The location is very good. The Riad is in the middle of the medina, very easy to reach everything from here. It was quiet, and the Riad itself has a very nice atmosphere and design. The rooftop is also nice. We had aircon in the room which was needed. The stuff was friendly, mostly the young guy with the glasses. 😊
Cons: Unfortunately our room (berber room) did not have a window, which made it a little bit feel like a cave. The breakfast was not a big portion, no meat and my boyfriend stayed hungry. ☹️

This Riad was very close to everything we needed, from shops to restaurants to landmarks. The breakfast prepared each morning was delicious and we greatly appreciated the fresh fruit provided upon request. The staff were brilliant and kind, always welcoming us with a smile.
Cons: The only downside was the placement of our room, which was on the ground floor as we could hear everything from about 7AM onwards. We didn’t mind too much though as we understand there’s nothing to do about it.

Host was very friendly - greeted us with tea, a map and some helpful information about the area. Everything was exactly as pictured although room and pool were a little smaller than they seemed in the pictures. Bathroom was so cute! Towels were a little rough but it wasn't a big deal for us. AC in our room was a little weak but we didn't ask about it so they didn't have a chance to fix it. Breakfast everyday was delicious and common areas were great! Staff spoke French and/or English fluently.

This a very bad and deceiving property. The lightning will make you conclude it’s a better place but trust me it’s dirty and getting to the Hôtel is scary and risky. The AC was hidden within the room and I was close to loosing my mind as the whole room was Hot. I stayed a night and the hotel was like an oven and dirty. I asked for a refund after staying a night as am unable to stay the three nights. If you need a boost in your mental health and relaxation avoid this place. Riad Eden is a mess . I got to Ari boutique Hotel and I enjoyed my stay in marakesh.

This Riad stands out as an exceptional example of care and dedication. With its clean, spacious, and serene ambiance, it showcases the remarkable touch of the women who run it, highlighting their passion for preservation. The structure reflects a beautiful history, and the heated shower adds a touch of comfort. Enjoying an authentic Moroccan lunch on the roof deck was truly a glorious experience. I left feeling uplifted and inspired on my last day in Marrakech.

Overall, we had a good stay at Riad Eden. The staff here are great, especially the ladies who do breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it is excellent and sets you up for the day. The rooftop pool and chill out area really is an eden amongst the chaos of Marrakech. You also can't beat the location - a 5 min walk from the main square and souks. The only complaints we have about here is the lighting and the noise. The lighting in the room was poor - I understand this may be part of the aesthetics, but it made getting ready difficult. The main complaint is the noise - we do not sleep well - whether it was noise from within or outside of the riad. I dont know if this is the case for all riads. Overall, i would recommend staying here if coming to Marrakech

What a beautiful Riad! Road Eden is the perfect place to stay. The location is fantastic, just a 15 min walk from the airport bus stop Jemaa el Fnaa and easy to find, the location on Google maps is spot on. Although it's less than a 10 min walk to Jemaa el Fnaa, it's located in a really quiet side street and I slept really well. From the moment I arrived, everything was just wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for me. My room was beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style and the bed really comfortable. Shower was fab, powerful and hot. There is a lovely roof terrace too - no view but a very nice place to relax. Breakfast was really tasty, fresh bread, preserves, fruit and lovely coffee. I travel a lot, Riad Eden has set the bar very high for upcoming trips I have in 2025, thank you to all the staff for making my stay such a fabulous one. I highly recommend you look at Road Eden if you're looking to stay in Marrakech

The staff are very friendly and welcoming & provided information. Very clean and loved the decor. great location and very close to the medina. - it is not well sign posted to find it and we got lost in the dark but a local showed is the way; its not got a sign outside. (Taxi will drop you a few minutes walk as you can't drive into the souks.) Plunge Pool and x2 sun terraces were very nice and great to relax after a long day. Only 6 rooms in the rihad. Breakfast was continental- very nice start to the day each morning it varied slightly.
Cons: I'm very noise sensitive unfortunately; and being on the ground floor and room facing out with the window not closing children played outside until almost midnight, and motorbikes going past. it was quite noisy; being next to the sitting area/lounge/ check in and kitchen; it's an old beautiful building so doors don't fit well so you hear everything; even other rooms coughing most of the night; (they need to pack in smoking! 😅) woken by cleaners sweeping the floor early; the big heavy locks. So if you don't like noise, don't pick the ground floor I wouldn't say I was well rested. On the balcony room they are allowed to smoke - a couple of times this smelt awful and smoky as an asthmatic this was not nice. But other all a lovely stay just take ear plugs; im sure noise would have been an issue at any other rihad also.

The staff were kind and helpful The location was very good it was right there near the well known open market near Al- Fanaa Mosque The style of the Riad was nice but not our room
Cons: The room we booked according to what we have seen in Booking was not matching description neither was reflecting reality the room on ground floor was too tiny and so small for 2 adults the room was not decent , it barely fits one adult , facilities was not great , we tried and asked for a room change on our first day as we did not like the room at all, we have been told that it was not possible and was fully booked The room was too humid with no window and no air conditioning we only had a fan/ cooler that was so loud unlike what was described on booking we had sleepless nights , there was also No wardrobe , our clothes were every where, the toilet/ wash room was so tiny and without a door , only a curtain to keep privacy and was so uncomfortable to use with another adult in the room We have seen the other room on the ground floor was empty and waiting for another guest to come it was so nice with decent size and good facilities and air conditioning In fact the Riad had 6 rooms all of them were with air conditioning and good size except our room , it is not fair to rent that room to Guests it should be a storage , the tiny shelfs that they call a wardrobe smells fungus, overall it was not decent to stay in such condition with that price We stayed in Essoiura for 2 nights also was through Booking was amazing room with great facilities ( Riad Amana) and the Price was really good and much cheaper that that room in ( Riad Eden) Please stop advertising for that ground floor room it is not decent and not acceptable for human stay

I had a bad experience with this place , as I booked last minute for last night in marrakech. As its was coming to an end of my trip to in marrakech i wanted to wind down in a riad near main square i searched for a riad where parking is available and this place stated there was which wasn't the case I had to walk 10 mins to place. When I reached there the room I was put in was on ground floor with sofa seating area for guests right outside my room which i thought was not very private. The main issue i had was i was trying to sleep when all food cooking smells was coming into my room, i did ask to be moved into another room upstairs and staff stated all fully booked and i can just open my window which was really high up could not be reached at all. Did not like the service at all and couldn't bare cooking smells in room that made it unbearable to get rest so had to check check out straight away. It really ruined the end of my trip.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and it is situated within a 5 minute walk of most must sees. The Riad has 2 roof top terraces that are lovely and quiet and to top it off there is a small pool perfect for cooling down. Breakfast was included and was quite delicious. We would definitely return!

Very good location, in the narrow streets of the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful place with comfortable and clean rooms. I would choose it again.

Very hospitable and friendly. Unfortunately it poured with rain but we were pretty cosy in our room. Beautiful, quiet, good lighting, very helpful with the tea (though no facilities for that in room). This was one of the best breakfasts we had - good coffee, a little tomato salad but otherwise just like all the others ...
Cons: - dairylea cheese? Yoghurt with sugar? A mass of carbohydrates. Inedible margarine. The bed was very uncomfortable - hard, with a ridge in the middle (2 pushed together). Don't order a taxi through the riad to the airport. We paid twice as much as we had through this site, it was a con because a man came and took us to the square and no taxi was actually booked for that time so he shoved us in with some other people that this had also happened to who nearly missed their plane. Great shame - left a sour taste in the mouth.

The location is amazing, very friendly people. Nothing was too much trouble. I was single travel, and I felt very safe. Amazing orange juice and coffee .The small swimming pool is a bonus in hot days. I felted lalke Princess each time I opened the door to my room. I was worried about the water pressure when I was reading the comment before I booked, but I have no issues .Thank you to all the Lady's and evening security gentlemen for a lovely stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Riad Eden for our first time in Marrakech. The Riad was easy to find and we were warmly welcomed by the staff immediately with some wonderful Moroccan mint tea. Our room was on the top floor where we had easy access to a beautiful terrace and rooftop patio (with a pool) with amazing views of the Medina. Zahira and her team were very pleasant and professional throughout the trip. We even asked of the could bring breakfast (which is included and delicious) to the terrace every morning. They always obliged. Also for those that need to stay connected, the wifi had great speed and coverage. We we also very close to the convenient Place Mellah where there was always lots of hustle and bustle and reasonable restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Marrakech.

A beautiful Riad just seconds away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredible and couldn't do enough to help us during our stay with any queries, a fresh and delicious breakfast every morning was a great start to each day. The room was comfortable, clean and equipped to our needs.
Cons: A bigger rooftop would elevate the place to another level, there is no sign for the Riad but a friendly local will help you find your way.

Riad Eden is a tranquil oasis only 10 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the Jenna El Fna square and 5 mins from the more peaceful square near the Jewish Market and the Bahia Palace. Our Orange Room was well equipped, cleaned daily and very comfortable with the added advantage of being on the same floor as a lovely shady sofa area. The only downside was the bed was exceptionally hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious, home made yogurt with cereal, pancakes, bread, jams, marmalade, honey, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed fruit juices, tea and coffee. The ladies who run the Riad are exceptional. Polite, charming, pleasant and cannot do enough for you.

Riad Eden was a true find In Marrakech! The staff is amazing! We stayed at the Figue Room for 10 nights! The location is perfect, you are just 8 min away from the Big Square and 5 min away from a taxi square. The pool had a great view and it is the perfect way to finish off a day of walking in the sun, the breakfast is a great combination of morrocan dishes - absolutely delicious and as I said the staff is very attentive! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone!
Cons: - Lousy at night - every night there was kids running back and forth, signing and playing drums at 23h till 1h. - Lack of storage- we were here for quite some time and we had no room for the amount of clothes we brought. - Tiny bathroom

Such a beautiful riad to stay in, a safe haven within the Medina walls. The minute you walk in, the place is breathtaking. The courtyard, the rooms and common areas are decorated beautifully. The pool was a great way to cool down after spending the days exploring. The riad is conveniently located, not too close or too far from the market entrance. If you need a taxi, the walk to the Main Street is not far. Rishad and all the staff were attentive, kind and helpful. The breakfast with local cuisines was the cherry on top!
Cons: The riad was a little confusing to find at first. Would help to have instructions once it is booked, but we managed to mind to find the riad in the end. There wasn’t a fridge in the room, so we couldn’t have cold water (which was needed after the hot days).

Riads are the place to stay in Masrkesh. Unfortunatelly, it is difficult to get to the Riad if you never walked in th Medina. Lack of clear signs mskes and easy walk scary. This Riad is cataloged as 4 stars. I say 2 stars. There were basic elements missing to be a 3 stars, such as TV and telephone. I would recommended reclassifying to 2 stars, adding a sign on the entrance door stating it is a Riad, and guiding signs from the main road. The staff was very nice, slthough they only speak arabic and french.

The location is superb, breakfast is nice and fresh, it has a true ambience and feel! It is simply yet adequately furnished.
Cons: The building is rather old, so heating doesn't exactly work! There was a small surprise, as the bathroom had no door, just a curtain. These are minor concerns as we spent most time outside the riad and we managed to enjoy our stay in general.

Location is excellent, staff is courteous
Cons: Main door of the room and wall have a gap in between so there is no privacy and people can actually see inside your room even if the main door is closed, horribly slow Wi-Fi. Also found broken hair from previous guests, breakfast is passable at best. Due to drainage issue, there is also foul smelling coming from both the rooms that we booked.

I loved my stay. Super comfortable bed. Very nurturing and I felt well cared for. Breakfast was fabulous and generous. Beautiful though small little pool on the roof. Beautiful outdoor seating areas. I highly recommend staying here. Decor and shared areas were outstanding. Just beautiful.
Cons: It was difficult to find. The main door needs a sign and the street sign needs to be bolder and lower down. It's so high I walked right past. Even neighboring accommodation a few metres away didn't know it was there. I hope they have improved it. I did suggest it to them. Shower slow to drain.

Beautiful Riad with a really lovely rooftop. Staff were very attentive, helpful and nice. Breakfast was very generous and tasty, served on a terrace or in the salon area.
Cons: It was a bit hard to find the Riad at 2am when we arrived as there was no sign saying the Riad's name and we were afraid we would ring someone's private door in the night. Also lighting in the room could be slightly better, it was quite dark in the room and bathroom.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful with traditional Moroccan features. It looks exactly like the photos. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Despite a language barrier (we spoke no French) they helped us repair a broken bag and even took us directly to the shop. Breakfast was simple fair but delicious. The hotel has 3 floors with a lovely terrace on the third floor. Our bedroom was clean, had air conditioning, and a good sized bathroom. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and museums just a few minutes walk away, and the Jemaa el-Fna and Souk markets are about 5 minutes walk.
Cons: The hotel is not well signposted, with only a very small sign high up on the corner of the building which cannot be seen at night.

The night before we were set to checkout, from our 7 night stay, we returned to the Riad at 11PM where we were handed a bill from the night manager for local taxes and a airport transfer for the following morning. Why would I be invoiced in this manner? We had only asked if they could contact a taxi for us so pre billing for a taxi is weird also. When checking out I informed the owner that I would pay for the city taxes (385 MD) and nothing else. He says "cash only", when they clearly have a credit card machine and after a minute of awkward arguing he decides to run the card. I specifically said, I would pay the "taxes only" several times to him and he comes back and casually tries to cover up the receipt where he charged me 550 MD. The total of the taxes and for a ride I hadn't asked for, nor received. It's bad enough that these "taxes" were added the last night of our stay and not previously discussed. POINT BLANK. Do not stay at Riad Eden. The owner / guy running the Riad is extremely shady. Super pushy and rude. He ended up chasing us down the street to where the taxies pick up, which made us super uncomfortable. Saying he had a car for us. During our stay he lurked around and constantly pushed for us to eat there every time we came and went. It's like, I came here to explore all over the city I don't want to eat at the Riad every single night. Wifi was extremely poor as well even located close to the router. We didn't read up, however seems like this guys antics are well

We checked out two hours after arriving. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the cleaners and the handrail was hanging off the wall, we knew we had made a mistake. The photographs are cleverly taken as the rooms and facilities are very small and we had the biggest room! The terrace area has a bed for all 6 rooms to share and a pool which at best is 6ft by 6ft pool I kid you not and any more than 2 people on the bed or in the pool is packed ... I challenged the owner who agreed a full refund if I left so he escorted my wife and I to the street and left us there..... Two women in a bazaar in Morroco without even checking we could get to a taxi with our luggage. He has since told Hotels. com that he won't refund us and these guys are a waste of time as well.

Good communication with owner before we arrived. Arrived 10pm, had dinner as arranged, expensive for what it was but convenient. Man working there was friendly, didn't speak much English & didn't explain anything. Went on our own to find the roof terrace, small with tables & chairs. We had the most expensive room, Chocolat, but it wasn't worth the extra money as no window; it was dark to spend time in when we returned each day for a short rest. Chairs on balcony not very comfortable, as balcony looked over courtyard, not very private. Coffee room seemed nicer with a window. When our planned Imlil excursion didn't work out, the owner helped us & offered one of his tours. He assured us the Three Valleys trip was nicer than the Imlil one, and as it was a private tour we could just ask our driver to take us to Imlil as part of the tour. So we agreed. But at the start of the tour the driver said he could not take us to Imlil. We agreed to do his trip; once we were driving he got very heated about taking us to Imlil even though it was not as good. We certainly did not want him to take us somewhere he clearly did not like and it was an unpleasant atmosphere trying to persuade him just to stick to the trip we had agreed. Trip itself was great, driver left us to go for walks on our own and then met us in the car, but no visit to a village as we had asked for. He got very angry again at end & wanted to go to Imlil. We didn't want 2 hrs in the car with someone so angry. Unpleasant end.

The Riad was lovely and the staff helpful. Dinner was delicious. Very authentic atmosphere - nicer than a hotel. The Riad is difficult to find initially, so I recommend getting dropped off by taxi at the Mellah then arrange for someone to guide you to the Riad - I found a local at the cafe, but perhaps the taxi driver could assist. Agree on the price beforehand - no more than 20 Dihrams if in daylight. Once I arrived at the Riad it was easy to find my way around. Taxi to the Mellah should cost no more than 100 Dihrams if in daylight.

Probably the best part of our trip to Marrakesh, the hotel was really good and good food buuuut one of the night staff wanted 20 dirhams just to bring us a pot of tea which I think is a bit ridiculous that carrying a pot of boiled water 4 metres is tip worthy. Seems to me like a normal expectation from your hotel not extra going the extra mile. Beware of the transfer they charged us €15 for a transfer to the airport but that's a round trip rate also they had a guy come and fetch us from the hotel and he put out bags on this trolley, I thought he was the driver turns out he was just a random that expected another tip but we thought there was only the driver left to tip before we left and didn't have much on us which was a bit annoying. I don't understand why they conned us into having to pay this guy a tip presenting him as a driver and not giving us the option to carry our own bags (which I would have done since it was literally two small, light, hand lagguage bags.

Pros: The riad was in a great location and at a great price. Cons: It was not too clean. There were sheets only, no blanket or duvet. The staff was nice (smiling) but could not recommend restaurants or hammams when asked. There was no tour of the riad or explanation of services/breakfast time or directions to local sites. I was disappointed at the lack of information, and it felt a bit uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
