L’établissement dans l’ensemble ça allait mais les équipements dans les chambres manquait les serviettes de douche arrivait que le soir fallait à chaque fois demander au femmes de chambre.
Cons: La piscine pas propre malheureusement trop chaude aussi!! J’ai réserver une chambre pour 6 personnes mais nous avons été séparer dans 2 chambres différentes j’ai demander un appartement complet il mon refuser!! En me disant que c’est ma faute! Ensuite une des chambres sentait très mauvais on a dû limite supplier pr avoir une autre chambre!! Malheureusement je reviendrais plus dans cet établissement

I’ve come back to this hotel multiple times now it’s in a perfect location if you want few things nearby. Especially with small kids who don’t want to explore too much. Pool is perfect size deep end is probably about 5.5ft but most of the large pool is also shallow. Mall across the road with all types of food spots, supermarket and arcades and bowling! The security and reception staff and cleaning manager are absolutely lovely people and always make my experience enjoyable!
Cons: Hotel needs a bit of maintenance now, tiles in the pool have come loose, many broken pool lights left in the pool, cleaners not that attentive if you’re not over looking them. Rooms need maintenance too, some lights and sockets don’t work, leaking fridge. Also kids entertainers are rubbish!!! The boys are not too bad but the girls are just awful and rude!

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die jungen Männer und Frauen, die die Freizeitaktivitäten für die Kinder organisiert haben, waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Zakaria, Ghizlan Sara und Abderrahim für ihren großartigen Einsatz und ihre Freundlichkeit.

Cons: The location is terrible the staff are rude and do t care for self catering we had no kitchen appliances or equipment to cook and had to ask for the basics we were celebrating a birthday and our recent marriage and they were emailed in advance and we’d had know acknowledgment from the request asking if it be possible to arrange something nice and when mentioned at check-in the just dismissed me I was embarrassed and disappointed from the start , the hotel had no facilities and the pool is dirty and the noise all through the night is terrible

Die Lage war top für uns, da wir direkt nach dem Flug nicht mehr weit fahren wollten. Der Pool ist groß und perfekt am Morgen.
Cons: Wir waren nicht sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, das wir für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gebucht hatten, allerdings war nur das Doppelbett fertig. Es gibt eine Eckcouch, die dann auf Nachfrage für die Kinder bezogen wurde, aber ich nur mit zwei Laken.

Good location, easy reach to medina. Staff were helpful. Sana , housekeepin was lovely and accommodating. Karim at reception was kind and helpful to allow us to change the room.
Cons: The apartment bathroom was old, stained, and unpleasant. We raised this issue with the reception staff, who tried their best to arrange a room change; however, it took two days to resolve. The property claimed there were two bathrooms, but the second was only a toilet without a sink. In addition, the initial apartment had no cupboards in the second bedroom. There are no kettles, or toaster or tea or microwave or oven, no washing or cleaning products, or even a sponge to do dishes. Very disappointing.

One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. The area around the hotel is very convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby. Everything you might need is within easy reach. The hotel is also very accessible, with good road connections and easy access to public transport and taxis. Overall, the location made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
Cons: What I did not like about the apartment was that the kitchen facilities were not fully equipped. For an apartment with a small kitchenette, I expected a microwave, but there was none. In addition, the cutlery was incomplete basic items such as knives and spoons were missing. This made it a bit inconvenient. Another issue was with the bathroom towels. The towels provided looked old and their color had changed. It would be better if the hotel replaced them with clean, bright white towels to maintain a fresh and high standard.

absolutely loved the pool area. the view was immaculate, also, the sunrise and sunset views from the balcony withnthe mountains in the landscape was a site to behold. the receptionists Kareem, and Khaled were extremely friendly and very very helpful.
Cons: the pictures were of the apartment yes but maintenance needs to be upscaled. the kitchen was missing a lot of utensils. we had to ask for everything and even then we couldn't get what we wanted because of the language barrier. the cutlery wasn't complete (only some forks and knives), we had to ask for mugs, slippers, pot but they ended up bringing a frying pan. also didn't like the fact that housekeeping had access to the apartment and could just open at any time to ask if we needed services with or without permission.

The property was very beautiful and clean. The staff was beyond nice, was able to help us with getting taxis and the security outside made us feel safe at night as we were all women staying here. The apartment was very big and fit 4 perfectly.

Cons: 1) Nous avions demandé un lit bébé pour notre enfant de 2 ans lors de notre réservation. Il n’était pas dans le chambres quand nous sommes arrivés. nous avons alors demandé à la réception qui nous a dit qu'ils allaient en installer un pour finalement nous dire qu’il n’y en avait plus de disponible. 2) Nous demandons de réserver un taxi pour notre départ pour l’aéroport tôt le matin. Le réceptionniste nous indique 250MAD, nous trouvons le prix exhorbitant car nous venions de payer un taxi 120MAD depuis l’aéroport. Le réceptionniste nous explique que le prix élevé est le tariff de nuit. Une fois dans le taxi, nous demandons combien a reçu le chauffeur et ce dernier nous indique 150MAD. Le réceptionniste nous a donc volé 100MAD. Scandaleux.

Cons: Nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour car l’appartement manquait de beaucoup de choses basiques. La salle de bain est partiellement propre, les serviettes sont usées et mêmes déchirées. Cuisine peu équipée dans avec de faibles commodités. Pas de machine à café, ni micro onde, ni bouilloire pour chauffer l’eau. Ni eau, ni café offert. Télé du salon très petite. Cuisine américaine mais sans chaise haute pour manger. Àppart correct mais peu fonctionnel.

Cons: Wyposażenie apartamentu jest ubogie - nie ma czajnika, jeżeli ktoś ma zamiar gotować, a nawet przygrzewać jedzenie to może być ciężko. Nie ma też nic do zmywania naczyń. TV w pokoju malutki, bez Smart TV i możliwości podłączenia się do niego. Woda w łazience potrzebuje chwili żeby leciała ciepła. Generalnie obiekt wymaga już remontu i pewnych poprawek, ale na krótki pobyt jest ok.

A lovely looking hotel which was good value for our night stay. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful and let us check in early. The room itself was lovely and very spacious. The bed was also huge and super comfy! The pool area was lovely. Shopping centre across the road with a lovely supermarket for anything you needed.
Cons: Not the hotels fault at all but it felt like a ghost hotel when we stayed. Only counted 7 guests at the pool and did not see any other guests outside of this time. Maybe it was just the time of year but it just felt erry. Also dead quiet at nighttime with no form of entertainment but maybe we just caught them at an extremely quiet time because I agree there would be no point in organizing entertainment for a handful of guests! Cutlery drawer could do with being cleaned and updated.

Stunning hotel, the staff were super friendly and ladies who didn’t speak english tried their best to try and understand what we were saying. There is an ATM in the reception area, which is convenient. It was very quiet there, a few people went to the pool and most of the time it was just us there, peaceful area.
Cons: No restaurant or cafe on site, but there is sister hotel Palm Plaza right next to it which we had access to.

La chambre à coucher n'a pas de télévision, et celle du salon n'est pas une Smart TV .. seules quelques chaînes locales sont disponibles.. It was a perfect location for one night back in Marrakesh before dropping off the hire car and flying home from the airport (about 10-15 minutes away). Lovely pool and plenty of loungers. A clean and comfortable room, if a bit plain. But just right for our needs. Helpful staff - pointed us to the lovely Al Fassia restaurant, a short walk away, for a fabulous last dinner in Marrakesh.
Cons: I hadn't spotted that breakfast was extra. 150 MAD per person - would have been 600 MAD for our family of four, which felt a little steep, so we crossed the road to a cafe for breakfast instead. The tiles around the pool are quite slippery - be careful.

Cons: Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Lors de mon séjour, on m’a volé des affaires personnelles dans ma chambre, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. La sécurité est manifestement insuffisante et cela gâche complètement l’expérience. De plus, aucune réelle prise en charge ou solution satisfaisante ne m’a été proposée par l’établissement après le signalement. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un endroit sûr et digne de confiance.

The staff were very rude at times and were not very helpful. They were unwilling to give us a late checkout even when we agreed to pay extra. We requested an upgrade room, but they were not very bothered to do anything.

Formidable séjour au Palm Appart Hôtel. L’établissement est très bien situé sur AGDAL et à proximité d’un centre commercial. Il est doté d’un petit parc de jeux et d’une grande et agréable piscine qui ravit aussi bien les enfants que les adultes. Les appartements sont nettoyés chaque jour, ce qui assure confort et tranquillité. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Mme Jalila et Mme Farrah pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse.

Cons: we kregen de eerste nacht een kamer (204) boven de dans club. de kamer was sowieso al matig ( geen verduistergordijnen alleen in de woonkamer, bad liep niet door, moesten overal.om vragen; afstandbediening, keukengerei) tot overmaat van ramp kwamen we de eerste dag s'avonds na een vermoeiende (reis) dag binnen ....stonk heel de kamer naar shisha en het leek of wij zelf in de dansbar zaten. de vloeren trillden mee met de muziek en wij ( vrouw en 2 dochters ) hebben de hele nacht niet geslapen. tot 0245 harde muziek en heel de nacht in de stank. geklaagd bij het personeel.we hebben 2 personen uitgenodigd om te komen kijken en ze snapten onze klachten en vonden het terecht maar we kregen als antwoord : de muziek stopt om 02:00 en we konden de volgende dag van kamer wisselen. dus eigenlijk 1 nacht betaald voor niks. de volgende dag kregen we een kamer aan de andere kant...dit zou een veel duurdere zijn, maar dit was gewoon een kamer zoals het hoorde te zijn. dezelfde kamer maar dan zonder mankementen en op een rustige plek. we kregen een directe lijn met Jaleela voor al onze wensen en ik moet zeggen dat ze ons fantastisch heeft geholpen. ik had wel een compensatie verwacht voor mijn gezin voor die verschrikkelijke nacht...al was het maar een diner. op de uitcheckdag werd mijn gezin aangespoord om op te schieten met uitchecken anders moesten we bij betalen.....ik was hier niet bij maar ben wel ff beneden gaan vragen of er een probleem was...ik denk dat t toen werkende personeel niet op de hoogte was van onze situatie... al met al...2 topnachten maar jammer van de eerste nacht. ook bij het uitchecken geen excuses, gewoon een korte tot ziens . ook vond ik het jammer dat we nooit antwoord hebben gekregen op onze 3 berichten die we via booking stuurden ( kamer aan zwembad kant)

L’hôtel est impeccablement propre, et je tiens à remercier l’équipe d’entretien ainsi que leur responsable, une dame vraiment gentille, attentionnée et très professionnelle. Le service était réalisé avec soin et discrétion chaque jour. L’accueil à la réception était aussi chaleureux, avec une équipe souriante, accueillante et toujours disponible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de l’appartement, la tranquillité des lieux, et la piscine bien entretenue, parfaite pour se détendre en famille. It was very hot when we visited. The pool looked good but it was too hot to use it. We stayed in an apartment, not the main hotel. The hotel's lobby was beautifully decorated. The spa and hamam were good. The staff at the apartment reception were helpful.
Cons: The reception at the apartments was simple - not like the one at the hotel. There was a kitchen, but it was not well-stocked with utensils - just odd bits and pieces of cutlery, etc. The TV was not Smart. The WIFI was sketchy - not always working.
