Very beautiful Riad in convenient location.

We LOVE everything about this place! It was not only beautiful and clean. It's the excellent service we received from the staff that we wanted to give this a 10 rating. Everyone was nice. They wanted to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We stayed here three nights. Our breakfasts were different each morning and they were delicious. The table was beautifully set up on the quiet quaint clean beautifully decorated rooftop.
Cons: We can't think of anything to make our stay better. Keep doing a great job guys!

Séjour incroyable. Petit riad à taille humaine situé dans la médina à qq pas des souks et points d'attraction touristiques. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse incroyable. La cuisine est excellente : - Petits déjeuners qualitatifs, complets et copieux - Formule repas exceptionnelle La chambre est très joliment décorée et d'une propreté impeccable. Le linge de toilette est changé chaque jour. Gel douche et shampoing à disposition et petite attention en partant. La literie est très confortable également ! Rien à redire vous avez rendu notre séjour inoubliable malgré la météo catastrophique :)

Well located! Superb little haven from the hustle and bustle of the Medina! Very well situated for all the sights, pick ups for trips. A cosy home from home! Every member of staff, from the management, front and back of house were amazingly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! The breakfasts and dinner on the 1st night were the best we had, and it even prompted us to have a cooking lesson arranged by the staff! The room had everything we needed. I even had a massage in my room arranged too ! We would absolutely recommend!
Cons: Furnishings were slightly tired and the toilet seating was quite tight ( I wouldn’t have used the bath) but everything was clean when we arrived, and cleaned superbly every day. The Riad is very traditional and all furnishings were in keeping with the historic nature. There was some building noise during the day due to next door being refurbished, but that could not be helped and it didn’t start until after 09:30.

Cons: Il faudrait rappeler aux clients que les voix résonnent beaucoup dans le patio. Le soir et le matin, merci de parler bas pour respecter le repos des autres. C’est un détail.

Gem of a Riad located at less than 5 mins walk from famous Bacha cafe and the entrance of the maze of souks. Room is very clean, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom. Staff at the Riad treat you as family and they personally look after you. Book asap as rooms go quickly!

The whole experience was fantastic! We were welcomed with a smile, tea and cookies which was awesome after the hassles of a long-haul flight. The riad is cosy, offering a homy vibe away from home. The room was large and very comfy. Breakfast was delicious, quite traditional and served at the riad's rooftop - pa perfect way to start our days. The location is also a bonus, although in the middle of the vibrant city's souks, it was quiet and safe. We certainly recommend!
Cons: The only two points: lots of stairs and no alcohol served (though no reservations on us bringing our own to drink in the rooftop) - but both of these only solved if staying in large chain hotels, which is definitely not worth the change.

Great location, authentic Moroccan experience, staff were always happy to chat and suggest places to visit. The evening meal was excellent, better than local restaurants, breakfast was varied too with huge selection including fruit, yoghurt, moroccan crepes, cakes etc. Cooking class was well worth it - private class with the Riad chef making mint tea, starter, main and dessert.
Cons: Extras were cash preferred and bottled water was 3 euros, shop on main road is 600 MAD. The airport pick up driver was very friendly and gave us an authentic experience of what driving is like in the city centre. Wasn’t a personal issue and added to the charm, however isn’t the most accessible as most of the rooms are up narrow stairs and the front entrance has a step down into it.

Séjour formidable dans ce Riad authentique à la décoration soignée,confortable et d‘une propreté inégalable. En demi-pension nous avons pu profiter d ‘un succulent petit déjeuner servi sur le toit terrasse ainsi que du dîner aux délicieuses saveurs du Maroc .Tout est fait maison . El personal muy amable, atentos, el Riad es muyyy bonito, detalles de decoración/arquitectura en todos lados, el dormitorio y baño súper limpios, bello. Me encanto estar en un lugar con tanto detalle, con cuidado en todo. Nos dieron la facilidad de tener un desayuno básico a las 7 am y así también dejar nuestras cosas hasta el día que regresábamos. Wifi funciona bien. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, sin gatos, bulla. En una calle muy bonita, buena ubicación. Gracias por todo!
Cons: En verdad nada, sólo por decir algo el bollo con queso no estaba muy bueno.

What made our stay especially unforgettable was the people. The staff are incredibly kind and caring—after just a few days, they genuinely felt like friends, even family. Their attention, warmth, and sincerity made us feel completely at home. The location in the medina is perfect: right in the heart of the city, yet once inside the riad, it becomes an oasis of calm and tranquility. It felt safe at all times, even as three women traveling together, which made our experience even more relaxing.

Riad ben posizionato, vicino alla Medina, non facilissimo però da trovare. Personale molto attento. Riad carino, ben curato e pulito, piccolino. Noi che siamo alti abbiamo sofferto un po' le porte basse e le camere molto strette. Colazione molto buona e curata, forse avremmo apprezzato maggiore scelta. Terrazza molto carina e rilassante. Consigliamo di fare il corso di cucina privato, è stata una bella esperienza, ben organizzata e piacevole.
Cons: Riad molto piccolo e stretto, non adatto a chi ha delle disabilità o poca mobilità. Porte basse, parecchio scomodo per chi è alto. La camera molto carina, ma il 3° letto impediva il movimento nella stanza, perfetto per una notte ma non di più.

My partner and I stayed at three different riads during our time in Marrakech, and this riad was absolutely lovely! The room was massive with a gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast on the terrace was incredible and the staff were very lovely and accommodating. Would recommend!
Cons: The only thing that we can comment on here is that the dinner prices were quite high, so we didn't have dinner at the riad, which wasn't a major deal, there are plenty of places around. You also need to let the staff know the day prior if you want lunch at the riad - so just a few little things to plan for, otherwise everything was exceptional.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, evenals heerlijk ontbijt met zelfgemaakte yoghurt, msemmen en pannenkoeken (op de rooftop). Mooie kamer en prachtige binnenplaats. Locatie ook super! We beleven hier 1 nachtje en hebben ook via het riad een transfer naar het vliegveld geboekt, wat goed beviel.
Cons: Alles beviel! Bed was aan de kleine kant, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem (wellicht andere kamer binnen het riad beter als je langer bent dan 1.90m)

Die MitarbeiterInnen des Riads und auch die Managerin waren sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Sie haben sich sehr gut um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert und haben uns auch diverse Ausflüge organisiert + Airport Shuttle. Das Highlight war die Cooking class - unbedingt buchen!
Cons: Es ist ein Riad, das ist nicht gleichzusetzen mit einem Hotel und ist eine authentischere Möglichkeit, in Marrakesch zu verweilen - logischerweise hellhörig, aber mit nur ca. 5 Zimmern viel familiärer. Es gibt nichts Negatives.

初めてのモロッコ、マラケシュでしたが、このリヤドのおかげで快適に過ごせました。名前を聞き忘れてしまったのですが、スタッフの方が大変良くしてくれました。最初のおもてなしから、おすすめの観光場所、タクシーの捕まえ方、最寄りの換金所まで教えてくれて、マラケシュ観光がかなり楽になりました。場所も観光地のスークに近くて、すごく便利なリヤドです。
Cons: 日本での生活に染まりきってしまっているので部屋の綺麗さ、特に水場周りが少し気になりましたが、おそらくマラケシュの中ではかなり綺麗な方なのではないかと思います。日本のような綺麗さを求める人にはおすすめできないというか、そもそもリヤドがおすすめできません。

The riad was excellent - it is located just outside of the most chaotic streets of the Medina, in a clean and peaceful corner of the city, and the property itself is clean and modernised but holds all of the traditional charm. The staff were very friendly, and ensured that we were very well looked after whether it was transfer arrangements or food recommendations. Breakfast was also exceptional.

Cons: 這是我們第一次抵達摩洛哥 的第一晚住宿，也是第一次住Riad，原本已有心理準備 住宿環境本來就不如現代的飯店，我們連住三晚，最後一個晚上 半夜三點40分 有人狂敲門，因為住宿方沒有給住客大門鑰匙，所以進來Riad一定要敲門，半夜3:40分被吵醒，然而 我們住在巧克力房room chacolat，緊鄰巷道，4:40又有一個小推車經過，輪子碰撞 轟隆轟隆巨響隆，我第二次被吵醒⋯ （如果只是想體驗，或許不需要如同我們一樣連住三個晚上）而且房間空間小，衛浴環境 要小心滑倒⋯ 原本對老式建築就沒有過度的期待，所以我們的忍受度還蠻高的， 直到我們從Marrakesh坐火車去Casablanca，遇到摩洛哥人說：我們被坑了⋯原因是住宿方所介紹的taxi計程車不是合法計程車，還有幫忙搬運行李的小推車，都是漫天要價，連摩洛哥人都說我們被騙了，頓時讓我們感到疑惑⋯直到去Fés住了第二次Riad，感受完全不同-。 我幾乎不寫負評，但是看了其他住客給住宿方留下的負評 以及住宿方「要求我們給她10分最高的評價」，所以我才記錄了 告知了住宿後真實的感受，希望住宿方不要再單方片面虛偽的反駁。 期待各方面，不要再惡性循環。

Sehr gut. Es ist ein authentisches, kleines Riad, sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Riad ist ruhig gelegen und befindet sich in einer gepflegten Seitenstrasse. Trotzdem sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fussgängig erreichbar. Das Riad ist sehr sauber, super feines Frühstück wird alles frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Magnifique riad, très bien situé, très calme la nuit. Superbe accueil, tout le monde a été aux petits soins avec nous ! Très belle chambre, propre, petit déjeuners et dîners en demi pension excellents, on vous la conseille vraiment, bravo à la cheffe de cuisine qui nous a régalé toute la semaine. Ménage au top, service au top. Nous avons aussi pris l'excursion 3 vallées et la conseillons fortement : le prix est correct car vous êtes avec un guide pour une longue journée de découvertes du haut Atlas, de la nature et des villages authentiques, un bonheur. Jamel le guide était parfait, intéressant, sympathique, avec une personnalisation du trajet possible. Attention à prévoir le déjeuner et un guide pour la montée de la cascade en plus toutefois, mais là encore cela vaut le coût car c'était somptueux. Merci à tous pour cette belle semaine et votre accueil !

The Riad was comfortable , relaxing and a great place to take a rest from the exciting and busy city Marrakech. The staff was very helpful and always enthusiastic, which made us even more excited to explore Marrakech. The breakfast was served on an amazing rooftop and that just gave a great peaceful start to the morning. We would also like to give special thanks to Farah as she was very kind and helped us with every question and request we had about Marrakech. If you are considering coming to Marrakech you wont regret choosing this riad.

Near enough to everything but was just far enough to be quiet. Excellent room with sunken shower and comfy bed. Breakfast on roof terrace was a good touch and plentiful and a good mix. It was near enough to main Medina to walk but plenty of restaurants near by however if coming from Airport let them arrange transfer. Imane and all the staff were so helpful.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce Riad qui a tout simplement dépassé toutes nos attentes. L’emplacement est idéal, tout est accessible à pied, on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres et confortables. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux, variés et copieux, un vrai plaisir chaque matin. Mais ce qui rend ce lieu vraiment unique, c’est la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel. Ils sont adorables, toujours prêts à aider, souriants, disponibles, et chaleureux. Fantastic, attentive staff and a great location. Nice breakfast every morning. The staff are superb, very helpful and able to advise on anything you might need. They can also arrange private airport transfers, and the prices are not much more than basic taxis. The location is near the Medina and souk markets. There are also a few excellent restaurants very nearby. The room is clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed and cleaned every day. While it was not the biggest, it had the space we needed for 4 nights. The mint tea they provide is beautiful and recommended. Overall, very highly recommended.

Everything! It was proper traditional Moroccan but yet very very elegant. You will feel like royalty. Imane and the rest of the staff were very friendly. There is staff there 24/7. Breakfast was amazing. It’s central enough to medina but also nicely isolated from the hustle. There is a cute women’s store on the corner that sells nice organic Moroccan goodies and gifts.
Cons: Because it’s one “house” if guests chat in the reception area you can hear the chatter in your room which can be a bit annoying if you want quiet time. My suggestion is to make the reception a quiet area and chat free zone 😅

Il Riad è molto comodo in quanto molto vicino all'inizio del Souk e comodo per visitare le principali attrazioni , ma non è ben segnalato quindi non facilissimo da trovare. E' pulito ed il personale è gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Come tutti i Riad gli spazi sono molto ristretti e quindi anche per la colazione bisogna organizzarsi: si da un orario indicativo e il personale ti serve un cabaret con fetta di torta, frittelle con marmellata, caffè ecc. Se necessitate farla prima delle 8 perché avete (ad esempio) un'escursione, si attivano per servirvela prima.

We were here for a bike tour around Morocco and El Youssoufi let us store our bike boxes at the road, and were very accommodating on our way back - giving us access to a shower and a place to sit while we waited for our flight. I would recommend this Riad to anybody.

Wij, twee vriendinnen, zijn 5 dagen naar Marrakesh geweest en verbleven in Riad El Youssoufi. We hebben het verblijf als zeer fijn ervaren. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en we kregen tips over wat we konden bezichtigen. Daarnaast werd onze kamer dagelijks schoongemaakt en voorzien van nieuwe handdoeken. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, iedere ochtend een nieuwe verrassing. Ook de Riad lag op een perfecte locatie in de medina. De Riad was een oase van rust en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De transfer voor zowel de heenweg als terugweg van en naar het vliegveld wordt perfect voor je geregeld. Niks is teveel! Wij raden deze Riad ten zeerste aan.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier! Das Riad sowie die Zimmer und die Dachterrasse waren sehr liebevoll gestaltet, das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Die Lage zum Djemaa el Fna und den Souks ist super. Das Riad liegt ruhig und auch innerhalb hört man von den anderen Zimmern nicht viel. Frühstück gab es auf der Dachterrasse, super vielfältig und jeden Tag etwas anderes - es war sehr lecker! Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Wir würden immer wieder herkommen!

Eine wirklich außergewöhnlich schöne Wohlfühloase mitten in der belebten Medina von Marrakesch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Wir haben über das Riad eine geführte Tour durch die Medina gebucht. Von der Organisation bis hin zum Guide war alles perfekt. Sollten wir nochmal nach Marrakesch reisen, werden wir uns definitiv wieder in das Riad einbuchen.

Die Atmosphäre im Riad. Die sehr gastfreundlichen Mitarbeitenden und das wunderbare Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Ausserdem hatten wir einen tollen Kochkurs, ebenfalls auf der Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist übrigens perfekt um die Medina und die vielen verschiedenen Museen zu erkunden.

La struttura è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, la colazione era davvero ottima con ampia scelta e davvero sostanziosa. Le camere molto curate pulite ed eleganti. Il Riad in sé è davvero molto suggestivo. Posizione molto comoda sia per esplorare la Medina in ogni suo angolo, sia per raggiungere luoghi fuori dalla città (come il Jardin Majorelle) e organizzare le escursioni. Staff molto cordiale, preparato, puntuale e attento.

Me alojé primero cuando llegué y me gustó mucho. Después de viajar al Sáhara regresé tres días después y me gustó aún más. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y sobre todo muy acogedor. Representa perfectamente este tipo de alojamiento tan clásico de Marruecos. Todas las personas a cargo muy preocupadas se esmeraron mucho por darnos la mejor atención y seguro lo lograron. La habitación excelente, baño y ducha fabulosos. Excelente desayuno. Muy buena la localización en un lugar tranquilo cercano a todo. Súper recomendado.

A magical little hug in the chaos of Marrakech! If you want a place that feels like home—but better smelling, better looking, and with way better breakfast—Riad El Youssoufi is it. Spotless rooms, tasteful interiors, a lush little pool to cool off, and a rooftop terrace that feels like your private slice of heaven. Every little wish I had was granted like magic (on request, I even got a local SIM card handed to me and installed before I finished my welcome tea!). The team is warm, welcoming, speaks perfect English and French—and always has a smile ready.

The best part of this stay was the attitude of the staff - all were genuinely friendly unlike another place we stayed in, where the decor was much more plush but yet, ruined by ungenuine service. We also liked the fact that there was a lovely heater in the bathroom - that made a lot of difference when it's freezing cold. We also liked the fact that the water pressure in the shower was working just fine & the water drained away efficiently down the pipes. These are the things that are usually not mentioned but makes a world of difference to the comfort level of the stay. The homely riad is also conveniently located near the market area and yet quiet. Clean and comfy bed.

Position is central to visit all main attractions of Marrakech on foot. The hotel is very peaceful and the staff is always available. It is great for a Moroccan experience and the breakfast offers very god traditional food. There is no noise at night and the Riad offers a terrace and pool. The hotel also offers the possibility of organising guided tours of Marrakesh.

Cons: We were happy with our stay but constructively…. Noise travels within the Riad. We could literally hear conversations and personal activities from our neighbouring rooms. The third bed position in the Ivory room is just a mattress on the floor against glass window panes. There was no way to block the light so no chance of sleeping in if you have jet lag etc. I was always wary about kicking the glass in my sleep. Mattress is hard. Suits small person, not a taller adult. The bathroom for this room, whilst private was outside the room. If I had known this, I probably would have stayed elsewhere as I am constantly using the bathroom at night and tripped in the dark on the doorway hobs which seperates the rooms. A small inexpensive suggestion would be to provide a bottle of filtered water for each room daily. Washing of laundry items overpriced.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Riad El Youssoufi for several reasons. First of all, its location is excellent: it’s situated on a quiet street with no shops, which allowed us to sleep peacefully without any noise. The area is also privileged, just a few steps from Bacha Coffee and the Secret Garden. Other points of interest, such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Ben Youssef Madrasa, and Jemaa el-Fna Square, are also within walking distance. As for the riad’s facilities, everything was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. We were also impressed by the punctuality of the service. The transfer we arranged to pick us up from the airport and take us back was right on time, and the breakfast was always served promptly at the hour we had agreed upon the day before. Everything was fresh and delicious: yogurts, fruits, cakes, breads, and other Moroccan specialties. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. We would especially like to highlight Soumia, whose exceptional hospitality made a lasting impression. She was always thoughtful and proactive, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction and offering help whenever needed. Her assistance went far beyond expectations — she patiently explained the city map, gave us useful tips on using taxis, and guided us on how to navigate Marrakech with confidence. Thanks to her kindness and dedication, our experience was significantly enriched, and we genuinely felt at home.

We returned to this Riad following a few nights in southern Morocco before returning home. Our experience for this one night is a separate rating and reflection in comparison to our first rating as we also stayed in a different room. We loved the decor of the room and how the room had a large internal window that could be opened to allow air flow in. The bed was comfortable
Cons: Major concern we had for the room was that it was completely not secured. We were provided a padlock to lock the door as the door was traditional with a simple bolt lock on each side of the door however the padlock offered no security as the bolt could be opened even with the padlock attached and locked. The room was never secure from anyone entering. To make matters worst, we could be locked from the room from outside. Anyone with ill intentions or a child could lock someone from the outside which was very concerning. This was sold as a room with a private en suite but when we came to see the bathroom , it was separate to the room and had to be accessed by leaving the room. It also could be locked from the outside and technically could be accessed by anyone in the Riad so we couldn’t leave any personal toiletries in case someone else accessed these. We believed the management and staff are completely trustworthy however we don’t trust the other guests who may have unsavoury intentions. When visiting a place like Morocco, security is a peace of mind, and it would not take much for this Riad to update their doors to reflect a modern approach (like the door in our room for the first 3 nights). The Riad should be particularly sensitive to solo female travellers. The staff were particularly unprofessional on our last night. One female member of staff seemingly had a friend over for 2 hours, playing music, chatting loudly, and displaying unprofessional behaviour well into the night with the friend and other colleague. We asked for tea to be delivered to the room and they clearly forgot as half an hour later, we were called, and they had to enquire where we wanted our tea. They had not listened to us the first time and forgot where we had wanted our tea. We were then charged the following morning for tea - which was fine - but in a Riad like this, we would expect it to be complimentary. It is complimentary when we arrive but not in the evening.

Clean and tidy riad with great central location in Marrakech. Host was very welcoming and provided great recommendations for lunch upon arrival. Riad was charming and felt authentic and was very quintessentially Moroccan. It has a great book case with books for reading and the rooftop area was a highlight - great seating with options in the shade. Breakfast was good - fresh fruit and good baked treats. Cons: Good breakfast as mentioned in the positive comment but it was only known to us by the last morning (day 3 of 3) that omelettes were an option for us at breakfast. It would have been good to know this ahead of time. We understand this Riad is not advertised as an adults only but the nature of riads is that they are open and you can hear others (very sound sensitive). Each night we stayed, families with unruly children stayed at the same time and this was very disruptive. The noise of the children carried through the Riad and was inescapable. Unfortunately this was a negative for us for this Riad. There is an unwritten rule in Moroccan riads that you keep your voices down in these locations and 4 toddler children screaming with parents yelling over them ruined the ambience of the experience, especially as Riads should be a silent oasis in the chaos of Marrakech. It’s the responsibility of the Riad owner or management to ensure the age limit is considered appropriately given this expectation of riads. Finally, a few days prior to our trip I purchased a new pair of PJ shorts for the trip. They had been unworn and for this trip. On the second night, following our return from an excursion - it had a thorough cleaning service (where items are moved around to new locations without us being asked - including different cabinets or shelves) which we hadn’t asked for . We came back to the room and struggled to locate items and where they were moved to . We then discovered that my PJ shorts that were left on a shelf next to the bed had bleach stains by the crotch area which was impossible for us to cause as we don’t have access to bleach products on holiday. When we had returned to the room it had smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals too. It seemed likely that our possessions had been moved around and the chemical smells were strong - then one of our items (my PJ shorts) - came into contact with the cleaning supplies at some point.

The rooftop terrace is a peaceful space and the breakfast provided was incredible. The communal spaces are beautifully maintained and the bedroom was spotlessly clean. Riad El Youssoufi really is a calming oasis which contrasts the liveliness of the city perfectly.

The Riad is simply gorgeous, very well kept and offering the immersive experience everyone should look for when visiting Marrakech. Imane, Ayoub and all the rest of the guys gave me an amazing welcome and helped me arranging local experiences with great effort and warmth. The breakfast is the freshest you can wish for and one of the best I've had in Morocco, it is served on the terrace overlooking the whole medina. This area of the city is very welcoming and even though the medina might be a bit scary at first, if you're not used to this kind of spaces, it is absolutely safe and easy to walk/explore. Lots of souks, restaurants and friendly people are waiting for you.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and well taken care of by Imane who ensured we had all the information we needed to fully enjoy Marrakech! She and her team( Soumia, Ayoub, Wafa and Fatima) answered our many questions patiently, guided us toward many special sites to visit, and very helpfully made special arrangements for guides, evening events and taxis. Our room was lovely! All rooms overlook the courtyard which is exquisite. Rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan fashion and the bed was very comfortable. A couple of nights were a touch chilly so we appreciated the heating unit. We looked forward to the traditional breakfast on the upper terrace every morning. Everything was fresh, delicious and carefully prepared. A great way to prepare for the day’s adventures. The location was excellent. Our street had many restaurants, coffee shops and fresh fruit and vegetables. It was near a main taxi spot, so just a short walk with our luggage to check in/ check out. And very close to the action and excitement of the souks. Jemaa al Fna was a 15 minute walk. We really can’t say enough about how everyone made us feel at home at Riad el Youssoufi. Thanks so much!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It’s an excellent choice with a good location—within walking distance to most of the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming,. The best thing about them is that they were always treating us and welcoming us with their great smiles 😍☺️. The Riad is close by the medina and very safe to reach also in the night. The staff was extremely kind, they served us breakfast at 7 in the morning on our last day since we had an early flight. The location was great, with an easy walk to all the main sights and the Medina. Also very convenient for tour pick ups, which were on a road nearby, only a 3min walk. The riad was lovely, with an amazing roof terrace - we ended up hanging out here often, playing cards. The staff are attentive and even brought us up sweets, cookies and tea while we took in the sunsets. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of variety and is up on the terrace. We were given lots of recommendations on places to eat and the staff even assisted with making a dinner reservation for us. I would highly recommend this riad and would gladly return!

Imane and her staff were very attentive and welcoming, and helped with recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were large with good showers. The staff are amazing. Great value for money. A quiet riad in a busy town. The food (breakfast and dinner) were very nice, well presented and traditional. Nice room. Really liked the location. Away from the business of the main square but close enough to walk (10 / 15 minutes). Nice little area to explore other restaurants and shops. Despite initial appearances, the local area is very good. We also walked further afield to more upmarket restaurants in the new quarter, which is about 20 / 30 minutes walk away.
Cons: A little tricky to find, particularly as taxi's can't drive you to the door so you'll need to walk 5 minutes from the nearest drop-off point. Make sure you have your mobile phone internet access setup beforehand so you can use Google maps. Our room looked to have been built on to the side of the main building so we were over the alley way. Consequently, the early morning deliveries being wheeled down the cobbles or people walking / talking / mopeds feel like they're with you in the room. That said, it's not a busy alleyway (it's a dead end) so only used by residents or visitors.

Our stay was made by the very attentive and lovely staff who went out of their way to be helpful, without being intrusive. We loved the fact this is very much a traditional Riad decorated in an authentic and traditional manner. Also it’s location in the pedestrianised Medina. The immediate impression was being transported into a completely different culturel world of hospitality with charming helpful staff.

Location is great, in the heart of the Medina, but still in a quiet little street. Wi-Fi worked well. The riad is very nice with a lovely terrace and nice atmosphere. Staff is kind and helpful. Communcation with the owner was good via WhatsApp. Breakfast (served) was great.
Cons: Breakfast doesn't start until 8:00 AM, which is inconvenient if you have a tour which starts early in the morning - this was our case, so we had to eat in a rush. Our room was rather small (anyway we just really slept in there). Private bathroom is not in the room but just outside. The price of the private airport transfer was way cheaper on Booking than the one asked by the riad.

Cons: Better directions. Gave the address to taxi driver but he still had to call the property to get directions. You have to walk about a block to the property as there is no access for vehicles. When taxi driver dropped us off, some tout brought a luggage cart and offered to cart the luggage to the property for us. He sounded as he was from the property so we accepted his help. Then he demanded 10 Euros. First bad experience in Marrakesh. Warning: Whoever offers help with luggage is not from the property.

When I became ill (no fault of theirs, I had a migraine) as we needed to leave, they made sure that I was comfortable until our flight. They contacted us ahead of our stay. The riad is very beautiful and the location is great. The rooftop bar is amazing, as well as the breakfast served there. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby and a small some small shops where you can buy water and snacks.
Cons: Since the rooms don't have proper windows/doors it can get cold at night and there seems to be no heating. But this applies to most riads so just be aware if you're coming in the colder months.

Cons: Our taxi driver made several calls which weren't answered so he took us to a restaurant so we could eat before checking in. Of course we had a bigger taxi bill because of this. The breakfast was good but heavier on breads than the other Riads we stayed at.

It's a beautiful and well-maintained Riad very close to the main road for taxi drop-off. The staff was friendly and love the welcome tea and biscuits. Bed is comfy and toilet very clean. They packed a good breakfast as we had to leave for desert trip very early and the pick-up was just round the corner

Location in the medina close to souks and places of interest. Small traditional riad.
Cons: Prices in riad in euros rather than local currency. Not really able to get dinner there although there was a menu which needed to be ordered at breakfast so it could be pre made. Not too problematic as lots of cheaper options close by.

We stayed in the Chocolat room, which was one of the coolest rooms I've had the privilege of staying in. The little porch outside is completely private and acts as a shockingly quiet and peaceful oasis in the chaos of the big city. The bed is very comfortable and it was relatively easy to keep the room cool with the fan. The bathroom has both a shower (I don't know if this is pictured anywhere, but it has a shower with a curtain!) and a tub. The riad itself was lovely and had lots of nice places to relax. We were shocked by how quiet it is given how loud the city is. It is a beautiful place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is great - it is in the medina and very central, but it is a couple of streets outside of the hustle and bustle. We arrived very late after a long day of travel and had requested a meal on arrival. The meal was a little expensive (especially compared to other restaurants in the area, though I think a similar price to meals at other riads), but the portions were very large and the food was very good. We were pretty stuffed after the appetizer, so when we were barely able to make a dent in the entre, we asked to save it for later. The staff kindly heated it up for us as lunch the next day and it was equally delicious and similarly fancy! Speaking of food, the breakfast each morning was large and extremely filling, including coffee or tea, fruit, bread, jam and butter, pancakes or crepes, and frequently cake. It was also delicious. Yassine and the other staff were all very kind and helpful. Yassine helped us coordinate a lot of our stay, including a wonderful evening of riding camels, drinking tea, and eating dinner in the nearby dessert. The women on site were also very kind- with one lady even helping us save a bee from the pool on our request! Although we never mentioned it and minimized physical affection, we were comfortable staying here as a lesbian couple.
Cons: I think the only downside was that sometimes the courtyard sometimes felt so quiet that we were nervous we would be too loud if we spoke at a normal volume.

The location of the Riad is perfect. It's near the secret garden, in the northern part of the Medina. That part is quieter and has lots of nice little shops. The room was comfy and big enough for a couple. Good value for the money as it's not an expensive Riad.
Cons: The Riad isn't very clean and it looks not well maintained. There's dust everywhere and some things need repair. The manager was helpful but didn't go out of his way to make us feel welcome. In the morning there is only a pair of cleaning ladies, that serve breakfast and clean. They speak very little English or French.

Looks to be authentic, attractive Morocco riad. Great for a romantic stay, has different nooks that ar cosy to sit in. located in a nice streed of the medina, with community security.
Cons: Low door frames, which prove to be a hazard for tall people. Nice variety breakfast every day, not a buffet iff that is what you looking for.

very adorable property, loved our room ( bathroom was just outside the bedroom but we had a separate entrance to the unit only to ourselves and upstairs) , very good dinner on our first night there was on the rooftop ( our first experience with tagine did not disappoint), location is excellent and very easy to find, good filing breakfast before setting off for a day of exploration.

The Riad was located in the perfect place (within the Medina) to access all the souks etc without paying for taxis to get around. We arranged a few day trips out of the Medina to the Atlas Mountains and Essaouria, Quad Bikes etc to get away 'from it all' and these were excellent. Breakfast - there was so much for us to eat at breakfast and different types of pancakes cooked fresh each morning (incl. fruit, cake, fresh yogurt, bread). I think I have put a lot of weight on just from this meal. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. The staff at the Riad were so helpful and lovely and I would recommend this Riad to everyone who visits. :-)

great Riad, in a good location. lovely room and delicious breakfast. such a peaceful place to come back to after a day out. such amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble, always more than happy to help and very clearly enjoy their work. They are like a little family. communication with the owner and staff was excellent too. We will be returning 😊

I loved the kindness and willingness to help me of Yassine and the staff. Moreover, the breakfast has been always excellent in terms of variety and detail attention. For the same reason, I encourage you to book at least an extra meal (lunch/dinner) there. Everything was clean! Not even a spot of powder :) The rooms may seem a bit small but they are super cute and have everything you need. Asma, the owner, has been always present before my arrival with messages/emails at whatever time :)
Cons: The shower may seem a bit weak at night, but it is normal. I suggest you to have shower during the day. The tours organized at Agafay desert and in the city were nice and I enjoyed them, however if you want more historical/artistic details during the visits (because you work in Arts or are passionate about it), maybe those tours could seem a bit meagre to you. It is quite normal at Marrakesh the non-punctuality of taxi drivers at the airport, even if they had been planned in advance. So if you arrive and they are not there, wait a bit :)

Beautiful traditional riad, very quiet during the day and during the night, individual rooms, amazing rooftop terrace with a nice view, friendly and warm staff who cook the most delicious food! Try the chakchuka!!

we loved everything about the Riad! Asma is a perfect owner, kind and prepared, ready to help and advise you. Rachida's cooking was beyond expectations! the best dishes eaten in Morocco. the Riad is cozy, clean and in a perfect position to enjoy the Medina from all its sides.
