First of all I don't know what all the fuss is about this is an amazing hotel, we are fussy eaters and there was always something to eat and really well cooked and presented from omelettes and doughnuts in the morning to the amazing food at lunch and dinner they even had candy apples 🍎 😋. There is a wide variation of nationalities at the hotel so your not going to get chicken nuggets all the time if you want that go to Blackpool not Marrakesh. The rooms are cleaned every day and very functional, they must be doing an up grade as we seen some rooms had been renovated, we were told there was building work going on, they were planting trees. They animation team work there buts off day and night and are very funny and good at there job, reception staff were also really good as I wanted to watch F1 the put it on the main TV in the lounge 😀 👍. What they don't tell you when you book and I feel they should is there is an underground night club which my other half loved and you wouldn't even know it was there as you can't hear the music. There bar staff are great and make some amazing cocktails 🍸 👌 the only down side is rum is not part of the all exclusive you have to pay for it and Muhammad and Ronaldo and Grumpy lol are great👍. The shuttle bus into Marrakesh is very handy and cheap. The five days we spent was not enough next time we will stay longer. We have made so many new friends and memories that will last a lifetime. The hotel is what it is, if you want the Hilton then you'll pay probably triple.

Had a fabulous week here ! The staff are all very nice and friendly and more than happy to assist ! Rooms are a good size, and serviced daily, decor a little dated but then I didnt go to spend week in the room !! Entertaimment staff work hard throughout the day while always wearing a smile! Encouraging but not too pushy!! Again they entertain at night time!! Food not too everyone's taste, and I did see a few McDonalds being delivered ... however I enjoyed every meal and thought food was of reasonable standard with many options available. Will be back ! Thank you!

We have just had a lovely week at this resort. Yes the rooms are a little tired but they are clean and comfortable and the housekeeping team are great. The food was good quality and fresh and whilst the salads and pastas were a little samey the selection was good with something for everyone including roasts, baked fish, pizzas freshly made every day, barbecue every lunchtime and themed evenings, even fresh oysters one night. The food on Morroccan night was amazing! Breakfasts were good with a good selection of breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, eggs and sausages every day. We spent a lot of time chilling at the relaxation pool which is in a lovely quiet landscaped setting. All of the grounds were very well kept and attractivecand the gardeners were all very friendly. The only real downside for us was the queues in the bar and the fact that you had to queue there for coffee and tea at all times apart from breakfast. The staff were amazingly helpful. On our last day my partner was unwell and the reception team and photographer were anazing, ordering taxis, calls to a local doctor for advice and being available by Whatsapp should we need them at any time in the night when we were at the hospital. We would definitely go here again.

Well, what can I say, other than, 5 stars at a 4 star resort. Both myself and my wife, from arrival to departure, found all of the staff friendly, attentive, and really, really, helpful. They accorded us appropriate levels of encouragement into the hotel activities without being pushy or overly zealous. The food was, at all times, of an exceptional standard and always available. Nothing ran out and all was accessible for all. We don’t drink alcohol but from what I saw for those who do there was never a shortage. We have already booked our return for next year, 2026. 💯

Myself, my partner and 2 children spent 11 nights at Valeria Dar Atlas and we had a brilliant holiday. The staff were all amazing and friendly especially the entertainment team and Mr Tash, Sam, Coco, Samad, Asma. The room was spacious enough for 4 people and was cleaned every day. The beds were made and we had clean towels every day. The mini fridge and hair dryer were a bonus. There was a main big pool, kids pool and adult only pool and all had enough sunbeds. In general the hotel was well presented. There was a variety of food during all meal times (some days not enough choice for my children but okay for adults). The entertainment day and night was very good. The entertainment team encouraged people to participate in activities and made them enjoyable. They also put on brilliant shows at night. There was a variety of excursions provided by the hotel. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus to Marrakech which was cheap enough. It was only about 25 mins from Marrakech.

Honestly I can’t stress enough how amazing this experience was, me and my partner visited from the 17th till the 24th of November and have absolutely no regrets. First of the entertainment team is absolutely amazing (especially the newer staff member) I was quite anxious to go as Morocco is very different compared to other holiday destinations but everybody was wonderful, even when we went camal riding the person taking us there was brilliant as well as the people we met there. The only thing I will fault is the food which I seen before on trip advisor, it is purely Moroccan food which is fine all beautifully presented but as I am somebody that is a very picky eater I just stuck to the bread and pizza they serve. Another thing is wasps! Around the pool there is a lot of flies but the wasps were quite bad as well; but overall the experience was absolutely amazing going back next year but this time with no doubt in my mind. Another thing which isn’t necessarily the hotel they do not accept Scottish notes I’m not sure if that’s common sense but make sure you manage to get the right currency if you want cash before visiting. You also get tourist charge? Which I was quite confused about but everything else so amazing.

This was absolutely the best holiday ive ever been on. The hotel is abit far from main town but taxi always available and theres an excursion bit inside hotel. Staff are all so lovely and welcoming, entertainment staff included. Samad, one of the entertainment staff, was absolutely top notch. Cleaners also were 10/10. Me and my partner are already looking at going back next year as we enjoyed it so much. The only complaint i would give, although its not really a complaint, is there wasnt much food choice for “picky eaters” as such. Its mostly all moroccan dishes which personally i didnt like and met a few peple who also didnt like it, so there wasnt very much alternatives, but who cares. Everything was perfect other than that so im not even complaining.

Amazing staff. Would like to thank all the staff for such an amazing time. Everywhere is kept immaculately clean and the food was great. Entertainment was brilliant. A big enormous thank you to the bar staff and Mohammed. This was my second time to the Valeria Dar Atlas Resort this year and cannot wait to visit you all again. I hope the management team give you all a big pat on the bag for being so brilliant.

We are here now and this is an honest review but it’s based n my experience of other hotels Bars are dreadful, wait time of 10-15 minutes,run out of beer daily last night no vodka, but remember we do get what we pay for but we expect the drinks that are the included with all inclusive. I think the food has been good the lack of salt and pepper (literally you have to run around to other tables to find the five shakers for the whole restaurant) it’s ridiculous! And the files everywhere make you want to think twice about what you’re eating! The reception staff the rudest I’ve ever encountered! Rooms uummm ok no draws? No dressing table, if you were 3 in a room you would defo struggle in 40+ years f travel first time I didn’t unpack nowhere to put anything a few hangers and 2 shelves? No kettle! Had to ask for a fridge! Entertainment is so monotonous the staff try but the conger every night 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ plus when they’re showing you the dances they either have there back to you so you can’t see or going to fast! If you going to teach the crowd let them see what your teaching and slow down to there pace instead they seem to just be trying to out dance each other! Would we come back? Not in a million years, pay the extra £100 and stay somewhere much nicer!! Oh but I will say the grounds are beautiful and the camel 💩 they are using right now means your literally covered in flies all day 👍🏻🤣 good luck xx

Location, little far from centre but hotel has shuttle bus £2.00 each way . Rooms are little dated but clean , staff very nice..well one guy on reception is a nark. But suppose you get one of them every where. The animation team are fab. Big shout out to Coco and Sam , who made our holiday really special, we were invited to take part in a Moroccan wedding, didn't know what to expect, but truly enjoyed it , thank you Lovely young staff in the restaurant , and would recommend the a la carte mirrocan restaurant ( behind reception) cost about £25 for 2 , it was a really nice experience xx

First of all, the receptionist can be slow, but are polite and will get your issues resolved. This hotel needs a word with their bar staff as they get frustrated easily if you ask them for something like “no ice”. Cocktails were very watered down and all tastes the same. So 4/10 for cocktails. Food wasn’t too great either, the best was the lunch. I’m not a picky eater at all but I struggled to find anything decent. However do try and make it for lunch as it’s really good. Breakfast 5/10, lunch 9/10, dinner 6/10. The atmosphere was just ok. The hotel offers entertainment so that’s great There’s this tour guide who is very rude, he’s who you go to if you want to book a bus or excursion. So expect unfriendliness from him. The rooms were just ok, the shower is not convenient and gets water everywhere. The hotel is in the middle of almost nowhere so stack up on necessities. Lastly, if you are black/ darker skinned be prepared to be treated like you’re a nuisance

The hotel is quite faraway from Marrakesh but with their own shuttle buses easy and cheap to book. Friendly stuff, clean rooms, and good food. The best tea in town made by El Mehdi.

First of all, the price we paid for this hotel was an absolute steal! We still have a couple of days left before heading back to the miserable UK weather, but we’ve had the best sunshine here. Room: Clean and comfortable. The housekeeping team work very hard and do a great job. The room has everything you need – if you want a kettle, I believe you can hire one, but we brought a travel kettle knowing there wasn’t one provided. There are plenty of bars where you can get tea and coffee too. Food: Honestly, the food has been outstanding! I’m quite a picky eater, and so is my friend, but we’ve both found plenty to enjoy. The selection is great, everything is fresh, and the restaurant staff are polite and work hard to keep everything topped up. Hotel Grounds: Beautifully kept and spotless – you can tell the staff take real pride in their work. Entertainment: Fabulous! The entertainment team work so hard and put on some lovely shows in the evening. During the day, there’s plenty going on around the pool, but it’s never pushy or over the top – a great balance. Momo always takes the time to say hello, “Wales” he is a real asset to the team! Even the manager makes time to chat with guests, which is such a nice touch. We mentioned the idea of having a kitty neutering donation box at reception to help manage the hotel cats – I really hope that’s considered, as it would mean a lot to guests who care about the animals. A really good hotel complex - the food was good, the accommodation was good, the facilities were good. The place is badly let down though by two major issues - the Wi-Fi is abysmal for a modern hotel and the bar service was at the speed of a slug. The bar staff just did not seem to care that a long queue was the norm.

This is my first time in Marrakesh and on arrival I asked to change my room as location wasn’t for myself and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful and changed my room with ease. The food at the hotel I can not fault at all all of it was very tasty and a big variety also. The bar staff were all very friendly! The Entertainment staff were the best I’ve known! The way they are with kids and adults also! They take the time to get to know your name and sit with you around the pool and ask about your day! The games around the pool throughout the day are fun and entertaining! I really have no complaints and thinking about coming back in March for my 40th! Stayed here from 7th-10th November 2025. Hotel is amazing but the staff are better right through from hotel maintenance, bar and catering staff, food, some thing for everyone. Clean friendly, even the beds are comfy! Give it a go, will not be disappointed! Entertainment team are fantastic, Momo, Maximus, Coco to name a few, and the bar man Said ( Mr Happy) but all of them were so friendly and nice to us, we would like to have another beautiful holiday. So it’s for sure highly recommended. Back in March with family & friends xx

Had a lovely 4 days. The food is plentiful and varied each day. The rooms are a bit tired, but nice and clean,comfy beds. All the staff work very hard ,the hotel is clean and gardens are well looked after. The hotel offers a shuttle bus into Marrakesh at a small cost, which stops 5 mins from J'El Fna square. We booked the excursion to the Agafay Dessert , for a Morrocan evening which was excellent. Taxi service is outside of hotel gate,150 dirhams to centre ( agree price first )

The staff are absolutely lovely. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality at every meal. A huge shoutout to the amazing animation/entertainment team, who made every day fun and memorable. Two people who really stood out were Coco and Samad — they brought so much energy, positivity, and genuine care to their work. They made us feel included in activities, always checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and consistently went the extra mile. They are a real credit to the hotel and deserve to be recognised for their dedication and fantastic attitude. We had a wonderful holiday and are already planning to come back. After reading the reviews and Jet2 informing us they had dropped half a star off the hotel I was tempted to change hotels. I'm glad I didn't. There was supposed to be works being carried out whilst we were there these got cancelled. In some areas I can see there needs to be work. The bedrooms are a little tired and could do with some tlc. They were cleaned everyday with fresh towels left. The restaurant..there was always something you could find to eat. Aswell as main food bar there was a grill outside. If you want a full English and Sunday roast maybe try benidorm . Yes they ran out of things occasionally but this could happen anywhere. You're on holiday just relax n go with the flow. The bar.. like people mentioned they did run out of certain types of glasses but I witnessed people taking them to their rooms so obviously there's going to be a shortage. The drinks could be hit and miss depending on who served you. Entertainment team..we didn't really get involved we we up and off exploring Marrakech area. The times we were around the pool. They took the time to say hello and have a chat. Very friendly. We've got to appreciate were on holiday relaxing and the people that work there. Work long hours in the heat for often little pay. So if occasionally they don't have a smile on their face give them some grace The only negative I found was the trips the hotel offers we found them to be very expensive. We used viator and get my guide. All In all great hotel for the money. Would I return? there's a big world out there to explore but never say never

Let me start by saying I never write reviews, but I did say to the Customer Service Manager I would and did warn it wouldn't be good. Firstly the positives. The entertainment team were exceptional - they had a full day and evening programme and was very friendly and spent time talking to everyone. I must mention Max and a the trainee Youness they made everyone feel welcome. The hotel was very clean the cleaners were always cleaning. The rooms were very tired and there was not much storage space but had a spare bed in the room so used that as cupboard space lol they were cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Food was okay but for what we paid didn't expect anymore Negatives Wifi - this dropped out or stopped most days, most places I have travelled to have sorted this out by now. One day were just told it's not working Reception staff - they didn't have any authority to do anything if asked a question or had a complaint they referred you to a manger of that area. The only time they did have the authority was the day we were checking out, no late check outs fully booked and no showers or changing areas only the toilets, check out was 12 noon and we were being picked up at 5pm not the best no where to shower and change. Restaurant - one of our biggest complaints NO plates No cutlery No glasses No salt and pepper. First time we went into the restaurant there were glasses and bottles of water on the tables some also had knives and folks, that was the only time after that you had to go looking for them or find a member of staff to help it started off funny looking for things by time you get day 4 it becomes annoying. Every time you had to ask for plates we took cutlery off of other tables as there were 4 of us. The staff that were setting up tables were also cleaning and clearing them they honestly couldn't work any faster. The bar in the restaurant only offered wine and soft drinks if you wanted beer you had to go to the bars. On one occasion we queued up for our wine to be told only Rose available, most people just had soft drink or went to bar. Again my friend went to find the manager who sent the young bar man out with keys to get more white and red wine The young man said sorry I was told only Rose left. I felt that the staff could not do anything unless the manager okayed everything which made serving people hard. Bar - There were 4 bars 1st in quiet pool area only soft drink available on all inclusive other drinks had to be paid for never went there 2nd in pool area closed about 5.30 only served beer and soft drinks. Plastic glasses which I understand as pool area, frequently run out of them so had to have paper not acceptable 3rd main bar - closed at 11pm run out of glasses regularly, vodka and coke in a wine glass not acceptable. Only option for spirits to drink was Vodka, Gin or Whisky. They did offer cocktails but only cocktails with those spirits in them. You had to pay if wanted any other spirit not acceptable. Major NOT ACCEPTABLE they run out of cold beer on 3 occasions . The one pump they had broke, they didn't open the pool bar just said no beer one night at 10.30pm I spoke to bar manager and said that they should be offering an alternative I was told if wanted something else it was chargeable. I was given 2 Baileys free of charge but was told please smile as everyone can hear and didn't want to give anymore away. The other 2 occasions they switched to bottle beer that was warm as they couldn't keep up the demand. Another night they run out of tonic again I found the manager who went out to get more tonic. This was either the staff couldn't be bothered to go get some or were not allowed. We were all just told no tonic. The always run out of Ice again and again had to ask for it. Sorry for long review but did mention all of this to the Customer service Manager and his word were we do care its the people above us that don't!!!! On another positive note after speaking to customer service manager the day before we left there were new plates in restaurant so well done for listening

Just returned home after a week here with my partner and her parents. What an absolute blast! Resort is great, entertainment was enjoyable, the food was good and there was lots to choose from at meal times. If you eat in paid restaurants on site the food is so nice and very cheap, not expensive at all. Bar staff were very pleasant and accommodating to any requests we had. Hotel staff couldn't do enough to help us and made sure we had an amazing holiday. I'd also like to give special thanks to Momo from the entertainment team, Mr Tash for the amazing eye photo and also to Yousef at the relax pool who served us every day with a big smile and lots of positive energy. All staff and the entertainment were amazing but the 3 guys I mentioned above made an extra effort for us to have such a nice holiday. Thanks very much for everything and I hope to be back next year.

That was our first time in Morocco 🇲🇦 and we had a lovely time in valeria dar atlas marrakech, the animation team made everyone happy and excited to join them for dancing and to watch their shows in the evening, the fire show and the drums 🥁 group were amazing 👏🏿 The food was good 👍🏾 The bar is very good The rooms was adequate I would recommend this hotel and we will come next time

Great week in Marrakesh, Morocco. Lovely hotel, fabulous food. Couldn’t fault the staff and entertainment team enough, they were very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Would defiantly come back and make use of the hotel excursions as there were plenty to choose from ! Lots going on from 10am around the pool the entrainment team were encouraging and always full of energy. They took the time to come and chat to you and get to know you ! Hotel were grounds were lovely and very clean, constantly had people attending to the grounds.

We have had a great time so far on this holiday, the facilities are great and the food plentiful. The people who work here have been brilliant and always super helpful.

Read the worst reviews and they are accurate. We came back yesterday. Save yourselves. The worst all inclusive I’ve ever been to. I don’t know who would like this place?! Reception staff unhelpful and unwelcoming, air conditioning non existent, no bulb in the toilet. I had to ask several times for it to be changed. Even the telephone in the room wasn’t connected to anything! The shower was more of a hose, the drinks watered down and as other reviews have said the queue is out of the door. There is no WiFi anywhere. This review isn’t for the management, they either know and don’t care or they aren’t given the budget. But the worst of all was the food. Vats of meat we couldn’t decipher, no labels, empty trays of food, dirty tables and plates and flies on everything. Thank goodness we didn’t have young children. If you’re looking for budget and basic there is still better out there in the world. Don’t go. We loved central Marrakesh and will return but this place is dire.

2 days back from a 7 night stay a golfing trip with a group of friends, on entering the hotel we all had great expectation what a lovely building the foyer the grounds and surrounding look lovely. We did not get rooms until after 4:20 they all looked very tired & dirty, some had no hot water, TV's and fridges did not work in some rooms, electrical sockets hanging off walls in most rooms, all of this was reported at reception on numerous occasions nothing was repaired until our 4th day, drinks selections very poor bar staff slow some clueless, the restaurant is a nightmare at both breakfast and the evening buffet, food choices were poor and once gone not replenished, the majority of meats were dry and over cooked with a lot of fat and grisle, pasta and rice always over cooked, shortage of cutlery & crockery at most meals, the salad and dessert counters were really good, the entertainment team were also very good and very pleasant put on some great shows, Thank You

Speaking on behalf of 3 families i would like to say we had a wonderful time. In particular, the entertainment team were extremely friendly very polite and courteous . I would happily recommend nothing this hotel and all of the staff to anybody.

Great location. Brilliant weather. Great in hotel entertainment. Really engaging and made the days really fun. Remember who you are, have fun and made it a great experience. Good pool. Clean rooms. Only slight negative is the food service being a little poor for choice with long queues for basic items that aren't always available. Atmosphere is great though. I would on the whole recommend to families as a great place to be.

Group of 12 adults golfing,we arrived no rooms ready so waited and just left to sit no one talking to us about resort, allocated rooms were all dirty, no hot water, some without lights no television remotes or towels, restaurant like bull bait anything worth having goes quickly and the replenishment is poor, food cold and re used especially chicken and salad,runs out of plates, cuttelry, knives and forks, glasses and cups, some of the staff are genuine and try there best but it's run very ineffectively so always something running out or breaking, and the bar is horrendous, long queues and staff ignorant bad mannered, rude and try to charge me money on most drinks and shut at 11 , not one good review from any of us, it's a million miles from anything we've had at Turkey, the golf was good and it was only this dirty horrible one star hotel that spoilt our time in Marrakesh... true story 👍

Valeria dar Atlas is a beautiful hotel with excellent pool and leisure facilities, and great food. What really makes the place however is the staff. They are helpful, friendly and professional. The Animation Team deserve a particular mention - their energy is boundless, and their enthusiasm is infectious. We have had a lot of fun here.

Great 4 night stay. Room was large, bit basic, but spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and a good shower with plenty of hot water. Our room was on the second floor of block 6100, good walkways and lighting. Pool area was clean and kept tidy, pool itself was clean, and lots of sun beds to choose from. Good pool side bar for drinks during the day. At times music was very loud, and lots of activities if you wanted to join in. Restaurant was large with a good selection of different stations, cooking fresh food. Also a barbecue cooking a selection of different meats. Always freshly made pizza and pasta, which were good . Main restaurant - we liked the food, good selection of salads, cooked dishes, different vegetables meat and fish dishes to choose from, the desserts were exceptional. Also ice cream at lunch. At breakfast, omelette and eggs were freshly cooked, and a very good selection of fresh bread and rolls and pastries. The restaurant staff work very hard in trying to keep it clean and tidy, but they did run out of plates and cutlery on a few occasions. And trying to find a spoon was impossible at times. One evening, my husband and l went to get our dessert, and came back to our table to find it had been cleared away, our wine bottle and glasses had all been cleared away even the cloth was gone, the waiter didn’t even seen to bother, and didn’t even say anything to use, which was a shame as we had very good service all the other days. The bar in the evening could be abit slow to get drinks, but they did serve good gin & tonic when you finally was served. Yes the hotel is abit tired in places, generally the staff were friendly, the front desk staff were very unorganised and not over friendly, when all we wanted was to get our room and start our holiday, but we did have a lovely relaxed break away. Would we go again, probably yes if we wanted to visit the area again

Absolutely beautiful place and so friendly staff, that was our first holiday in Morocco and we have an amazing time in Valeria Dar atlas marrakech. The entertainment team were all very helpful and friendly, and so talented 👏 the fire show was the best 👌 and dancing nights and dancing show as well, all the day activities and a clear conversations, big shot out to all the team. The food was delicious 😋 The bar is nice and good drinks The room is good as well The pool is big and nice. We definitely will have another holiday next year, because we did love it Thanks a lot to all the staff of the hotel and we appreciate the hard work they do to make everyone involved and having a great time.

Was a great holiday, staff were great and so were all facilities, all the animation team were so talented and friendly, i had too much fun with them, daily activities and evening shows, especially fire show Friday night that was absolutely professional. The food was ok and the lunch was good The room is clean and comfortable The bar was nice and good drinks I will definitely come back next time, and i really want to thank all the beautiful staff and friends who welcomed us at we are at home

Had an amazing 5 days with two gal pals here, really didn't want to go home. The time went way too fast. The food was amazing - there was always something to cater for all, as my two friends are both vegetarian! Lots of variation and times to eat - we're stuffed!! The entertainment team are also amazing - they work so hard and always have a smile on their face! Lots of day time activities as well as the evening The location was good for us - half hour from city - very peaceful but able to access things as needed as taxis outside The rooms were clean, as well as the shared spaces, and the environment/grounds are so pretty!! Highly recommend 🥰

We been here about 8 times and we always having a great time with all the entertaiment team, are the best in the hotel, big shot out to Khalid, Maxim, Samya, momo, Coco, Ramy, Samad, Younes, you are amazing all of you. I want to mantion also Yassine the life guard, and the bar staff, Mr Sebti and all the staff bar. The room was good The food was good too, thr resturant staff so friendly. Room was brilliant could do with updating. Activity’s was fantastic in the day and in the evening all staff friendly and chatty. Had the best time in the evening getting everyone involved getting up dancing and joining in. Food was good but not much chose if don’t like most foods.

We have had a fantastic time here. We were worried about the reviews but please ignore. We arrived late on the Tuesday evening and were given food on arrival which set the scene for the rest of our stay. We’re were given room 611 which for us was perfect. The room is just perfect our cleaning is lovely and comes every day to tidy. Clean towels as needed. The animation here is fantastic starts at 10 in the morning with yoga and continues thoughout the ending with the animation staff doing something every evening. The highlight of the evening shows is the Friday Variety show. I don’t want to spoilt it for but it is a must. Bring white clothing for this. The food is amazing with plenty of variety for all tastes especially the deserts. Whilst we were here we have booked to come back in Feb.

We enjoyed our stay here, thought it was good value for what we paid, we were here for five nights. We loved the food, lots of choice for vegetarians and the desserts were lovely. We felt that there was a great range for meat eaters and vegetarians. The room was spacious, the gardens and public areas are kept very clean. The entertainment team were so friendly and so welcoming. They were good at getting everyone involved in the activities during the day and the dancing in the evenings.

Visited here last week with two friends for five nights. I have to admit, I checked the reviews beforehand and was unsure what to expect but we had the BEST time. The hotel is faultless. The gardens and pools are beautiful and clean. The food is AMAZING- the buffet has a million choices and as I’m vegetarian, there was endless options and the quality was great!! I looked forward to 12:30 for the buffet to open and 19:15 for the buffet to open again. Also the deserts selection was unmatched. The pizza was very cheesy (which I loved) on Italian night and there was plenty of vegetarian options on fish night. Ignore all negative reviews about the food!! There is also a hot drinks machine which has hot chocolate for those who dont like tea or coffee and you can get water bottles from everywhere. We ate like kings the whole week. I saw on a review to take an extension cord for the rooms due to reviews however I feel this is an exgarration and we did not need it. The pools arent cold either so easy to get in. The entertainment team: AMAZING! We went aqua zumba, archery, played silly games, danced a lot. Their so friendly and not creepy at all (like other hotels i’ve been too). Theres games and activities throughout the whole day and evening. The drinks- their OK! We brought our own from duty free and just had pop from the bar so we only tried one or two cocktails. We didnt bother purchasing any after 11pm as we wouldnt have paid anyways. Wifi- great connection cant complain. Rooms- great, clean and cant complain. Distance to city centre- we caught taxis in and out for £15 a way- very cheap and theres a taxi man 24/7 at hotel. Sunbeds- plenty of sunbeds around so did not have to worry about finding space and people did not reserve these either. Cardio room- theres a treadmil / cross trainer and bikes. This room is free of charge. Cats- not many cats around and they are not bothered by you either and dont approach you etc. desert- 30 min drive from the desert if you sre catching a hot air balloon ride. Slides- 5 min walk away, these are great fun. Would recommend going on them atleast once! I had the best trip and was gutted to leave. couldnt recommend this jorel enough

My daughters and I, We had an awesome week with the animation group all of them are so helpful and so funny with many jokes and they are so polite, they have too many different activities and every night there’s something special, like the shows and evening dancing, the best fire show ever, they made everybody’s holiday. I would love to return to this hotel because of them, thanks a lot to all the team. The food was delicious and too many choices to choose, and the Moroccan sweets is so nice. The room was good, and I appreciate the hard work that the cleaners do to make the room clean. The bar was very nice and all the staff of it were friendly. So if someone wants to come to Morocco, i recommend this beautiful hotel and amazing people they work there.

This is our first time in this hotel and not the last, because my mum and my sister and I, we did enjoy our time together with all the entertainment team ther were absolutely fantastic and so talented as well, the make everyone involved and having a great time, to be honest they made our holiday. The food was nice and too many things to eat. The bar staff they are so friendly and the drinks was good 👍🏼 The room was clean and comfy, all the time clean I want to thank all the staff of the hotel and especially the animation team are the best. Highly recommended to everyone

Don’t believe all of the negative reviews about this resort. My wife and I travelled here for a couple of nights and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are absolutely fine, a little basic but comfy beds, good aircon and otherwise clean and fresh The buffet food is lovely. Different theme every night and everyone we had was amazing. The drinks are lovely too and the que as some people have said is no more than 5 mins at the busiest of times! Staff helpful, plenty of sunbeds available. There is a 200 dirham deposit for the towels and thats the only downer really. Top tip is to change money up at Marrakesh airport as the rates were better than the hotel.

On arrival around 11.30am we were told along with other people we can not check in to our rooms until 3pm There was no room offered for us to change so we sat around not being able to start our holiday until 3pm So we sucked it up and went to get a drink when one of the staff members serving behind the bar in the main hotel area was very rude to my partner The manager saw/ heard this and offered us a cocktail on the house as a way of apology So 3pm come and we got our room key so we went to change and headed down to the pool were it was packed with only a few sunbeds free in the direct sun and all the umbrellas are fixed in the floor so you couldn’t move one if someone didn’t want theirs So again as in holiday mode you just go with it and the sun was lovely but it would have been better for the option of shade Went to the bar by the pool this time and told there was only whiskey or vodka available for the sprits or beer (I don’t drink but my partner does) so the options didn’t bother me but my partner doesn’t like what’s available Cocktails you had to pay for it worked out about £6.55 each but you couldn’t just pay by cash or card you had to get a tab to the room The bar staff are incredibly rude beyond belief and never smile nor have manners so this was the main gripe of the weeks holiday They made you feel bad for getting drinks and it was like a chore for them! You got told off for apparently standing in the wrong que and yes I mean que! Sometimes for half an hour as they are that slow! And sometimes they wouldn’t even finish your order of 2 drinks and they would only give you one and then serve someone else!! And then ignore you when you ask again for the other drink! One minute you don’t have to wear a top (male) in the main bar and then you do! Service is a big part of your holiday and it totally ruined ours We ended up leaving the hotel every day as the service was that bad! So the hotel itself was lovely and kept really clean The room staff were happy and always cleaned the room really well everyday The food was nice and plenty to choose from but the breakfast did let the meals down Pools kept clean and we found the relaxed pool a far better option but you couldn’t get an alcoholic drink there unless you paid for it oh and you paid for coffee too so you could only have pop juice or water free but it was nicer than the main pool Afternoon snacks was the same every day when we were around at that time Cold high carb unhealthy stuff No kettle in the rooms so you had to wait for a coffee until the restaurant opened for breakfast at 7.15am so don’t get up early lol A/C was ok but seemed to stop working as good on an evening The grounds were kept lovely and green There is a lots of things I could complain about but the main thing really was the service from the bar staff and reception I don’t think the staff like the English as that’s the impression I got from a personal experience and seeing other English being treated bad I would NOT recommend this hotel even 1% but Marrakesh was amazing and all the people we came across couldn’t help you enough

My hubby and I had a very short 2 night, 3 day break at this hotel and enjoyed it. On arrival the Hotel looks impressive, Reception area, clean and spacious. We arrived at 10am and went to Reception where we got a standard unfriendly welcome from the male Receptionist. He did not advise us where to leave luggage, where we could change so that we could use the facilities just advised room not ready till 3pm, which is fine if he provided a friendly and informative welcome. It wasn't busy at check in so I couldn't say he was busy. I think Reception staff need to be more welcoming. We went and grabbed a drink and looked around. Then we was told we needed to change in the toilets into our swimwear as no changing rooms. The grounds and pools are very clean and well maintained. Our room 615 was well located, and clean. I was slightly disappointed by the shower, definitely needs a refresh, and the shower head needs some improvement. The air-con was not working, but we didn't use it anyway otherwise we would have asked for it to be looked at. We had no issues with cleaning or towels being removed, we returned to our room every day to a nice tidy room. Restaurant- The food was ok, we preferred the lunch to the evening meal, and I agree food was repetitive and some food options were not too our taste but there was always plenty of options. In my option it was no different to any other All inclusive I have been too. I think the restaurant layout is confusing as you have indoor/outdoor food stations which was not explained and yes finding cutlery was an issue. I do agree staff tended to favour French guests, however I believe this is to do with language barriers and nothing more. Drinks bar. Yes agree slow service, but not horrendous and the pool bar was good but it would be a huge improvement if they served drinks in plastic cups rather than paper and had more drink options at the bar, cocktails for example. Paper cups are not nice to drink out of. Entertainment team was friendly Pool freezing but nice once you are in. You can also use water parc at the sister hotel next door but this would be nice to know on check in. All in all we had a nice break some minimal improvements/training of staff and this hotel would be wonderful. I would recommend and will return.

We stayed here for two weeks as a family sharing two rooms. The rooms here are quite comfortable not sure about the effectiveness of the aircon but after a hiccup on first arriving with a broken toilet seat all worked fine for us. Plus points about this resort 1 rooms are comfortable 2. Site layout is logical and well done 3. Pools something for everyone 4. Sunbeds always plenty when we were there 5 entertainment staff all really happy and attentive. 6 jewellery/ photo staff again attentive and take an interest in you. Negative points. 1. Reception staff.. don’t answer phones are rude and for the most part inept. 2. Bar area…. Come on enough people have told you about the queues it’s not the staffs fault ( though they could do better) the layout of the bar area has them tripping over each other all the time! 3. Food when the bbq area is operating there is never enough food put out top tip for the staff dinner starts at the same time ensure the trays are full then don’t start to cook then. General comments You get what you pay for . As long as you do not need and thing fixing or have any dealings with the reception or domestic staff and don’t mind queues you’ll be fine. We as a group had some minor problems( room towels) which seemed beyond the domestic staff to sort but had a pretty good time in spite of this.We always had a place by the pool and found food which for the most part was fair for a all inc buffet service.

Had the best time at Valeria dar atlas! The hotel was clean and all the staff were so helpful. The entertainment was amazing and the entertainment team were one of the best I’ve come across in many years travelling. Max and the team made the stay extra special. Would definitely go back.

Great week. Weather was low 30’s so perfect. Food was great and entertainment team were excellent especially Max, Momo, ramy, Sam and kalid and Younes, all the team are so friendly and helpful. The food was nice The bar was also good And the rooms was clean and so good I want to thank all the cleaner staff I would like to come back here, and highly recommend it to everyone, because we had such a wonderful week

Hotel is ok but does need improved. Rooms useable and aircon good, didnt have to leave card in the slot in our room to keep it on. Seperate toilet and bathroom. Grounds well kept but didnot see the pool area being cleaned in the 7 days we were there, apart from 1 area near the pool bar that the entertainment team use and that was only cleaned with pool water. Never went hungry but extremely slow at refilling everthing. Bar tables at pool and main bar not wiped and had to do it myself. Bar service at the main bar is shocking up to 6 people behind bar and only 1 or 2 serving. Never enough glasses to serve with and only put in the dishwasher for about 20 seconds, they also put the ashtrays in with the glasses and you often get floaters in your glass. That is not on and I am a smoker but I do not know why they dont use a paint brush to sweep the ashtrays and wipe them out with a cloth ( much easier and cleaner ). The weather was very good though and I wouldnt say do not go to this hotel but I have been to much better ones in Marrakesh.

Our stay at Valeria Dar Atlas was unfortunately below expectations. From the start, the receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful, setting a poor tone for our holiday. The room itself was in need of refurbishment and basic maintenance not what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. There were several issues during our stay, including a lack of toilet paper. When one of the girls went to reception at 6am to ask for some, she was told to wait until 8am when the chambermaids started their shift completely unacceptable. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. Rooms were often “cleaned” late in the afternoon (around 3–4pm), with towels taken away but not replaced. After trying to call reception several times (at least 15 attempts) to ask for towels and other missing items, the phone just rang with no answer. We eventually had to go down to reception ourselves, only to be frowned upon for asking. We booked a room for eight people, three rooms together with ground floor. The rooms was only set up for two upon arrival. Our group of eight (including someone with mobility issues) were placed far apart, and it took 24 hours and multiple complaints to get the person with mobility needs moved closer even then, we were initially told there were no other rooms. On arrival (around 10:30am), our room wasn’t ready. We were told to change in the public toilets near reception, where one of the cubicles was filthy — not a pleasant experience and definitely not private. Cleanliness in general was not up to standard. The main restaurant often had food on the floor from the night before, On the positive side, the hotel grounds are beautiful, especially around the quiet pool where there are ducks and a peaceful setting. The staff around the main pool were fantastic young lads with great enthusiasm and energy who really did their best to make the atmosphere enjoyable. However, when we were went over to the quiet pool, we were chatting and laughing we were told off and asked to be silent or leave, yet a group of French guests were shouting, jumping in the pool, and making far more noise without being spoken to. It definitely feels as though the hotel caters more to French guests. Although we were all inclusive, many branded drinks still came at an extra charge, which we expected but some were caught out. Oddly, at the quiet pool you have to pay for beer, whereas at the main pool it’s included very inconsistent and confusing. Overall, the property has potential the layout and pools are nice but the service, cleanliness, and management unreliable Wi-Fi, and inconsistent all-inclusive offering made our stay very disappointing, need serious improvement before I’d consider staying again or recommend it in its current state.

Weve just spent a week here....now let's start with the positives......the hotel is lovely as you walk through the entrance, the staff are amazing and attentive. Rooms are large and airy Pool is clean but cold , steps into it are not safe, loose in the walls and very wobbly. The entertainment team are brilliant at keeping people amused, aquarobics , dancing, games although the music can be too loud at times The food is mediocre but something for everyone, but get there early before it runs out and dont expect it to be hot . No afternoon snacks and nothing after 11pm unlike other all inclusives. The bar is always busy , not many staff and always running out of glasses 🙄 Drinks are weak and bland Go for the wine in the dining rooms and stock your own fridge The spa was an experience but worth it...slightly cheaper than the UK but you do get more...scrubs....steam room...jacuzzi etc for the price. The shuttle bus runs several times a day for around £2 return. Don't expect 4 star expect 3 or even 2.... Doors are falling apart ,tiles broken, curtains hanging off , lifeguard chair rotten, blocked sinks , paper cups for drinks , dirty toilets and no showers near the pool and no changing rooms once you've checked out but have a late flight Drinks in the nightclub are expensive ( after 11pm) around £7 for a single vodka PACK A KETTLE AND COFFEE, ROOMS DONT HAVE ONE AND THEY DONT SUPPLY THEM The staff really do make this hotel If you want a cheap quick holiday in the sun and dont expect much this is ideal, if you're looking for a little more luxury then pay more and look closer to the city. THE ONLY reason we'd return is to chase the sun in the colder UK months

We have had a great stay at this wonderful resort. The staff, gardens, pool, spa, and food were all superb. Yes, there are sometimes queues at the bars. They do occasionally l run out of beer, and the rooms are probably coming up for a refresh. But, they are clean, very comfortable, and serviced daily by the fabulous housekeeping team. The gardens are looked after by the grounds staff and look lovely with colourful flowers. There are turtles and ducks on the lake, guinea foul wandering around freely, and the constant sound of bird song. We have had a lovely holiday, this resort is great value and we would not hesitate to visit again. Thank you to you all, and we look forward to seeing you again.

If you have little to no standards or expectations, then this is the hotel for you. For anyone else, save yourself the stress. Staff & Service: Many of the staff were rude, unfriendly, and showed obvious favoritism toward French guests. Tables were set and wine coolers placed beside them for these guests, while the rest of us struggled to even find a clean place to sit. Staff were painfully slow to clear and reset tables, so we were constantly hunting for cutlery. These are such simple things to fix, yet they clearly don’t bother. Rooms: The bedrooms looked nothing like the pictures. We booked for three adults, but the single beds came with no pillows and only a bedspread (literally the same fabric as the curtains). Reception explained that only double beds get duvets — what kind of logic is that? Towels were another nightmare: housekeeping would take them away daily and never replace the right number. We left notes in both English and French, which were ignored. We ended up going to reception every single day to request towels. When you’ve paid hard-earned money for a holiday, you shouldn’t be chasing staff just to get basics. Bar & Drinks: By far the worst bar setup I’ve ever experienced in an all-inclusive. At the adult pool, no alcohol was available unless you paid extra (80 MDH) — at an all-inclusive! The only place to get a drink was at the main bar, which was a trek away, and constantly had long queues. Staff lacked training, and every cocktail tasted and looked identical no matter what you ordered — it became a running joke to guess what we’d been given. I’m not a big drinker, but on holiday I enjoy a cocktail by the pool. This hotel made that impossible. Food: Typical all-inclusive: edible but repetitive. A few staff worked hard, but too many stood around chatting or scrolling on their phones instead of doing their jobs. Once you notice the lack of effort, it’s impossible to ignore. Safety: The worst incident was at the adult pool when a woman collapsed in obvious pain. The lifeguard didn’t notice because he was too busy chatting. Guests had to fetch him. Half an hour later someone turned up with a blood pressure cuff and glucose machine, but it was unclear what they planned to do. A stretcher eventually appeared, but an hour later the woman was still lying by the pool in the water. The lack of urgency was shocking. Overall: Individually, some of these issues might be forgivable, but together they made the whole stay a stressful disappointment. This is not a place to unwind or feel carefree. I absolutely won’t be returning and will actively advise others to avoid it. There are far better hotels for the same price.

Avoid this hotel at all costs this isn’t 4* it’s more 1 star at that there is ants in the rooms cockroaches ripped bedding the bathroom had blood on the wall black mold with paint peeling grubby shower floor it stunk of sewage cats crying at your patio door even cats growling at you as soon as you walk past them the food was just cheese and croissants at breakfast with a wait of 20 minutes for a cooked egg but even the eggs weren't cooked properly even if you asked the chef/cook to cook more they would tut or mumble at you lunch was just the same everyday with the choice of pasta everyday or soggy chips and what I can only describe as frankfurters mixed in a tomatoe sauce which is inedible due to the amount of salt put in them for dinner it was mainly hard or really chewy meat or just fat from the meat and again you are waiting at-least 10-20 mins for it to be reloaded nothing really there for kids apart from pizza every day which does get boring when we complained about this we was offered for the kids meals to be made in the kitchen which would come out after everyone else had eaten the high chairs where filthy and food all stuck to them one night I went for dinner and the lady that was behind the serving part she mixed the fish spoon with the beef so they are cross contaminating I did not eat anything else from the hotel after this as it is to risky if you can’t eat fish due to allergies there are even birds flying around the restaurant taking food from buffet and pooing everywhere the tables are also all loose and move around I even had a screw fall from the table on to the floor the all inclusive drinks are always running out with a 30 minutes wait and the soft drinks are like warm and flat there is only a selection of drinks on the inclusive part the rest you have to pay for the ala cart restraint I had a pizza from there that I had to pay for which was in fact from the all inclusive part of the hotel so I basically have paid twice for that meal they walk it over to the back of the restaurant and then walk it out as if it has been cooked in the ala cart part I also had £50 taken from my room and had the police called but nothing was done about it apart from them taking a statement no search of the cleaners was even done! They even took are passports put them at reception and would not give them back I had to get hold of a easy jet rep to try and sort it out but then we said you can’t take the passports because they are not to be left with anyone apart from the person it belongs to in the end we had to say we was calling the police to get them back as we said that they give them back to us as for customer relations he said that basically he does not believe us that all this is happening even when he was shown proof of this with videos and photos he said all you are doing is complaining everyday we said it is are right to complain if we are not satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the hotel we asked everyday for a travel cot for my 1 year old son which we did not get so he was sleeping in a single bed with his mother which really did disturb his sleep we also had a umbrella pole snap and nearly hit me in the head as for the baby pool it is full of twigs leaves and dirt….. if you do not speak French you are looked at as if you are dirt they where prioritising the French over the English they was giving them wine in ice buckets and pouring them wine at the tables as soon as we asked they said we need to go get it our selfs please avoid this place and go to a different hotel this is not 4*

Poor service. Minimum 15minutes wait for a drink. Drinks are small serving nd contain next to no alcohol. Staff are rude and tend to ignore the English males. Take fly spray, the place is tidy but not clean, they dont wipe the tables or sun beds and you have to constantly fight off the flies and fight them for the food. 7am every morning you can watch cleaners film their mop buckets out of the pool. Check your plates as the majority are dirty. Most flights are early morning but the hotel refuse to let you check until 3pm even when the rooms are available. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Definitely value you for your money. Entertain team are there all hours of the day. Staff are friendly, Rooms are clean. Food and drink is great.the entertainment team are the best, also the showes they made really wonderful and incredible, sam is really great girl.,she give us a time and include us in every activity. We will come back definitely.

The staff extremely welcoming, Samya made us feel included so did yourself. Played cards with us and had a laugh. The food has a lot of choice and really nice, grounds and entertainment team are great a good show every night and plenty of space. Would come back again

One of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Non stop vibes, fun, chats, laughter the entertainment team especially Maxim, MoMo, Ramy and Samya made our holiday. The entertainment, shows and dancing were out of this world, best I’ve ever seen and experienced. What can I say book right now….. you won’t regret it !!

Wow what can I say what an absolute amazing hotel. Everyone is so lovely, the entertainment team are out of this world. They absolutely made our holiday they work so hard all day and night and make you feel so welcome. The shows were incredible, the dances were so much fun and we have had the best time. Amazing hotel, clean, great pool and drinks. Good location with nice food too. Lots of activities in and outside of the hotel. The animation team make a big effort with all guests to involve them in fun activities during the day and night shows, and the best show of fire of the Friday and all the team are friendly and so helpful, if you need any help or you have a question about Marrakech or in the hotel they are the right persons you can ask, Couldn’t recommend the place enough! Will definitely be coming back.

Entertainment team was very nice and good fun! Was good to relax but still have fun on holiday. Was very warm but air con was great in room.

I really enjoyed my stay at Valeria, the staff were very welcoming and fun. The hotel is lovely, food was okay just wasn’t my cup of tea but can see others liking it. The rooms are decent enough pretty average rooms but done the job none the less.

We returned from Morocco last Friday, firstly i will say that it wasn’t all bad but does need some improvement. Good points The grounds of this hotel are beautiful and very well maintained. Nice pool area with lots of sun beds. The staff overall were friendly. We did prefer the quiet pool by day 3 The food was okay nothing special but you won’t starve. There is never enough plates and hang on to your cutlery if you go for another plate they won’t be there when you come back try the bbq food outside at every meal it’s usually okay. Bad points £35 tourist tax on arrival £20 for pool towels ( you do get this back). On arrival at our room the toilet seat was broken, there were no towels in the bathroom and there was no patio chairs just a table. After telling the staff the toilet seat and towels were sorted within an hour but we never did get the chairs, after 2 days of asking we got some ourselves from the courtyard. There is no do not disturb signs so if you want a lie in your not getting one, the cleaners come in anytime from 9am until the early evening several times a day. 1 staff will come in and make the bed, another will come in and have a general clean, then the towels will get done later in the day so even an afternoon nap is not happening It took us a couple of days to work out the cleaning routine, a door sign would have been useful. The rooms are very basic and need a refurb and were disappointing. The music around the pool is very repetitive every day. The only evening entertainment we enjoyed was the fire show the rest are all very much the same. The onsite shops are expensive The drinks are basic and they always run out of glasses. Get your sun bed early if you want an umbrella they go quick. The trip through the city from the airport is eye opening and is the reason I never left the hotel. It’s very run down with lots of rubbish everywhere, the roads are a free for all and scary at times, it’s a 50 minute trip from the airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a cheap getaway but if you’re looking for something a bit more luxurious then you need to spend more!.

Went with my friend for a 3 night all inclusive stay and we couldn't have asked for a better time! We found the staff so welcoming and friendly! In particular the Entertainment team were all so hard-working and enthusiastic! The food was excellent with so much choice available. Never had an issue getting a sun lounger and spent all day every day beside the pool!

This hotel is lovely. Staff are very friendly. The hotel itself is isolated so to leave you need to get the buss or taxi. The hotel provides a bus at various times in the day that takes you to the town which is about 30 min away. The return ticket is around 80 DH. Food has been lovely, however if I brought my children they would have only eaten the pizza from the BBQ. I wouldn't bring my children based on the food alone. The sister hotel is up the road and has a couple of water slides but really isnt worth the walk up. This hotel has two large pools, with plenty of sunbeds. The entertainment team are brilliant, I can imagine in peek time the kids would be well entertained through the day. The all inclusive cocktails and beers is just like juice, tastes nice but no effect which doesnt bother me as I'm not interested in getting drunk. You can pay for proper alcohol which is about £6 a drink. I did hear that people were drinking the free wine to get drunk. The evening entertainment has been brilliant, my only issue is it doesnt start untill 9.30 ( I struggle to stay up past 10 ha ha ) Rooms are clean and spacious. I've not had any problems with the free Internet across the site and in rooms. Just note, it seems to log you out when you move, but easily log back in when you are stationary, great signal everywhere. This hotel is cheap and has everything you need for a week away, I would recommend , but I would rather pay a little more for a better location and food. Trips, I highly recommend the mountains/ waterfall trip with lunch. Lunch by the river was a beautiful experience. It is a long day but broken up nicely and you are well looked after. The walk up the mountain isnt strenuous because you are stopping and starting all the time, waiting for people, little shops ect. We visited the markets twice, first time we had a positive experience, walked through got lost amongstit all, really nice fun new experience, the second not so good, felt very unsafe. After speaking to a local at the hotel, they said there are police around to help if needed. I think the worst that could happen is your bag is taken or pick pocket. Also the lady's doing the henna, you try to ignore them and be polite " no thank you" they will crowd you grab your arm and start doing the henna and expect alot of money and they dont back down. (SAY NO AND ASK THEM TO WASH IT OFF) . It's difficult because you want to look around and see everything but you also have to make sure you dont make eye contact or seem slightly interested . I had to keep telling my husband to stop staring and smiling 🙈 happy tourist are bait. They run at you. Do not take photos of anything in the open square part of the market, nothing, they will run up to you expecting money. Photos down the inside ally markets was ok, the people just said " come in and see" and left you to it. Mixed emotions and experiences but I recommend going and seeing for yourself. Clothing wise, women. I covered up completely when on trips and away from the hotel as I felt it was respectful to do so.

I don’t read reviews and the ones I do I take with a pinch of salt… The shop on site has limited stock and there isn’t anything around other then the sister hotel so would have to travel into Marrakesh. The staff Very friendly, always smiling and laughing. The entertainment team Makes the hotel, always trying to get everyone involved in the activities lots to do. Archery, aqua gym, water polo etc. always there for advice and help on the country especially if it is your first time like it was ours. Lovely people. Rooms. The rooms were clean everyday and the cleaners did a great job. I agree they could do with a bit of work. Small things like the shower needs re grouting and shower tray needs a bit of work. We had a few ants in the room but we was on the ground floor and the scenery is bound to attract wildlife just outside the room. Food and drink. There is a lot of reviews regarding how bad the food and drinks are… however there is always something to eat pasta, pizza, etc. the options are limited but what’s on offer tastes good. Bar queue can be long and take a while to get your drinks limited options on all inc cocktails, beer is good but flat (add a little sprite) dessert sunrise cocktail and Pepsi suited us fine. Would I return yes I would, as for the other reviews it’s was cheap all inclusive holiday so you can expect everything!!!

On our last day, I thought I would write a review which I never normally do. For the money we paid we can not fault the hotel at all, always something to eat, bbq at lunch and dinner is lovely and a range of pastas is nice, breakfast pastry are good and good selection of yogurt and fruit, fresh omlettes made every morning to. The heart of the hotel is the entertainment team, a shout out to all of them especially maxim, always brings a smile to your face,truely a lovely guy and makes you laugh, they work all day and night and have so much energy, we truely made friends with these guys and girls, they really are fantastic I was worried coming here seeing some of the reviews, but I can’t fault it at all for a great cheap holiday!! We paid £550 flights included for a week.

I had the most amazing holiday! The atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible entertainment team. Ramy was always full of energy and made every activity fun and welcoming. DJ James kept the music and vibes perfect creating the best party atmosphere. Maxim was brilliant with guests, always making sure everyone was included and having a great time. And Coco—what a star! Always smiling, full of life, and making every event unforgettable. A special mention to Nasser, the photographer—he was fantastic! Always around with a smile. The entertainment team and staff really went above and beyond to make this holiday special. I can’t thank them enough and would definitely come back just for them!

I had such an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a really relaxed vibe, but what made it unforgettable were the people. Ramy and Max were so friendly and helpful, Coco brought so much energy and positivity, Nassa was fantastic and always went the extra mile, and DJ James made the evenings so much fun. The whole team created such a welcoming atmosphere — I’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone!

Arrived at about 6.30pm and were checked in quickly and easily. Our room (308) was on the ground floor and was spotless. Bathroom and toilet could do with refurbishment but were adequate. We were a party of 3 but only had pillows, towels and outside chair for 2. Unfortunately it took a whole day for this to be rectified despite asking several times. However, that was the only big issue for us. Air con was great and beds incredibly comfortable. Food was delicious and lots of choice. Freshly made eggs, omelettes and pancakes available outside each morning and pizza and other bbq items for lunch and dinner. We received excellent service from El Mehdi at breakfast and lunch. We stayed by the main pool every day and got sunbeds with shade with no issue. The grounds are absolutely beautiful- be sure to go and see the turtles and ducks in the pond. Sister hotel is 5 mins away and has ATM and water slides which we enjoyed. You are unable to use all inclusive wristbands there. There were times when the bars had to move to bottled beer and they definitely need to invest in more glasses. There is some training required around cocktail making, too, because we never received the same one twice! However, this made us giggle rather than put a dampener on our holiday. Animation team were excellent and the special show with fire etc was amazing. Youness. Maxim and Ramy were particular stand outs. Shuttle bus from hotel runs frequently to Marakesh center and takes about 30 mins. There are taxis at the end of the drive although we didn't use them. Reception arranged a slightly later check out for us and also printed our boarding cards (an essential) which was very much appreciated. We felt this hotel to be good value for money. It is a fraction of the cost of others and so we forgave the slight niggles and distance from the centre. I would definitely return.

Overall: Certainly not a 4 star resort, would be a generous 2 in my opinion. Would I recommend or come back. No. Hotel in need of work being done to it, looks tired and repairs needed everywhere, luckily our air conditioning worked, others not so lucky. Unable to turn the bathroom light off as switch broken. Ceiling in the shower was mouldy and needed a paint. Safe in the room is locked with the room key, hardly safe when the maid and reception will have copies of it too. Staff: Relax pool bar lady excellent, lady who cleaned our room excellent. Entertainment staff brilliant. Reception staff absolutely awful, staff in restaurant hardly talk or smile. Most are always on their phone, lifeguard in relax pool on his phone constantly. Food: Really not great, same food every time we went in, no variety at all. Food often cold and so many flies everywhere. Staff don’t fill up things when empty. Guy dropped cutlery and napkins on the floor and then still put them all on the table. Very big disappointment. Pool and sun loungers. We stayed in the relax pool,, plenty of sun loungers and atmosphere good. Bar does not sell alcohol, which doesn’t bother with of us as we don’t drink. Amusing to watch people argue over it though. Bar: Mocktail list interesting, asked for all 4 listed and not one had what they said would be in it. It was like a lucky dip. Weather: Stunning 10 days, cloudy for part of one morning, other than that wall to wall sunshine.

We travelled as a family of 5 adults, staying for 1 week. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. We checked in, and we were given our wristbands immediately so we could avail ourselves of the all-inclusive food and drinks. At 15:00 we were given access to our room (116) on the first floor adjacent to the main building. We found the room to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. Over the course of the week, we found all staff to be very friendly, welcoming, polite and very helpful. Here is a shout-out to Nadia in the bar. Thank you for your service. Max and the Captain in the entertainment team, who were always very cheerful, wished us good morning, had a friendly chat with us even though we didn't join in with anything other than Karaoke.

staff are great but let down by bad managment bar ran out of draught beer for 6 days also ran out of glasses tonic water tom juice so warm bottled beer in paper cups restuarant also ran out of wine glasses and dinner plates food average sun beds filthy . hotel is miles from anywhere no public transport so taxes or hotel shuttle bus ,not a very good service would not recommend . salt and pepper desert spoons had to ask for

For the price we paid for a long weekend this hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms were spotlessly clean and more than adequate for what we needed. The grounds of the hotel are stunning and really well maintained and the duck pond and fountains added to the peaceful feel of the gardens. There is a great main pool which is spacious and clean and getting 6 sunbeds together was never a problem whatever time we went. If you're wanting a more chilled quiet pool experience the Relax pool is perfect. There is a bar there too and lots of trees to provide natural shade. The food was great with lots of choice and the desserts were delicious! The drinks were good and whilst there could be a queue for the main bar on a night the staff were always friendly and polite and happy to help. The entertainment was great especially the fire show and the pool party! The entertainment team works really hard making sure everyone is happy and there are activities going on throughout the day. This is a great hotel to explore Marrakech from, the taxis just outside are reliable and inexpensive and the majority of trips will pick you up from the hotel directly. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone planning a trip to Marrakech.

All in all a great resort, a little more guest focus would be most welcome. Hotel Very clean , tidy and welcoming. Rooms Very clean , tidy and welcoming. Good size beds , with a sofa lounger bed . Shower bathroom , separate toilet . Hanging space but not a lot more clothing space so pack wisely. Patio with table and 2 chairs ( when you can get them… see issue below) Tv and small fridge. Pool Very nice clean and maintained Plenty of sun loungers Several umbrella shaded areas. Entertainment team. Aqua robics Archery Darts Golf Yoga Zumba Karaoke Pool party These guys and girls are as the title reads…..just superb , always checking on how you are , always gently coaching you into joining in the fun and games. They are always on the go and full of life. 2 names to shout out are…the wonderful “SAMYA” , we are a party of 6 and after 1 meet she remember our names throughout the holiday , always greeted with a wonderful smile and much enthusiasm. Another would be the cheeky chappie “MAXIMA” always having a laughter and joke with you but never overpowering or imposing. All the other had the same level of enthusiasm however these 2 we had most involvement with. Restaurant Plenty of variety with , lots of stations separating the choices , inside and then the outside too. Flies will try to join your table and the odd bird here and there , but not as bad as it sounds , bearable. Bar All inclusive is timed , last drinks 11pm Issue , bar has 2 serving and at a Moroccan pace. NEED ANOTHER local spirits (whiskey , gin , vodka ) and wines , beer , other spirits cost The bar team have a little gem amongst them “NADIA” such a respectful gracious person. Reception Money exchange , check in/out , team ok. Issue 1 team member I felt was not approachable , rude , basically telling me to talk to the manager after my sixth time of asking for help. Hope this helps other

Nice hotel with the usual amenities, pool area was clean and spacious with plenty of space for you to swim around without bumping into another group. All inclusive buffet was nice with some variety and your staple meals each day. Only one bar serving alcohol which is in the main hotel area, would have been nice to get the same service in the outside bar to save needing to dry and dress yourself to get a cold drink on a very hot day.

We stayed here recently and unfortunately left quite disappointed overall. Food & Drinks: Breakfast was the same every day and the choices were quite poor. Drinks were a real letdown – shorts and cocktails were so watered down they weren’t worth waiting 20–30 minutes for. Beer and wine were just about fine, but the inside bar had an unpleasant smell. On top of that, cocktails and à la carte options came with extra charges. Rooms & Facilities: Our room felt very dated, not particularly clean, and overall quite average. The air con unit was loud, and while the gym was available, it only had basic cardio machines. The pool area was also disappointing – I never saw anyone clean the poolside, which was often covered in muddy, smelly puddles. Service & Staff: On the positive side, the entertainment team were fantastic, and you could really tell the staff were doing their best despite the hotel’s shortcomings. Our sink was broken on arrival, but it was fixed immediately, which we appreciated. Atmosphere: The hotel is very busy, with loud music playing all day. Overall, while the staff and entertainment team do their best, the poor food and drinks, dated rooms, and lack of cleanliness around the hotel really let it down. I’d definitely return to Marrakech but definitely not this hotel

We had a really enjoyable stay here! The staff were super friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, and the wide range of food options meant there was always something new to try (and most of it was delicious!). The hotel is also in a great spot, not too far from the main town, so it was easy to get out and explore. On the downside, the drinks weren’t always served as cold as we would have liked, and we did have a few issues with the air conditioning in our room, which was a bit frustrating. Overall though, these were minor things compared to all the positives. We’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing break.

We had a fantastic stay at Valeria Dar Atlas Resort in Marrakesh. The hotel itself is lovely, with beautifully kept grounds and a massive main pool where we never had any issues finding a sunbed. But there is second pool which is more of a relax pool with no kids. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always kept clean. We did have a few minor issues with the air conditioning, but switching it off and back on again seemed to solve it quickly enough. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment team really stood out—they were fantastic, full of energy, and brilliant with the child we had with us. There was always something happening, both around the pool during the day and in the evenings, which kept things lively and enjoyable. The food had plenty of variety and different options each night—never repetitive and was good. The only downside was the drinks situation: the soft drinks at the bar were often warm, and the beer on tap was out of order for three days, so bottled beer (which was also warm) had to be given instead. The shuttle bus into the Medina was a great added bonus—just 25 minutes each way and only about £2, making it easy and affordable to explore Marrakesh. Overall, this is a lovely resort that offers a great holiday experience, especially for families. With just a bit of improvement on the bar side of things, it would be perfect.

This is our first time in this beautiful hotel and my friend and I we did have an amazing experience to be fair, the entertainment was so good at what they are doing, day time and evening as well, the food was also good and the room too, as the bar staff and service, they were nice with us. We would like to return next time to this place, because everyone are friendly and helpful. Big thanks too all the staff of the hotel Valeria far atlas resort and a special thanks too all the animation team they made our holiday beautiful.

The entertainment team amazing, Mohamed, Max and Cap'tain to name a few and not forgetting the photographer who was friendly and helpful. The spa is well worth a visit. The hotel itself is very tired with rude staff, the food was not great sometimes cold, dirty plates not collected which leaf to no plates to get your food. you have to pay for the Al la carte which is not mentioned by easyJet, constantly queuing for drinks, constantly running out of beer and glasses. The room when we checked in had no fridge and no TV remote, the fridge was rectified the same day the TV took 3 days to get it working after constant visits to reception, it became a constant walk to reception to get thinks done even when we had no bath towels left in our room. After several visits to reception we used hand towels towels after waiting 90 minutes. There is no organisation

Came to marekesh on holiday and the entertainment staff have been amazing especially samya ,there is nothing they wont do for you ,kind and keep you entertained all day would 100 percent recommend the entertainment team are second to none 10/10

It’s was an amazing holiday in Valeria resort marrakech, we spent 9 nights and it been so good every single day, the food was good and room as well and the bar staff they weren’t that good, because of slow serves and the best the entertainment team, they are so good at what they do all the time and especially the fire show the Friday night, it was so talented and the team are so friendly and so helpful Thanks to all the entertainment team and all the staff, I would like to recommend this hotel, and we will come back again next time

At Valeria dar atlas at the moment the hotel is fine food you can always find something to eat lots of french food,rooms are large and clean .the downside is the queue for beer upto 20 minutes normally you can only get two drinks at a time.but the hotel runs out of draught beer every day while we've been here so they resort to giving you bottled warm beer would I come again no .there is nothing around the hotel so you can go for a walk and wander around shops.half hour to Marrakech to the Medina that's an experience hundreds of motor bikes cutting each other off .all the hotel could do is a good clean pool and restaurants that is . cannot fault the entertainment staff they make your holiday also wouldn't take kids here .hotel staff in general very good and friendly

Even though we arrived late due to road closure in UK , we finally made it to our destination just a short 30 minute drive outside of the city, upon arrival we were met with a porter who showed us to reception to get us checked in and escorted us to our room , the rooms were basic but perfectly clean and tidy , we had an explore of the hotel to be met by the fantastic entertainment team around the pool , they give 💯 energy into what they do on a daily basis , they also have alot of time for the guests at the hotel and will iniate you to join in and have a fun holiday , Maxim was amazing had great English and was helpful in a couple of situations of broken chargers and guiding on where to visit , the overall experience has been great from start to finish , just remember guys its a busy busy hotel and these guys work long hours but still keep on smiling 😃 even though they are busy day in day out . Thank you to all the staff here they have been amazing 👏

Really good experience, brilliant activity team & lots to do, lots going on. Good atmosphere friendly place to stay would definitely recommend, the food was good and drinks was good as well, the entertainment 10/10 great shows especially fire one, and all the time there’s things to do. highly recommend it, and my friend and I, we would love to come back again, because we did love this place

Entertainment team are a plus for this hotel Max is great fun He has a twin apparently Hotel food quite good rooms a bit dated Bar needs sorting absolute nightmare getting served and only allowed two drinks at a time Overall you get what you pay for a cheap break away with sunshine

Have to give this place 4 stars as the food labelling or lack of really is the only thing that lets it down. Food was always good and a great variety even for picky eaters. The bar is an odd set up with only one beer pump and all mixers out of bottles. It could be so much better with a little more thought. The entertainment team are absolutely fantastic and work tirelessly. Always happy and smiling and encouraging everyone to get involved. They really do make this hotel what it is. The rooms are dated but we're always clean and I found all staff from cleaners to reception polite and kind at all times. Would I go back ? Already looking 😊

Had a lovely holiday in this hotel, good choice of food, friendly staff in restaurant Bader was lovely, animation team go above and beyond big shout out to Sfiaga especially and Max, Remy and Momo, rooms very clean, big thanks to our lovely cleaner Fouzia, only issue was air conditioning didn’t work sufficiently so very uncomfortable nights sleep in the heat, would recommend this hotel no problem at all.

Enjoying my stay food ok always find something to eat staff very friendly the fire show was very good room are large and kept clean by the maids down side at night there are very large queue for drinks upto 20 minutes waiting time

Amazing hotel, the staff are absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and entertainment team is extremely talented. Definitely, one of the best hotels for entertainment and service. Hotel is small so everything is easy to find. Rooms are lovely, no complaints. Food is very good, lots of options and they cater well to English and French pallets. Honestly, there’s no complaints. They have a night club too which is really good, great energy and music. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel. One of the best in Marrakesh!!

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Valaria Dar Atlas, Arrived mid morning and was allowed to use the facilities straight away although the room wasn't available until 3pm. Used the Spa for a Hammam and massage would recommend this. Good selection of food at all meal times. All staff were friendly. Entertainment was ok and the use of the aqua park in the sister hotel 5 minutes walk away was a nice bonus and was quiet as it wasn't high season. Would happily return and recommend.

This is the second visit to this hotel this year. We have had two fabulous holidays there. The pool is huge and there are plenty of sun beds. The entertainment team work extremely hard and there is something for everyone. My daughter and I did aqua gym twice a day! The rooms are small but clean. Not much storage. We had a better room in March possibly because it was less busy. One disappointment was that our fridge was not working. I reported this to reception immediately, but it wasn't fixed or replaced during the duration of our stay! In 40 degrees it was really a necessity. The shuttle to The Medina is reliable and inexpensive. Our trips via Jet2 wonderful! The staff are polite and friendly and always had a smile. We are returning next March with a friend to celebrate her birthday. Hopefully we will be luckier with the size of the room as it certainly will not accommodate an extra adult comfortably. All in all, this is a brilliant hotel and great value for money.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxed week at this fun resort. Our room was relatively simple but perfectly functional, air con, fridge etc. The pool area is busy but great fun, always something going on to get involved with or watch from a far with a smile. If that’s not your scene, the relax pool is miles away and very peaceful. Food is varied and pretty good. The BBQ area is a highlight and has some great burgers, kebabs, fresh pizza from stone oven. The hotel shuttle service to/from Marrakesh is regular and pretty cheap so very easy to get in and out of the city.

I read some pretty negative reviews online about this hotel, but let me tell you now, it was fabulous! The entertainment team, the bar staff and even the cleaners were top notch, couldn't fault them at all. Food was always piping hot (apart from the cold stuff 😂) and there was soooo much to choose from, if you couldn't find something to eat, then YOU'RE the fussy one! The rooms are clean, and cleaned every single day, comfy beds and decent towels (which you decide when they are changed simply by leaving them on the floor of the bathroom) Be careful with the shower tray, it IS very slippery and it's easy to fall (I know, I did it, but fortunately was ok) There are things to do all day long should you wish to do them. The swimming pool is enormous and absolutely FANTASTIC, I swam multiple times a day, and even when busy, it didn't seem so! Ducks, cats, turtles, guinea fowl all prowl the site! A tiny fly in the ointment was the reception staff, don't know if they got a lot of grief from people (they certainly did NOT from us) but they were never very smiley, helpful or cheerful. Not an issue to us really though as once checked in, didn't really need them until we checked out. For a relaxing, or activity filled break, this place has it all. Would give it 9 out of 10, give it a go, unless you're very picky, or expect too much for your money, you WILL NOT regret it!

The entertainment team were fantastic been to loads of hotels but these guys work very hard for there money. They made everyone feel welcome and look out for us on a daily basis

Stayed at the hotel , 10 nights stay , second time we've stayed here. Check in ....no worries, standard 3pm check in , there is a tourist tax to pay which is pretty standard in most hotels. Room .... Rooms are comfortable and functional , have either a terrace or balcony with table and chairs. TV in room with English movie channel and air conditioning. Shower is nice , hair dryer and soap provided. Food ... food was great plenty of choice Breakfast ..continental, good selection..outside they do fried eggs and omelette cooked to order . Lunch and dinner good selection of meats , pasta. Rice and cakes after..free wine and water upon request . All in all very nice food for a all inclusive hotel. Bar .. this is where review is a bit hit and miss ..local beer , wine and spirits are free you pay for the proper stuff . Beer and wine are OK but spirits can be a let down at time as they tended to restrict messures sometimes just putting a splash in ..needed to ask for more in the drink , but there again if you order two makes a proper drink . Staff.. fantastic thats all i can say . We had the same maid all over our stay brilliant , worth the tip we gave . All in all a good relaxing holiday, enjoyed our stay and would / will be back. Note.. there's no ATM at the hotel but there's one at the sister hotel a short walk away. They do change money at the reception, also no pharmacy so take plenty of medication with you .

Had amazing time in Morocco and this hotel made it such a pleasant experience. Entertainment staff were outstanding went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There was some extra special staff Max and MoMo and Sami such beautiful souls . Food was good something different every night . The only negative was the bar . Really recommend the beautiful hotel x

Transfer from airport just over half hour by taxi. Room was okay. Quite spacious and 4 electric sockets. Small balcony. Separate toilet from shower Good layout with many two-storey blocks of 18 rooms. Decent pools but limited sun loungers with shade. Sunbeds get reserved very early. Animation team are first class. Having been on many holidays I have never participated in so much activity. Yoga, aquacise, beer(water)pong, archery, to name but a few. The team are all so very friendly, interacting sufficiently without being over-the-top. Sfaiga, Maxim, Ramy and he Momo all great guys. The food is nothing special but still managed to eat three meals a day Taxi in to town between £10-£15. Souks a good experience and not expensive also walked to Secret Garden that was a massive contrast against the busy city.

Entertainment team are brilliant. I have never participated in activities or classes when abroad. The team would ask if you wanted take part and you did not feel pressurised to do so. The classes were such good fun. Evening entertainment was very good. Special praise for Maxim. Rami and Sfaiga. Rooms were tired but clean but did have a drain smell although I never complained at reception. The restaurant was very busy. Queues for barbecue food and pancakes. Alot of food but found difficult to put a meal together. Breakfast was the best meal. The bars were busy and frequently ran out of lager and spirits. Reception - one of the male receptionists was particularly abrupt and rude. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Taxi rank outside the hotel. We went to the Suks. The charge for this was 150 dir each way. There is a shuttle bus run by the hotel which is cheaper. Not sure of the charge for this. The sister hotel is close hotel but did not venture in. We were told by other guests that you could not get all inclusuve drinks at this hotel but also you could not buy drinks as we did not have a room number for the hotel. One piece of advice is take a little uk cash which can be exchanged for local currency as card machines are often not available. You can only take a small amount of the currency out of the country.

We spent 1 week at the Valeria Dar Atlas Resort and had an enjoyable time. The animation team were second to none. On past holidays we’ve never got involved in the activities. Here we’ve done yoga, aqua aerobics, dancing, games and enjoyed professional standard evening entertainment. The team have been friendly, fun and enthusiastic and great to spend time with. Special shout outs to Sfaiga, Maxim and Remi. The rooms are a bit tired but there is plenty of room and the shower is hot and decent pressure. There is a fridge and safe (need to pay). The food is a bit basic with not a lot of choice. Although there are salads, meats, vegetables, fresh pizzas rice and cous cous etc there is not a lot of variation. It was nice when they had bbq meats but this wasn’t every night. The desserts were very good and lots of fresh fruit. Ice cream would have been nice in the evenings, not just at lunch. The drinks have been limited with mostly gin, vodka and beer. There were cocktails which we didn’t try. The queues haven’t been too bad and a nice touch providing bar snack of nuts, olives and popcorn at 7pm. We got a taxi to the souks 150dir but a shuttle bus is available and much cheaper. Do it, it’s a lot of fun, felt very safe and comfortable. Yes we’ve had better food and drink, but we’ve enjoyed this holiday in a different way due to the animation team and the way they bring people together and make sure you’re having a good time.

Entertainment team are always upbeat and friendly especially Coco and Sfaiga. They made the effort to talk to us and make sure we are okay. They have multiple activities a day to keep us entertained and the night time entertainment is very good and engaging every night . The hotel is beautiful, the staff are always willing to help. Food is varied and tastes good. Pool is quite big and pretty to be around.

The entertainment staff are exceptional! Big shout out to Max and Momo who really made the holiday for us. The night shows are brilliant, the buffet food was a nice mix with a different theme each night, the rooms were decent with good air con, all in all great value. Would return for sure

Came here with 2 friends for 4 nights, overall it has been a fun weekend the hotel entertainment was amazing, daytime activities like ping pong n black jack to keep you entertained between relaxing by the pool and evenings were thoroughly enjoyable, on our short trip we saw an explosive fire show, enjoyed an evening pool party and danced the evening away with the amazing animation team. Our room was adequate although we had an issue that we did not get a 3rd duvet and only 2 towels, we managed to get a 3rd towel after 2 days of using a hand towel however the reception team did not seem to understand the need for a 3rd duvet. I will say the air con worked perfectly as my friends had it on all night to my annoyance 🤣 the bar staff were all friendly and we had plenty choice of drinks. Foodwise, there was lots of choice however I did find meats seemed dry and pasta not cooked enough, and did struggle a litlle but the outside barbecue had the best meat - this at lunch was the highlight of the day. As 3 females we felt safe and enjoyed our short trip away.

Don’t take any notice of people giving poor reviews, they get a thrill from worrying people.We are here now, It’s a really nice relaxed hotel in a fabulous and friendly country. Rooms- absolutely fine, not dated 70’s decor, it’s traditional Moroccan!! Bed comfy and changed whenever we asked. Shower was really good and a decent bathroom, towels when ever we needed. Food- we brought our 2 grown up sons over and they really enjoyed the food. Loads of choice every day for breakfast dinner and evening. If you feel the need to order McDonalds in it says more about you than the food! Staff - I don’t really get involved in the whole animation side of things (far too miserable) They were friendly and always helpful in any interaction we had. Hard working to make our stay enjoyable. Pools and Gardens - lovely and well kept, the pool by the Spa is really good, always got beds and one of the cleanest we’ve ever swam in. The free slides in the adjoining resort were amazing, we had great fun as a family like the old days. Overall - would definitely come back here, and would recommend to anyone. It’s hard to find a hotel that doesn’t have the odd bad review, this hotel is good so please ignore them. Anyone who says “not a 4 star” or “had to order food in” I don’t read any further. Wish I’d found it when the kids were little, it would have been perfect. Get it booked!!!

Amazing staff and friendly people, this our first time in Morocco and Valeria Dar atlas Marrakech and we had a good time with the entertainment team, the room good and the bar also good and the food it was only pizza and fresh grilled chicken. It was a lovely week and we did enjoy it to be fair, and in fact maybe I’ll be back someday. So thanks to all the nice staff

My partner and I, we had a good stay in this resort Valeria dar atlas marrakech, and we did enjoy our holiday for the first time, my partner was in Morocco before and we met one of he's friend call Maximos in the hotel he works entertainer. I want to say that everything was amazing. The food nice and the bar good and friendly staff and the best are the entertainment team, we did have fun with their activities during the day and also the evening entertainment, we definitely want to be back again with my kids next year. Big shout out to Maximos and all the team and all the staff of the hotel, you are wonderful guys, see you soon.

First time in Morocco, and we had a great week here. We requested a first floor room close to reception, and the room was clean, bed was comfortable. We took a kettle but never used it, as coffee is freely available in the bars, just ask for it in a paper cup if you want to take back to your room. Also 1.5L water bottles were freely available. Bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. Bath towels are collected early and then replaced later in the day, but only if you place them on the bathroom floor. Food was reasonable, you will likely find something you like. Some days there were Oysters, Tuna fish, Roast Turkey, Leg of Lamb, Tagines and Paella. There's also plenty for vegetarians, Pizza/pasta/salad/cheese/fries/etc. Desserts are plenty but all very similar and nothing special. Get there when the restaurant opens and you will have to wait less in queues, especially for the hot food served outside. Unfortunately not all the food was labelled, and even when it was, there was no nutritional information, so people with allergies will struggle. Drinks were freely available, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and bar staff did a great job serving you. There was no pressure to buy the branded alcohol, and the free alcohol was just fine. The white/rose wine served in the restaurant in the evening was lovely, you get it by the bottle, good quality 12.5% vol. Most of our time was spent around/in the pool which is a great size. They have aquafit classes daily, there are ball games being played in the pool and one evening they also had a foam party in the pool. The entertainment team are amazing too, they are great dancers and really try to get everyone involved. Tried the hotel nightclub which opens around 11:30pm, wasnt too many people in there, even at around 12:30, there were only about 10-15 people. The atmosphere and music is nice. Drinks are not free in there, but prices were reasonable. Get on a sunbed, soak up the sun, get in the pool, join the activities, dance, enjoy the food and drink, take the shuttle bus to the Medina, try an excursion, and you will have a great time. We certainly did! The positives outweighed any small negatives there were.

We had a fantastic time here. Very sad to go home. The good bits: The entertainment was fantastic. I have never stayed anywhere where they put this much effort in- the Moroccan night entertainment was just amazing. We didn't join in for all the bits (had to miss the pool party that sounded a hoot). Super friendly staff. The bar staff where amazing and so hard working, especially when lines can be long. The relax pool is the best place to go to if you want to unwind and read a book. But the main pool has lots of activities, (there's no inclusive alcohol at the relax pool, just soft drinks included and you can buy cocktails at 80mad) There was always something we could eat and the chefs put in a lot of hard work in the heat. It's not typical English food but that's why you go on holiday-to try new things. There's burgers, pizza and chips outside. House keeping comes round everyday and the hotel is kept clean and tidy. There is a shuttle bus for 20mad each way per person, takes you right to the arts centre some have air conditioning and are lovely. Some are not. What's not so good: The lack of labels in the dining room for food. Cross contamination and just not really knowing what is what. Seeing the tongs getting used for chips and then burgers and then pizza. The drinks at the bar, they put tinny amounts of alcohol in. And it's 2 per person- so getting a round is not happening. The rooms are basic. Clean but basic. Overall we loved it here. The staff deserve a raise!! Oh and side note- if you a a person who gets a period, it's £7 for a pack of pads/tampons. In Morocco - we bought some at both the shop and the pharmacy and both were expensive. So maybe pack some emergency ones for just incase.

I wish this hotel stay the same every years because everything its good here I would come back again here it's amazing and lovely hotel because we had an amazing holiday me and my friend and people soo friendly good and kind and more helpfully and the entertainment team its was very amazing have yoga and pool and more things the food more culture and delicious and the room soo clean and comfort and the staff in bar also soo amazing tha k u my friend for all appreciated dar atlas see u soon .

Mr Tash photography man is the best and takes wonderful pictures definitely recommend, all entertainment team work hard throughout the day and also night putting on great performances. Food was good a bit repetitive but always something good to eat, if you can’t find something then ask staff will always cook chicken nuggets and chips for you. Bar staff amazing all round a very good family holiday and would return without hesitation. Weather has been good would recommend bring high factor sun cream cause gets very warm. Pools are clean and tidy always have to be careful of bees with drinks. Rooms were clean and tidy also lady that clean our room gave our daughter a beautiful bracelet and would talk to us when she seen us. So pleased we chose Morocco Marrakesh for our family holiday thank you to everyone at Valeria Dar Atlas resort hotel for our amazing family holiday

it’s was a lovely holiday in this resort of Valeria dar atlas marrakech, we enjoyed our week nine of, the pool was nice rooms also good and clean, the entertainment team absolutely amazing and so talented as well, the fire show was fantastic on Friday night, the food was ok and the bar was good. i really appreciate the hard work all the staff do to make everyone having a great time, thanks guys and hope see you again next time

We had an amazing family holiday here; 12 days of fun and relaxing with good food, a great mix of activities for both the adults and children and good evening entertainment overall A big shout out to the entertainment team as all of the reps were lovely and would take the time to chat and many worked with my little girl on her acrobatics after yoga sessions etc one to one which was really sweet of them Yes the bar queues were long at time and a little bit frustrating with some odd practices at dinner tines by some staff but that did not spoil the experience at all We would definitely consider returning!

Such an amazing hotel with friendly staff and lovely food. Great selection of hot and cold hot. The pools are lovely and you get access to the water park at the sister park just down the road. We had no issues with getting sunbeds. Only downside was that there was always a long queue for the bar. There’s many activities to do there including tennis courts. The hotel run a shuttle bus for a return to the markets which only costs €4. We would love to return again, recommend to all!

i have been in the other side of the hotel call Madina and this year we want to try Valeria Dar atlas, and we really enjoyed it more than first time in Morocco, we definitely want to come back again with all the families. i will start with the entertainment, they are so talented and so friendly and helpful, all the time activities and every evening different entertainment show, i want to thank all the team for the amazing job they do to make ever involved and having so much fun. the rooms was really nice and all the time clean, thanks to all the cleaners and we appreciate the hard work they do as well. the restaurant good, we loved the Moroccan Tajin and Couscous. the bar staff are so friendly and they are good smiling. also the life guard are very nice guys thanks to all the staff of this beautiful hotel

We spent a week here and it was the first holiday we’ve been on as a family that we are looking forward to coming home from a holiday. The animation team are amazing, they are friendly, are always making everyone feel welcome and really put in the effort to make everyone’s stay. They work so hard and are with their weight in gold. The hotel itself is just a let down. The rooms are tired and covered in ants. We have multiple rooms and all were equally as bad. With sockets hanging off the wall. When we arrived we did not have enough towels or pillows in either room. I asked 3 times on the first day for an extra pillow and none arrived. I ended up sleeping with no pillow so that the children had one to sleep on. Again the next day I asked for a pillow and towels and none arrived. At dinner time on the second day I went back to reception and said I would wait there until I had enough towels and pillows for us all. Our air con did not work at all for the first two days, reception did nothing until we spoke to our jet2 rep which then made them deal with it. Not ideal for sleep in 36+ degree heat. The food is just not great. It is the same every day, the queues for things like pizza and chips (the only child friendly food) there was, was rediculous all the time. We had to speak with our rep as the children ate Pringles for dinner one night as there was nothing they would eat. Who spoke with management who then brought chicken nuggets out and fresh chips to our table so they would eat. We ended up sharing them with families around us as their children were not eating wither. On the 6th day we were so fed up with the food that we ordered a mc Donald’s for dinner. Which was by far the best meal of the holiday, which is very sad. On the first few days we tipped the restaurant staff who then made such an effort with us. We’d turn up at the restaurant and our table was laid up ready, with the the drinks already on the table for us. The staff were brilliant and work so hard. The bar is ok, beer is fine but spirits are very watered down and they will only give you 2 drinks at a time, which I appreciate but when you have multiple children does not work. The choice is beer, vodka, gin or whisky. We’ve never been on a holiday where this is all they offer, no rum or any other choice. Multiple times they have run out of alcohol and only had whisky left. They do have large bottles of water which are available from the bar and are unlimited. The pool is big enough for the size of the hotel and not freezing cold like a lot that you go too. There’s always games on around the pool and the entertainment staff keep you entertained all day. But the pool area itself is old and needs work. The tiles are lose and multiple children over the week cut their feet open on them. It is also muddy around the pool, I’ve never not seen lifeguards hose down the sunbeds and pool area at the end of the day. I did not see this once. For the price of the hotel it was very average, and as family we feel cheated out of a holiday. There is more negatives and positives. We tried not to let it ruin our holiday but overall it was disappointing. The only positive was the entertainment staff. We are all looking forward to heading home tomorrow which is a total shame.

Our first time in this hotel Valeria far stale marrakech and we did enjoy our stay with all the animation team because they been brilliant, every day activities to do and evening entertainment as well and every evening is different, we did love the fire show and very friendly and so helpful a big thanks to all the team, especially Max and Momo. The rooms was very basic and it needs improvement. Food very repetitive and difficult to find what you can eat but staff in resteraunt very good and helpful . Reception staff are ok And the cleaners are not as good as we thought. Bar staff are very hit and miss ( some good some bad ) In fact I would like to come back again but just because of the entertainment team.

I’m not one for writing reviews, but I’m here right now on day 3 I really was put off by the reviews on here and was dreading coming but I honestly should listen to people when they say don’t read them cos it’s been brilliant so far, food great and labelled, we are aboard, expect different culture foods but there is the usual chips, pizza, burgers etc The beer and wine is great, love the fact you get a bottle of wine instead of it by the glass, and the free bottled water is massive compared elsewhere. Drinks aren’t watered down like some are saying. There will be wasps and flies but not to the extent of the reviews, hardly seen any and especially not on the food The pool is nice and clean and plenty of beds, the rooms are traditional rooms and clean, cannot fault the air con. Yeah they may need some tlc, but nothing to shout home about. The grounds are nice and tidy Entertainment is brilliant and they go above and beyond What else do you want? The staff are polite and helpful I’m so confused by the bad reviews, yeah it could do with some modifications but that shouldn’t affect your holiday and slate the hotel

We have just come back from Morocco it was our first time visiting this lovely country.. I will start with what we liked then what we disliked this is a personal thoughts of the hotel When we arrived it was around 1pm but could not get out room till 4pm but we could get food and drink straight away.. we went to find something to eat and drink and out 10 year old of course wanted to get in the pool lol.. When we went to get our room key a gentleman gave us our room key and we exchanged some cash for local currency.. his English was not great so the lady next to him was able to help with our questions so much easier..we found our room to be clean and was cleaned everyday we did have to keep asking for 3 towels as we was only ever given 2 .. Aircon was ok not brilliant but done the job..power sockets were very low near the floor. Entertainment team are amazing on the go all day they would come sit down with us talking to us play games with the kids and they seem to enjoy it which really did show.. I don't normally join in much but they kept trying to have a laugh with me slowly getting me to do activities more and more. The pool was clean but really did need a bit of modernising like tiles cracked 2 metal balls in floor near steps which would hurt if u stood on them and lights in pool being held on with cable ties.. The grounds to the hotel are nice plenty of places to get nice photos BAD THINGS Food was a problem if u have fussy eaters the food is really not geared up for the kids could really do with a kids corner just the basic chips nuggets pizza things like this would have gone down well..on our last couple of days they we asked for chips and nuggets they did make them for the kids.. they made us so many what we had left some of the families with kids had them this was not just the English kids. The hotel it self and rooms are a little rundown and needed modernising and repairs even round the pool did not happen quick a light in the pool had been broken bits of sharp plastic all over the bottom of the pool it was left like this all day me and few other people went to the bottom of the pool to pick up as much broken plastic so not to let anyone get cuts on feet.. when we told the staff and showed the damage and broken light floating in pool they just said it been reported and when we showed them plastic on bottom of pool they was not worried.. The outside pool bar we called it the fly bar as so many flies and wasps cause drinks got spilled out 10 year old would not go anywhere near the bar worried she would be stung.. last few days it was not so bad the bar area did look cleaner so not as many flies and wasps Would I come back not sure only cause my 10 year old wanted more things to do she could have gone to the other hotel to use slides but would rather have it all on 1 site.. but would say if they done some modernisation to the hotel I would probably come back.. last thing when we arrived could have done with map of the hotel and grounds

Excellent holiday, its been a lovely with in this resort valeria dar atlas, we really enjoyed our stay with all the entertainment team. Everyday is different with them and all the time activities and evening shows, especially the fire show that was absolutely amazing 👏🏻 The room was nice comfy and all the time clean The bar staff are friendly and always smiling 😃 The food nice and we did enjoyed it, and too many choices. Definitely we will come back again

Hotel is absolutely filthy dirty !!! When complained to reception on numerous occasions this was never dealt with !!! Kitchen staff doubling dipping food infront of guests ! Beyond revolting ! Numerous guests were sick with bad stomachs, including my family , barely ate anything at the hotel it’s inedible ! staff are rude unhelpful! Till we left our room was never rectified or cleaned ! Only good thing about this hotel is the entertainment staff !! Very entertaining , friendly , kept constant engagement wit guests ! They deserve the 5 stars! Pool is falling to pieces , lifeguards using cable ties to attach things together ! Broken lights ! beware !!!! Stay clear of this hotel !!!

This is a genuine review as a couple Just returned from the hotel, overall was a relaxing break for 7 days but could be so much better. Room was clean and big, maid service was daily and did a good job. Grounds were lovely and well kept, all staff were constantly working to keep the inside and outside clean and tidy. Staff were nice, friendly and chatty. Pool bar is horrible, full of flies and wasps around the drinks, had a drink with a fly/wasp in it, the guy just scooped it out, handed it to me and expected me to drink it, explained the amont of diseases they carry and asked for a new one, he wasn't very happy!! The Pool is big but not big enough for the amount of people at the hotel, constant challenge to find sun beds if your there after 7.30am, there is a relaxing pool but you have to pay for food and drink there ( not fully inclusive as we thought !). Could do with multiple speakers around the pool, currently have one and if your anywhere near it you end up with a headach as it blasts out the music, hence constantly looking for sun beds away from the speaker. They did run out of draft beer a couple of times, no problem as the bottled beer was better than the draft. Paid cocktails were nice ( about £6.50 ) but the normal all inclusive cocktails were a joke, very little alcohol in them, just a splash and whatever drink you asked for they all tasted the same of fruit juice. Did ask for a bit more in them but was glared at!! Food was as expected from an all inclusive hotel, couple of nice dishes but rest was bland, says a lot when the biggest que ( adults and kids ) was for pizza !! This could be such a nice place to go if they looked at some of the issues above as the staff, people and Morocco are lovely. Sorry but won't be going to this hotel again, but will be going back to Morocco.

Putting this here for people who are freaking out about the bad reviews me and my 4 children are English still here and having a blast yes they do cater more for french but they also include English and there are a lot of English here! The people here are helpful and lovely this is a forigen country so if your polite they are I was so welcome because of the reviews but it’s lovely pls don’t worry all is fine ❤️

The entertainment team are amazing especially Ramy, Max,Reda, Sfayga. They made our experience a really enjoyable one. The staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly, accommodating and hard working. The food was good with a good choice and selection each day. All round good experience.

my wife and I, we been here 3 times and we really love this hotel because of the lovely staff and friendly people ❤️ and definitely we will be back again and again, we feel like it's our second home, everyone smiling and big welcoming every time we got in the hotel, a big thanks to all the entertainment team, and the bar staff as well and the restaurant, the room was as beautiful as before. yeah I want to really recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an amazing holiday, it's nice for the families and couples and solo though

The entertainment team were always friendly but not too pushy about you joining in with activities if you didn't want to. There was always something to please all ages. Lovely friendly team all around. Only downside all though WiFi advertised through the resort this can be quite intermittent.

Entertainment team was super great and always getting everyone up to do all activities. Bar staff was pretty slow and sometimes rude as if it was a massive chore to serve you. Food was okay nothing special but had a few good options.

Firstly WOW if you’re worried about coming to Morocco DONR BE! Especially if you’re coming to Valeria de Atlas. You all read reviews stating reception are rude - i did not experience any rudeness from them at all. The entertainment team are beyond AMAZING… Ramy the most personable guy you could meet. Maximus, MoMo, Khaled and the one and only gorgeous CoCo. I wish I could remember the spellings of some more names SOCKS (he knows he is) I cannot tell you how welcome they made us all feel. Mr Hat needs to give them all a raise. Mine and my sons a holiday was made amazing by ALL of these guys that work tirelessly with smiles on their faces to make your holiday special and one to remember. I would 10000% recommend Valeria de Atlas to anyone because of them all. Morocco is special because od the beautiful people who you meet there. Please do not be put off by the reviews from people with unrealistic expectations the hotel, facilities but more than that THE PEOPLE will make it one of the best holidays you will ever have!! I truly feel I wasted my money. Service, food, staff ... everything was so disappointing. Queues everywhere. Even speaking to General Manager didn't change anything.They were even serving raw meat. Only entertaining team is doing their job properly. Never gonna be back again

Arrived early morning and was told the room would be ready at 3 but could go and use all the facilities, which was great. Was there for 5 days and paid £13 (roughly) for the city tax. There were lots of drinks that were included, bar staff were a bit slow and when there was a queue didn't go any faster or would continue their convocation before serving. The drinks are only included until 11 in the evening anything after that was a charge, except water. The rooms are little bit outdated but was fine. Our shower head was hanging off the wall as a screw had come undone but was still okay to use. Did book for a double bed but received two singles pushed together but not the end of the world. Air condition worked well and was nice to have during the evening. Had a mini fridge to keep water in. Every day the cleaners were changing towels and cleaning your room which was much apricated. The food was okay, had lots of options but not great for picky eaters, the pizza over was my saviour. Did have to queue for food but wasn't too long and was for all the popular dishes, be aware there are a lot of people that will just push in even if there is a line. The entertainment team were incredible, all of them were super kind and would always come and have a chat with you and ask if you were okay. Most of the customers were French so a lot of the time the team spoke French but would translate as much as they could. I found that the grounds were well looked after, there were plenty of bins, gardeners and cleaners. The pools were great as you had one that was used for the families and then you had the relaxing pool, which was just used by adults, perfect for some quite time. The hotel also has some shops outside the entrance which was great to garb some snacks or some inflatables for the pool. You do have access to the other hotel, which has waterslides, me and my partner did wonder down but couldn't find them as was very busy. For the evening entertainment it does get busy, but they do move tables and chairs from the bar for people to sit down and each night it is something different. One of the days the hotel had a little market which was great for people that were just staying at the hotel and not visiting the town. They do have photographers, and you can buy the pictures for a reasonable price. Overall, there are a couple of things that maybe need a changing, but the hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and it is reasonably priced so can't complain. Would defiantly go back myself and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The grounds and rooms were beautiful, as were the pools. The restaurant exceptional. Food wonderful, such a great selection, including vegetarian options. Such warm and friendly staff that work their hardest to ensure you have a great time. Can’t wait to return. One of the best holiday experiences had. Highly, highly recommend. I visited with my 20 and 14 year old. I had the most relaxing experience. Kids had a fantastic time. My 14 yo enthralled at the fantastic evening entertainment…

Hotel spotless. Food fantastic (unless you are looking for typical British junk food). Pool good size. Bar busy with AI* guests making the most of it. STAFF….. absolutely work themselves in to the ground. Do every thing they can for you to make your stay as good as possible. My only negative would be potentially the bar manager (or the older gent hanging around the bar area waiting on the French families and making other bar staff do the same) I’m guessing he is doing his best to line his own pocket as you can visually see other bar staff are not happy with this. Again, only in and around the bar, safety is bottom of the list and the same member of staff (potential bar manager) was quite happy for very small children to run around the bar area bare footed knowing full well there was smashed glass all over the floor. He did however address this when he was forced to. Entertainment team are second to none. Their skills have no end. Their enthusiasm, encouragement and friendliness is above and beyond their pay scale I am sure. Would I go back to Morocco??? 100% And yes, same place.

In August 2025 we fell in love with Marrakech! We have had the best holiday and don’t want to leave. There was something for all of us, food was great and staff were so friendly and helpful. To top it all they had the best entertainment team. Funny, fabulous activities, got everyone involved; we loved the dancing and variety of performances. It’s the first holiday that we have all took part in everything and loved it. Definitely recommend, loved every second.

Best holiday experience ever, amazing staff, lovely food and all round an amazing hotel, this our first time in this country and we really loved it. Moroccan people are so nice an helpful, we had a good time in this hotel Valeria far atlas marrakech, the entertainment team are so talented, especially the fire show and dancing one. We’ve just come back from 7nights at this hotel and wouldn’t be in a rush to go back. I’d read reviews etc before arriving about food not being labeled and had emailed the hotel in advance due to my mum having a wheat allergy and they assured me that food would be provided that she could eat however this seemed like too much trouble for them to do, the food wasn’t even labelled as to what it was on most occasions never mind knowing if it was safe for her to eat! The food wasn’t great either, you’re lucky if u get to have any chips of any of the fresh food they cook on the bbq as people were just piling their plates up and not leaving any for others. If you like pasta twice a day then you’re okay as there’s plenty of that to go around! Be prepared to be putting your towels round the pool early especially if you want a parasol for some shade, we got down there at 8:15 on our last day and there were not beds with a parasol left. The bar staff on the inside bar were great, yes many of them clearly prefer the French guests and some occasionally don’t smile but we never had an issue with any of them, they always spoke to us and made us feel welcome the only issue was hot glasses and no ice at times! Only being able to get 2 drinks from the bar is pretty rubbish when you’re a big group and don’t want to all keep going to the bar…especially with the size of the queue at times! Animation team need to learn that not all guests speak French when they’re at the evening entertainment. Wasn’t an issue during the day as the guys came to speak to us daily checking in making sure we were all okay but as soon as we took the children to mini disco in an evening it was mainly in French yet there was a fair amount of English children there with no idea what was being said! We had 2 rooms with 2 adults and a child in each yet when we arrived we had to go to reception to ask for bedding and pillows and towels for the third person. Then the cleaner only ever gave us 2 towels each day after this. Also don’t expect your sheets to ever be changed…we had the same sheets for the whole 7nights! We never had an issue with the air con in either room though as I’ve seen this in other reviews. The hotel isn’t prepared for the amount of guests they have sitting for the entertainment on an evening as there was never enough tables and chairs, they had to take from the inside bar which would mean people who didn’t want to sit outside either had to sit in the hot reception area (no air con) or stand inside the bar which has plenty of space for tables and chairs but these are moved outside. The French/Moroccan guests definitely take priority over us Brits and this is very noticeable. The beer and vodka were good, I wouldn’t say it’s watered down but some bar staff do bigger measures than others. Overall we had a “good” holiday, the first all inclusive we’ve been to where I’ve not gained any weight! Would I be recommending this hotel or return again in the future…BIG FAT NO!!!

This is my first time in valeria dar atlas Marrakech and my first in Morocco, i did enjoy my holiday, the food was Nice and the room also clean and Nice as well, the most that i loved is the animation team, they are doing an amazing job and working hard to make everyone involved, bigshot out to all the team. Beautiful traditional resort, fantastic food, basic drink selection. The entertainment team are fantastic and involved everyone, treat you like family. If I had to find a negative I would say very hot and limited umbrellas for shade, WiFi patchy but staff are so helpful. I will definitely be back. If your thinking about going here, do it. Youll have a fantastic time. A week is enough. Bus into Marrakech but we didn't use it, we enjoyed relaxing and spending quality time. Late flights? Only £30 to keep the room which is fair. Do it!

Honestly if you read this review then rethink about booking this hotel! The Food is terrible, poor selection and no hygiene. Members of our family got sick! The Staff couldn’t care less about you, the hotel had no aircon in the restaurant or reception. Not enough chairs and tables for the evening entertainment, and was extremely loud up until 11pm. The Que for drinks was out the door of the bar, very slow service. If you want a positive, the pool was nice.

The entertainment team are amazing, they are very welcoming and will always see if your ok, they is different entertainment every night from pool party to white nights. rooms are spacious. Food is good. Would recommend this hotel

We had the best holiday! The accommodation was lovely and the resort was beautiful! The food was incredible and there was always so much to choose from, we often couldn’t decide what to try first. The best part of the holiday was the staff and the entertainment team, they were so friendly and helpful and incredible dancers! The shows they put on in the evening were amazing, particularly the fire show and the dancing! We will definitely be back again! Chak, Ramy, MoMo, Max and Sveda were absolutely incredible and made sure we had the best holiday!

The food was amazing, lots of selection for each meal time. The entertainment team were amazing! They are very interactive with all hotel visitors, Momo, Chak, Max, Sveda and Ramy especially are very energetic and happy and welcoming. The evening entertain and activities are all very well chosen and all fun and exciting.

Nice rooms with good air conditioning and small fridge, lovely reception area, restaurant like a free for all very noisy and had to join lots of different queues for food and drinks, food reasonable but the amount some people took and wasted was awful, best meal was breakfast with fresh pancakes and omelette. Best part of hotel was adult only pool which was very well policed by bar staff and lifeguard Not a place I would return to but an experience And 2 of our group left with bad stomach problems 😫

Upon arrival there was a 2 hour delay from when we could check in to when we got our room. We ended up getting a room which was already occupied and had to be re roomed twice. Receptionists Khalid and Wafae were rude and unhelpful. They offered no apology and said speak to the manager. I could not get hold of the manager for the duration of my stay. The resst of the facilities were good. Food was average but plenty. The pools were good.

Just a little info before our official review, we are a family of 4. 2 adults & 2 children aged 5&8. We weren’t expecting a 5* hotel but I’d barely give it a 2* Hotel- Old fashioned inside a lot of work needs doing to make it nicer/safer. Broken tiles, loose coverings on drains. Not enough sun parasols for all sunbeds & in the heat of 44 degrees it’s needed. We saw numerous people faint because of this. The bar was a nightmare to get drinks served, very basic & retired looking room. Staff- most were horrendous & rude that’s the only thing I can say on that. Bar staff are incapable of serving drinks in a timely manner, maybe if they stopped talking to other staff working they’d get the queue down quicker. Everything and I mean everything was too much to ask staff they definitely don’t want to try to help you. Reception man was incredibly rude, I told him after check in we only had 2 beds made was told it was my fault. Eventually bought another bed to the room. Staff were more attentive to the French rather than British. If the staff aren’t being rude, they’re being mildly creepy to my 8 year old daughter, not serving her a bottle of water unless she spoke to them because he wanted to hear her voice (no thank you) which my daughter was visually uncomfortable with. Staff have a taken too if your child is blonde haired & blue eyed. Entertainment- not rubbish but not great either. They have pool & day time activities but staff went to the same guests & didn’t make time for others. Kids disco was 5 songs the same every night. Kids club- staff were okay however my children complained they were bored as all they used to do was play Lego. Even though there is a board outside kids club with what is meant to be a time table of fun things to do daily- this wasn’t not adhered too. Food- let’s not forgot the horrendous food. There is flies everywhere in the food hall, nothing to stop them. Swarms in sauces and jams, no fly boxes to alleviate the problem. Nothing is labelled correctly so good luck to work out what is in the foods especially the cold salads. They run out of food so quickly, you could be waiting for pizza & chips for up to 20 minutes. No one has the patience for that in this heat. Two of us ended up with poorly tummies and sickness. So ended up with the safe option of bread and butter. The only staff who actually were kind and hard working were the cleaners, groundskeepers and housekeeping. Overall, we would not return to this hotel. We’ve stayed in much nicer hotels in Morocco. If you want incredibly cheap and cheerful go for it, but don’t say we didn’t warn you!

We’ve just returned and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The resort is clean with spacious rooms, food varied with great BBQ’s and the entertainment team really do engage with everyone throughout the day keeping people occupied. Restaurant timings are (helpful to know if you have kids): Breakfast 7.15-10.30 Lunch 12.30-3 Snack (pancakes and waffles) 4.30-5.30 Dinner 7.15-10.30 Our room was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults & 2 kids (9&6). Only downside was there was no hot water in the shower all week - not a deal breaker as it was so hot but after you’ve been in the AC room it would’ve been good to have warm/hot water. It gets busy in the restaurant but that didn’t bother us too much, we enjoyed the food selection and the kids ate pizza and pasta most days! The lunch time BBQ was our favourite. Thoroughly enjoyed aqua gym twice a day and the kids enjoyed archery every day. We didn’t use the kids club but did see the facilities and they were really good and included a pool! All in a large shaded area. We paid for a short trip to Marrakesh - I’d advise going in the morning when it’s quieter but it was really hot! We used get your guide for our trip to the dessert which was great value for money. Overall a great hotel and facilities, we were really happy

The hotel is great but it is made amazing by the fantastic animation team. Every single one of them are so energetic and talented. They involve all age groups and engage with everyone. The gala night and fire show 🔥was out of this world and they were all excellent and made it a truly magical evening. Can't wait for the pool party this evening. Our whole family is enjoying the stay from my 10 year old daughter to my 80 year old mother. Would recommend this hotel. Xxx

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to the entertainment team—Maxim, Coco, Momo and Rami—who truly went above and beyond to make our time unforgettable. I’d also like to give a special mention to Mehdi from the bar staff, who was extremely helpful and kind when I had an upset stomach after eating food outside the hotel. His care and attentiveness really meant a lot. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with plenty of delicious options for vegans and vegetarians—something that really stood out to us. If you’re planning a stay, don’t miss Saturday night at the hotel—it’s the White Party with fire dancers, and it’s an experience you absolutely won’t forget!

We have just come back from a week here, 6 of us 4 adults, 1 teenager and a 7 year old, after reading the reviews we were a bit worried but we all had a great time. On arrival the reception staff were not very nice, we arrived around 1pm told our rooms would not be ready till 3pm so we decided to look around and have a drink at the bar. We had 2 rooms which were on the ground floor nice little patio area with table and 3 chairs the rooms are basic not much room to place your clothes but comfortable and clean towels are changed every day. The entertainment staff are great talking and getting you to join in, the food was not to my liking really struggled to find anything I liked, breakfast was good. Great pool and lots of sunbeds. Their was a bit of a queue for the bar but it did go down quickly, they have a coach to take you into town at 20 dirhams each way, apart from the reception staff we had no problems with the staff treated us well and were polite. The evening entertainment was good especially the pool foam party, we had a brilliant holiday with great weather.

Entertainment team has been perfect, every day and night without fail been so energetic and friendly, made us feel so welcome, especially Max, Chak, Khalid Biggest standout was Max every day coming to sit with me and my partner to make sure we are okay and interested in any activities raking part throught the day. The room was comfortable and clean all the time, and we really appreciated the cleaning staff about the hard work they do to make everything clean. The Bar was good. The hotel room was a good size and clean. Well placed for all the facilities. The entertainment staff were absolutely amazing and a credit to the hotel! The biggest let down was the reception staff, as others have mentioned. We found them rude, unhelpful and dismissive.

It was a great time, all of the family had something to do together and alone, meaning everyone got the most out of it. The entertainment in the evening was great everynight especially Maxim and Momo! All of the staff brought a good energy that made you enjoy yourself and feel welcome. They were also very helpful when planning excursions and genuinely knowledge on how to get around the city. In all, it was a great experience, highly recommend and see myself back here!

The hotel was limited on food options. The staff and entertainment team were helpful, friendly and great with little kids. The games around the pool are excellent. The pool is lovely and it's quite easy to get sunbeds. The rooms are basic and really hot. My room's Aircon wasn't working and we asked for it to be looked at but nobody came. Some staff are quite abrupt but most aren't. Even though the restaurant opens at specific times, you go in and not everything is ready. Overall I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay.

A great hotel. Food was delicious. Entertainment team very friendly. My boys enjoyed their stay. The drinks are unlimited and no one frowns if you come back within 2 minutes. They are very generous. Yes by the pool they use paper cups but by the bar you can use glass cups. A very clean hotel. Just one thing that would make this a better if there was a snack bar opened earlier. There is one snack bar but it's from 4.30 till 5.30 which is no good when you have an excited child that doesn't want to eat much for lunch as it takes away their pool time but cries hungry at 3pm. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Visited for 10 days in July and had such an amazing stay, the staff at the hotel are amazing especially the animation team. They are all so fantastic and helpful, making us feel so welcome and would definitely visit again !

Overall, we had an absolutely lovely week’s holiday at the Valeria Dar Atlas Resort. For us the stand out feature of this hotel is most definitely the staff, everyone would go out their way to make sure you are having a lovely time - and certainly did not face any ‘racism against the English’ as others suggest. Mo mo, Chak and Sfaiga were especially exceptional - always chatty and getting us to join in on the activities ! They made our holiday and it was really nice to chat to them. Our only criticism would be as vegetarians the food labelling could be improved - however saying this there was always pizza and chips as well as pasta to rely on. The rooms and site were also very clean. We would definitely recommend this to families as a place to stay.

This has to be worst hotel/ resort I've ever stayed in. If this is 4 star then standards have really dropped. The rooms are basic at best, the air conditioning in my room didn't work for 3 days,I complained every day a few times and they completely ignored me. The staff are blatantly racist against the English ,for example The last time I complained about the air conditioning reception brought the service guy out he just stared at me and wouldn't even go to my room to fix it, this was the last night of my holiday, they eventually offered me another room and this was last thing at night , what was the point. When you wanted serving at the bar,they would serve others first, i:e French, Morroccon African etc I pointed that out at reception many times and again ignored. Do yourselves a favour pick someplace else because Marakeche is a great holiday and local people not at the resort are so nice.

Did not enjoy our stay at all. We booked the hotel based off the pictures and the 4 star rating it had. However, when you get there it’s nothing like it. Rooms dated, not clean just for context my bedside lamp was hanging off the wall. The shower was old and basic and the toilet leaked the whole time and the food in general was terrible. The staff down in the bar near reception were all rude and seemed like they couldn’t be bothered serving us. There are a few occasions but there was one guy who always just chucked the water bottles on the bar instead of giving it me and they never actually acknowledged I was even there. They also tell you there’s a snack bar but that just doesn’t exist. They also have a sign where you can only grab 2 drinks per person however they allowed some to grab 4 or more at once. We went to try and use the water park but the water wasn’t running on the slide and there were not staff there to tell us what was going on. My partners dad complained about the AC not working (bearing in mind it was 40 degrees) and they did nothing to fix it and they completely ignored his complaint. By the end of the holiday all of us got food poisoning and couldn’t wait to leave.

Just returned home after a week at this hotel. Family of 12 (6 adults, 5 teens and a 2 year old) Overall a good, basic, affordable hotel. This is an honest review from our weeks stay- the air con is hit and miss- 3 out of the 5 rooms the air con wasn’t working this did get fixed but wasn’t overly effective! Fridges in rooms but some weren’t working. We had a balcony but this couldn’t be accessed due to the foliage not being cut back! The entertainment staff were outstanding and the best thing about this hotel- Especially Mr Tash and Shack!! The reception staff, and bar staff we found to be quite rude and unwelcoming! Rooms are basic, cleaned daily but be aware the staff let themselves in even if the do not disturb is on the door. Food is very repetitive and the restaurant is noisy and busy. Towards the end of the holiday we hardly ate anything as 10 out of 12 of us got an upset stomach! Make sure you take medication. Snack bar served waffles and pancakes late afternoon but options are limited- choice of toasted sandwiches, chips, fruit throughout the day would have been nice. Wasps everywhere!! The relax pool is lovely but only soft drinks are served there unless you pay for cocktails! The option of beer would be nice. There are 2 other restaurants but you have to pay, I didn’t see anyone eating at either of these!! Would be nice to have these part of the AI offer even if just one visit per person. Overall a nice restaurant but I’d say without the entrainment team I would have given this a much lower rating!!

I have previously come to this hotel and have never felt more welcomed, everybody is so friendly. The entertainment and the shows are amazing and I love how everybody is always smiling and happy to talk to and specifically Chak his craziness and entertainment brings everyone pure happiness.

We have just returned from a 10 day family holiday ( 6 adults and 2 kids age 4 and 2) at this hotel and overall it was fantastic! Yes the food was a bit repetitive ( as AI are)and the rooms and slabs around pool area could do with an update but this didn’t stop it being a good holiday ! The entertainment team work hard and are fantastic around the pool during the day especially Shak , he stood out from the rest, always happy and smiling and always time for a chat. The evening entertainment was ok but VERY repetitive with lots of dancing , would benefit from a different kind of show , maybe something in from outside hotel ? DEFINITELY the WORST part of the holiday was the queue at the bar , only seemed to be 2 serving with queues to the door , always odd glasses, running short and opening new boxes , didn’t seem prepared for the busy season , everyone was complaining and this DEFINITELY needs to be looked into as it’s very poor service. The ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHT of the holiday was Mr Tash the photographer, he is worth his weight in gold to the hotel , always always happy and chatty , knew us all by name, the kids adored him and he went above and beyond to help us out with a few things during our stay , the hotel is EXTREMELY lucky to have him. All in all a really good family holiday with just a few niggles that would be easy to put right to make this hotel even better !

Was a wonderful trip.. we came to celebrate my son birthday and my MBA graduation .with my husband. good food lots of varieties.. very friendly animation team and lots of entertainment ever night.. there is also a quite pool to just relax..

Currently staying here, when reading the past negative reviews take them with a pinch of salt as they are far from the truth. I will start with the paper cups that people have moaned about and saying to bring your own cups. You only get a glass cup for your drink, if you’re not near the pool area, you will only get paper cups if you are sitting around the pool. It’s called common sense. You don’t need to bring your own cups as there are plenty and they never run out. Now onto the concerns about people moaning about their plates and cutlery being taken away if they leave the table to get more food, this is done to stop flys and birds being a problem, hence why they don’t have this problem. Rooms are a little dated but not the end of the world as they are kept clean every day. Surrounding grounds are kept clean. Reception staff are friendly and so are all the other staff. Food selection is good, some local dishes and european meals. I think some people miss the food selection outside the restaurant then moan about the food being the same. Note, all inclusive… drinks are free up to 23:00hrs then chargeable. This is not a problem as the whole hotel seems to wind down after this. At night the hotel is very quiet. Animation team are great, friendly and very helpful on giving you advice if you intend to take a trip out somewhere. Maxim (Max) will teach you some Arabic words to help you out, and love’s a good chat. There are plenty Sun beds around the pool, but to avoid not getting one then make sure your at the pool before 9:30am Weather this week, temperature has been between 37-41c, no breeze no clouds. Evening temperature is around 28c with a nice breeze.

This is our 3d time here and we had a nice time as the first time and the second, and definitely we will come again, the staff of the hotel are always welcoming and so friendly, especially the animation team they made our stay all the time, jocks and activities and also evening shows and dancing nights, I want to thank all the team for the amazing time we had and the food was nice and the room is also nice. It’s been a lovely time for one week! The hotel is beautiful and the staff of the hotel are so friendly and helpful, smiling all the time. The food was ok, sometimes good sometimes not but we never went hungry! The room was nice and clean and the entertainment team are really nice funny and talented (especially Max and Shaq), definitely we want to come back again!

Arrival and check in We arrived at half 10 but wasn’t able to have our room until 3pm. Upon arrival we were shown the late breakfast which was pastries and drinks which was in a very hot room but it did help after a long morning of travel. We were told to place our bags in a corridor which is accessible to everyone as there was no luggage room available. We booked as a group of 10, two separate bookings but when the time had come to get our rooms they only gave us 3 which we booked 5. They allocated us 2 rooms, twice so 4 people in our group were allocated the same 2 rooms. We went to sort this at reception but the language barrier made it very very difficult and seemed as though they were reluctant to help and that we weren’t being truthful. This was then sorted. One sheet of paper was given to explain meal times and check out times but no map of the hotel was given so had to find out for yourself where everything was including your rooms. Rooms Rooms are dated, shower needs updating urgently. Beds are comfortable and very spacious. Meal times & drinks Food choices are very poor. But the food you did eat always tasted nice & was hot. Mostly Moroccan food not good if you’re a picky eater. Pizza station outside which always had very long queues and not worth the wait. Breakfast and lunch were the best, evening meals were never good. Bottled water supplied at bar whenever you wanted it & during meal times. Soft drinks weren’t great; mostly warm as its bottled soda and no ice. Snack bar in the afternoon for an hour. Birds and lots of flies in the main buffet area so be careful on what you eat. Help yourself to soft drinks inside buffet. Bar had long queues and again warm drinks. Pool side bar drinks were awful, warm bottled soda poured into paper cups without ice. So always very warm. Pool Very late spacious pool, which had a lovely deep end. They had a relaxing pool we didnt use but looked decent enough. Staff Restaurant staff were also lovely and kind. Reception staff were okay, one man always had attitude and didn’t seem like he wanted to help. Bar staff were friendly but so overworked as only two of them for a lot of holiday makers. Pool side bar staff not very friendly as feel as though you’re being judged for ordering more than one drink at a time. Often given random drinks as staff can’t understand what you’re asking for due to language barrier. Animation team were very good & friendly, always encouraging you to get joined in and asked how you’re doing and if you’re enjoying your stay. Housekeeping staff were okay. Made the bed everyday and replenished towels. Last day we paid for late checkout at 3pm but housekeeping staff kept knocking door from 12pm & telling us we need to leave the room and they need the towels. Told us we had 20 mins to shower even though we had paid late checkout and were a group of 10 so 20 mins impossible. We refused and kept the towels until we were done. Housekeeping staff on that day were very pushy and rude. All in all. Definitely not a 4 star stay. There is far better out there for what you pay. Not truly all inclusive at all. Do believe the negative reviews as we saw staff writing good reviews for guests. Language barrier is definitely a massive problem. If you’re French speaking you will be treated better. We went to Marrakesh after having such a nice holiday in Agadir but was let down. Agadir is a much nicer place.

Hotel a little tired in the bedroom and needs updating , not a great shower. Housekeeping great , clean room , tidy and decorated beds . Food ..needs improving .breakfast & Lunch ok with good salads but evening choices not great and staff are slow at cooking fresh food . lovely waiter found us on 3rd night bringing us wine , ice , rolls , butter and even an ice bucket ..he made our holiday experience. Drinks ok but cocktail seemed different each time with large ques to the only bar and 2/ 3 staff , set in a very unimpressive room , really could make this a lovey room , bigger bar , more staff , decorate , new furniture, plants etc Animation team great and so inclusive to all that wanted to be . So much energy and entertainment in the evenings great . Hotel overwhelmed on our first day with lack of clean tables , cutlery, bowls etc ..but seemed better by 3rd day .. possibly short staffed or too many holiday makers . Really hot weather but great at supplying you with cool water

Our third visit to this resort, yet again we were both blown away by the Entertainment crew. Maximus went above and beyond what is expected from a busy crew of entertainers. Parts of the hotel are now in need of addressing, more bar staff to help reduce waiting in the evening. Some of the rooms struggled with A/C. We were upgraded on arrival due to this. Definitely be coming back in 2026.

The service was very good and the cleaners were nice and friendly. Entertainment team was great, especially Shaq who had amazing dance moves.

Stayed at this hotel first week of July Positives Nice relaxing holiday with adult pool, kids pool and access to sister pool with water park. Great animation team and entertainment. Helpful staff. Accommodation okay. Shuttle bus to town centre. Negatives. Couldn't access our room till 15:00 after arriving at 10:30am Evening meals were poor, only one night the food was nice, also greedy guests were annoying when queuing up for pizza, anyone would think they've never been fed before taking as many slices that could fit on a plate. The wait for drinks was slow at the bar, would be better if they had beer and wine on tap. Overpriced shop for sweets and drinks. Last of all hotel is in the middle of nowhere so can't real walk to anywhere.

Pros - Pools are good, spacious, mostly accessible, especially the relax pool, in the morning it is literally dead there and stays so calm through the day if you want some peace. - The food (you have to pay for) by relax pool is good, there's variety. I had prawns, the chips are reaaallyyyyy good. Burgers are also brilliant, the chef is really polite, the relax pool staff are so nice. - Sister hotel shop and slides are okay, fun for a little while, but bear in mind there's zero shade besides the the parasols. Be sure to wear a hat. - The animation team are friendly. - The wildlife is pretty awesome. Cons - The other staff are rude. (Like I said, the animation team are friendly but don’t listen to boundaries and constantly trying to touch you) I do not like to be touched to I panicked a little and then tried to avoid them, hence why I stayed at the relax pool most of the holiday. (I did the yoga one morning which was cool, definitely worth doing if that's your thing.) - If you’re French fluent you’ll have a better time because staff treat you better, we had had a lot of dirty looks from the staff, especially my friend who had tattoos. - Only one bar serves alcohol that's free, and they run out of ice most of the time so drinks are warm, the other bar just has soft drinks. - The hotel ran out of water in the morning so just closed the bar and we rationed the water we had for the morning, typically on one of the hottest days 46 degrees. (It's a stocking issue I get that, but you should have more than you need to avoid this - but not really a con but felt it should be mentioned.) - Things never open or run on time. - To get an actual proper drink that’s not been filled with machine operated juice that tastes horrible, you have to pay for. There's local whiskey, gin and vodka, everything else you pay for. It's very limited and some of the time, the staff can't understand you and just give you a random drink. - Not truly all inclusive like literally all the other ones I've been to. - Language barrier is a big problem if you don’t speak French. - Waited three days just for an extra towel, house keeping kept telling us ‘later, later’ and had to go to reception and still had to ask the housekeeper the next day after the dirty looks we kept getting. - Air con is rubbish, they want you to keep it at 22 degrees to save energy but 16 degrees on those things aren't good either. Most nights we were sweating. - Rooms kind of clean, dated and the rooms desperately need new showers. The sheets don’t get changed all week, ants in the room. There were plates left out one of the rooms for two days with sugar on them, housekeeping never took them, just placed them on the wall by the stairs and just left them. - If you have food allergies, good luck. - Half the food isn’t labelled and I don’t think “fancy/fancier cakes” is an accurate description. There’s an info sheet on allergens but they don’t put it into practice - Asked if there was oil in a rice dish and it took 4 people and patient waiting until I managed to get an answer from a kind woman who spoke a bit of English. - Food is mostly traditionally all Moroccan cuisine so unless you want to eat dry chicken nuggets and chips all week if you’re picky? Or the same pizza every day? No morning snack bar from what I saw, just afternoon that serves more pizza and waffles and crepes. - So many flies on food the minute the doors open every meal time, and I mean EVERY meal time. There's birds flying in from outside and eat food off of the tables waiting to be cleaned and eating cereal straight from the serving bowls. You can’t take food to your room for hygiene reasons, but there’s bigger problems than just taking food back. - Bird poo in the sky light of the food hall. - Entertainment doesn’t start until 9:30 in the evening so if you go straight to dinner when it opens to try and avoid the flies and over crowding because the food isn’t being replenished, you’re waiting 2 hours with warm drinks you queue ages for because the hotel can’t up with demand. We saw some of the entertainment, but it was basic at best. -You get what you pay for and there will definitely be plenty of other places to go for the same price and better service . Listen to the negative reviews, we didn’t and wish we had. This holiday has made me not want to come back to Marrakech and visit somewhere else like Agadir, in the near and distant future which is sad. On the plus side, I like like 5 pound this holiday and still managed to keep my food allergies in check... probably why I lost 5 pound because I didn't eat much all holiday. Though I do have to say with certainty, Morocco is a beautiful country. Gorgeous.

if you want an honest review from a young couple in their 20s who aren’t picky or karen’s then read this. We just got back from a 9 night stay in valeria dar atlas resort and we had a good time. Staff were lovely and didn’t really experience any rudeness, we only speak english and from the uk so we thought from the reviews that the don’t like the brits but it was fine. Room 7/10- the room is basic but spacious and relatively clean, there was a king size bed and two single beds. The aircon worked fine and was easy to use, we had not problem with this. There was wifi that you could use round the pool and in the rooms, otherwise it wasn’t great. One negative was there was lots of bugs and ants. Due to the rooms being on the ground floor it was easy for ants to come in and because it was hot there was lots of ants. I think there could have been some measures in place to prevent the ants such as ant powder or traps etc as a few nights we did have quite a few and they end up crawling on the bed but wasn’t a massive issue. Food 6.5/10- Me and my partner are not fussy eaters but the food wasn’t the best. There isn’t alot of variety and it was very repetitive. You definitely won’t go hungry as they are constantly cooking fresh foods and replacing etc but i can understand the reviews and think u may struggle if ur fussy. There was around one hot counter and a salad bar with a bbq station for lunch and dinner. Big queues for the bbq stations . Breakfast was the worst with a few pastries, yoghurt, cereal and a fresh omelette and pancake station outside but again the queues were very long for these and waiting in the heat wasn’t fun so we ended up just eating the other stuff. They definitely don’t cater for the british but it’s not your typical europe holiday so what can you expect. Again it was fine for us as we aren’t picky just got bored by the end. It also gets very busy and seats are hard to find. Grounds/facilities 8.5/10- The ground of the hotel were lovely. Lots of nature and wildlife to see, lots of different areas to walk and relax. There was a nice pond. The pool area is very big and clean with plenty of sun beds, we only went up to the relax pool once but it was much quieter with adults only. The pool bar is good but if you want alochol you have to go to the bar inside. They offer a cheap shuttle bus to the marrakech town which we didn’t use but spoke to others who did. The sister hotel is about a 5 minute walk and the water slides were fun, there is an atm to exchange cash but it charges you around £3-£5 to take out money. Entertainment- 9/10- There was always activities going on around the pool and lots of games to play. The entertainment staff are friendly and encourage you to get involved. In the evening there was a different theme/ show every night that started at around 9:30pm. The friday show is definitely worth watching!! Overall we did enjoy our stay, we only paid around £700 for 10 days all inclusive so weren’t expecting luxury. Aslong as ur open minded and u don’t expect luxury you will have a great time.

I recently stayed at Dar Atlas Resort in Marrakesh from June 24th to July 2nd, and overall, it was a mixed experience – one I would not recommend to groups of English male travellers. ✖️ Bar & Service – Extremely Poor The service from the bar staff was consistently rude and dismissive. We were often ignored at the bar, even looked at and then deliberately walked away from, only to be served minutes later with attitude. Sometimes we were told to go to the pool bar for drinks — even though the bar near the entrance had paper cups and was still operating. On one occasion at 22:50 (with alcohol service meant to end at 23:00), we were told the alcohol had been put away — only to then be offered drinks for sale moments later. On top of that, they ran out of beer and cups, and we were asked to reuse paper cups! Worse still, for over two hours there was no water available, and after that, we were limited to just one small cup at a time — in 44°C heat. This ridiculous rationing lasted over a day and a half. Complaints to the bar manager were ignored and nothing was ever done to improve the service. ✅ Animation Team – The Highlight The animation team truly saved this trip. They were always friendly, entertaining, and engaging, with evening shows and daytime activities. They worked hard to bring some life and enjoyment to the resort. 🍽 Food – Hit and Miss Breakfast omelettes were great and definitely the safest bet. While I’m not a fussy eater, I still struggled to find something appealing at times, particularly at lunch and dinner. The snack bar at the pool was a disappointment – only stale pastries leftover from breakfast. Despite what the website claims, we were told no food is actually served there. 🏨 Hotel & Arrival – Below Expectations This is not a 4-star resort by any standard. On arrival, we were just pointed toward our room with no assistance or welcome. Info about the resort was handed to us in French — possibly due to a mistaken assumption that we were French guests. Also, beware of the review manipulation: staff constantly ask you to leave a good review and even offer to write one for you. That may explain why some reviews seem overly positive. ⸻ Final Verdict: If you’re a group of English males or looking for a hassle-free, well-serviced all-inclusive experience, avoid this hotel. It might work better for families or French-speaking couples, but the poor service and attitude from staff really overshadowed what could have been a fun break. The animation team deserve credit, but unfortunately they’re working against a poorly managed resort.

Air conditioning in the rooms only works on 22° Rooms are basic, beds are very uncomfortable not good for your back. 1 plug socket in room. Toilet seats cheap plastic fittings that break daily. Pay for safe. WIFI poor 20min to get served drinks at bar, poor choice of spirits x3 beer fizzy n weak. Restaurant food choice not very good at all. Front desk clueless Positives are the grounds are great, the relaxation pool is very good. Generally most staff are really nice apart from the front desk too slow to react to anything. Phones in room all broken. 4 star rating, I have stayed in much nicer & better 3 star hotels. My recommendation, Tunisia is a far better holiday destination by a country mile.

We been in this resort for 4 days and it was really good short holiday, we definitely coming back again for long holiday next time, the staff were friendly and smiling all the time, the bar was slow and the entertainment team were so food and funny all the time something to do with them and also in the evening there's something good 👍, the room was perfect and comfortable. Highly recommended to everyone wants to come over here to enjoy the holiday

Horrendous. We booked this all inclusive last minute thinking we want to relax with our kids but hated the "resort" so much we had to leave the hotel everyday just to try and enjoy our holiday. NOT SUITABLE FOR BABIES. The front desk staff are the most miserable and laziest people we've ever met. If they all dissappeared and one person manned the front desk it'd make no difference. They all stare into space and are rude. Requested a cot few days before which they confirmed via email they'd provide. On arrival the staff didn't care to provide it although they could see we had a baby, my husband requested a kettle to the bald guy at the front desk he said they can't provide this. By then I was fuming because I needed to sterilise water for my baby's feeds who had an upset stomach. Went to the front desk and told them off, all 6 members sat there and ignored me I said I'm not leaving until I get a kettle, after jumping through hoops one staff passed me off to the Guest Relations Manager Hamza who was nice and provided a kettle and cot. When leaving the hotel my husband asked the same bald guy if they could have our bags taken to the closet because we needed to wait for our flight and tend to our baby, instead of doing any actual work, he said go speak to the luggage man yourself. The luggage man was confused and said he can't help & to speak to front desk, my husband was so annoyed he went and got the luggage himself. The kitchen staff, however, were very efficient, massive respect to how quickly they clear tables with so many people but the food was awful, had to eat out because I couldn't bare it anymore. The rooms were dreadful, so dated, dusty and insects everywhere. My dust allergy got so bad. Also there's hardly any AC anywhere, slightly in the lobby and there was in our room. But in the restaurant we were drenched in sweat and it stank. Also, conveniently the phones were down the entire time we were there, judging by other reviews people said the same so I think they do it on purpose because they don't want to be bothered. They are always trying to save money it seemed like, never gave enough toilet roll or napkins & hesitated when we asked for more. The hotel images are deceiving & looks nothing like it in real life

Great place to stay, however needs more activities for the younger ones, where you had to walk over to the sister hotel for water slides for the younger ones. Food amazing, but with the volume of people staying was a lack of plates and cutlery. Entertainment team were amazing and got involved with everyone.

Entertainment team where amazing really bonded with my 3 year old and made him feel special. Food was ok staff in the restaurant where also really good. Activities where fun and the night time shows where spectacular. Had a really good time.

Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a rude receptionist who didn't seem to care we were standing there and continued their conversation with the other staff. You would imagine from an all inclusive 4* hotel that everything reasonable would be included. Unfortunately not, we had to pay a hire charge for towels (which is refundable) paying daily for a safe and additional for their restaurants. When checking ourselves in we arrived early and we're asked to wait for a short while for our room to be ready so we enjoyed some lunch. The canteen is not equiped for the number of guests at the hotel. I struggled many times to find cups or a plate with other staff also frustrated with the speed of the backroom staff. Some days only having 4 servers which were unable to clean tables fast enough for the next family. This does not take away from the excellent food. The menu changes everyday with a selection of meats, veg and pasta, salad bar and array of desserts. Our room was average, due to an ant problem that was never sorted before we left. The water also didn't smell pleasant at times after washing your hands with soap the smell would linger. However, beds we're made everyday, they were comfortable and cleaners were excellent with their communication. The bar would not provide more than one bottle of water even on days with 40⁰ heat and were very rude with how many drinks we would order. Typical comments such as, "Ill give you 2 Pepsi this time but only one in future" even though the 2 Pepsi were for two different people. Lastly, 5* review for the entertainment team. Fantastic all around, very talkative and active with getting everyone involved. Lots of activities to do including a foam party, yoga, darts, water polo and many more. All speaking Arabic, Moroccan, french and English very well.

The entertainment staff were lovely and very welcoming Max especially. The food was ok for us and the bar staff were not nice as we thought, the room was good and comfortable and clean, hopefully the hotel do something about the bar because it was slow. Next time we want to come back again and enjoy it more than this one

Our first holiday me and my girlfriend and we really enjoyed it with the Entertainment team are amazing Maxim top man to part of the entertainment team, all the time activities and evening shows every night, especially the fire show and break dancing though. Très bon rapport qualité/prix La nourriture est bonne, manque parfois de choix au niveau de la viande. Mais je pense que cela varie en fonction de la periode où on y va. Nous avons vu le choix s'élargir en milieux de sejour. Le personnel est agréable et serviables. Les chambres sont confortables et propres neanmoins un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire surtout au niveau de la salle de bain. La piscine est propre, très bien exposée mais froide.(sejour en Avril) Elle n'est pas chauffée pour les frileux impossible de se baigner. Le petit plus pour les familles un parc aquatique est accessible gratuitement depuis l'hôtel juste à côté. Pour les personnes qui recherchent le calme, une autre piscine est disponible à l'écart de toute animation.

Following some less than complimentary reviews we were a little apprehensive however other than the room needing some updating the resort is fine. The pool area has lots of beds and the main pool itself is large. The staff on a whole are friendly and talkative if you interact with the bar staff they will be good with you so whoever has had bad experiences maybe you need to look at yourself first. The pool bar staff are lovely. My wife and I have found the food good especially breakfast ( omelette station ) and the BBQ lunch. I would highly recommend going on the hot air ballon excursion but be aware you need to be an early riser to get the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains , we did this on my wife’s birthday and it’s spectacular and well worth the cost. Overall we have been very happy and would consider returning.

Coming on my first solo trip was daunting, but I've been met with the most welcoming staff since arriving, they have been amazing, the animation staff are always around checking in on everyone. Khalid has been great and always making me laugh. The people and food have been amazing. The weather has also been great.... Would deffo come again.

Some of our experience was very good but unfortunately some was very bad. Although reception did not acknowledge our room request they certainly actioned it, allocating an interconnecting room for 4 female friends. The room although tired was very spacious. After reading reviews we took our own kettle, mugs and plastic tumblers. The grounds are lovely as is the pool area, all kept very clean with ample sun beds. My personal experience of the bar service was always positive however others in my party did think staff were rude and disinterested. The outdoor cooking area allows fresh omelets for breakfast, which were always tasty. At lunch there was barbecue food and the chef accommodated requests to cook further. The chips were always cold but again after a few days I asked the chef to put back in the fryer so we could enjoy hot chips. The food at dinner left a lot to be desired and we filled up on bread, which was delicious and Lurpak butter, which was a treat. The desserts were all delicious. There is a restaurant- Mango in the sister hotel. A limited menu but the food is delicious and a lovely change to have food cooked fresh to order, with a fully laid table. Note, no cash is accepted so make sure you have a card. Reservation is advisable. Money could be changed easily at reception but given larger denominations -200mdh which made leaving tips for staff difficult. If smaller denominations were provided I am sure the staff would benefit and customer care skills would improve. The plastic tumblers that we had taken to use at the bar were removed from our room, fortunately the maid was still available and could return them to us from the enclosed storage area under her trolley. One of my friends had €100 taken from her purse that was in her bag in the room but blames herself for not putting in the safe. I had a dock and bay towel taken from my sunbed, the animation team did their best to find it but unfortunately not successful. Friends we met at the resort had 2 bikini tops and a denim jacket taken from their room, which left an uncomfortable feeling. I wouldn’t return however if you have booked just be a little cautious, take plastic tumblers for the pool area, accept the staff work long hours so be kind and enjoy the pool area.

Expected more from the service point of view - doesn’t cost anything to be friendly to guests. The bar staff are so rude - every night they messed up our order so the non alcoholic cocktails had alcohol in them or the vodka had gin instead - good job my kids weren’t there. They just didn’t care! One lunchtime I wanted a coffee and the restaurant staff sent me to the bar to get one, I was met by the rudest bar member (white shirt) who told me to go back to the restaurant as he didn’t serve coffees. When I explained I’d been sent there and all the machines were off he just huffed and puffed!! Next day I wanted a beer with my lunch, only to be told by the restaurant I had to go to the bar to meet this rude individual again who told me he didn’t supply drinks to the restaurant and would only give me a drink if I was drinking in the bar. I have never encountered such rudeness. Hotel food was pretty good, plenty of choice, just lacking signage / serving utensils but the restaurant staff on the whole very pleasant. Guy who checked us in on reception was very friendly and helpful - get him to teach the bar staff how to treat paying guests. Spa was lovely, nice staff, shame the treatments weren’t for longer. Hotel rooms spacious and beds comfy just a bit tired looking. Water / towels / hand soap not in room on 1 st day so had to go looking for housekeeping. Plenty of space by pools - shame you couldn’t eat anywhere else unless you paid extra, can imagine how busy the main restaurant gets during peak times so to split the load would have been a good option. Overall a lovely weekend with friends but the experience could have been so much better. Such a shame as it was our 1st time in Morocco and I know the holiday was relatively cheap but friendless and helpfulness doesn’t cost a thing.

Great hotel for the price. We visited in March 2025 (4 nights) with a group of able bodied adults with no allergies. Lots of reviews on different platforms for this hotel and activities so I’m going to focus on sharing some practical info. I will attempt to attach some hotel info photos we took whilst there. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others but only with the below points noted: 1. No mobility issues. It is possible to do this hotel with guests with movement difficulties or a wheelchair but would be unnecessarily challenging. No lifts to higher floors! Long walk to some rooms, spa, narrow areas in buffet, etc. I travel a lot with someone in a wheelchair and I wouldn’t take them to this hotel. 2. No kids under 12. Dinner doesn’t start until 7.30pm and evening entertainment later. Also, pool music (which we loved) had a lot of swearing sometimes. No real kids’ activities. 3. No allergies or food preferences. Almost none of the food is labelled at all and it’s all international so you might not recognise it. You need to be willing to try anything. We loved the food but other guests hated the lack of their home foods. 4. Don’t count on hotel entertainment. We found it to be a mix of ok to terrible to non-existent. Does depend on your willingness to get involved. Events might be cancelled due to lack of interest at no notice. Best to just bring your own games to play in evening. 5. Glasses and cutlery can be difficult to find. We never had a problem at breakfast / lunch but dinner was a challenge. Best to be ready at 7.20pm in lobby so you can rush it when dinner opens. Secure your table with glasses / cutlery and leave one guest to guard it. One night we had staff trying to take empty glasses from in front of our faces because we’d just sat down and handed poured water out yet. You may be served drinks in the wrong shaped glasses (e.g. wine in a water glass). 6. Guests from multiple countries. This seems very obvious and absolutely not a problem for us but some guests seemed surprised that there were visitors from lots of different countries staying, lol. Can be some cultural differences e.g. personal space, queueing etiquette. 7. If you book activities yourself you have to go off hotel grounds for your transport. They do not allow the vehicles on properly. It’s a really short walk to the gates so not a problem. 8. Only stay for a week or longer if you’re doing a lot of day trips. It’s the same canteen for every meal so would get boring even with different food offered. 9. You can exchange cash (Euros, GBP, etc.) at hotel reception. It’s open most of the day (until 10.30pm when we stayed). Most of the MAD notes they will give you are 200MAD (roughly £16) and they refused to give us lower denominations. This makes it very difficult for tipping and paying for shopping in town. No shops, not even supermarkets, wanted the 200MAD notes. As a result, we hardly ever were able to tip in the hotel or saw others doing so. On the 2 days we did have a small note to tip housekeeping the rooms were cleaned much better. Wish we’d taken small note Euros with us! 10. Staff friendliness - mixed response but less friendly than other All Inclusive resorts. They all tried to interact with guests as little as possible. No smiles, nods, eye contact, unless they had to. Everyone’s inability to tip made it worst. We just saved our tips for the nicer staff. 11. Bar staff - The bar staff were the unhappiest with one (call him K) loudly tutting at customers and even refusing to serve some when they ordered drinks to take to the restaurant or pool (which you are allowed to do!). Clearly K was fed up of collecting glasses but shouldn’t take that out on guests! 12. Remote location - roughly 30mins outside of Marrakech so add that travel time onto any activities. Can’t just walk out of hotel. Items to not forget: 1. Small denomination Euro notes 2. Round Europe multi plug (2 sockets per room) 3. Plastic cups (for dinner) 4. Cards / games Our review: 1. Good value for money. 2. Pool in March was freezing. 3. Loved food options. 4. Staff not friendly. 5. Hotel Bus into town was 50MAD (£3.50) return. So cheap and well organised. 6. We booked our own activities for desert dinner (3 hr round trip from this hotel for poor food and 12 min fire show - not worth it) and quad biking (everyone at hotel raved about this being the best thing ever).

Bon rapport qualité prix.

The property is large but quite far from the city Center. Room was cleaned everyday but the property needs refurbishment. The pools are decent size and well maintained. Food was good and had multiple options. I would suggest the management team to improve on the all inclusive drinks offered at the bar.

The food was delicious although the choice was limited. The staff were very friendly especially Hamza and Hafid in entertainment although I feel the bar was understaffed. It was sold as all inclusive but this did not include any cocktails which were extra. Certain pools and bars only had soft drinks. Staff did not come round the pool to order drinks, you had to find staff. The toilets in the common areas often didn't have toilet paper in. The pools were freezing so not many people used them, could be better if the pool was heated. The hotel facilities were basic not many activities. The indoor pool and gym needed a refurbishment there was 1 changing area for men and women and one toilet was broken not really 4* however I had a very nice time. Kunal who worked in the excursions office was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not happy they are single beds though. Telephone in rooms don’t work. Nice atmosphere, decor and outside areas look pretty. Have to pay to use Hammam but advetised as included in the AI deal!!! Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The main issue was the staff. Check in was at 2 and when we got there at 230, the front desk said to wait until 4 (saying that was checkin but we double checked hotels booking and it was at 2. We missed the full day and could not enjoy any ammeneties. The food was horrible and no simple option such as chicken fingers and frnech fries. We had to go out for every meal. Hotel was all inclusive but you had to pay after 10pm and they would only allow beverages (even a soda can) in the dining hall. They said they had laundry service but it wouldnt be ready in time (15 hours). They reminded us at check in dinner lunch and the morning we must leave by 12 it felt they just wanted us out and we burdened them.

It was worth the money and I would definitely book again

Cats were beautiful staff friendly could do with a kettle in the rooms and more storage

Nice resort. But rooms definitely need so work on. We went there as a couple and booked a normal double bed room and found out there were 2 single beds instead. Which wasn’t nice. Rooms condition wasn’t great but resort it self is giod

Apart from the animation staff around the pool, the service was terrible. Housekeeping are rude, canteen has nothing labelled and take no responsibility to allergic reactions. Shocking.

Food was absolutely horrid the staff was not itentive the houses were filthy the pool was so disgusting it literally looks nothing like any picture definitely avoid

Séjour très bien, pour les cocktails avec alcool : ils sont très dilués et les jus du matin pas top mais à part ça super, les animations au top, le service au top ils sont très sympa ! Je recommande

Loved the food and customer service

No fitness options, there was gym , pool water was cold. There is very limited transport options , they run a paid shuttle service that too refused to give us lift because they did not have enough passengers to run the service at sometimes.food was okay but limited drinks option for non alcohol drinkers..only option you had was to drink alcohol or these sugary drinks .

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. It is not. 4 star. Rooms are very basic I feel like I was backpacking again. The room was freezing at night to the point we had to layer up So many things closed like tennis, volleyball, and extra charges

Cela fait 4 fois que je viens dans cette hôtel et la j ai était très déçue par la nourriture je ne suis pas difficile mais j ai eu l impression que certains plats était industriel aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement surtout la douche dommage le personnel au top sauf le directeur qui ne sait pas dire bonjour

The rooms were dirty, when you ask the cleaner to clean they still don’t do a good job of it

We had a great stay - rooms a little tired but comfortable, shower could have been warmer but as it was so hot it really didn't matter - the food was lovely and varied - very good value for money.

Excellent Customer service, everyone was so nice and kind. Our room was clean and quiet. So much activities and fun for adults and children. Delicious food all over the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there from the time we checked in to checked out. I highly recommend this resorts.

Le personnel sont gentil et aussi le staf de l'animation. Le buffet propre mais n'est pas bcp varié

The property is outdated, the service was very bad. You can’t get new towels, no chairs in the room. There is no organization when getting your food. Lots of promises but no delivery. Only person trying to help was a worker named Zouhair. He tried to help to the best of his ability. Overall the whole resort is messed up.

Notre séjour a été très décevant en tout point de vue. Chambre, service, restauration. Pas de serviettes dans les chambres. L’état de la salle de bain est juste catastrophique. Abat jour cassé. Carte clé démagnétisée tout le temps et vue que la chambre est loin de la réception il fallait faire plusieurs allers retours. Le personnel de la réception est désagréable et pas compétent. Pour une chambre à 200 euro la nuit ça s’appelle du vol.

Food was awful - just recycled from the day before. They rooms are very old and in need of updating.

Reception staff were friendly enough. Food varied day to day, we spent most the days in the adult only pool which was brilliant as the main pool was very loud. Entertainment was good but by the end of our holiday the songs played were always the same played over and over, Entertainment staff and resturant staff were polite and brilliant, Entertainment staff were such high energy and involve everyone. The room was clean done everyday, cleaning staff were always polite and friendly too. Aircon in the room was a lifesaver due to it being so hot! There is a shuttle into the centre which is very handy but the timings are a bit awkward either being too close or far away, the minibus was extremely hot though which was almost unbearable with it being about 25minute journey. We got the unlimited photos package and thanks to Hamza we got some amazing photos including a engagement photos hoot which was the highlight and he made it so special. Thank you Valeria Dar Atlas

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable sobre todo gracias al excelente personal. Los niños han tenido actividades todos los días ya que los monitores encargados se han dedicado en todo momento a innovar y a intentar hacerles pasar una experiencia agradable.

Chambre propre. Buffet très moyen. Goûter moin que moyen.par contre animateurs supers.

Etablissement bien entretenu, chambres propres et bien rénovées, au calme. Animation sympa. Buffet varié et de bonne qualité. Seul bémol, piscine non chauffée fin octobre, l'eau est un peu froide.

Vraiment j'ai passé 1semaine en familles inoubliables les staffs souriant la propriété des chambres vraiment belle cuisine.

La qualité du resort n’est plus la même qu’avant.

Le site de l’hôtel est vraiment très beau. Le jardin magnifique et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont biens. Le ménage aléatoire tout dépend de la femme de ménage. Le buffet est correct et varié. L’animation a été le point noir de notre séjour. Pas de cohésion entre les françaises et les marocains. Les marocains faisaient de leur mieux mais l’équipe Lookea ne semblait pas totalement investie. C’est dommage. Et la sono pourrait être moins forte pour le confort de tous.

The Hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were all really friendly and helpful but the rooms could with a bit of an update and the food was quite basic!

I liked the pool area, I also liked the fact it was very relaxing. Probably would of liked it more if it was more English friendly not that I have anything against the french. The rooms are very out dated and I didn’t like the fact there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. TV is good had a few good movie channels. The property is about 30 mins from Town Centre but has good transport links and returns for about £30. Definitely wasn’t the worst experience but I’d probably stay somewhere else next time.

Service rien a dire Buffet desevant entree mediocre et toujours les mêmes salle tres tres bruyante: Il faut impérativement Aix ou une voiture de location car tres loins de tout Très beau jardin et piscine adulte au calmes Bon spa tres raisonnable que pas grand chose pour que l’hôtel soit bien. Accueil et réception très débordé par les demandes...

Les chambres et parties communes étaient propres. Manquait les serviettes pas assez pour le nombre de personnes ou pas du tout quand le personnel ne pensait pas à les mettre de suite

l'animation et le divertissement est un point fort de l'hôtel , il manque seulement un petit éclaircissement au niveau de l'accueil pour expliquer le fonctionnement de l'hôtel

they assigned other guests to my room while i was staying and the guest entered my room and i was taking a shower. it took them 30 minutes to find my reservation. poor amenities all over.

Le personnel a un sens du service +++. L'hôtel est propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit est confortable. Les buffets sont variés et très bons. Je recommande sans hésiter.

While the majority of the guests are French speaking, I found that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The majority I spoke to were fluent in English and if they could not help me, they found someone who could. In particular Yasmine, who was in Customer Services for English speaking guests, was always there if I needed help or if I just wanted a chat,

It was amazing with my kids. We appreciated our stay.
