The location was perfect, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The Riad had a beautiful, authentic atmosphere and the interior design was truly charming — it really added to the overall experience. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and always smiling. I would like to especially highlight Mustafa, who was absolutely amazing — he helped with everything, and even came out of the Medina to meet us at night and walked back with us to the Riad, which we appreciated a lot. The room and the whole Riad were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The location within the Medina is great, but guests should be prepared that inside the Medina you can only walk, so it’s good to keep this in mind when planning your arrival.
Cons: Everything was great, although the breakfast could have offered a bit more variety.

The Riad was spotlessly clean, staff were very helpful and friendly especially Mustafa and Saed. No noise from the outside Medina, got a very peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was amazing. Complimentary tea on arrival and we stored our baggage on check out day as our flight was much later for free. Staff were all amazing and very accommodating.
Cons: Only drawback was finding the Medina as taxis can't drive right upto Medina. However the staff were very happy to meet us at drop off point and guide us back if needed. After first day we were able to navigate ourselves.

We komen zeker terug.
Cons: niks...

Lovely quiet riad in the north of the medina. Manager and staff very friendly. Came to meet us from our taxi as not easy to find, hidden down the alley ways of the northern medina. Excellent breakfast. Loved the roof terrace, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the medina.
Cons: Only comment is to be aware that the location is right in the north of the medina. This means you either have a 15+min walk through back alleys and local communities before you get to the main souks and tourist sites, or you can get a taxi from a couple of nearby locations. We were happy to walk and felt very safe doing so.

Really lovely decor. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. We ate the first night at the riad and it was fabulous and really felt like we were getting something close to a home cooked Moroccan meal.
Cons: Down a dark alley way but not the property’s fault as we chose where to stay. I don’t think I appreciated that taxis would not be able to go right up to the Riad.

The location was perfect. Just a 10 minutes walk to the Souks. It was a little bit difficult to find since Google Maps tends to send you to the wrong ally. The staff was really welcoming and friendly. The 3 persons room were perfect for the duration of our 3 nights. After a simple yet good breakfast, you are ready to explore the beautiful places in Marrakesh.
Cons: It was a little bit difficult to find (but we found out that this is typical for Marrakesh ;-) )

Extremely pleasant and friendly staff. The riad is clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is small and too sweet.

The property is beautifully decorated and the staff are exceptional. I highly recommend staying especially for a family or group.
Cons: We had 11 in our group and celebrating a birthday. We were allowed to keep wine in the kitchen as either it was offensive or not licensed to be in the riad. If we had known we would not have purchased it. Otherwise, we had a lovely time at the riad and in Marrakech.

Cons: The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and we could hardly sleep in our room, which had no window. The district was terrible, and we had to arrive through a depressing, smelly, intimidating slum. Parking is not available nearby, and we couldn’t even bring our bags to the riad by car.

Riad Beldi was perfect for our mini break away to celebrate my 40th. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Big shout out to Said who was super friendly and helped us with anything we needed and provided plenty of recommendations and handy tips... As previous reviews have suggested, the Riad is a little walk from the main square and the heart of the city...approx 20 minutes but this wasn't an issue for us as there's always so much to see and do on route. An added bonus of the location was the peace and quiet which believe me, is welcomed after the hustle and bustle of the souks all day !!
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. We did think a mini fridge would be a great addition to the rooms to keep water chilled

The inside is nice the staff are nice expect from the owner, don’t communicate with customers when it’s important matter.
Cons: The location very hard to find, me and my friends were harassed two times we did not feel safe and we tried to get help and they just told us to call the police unfortunately we had to change hotel and they refused to give us the refund for the nights we did not use. I would not recommend if you go by yourself or just women. Not support was given from the owner they just say is not their responsibility what happens outside and it was in front of their Riad door! The owner doesn’t care for our safety or concerns I would not spend my money here.

Can warmly recommend Riad Baldi. The room was lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful, night and day! Nice breakfast in the morning and they have a nice roof terrace where we enjoyed the sun on one of their sun beds. It was very clean and we also appreciated that it was quiet. It’s located in the Medina, maybe 1km from de Souks, which was nice cause close to the hotel you can find smaller stores where you can get much better prices. We would definitely visit Riad Baldi again.

The Riad is located in a perfect location inside of the Medina. The hosts of the Riad were absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home during our stay. They met us outside the Medina gate when we arrived and helped carry our luggage and bring us to the Riad, where they welcomed us with tea and sweets. The room and entire Riad was beautifully decorated and felt both authentic and luxurious. Breakfast each morning was delicious and had a large variety. The hotel was lovely, and very well decorated. The room was very spacious. An oasis from the busy streets of Marrakech. We loved the breakfast made fresh by the ladies every morning. It could perhaps include something savoury as my partner, for example, doesn't love a sweet breakfast in the morning, but we understand that's the typical breakfast in Morocco. The staff were great. Soufiane and Hamid were very helpful and organised our taxi to the airport as our flight was VERY early. Hamid even came out with us and helped us load the luggage in the taxi. 10/10.
Cons: The location was good. It wasn't far really from the centre of the Medina. The streets weren't necessarily unsafe, but coming from a Western country, the perception is a bit different. There were dark alleyways, and walking back home felt like a bit of an adventure. I would perhaps recommend taxis to come back at night. What I liked is that during the day, you do get to see a bit of the real life of Marrakech, away from the touristic area.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. They give useful tips to move around Marrakesh, haggle taxi fare, places to visit and eat.
Cons: Location of the property. It was quite difficult to find and it felt unsafe to walk in narrow street in the nights. But I guess this would be true for most of the hotels in Medina as this is old part of the city. Hotel was about 25-30 minutes walk from the main square. There is no car access to hotel. We had to walk 5-6 minutes with luggage on uneven roads to get taxi. Breakfast portion size and options were very limited.

Omar organized our entire trip to Morocco. We enjoyed exploring the city of Marrakech and its surroundings. At Riad Beldi, Sofi and the entire team made us feel at home. We traveled across the majestic Atlas Mountains to the Valley of Roses and Gorges Dades before reaching the Sahara in Merzouga. On our way back, we visited the Argan factory led by Moroccan women and Essaouira (by the sea) and also had the opportunity to tour the Berber villages. Despite the challenging weather, our well-planned trip allowed us to reach the Sahara dunes safely and happily to celebrate life! Thanks to the expertise, security, and warmth of Mohamed, our best Berber guide!.
Cons: We cherished every moment, and even when the weather was uncooperative (e.g., a rainstorm in the desert), there was always a helping hand and a warm welcome.

Great Staff and very pretty and comfortable room.
Cons: I haven’t been there before, and it is located inside the Medina, which can be convenient to walk around, but also impossible to reach by car which make it difficult to go to places outside the Medina, specifically at night. With the family the corridors are small and tricky to walk through and you don’t feel very safe.

Perfect quiet location but so central and close to all the tourists highlights, all within wLkong distance through the beautiful cultured streets in Old Town Marrakesh. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive and place was spotless, so clean and comfortable! As a couple we were very happy and felt safe, and breakfast was delicious, serving a nice variety each morning. Would definitely recommend this riad. Plus, the decor and style was just stunning!

The staff was incredible. Super polite and helpful. We asked a lot, like help with directions, reservations for excursions, taxis, and extras for breakfast. The staff always delivered with no wait. We had a problem with our shower, and the whole shower set was replaced the next day. We'll, they always deliver with a smile. The rooms were always at the perfect temperature. It was 36 Fahrenheit, and the room was around 21 degrees without A/C. It also got to about 16 degrees outside, and we did not feel the difference. The rooms were large and slept 5 comfortably without a pull out bed. We also had a sofa which someone could sleep on, making it possible to sleep 6. The prices for everything were always reasonable and you would pay the concierge. No need to haggle with the driver. The location was in the old town and really where you want to be to experience Marrakesh. Outside of the old Town (Medina) you'll find all the modern amenities, but you can go anywhere for that. Our Riad (translated Paradise) has a soaking pool in case you get too hot. There is also a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast or lunch. Having two sinks is nice for families.
Cons: There was some noise since the doors and windows do not shut out the environment, but I enjoyed the birds singing in the early morning. The beds were a little hard. We slept well anyway.

Overall, it was a beautiful hotel and the staff were so friendly. We ate the hotel dinner on the terrace and it was both beautiful and delicious! The room was very spacious and a great place.
Cons: Overall, it was a great stay. However, the location of the hotel was a bit tricky to find. I was leaving alone for an early morning flight and the hotel receptionist walked me to the taxi even at 5 am which was incredibly appreciated. It was clear that the staff want to help you and feel welcomed so I can't even say that I didn't like the location because they accommodated us very well.

Great experience at Riad Behldi!! Convenient location to experience both the old and new part of the city. Staff are extremely nice - Sofiyan and Amir both go above and beyond in helping the guests navigate the local area - they provide great advice. Breakfast is lovely traditionally Morrisons food - all fresh and great variety!! Room is cosy and very clean. Riadh is well maintained - I would definitely recommend!

Brilliant place to stay for three female travellers - upon arrival, the host told us about scams to avoid, the average price of taxis in Marrakech and served us tea. Very smooth arrival. We really enjoyed our free breakfast everyday on the rooftop - decent spread including bread, yoghurt, orange juice, fruit platter, cream cheese and other spreads, with the option for more at a paid request. Super clean place, felt like an oasis in the middle of the busy streets of Marrakech. I would highly recommend to 20-30 year olds visiting Marrakech for a short-haul trip.
Cons: Be prepared to walk down a few dark alleyways to get to the riad - we were confused at first (as with any other accommodation) but by day 3 we knew where we were going! Only other criticism is the room was quite small for three adult travellers to share - we all had a single bed each and shared one bathroom (which was fine, good value for money) but would be even better if we had more room for clothing/belongings. Lighting could also be brighter in the bathroom.

The property itself is very beautiful and so aesthetic. The rooms are nice and big have this traditional vibe to them. It’s super clean and such a lovely place to stay at. The staff is ever so kind and helpful and are always there whenever you need anything. Highly recommend the stay here. All your needs will be taken care of. Taxis are easily accessible as well. The tea and biscuits are so good and the breakfast is delicious. Really enjoyed the stay here, felt like home 🩷
Cons: The location is a bit difficult to find but you get used to it after a while. It’s located in the middle of the madinah surrounded by locals and there’s a limit the taxis can go to so you have to walk a bit back to the riad. If you get lost getting to the riad someone from the staff is always there to come and get you :)

It’s a really a nice property, and the owner and Ameen were amazing. Ameen was a true gem that went out of way to help us. He offered us welcome tea, took us to our restaurant even translated everything to us with our day trip plans to the Alps. The room is big and comfortable, bathroom is nice.

The team at Riad Beldi were super accommodating & delightful! It is a wonderful refuge after a busy day in Marakesh. They serve a wonderful breakfast and all staff are great!

The riad staff were so lovely and gave suggestions for where to visit/arranged taxis and even walked us to the taxi points. Ameen/Hamid at the reception was incredibly sweet and really made an effort to communicate despite the language barriers. Breakfast was also lovely and the rooms were clean and spacious. It was a nice and quiet riad, I would recommend going in a group or with a man accompanying as the area can feel a little daunting at first if you’re a woman travelling alone as it falls in a slightly dark alleyway, however, after a day you get very used to the surroundings and no longer feels that way. Their Moroccan chai was so good for breakfast and the pancakes were lovely. The location also isn’t too far from the main tourist attractions, either a 10 min drive or mostly 20 min walk away so a good location to avoid travelling too much in the heat :)

The hotel staff were exceptional. We arrived around midnight and were hungry and tired. The front desk staff went to the store and bought eggs, made us an omelet, and even bought portable food for our breakfast the next day (we had to leave for our tour before the free breakfast hours) at no additional charge. The wifi was fast so we were able to send all our travel photos, and the facilities were beautiful and clean.
Cons: It is located in the medina, which did not feel safe to us as first time travellers to Morocco. There were men and children watching us while we tried to find our accommodation, however, this seems par for the course if staying in the medina. Also, the accommodation was not that easy to find, as Google only got us close, but not to the front door.

The Riad itself is nice - matches the pictures and provides an open and peaceful environment with birds singing in the morning. But what really stood out for us was the hospitality we enjoyed from the staff. Hesham in particular goes above and beyond to support guests, working tirelessly - even around Ramadan - to ensure they have a comfortable stay. It seemed like there was someone around 24/ 7 if we needed it. We would stay here again for sure.

Nice location close to central.
Cons: I faced something very unprecedented, we didn't like the behavior of the manager. we had a disagreement to a mistake on his part about the matter of transportation from the hotel to the airport, as you will see in the messages he had given me a price and then asked me for the next. as if that wasn't enough, we didn't want to spoil our mood, we told him that it doesn't matter and that we will pay for the mistake he made and refused to call us a taxi a day before we left. we booked from you for the transfer to the airport at the end. we talked to our driver who was going to take us to the airport and he told us that he would call the hotel to make arrangements, and the manager did something very bad and didn't pick up the phone to the taxi driver so we couldn't get our taxi as a result we lose it. anyway we found the taxi driver and our taxi driver confirmed for us what we are writing to you and that the manager told them that he would take us there and he lied to us that no one ever took him, you can also confirm it from that driver. thank you very much . I would be very interested if there were sanctions on the gentleman.

the staff were super nice and helpful, directed us to hotel and picked us up from taxi whenever needed and at whatever time. very lovely. property was clean and very cheap.
Cons: the location was awful. if coming to Marrakesh for the first time, as a tourist, I would not recommend this properly solely based on the lack of security and safety we felt during our stay. there are multiple narrow roads with dim lighting and dark alleyways that lead up to the property. Access to taxi and busy streets were difficult from this location, also weren’t any shops around for basic necessities. Also, no safety deposit box was located in the room, no fridge, no mirror other than the bathroom mirror, no telephone to contact reception, leaving us feeling slightly isolated. There was also a significant language barrier that made our experience slightly more difficult. Considering we were a group of women travelling, it was not the most encouraging experience. Albeit the people at the hotel were lovely, ultimately safety trumps all.
