I recommend the Riad wholeheartedly. An oasis of peace in the bustling streets of the Medina. We were helped with anything we needed, all the staff were fantastic, and Taha and Abdo were incredible. We were picked up from the airport, had delicious home - cooked breakfast and dinners, and Taha even went to the train station to buy us tickets to Casablanca. Beautiful, spacious rooms, clean and the interior of the Riad is dreamy.

Das Riat war toll. Mitten im Zentrum und doch ein paar StraĆen entfernt vom quirligen Treiben. Das Abholen vom Flughafen hat super funktioniert und das Personal war auch bei allen Fragen fĆ¼r uns da. Es werden ein leckeres Abendessen und Hamam angeboten. Das Zimmer war groĆ und sauber.

The location is perfect to explore the nicest souks and for local food. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the Riad was beautifully decorated. Besides, breakfast was delicious. But what made the staying special was the friendliness of the people working there. Taha and Naim made us feel very welcome all the time, not only we learned more about the Morocco culture with them, but also they gave us tips and spots to explore in Marrakech and Moroco. They were also super kind in organizing us the 1-day Essaouira trip last minute and packed us some food. Thank you for the hospitality and the culture exchange.

Il rituale del tĆØ, la colazione con il canto degli uccellini, il rumore dell'acqua della fontana e tanta calma. Nel Riad sembra di essere in un rifugio fuori dal tempo. La posizione ĆØ ottima per raggiungere il suk principale, la piazza e tanto altro. Ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La sera si rientra in tutta tranquillitĆ anche da soli. Consiglio di fare l'hammam con massaggio nella struttura, ĆØ sul terrazzo del Riad, le ragazze sono state davvero brave. L'ultima mattina, durante la colazione, mi hanno fatto una sorpresa che porterĆ² nel mio cuore. Era il mio compleanno e si sono presentati al tavolo con una torta fantastica e con le candeline accese. Mi sono commossa e li ringrazio ancora attraverso queste righe. VI consiglio solo di alloggiare al Riad!

As soon as you enter the riad, you feel a sense of tranquility and freshness. It has a beautiful courtyard with lots of little birds fluttering around. The staff (Tar, Niam, and Anuwar) were wonderful - friendly, and welcoming, and took the trouble to pack us a big breakfast to take along with us by 6.30am, as we had to catch an early train. The rooms were a little small but very clean and we had a comfortable sleep. The riad is located fairly centrally - about a 15-20 minute walk to the medina and quite close to a taxi stand.

The Riad provides a beautiful and relaxed sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the Medina and Souks. The staff are attentive, helpful and accommodating.
Cons: There's nothing to dislike, but things to be aware of include it was hard for some taxis to find, resulting in a short walk (it was never hard for us to navigate back to) and chatting guests could be heard quite late (again not a problem for us and added to the community character).

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Marrakech than the Riad Errabii. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home. They assisted us with everything we needed. We received a warm welcome and enjoyed amazing food throughout our stay. It's clean and comfortable. The Riad is in a great locationāquiet and easy to find. Itās just a 5-10 minute walk to the city walls, and in another 5 minutes, you can reach a supermarket and a bakery. It's only about 10-15 minutes from the city centre and the market. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone wishing to stay in the Medina.

The receptionist was very kind when we arrived. He was reassuring us and explained the way to follow to get to the Riad as we struggled to find it initially. The receptionist on the night shift could speak English very well. Easy to communicate .
Cons: I contacted the place months before going and I never got an answer. The location of the place is very hidden in the old Medina. I didn't feel safe walking back to the Riad as It was quite isolated. The entrance of the Riad Is lovely and well kept but the rooms are not. They are very outdated, bedsheets were dirty and towels old. We couldn't take a shower as the water was too hot or too cold due to the plumbing being very old. The toilet flush wasn't working properly either.

Riad Errabili is one of the best in Marrakech. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the souk and 15 minutes from the main square. Getting to the riad was super easy because itās in a perfect spot, with plenty of small shops nearby to grab food or drinks, and itās also easy to catch a taxi. Speaking of the riad, we were welcomed by the owner, Taha, a fantastic and helpful guy who offered us traditional tea and cookies and immediately gave us a map with all the main attractions of beautiful Marrakech. The rooms are spacious and clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the bathrooms are spotless. Breakfast, prepared by the amazing Taha, was good and plentiful. We will definitely return and stay at this riad again.

The Riad is a vibrant and welcoming place in walking distance to major sites, markets, and museums. The staff is amazing - Taha and Naim go above and beyond to make you feel at home and the place is tidy, organized, and always impeccably clean. I travelled with my two daughters, and I highly recommend this place for families with children. There are plenty of cozy spaces for them to chill out downstairs, and there are great views of city and sky in the terrace. The neighbours are very friendly and love cats - if you are a cat lover, the neighbours will let you know who is who in the cat family outside and there will be plenty of chances to pet the lovely cats. We've really enjoyed our stay at the Riad and will miss the staff!

The property is clean and the courtyard is nice and bright. We didnāt detect any bad smells from the plumbing which we read could be an issue in the Medina. We enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard every morning and the area is quiet. About a 5 min walk to the closest Medina gate.
Cons: We booked a taxi through the riad the first night we arrived but they didnāt show up and we had to get a taxi in the middle of the night on our own which was not a good first impression.

Abdoe was very helpful and welcoming. He was also attentive and flexible - when my brother was not feeling well and had not eaten, he kindly gave him tea and biscuits. He also printed our boarding pass out last minute. The roof of the Riad and inner courtyard where you ate breakfast and could relax was very nice.
Cons: It was quite hard to find - maybe an obvious sign outside would be helpful, but this is a small point.

The Riad is beautiful and calm. Breakfast was good and the guy that served, even though it was difficult to communicate with, has done everything possible to do his best. Nice terrace on the roof.
Cons: Location is not great at all. During the day is acceptable but during the night the area is not safe unfortunately. Our room on the ground floor didnāt give the opportunity to open windows and therefore it was a bit uncomfortable. Room was too small for 3 beds. We asked several times the manager to pay earlier to avoid troubles the moment we were leaving and he refused postponing every time. In fact, that what happened when we were leaving, he started to ask for more money than what was agreed, knowing that we were in a hurry to go to the airport. Eventually we managed to pay the right amount but not a nice and smooth experience. Same as when we kindly ask to print out our flight tickets, he postponed all at last minute with lots of stress created unnecessarily. Also because he wasnāt even up from bed at the time we were having our breakfast.

The property is beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised with the bedrooms and thought they looked better in person than on the photos.
Cons: The property is very noisy, not from the medina, but from the kitchen. We were kept up late and woken up early by moving furniture and pots and pans. Breakfast was okay - the coffee, yoghurt and juice are nice. The rest is different types of bread which is too much for us in the morning - it could benefit from an eggs or two like most other places.

We had a great stay at this riad. Very helpful staff, abundant breakfast, clean rooms. The staff has helped us by organising a private transport to and from the airport, printing the boarding passes the night before our flight back (necessary for Marrakech airport), and generally speaking helped us with recommendations. Definitely recommend! Despite different reviews saying that the riad is difficult to find, we had no problem during our stay.
Cons: Our bathroom had no windows so it felt a bit humid after showers.

Cons: It was hard to find as there are no clear signs. The owner had a party during the day and I had to have a heated conversation that I was renting a room, not a disco. Lock on the door was broken, toilet paper was not replaced during cleaning. Ac is not connected to external air, so while it does cool the room still has stuffy and humid air. It was a bad stay.

Excellent and diverse breakfast. The food was tasty and the mint tea was always present. The location was perfect because it was close to the souks and the heart of the city, but far enough to have a relaxing and quiet night's sleep. Every trip that you would like to take is easily provided by the hosts. We had the hammam experience at the riad, without going to another place and it was relaxing and refreshing.

Fue una experincia muy desagradable, la persona encargada fue muy grosera y no respetĆ³ la reservaciĆ³n, aun que se la mostramos y el la localizĆ³ en su equipo de cĆ³mputo. Nos hizo sentir muy inseguros ya que pasĆ³ el tiempo y se hizo de noche, el callejĆ³n en donde se encuentra el Riad era inseguro y una persona externa al riad nos protegiĆ³. El encargado finalmente entrada la noche, nos ofreciĆ³ otro Riad para pasar la noche con mi familia a un precio exagerado de 70 euros. No recomedable para nadie. En Expedia tratarĆ© de que me reenbolsen el dinero que habĆa pagado por la reserva

Extremely nice stuff. Murad took care of all of our wishes. He is not just professional, but also became a friend of ours. The rooms are as shown on the pictures, maybe a bit small, but very clean. Also the atrium and terrace are very nicely decorated, like peaceful oasis in the hectic medina and very clean. Our child was running barefoot all the time and he had spotless clean feet - as at home. The location is good inside medina, you have 15 min to Jemma el Fna, 5 min to the souks, 15 min to Majorelle gardens, etc... Ask stuff to book you day trip excursions, as you will not get better service or price if you do it by your own at some local agency.

The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable with all the necessary inside. The building itself is stunning inside, very characteristic. Very good breakfast in the morning, with some typical Moroccan crepes, yogurt, bread and coffee/milk. The manager, Mourad, was very attentive. He helped us organize the taxi from and to the airport, though us how to prepare the typical mint tea and was always ready with suggestion son how to sped the time in Marrakech. There is the possibility to book tours with him for the city or daily trips. We didn't go but I heard other guests very happy with the organization.
Cons: The location, to get there during the night you have to go through some roads without tourists or shops. Nothing happened but it was not the best.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was good with hot water. The service at breakfast was quick.
Cons: It is in a good location close to Medina, but a little tricky to find. We were met nearby by reception staff because we could not find it on our own. The breakfast could benefit from an egg or omelette as it was carb heavy.

Room is clean and comfortable. Location is good, walking distance to all main attractions. We checked in early around noon, with no issue. Also we booked the taxi via the Riad, with reasonable rate, to go to the airport the next day. The taxi arrived on time right outside the Riad, very convenient. ( Be sure to ask the Riad host to identify the car though.)

The property was spacious and well-appointed with a fine central courtyard. Everything was clean and comfortable and represented very good value for money, having stayed in many riads in Marrakesh before. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult to find, but that was our problem, not the fault of the property.

Very nice host, traditional marrokean building, a terrace, great sweet breakfast, close to main attractions, cool "climate", very clean and daily room service. Not to be surprised that in every Riad windows overlook a patio, not the street or an open space and rooms are not very big. This is your choice: if you are looking for impressions and marrokean taste, Riad is a good idea. If you prefer luxury find a good hotel.

Great location, very close to medina. Lovely atmosphere and very calm place in riad. Host was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Terrace is lovely to chill from the hectic city of marrakech. Rooms were very clean and nice.
Cons: If you come with a car it is very hard to find normal parking, we had luck with parking infront of hospital, close to the riad. There you leave the car in neutral and locals move the car with hands, when new car arrives. It was funny and weird at the same time.

The inside was pretty and my room was comfortable. The breakfast was an added plus.
Cons: As a black solo woman traveler I didnāt feel safe at all. The hotel manager was inappropriate and I honestly wanted to change from the moment I got there. I felt singled out and fetishized. It made me not want to return to Morocco.

The riad was beautiful, we got a big breakfast with lots of sweet things and the location was perfect. It was close to the Medina but at night time it was super quiet so you can sleep.
Cons: Because we arrived in the middle of the night we've booked a pick up with the hotel and they confirmed but they forgot so after looking for our pick up for a long time we had to make our own way to the hotel. (We arrived at the airport at 2am) Also the kitchen was next to our room and it was very noisy from 6am onwards.

Everything was good, good service, good breakfast, nice room. The only down side were 1. we had to pay city tax (EUR2.5 per person per night) that was not mentioned at time of booking. 2. The location was a little far from the Marrakech square and the entrance.
