos... La piscina del spa, aunque preciosa, está fría, eso sí que no nos lo esperábamos, bajamos para relajarnos pensando que estaría caliente.

The location was perfect for a solo traveller exploring the Medina. Close enough to walk to most attractions but not too close to the busy centre. The Spa was what attracted me as I wanted to relax after long days crossing the Atlas Mountains. The ladies at the Spa were very accommodation and my skin has never felt this good.
Cons: The aesthetics and decoration is clean and fresh. It really feels like an Oasis in the Medina.

Cons: O hotel fica dentro da Medina, o que facilita para muitos programas e passeios, porém impede que automóveis como táxis acesse ao hotel, proporcionando uma curta caminhada até o asfalto, o que com malas e pressa pode não ser algo exatamente prático. A primeira pessoa que nos atendeu não parecia muito disposta a nos ajudar, deixando uma má impressão inicial sobre o atendimento, pq eu foi revertido pelo rapaz que nos ajudou em seguida.

Cons: Nous avons débuté avec une mauvaise expérience sur le SPA en arrivant : nous avons pris un massage à 4 mains en duo et nous avons clairement vu sur le visage de 2 masseuses en arrivant qu’elles n’étaient pas ravies… Pour faire court, ça a au final duré à peine plus de 30 minutes (au lieu de 50) durant lesquelles on a bien senti que certaines étaient sur le téléphone d’une main en même temps… Dommage car pour le coup, elles massaient plutôt très bien mais elles n’ont pas été sérieuses… Je précise que la personne de l’accueil a eu la gentillesse de nous proposer 30 minutes de massage offertes en compensation de la durée que nous avons décliné… En dehors de ça, nous avons trouvé la chambre très petite et mal pensée notamment dans les rangements ou équipements.

Cons: La clim était très bruyante dans notre chambre. Nous l'avons signalé mais on nous a simplement dis d'allumer la clim en sortant et une fois rentrés nous n'avions qu'à l'éteindre. Seul petit bémol, avec cette chaleur étouffante nous ne pouvions pas passer la nuit sans clim. Nous avons donc été obligé de passer la nuit avec la clim allumée ce qui n'était pas du tout reposant. Petit déjeuné pas terrible et cher pour ce que c'est.

It looks nice with all white, spa looks nice as well but didn't use. We had to get early breakfast which was nice that it was arranged by hotel at 6.30 unfortunately it was a bit little and no eggs or fruit, but at least we had a cake/pancake/bread and some danone and cruesly.
Cons: Duplex suite upstairs it didn't get cold and downstairs the bed was very hard and noisy mobile AC even on lowest mode. Rooftop swimming pool is a joke only knee deep and no seating around, no bar or anything upstairs to get a drink or such.

La stanza doppia è ampia e ben arredata, la tripla ha un letto singolo all’ingresso con bagno senza doccia personale e una camera doppia con bagno con doccia al piano superiore piuttosto piccola. The ambience, the sweet smell, the cleanliness you receive immediately you walk in, the hotel is well cleaned daily. The rooms are spacious compared to other riads i stayed in.....the staff are so helpful...they help you with getting bikes or cabs if you need one..they even assist with tours if you want. Everyone is friendly n helpful..I really enjoyed my stay..the location is close to all major sites.. not much trekking or spending transport fare..

Proximity to the Medina was well within walking distance (only 8 mins walking). 1 hr massage treatment was good Car service we requested for an early morning flight arrived on-time (0630).

We were sat at pool lounges with wet/used towels and had to ask for them to change. Manicure service in the spa was extremely poor with 4 cuticles cut too close causing me to bleed.

L'accueil exceptionnel de Loubna, qui a été tout simplement incroyable ! Souriante, attentionnée et toujours disponible, elle nous a recommandé plein de superbes endroits à découvrir – des restaurants aux petits trésors cachés de la médina. Grâce à elle, notre séjour a pris une toute autre dimension. Le riad est un véritable cocon : les chambres sont confortables, le patio apaisant, et la terrasse parfaite pour profiter du soleil ou d’un petit-déjeuner délicieux. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et surtout à Loubna, pour cette belle parenthèse marocaine. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Riád má krásne vyhľadávané spa, kde robia super tradičný hammam. Na streche sa dá najesť aj sa opaľovať, je tam aj bazén, ktorý bol veľmi čistý. Oplatí sa zobrať raňajky, sú veľmi bohaté a chutné. Personál je veľmi milý a ochotný, lepšie sa s nimi dohodnete po francúzsky, ale vedia dosť aj po anglicky alebo telepaticky🤷♀️ v každom prípade sú super :-)

Bericht zweier erfahrener Globetrotter: DIE LAGE DES HAUSES UND DAS PERSONAL (KOMPETENT, FREUNDLICH, ZUVORKOMMEND) SIND ERSTKLASSIG. Der Internetauftritt des Hotels scheint zum größten Teil aus Wunschfantasien der Eigentümer zu bestehen. Ein sehr abgewohntes frisch weißgetünchtes Haus, z.T. mit groben Mängeln bei der Einrichtung der „Deluxe Suite“: Das Badezimmer eine komplette Fehlkonstruktion (Waschtisch, Zugang zur Wanne), die Badewanne spiegelglatt ohne Rutschschutz und Haltegriff, hinein oder heraus zu steigen geradezu gefährlich, aber dafür mit deutlichen Abplatzungen innen, die „Dusche“ mit sehr langem Schlauch ein Rinnsal. Die Badezimmer- und Klotüre quietscht dazu auch noch gottserbärmlich. Im Zimmer kein Tisch und verwendbarer Sessel, in den finsteren Kästen kein funktionierendes Licht, aber auch keine Hängemöglichkeit für Kleider oder lange Hosen, weil das Fach dafür viel zu niedrig ist. Der Kühlschrank funktionslos, Ersatz wurde in einer Zimmerecke am Boden deponiert. Das große Bett hat im Rahmenaufbau schon sichtbare Abnutzungserscheinungen. Die Zimmertüre und praktisch alle Türen im Haus scheinen zu klemmen, dementsprechend laut knallt es unentwegt von irgendwoher, auch nachts. Das angepriesene Frühstück ist eine Verhöhnung jeglicher froher Erwartungen, an Minimalismus kaum zu unterbieten. Die Polster der Liegen beim Pool am Dach haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, es gibt oben keinerlei Tücher dafür, aber auch niemanden den man darum bitten könnte. Sonnenschirme sind insgesamt nur 2 (!) vorhanden. Der Pool ist absolut nichtschwimmersicher weil winzig und bestenfalls knietief. Das Spa kann nicht beurteilt werden, weil nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours au Riad Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel en étant constamment aux petits soins avec nous. Le petit déjeuner est varié, frais et copieux. Le spa est notre plus belle découverte. Un cadre exceptionnel et un service de massage de qualité. Notre chambre était très agréable et joliment décorée. Très bon équipement et la literie était confortable. Petit bémol pour le bouchon de la baignoire qui ne fonctionnait pas, nous n’avons donc pas pu prendre de bain. Les serviettes de bain n’ont pas été changée quotidiennement. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour dans ce Riad magnifique et qui s’avérait calme la nuit malgré la situation en plein cœur de la médina.

NOOOON. Transport aéroport Riad et Riad aéroport, 250 MAD, cher mais on le savais donc ce n'ai pas forcement une critique. Trop de bruit le SPA, le personnel n'arrêté pas de bavarder entre eux, au but d'un moment c'est pénible.

The rooms upstairs are awesome the double suits downstairs funny and cozy (we wnjoyed both alternatives as we were lucky to have upgrade for some nights). Marble everywhere, rooftop TOP! I can say Quality is synonymous to Riad Eliza and Spa. Regarding food, breakfast is specific but to the point, very full and tasty and we also haf dinner which was not pricey and followed the Moroccan tradition. Definitely we recommend for couples

Śniadania były bardzo dobre ale polecamy odpłatnie wykupić sobie obiad lub kolację bo jedzenie zdecydowanie lepsze jak na mieście :) pokoje są codziennie sprzątane. Spa było rewelacyjne, korzystaliśmy z wielu zabiegów i wszystkie spełniły nasze oczekiwania. W pokojach było ogrzewanie co z pewnością niektórym się przyda. Codziennie dostawaliśmy też wodę. The highlight of this Riad is definitely its location, on a beautiful street in the Medina, close to many points of interest. The hotel staff (from the receptionists to the housekeeping and maintenance team) was very accommodating and met all our requests. A special thanks to the two concierges, Sofiane and Ahmid, who made our stay particularly enjoyable with their professionalism and kindness!
Cons: The room was too small for three people and generally not very functional; however, it had two bathrooms (one of which only had a shower).

Cons: The only issue we had was with the restaurant. For some reason the restaurant in the hotel operates separately to the hotel itself and the staff were a bit obnoxious and took an un necessarily long time to bring drinks. I was told I had no money when a card declined as the waiter couldn’t work out how to charge me in euros. I would avoid this restaurant, there are lots in fez we were just in a hurry and needed a quick lunch.

Cons: Terrible smell in first room which was a duplex suite, very small and had a bad smell. Luckily we were upgraded by Lubna, who may I add made our stay the most comfortable. Lubna was very helpful and language was no barrier. The mattresses in the rooms were very uncomfortable and we ended up with bad back pain as a result. Unfortunately people staying next door to us had no courtesy and made alot of noise early hours of the morning. Reception would never pick up our calls! No vegan options for food and very limited.

Les chambres sont belles et très propres, nous avions trois chambres dont deux avec un grand lit , la nôtre était malheureusement celle avec le plus petit lit, seul bémol ! Le déjeuner ainsi que le repas du soir étaient aussi très bons et variés.
Cons: Nous avions trouvé que le roof top était magnifique mais mériterait d' être un peu plus entretenu, les matelas n'étaient pas très propres, et aucun linge à disposition. Mais nous avons apprécié le service des apéritifs en fin d' après midi avec le couché de soleil , absolument superbe !

Really stunning Riad, which felt super serene from the hustle and bustle of the markets. The Riad was always clean and many staff members were around to help. Great views and photo moments here. Loved the room and bathroom.
Cons: I didn’t like how the front door was always open, allowing non-residents to come in and take a wonder. Perhaps they wanted to take a photo or use the spa but anyone could just turn up to your room. From a security perspective, this was a big no - especially as there were so many beggars right outside too. They should have always been someone manning the front door and checking who was entering and exiting the building. The Spa location was also a bit hazardous with the fully glass door, poor signage and no hazard tape. You could easily just accidentally walk into the door. Needed to be safer.

Bella la spa e piacevole hamman con a seguire massaggio (tutto a pagamento). Piacevole la piccola piscina sul rooftop (ma se fa troppo caldo è impraticabile). Consiglio questa struttura
Cons: Solo piccoli appunti: ci aspettavamo di essere accolti con un piccolo rito del te, invece niente. Poi ho trovato un videogioco all’ingresso della reception di questa bellissima struttura come “un cazzotto in un occhio”, non mi sembra assolutamente appropriata la sua collocazione. La spa mi è piaciuta ma le ragazze che ci lavorano fanno troppi schiamazzi tra loro e ridacchiando infastidendo chi sta lì per rilassarsi. Dovrebbero osservare più silenzio. Per il resto tutto fantastico.

A perfect retreat, literally a few minutes from the Main Square. The rooms were exceptionally clean,with house keeping coming in everyday ( if required), the bedding and towels were lovely and fresh. All staff at the Riad were lovely, friendly without being intrusive. The Breakfast was the very best I’ve had had in Marrakech, the choice and quality were totally amazing, all served with a smile. We visited The Spa on a couple of occasions and treated ourselves to a Facial, The Spa was lovely treat after a busy day shopping, definatley worth a visit.

Cons: La struttura non rispecchia assolutamente la descrizione presente sul sito web di Booking.com. La piscina esterna praticamente è una vasca mal tenuta, piena di terreno. Ma più in generale tutta la terrazza è praticamente fuori uso, non utilizzabile dai clienti e praticamente non accessibile. Il Riad è molto rumoroso, difficile riposare bene. Nella mia stanza il letto matrimoniale era di fortuna, ricavato da due letti singoli uniti ma di altezze diverse, quindi praticamente a dislivello. Dunque il prezzo che ho pagato è assolutamente eccessivo rispetto a tante altre strutture simili presenti a Marrakech. Non consiglio a nessuno, anche perché la zona è praticamente accerchiata da stabili crollati post terremoto sfortunatamente.

Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes subjugués par la beauté et la propreté des lieux. Nous sommes merveilleusement accueillis par Loubna et Mohammed (le serveur), avec une prise en charge des bagages, de l'eau fraîche et un très bon thé marocain. Loubna nous fait l'honneur de nous surclasser pour notre lune de miel dans une chambre exceptionnelle ou l'odeur nous charme immédiatement...!!! La propreté des lieux est irréprochable le personnel est aux petits soins, on se sent encore plus chez nous qu'à la maison...!!! Le massage en duo est plus que parfait, l'odeur et la musique incroyablement relaxantes, et la beauté du spa à couper le souffle...!!! Le rooftop est plus que magnifique...!!! Notre séjour fut un véritable rêve...!!! Merci à vous tous pour le moment merveilleux que nous avons passé en votre compagnie. Accueil, service et hospitalité exceptionnelle...!!! Loubna nous a même imprimé nos billets d'avion pour l'aéroport...!!! L'emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied, juste à côté de la place. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés cet établissement magnifique à tous les voyageurs. Encore merci infiniment pour avoir fait de notre séjour une véritable rêve...!!! ❤️🙏 Sacha et Alexandra
