One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. The area around the hotel is very convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby. Everything you might need is within easy reach. The hotel is also very accessible, with good road connections and easy access to public transport and taxis. Overall, the location made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
Cons: What I did not like about the apartment was that the kitchen facilities were not fully equipped. For an apartment with a small kitchenette, I expected a microwave, but there was none. In addition, the cutlery was incomplete basic items such as knives and spoons were missing. This made it a bit inconvenient. Another issue was with the bathroom towels. The towels provided looked old and their color had changed. It would be better if the hotel replaced them with clean, bright white towels to maintain a fresh and high standard.

absolutely loved the pool area. the view was immaculate, also, the sunrise and sunset views from the balcony withnthe mountains in the landscape was a site to behold. the receptionists Kareem, and Khaled were extremely friendly and very very helpful.
Cons: the pictures were of the apartment yes but maintenance needs to be upscaled. the kitchen was missing a lot of utensils. we had to ask for everything and even then we couldn't get what we wanted because of the language barrier. the cutlery wasn't complete (only some forks and knives), we had to ask for mugs, slippers, pot but they ended up bringing a frying pan. also didn't like the fact that housekeeping had access to the apartment and could just open at any time to ask if we needed services with or without permission.

The property was very beautiful and clean. The staff was beyond nice, was able to help us with getting taxis and the security outside made us feel safe at night as we were all women staying here. The apartment was very big and fit 4 perfectly.

Le rĂ©ceptionniste nous indique 250MAD, nous trouvons le prix exhorbitant car nous venions de payer un taxi 120MAD depuis lâaĂ©roport. Le rĂ©ceptionniste nous explique que le prix Ă©levĂ© est le tariff de nuit. Une fois dans le taxi, nous demandons combien a reçu le chauffeur et ce dernier nous indique 150MAD. Le lieu trÚs bien positionné de toute commodité. Les femmes de chambre au top surtout Naima. Naima est trÚs respectueuse et trÚs à l écoute. Le personnel est au petit soin.
Cons: Le prix des services le hammam 35 euros pour 30 min c est un peu abusé sachant qu en ville c est 8/10 euros le hammam. La piscine n est pas chauffé. Les appartements ne dispose pas de lave linge.

A lovely looking hotel which was good value for our night stay. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful and let us check in early. The room itself was lovely and very spacious. The bed was also huge and super comfy! The pool area was lovely. Shopping centre across the road with a lovely supermarket for anything you needed.
Cons: Not the hotels fault at all but it felt like a ghost hotel when we stayed. Only counted 7 guests at the pool and did not see any other guests outside of this time. Maybe it was just the time of year but it just felt erry. Also dead quiet at nighttime with no form of entertainment but maybe we just caught them at an extremely quiet time because I agree there would be no point in organizing entertainment for a handful of guests! Cutlery drawer could do with being cleaned and updated.

Vlak bij het vliegveld xa. 15 minuten met de auto. Buiten de drukte van centrum Marrakech, maar handig om vanuit daar met de taxi naar het centrum te gaan. Zwembad is erg groot.
Cons: Is geen 4 sterren waard, ooit erg mooi geweest maar wordt niet onderhouden. Kamer verouderd met defecte airco. Ligbedden vies bij het zwembad met kapotte parasols.

Stunning hotel, the staff were super friendly and ladies who didnât speak english tried their best to try and understand what we were saying. There is an ATM in the reception area, which is convenient. It was very quiet there, a few people went to the pool and most of the time it was just us there, peaceful area.
Cons: No restaurant or cafe on site, but there is sister hotel Palm Plaza right next to it which we had access to.

It was a perfect location for one night back in Marrakesh before dropping off the hire car and flying home from the airport (about 10-15 minutes away). Lovely pool and plenty of loungers. A clean and comfortable room, if a bit plain. But just right for our needs. Helpful staff - pointed us to the lovely Al Fassia restaurant, a short walk away, for a fabulous last dinner in Marrakesh.
Cons: I hadn't spotted that breakfast was extra. 150 MAD per person - would have been 600 MAD for our family of four, which felt a little steep, so we crossed the road to a cafe for breakfast instead. The tiles around the pool are quite slippery - be careful.

Cons: we kregen de eerste nacht een kamer (204) boven de dans club. de kamer was sowieso al matig ( geen verduistergordijnen alleen in de woonkamer, bad liep niet door, moesten overal.om vragen; afstandbediening, keukengerei) tot overmaat van ramp kwamen we de eerste dag s'avonds na een vermoeiende (reis) dag binnen ....stonk heel de kamer naar shisha en het leek of wij zelf in de dansbar zaten. de vloeren trillden mee met de muziek en wij ( vrouw en 2 dochters ) hebben de hele nacht niet geslapen. tot 0245 harde muziek en heel de nacht in de stank. geklaagd bij het personeel.we hebben 2 personen uitgenodigd om te komen kijken en ze snapten onze klachten en vonden het terecht maar we kregen als antwoord : de muziek stopt om 02:00 en we konden de volgende dag van kamer wisselen. dus eigenlijk 1 nacht betaald voor niks. de volgende dag kregen we een kamer aan de andere kant...dit zou een veel duurdere zijn, maar dit was gewoon een kamer zoals het hoorde te zijn. dezelfde kamer maar dan zonder mankementen en op een rustige plek. we kregen een directe lijn met Jaleela voor al onze wensen en ik moet zeggen dat ze ons fantastisch heeft geholpen. ik had wel een compensatie verwacht voor mijn gezin voor die verschrikkelijke nacht...al was het maar een diner. op de uitcheckdag werd mijn gezin aangespoord om op te schieten met uitchecken anders moesten we bij betalen.....ik was hier niet bij maar ben wel ff beneden gaan vragen of er een probleem was...ik denk dat t toen werkende personeel niet op de hoogte was van onze situatie... al met al...2 topnachten maar jammer van de eerste nacht. ook bij het uitchecken geen excuses, gewoon een korte tot ziens . ook vond ik het jammer dat we nooit antwoord hebben gekregen op onze 3 berichten die we via booking stuurden ( kamer aan zwembad kant)

It was very hot when we visited. The pool looked good but it was too hot to use it. We stayed in an apartment, not the main hotel. The hotel's lobby was beautifully decorated. The spa and hamam were good. The staff at the apartment reception were helpful.
Cons: The reception at the apartments was simple - not like the one at the hotel. There was a kitchen, but it was not well-stocked with utensils - just odd bits and pieces of cutlery, etc. The TV was not Smart. The WIFI was sketchy - not always working.

Fantastic place to stay, staff all very accommodating nothing is too much hassle. Arrived and we were given a free upgrade to a pool view which was a lovely surprise. The facilities in the apartments was like a home away from home, good size bedrooms. The cleaners were amazing, they go above and beyond to make your stay as stress free as possible. Amenities around about the hotel was amazing, shopping centre and lots of food places to eat, we were never short of choice. Would definitely recommend of staying here again. The staff were so professional and polite. Very helpful whenever we needed anything, they would call taxi for us if we needed to go anywhere and arrange collection for us. We were able to leave all our valuables in our room and NOTHING was touched and that just gave me more peace of mind.
Cons: Would recommend taking gadgets with you (tablets, fire stick, etc) for evening entertainment as they only have French and Arabic channels on TV, especially when travelling with children.

L'appartement est de bon standing et assez grand. La tranquillité malgré l'aéroport à proximité. Lit confortable. Une grande et belle piscine. Un parking à disposition.
Cons: On peut s'attendre pour un appart-hĂŽtel Ă un peu plus qu'une casserole pour tout ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de vaisselle ni couteaux, cuillĂšres etc, pas de boiler pour se faire un thĂ©, pas de tasses ! Bref, une cuisine vide !!?? Et dans un pays oĂč il fait chaud, une bouteille d'eau de "bienvenue" serait apprĂ©ciĂ©e. Et aussi un gel douche ou savon, mais non rien du tout. Je suis moi-mĂȘme hĂŽtelier et fort surpris !

Cons: Aparts are a bit outdated, no stowe, a bit loud conditioner but nothing you canât live with.

Wat mij het meest beviel, was de ligging van het hotel. Het was centraal gelegen, met veel winkels in de buurt, waardoor alles binnen handbereik was.
Cons: Wat ons niet beviel, was de zeer beperkte uitrusting van de keuken. Er was geen waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat of microgolfoven, en het keukengerei was allesbehalve compleet. Het bestek was een rommeltje, met lepels van verschillende formaten en een incompleet assortiment, en de glazen â slechts vier in totaal â waren allemaal verschillend. Wij kozen bewust voor een aparthotel omdat we reisden met onze baby van 7 maanden, die warm en gemixt eten krijgt. Tot onze teleurstelling was er geen mixer beschikbaar. Toen we dit probleem aankaartten bij de receptioniste, kregen we te horen dat er niets aan gedaan kon worden. Dit zorgde ervoor dat we ons behoorlijk in de steek gelaten voelden, vooral in een land dat we nog niet eerder hadden bezocht.

Cons: THE DESK STAFF, APART FROM LADY WHO TRIED TO COMPROMISE OUR PROBLEM. PAID FOR INCLUSIVE BREAKFAST ONLY TO BE TOLD NOT INCLUDED, IF WE DIDN'T LIKE THIS WE COULD FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!!

Bon emplacement chambres spacieuses. Check out jusquâĂ 12h00 câest super Un trĂšs bel espace extĂ©rieur super bien entretenu ainsi quâun espace enfant gĂ©nial.
Cons: -absolument rien nâest fourni dans la chambre mis Ă part un petit savon dur pour les mains et des linges. Il a fallu tout achetĂ©, on loue un appartement mais la cuisine est inutilisable car les couverts son dans un tiroir malpropre et il y avait une casserole qui Ă©tait ok et une poĂȘle totalement abĂźmĂ©e qui est inutilisable Ă moins de vouloir se choper un cancer. MĂȘme pas un chiffon ou une Ă©ponge. Le sol Ă©tait dĂ©goĂ»tant, nos pieds/ chaussettes Ă©taient noir, mĂȘme les pantoufles neuve que jâai achetĂ© je nâai pas pu les reprendre avec moi parce que elles Ă©taient dĂ©goĂ»tante Ă la fin du sĂ©jour dâune semaine. - aucun moyen dâafficher sur la porte « ne pas dĂ©ranger » donc le matin les femmes de mĂ©nage sâintroduisent et sont harcelantes. MalgrĂ© que je leur dit non pas maintenant elles continuent de toquer et finisse par entrer. Tous les matins câĂ©tait pareil. Un jour nous nous reposions avec notre enfant vers 13h et elle est rentrĂ©e sans prĂ©venir. Aucune intimitĂ©, mĂȘme pas de verrou. - pendant les trois derniers jours, il semblerait quâil y avait une intervention ou des travaux, ou une fuite de liquide toxique. On a pas eu de rĂ©ponse. Ăa puait tellement fort le vernis:/ acĂ©tone dans toutes la rĂ©ception et les couloirs, et lâodeur sâest introduite dans notre chambre lâaire Ă©tait irrespirable. Lorsque on va demander ce quâil se passe au rĂ©ceptionniste, il sâest totalement moquer de moi et a dit que jâimaginais des choses et quâil ne sentait aucune odeur. - tous les jours en sortant de la chambre une odeur de cigarette dans le couloir de lâhĂŽtel ultra forte alors quâon Ă©tait au premier Ă©tage. - personnel peu sympathique.

Very bad experience staff unprofessional
Cons: I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional service I experienced during my stay. From the very beginning, I did not feel welcomedâyour reception staff appeared rude and unapproachable, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. What upset me most was the incident on the last day of my stay. I was stopped at reception and informed that my room access cards had been blocked. When I asked why, I was told that visitors were not allowed. My husband and daughter were in the room, and I was simply picking up my daughter, accompanied by my brother. The staff member rudely insisted this was your policy, which was shocking to me, as this was never communicated during my five-day stay. This treatment made me feel like I was in a prison, not a hotel. I have never experienced such restrictions or poor communication in any other establishment. On top of this, the attitude of the staff was unacceptableâthey lacked basic courtesy and respect. I strongly suggest that your management review your policies and the behavior of your staff. Guests deserve to feel welcome and respected during their stay. My experience was far from what I expected, and it has left me with a very negative impression of your establishment.
