Really terrible. No AC no towels poor service room wasnt ready . Telephone didnt work . Loose wires fire hazards in the bedroom it stinks like cigarettes the restirant was even worse noisy dirty sticky tables for the value prices were high . NEVER BOOK HERE!!!

Avis mitigé, personnel au petit soins (acceuil de nuit et du jour). Nous avons réservé une chambre deluxe (lit double et non fumeur) mais confirmation sur place est une chambre simple, lit jumeaux et fumeur. Paiment sur place supérieure au prix annoncé (rien de grave 0.90€ de plus), mais le petot déjeuner annoncé inclus nous l'avons pas eu (restaurant fermé le jour de l'Aïd, compréhensif mais nous aurions aimés le savoir à l'avance. Geste de l'hôtel poir le désagrément est un surclassemnt, très appréciable. Par contre le ménage dans la chambre est très moyen. Je comprends que la situation sanitaire (COVID) a touché de façon négatif les établissements hôteliers, mais il y'a toujours moyen de permettre aux clients de passer un séjour convenable. Je n'exclus pas un future séjour dans l'établissement mais j'espère qu'une vigilance plus plus soit consacrée au ménage.

Conveniently located in the city center. Since this is a small botique hotel, staff are very attentive to your needs. They all spoke Arabic, French, and English. Close to McDonald’s for a quick easy bite. Easy access the groceries and stores.

Good location, little English spoken be ready with French. Restaurant next door was good, fun atmosphere and modern with good music and food, only be ready with the smoking inside while you are eating. A little walk to the center but easy to get back

The hotel and location was good. The only problem we had was the hot water would go in and out so you had to be careful when taking a shower and they only gave us one towel to dry off with. They are super nice and hold your luggage for you when you are checking out so you can explore more of the surrounding area if you want. I left a tip for their service because that was sweet and they were so great full

The staff was amazingly.. Casablanca is SO crowded and impersonal. This hotel looked out for ME! The security man out front was lived in Ohio, as well as other parts of the US. I called him "Mr. Ohio". Tell him Chris from Boston says hello!

Pleasant stay with a nice appartment with city view. There should be more parking space available, three very low or they should cancel the free parking notice. I would definitely recommend it.

I have no regret having decided to stay in The Fourteen Hotel. All amenities were great. It makes you feel at home, what I liked most is the multinational staff who works hand in hand with no form of discrimination. Staff all have contagious smile that make you smile too each time you meet them. Keep it up.

The staff is incredibly amazing and friendly. They were very helpful. The restaurant is a great spot to rejuvenate after a long day of walking. Nice neighborhood with cafes and shops.

the hotel is supposed to be 4 stars, however although it seems been recently renewed, lot of services are still not properly set: in my room the phone was not working, the TV as well. I had a double bed, but only one towel was there. I had to ask for additional one. The freezing system control has a scotch one need to remove before to operate. The hotel is not easy to find, it is not located in the center and taxis drivers seems not so far aware of. The breakfast is quite good and the restaurant well decorated. The room are like a studio with a separate room and a kitchen, which is good.

I always stay at The Fourteen Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa and I stayed more than ten times by now. It is pleasing place and near to down town any many shops. I got used to the staff and they know me well. The rooms are tidy and clean but the shower are a disaster because they leak all over the bath floor and are very small to take a relaxed shower. Everything else is fine and OK.

Upon arrival was greeted by a young man- he made check easy and gave a few tips about the area and taxis (even arranged for a taxi to pick us up early the next morning for the airport). The lady at front desk in morning was not as helpful. Never told us when our taxi arrived. My husband had to walk out from the lobby and happen to ask a driver if he was for us. And this hotel couldn't even make change for the $4 tax fee they charged. So we had to wait a few minutes for her to ask people for change. The hotel appears clean at a glance, however the bathroom had something on the toilet seat, the shower could have used a good cleaning and overall dusting. Also while the small kitchenette and washer/dryer looks nice they ask you not to use any of it- as it just for looks. Needless to say we only used the refrigerator. Also, the tv did not work. We did not bother to alert the hotel of the tv as our stay was short.

I had terrible experience with the Fourteen Luxury Hotel. I booked via Expedia, when I finally arrived to the hotel I was told they were full. The front desk clerk was understanding of the situation but there was no room for me. I had to go to the next available hotel in the area and luckily there was one not too far. I asked Expedia to provide an explanation, i.e. who was at fault amongst Expedia and the hotel. Expedia's "explanatory" email was written in convoluted language, i.e. dancing around the issue.

I would not recommend this hotel for two reasons: price , lack of amenities. There was no hot water for a shower. towels were cheap and flimsy.

I had a problem with my flight and the fine people from the fourteen luxury hotel helped me to change the booking even it was very short notice and my booking had strict conditions but they were very helpful and helped me to change the date. Plus there was another occasion when their service stood out, I needed some medication late at night and someone from the reception drove for me to the pharmacy to get it. I really think their service deserves 5 star.

Booked a room for 2 nights. Found out that it was actually a small 1 bedroom apartment. As it is "new", most taxi drivers didn't actually know where it was and we had to get off at the Twin Centre which wasn't much of a walk. The hotel was quite far from Medina and Morocco Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

Hotel apartment is spacious. confy room , great location ( take a taxi and tell him Twin center) Staff are more then perfect.. the lady is great, very helpful restaurants are nearby :McDonald, KFC...shops just one thing is that the cook and washing machine are not working i would get back to this hotel .. i really loved it

The room itself was very well-designed and beautiful and clean. My biggest complaint was that the shower drain did not work and it was impossible to get a comfortable temperature of water from the shower. That is a pretty big Downer for a hotel room for me. Also there was a stove top in the kitchenette that I began to prepare to make coffee on, and when it didn't work and I called the front desk they said that no in fact it would not work. Apparently just decoration. For us parking in front of the hotel worked out great but they advertised free valet parking but it appeared that their parking is limited to the two or three spaces on the street in front of the hotel, so I am not sure what happens if there are already three guests parked there.

Not easy to find by our taxi, hotel did not provide their contact info such as email or phone number with Expedia or their website, so I could not get proper location information. Other than that, great location near shops and eateries, walk around and explore the city. 2 stops from airport train to train station and then red taxi to hotel on side street, which would have been helpful if I knew this ahead of time. Friendly helpful staff but coffee in room has a charge and so do some of TV chanels with dollar signs that they don't inform you about. I would recommend this hotel.

Oven doesn't work even though they showcase it in the pictures. If you find things broken and not upto standard they will fix it but offer no form of real apology. Even stating 'you can't find anywhere better for less than what you paid' despite several attempts to speak to management about our concerns they made no effort to talk to us. Some of the staff were friendly but didn't take any remedial action either. Better off spending your money elsewhere, somewhere where they value you as a customer. Also even though stated there is no restaurant/spa/ fitness centre. Building works going on all times of day and night. there is potential for the hotel to be really good, but feel a change of management may be necessary. Avoid..

The Fourteen was a really nice hotel. Stayed with 2 friends and we all appreciated the comforts. It's not huge but the rooms have what you need. Everything is modern, clean, and bright. Rooms are a nice size. Full kitchen with minibar, washer, balcony, large lounge area. The staff were helpful & parking was free. There's no restaurant on site but they recommended a place a few blocks away with a good variety of options to choose from. Better wifi connection (there is one but it was a little slow/intermittent) and restaurant would have made it perfect.
