Bien placé, à quelques pas de Djema El Fna. Une belle chambre et confortable, avec cachet. Le petit-déjeuner offre pas mal de choix et le menu du soir au restaurant est vraiment wow. Il fait partie de l’un des meilleurs restos de Marrakech. Nous avons noté moins fort à « condition » car la terrasse était en rénovation pour quelques jours et nous avions choisi l’endroit pour la terrasse.

Very convenient location for visiting various tourist sites around the city. The rooms were very comfortable, we stayed in the junior suites on the bottom floor. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing! One of the nicest meals we’ve ever had! Sun-beds on the terrace were again very comfortable, and towels and sun-hats provided.

Cons: The umbrellas on the terrace need replacing! There were so many holes in them there was hardly any point having them up!

Les employés sont très gentils et parlent bien français. Ma chambre était la 4, très propre et spacieuse. Il y avait du rangement, des boissons froides au frigo, une robe de nuit, des gougounes. Le lit est un peu dur mais tout de même confortable. Il manquerait un grand miroir pour se voir de la tête au pied. Sinon le déjeuner sur le toit très agréable. L'homme de service y est très courtois. C'est tranquille après 10h puisque c'est assez éloigné des souks dans une longue ruelle. Un homme vient chercher les bagages quand vous descendez du taxi à Jemaa El-Fna. Je conseille. Bon voyage!

Tout est tres bien pensé. Prestation à l'occidentale dans un riad typique. Très bon accueil. Collaborateurs serviables. Literie trop dure à mon goût, j'ai heureusement pu obtenir un autre oreiller. Attention, pas de bain à remous ni de laverie. Il y a toutefois un super pressing à 5 min. La terrasse du petit déjeuner était juste en dessus de notre chambre donc bruyant.

Casa Lalla is a beautiful Riad close to the Medina. I chose it because of the advertised pool (traveling with children). However the pool was not heated and the visible jets appeared to be mere decoration. The dinner is held in the courtyard itself. It can get noisy during clean up and quite late past 10pm.

The Riad was absolutely beautiful and clean. Had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with hot water facilities. The rooftop breakfast was wonderful. Fresh juices and omelettes made when requested. They had a Hammam and massage service available at the Riad. The hammam was amazing and would definitely recommend. The staff were all friendly and spoke some English, enough for us to understand them and vice versa. The location was very close to everything. A few minutes walk to shops and restaurants and Jemaa fe naa square. We walked to all the sightseeing locations as it was all close by, didn’t need to call a taxi at all.

Everything was great. The kindness of the staff, the location (a calm 5 min walk from j’el-fnaa and from the kasbah). The breakfast was also very good! Not sumptuous, but tasty and all that was needed.

Location was quiet and not too difficult to find in the Medina. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good and the terrace was lovely. Bathroom was really good, shower pressure great and comfortable beds.

Cons: Room was quite dark although I know this is common of riads, it's a bit small, I found it a bit expensive for the size comared to other moroccan cities, but perhaps that is common for marrakech. It was a bit dusty in the drawers, and could use a bit of a wipe but generally clean.

My daughter 21yrs and I had a wonderful stay. The suite was beautiful and gorgeous open tole shower. The restaurant offers French and Moroccan cuisine, it was so good we ate there twice. Great location for walking around, and catching nearby tours. It is not drivable and you will be walking down narrow pathways in Jemma El fna and going to meet up locations nearby for tours no hotel pick-up. For us it was perfect and would stay again!

There was nothing to dislike about this riad! Everything was just perfect. The location was a stones throw from the main square. It was very quiet at night considering how close to the action this place is. The staff were amazing and couldn’t fault them for anything! They were very helpful in all our requirements and arranged a porter and taxi from the airport. We needed to print our boarding passes before our return trip and the staff made sure this was present before we left. The food was fantastic, with a good selection for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms were a delight and had a lovely traditional feel to it, something we felt we wouldn’t have experienced if we stayed in a hotel. We was treated to a Hammam and full body massage at the riad which was very relaxing and set us up for a full day exploring the souks. My girlfriend was celebrating her 50th birthday, the reason for our visit, and was a lovely surprise when all the staff came to sing happy birthday 🥳 We thought this a lovely touch! We would definitely return to Casa Lalla and would highly recommend to others looking for a place to stay when visiting Marrakech. 10 out of 10 🙌🙌🙌

This was our fifth trip to Marrakech and this was by far the worst Riad experience we have ever had! I booked 2 Senior Suites on the second floor and one of the rooms had a strong odor of sewer that woke up my elderly mother in the middle of the night with a bad headache and had to open the windows. When we contacted management, the manager Alex informed us that they are aware of the sewer backup in the shower, but didn't want to disturb us so they just left us to soak in the nasty odor until I demanded a solution or another room!!His solution to fix this issue was to place 2 candles in the room to cover the odor of sewer until it is fixed. I am beyond disappointed in this Riad. Although the staff were friendly, however this Riad needs major improvement. There is music band playing until 10p.m every night which we could hear loud and clear inside our rooms on the second floor. Our 2 years old who usually goes to sleep at 8:00p.m. was wide awake until the music stopped playing every night. Do not come to this Riad if you have children, it is very loud, smells like a sewer and is not child friendly.

Unfortunately can't remember names, but the lady on reception was first class ! Our room was perfect, offering a traditional style with nice features Breakfast was traditional and lovely every day with fresh fruits, breads , eggs and juice on the roof terrace 👍 Highly recommend this Riad for a central (but not too close to the madness of the Medina) base for your trip to Marrakesh.

We had such a fantastic week staying here. The room was very beautiful and comfortable to stay in. It was also very cool as it was 44 degrees when we were there! We all slept very well and enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal - tucked away in the souk just a few minutes from the main square.

The property was lovely - there is a small pool in the riad central courtyard which would probably be too small to swim in, nevertheless I imagine it would be great to cool down in in a very hot day. The location is also great and very near to the main Jemaa-el-Fna square. The central courtyard is beautiful and doubles up as a restaurant. The room was clean and very comfortable with period styling, and I was surprised to find an extensive range of TV channels in most languages with many from home. All the staff knew which room we were staying in without us having to say and were very helpful and flexible with our requests. The roof terrace is a very pleasant spot for breakfast (which is decent), and a good spot for a more 'relaxed' dinner, whilst the main courtyard feels a little more like a nice dinner 'out'. The restaurant is excellent and is featured in the best 100 restaurants in Morocco publication. Great place to stay!

Cons: Nothing really.....bit apprehensive initially in having room 1 which opens onto the restaurant area, but it was absolutely fine. Shortest ever distance from hotel room to table!

Casa Lalla really is a little oasis in the centre of it all. Tucked away just a few minutes walk from the main square, you could be mistaken for being miles away. So peaceful during the day and at night. The staff were so attentive and I would definitely recommend booking the airport shuttle.

This was our second visit to Casa Lalla and we look forward to our next. We booked the same suite on the 2nd floor, already an upgrade and found everything as before, but better. Sleeker, always clean and more eco-friendly. The restaurant for dinner is a modern take on Moroccan specialties as well as continental/French cuisine. The selection of Moroccan wines are exceptional and not to be missed. Our favorite is probably the staff. From the "young" man who carts our luggage to/from the riad and our driver to Mohamed and Zineb who took care of our every need during our stay. Friendliness and attention to detail is expressed by everyone and we really do feel at home. Looking forward to our next stay.

Such a beautiful and relaxing place in a strategic position. The owner and the staff are all so lovely and ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean, bathroom really functional. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The restaurant was a great surprise: such a great te-interpretation of traditional Moroccan food by a Moroccan cook (I know Moroccan food well and this was top notch). I will stay here again next time.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Lalla. The riad is very close to many attractions in Marrakesh, which makes it really convenient. Besides that, we were happily surprised by the amazing restaurant in the property; dinner was exquisite! The room was spacious, beautifully designed and very functional. Most memorablem of all, though, was the super friendly staff! From checking in, to dinner and breakfast, the entire team was dedicated to spoiling us really. Great place to stay in this lovely city!

The riad is tucked away so for a single female travelling take this into consideration, I ordered an airport pick up - brilliant and so glad I did as would never have found the riad. Check in was very good - was informed no internet due to an external problem, I dined in the restaurant very nice. The room was good I booked a suite glad I did as even the suite was relatively compact, everything in there even a good hairdryer! Shower very good and powerful. Internet was still not working next day (I was quite upset re this as was due to work) the owner gave me his phone to tether from - so very kind! Breakfast on the roof terrace was nice Overall a nice stay albeit very quiet as Morocco has just re opened. The staff really wanted to please and meet all my expectations. I was quite difficult and I have to say they exceeded in making me comfortable!

A beautiful Riad which is only a short walk from the main market square in Marrakech. Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble for them. We had dinner there one evening and enjoyed traditional Moroccan cuisine such as chicken pastille, lamb tagine and beef tagine. In terms of downsides, the pool is very small and not heated so we didn't actually use this. The towels are incredibly soft but very fluffy so you end up covered in grey fluff. Not all rooms have a standard shower - it's a bath with a shower head that you need to hold which isn't ideal. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Essendo disabile in carrozzina come sempre prima di prenotare un hotels faccio ricerche accurate in internet e sul sito Hotels.com ho letto che il Riad Casa Lalla era accessibile ma, avendo ancora dubbi ho scritto tramite il sito anche qualche mail al titolare del Riad per sincerarmi che L'ACCESSIBILITA' fosse vera e attendibile. Avuto conferma ho prenotato ma... all'arrivo SORPRESA !!! il Riad non è accessibile... scalini dappertutto, all'ingresso del Riad persino per entrare in camera. Oltre alle "classiche discussioni" con le solite giustificazioni "...non avevamo capito che Lei era...ecc ecc ". Sentendomi preso in giro (le mail erano chiare) hanno dato completa disponibilità di aiuto e il giorno dopo si sono procurati una rampa in legno che in qualche modo a "reso accessibile" il Riad. Pertanto devo ammettere che la cordialità e disponibilità c'è stata da parte di tutto lo staff ma, un pò più di correttezza e sincerità prima (e qui lo segnalo anche a Hotels.com) sarebbe stata apprezzata. (La rampa falla trovare già disponibile subito se il Riad è Accessibile, NO ?). Il Riad nel suo insieme è tranquillo, pulito, e ...romantico. ma per piacere non scrivete che è Accessibile a Disabili in Carrozzina. Grazie

I never left a review before but I feel compelled to leave one for Casa Lalla because it is the #1 reason why we loved our trip to Marrakech. The staff went way beyond their duties in making us feel welcome and traveling with a 4 year old felt seamless. We loved everything of this riad.

Excellent stay at Casa Lalla. Warm and Kind reception at the Riad. The crew was very professional. The pick-up service from the airport was great! The Riad has a great location, only 2 minutes from the square! Beautiful rooms, quiet and super clean. Nice view from the rooftop. The food was amazing, we had dinner at the Riad, recommended! Breakfast was also delicious and kept us in shape until lunch!

Between Expedia and I we tried to speak to the owner of this hotel to help me change the dates since I made a mistake when booking. The owner denied and did not want to help me. Hanged the dates. So make sure if you are booking with them that you have the correct dates. A friend of mine had a similar situation and just like me we lost our money :(

What an amazing Riad we stayed in called the Casa Lalla We were there for 7 days and I stayed over new years eve for the 5 course meal which was fantastic too. Nothing was ever any trouble with continetal breakfast with a Morrocan tea was lovely. The 5 minute walk to the main square and the quietness from the busy souks and markets of Marrakech made it feel like a little oasis with the rooftop in the sun too. I'd recommend anyone who goes to Marrakech to check out this riad to stay.

Excellent stay! Service and accommodation were impeccable and we would return in a heartbeat! Had dinner in riad on first night and it was amazing. Mohammed is wonderful and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely. We stayed in oriental suite on ground floor which was incredibly comfortable.

This was a great hotel for an authentic experience in Morocco. The staff was great, the restaurant food was fantastic and it had an authentic charm. It was hard to find since you had to walk down a maze of corridors in a village and the only signs were about 12x6in hanging 10 feet above you at the beginning of the maze entrance! LOL. After about 30 min of winding through the maze in the heart of the markets, we found it and the hotel was very welcoming. Safe protected entrance... great decor and the staff was nice enough to offer a to go baggie for breakfast when we had to check out early. They even arranged a tour where the tour guide came and got us at the front door so we wouldn't have to wander through the maze to find them. I would recommend them for sure

The stay was really good. The breakfast included was excellent, it included eggs, fruit salad, yogurt, breads, and they gave us freshly made Moroccan pancakes. The service was excellent. They tried to help you in all they could, suggesting attractions, food, etc. We also needed to print our boarding pass, and they kindly suggested to do it for us. It is very well located, all attractions are located within max 15 minute walks.

This Riad is a wonderful little sanctuary in the middle of the hustle and bustle of old-town Marrakech. It has just 8 rooms each uniquely furnished in a Moroccan style. The bed and furnishings are very comfortable and the thick walls make for a cool and quiet stay. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful and seem to cope admirably with speaking at least four different languages including French, English and a few variants of Arabic and Berber. Foods is superb; breakfasts offer a great range of breads, patisserie, pancakes and conserves,while the evening dining is of the highest quality - unusual, tasty and beautifully prepared and presented. We tried to think of anything that was less than excellent about this place and the only thing we could find was the limited availability of English speaking channel on the TV - but then we didn't go to Marrakesh to watch TV! Would I go there again - absolutely.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Disturbed me to smell the pillows and towels. Pillows smelled like body odor, and towels were worn and not a pleasant smell. Get new pillows and new towels.

Everything about our stay at Casa Lalla was terrific! The staff are top notch, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city! I was traveling for the first part of my trip with another woman and felt very safe getting to the Riad as well as staying there! A definite Home away from Home!!

Lovely riad close to Jeema el Fna but still quiet. Great roof terrace. Room very clean and comfortable. Would recommend a massage as very good. Staff Zeinab & Mohammed were excellent, so friendly, helpful & polite. Made us very welcome & comfortable. Will definitely stay at Casa Lalla again. Have been to Marrakech 3 times now and this is definitely the best location. Strongly recommend.
