O quarto era muito confortável e o Riad bastante sossegado. A localização é muito boa e tem mini mercados e restaurantes perto. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e feito na hora. Os funcionários eram todos muito simpáticos em especial o khalid que é 10 estrelas e esteve sempre disponível para tudo, inclusive imprimiu os nossos boarding pass.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Es ist schön, ruhig aber dennoch recht zentral gelegen.
Cons: Jeder Tisch bekommt zum Frühstück einen großen Teller mit verschiedenen Sachen. Man kann sich leider nicht aussuchen, was man wirklich essen will und deswegen bleibt meistens viel über weil es zu viel ist oder man gar nicht alles mag.

Struttura pulita e accogliente in un punto centrale della Medina tramite la quale si può raggiungere ogni punto di interesse in pochi minuti a piedi. Kalid è stato veramente gentile suggerendoci anche i punti migliori in cui andare e mangiare. Assolutamente consigliato!!

was extremely happy with my stay at Riad D’Ari. The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and very welcoming. Khalid was exceptional throughout my stay - incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. As a woman traveling alone, feeling safe and comfortable is very important to me, and I truly had an amazing experience here. The hospitality made all the difference, and I would happily stay again.

Virkelig smukt og lækre rum. Det føles som hjemme og Khaled som er værten har simpelthen gjort opholdet fantastisk uforglemmeligt. Khaled har en gæstfri tilgang og man kan spørge ham om alt. Stedet er placeret rigtig hyggeligt og midt i centrum. Du er tæt på alle seværdigheder og er tæt på alt. Der var rent, sengene behagelige og værten Khalid og Teamet er sååå søde. Der er roligt og så får man den allerbedste service. Morgenmaden var lækker og enkel.

Customer service is exceptionally outstanding, staff are warm and welcoming, the host will greet you almost any time of the day/evening, readying to provide assistance, giving you map/visiting directions, helping to carry luggage, etc.; it seems that he almost never rests, Superb! Breakfast is excellent - coffee/tea/fresh juice/fried eggs/a variety of breads, etc, the host provides a slight different fresh fruits in a rotation of every three - four days. The Riad has a serene pool, we had our breakfast table by the pool :) There is a stair leading to the rooftop giving nice views. The location is well situated not too far from the outskirt of the old town. Easy walking distance to many historical visitor sites
Cons: Sound proofing of the rooms could have been better, as almost every morning the riding of the motorcycle sound from the outside ally can be a bit annoying. But generally speaking the house is pretty quiet considering the busy location of the Riad house situated

Le Riad est très beau, le personnel (Khalid et les dames de chambre) très agréable et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, complet et fait maison. L’emplacement permet de se déplacer facilement à pieds partout. La chambre/suite pour 3 était grande et confortable, les petits déjeuner excellents, faits maison ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Cons: Le débit d’eau dans la douche, c’est dommage. Et le prix des repas (50€ par personne) nous a dissuadé d’en prendre sur place.

Cons: Io e il mio compagno non vedevamo l'ora di arrivare in questo riad vedendo le foto, poi quando siamo arrivati siamo rimasti delusi dalla sua differenza rispetto a quello visto in precedenza online... Camera minuscola, niente a che vedere con quelle delle foto, quella stanza non c'era nelle foto...senza tv, al piano terra attaccata alla cucina dove viene preparata la colazione, di conseguenza si sentiva molto rumore...Senza finestre, l'aria condizionata per il caldo non faceva caldo, e inizialmente non avevamo nemmeno la luce nello specchio del bagno, é stata messa solo dopo che l'abbiamo richiesta allo staff. Riguardo allo staff, tutto bene, gentili fin troppo a volto invadenti. Colazioni varie e buone.

Notre hôte a su nous emmener dans un bon restaurant dès notre arrivée et nous donner de bons conseils pour les visites. Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement du Riad dans la médina. The Riad was easy to find, only one street back from the main road. It was very quiet. A short 15 minute walk to the main square and 25 minute walk to the Majorelle Gardens. The streets are perfectly safe, no issues whatsoever. The staff at the Riad were lovely - the gentleman who looked after us was there when we got up and when we went to bed. He couldn't be more helpful with directions and ordering taxis and arranging early breakfasts. The Riad was very clean and our room was larger than expected.
Cons: The Riad seemed a little tired and could do with some attention. Wobbly door handle which was difficult to lock. Room safe that wasn't actually secured to anything. Don't get too excited about the small plunge pool, I think it was meant to be a jacuzzi as I could see the jets but I was told it was just 'cold' water. The details say there is a minbar which of course there isn't. Booking.com lead you to believe that you will be paying in Euros, which I had arranged to have on my currency card but when I came to pay it was in MAD which meant I had to pay on the credit card.

Cons: A little bit rundown, cracks in the bathroom wall, curtain string broken, when the bedroom was otherwise very pretty & well maintained. Sound isolation through windows into courtyard was not great, we were all quiet guests but I would not want to be there with a noisy guest.

Locatie was top, midden in de medina en vrijwel alles was te voet bereikbaar. Gastheer was erg behulpzaam en wil alles voor je regelen en gaf je tips voor restaurants en regelde een privé gids voor een rondleiding.
Cons: Staat in advertentie dat er een zwembad is terwijl die er niet is. Er is wel een Jacuzzi maar die was koud. Gastheer was soms iets te opdringerig, maar hij bedoelde het goed.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 6 nuits dans ce magnifique Riad. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Il est très bien situé dans la Médina ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement à pieds. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et diversifiés. Les repas du soir sont des spécialités Marocaines, couscous, tajine, soupe etc et tout ça fait maison... C'était délicieux 😋 Mention spéciale à Khalid qui a été à nos petits soins tout au long du séjour. Il est d'une extrême gentillesse. Il était toujours disponible pour nous aider et conseiller pour les visites par exemple. Un grand merci à Khalid 🙏

Localização excelente a apenas 5 minutos a pé da praça Jemaa el-Fna. Acesso fácil e sem qualquer perigo de caminhar pela noite. Super tranquilo e confortável. Pequeno-almoço servido à mesa e com o essencial para esta refeição. Sumo Natural e pão quentinho todos os dias. A simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários foi incrível.

We had such a wonderful time at Riad D’Ari! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the souks and close to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, airy, and filled with beautiful natural light. From the very first moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were beyond amazing. Everything was simply perfect from the delicious breakfast to the way the team made us feel so welcome and secure. One of the highlights was how the staff went above and beyond: they walked us to different places, guided us safely through the area, and even took us to a restaurant where we enjoyed authentic Moroccan food and culture a true experience we’ll never forget. The pool was sparkling clean, the entire riad smelled wonderful, and every detail was cared for with love. We left feeling very, very happy and we highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech. A huge shoutout to Khadija and Khalid thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Cons: Really bad AC, was sweating during two different night and we had to tell the host 3 times until he made it a little better but still hot. Water pressure in the shower really bad, overhead shower not working at all. Lights in the bathroom not working properly, couldn’t even see myself in mirror in there. Bathroom really hot & they tell you to close the door so you can have a cooler room, which doesn’t even get that cool.

Il Riad è tale e quale nelle foto. Il livello di pulizia è molto alto e la posizione ottima (10/12 min a piedi da Jemaa el-Fna. Il gestore e tuttofare del Riad di nome Khalid è stato fenomenale, sempre pronto a darci una mano e indicarci cosa fare e vedere. Le signore in cucina sono molto brave. Ci hanno preparato una cena abbondante e davvero buona a base di zuppa e cous cous.

Khalid was very attentive and helpful. Always available for help with restaurants, taxis, advice on where to go. I needed hospital assistance and he joined me at the hospital for 4 hours to help me navigate and translate. So very kind. Breakfast was brilliant, fried eggs, homemade breads and pancakes, fruit, cake, juice, tea and coffee. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated Pool was refreshing to sit around in the afternoon. A great stay. World definitely recommend

Welcoming stay in a surprisingly peaceful location Khalid was really nice and welcoming — he helped us out quite a bit and made us feel at home. The rest of the staff were also very kind and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was quite simple but did the job, and while our room was on the smaller side, the toilet and bathroom were surprisingly nice and well-kept. What really surprised us was how clean and safe the area felt, even though you have to go down an alleyway to get to the Riad — it felt very secure. A calm and charming place to stay in Marrakech!
Cons: The room was quite small but we rarely spent any time in there so it did not really bother us and the breakfast was very simple but we were not to fussed about it.

You won't find ultimate luxury there, but you will experience an authentic Riad with clean, beautifully decorated rooms and warm hospitality. The location is on the edge of the old town of Marrakech, where everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We especially liked the small pool on the first floor where you can cool off in the hot weather.
Cons: This is probably typical of the Riad, but it was a bit distracting from the other people's late-night conversations, which could clearly be heard in the room.

Cons: The majority of the stay was great! The only thing we would fault would be the comfort of the bed, it was incredibly hard and we struggled to get a good night sleep. The bathroom also had minimal lighting.

The Riad was lovely, and room was really nice and big. Fridge and kettle in the room - which when travelling with a toddler is great. Bed was comfy.
Cons: Breakfast was not great, there were 3 of us (Husband, myself and daughter) and we got 2 glasses of Orange juice, 3 boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast, 2 pancakes and 2 slices of cake between us for breakfast. Which in comparison to the other Riad we stayed where you got, fruit / omelettes / Moroccan pastries / bread etc. I do think we may have just got unlucky as the reviews for breakfast are all quite positive.

We thought the location was perfect with the riad being in the Medina but tucked away from the hustle and bustle which made it easier to access and more peaceful at night. The room was spacious and the house manager and help were all super amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay including helping with our laundry as we were spending weeks in Europe and were in dire need of washing some garments. The breakfast was also lovely. If you're expecting an American continental breakfast it won't be that but it was simple and filling with yummy breads and spreads as well as fruit, eggs and coffee.
Cons: The bed was not comfortable for my liking. It was very firm and I enjoy softer support which made it difficult for me to get comfortable sleep. My fiancé said he thought the firmness was okay. I also thought the pillows were not as fluffy as I would have liked but when I brought it up to the staff they were great about providing me with a softer pillow which did help improve my sleep some. There was also at times a sewer-type oder in the bathroom but that is to be expected as the property is older although it's been renovated.

Emplacement au top, à 10 mn à pied de la place Jemma El Fna Le riad est magnifique et cosy (5 chambres au total), pas du tout bruyant pour être si près d'une artère très passante. Il est totalement empreint de la culture marocaine, tout en étant très contemporain, et pas du tout "clinquant", à l'ancienne. On se sent de suite à l'aise, et serein. Premier accueil fort sympathique de Hicham, le responsable qui est disponible pour répondre à toutes vos questions, et pour ses très bons conseils. Mais je ne peux pas rester sans parler des autres membres de l'équipe tous exceptionnels de gentillesse, et prêts à rendre le moindre service: Khadija, la responsable de cuisine (tes repas et petits déjeuners étaient succulents, et tellement copieux), Mouna, l'employée (un amour de petite dame, tout le temps avec le sourire aux lèvres), et bien sûr Ahmed, toujours disponible... Merci à vous 4, vous avez rendu notre séjour paradisiaque...

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage am Rande der Medina. Ideal gelegen für An- und Abreise. 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß vom nächsten Taxi entfernt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Ahmed und seinem Team empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes betreut.
Cons: Wir haben das Riad hauptsächlich wegen der schönen Dachterrasse gebucht. Wir hatten gehofft, uns zwischendurch dort vom Trubel entspannen zu können. Als wir am ersten Morgen die Dachterrasse besuchten, hat sich ein komplett anderes Bild gezeigt. Verwüstete Matratzen, schmuddelige Bezüge alles in einem sehr desolaten und ungepflegten Zustand. Als wir dies telefonisch beim Manager Eduardo angemerkt hatten, teilte dieser uns mit, dass es dort oben eine Party gegeben hatte, die zu diesem Zustand geführt hatte. Komischerweise hatten die aktuellen Polster eine komplett andere Farbe, minderwertige Qualität und waren schmutzig. Wir hatten um eine Reduktion unseres Zimmerpreises gebeten. Diese Anfrage wurde abgelehnt, und drei Tage später wurde uns ein Voucher für zwei Übernachtungen angeboten. Wir konnten weder verlängern, noch haben wir den Wunsch dorthin zurückzukehren. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung. Auf dem Bild sah es hübscher aus, als in Wirklichkeit. Der Teppich müsste dringend mal gereinigt werden.

I loved the location! It is a really short walk away from Jemaa el-Fna and other sights in medina. The rooms are big, cozy and clean. The staff was helpfull, warm and nice. We had to leave the room at 3 am, and a really nice guy woke up at that time to let us out of the house and he was also willing to prepare us a breakfast at that time, which felt really nice. But we had to leave, so we did not accept a kind offer.
Cons: The staff speaks english poorly so it was a bit hard to communicate. I tried to book transfer from Riad to airport via Booking's chat with them, but they did not understand my question so I have booked a taxi service instead. Other than that, everything was great.

Cons: During three weeks in Morocco, this was our worst stay. And at 137 Euros per night, also the second most expensive. The photographs on Booking.com are very misleading - just wrong During our stay, the centre void of the building was covered by a heavy duty plastic sheet, so no stunning blue skies. The roof terrace furniture was not the luxury purple upholstery advertised. The roof seating and sun loungers covers were all torn, dirty and grey. Our room was grubby, shower base dirty, toilet roll holder missing – just a hole in the plaster where it should have been. Room was always dark as the roman curtains on the windows could not be raised - cords were missing. This was the only place we stayed in Morocco where we were not welcomed with mint tea on arrival. This was also the only accommodation that did not ask for our passports, or register us. However they still collected the city tax. Lastly, we had to leave for our flight before 8 am, and told breakfast was not available then. Offered orange juice and slice of cake, but elected to leave earlier and get something at airport.

We liked this hotel very much. They arranged our transport from the airport and arranged our tour of the Medina. We did not know that Ramadan was happening and that made a few things difficult. We stayed 3 nights and on our 4th night we switched to the Marriott in order to go sit by the pool since so many things would be closed on the last day of Ramadan. Communication was a little difficult and we needed to speak with another employee over the phone to be understood by the manager on duty.

The Riad is very cozy and beautiful, everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, there is everything you need. The bed linen is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is the kindest man I've ever met. And he meets himself, and prepares breakfast himself, and helps with everything. It's actually a homely environment. Don't expect a buffet for breakfast. But it is cooked deliciously and with your own hands. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Очень переживает, чтобы вам все понравилось. И встречает сам, и чаем напоит, и готовит завтрак сам, и поможет во всем. На самом деле домашняя обстановка. На завтрак не ждите, что будет шведский стол. Зато приготовлен вкусно и своими ручками. Спасибо за прекрасное пребывание!

Naš boravak u ovom predivnom rijadu trajao je tri noći i moramo reći da je nadmašio naša očekivanja. Ambijent je autentičan, smješten u medini, s prekrasnim unutarnjim dvorištem i toplom atmosferom koja pruža pravi doživljaj Maroka. Posebno želimo istaknuti iznimnu ljubaznost osoblja, a osobito gospodina Ahmeda, koji je bio na raspolaganju svaki put kada nam je nešto zatrebalo. Njegova gostoljubivost i spremnost da pomogne u svakom trenutku učinili su naš boravak još ugodnijim. Hvala mu na tome! Sobe su bile uredne, čiste i uređene s puno pažnje prema detaljima. Our room was very big, well maintained and beautiful - good shower, AC working perfectly, comfy bed and perfect working mini bar. The staff were one of the highlights of the place, always very nice and polite - they even cleaned our clothes (for a fee) after our quad ride in the desert, they were very dirty and came back super cleaned; the staff also allowed us to leave our belongings there after check out until the time we left to the airport. They were always so friendly and lovely and we saw them around the riad, always smiling. The location is perfect, very close to the famous market (like 10min walk), easy to find following google maps and easy access out of hours with our keys. Highly recommend it!

La chambre en rez de chaussée a côté de la cuisine même pas pu faire la sieste tellement les femmes discutent. A l'arrivée vers 10h30 la chambre était encore occupée nous avons attendu le temps que l' fasse le lit le ménage succinct , pendant ce temps on nous à offert le thé avec des petits gâteaux, mais le gérant ne nous a pas fait visiter le riad . Le petit déjeuner a été servi en terrasse , du coup nous avons découvert que, nous aurions pu faire la sieste en terrasse si on nous avait fait visiter le Riad la veille.

Es un Riad de 5 habitaciones. Están bien equipadas con nevera y aire acondicionado, la cama y almohadas cómodas y el baño muy completo. Tiene una terraza en la parte superior y una piscina interior (pequeña) que va muy bien para refrescarte del calor de marrakech. El personal ha sido increíble, muy amable y servicial, nos han ayudado a coger los taxis y negociar el precio, nos han recomendado hamman, incluso nos acompañó a él para ver la disponibilidad, (les bains de azahara, espectacular), nos imprimió las tarjetas de embarque y nos ayudó en todo momento. Hablan inglés y francés perfectamente y también el chico habla algo de español, lo que ayuda bastante. El desayuno era muy completo, te servían cada día cosas típicas diferentes, siempre leche, café, zumo natural recién exprimido, miel, mermelada, mantequilla, tortilla, diferentes panes típicos, fruta… La ubicación es perfecta, en una calle al lado de la avenida principal, a pocos metros tiene un supermercado, farmacia y hamman (a 4 min), está a 7 minutos caminando de la plaza Jemma el-Fna y a 9 de la mezquita Kutubia. En fin un Riad de 10.

The other landmarks are available within a 10-15 min. walk. Khalid is freindly and helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace is a good experience. Car acces roads (to pick up to trips) are nearby.

It is easily walkable to many areas in the medina as well as Gueliz new town, but a few min walk from the worst part of the busy tourists streets. Perfect! Rooms are spacious, clean and modern, with an Arabian touch. Staff members are very sweet and helpful. Morning breakfasts on the roof were wonderful memories. Great value!
Cons: No TV, but it's not a big deal. The laneway outside can be cleaner but it's not the hotel's fault.

Very nice Riad, very comfortable bed (on the firm side which we liked). The bathroom was very nice and clean and has good hot water. Each room has a fridge and kettle which was very handy. Rooms are all very spacious, twice the size compared to some other Riads we stayed before. Staff are super nice, polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast very nice, 5 different kinds of bread and cakes and fresh orange juice, yogurt, fruit and fried eggs. The terrace is lovely too, great for sun bathing. It was a family trip with my elderly parents and our 4 year old daughter - we all absolutely loved our time here!

The location of this Riad was perfect - the main attractions were walking distance for us and you’re right in the centre of the hustle and bustle. Our room was spacious, clean and well decorated. We had breakfast both mornings on the terrace which was lovely. Our breakfast spread was delicious - a lot of food and all very tasty. We had a lovely time at Road D’ari and would highly recommend!

Location is perfect, both near the busy Medina and in a quiet small street. The Riad feels like a home, it is small, cosy. Breakfasts are good, yet repetitive in terms of what is served. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help when present in the Riad.
Cons: The breakfast lack of diversity. Maybe add options such as cereals, more fruits and nuts. Also I would have liked to be informed that during most of the day, after morning hours, there is no one in the Riad to assist. They return at 5 pm to the Riad. I think it is important to let the guests know of presence/absence time of the staff.

Kahlid and the Riad D'ari staff have got to be some of the best hosts going around. We felt at home and looked after on our whole trip to Marrakech. Location is just outside the bustling Medina souks which is perfect to relax after a long day exploring. Having breakfast served on the rooftop each morning was a highlight, but it is hard to pick one thing as everything was exceptional!
Cons: We arrived at 2am and the sign in the street was a little hard to locate, but Kahlid was on his phone and responded almost immediately, opening the gate and greeting us warmly.

Die Lage war super. Man erreicht in 5 min den Eingang des Souks & ist in ca. 10 min am Jemaa-El-Fna. Das Riad ist von außen unscheinbar aber wenn man es betritt sehr einladen & herzlich eingerichtet. Wir haben bei der Begrüßung gleich einen frischen Minztee bekommen. Das Frühstück ist auf der Dachterrasse und wird auf den Tisch serviert. Es war jeden Tag frisch zubereitet & immer etwas Neues dabei. Besonderen möchten wir den frisch gepressten Orangensaft von einem der Mitarbeiter erwähnen!
Cons: Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas stärker sein, was wahrscheinlich an den sehr hohen Außentemperaturen im Sommer liegt. Das Licht im Bad ist oft ausgefallen.

Great location 5 min walk to main square. Lovely breakfast the staff were great and even went to the train station to buy our tickets for Fes for us for a small cost. The room was large and very spacious with everything we needed. Having a fridge to keep our water cold in the 45 degree heat was very welcome.
Cons: We asked the Riad to get us a taxi to the station at we were getting the 4.50am train. Instead they got us a private car which they charged 200 DH for. The train station was only a 5 min drive so this was very expensive. Typically the cost of a taxi would be 50-70 DH

Non ultimo avendo scelto la mezza pensione non possiamo fare altro che esprimere la nostra soddisfazione per l'abbondante colazione e complimenti alla cuoca che ci ha fatto viaggiare nella cucina marocchina preparandoci delle ottime tajine. Cons: No major complaints - wifi details were not provided, parking listed as provided but no details given - in the end just on street for a price. No problem with that but the on street options aren’t always available so that could be clearer. I emailed once and messaged the property twice via the booking app, nobody replied to any of my questions. No map or overview of the area provided - in an interesting and maze like place like the Medina I’d be hoping for some information provided to guests about where to go, how to get there etc. None of this the end of the world but as a general tip, the property could do better with that.

Great location just outside the city centre. Nice to be in a calm spot. The cold pool was also a highlight to cool down from the 40 degrees heat. We had delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace and they provided us with water throughout day. The staff were very lovely.

Mobiliario viejo y no renovado como la mesa de la habitación o el mueble de la nevera. La decoración del hotel está lejos de ser la propia de un Riad en Marrakech con elementos decorativos que no tienen nada que ver con ello (cojines de las comunes de aspecto más de playa que de Riad marroquí). Por lo demás, todo correcto, Khalid un encanto, servicial y profesional

-Fantastic central location - just a 10 minute walk from the Medina. Very much near the heart of the city (great if you're wanting to experience the culture). -The property is accessible via a gate and front locked door therefore it felt incredibly secure. I've felt safer leaving belongings out there than anyone else. -Staff attentiveness faultless - very welcoming, accommodating and definitely went the extra mile. -Dinner was absolutely delicious (and well-sized portions) - we cancelled 3 dinner reservations just to eat at the Raid -Very spacious and well maintained room. The rooms were a generous size which I was expecting as we had paid a lot more for this stay. We received tea and biscuits on arrival which is custom. They were very nice! It was located in the back alleyways so was quiet at night. There are a number of shops locally and a small BIM supermarket up the road for essentials. Being within walking distance to the square was a bonus. There are bars serving alcohol on the way in, if that's your thing. We opted for dinner in the hotel. This was cooked and waiting for us. The food was delicious, Lamb Tagine and a selection of Moroccan salads. Breakfast was served on the terrace and the waiter was very sweet
Cons: I really didn't like that there are no signs on the main road to indicate where the Riad is. We had a nightmare trying to locate it. I know Riad's are usually hidden away but a sign would be helpful! Its a very simple Riad. I was expecting a bit more for my money to be honest. We have stayed a lot in Morocco so had higher expectations. We were taking friends who had never been to Morocco so I wanted to show them a traditional Riad. Its more modern than traditional. The staff were okay but not English speaking, fortunately my husband speaks Arabic. No one was there to greet us. I thought Dinner was expensive at 25 Euros a head based on prices in local restaurants

Cet établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement parfait pour accéder aux commodités comme les taxis, les souks ou la place, quelques rooftop pour voir les incroyables couché de soleil , etc... L'équipe du Riad nous a réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux, avec un service impeccable. Leur hospitalité s'est même manifestée lorsqu'ils nous ont accompagnés pour négocier les tarifs des taxis. Le petit-déjeuner pris sur la terrasse ensoleillée était un vrai régal. En plus de cela, la propreté de l'endroit était irréprochable. Notre séjour a été une expérience inoubliable, dans un lieu aussi accueillant que recommendable.

La colazione molto abbondante e variegata è stata apprezzatissima, e sicuramente Kalid e la sua disponibilità hanno fatto la differenza nella nostra permanenza. Gentile, disponibile e ospitale, Kalid non ci ha mai fatto mancare nulla, facendoci sempre sentire a casa. Un punto di riferimento per un futuro ritorno a Marrakech. Consiglio vivamente!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad D’ari! The Riad is absolutely beautiful, both inside the rooms and in the communal courtyard. We stayed in the King Suite, the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes walk from the Medina. And way easier to get to by taxi than staying within the Medina walls. We enjoyed the breakfast, but it’s quite plain - mainly bread and eggs. It would get a bit boring if you’re staying for several days, but it was fine for just a long weekend. The highlight of our stay was the staff. The manager was so kind and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. They gave us great recommendations and advice about the city. We had some issues with the plumbing and electrics when we arrived, and we were concerned they’d not take our complaints seriously. But he put us at ease straight away, allowed us to use the bathroom in another empty suite while he arranged for the issue to be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you Riad D’Ari for a wonderful weekend in Marrakesh, we can’t wait to come back! ☺️
Cons: Like most Riads, the rooms open straight onto the courtyard and the doors/windows are very thin so we felt the room wasn’t as private as we would have liked. But I think this is quite standard in most Marrakesh Riads.

Le riad est charmant et les chambres sont très propres ! Le riad est vraiment proche de la place Jemaa el Fna, on peut tout faire à pied (monuments, souk, restaurants, ...). La nuit les rues sont vides mais sûrs pour rentrer à pied sans crainte. Encore un grand merci à l'équipe qui fait toute l'âme de ce riad !

Lo mejor del Riad es el responsable que dormía ahí y estaba a tu disposición a todas horas. Le dices por la noche a que hora quieres desayunar mañana y está listo y te prepara un desayuno casero buenísimo al momento. Además está pendiente de que todo esté bien y te recomienda lugares. Respetuoso y amable.
Cons: Al ser un Riad pequeño se oye desde la habitación si en el patio interior del piso principal hay alguien desayunando. Pero te compensa el trato cercano y personal.

Clean and comfortable riad with friendly and attentive service from the team. As we had two of the five rooms here, we were often the only ones at meal times. Situated down a quiet alley but close walking distance to the main square and many attractions. They arranged our driver for excursions to the mountains and airport transfers. Recommended.

Super mooie kamer! Zeer lekker ontbijt. Karid, onze host, heeft ons een topervaring bezorgd! Hij heeft ons een zeer goede Hammam met welness aangeraden (hij was zelf mee tot daar gewandeld) en nadien konden we lekker genieten van een diner. De (vroege) ochtend van vertrek begeleidde hij ons naar de Taxi.

The staffs were nice from the kitchen staffs and most especially Khalid. Khalid was very helpful and he helped us to settle down quickly during our stay. They Riad gave us a birthday cake to celebrate my wife's birthday.

We had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and in a nice peaceful location. Our host was very attentive and made sure we were looked after. Breakfast each morning was lovely, especially the Moroccan tea! We would definitely stay again.

Sehr gute Lage, gute Parkplätze in der Nähe, freundliche Mitarbeiter allerdings ohne die sonst auf unserer Reise angetroffene Herzlichkeit
Cons: Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, mit Fensterfront direkt in die Empfangshalle wodurch man sich ein bisschen wie in einem Schaufenster fühlte. Man bekommt alles was dort passiert direkt ungefiltert mit. Neben diesem Zimmer liegt die Küche wo ab 8.00h gesprochen und Musik gehört wird. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben hing die Steckdose im Bad aus der Wand, die auch nicht funktionierte genauso wenig wie das Licht über dem Spiegel. Die Vorhänge im Zimmer sind leider lichtdurchlässig so das nachts das Zimmer sehr hell ist da das Licht in der Empfangshalle erst nach Mitternacht ausgemacht wird. Vielleicht lebt es sich in den oberen Zimmern besser das Erdgeschosszimmer sollte man aber unbedingt vermeiden.

Fijne locatie, het Djeema el Fna plein ligt bijvoorbeeld op loopafstand (ongeveer) 7 minuten. Kamer was perfect, groot, mooi en schoon. Kluisje aanwezig. Goed ontbijt: sap, koffie en thee, verschillende broodjes en pannenkoeken met honing en yoghurt werd op je tafel geserveerd.
Cons: Regel geen taxi via de Riad, dan betaal je 2x zoveel ook al onderhandel je of maak je een prijsafspraak.

Booked this as a last minute change to plans and so glad we did! The riad is beautiful and has been designed in a modern way but keeping the Moroccan experience. Wonderful clean plunge pool to help you cool off! Lovely room with lots of space and a kettle which was a nice extra. The location is great, just off a road that takes you straight to the square. The staff at the riad were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely recommend!

Was cadeautje voor schoonouders, hierbij hun review "Wij bevelen deze Riad van harte aan. Gastheer Khalid en zijn collega's zijn uiterst vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Wij hadden half pension en genoten iedere dag van het ontbijt en de traditionele Marokkaanse diner-gerechten. We konden dagelijks de gewenste tijden doorgeven en dan stond het eten punctueel klaar. De riad ligt mooi centraal in de oude binnenstad en is vanbinnen een plaatje."

L' emplacement est très bien , à proximité des commerces, restaurants ( rapide ou roof top ) ,... Mais lorsque nous arrivons au Riad , c'est calme cela fait du bien ! La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est appréciable surtout avec les chaleurs ... Le personnel est top ! agréable, avenant ... Il prend soin de nous et fait en sorte que notre séjour se déroule bien 👍 Le petit déjeuner différent tous les jours est très bien !! Il m'a manqué à notre retour en France ...

Las maravillosas instalaciones, a 10 minutos de la plaza, pero lo mejor, sin duda, Kaleh, el encargado del Riad. Nos tocó la habitación de la planta baja, la cual nos resultó bastante cómoda y agradable. Los desayunos son increíbles, todos los días te sorprenden con fruta nueva, diferentes panes y té tradicional (entre multitud de cosas). Kaleh fue extremadamente agradable con nosotros. En fin una experiencia de 10.

Exactamente igual que en las fotos pero aún mejor verlo en persona. Además de estar todo muy limpio, khalid ha sido muy atento con nosotros, ayudándonos en todo lo posible. Sin duda alguna recomiendo este Riad y me llevo una grata experiencia de él.

Beautiful place, really clean and nice. The staff was good and welcoming us well. The room is big and nice looking. Breakfast was tasty and enough for everyone.
Cons: It's a little bit far from the main area. You need to walk around 10-15 min every time. In the hotel you can't get lunch or dinner.

Kjempekoselig Riad, flott plassert i gåavstand til det meste man burde oppleve i Marrakesh! Personalet var veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelig, og vi følte oss veldig trygge. God AC, hyggelig takterrasse og et forfriskende dipping pool. Khalid var veldig hjelpsom, og serverte nydelig marrokansk frokost. Veldig fornøyd, vil absolutt anbefale riaden til alle som reiser til Marrakesh😊

What a lovely place to stay. This Riad was beautifully decorated and contained all of the modern essentials required for a comfortable stay. The Riad was located close to shops, bars and endless market shopping. Our host was kind and helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious. A very comfortable night's rest.

The Riad is situated in a prime location, but away from the main streets. It is ideal for walking to the Jemaa El Fina and also easy to get to the new town. The property itself offers a personal touch and the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you want. A big shout out to Khalid, he was amazing throughout our trip even if the language was a slight barrier. Zeeshan/ Mona was also extremely helpful. We felt safe walking the main street to get to the road even in the evenings. Taxis were easy to flag down, it is cheaper in the day, but is you are coming into Medina they charge a slighty higher fare. The room we stayed in was the queen suite, it was perfect, you are provided with enough towels and they clean your room daily. The pool adequate for the size of the property. All the guests were respectful and there was no late night noise or parties.

A little oasis away from the madness that Marrakech can be. We really enjoyed the shared spaces to relax in. Staff where friendly, breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay. Aircon was a lifesaver if you visit in July.

Non ci sono scuse, se dovete andare a Marrakech prenotate questo Riad. Tranquillo, appena fuori dal caos e posizione da cui tutti i maggiori punti di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi, vi sentirete coccolati, rilassati e sarà tutto perfetto. Era la nostra prima volta a Marrakesh e ci torneremo sicuramente sempre al Riad D’Ari. Abbiamo dormito 8 notti in una camera pulita, materasso duro e comodo, bagno grande con refill di bagnoschiuma ogni giorno. Spaziosissima anche se credo avessimo la più piccola tra le opzioni! Colazione servita al tavolo nel patio con frutta fresca, succo, caffè e prodotti tipo pancake o paninetti da mangiare con miele, marmellata o burro. Abbiamo anche cenato due volte: fatelo, consigliatissimo, antipasti freschi di verdure e tajine buonissima (anche i dolci super buoni!). Prezzo di 25€ a persona giusto per un servizio nel Riad - comunque meno caro che nei posti in città con prezzi europei dove si spende anche 50/60€ a persona. Nel patio è anche disponibile all’uso una piccola piscina super rinfrescante dopo le ore passate in città con 40 gradi! Una menzione speciale: Khalid che è la figura di riferimento in Riad, è una persona squisita, ci siamo sentiti accolti, sempre disponibile e sempre con il sorriso. Ci ha preparato colazione molto presto quando avevamo i tour fuori Marrakech e cena tardi per quando abbiamo fatto rientro da un tour piuttosto lungo. Kalid è proprio una persona su cui contare e a cui chiedere informazioni per qualsiasi cosa, anche in italiano perché capisce praticamente tutto, altrimenti inglese o francese.
