We did love the location and a few of staffs were very nice. The room were very clean and beautiful. We love the outdoor pool which we spent some time.
Cons: The smell from the bathroom in the master bathroom were pretty bad. We were totally understand and didn't mention about this to the staff because we were out mostly all day. The wall were very thin. You could hear other people or they could hear us.

Die Lage der Unterkunft bittet eine perfekte Ausgangslage die Stadt zu besichtigen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, helfen alles zu organisieren. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und das ganze Riad ist wunderschön gemacht und die Zimmer sehr komfortabel und die Betten sehr bequem. Würde wieder hier buchen.

Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam. Geen vraag was te gek en ze deden alles voor je om het je naar de zin te maken. Onwijs veel respect voor deze harde werkers.
Cons: Sommige kamers zijn minder fijn. Zitten bijvoorbeeld aan een straatkant en hebben echt veel lawaai. Ook hadden sommige kamers geen warm water. Het is denk ik echt de moeite waard om hier een duurdere kamer te nemen.

We loved our stay at Riad Les Oliviers, it is along a narrow lane but an easy walk to all of the attractions you would want to visit during your trip to Marrakesh. The staff could not be more helpful, it felt as though you were living in a family home. The communication was exceptional, the Riad helped arrange a walking tour, a TukTuk trip and Hammam treatments during our trip. The Riad had its own Hammam facilities and the therapists were excellent, it was a treat to have this opportunity and our skin felt transformed following the treatments. The Riad had a roof top pool and a rooftop cafe, where we had delicious breakfasts and the occasional lunch, nothing too fancy but enough to keep the energy levels high, we could not believe the beauty behind the wooden door, the rooms were small but perfectly equipped. We had one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay in Riad Les Oliviers, it was perfect for our needs. We travelled as a group of 5 women and felt safe throughout our travels, daytime and nighttime. Thank you to everyone at Les Oliviers. You treated us with such kindness we are grateful to you all.
Cons: Our room on the ground floor was occasionally a little noisy as there was a small sitting area outside, however it was only a minor annoyance, and the surrounding beauty made it all worthwhile.

Het dakterras is aangenaam en er is plaats om te chillen, zo ook het kleine zwembad met de ligzetels waar je kan uitrusten. Het ontbijt is tamelijk uitgebreid, een mix van europees/Marokaans, zo waren er, naast de traditionele pannekoeken e.d., ook croissants. De hamman zeer goed! Vooral Hannan geeft heel goeie massages om de stress uit uw lichaam te krijgen. Dat hielp me om toch monter de dag door te komen! Thanks Hannan!
Cons: Het personeel die op dakterras bedient is helaas niet zo vriendelijk. De tapijten in de kamers waren niet zo proper, beddelakens waren verouderd en onze slaap werd verstoord door het lawaai van de brommers die 's nachts doorheen de smalle straatjes raasden. Note: Jammer dat ze die brommers in de medina toelaten, anders toplocatie!

Posizione, Staff e organizzazione servizi TOP. Ci hanno organizzato transfer, guida, escursione. Tutto perfetto. Anche la SPA con i servizi di hammam e massaggi è buona. Dopo la prima notte abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza e il giorno seguente hanno soddisfatto la nostra richiesta.
Cons: Le stanze sono un pò più piccole di quello che mi sarei aspettato a dalle foto che avevo visto. Noi purtroppo abbiamo patito un pò la luminosità nelle stanze ma credo sia una comune nei Riad non avendo balconi esterni ma solo piccole finestre. La prima stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era veramente buia. La seconda era molto più luminosa avendo due finestre sul cortile interno ma purtroppo spesso arrivava un brutto odore dal WC.

Wunderschöner Riad in der Nähe des Palace Bahia, traumhafte Dachterrasse mit Pool. Dort wird auch das Frühstück serviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr heterogen, die Fenster mehrheitlich zu einem der beiden Innenhöfe. Unsere Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern (und zwei Bädern) war für drei Personen ideal. Safe im Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück und auch die Gerichte des A-la-Carte-Menu waren ausgezeichnet. Flughafentransfers und Exkursionen, die wir über den Riad gebucht hatten, haben bestens funktioniert. Schade, dass man für das Personal keine 12 vergeben kann; alle sind unendlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine wahre Freude. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Dopo tre giorni di campeggio nel deserto siamo arrivate in questo splendido Riad, un’oasi di pace che ci ha subito rigenerate. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, con bagno e doccia caldi — un vero piacere dopo la sabbia e il caldo del deserto di Merzouga. La piscina è meravigliosa e la cena deliziosa, tutto curato con gusto e attenzione. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci con un sorriso. A completare l’atmosfera rilassante, un piccolo gatto bianco e rosso adorabile che ci ha tenuto compagnia. Un posto silenzioso, accogliente e rigenerante: davvero il rifugio perfetto dopo il deserto!

Accueil toujours aussi chaleureux !! Sommes venus l'an dernier avec deux petits-enfants et cette année avec toute la famille soit 11 personnes ! Le riad a superbement géré nos demandes que ce soit en déplacements, restaurants.... This apartment is so amazing and it’s really surprised me, I very very like the style of decoration, the green of main color is applied so harmoniously, and the carefully prepared music in the top roof is truly captivating. And the manager Abdullah is so sweetly, he told me about the the things of tour in this city ,and showed me in the maps, he also helped me the next trip patiently and ask stuff helped us pick luggage when come and leave. Its a really nice place, stongly recommended

Nous avons séjourné au Riad en famille. L'emplacement pour nous était parfait. Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable (restaurant, femmes de ménage ou le personnel à l'accueil). Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et délicieux. La literie est très bonne. Les serveurs du petit déjeuner font vraiment tout pour vous satisfaire! Nous avons un dîner au Riad, c'était très bon également.
Cons: Le seul bémol était au niveau des bruits intempestifs chaque nuit au dessus de notre chambre (très bruyant à partir de 5h du matin...différents bruits non reconnaissables. Ca ressemblait à des choses que l'on trainait au sol, des bruits de mécanismes...bref cela nous a vraiment gêné). La qualité de notre sommeil a été impacté. Sans ces bruits le séjour aurait été vraiment parfait. Dommage que la piscine soit si froide avec des températures extérieures de 30 degrés.

El Riad es muy cómodo, el personal muy amable todo muy limpio, limpiaban las habitaciones todos los días , el restaurante muy buena la comida, la piscina, todo estuvo muy bien, además uno de los pocos riad en los que te puedes tomar una cervecita después del bullicio de la medina. Muy recomendable , sin duda repetiría.

Cons: La struttura é veramente voto 10 peccato però per la poca cura della parte alta, piscina soprattutto e ristorazione. Purtroppo per quanto riguarda la piscina ci sono dei pezzi che mancano proprio sul fondo e sulle pareti, ci sono pochi lettini in quanto il posto è piccolo e gli asciugamani forniti, così come quelli della camera, sono davvero piccoli e strausurati (consiglio vivamente di cambiarli). A livello di ristorazione la qualità non è proprio il massimo, anzi, i prezzi molto giusti.

Il Riad è in un’ottima posizione e la strada per arrivarci è tranquilla ed è facile orientarsi. La colazione servita in terrazza è ottima. La spa piccolina ma una vera chicca, abbiamo fatto Hammam e massaggio marocchino ed è stato tutto perfetto. Il personale è davvero gentile, ci hanno dato diversi consigli su come muoverci e sono sempre stati molto disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta.

Een geweldige Riad. Mooie slaap- en slaapkamer. Hygiëne is top. Leuk zwembad met ligstoelen. Ontbijt Marrokaans en continentaal. Daarnaast kan je goed lunchen en dineren in de Riad. Lekker eten en niet duur. In de avond wordt er door een dj achtergrond muziek op het rooftop terras gedraaid. De Riad geeft ook een spa, van de hamman en massage en pedicure gebruik gemaakt. Ook dit was goed en tegen een redelijke prijs. Via de Riad worden excursies aangeboden. Wij hebben een tour met de ecologische tuktuk gemaakt (elektrische fietstaxi). Super leuk om zo door de stad te rijden. Ook hebben we van het transport naar de luchthaven gebruik gemaakt. Riad ligt gunstig voor het Bahia paleis, vlakbij de Souks en het grote plein. Wij bevelen deze Riad ten zeerste aan en als we terug zouden komen naar Marrakesh dan kiezen we zeker deze Riad.

Cons: Le Riad est très joli mais assez vétuste. En effet le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. En revanche la propreté n'est pas au rendez vous. La décoration blanche de la chambre avec un petit canapé écru et un jeté de lit auraient été magnifiques s'il n y avait pas eu des tâches très douteuses. Si je les avais vues avant j'aurai demandé à changer de chambre. Sans parler des serviettes de toilettes qui sont toutes usées voire déchirées... Dommage...le cadre est joli mais sans la propreté c'est compliqué de se détendre. En revanche le massage du dos était parfait j ai passé un vrai moment de détente.

Ya es la segunda vez que me alojó en este Riad. El trato es excelente, atentos, amables, cercanos y profesionales. Total dedicación a sus huéspedes. No me refiero a que sean pesados ni pelotas, sino a qué cualquier cosa que necesites están disponibles y se esmeran en dar muy buen servicio, y lo consiguen. Los desayunos super abundantes ( tienes una pequeña zona buffet si te apetece fruta, zumos naturales, cereales, yogures, huevos, bacon, ensaladas y frutos secos) y aparte lo que te traen de la cocina, recién hechos todos los platos típicos Marroquíes ( tortos, panqueques, dulces, con sus mermeladas y chocolate típicos de allí). Las habitaciones espaciosas, limpias, cuidadas y las camas comodísimas. La piscina en la azotea es una fantasía y además sirven cerveza y cócteles ( en la mayoría de los Riads no tienen licencia para esto). Además muy bien ubicado, a 5 min caminando de la plaza principal Jemma L' Fnaa. Lo recomiendo para una estancia perfecta en Marrakech.

We loved our stay here. Staff were amazing. Greeted with tea and biscuits. Riad is quite luxurious for the price. Location was good but a bit hard to get to but it is Marrakech. Free breakfast was lovely. Dinner was great food. The pool was very welcome after hot days of walking around. I can't soak highly enough of the staff. Especially Usama (hope I spelt his name right)
Cons: Had to walk down a fairly long alleyway to get to accommodation but staff helped with bags. Bit dangerous with motor bikes driving past a lot. But this is usual for Marrakech.

Die Lage war absolut perfekt! Man geht nur wenige Minuten zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und es ist auch leicht zu finden in diesem Labyrinth aus engen Gassen. Die Gegend ist sicher und auch das Frühstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Während man in den meisten Riads "nur" Süßes (typisch marokkanisch) zum Frühstück bekommt, gab es hier auch Wurst und Käse. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool ist auch super und perfekt für eine kleine Abkühlung zwischendurch.

Cons: I Riad sono in se palazzi vecchi rinnovati con camera non troppo grande. Visto che nella camera dei miei figli non c'erano finestre esterne (solo finestre interne come tante camera in un Riad), era molto umido e si sentiva muffa. Ns. camera non aveva quel problema avendo una finestra esterna. Entrambi camere avevano porte di vetro per il bagno e il Ns. si apriva sempre e non si poteva chiudere. Il coperto del Ns letto aveva un gran macchio che ovviamente non è bello da vedere.

Beautiful riad in very good location within walking distance to all the sights.Lovely rooftop terrace with a pool. Everything was very clean and rooms were cleaned every day. The riad was an oasis of calm from the busyness outside, and it always smelled lovely. The staff at the riad were exceptional, always friendly and very helpful with anything you needed.They were happy to arrange taxis and trips and whatever you needed.I was very impressed with them. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Restaurant was also very good with reasonable prices. Lovely calming spa. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Soggiorno da sogno a Marrakech Il nostro soggiorno al riad è stato semplicemente incantevole. Appena varcata la soglia, siamo stati avvolti da un’atmosfera di pace e bellezza, un’oasi di tranquillità lontano dal caos della Medina ma a pochi passi da essa. La cura dei dettagli è impeccabile: i cortili interni, le fontane zampillanti e le decorazioni tradizionali creano un’ambientazione magica e autentica. Le camere sono ben climatizzate, spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, anche i bagni completi di tutto il necessario, offrendo ogni comfort per un riposo perfetto. La colazione, servita ogni mattina sulla splendida terrazza panoramica, è stata un vero e proprio rito: succhi di frutta, crêpes marocchine e un assortimento di dolci e salati, il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata. La piccola piscina sul tetto, veramente difficile da trovare nel centro di Marrakech, è stata la chicca perfetta, fondamentale dopo una giornata un giro con quasi 50 gradi. E poi la fantastica spa interna, un meraviglioso luogo di pace e relax. Consiglio per il parcheggio Parking Riad Zitoun Jdid, a due passi ed evitate di finire in un dedalo di vicoli affollati. Ma di Riad più o meno simili, piscina a parte, se ne trovano; quello che fa la differenza e rende l’esperienza di un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile è il fattore umano. L’ospitalità e la gentilezza del personale è da 5 stelle. Sempre sorridenti, disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Ci hanno assistiti in tutto, cambiato stanza la mattina seguente perché il climatizzatore non era sufficiente, aiutati a risolvere un problema con l’autonoleggio e perfino preparato la colazione da asporto alle 3 di mattina, rendendo il nostro viaggio ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare alla direttrice Sihams e a tutto lo staff. Consiglio vivamente questo riad a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e rilassante a Marrakech.

La Riad, è stupenda, curata nei dettagli, vi regna una pace e una tranquillità incredibili pur essendo in centro città, la cortesia e l'ospitalità, avevo prenotato una quadrupla ma al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito e abbiamo potuto soggiornare in due stanze doppie comunicanti, ci siamo sentiti viziati e coccolati dal personale della struttura.

¡Nos encantó todo! La amabilidad de todo el personal desde el primer momento. La belleza del lugar, se respira una calma increíble, que es de agradecer entre el caos de la Medina. Está situado en un sitio excepcional. El taxi nos dejó a la entrada de una calle estrecha ya que en gran parte de la Medina los coches no pueden circular. Tan solo tuvimos que caminar 2 minutos y llegamos perfectamente al hotel. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, bonitas y la piscina es fantástica. Nosotros disfrutamos muchísimo, íbamos con una niña de 7 años y la verdad es que quedó encantada. El desayuno está muy rico, con parte de buffet y otra que te sirven en mesa. Desde luego si volvemos a Marrakech repetiremos.
Cons: Todo bien, lo único fue que quisimos comprar una botella de agua en la zona de la piscina y nos pareció un precio excesivo.

Staff were exceptional on every possible way. They organised a desert trip for us, arranged transport when we asked and took care of everything we needed. Particularly, our room was extremely noisy because of woks in a building outside. They made every effort to change our room, and managed. We were also given a complimentary massage.

A lovely Riad central to the medina. All attractions easily walkable. The pool was definitely a great addition, much needed after a hot morning around the souks. Staff were helpful and were there if you needed anything. Bedroom was clean.and had everything you needed. We had an evening flight yet we're still able to use the pool area after check out and were given a spa shower room before we left for the airport, very much appreciated. Enjoyed our 3 night stay, just right!!
Cons: Reason I didn't give it 10 was pool area was dated with tiling coming off in places. Noise above our room 'Fes' each morning at 6.30am as we were directly underneath the kitchen where they were getting set up for breakfast. They offer an alcohol menu, but would have been better off saying it didn't as lots of drinks unavailable despite being on the menu.

Após fazer o check-out, e como o nosso voo era só à noite, pudemos deixar as malas no riad, utilizar a piscina depois de darmos uma última volta por Marraquexe, e tomar banho antes de sairmos em direção ao aeroporto.

Hannan, Djamila qui nous ont apporté un moment exceptionnel de détente au SPA; et tout ceux que j'ai oublié de citer.... El Riad es hermoso, un espacio de calma entre medio del caos de la ciudad. El personal es muy muy amable, y nos hicieron pasar unos hermosos 4 dias. El ultimo dia pudimos utilizar las instalaciones antes de irnos al aeropuerto. Esta en el centro, en una calle que no se puede acceder en auto pero solo hay que caminar unos minutos.

La struttura è molto affascinante, con un bellissimo cortile centrale ed un bel rooftop con piscina dove si fa anche colazione e si consumano i pasti (pranzo/cena). Posizione centralissima nel cuore della Medina a pochi minuti a piedi dal Bahia Palace e a poco più di 10 minuti dalla piazza principale. Personale sempre sorridente e pronto ad esaurire ogni richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti quasi di famiglia. La colazione, servita in terrazza, è molto molto abbondante, vi portano fin troppe cose e poi c'è anche un piccolo spazio a buffet. Prodotti fatti in casa molto buoni. Ottima la spa con massaggi ed hammam. Molto gentili e brave le ragazze che fanno i trattamenti, a costi non troppo elevati, anche un pochino più alti di spa esterne. Ottimo e straconsigliato il servizio di visita della città su tuc tuc elettrico. Il ragazzo che ci ha portato è stato bravissimo, molto gentile e competente. Il prezzo (abbiamo fatto un giro di 2 ore in cui non vengono conteggiate quelle in cui ti fermi per vedere un'attrazione o andare in un negozio) è più che onesto. Ottimo e a prezzo corretto il servizio di transfer da e per l'aeroporto. Il prezzo del soggiorno è corretto, anche più basso rispetto ad altre soluzioni simili. Avevamo il volo in serata e ci hanno fatto usare la piscina fino all'ultimo secondo concedendoci una sala della spa con doccia per pulirci prima di ripartire. Grazie.
Cons: L'aspetto forse meno wow sono le camere, non enormi, carine ma senza particolari degni di nota, mentre il bagno è pulito e rivestito con delle bellissime piastrelle colorate. L' insonorizzazione è migliorabile. In piscina forse manca un po' di spazio perché di solito nel pomeriggio le sdraio erano tutte piene, ma è un piccolo dettaglio. Il Riad è posizionato in una zona non accessibile alle auto. Il che non è un male, ma per le persone che hanno minore mobilità per raggiungerlo va messo in conto qualche minuto di camminata a piedi.

L’accueil chaleureux d’Oussama dans ce patio enchanteur, le mot de bienvenue de toute l’équipe… En un instant, nous voilà transportés dans un palais hors du temps, où l’on se sent entourés, portés par une bienveillance rare. Tout est pensé avec soin : l’accueil, la décoration, le confort… Chaque détail reflète un profond amour de l’hospitalité. Le clou du séjour ? La piscine sur la terrasse, baignée de soleil, où le chant des oiseaux accompagne nos instants de détente. Le restaurant, quant à lui, est un vrai régal. Des plats savoureux, servis avec discrétion, sourire et gentillesse. Une pensée toute particulière pour Hanan, dont la douceur, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme au spa ont rendu nos moments encore plus précieux, entre apaisement, écoute et bien-être. Nous avons vécu ici une parenthèse enchantée, dans une bulle de calme et de beauté. Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe, et à toutes les personnes de l’ombre — en cuisine, au ménage, à l’entretien — qui font de ce lieu un véritable havre de paix. Nous reviendrons, c’est une évidence. - Really great location next to Bahia Palace. Easy walk through souks to get to the main square and next to a good ATM - Comfy and clean rooms - Breakfast was lovely and worth getting up for! Cons: - Whilst the pool was great, there definitely could be more sunbeds and pool towels - this is probably because we travelled during the school holidays (accidentally…) but we found that most of the time we couldn’t enjoy the pool area as all the beds and towels were occupied by families from about 1pm-7pm. When we asked about more pool towels (as they aren’t given in the rooms) I was quite abruptly told there were none left, yet on a different day I saw a family be given about 5 extra towels, proving that they do have them! So in conclusion, could be worth adding a couple more sunbeds and making pool towels more accessible so more people can enjoy the area. - We ran out of soap in our bathroom and we asked if we could get a top up but didn’t get it.

O Riad deixa os hospedes bem a vontade, nos sentimos em casa. Localização muito boa conhecemos a cidade a pé.

L'emplacement du Riad à proximité des souks et des lieux à visiter lors d'un séjour à Marrakech. Le riad par lui-même, dans la plus pure tradition marocaine, calme, luxe et volupté et l'odeur de fleur d'oranger qui flotte dans toute les parties communes.
Cons: La prestation hamman prestige. La pièce n'était pas chaude. Pas de vapeur pour permettre d'éliminer les toxines avant gommage du corps. Juste une douche avec la température de l'eau difficile à gérer (comme dans les chambres) un coup froid un coup trop chaud, on nous a enduit le corps de savon noir puis gommage énergique, pas un moment super agréable comme je m'y attendais, en revanche le massage était divin et fut un moment de relaxation et bien-être absolu. Le restaurant trés moyen. Un détail sans doute pour beaucoup, mais j'ai trouvé dommage les fleurs en plastique dans les jardinières à l'étage et pas de première jeunesse...Une bouteille d'eau minérale renouvelée chaque jour dans la chambre aurait été un plus pour le prix et un riad de cette catégorie. The whole Riad is brilliant! Great location! Great room over 2 floors, 4 adults (kids are 16 & 20) 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean, AC. Pool is small but we were there for sightseeing so little time spent there! Breakfast was plentiful. Staff really friendly & Fatima on reception so lovely & sweet. We used their booked airport transfer, perfect. I booked a massage, also fabulous.

Je viens de passer un merveilleux séjour dans ce Riad et je tenais à partager mon expérience. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli par le personnel, qui s'est montré disponible et attentif tout au long de mon séjour. Leur gentillesse a vraiment ajouté une touche personnelle à mon expérience. Le Riad est idéalement situé, permettant d'explorer facilement les merveilles de Marrakech. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la proximité des souks et des attractions principales, ce qui m'a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville. Riad les Oliviers is very welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our suite was very comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfasts were plentiful but mainly sweet dishes like cakes, pancakes, yoghurt, chocolate spread. We had the set menu on Saturday evening with traditional musicians and a belly dancer. The riad itself is very beautiful and quite convenient for accessing the city centre
Cons: The pool wasn’t as nice as it looks on the booking site. It was quite small with few sun loungers. The local area can be very hazardous with motorcycles and scooters constantly driving fast down the nearby roads, quite dangerous in fact. One motorbike ran over my foot. ! We enjoyed a few alcoholic drinks on the entertainment evenings ( Saturdays and Wednesdays ) but we were denied a drink the rest of our stay. Why is this ? It can’t be for religious reasons because alcohol is served on 2 evening of the week !

When I was looking for a place to stay in Marrakech, I saw that most are Riad's. After some search on google, I found out what exactly they are: a local's home transformed into Hotel. Very friendly staff. I recommend to request them to take you from the airport to the Riad, not in terms of safe, cause Marrakech is safe, but in terms of comfort. I selected this Riad for my stay because it has the swimming pool outside, and I needed to have the sun over my skin. It is also a good placement of the Riad, near the Medina market.
Cons: Probably the remotes for the TV (which I haven't manage to knew to use it) and AC (but it worked in the end). Nevertheless, I was not coming to watch TV, and the AC worked fine.

Pulizia da migliorare con annessa disinfestazione di alcune zone. Le asciugamani della piscina non credo vengano lavate ma solo stese ad asciugare. Piscina piccola che necessita di ammodernamento. Da evitare la cena/spettacolo organizzata con tempi lunghissimi di attesa e il menù non all'altezza.

Un séjour magique dans ce magnifique riad! Tout a été parfait! Dès l’entrée dans l’établissement, on se sent transporté dans un palais des mille et une nuits. Et cette odeur de fleur d’oranger… La chambre était très spacieuse pour 4 personnes, très joliment décorée, très propre et très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et délicieux! Le personnel était d’une extrême gentillesse! La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique, avec une très belle piscine. C’était très calme bien que l’établissement soit situé en plein cœur de la medina. Il est d’ailleurs très bien placé pour réaliser toutes les visites. Quand nous retournerons à Marrakech, nous reviendrons dans ce riad!

Wir hatten uns bei unserer Ankunft es durch Zufall angesehen und durften es nun zum Abschluss genießen und es war einfach nur wunderbar vom ersten Augenblick und dem Duft von Orangenblüten dem leckeren marokkanischen Tee und den besten Frühstück auf der ganzen Reise am Morgen. Cons: Siamo stati nella camera familiare e mancavano un po' di punti di appoggio sia per i bagagli sia per gli asciugamani in bagno. Ma è un dettaglio che non ha influito troppo.

Le Riad est magnifique et très propre. Il est extrêmement bien placé, très pratique pour visiter la Médina. Le personnel est très sympathique et très serviable. Ils sont de bons conseils et proposent des navettes, des excursions… Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, tout est fait maison et délicieux.
Cons: Le seul petit bémol est que notre chambre était un peu bruyante (placée sous la cuisine).

Der Transfer (vom Hotel organisiert)vom Flughafen war zügig (20min). Die letzten Meter (~300m) bis zum Riad müssen zu Fuß zurückgelegt werden. Daher liegt die Unterkunft aber auch sehr Zentral in der Altstadt in der Nähe des Palais de la Bahia. Die Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern war schön gestaltet, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker und von der Menge her auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Der Pool auf der Terrasse ging von der Temperatur und war von der Größe für eine Abkühlung ausreichend.

This is a 3-star hotel and perhaps our expectations were set too high from the 9.2 rating. On the plus side, the room was renovated and nice. The common areas and pool areas on the rooftop were nice and the breakfast was OK, certainly not fabulous, as it was rated on Booking.com. The location is good and easily accessible, but in our opinion, on the less-nice side of the Medina.
Cons: The cockroaches that co-occupied our room were not great room mates. Thankfully, we only discovered them on our last night. One of them was in our suitcase, and hopefully we did not bring its brothers and sisters back home with us. The lobby common areas are basically non-existent. If you are expecting a well-designed traditional Moroccan Riad, this is not it. I would not call the breakfast staff friendly. Honestly, we had a very different / worse experience than some of the other reviewers here, and a "just good" rating would be more justified.

The common spaces are fantastic. In particular the terrace is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink or a coffee and breakfast in the morning.
Cons: The room was small and felt stuffy. Moreover, it was not quiete and as we had windows in the common patio it felt not quite and there was no space for intimacy. The bathroom window was opening in the common patio space for example.

Riad Les Oliviers was the perfect accommodation for me and my family. For various reasons, I shall list them without saying which was the most important, as they all contributed to my impression. The riad is very pretty, nicely decorated, it was a pleasure to spend time in the inner courtyard. The room was small, but not in a way to bother us. It was very clean and cleaned daily. We woke up every morning hearing the birds singing, which felt so nice! By the way, although it is very well located, the Riad is not at all noisy during night. Coming back to location, Djemaa El Fna square in 15 minutes on foot and all other attractions from the medina are in walking distance. For les Jardines Marorelle, which are in the new city area, they organized a nice trip by tuk-tuks. Everything they organized for us was good, with nice personnel and clean cars, namely transfer from and to the airport, a trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls and the tuk-tuks. Breakfast was lovely, my favorite vacation breakfast so far! That because I enjoyed their selection and, especially, the dishes they cooked fresh. We tried their restaurant twice and the food vas very good and very decently priced for the quality. The top-roof terrace is quite nice for breakfast, dinner, relaxing, everything. The reception personnel is really really nice! They tried their best to help us have a great vacation! I clearly recommend this nice Riad!

This was a wonderful place…like an oasis in the middle of town. Perfectly located…within walking distance of most of the things one would want to visit. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The included breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. We ate at the onsite restaurant a couple of times and were very satisfied with both meals. Our room, though not huge, was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

the breakfast was amazing - lots of variety on the rooftop. unfortuantely, we had to leave very early the second day, so missed it. The staff was very grateful to pack a breakfast for us... Staff is very nice and accommodating, probably the best feature and the main room with the zen fountains, decor and authentic furniture. I liked that the RIAD was not in the craziness of the depth of the Medina, but still ina walking distance from most things.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft hat bestens geklappt und auch die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Wir wurden am Anreisetag nochmals per WhatsApp kontaktiert und man hat uns mitgeteilt, wo wir abgeholt werden. Das Personal hat sich beim Check-In sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Bei einem Begrüßungstee hat man uns alles erklärt und auf einer Karte die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten markiert und uns Tipps gegeben. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und das Riad liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend. Zusätzlich haben wir ein Spa-Package mit Hamam und Massage im Riad gebucht. Man hat uns Bademäntel und Badelatschen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Uns hat beides sehr gut gefallen und wir können es nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und hat uns für den ganzen Tag satt gemacht. Sollten wir wieder nach Marrakesch reisen, würden wir wieder hier übernachten.
Cons: Leider ist die Badezimmertür nach oben hin offen, sodass man sich schon sehr gut kennen muss, um zur gleichen Zeit im Raum zu sein. Zudem war das Badezimmer nach dem Duschen komplett geflutet.

It was lovely, decoration was very nice, pool area is relaxing and location was great, it’s in the medina but not bang on a busy street, 5 min walk to shops. Staff were so helpful, friendly and couldn’t fault the service. The breakfast included was amazing! So much food and very tasty.
Cons: The only negative I have to say is that the pillow cases were abit stained and had marks on them. Everything else was clean. Oh and the bathroom door isn’t a door, it’s barely there, which was fine for my partner and I however if you were in a new relationship or someone you’re not super close to - this level privacy may not be what you want!

Très beau Riad avec une terrasse magnifique et très agréable. L’ensemble du personnel a été très accueillant et d’une extrême gentillesse. L’emplacement est idéal et à proximité des sites à visiter. La cuisine est très bonne et le petit déjeuner gargantuesque.
Cons: Déçus par la qualité de la literie qui était une peu trop dure pour nous. Nous sommes très mal tombés car nous avons été réveillés tous les matins avant 8h par des coups de marteaux par des personnes qui faisaient des travaux dans le Riad, nous aurions apprécié être prévenus à l’avance voir même que la direction de l’établissement demande aux ouvriers de débuter les travaux un tout petit peu plus tard ! Il manque un service de blanchisserie plus que nécessaire quand on ne voyage pas avec des grosses valises. Encore une fois le personnel a été très attentionné c’est pourquoi je mets la note de 8 et non de 7.

Breakfast excellent, so fresh and lots of it. Worth booking taxi transfer with hotel as they arrange everything and someone greets you and walks you from carpark through the Medina to Riad. You would never find it otherwise. It was perfect and excellent value for money. Thankyou to all staff too many to name them all

Le riad est une véritable bonne surprise. Authentique et très propre. La chambre familiale est très grande. Les enfants ont dormi à l'étage avec leur propre toilettes et salle de bain. Il y avait aussi une salle de télévision. Faites attention toutefois, vérifiez les chaînes au préalable car nous sommes tombés sur des chaînes pour adultes (pornographie) qui ne sont pas bloquées. Le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner étaient incroyables. Le hammam et le massage étaient excellents, pas besoin de chercher un spa ailleurs pour cela. Le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux, serviable et souriant. Le Wi-Fi marche très bien aussi. L'emplacement est à côté de tout, parfait.
Cons: Les chaînes non bloquées ne conviennent pas aux enfants.

We had an amazing stay at Les Oliviers. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of options. If somethings want there you could ask and they would bring for you. Rooms nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, they would look after you, would answer all the questions, give you all the information and directions you need, they would book trips and taxi for you. I felt very safe everywhere. Can’t thanks enough to all the staff ( especially to Mbarka at the front office, Karima does the best massage and scrub). Sorry I couldn’t remember all the names.
Cons: If I would have to change something that would be the pillows ( or maybe too soft for me), everything else was perfect.

Beautiful Riad, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, 24 hours a day. Easy walking distance to all the sights, but lovely and quiet at night. Excellent roof terrace, with bar and a nice plunge pool. Great breakfast, one of the best I've had anywhere.

Zeer mooie Riad vlakbij de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en het ontbijt gevarieerd en lekker. De kamers zijn niet zeer groot maar wel super proper. Het zwembad op het dak is een zalige plek om even tot rust te komen op het einde van een dag sightseeing. Het personeel van de riad organiseert ook goede uitstappen. De ophaaldienst aan de luchthaven is ook een aanrader. Ze wachten je op op een parking in de buurt en begeleiden je door de smalle straatjes van de Medina tot aan de riad. Topservice!

The ambiance,location and the staff.i cannot fault anything.as the day we arrived up to the last day we left the staff are so accommodating.they will go out of the way to grant your request.the place has hammam and spa which i strongly recommend.all our activities where booked in the riad and the prices are affordable.you can have a private tour to the falls and 4 hours tuktuk ride which can last the whole day.booked our agafay desert activities and it did not disappointment..the breakfast selections are good.there is a swimming pool in the roof top.good for summer swim.i will go back to this riad when i visit Marrakesh again.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Riad Les Oliviers and Spa! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. A special mention to Osama, who was truly exceptional—so friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The airport pick-up was a great addition, making our arrival stress-free. The staff also helped carry our luggage, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Our room was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the included continental breakfast, which was a lovely way to start each morning. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main sights, making it super easy to explore Marrakesh. The rooftop allowed for experiencing incredible sunrises in the morning! Overall, we highly recommend Riad Les Oliviers and Spa and would definitely stay here again!

Самые главные достоинства риада это расположение и тишина. Несмотря на очень шумные улицы, внутри тихо, как в вакууме (если только кто то из гостей не шумит). Зимой в номере Erfoud на нижнем этаже было достаточно тепло. Если прохладно, можно использовать кондиционер для обогрева. В первые два дня в номере була большая бутылка воды и солёный арахис. Уборка производится каждый день. Завтрак неплохой и сытный: часть блюд это шведский стол, а некоторые другие блюда, чай и кофе подаются отдельно. Зона у бассейна замечательная. В солнечную погоду можно просто посидеть с чашкой кофе, потому что зимой температура воды слишком низкая. Работники риада очень внимательные и отзывчивые, всегда улыбаются и готовы помочь.
Cons: - душ протекает и после купания пол заливает водой. - не очень понравилась идея со стеклянной дверью, которая не полностью закрывает вход и без замка. - завтрак неплохой, но немного не хватает разнообразия, и не очень удобно, что некоторые блюда приносят отдельно. - и самое печальное, что в одно утро на полу в ванной был живой таракан (кроме того одного больше не было, возможно, неприятная случайность). - чистота полотенец вызывает сомнения, они постираны, но есть пятна. - удивило, что гости риада должны заплатить, если хотят посидеть на террасе со своими напитками.

Die Lage.
Cons: Le lieu semble très attrayant à première vue, mais les apparences sont trompeuses. Dès qu’on y regarde de plus près, on est déçu. Des amis à nous ont été placés dans une minuscule chambre pour le même prix, qui était enfumée et humide, avec des taches d’eau sur les murs. La moquette était si sale qu’elle ressemblait à un paillasson. Il n’y a eu aucun effort pour leur proposer une alternative. Au lieu de cela, ils ont littéralement été mis à la porte. Alors que nous réfléchissions sur la terrasse sur le toit à un endroit où les loger, un employé est venu environ 10 minutes plus tard pour nous dire qu’il fallait retirer les valises de la chambre (la minuscule pièce), car elle devait être préparée pour les prochains clients. Un scandale absolu ! D’ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient tous deux extrêmement médiocres et immangeables.”

I loved the breakfast. The room and riad were amazingly beautiful. The rooftop pool was a great place to stay, though it was too cold to swim. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay!
Cons: The receptionist on our first day told us that we can just ask water for drinking anytime. However, when we checked out. We had to pay for 20 dirhams for a big bottled water. We could have bought one outside for 5-6 dirhams. I know the price as this is our 2nd riad in Marrakech for this 10 days trip. The location is quite far, and you need to be cafeful going there as motorcycles pass through this alleyways. We booked for hammam and an hour massage for 750 dirhams. We were booked for 1400H. My husband and I were catered for Hammam by just one person. She was very lovely, though. However, I was shocked that we were already back in our room at 1529H. That's why I felt that the massage was too quick. I doubt that the hammam only took less than 30 mins for the two of us. This is not our first time having spas, so I know what it feels like having an hour massage. And no, I didn't fall asleep. Whoever wants to book for a massage, though, ask for the time before starting. We could have only paid 550 dirhams for that hammam and 30-minute massage. Before checking out, make sure you have paid all your bills. As there wasn't anyone by reception when we left at 9am. The cleaner there was telling us to wait but our booked taxi was already there so we couldn't wait, so we just left the keys with her.

This was a great find. The Riad was in a perfect location and a peaceful oasis from the chaotic Medina. The staff was exceptional, looking after our every need and made all our arrangements for us, such as taxi’s and tours. Breakfast was probably my most favorite feature, followed by relaxing on the roof in the afternoon after a day of exploring. The WiFi is very strong, but it didnt work in our room, so we would just step out into the courtyard. Not a problem. We had a large room, with a large shower and we were very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this Riad.

Bien entendu, en allant a Marrakech au moi de Janvier, compliqué d'aller a la piscine. Cependant, il est bien agréable, sur le toit et donc en plein soleil, avec le bar juste à coté. Petit déjeuner très bien, très agréable en terrasse également. Carte pour déjeuner et dîner, un vrai plus, ayant une plage horaire très large. Personnel très agréable et très souriant.

On arrival at the hotel, the staff were amazing. We were taken to a court yard where we were served mint tea and biscuits. The reception staff then sat with us asking what we were looking to do whilst there and gave us the best advice. The location was perfect. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise how delicious, fresh and filling it was and set us up for a day exploring.

Die Lage des Riads ist aussergewöhnlich - wir konnten das Zentrum Marrakeschs perfekt zu Fuss erkunden. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein, wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Es war sehr ruhig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und typisch marokkanisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij. Siham heeft ons meteen rondgeleid en we konden alles aan haar vragen om te regelen. De lokatie van de riad was top, meteen in het centrum om alles te voet te bezoeken. En heerlijk rustig als je er binnen kwam. Mooi dakterras met leuk zwembad. Het ontbijt was lekker, niet heel uitgebreid, wel elke dag iets anders vers gebakken. Yoghurt, kaas, fruit, vers brood en sap. We raden de riad absoluut aan!! Ook een hele fijne hammam en massage die je kan reserveren.
Cons: Niets. Of iets klein: geen alcoholische dranken in de bar van het hotel. Maar er is een hele leuke bar vlakbij (kosybar).

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce Riad, dont le réveillon de Noël, pour lequel une soirée spéciale avait été organisée. Le Riad est assez luxueux, propre et contient tout ce qu'il faut. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Avant même notre arrivée, les échanges aves Mbarka et/ou Abdellah étaient réguliers, fréquents et agréables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, très bien renseignés, que ce soit pour les visites guidées, nos diverses demandes. Vraiment, un Riad à recommander.
Cons: Les renseignements nous avaient bien été transmis pour l'accès au parking. Mais malheureusement, nous n'avons pas fait attention et sur le gps, nous avons tapé Riad Zitoun au lieu de Parking Riad Zitoun. Et nous nous sommes retrouvés embarqués dans la médina avec notre voiture et bloqués dans une ruelle alors que nous aurions dû arriver assez facilement au point prévu. Donc juste un point d'attention pour ne pas faire la même erreur que nous, parce qu'ensuite, c'est très compliqué ;-)!
