Cons: Si le prix est pas cher c’est qu’il y a des raisons.. - parties communes : aucun endroit pour se poser et sortir de l’agitation de la ville, c’est vraiment TOUT PETIT, le mec est seul et donc parfois pas là.. il n’était pas là pour mon Check off à 10h j’ai laissé les clés sur sa tablette.. - sanitaires vraiment vétustes, la porte de la douche ne se ferme pas, surprise, rien pour poser les affaires, les toilettes sales - pas de Clim ( normal pour le prix) ni ventilateur mais une minuscule fenêtre ouvrant sur le patio ( moi sur l’escalier au moins on ne me voyait pas depuis l’extérieur j’ai eu de la chance) ne permet pas de mettre de l’air dans la chambre.. 40 degrés même mi octobre, j’ai dormis sur le carrelage à 3h du mat

Lo staff davvero tanto gentile e accogliente, è disponibile, sono stati anche disposti a tenerci le valigie dopo il check out. Si preoccupano che tutto vada bene, cercano di soddisfare le richieste e si offrono anche di chiamare il taxi in caso di bisogno. Da loro è possibile prenotare escursioni e visite. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, molto piacevole il soggiorno lì. Ottima la posizione, vicino la piazza Ma in una via silenziosa. Siamo stati molto bene

Located next to the main square, shops souvenirs transports were close around. The staff was incredibly helpful, spoke sufficient English, and recommended some practical things. We could use the freezer downstairs for our drinks. The shower and toilette is alright.
Cons: The room itself (or as they call it rightfully: chamber) was tiny, and it was so hot with no air, that we had to sleep with the door wide open (one night a random child came in 💀). Minimal tools available for the guests.

Value for money...normal youth hostel feel. Loud friendly just what you'd expect. Down to earth. We found our stay to meet expectations for what we spent. Major disappointment was them allowing mixed sex couples sharing rooms turning a blind eye. This is illegal in your country unless married. Made me feel a little sick to be honest. As a Muslim sister I expected more from a morrocan establishment no no matter you cheap. Staff were lovely cleaning lady lovely. You get what you pay for. But the staff is what makes this place worth it. Again just disappointment in them not sticking to the law.

Lo mejor del sitio es su ubicación, está en plena medida muy cerca de la plaza principal por lo que tienes acceso rápido a todo lo turístico a pie. La habitación es prácticamentea la cama y poco más así que es para lo que es, ir a dormir y ya está. Son embargo en líneas generales es bastante limpio y el personal amable

Baño compartido, mini terraza en el techo, Gezzi y resto de anfitriones, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento..

L'hotel di trova nella Medina a due passi dalla piazza Jemaa el Fnaa in posizione strategica per visitare Marrakech. Ghazi è stato molto disponibile, ha organizzato il trasferimento dall'aeroporto all'albergo accompagnandoci nei vicoli della Medina. Ci ha dato dei preziosi suggerimenti su come muoverci e dove pranzare. La struttura è semplice con spazi ridotti ma pulita.

The staff were pleasant enough, and did offer to change our room ... but they offered a room with one bed, which neither I nor my son were comfortable with.
Cons: It may be that Hotel Away has pleasant rooms, but we did not stay in one. We were given a small twin room on the ground floor next to the office. Our door/shutters were right next to the office entry, and our "window" opened into the entryway/foyer so there was no privacy if people were waiting to check in or out. It was very noisy, almost all the time, and the noise from guests above would also echo down into the courtyard in the middle of the building. I had paid in advance and the alternate room they offered was not appropriate.

Hôtel très basique mais très propre et personnel très efficace (serrure de chambre réparée à 00h30 car elle ne fermait pas bien à notre arrivee), flexible de douche changé dès notre signalement, a tél pour nous au loueur de voitures car on ne pouvait pas le faire depuis notre mobile etc... A 2 pas de la grande place.
Cons: Pas bien isolé phoniquement (il y a toujours des voyageurs bruyants) mais avec des bouchons d’oreille à titre préventif, on a dormi comme des BB !!

Il riad si trova a pochi passi dalla piazza Jmal El Fna, su una strada "principale" della medina. La stanza è piccolina, ma abbastanza comoda. I letti sono comodi e la struttura è abbastanza pulita. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. C'è la possibilità di prenotare una navetta a prezzo conveniente da e per l'aeroporto.
Cons: Il bagno è molto piccolo e non molto funzionale. Il lavandino è minuscolo e il rubinetto si muove. La doccia ha il soffione rotto. La camera è un po' rumorosa.

The location is great. the staff super kind. We had internet connection and HOT water in the bathroom. They provided us the towels as well and extra thick blankets for the cold.
Cons: It is a really cold place and in my case there was no view at all. We were in the ground floor. It is important to understand this is not a riad, but for the price and the location it is a good place to stay. I don't know if this was the case for us (because we didn't asked) but they dont do the room. Which is kind of a problem for the bathroom. Over all this were minor inconveniences

Muy buen alojamiento. Trato excelente por parte del chico de recepción, siempre atento. Contratamos el servicio de recogida al aeropuerto y vino a buscarnos donde dejamos el coche, para que no tuviéramos que ir solas, y al marcharnos hizo lo mismo. La habitación triple con baño privado estaba muy limpia y cuidada, con todo lo necesario y aire acondicionado, que se agradece. Además, nos imprimieron la tarjeta de embarque. La ubicación es ideal, a solo dos minutos andando de la plaza. Muy recomendable.

Cons: mon expérience n’a pas été conforme à mes attentes. J’avais réservé une chambre avec trois lits, mais à mon arrivée, on m’a attribué une chambre comprenant seulement deux lits et un lit séparé, de type dortoir. Lorsque j’ai demandé des explications à la réception, il m’a été indiqué qu’il n’existait qu’une seule chambre avec trois lits, déjà occupée. Or, lors de ma réservation, le site affichait bien la disponibilité de cette chambre. J’ai choisi cet hôtel exclusivement pour cette configuration, ce qui rend la situation particulièrement décevante.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Aday. All staff members were super warm and welcoming, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Although I stayed there around New Year’s Eve and it was cold and raining outside, I didn’t feel cold inside my room at all and I had several blankets to warm up if needed. Hot water was also available in the shower. It was very quiet, and the location is perfect, just a 2 min walk from Jamaa El Fna square, in a quiet alley close to the souk. WiFi worked great too and they arranged my shuttle to the airport in the middle of the night (3:30am), at a great price. Overall a great budget option as long as you don’t expect luxury facilities!

Cons: The hygiene is very questionable... the bathroom we had on our floor didn't have the soap, the floor was dirty brown from other people's shoes, it had no proper towels provided (we had to ask and they gave a hand towel for the body), the worst thing is the shower - it will make your hair wet even if you don't want to, the pressure makes the water go in ALL directions. The toilet paper was always slightly wet and the bucket for I assume cleaning your lower parts was on the sink, where people wash their faces... it was disgusting. It was very cold in the place, thankfully they gave us very warm blankets. However, I doubt they clean them because of their material, so using the blanket after many people feels unhygienic.

I liked all the booking process and communication with the accommodation before and during stay. Hafid and other staff members were really help full! They picked me up at the taxi at night, which for a mother with a 6 year old kid was really pleasant and felt secure. they were always there for any request!
Cons: The fact there they didn´t allow a refund or changing of dates of a room a friend that couldn´t come. Even when I asked exactly on the 5 day before.... the humidity on the wall of the twin room falling on the bed and some noise at night coming from disrespectful guests... that the reception wouldn´t say to shut up....

Fantastic location, a short walk from Jemaa el Fna, in the heart of the medina. Easy walking distance from all the main sights, souks, restaurants. Bear in mind with its location, there are no cars in the medina, the only way to and from the hotel is on foot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Wi-fi was slow and frequently cut out. One issue with the bathroom with the basin leaking onto the floor sometimes.

La ubicación era perfecta, en el centro, el chico que nos atendió en recepción, una gran persona, muy amable y atento, nos ayudó a reservar el taxi de vuelta, y nos indicó los mejores sitios para comer. Le estaremos siempre agradecidos.
Cons: Quizá no esté tan acostumbrado a viajar, y no estoy seguro de si es habitual el servicio de limpieza diario en la habitación así como hacer la cama por el personal cuando el viajero está fuera, salvo por ese detalle, la ubicación y el personal fueron fantásticos, y repetiría en el mismo lugar si volviese.

Nos tocó una habitación justo al lado de recepción,cada vez que venía alguien a registrarse nos impedían dormir, Vinieron dos personas del Aeropuerto a las 2 de la mañana y de nuevo a despertarse Se pusieron a ducharse y se oía absolutamente todo,hasta cuando se lavaron los dientes ya que también tenían el baño fuera. Claro,a las 8 de la mañana arriba,ya que la gente bajaba por recepción y empezaban a hablar como si estarían en su casa. Bueno que dormí 4 horas. Un solo enchufe para toda la habitación,ni poder cargar el móvil los dos a la vez. Nunca mas

It’s location was perfect! A short walk to local markets and the main souk. A great start to our Moroccan travels. The hosts were friendly and enjoyed talking with us! Our rooms were clean as was the shared bathroom. Great space for a family, the traditional riad was picture perfect!! Lucky we travel with backpacks, lots of stairs and beautiful Moroccan tiles!

Nous n’avons rien apprécié. Cet hôtel ne mériterait pas d’être ouvert. De plus sur le site le paiement pouvait se faire par carte et à l’arrivée il nous ont imposé de payer en espèces.
Cons: Pas de papier de toilette, les serrures des portes fermaient très mal, fenêtre cassée. A aucun moment il n’etait indiqué qu’il n’y avait pas de serviette de toilette. Hotel très bruyant, veilleur de nuit informé par d’autres clients mais ce dernier dort et ne réagit pas aux tapages nocturnes.

Me encantó la ubicacion
Cons: Las habitaciones no están climatizadas por lo que hace bastante calor y faltaba higiene en las habitaciones. Encontramos una cucaracha entre las sabanas y hubo un recepcionista muy irrespetuoso que nos habló con desprecio cuando le dijimos que nos dieran sabanas nuevas (aunque todas las sabanas que tienen alli están rotas) porque no íbamos a dormir en un nido de cucarachas. El me dijo que ese no era su trabajo y que el veía normal que hubieran cucarachas… Desde el primer día sabia que no iba a ir bien cuando este mismo hombre dijo que no podia pagar las habitaciones con tarjeta teniendo que gastar todo el efectivo en pagar el alojamiento cuando puse expresamente que quería pagar con tarjeta desde booking. Me dejo sin dinero en efectivo en marruecos lo que se hace muy cuesta arriba. No veo normal inventarte que se te ha estropeado el datáfono y esconderlo en mi cara para sacarme el dinero en efectivo

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean, the shower head in our bathroom was not fixed to the wall, we asked for it to be fixed but they never fixed it. The location was excellent. I would stay here again as the staff were great.

Cons: - Het is een hostel, geen hotel!! Als we dit hadden geweten hadden we nooit geboekt met 3 kids!) - De eigenaar gevraagd om een annulering omdat wij 3 dagen hadden geboekt en wij niet tevreden waren met de kamer en gevraagd om een tegemoetkoming, dit weigerde hij volkomen. We moesten maar extra betalen voor een andere kamer met airco. Gedeeltelijk geld terug of ergens een oplossing kregen we niet!! Was wel zo netjes geweest!!

Cons: Ich bin leider enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Es liegt in einer sehr engen und schwer erreichbaren Straße – für Familien mit Kindern absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit fünf Betten gebucht, bekommen haben wir aber nur zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Das Zimmer war extrem heiß – es gab keine Klimaanlage, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen ein großes Problem war. Man konnte kaum schlafen. Zum Glück war es nur für eine Nacht. Für Familien würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen

Cons: I would never recommend anyone to book rooms without air conditioning because it is very hot and the fan does not help at all. The bathroom and some doors and windows need repairs. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. Although it is written on Booking that they accept payment by visa, the staff did not accept my payment by visa upon arrival and asked me to pay in cash. It would have been good if they wrote on Booking that they do not accept payment by cards so that the person would know before booking. The terrace does not have a good view.

Right off the middle of the Medina,good location,linens, bed,shower + toilets all v clean + tidy ! Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly,multilingual. Don’t let the word hostel put you off - it’s lovely - try get a room on the top floor - light , airy, courtyard open to the sky for air. The lower floor is darker , beside the entrance so maybe noisier ? And £20 ish a night is so good . I booked an extra night no hassle .
