It's a wonderful hotel on all scores- location, service , food, amenities and the staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are huge , very comfortable, quiet , lots of storage space both wardrobe and drawers and a good lay out The bathroom is also spacious - double sinks , space for toiletries . Housekeeping was execellent. Busy but Great Hotel.

Very disappointing stay. Check-in took almost two hours late at night, and to make matters worse, I was initially given keys to a room that was already occupied, with other guests and their luggage inside. This was both uncomfortable and unacceptable. The room itself had issues — the shower did not drain properly, and the breakfast quality was mediocre at best. The room was also located very far from reception, and with slow, crowded elevators, it made moving around the hotel quite inconvenient. The most serious issue happened at check-out, when I was charged twice for the same stay. Although the hotel claims they processed a refund, I am still waiting for the credit while being forced to pay the full amount on my credit card in the meantime. Overall, this experience did not reflect the standards expected from a 4-star hotel, and the way the situation has been handled has only increased my dissatisfaction.

It is a great location and beautiful inside. Breakfast was quite nice. The elevators can be an issue at times as only 1 goes from ground level to rooms. Else you have to change elevators on the 2nd floor (lobby). The AC didn’t work at all as they apparently have to switch from heat to cool for each room. Unfortunately, our phone didn’t work so after going to the lobby to ask for service and waiting over 45 minutes, just gave up and went to bed.

La localisation au cœur de Gueliz à côté des restaurants et du centre commercial Carre Eden. L’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel envers moi, mon mari et mon petit garçon de 1 an. La piscine était superbe et chauffé. Il y’avait bcp de transat pour se poser sans se sentir déranger par d’autre personnes. Le petit déjeuner était superbe avec énormément de choix, l’omelette et le café ont été au top. Notre chambre était spacieux avec un petit balcon sympa, il nous manquait de rien.

Cons: Dommage que l’espace du Spa a été payant vue le tarif de l’hôtel, je m’attendais que l’entrée au hammam et sauna sans traitement soit inclus.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή περιοχή, όχι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Οι παροχές ήταν εξαιρετικές, το δωμάτιο φωτεινό και πολύ ευρύχωρο με αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια. Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο και τα γεύματα που πήραμε στο εστιατόριο ήταν νοστιμότατα. Το μεγαλύτερο, όμως, κατά τη γνώμη μας, πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου είναι το άριστο και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό του!

The personal is fantastic: People is always ready to make your stay as confortable as it can be, very atentive, and always warm and with a big smile. The hotel is modern, with a very nice design. Its located perfectly, in a very nice area surrounded by a lot of restaurants and pattiseries.

The distance between the elevator and our room: The elevators were located at least 120 mts from our room The sunbeds situation: Unfortunately, the hotel has an arrangement with several airlines and when it was nice to enjoy the swimming, it was not enough space for the guest to enjoy close to the pool, due to groups of airline people together (maybe 6 or 8 at the same time)

Cons: We got charged a 1000dirhams deposit and never got the deposit back, 1st room we got was too small, 2nd room had kids in the next room and 3rd and final room we got moved to was fine except the AC didnt work (was ventilating cold instead of heat) . Overall was fine and we love radisson, this one however turned to be quite an eventful one and we were too exhausted to argue.

Popped in here this evening with my family for a quiet drink. Unfortunately on sipping at our Hendrick's gin we realised that this was like water with little to no taste of gin. The barman gave me a sample taste from the bottle that he'd poured and it was like water. He opened a fresh bottle which was gin and gave us fresh drinks with no further mixers. This was not a comfortable experience and we will not be returning. My previous experiences in Raddisson Blu hotels has always been excellent.

I have been a guest at the Radisson on a number of occasions, the hotels location is ideally situated in the centre of Gueliz, 15 minutes from the Airport. The hotels staff are very friendly and professional in all departments. The rooms are extremely clean and modern in decor which is a credit to the cleaning staff. I would like to make a special thankyou to Abd Elkarim who is very professional and a credit to the hotel and l certainly feel he deserves a management roll in the near future. Also a big thankyou to Hammid who also is a credit to the hotel. I will always recommend the Radisson to friends and colleagues because l know they will not be disappointed with the food and accommodation. Amazing hotel. All the staff have been lovely, welcoming and helpful. Heated pool is a massive plus. Food was great-plenty of choice for breakfast. Gym is free and is kitted out to a very high standard. Location is right in the heart of a new shopping complex so has plenty of shops to explore and has a big supermarket on the ground floor. We came as a couple but will be coming back next year with our kids. Fantastic.

J'ai demandé à changer de chambre (trop calme) pour être en façade de l'hôtel et profiter de la vue et de l'animation sur l'avenue Mohamed V, et malgré mon arrivée tardive et le fait que l'hôtel était plein, cela a été fait immédiatement! Bravo et encore merci.

There were a few issues. Trim on the bathroom door was loose and every time we opened it, it was like a gun going off as the wood cracked back. You can imagine that in the middle of the night while one of you was trying to sleep. After housekeeping cleaned the room there was an overwhelming stench of urine. I cannot imagine what caused that other than very dirty cleaning water. We actually opted out of room cleaning for the remainder of our stay to avoid this. However, the positives were very positive. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and professionalism from every member of the staff — starting with the doorman, through to the reception, the restaurant team, the pool and terrasse staff, and even the technicians. The food was delicious, and we were especially impressed by the impeccable hygiene standards throughout the hotel. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel overall is great! Fantastic if you want to be in the middle of the city! They have friendly and welcoming staff! It felt really safe as well. The bed/sheets and breakfast were my favourite. The hotel also has one of the biggest gyms I have seen in a hotel, there is also a boxing ring in the gym. If you are a gym fanatic, you will enjoy the gym!

If you want to be in the CBD, it is right in the middle of the Main Street. I also really loved the linen and bed, super clean and very comfortable. The staff is really friendly as well. One of the few establishments where you can find an alcoholic beverage if you want one. They have a wide variety of foodstuffs to select for breakfast. The food, also is very fresh. The food at the Lila restaurant was also great.

Cons: It’s a very big hotel, about 166 rooms per floor (over 3 floors) but but the service is relatively good for such a big hotel. Some of the cocktails on the menu were not available due to some ingredient or the other not being available… but this is also the case in most of the restaurants even for shakes, virgin cocktails and ice teas (most places in Marrakesh) but you can survive this as there are many other options that are available.

Cons: Non è ASSOLUTAMENTE un 5 stelle né tanto meno un Radisson. La sala ristorante è freddissima e buia , così come i corridoi e la stanza al momento dell'arrivo: fare colazione e cena è assai poco confortevole, e la sera abbiamo dovuto chiedere la cena in stanza. La cifra per quanto offerto è quindi assolutamente spropositata: per un trattamento simile è adeguata la metà. Servizi: abbiamo prenotato un transfert per Essaouira, ci hanno assicurato che sarebbe stato effettuato dagli autisti del Radisson e ci hanno chiesto di pagare subito il corrispettivo di quasi 500 euro. La mattina ,all'orario concordato, non c'era nessuna vettura dell'albergo e l'addetto della Reception, differente da quello con cui avevamo prenotato il servizio, nulla sapeva a riguardo : ci ha infatti suggerito di prendere un bus, poiché loro non facevano questo servizio. A fatica dopo un'ora ci ha trovato una vettura di un'altra struttura (?) , con un autista molto bravo e gentile, e ci è stato applicato uno sconto, ma dopo 40 minuti di discussioni.

At breakfast, they have live flames under the dishes to keep some of the food warm. The plate slipped when I opened the container and set my top on fire luckily my husband was able to put out the flames very quickly however it left me very uncomfortable for the next 48:76 hours. I have contacted the hotel numerous times to find out what they are doing to ensure this does never happen again. The hotel has repeatedly ignored my emails suggesting they are not doing anything to fix this hence my review on here. They clearly do not care about the safety of their visitors and do not have the courtesy to respond to a very upset customer impacted by their health and safety. Dread to think what could’ve happened if that was a child.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city and offers a large swimming pool, a sunny terrace, a cosy bar, and an exceptionally generous breakfast buffet. Our junior suite was very spacious, beautifully equipped, and incredibly quiet — not a sound from the street reached the room, which made for excellent sleep quality. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. Cons: Lors de notre arrivée on nous demande les passeports des enfants étant résident marocain nous n Avon spas leur passeport juste la photo on nous indique qu'il faut le passport physique nous proposons les cartes d identité on nous dit que non ce n'est pas suffisant, nous allions nous voir refuser l'entree quand nous avons dit que nous étions déjà venus un an auparavant et on a pu retrouver les informations dans le système. Je n'ai vu à aucun moment qu'il était mentionné qu'il fallait se munir des pièces d identité de toutes la famille incluant enfant en bas âge. J'ai trouvé que le personnel n'avait pas du tt essayé d'arranger la situation et n'a pas été aidant. Lorsque l'on arrive après un voyage dans un tel établissement on s'attend à être beaucoup mieux reçu que cela. Enfin, nous avions réservé une suite avec nos enfants et en arrivant vers 21h aucun linge de lit pour le canapé lit étant présent il n'y avait que 2 chaises pour 4 et 2 bouteilles d eau. Alors que nous avions bien réservé pour 4 personnes. Cela a été réglé après un appel à l accueil mais encore une fois première impression qui n'a pas été celle espérée.

This hotel was amazing. Security at the front, very professional and friendly staff. Nice bar, full gym with boxing ring, pool and helpful front desk for changing money, giving tips on where to go, and helping with cabs. 50DH ($5 USD) to the market, which is minutes away. Mall right next door with a safe ATM machine (don’t bother with the ATMs across the street from the hotel). Walking distance to some fabulous restaurants. Clean rooms with amenities: bottled water, coffee station, blow dryer, comfortable beds, outdoor balcony, temperature control. TV stations could be better but we did find a few English movie stations. Drink prices were a bit high but all in all, a great hotel in the center of everything.

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Marrakech Carre Eden for three nights and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel has a fantastic location — it’s just a short cab ride from the Medina and there’s a supermarket conveniently located right next door, which was really handy for picking up essentials. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered plenty of storage, making it very comfortable for our stay. The staff were excellent – friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We were even able to check in early, which was a wonderful start to our stay. When we requested an extra bed, it was arranged promptly and with a smile. Breakfast was a real highlight. The restaurant team were efficient and welcoming, and we especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices, made-to-order omelettes, and delicious Moroccan dishes. There was a great variety to choose from each morning. The only downsides were that our room was directly opposite the lifts, which made it a bit noisy at night, and I slipped in the bathroom and hurt my knee — so I’d recommend guests take care as the floor can get slippery when wet. Overall, this is a modern, well-run hotel with great service, excellent food, and a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again, but next time we’ll ask for a room away from the lifts.

Nice hotel and location, with a modern shopping mall walking distance from the hotel. Location also ideal to visit the famous the Medina & Souk markets. Big let down are the yellow taxis, refuse to use the meters and because your a tourist feel it's ok to overcharge for journeys. It's what let's the experience down when visiting Marrakech. Very frustrating when you just want to get to where you want. With one of our journeys by taxi the stopped to pick a local who sat in the front which we found odd and not expecting it.

Myself and a friend have just returned from a 5 night break at the Radisson Marrakech. I would like to thank the staff for such a genuinely warm welcome and for making the stay so relaxing. The early check in, room upgrade, late check out and welcome gifts are truly appreciated. Immaculately clean hotel which is on a main road - however our room overlooked the pool and so was extremely quiet. Pool area - could always find a bed to lounge on, staff frequently moved towels. Only downside is that the pool is mostly in shade after 4pm. Breakfast was fabulous, so much to choose from - never had to wait for a table or ask for food to be replenished. Drink costs at hotel reasonable too. Had lunch a few times which was good quality and again reasonably priced. We walked to the medina a few times which took about 25mins. But staff happy to hail a cab for you. Special mention to the all the reception staff who always went out of their way to help us and make us feel special - they remember your name, room number etc, Especially Sara and manager marouane. A big thankyou to Karim who always went out of his way to serve us and make sure we were happy with everything- a credit to your hotel.

In recent trip to Morocco, we booked an overnight stay at Radisson Blu after a 3 day stay in Essaouira. This hotel is located in modern Gueliz. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants; and is right next to a mall. In the lower level (-1) of the mall is a Carrefour. We booked a Superior room overlooking the pool. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The hotel staff were all accommodating. On the day we were supposed to leave, the manager gave us permission to keep the room for an extra hour since my husband was not feeling well. I would have rated this hotel as a 5 star; however the WiFi service was slow and would occasionally lose connection. I had to request the early morning Manager permission to use the Business Center in the Reception area to make some last minute changes in our bookings. This is the first time that I have booked at a Radisson hotel; and definitely will not be the last.

Once you get off the floor from the elevator you smell the situation. It was a ohhhh noooo I can't and won't stay there issue but it was present. Amazing service through and through. While I don’t stay here but came for the spa service and bar while waiting for my flight at 2AM. I was able to store my luggage downstairs and came to second floor where all of the main activities are located. Had an amazing experience at the Lila spa and was hosted by Najia. She was very professional, nice and great at what she did. Her mannerism in treating clients were spectacular. I appreciated that she allowed me to rest in their mini spa lounge right before my scheduled massage time. Hamza, the spa manager was very nice as well as he was willing to work with me to schedule a 90-min massage. My only wish would be for the spa facility to have more air conditioning.

I have never given a hotel a 5 star rating. My philosophy is that a 5 should only be granted if a hotel, in some tangible way, exceeds a guest's reasonable expectations. This was one of those instances. I was faced with an issue, none of which was of the hotel's doing. As such, except perhaps for the most cursory of assistance, the hotel had no concrete duty to assist, but it did. In particular, Hamid, the day Duty Manager, demonstrated a willingness to go beyond what could be reasonably expected. For that I am grateful. In addition, on my last night, the hotel gifted to me a generous serving of Moroccan sweets along with a handwritten note expressing its dismay at the occurrence. As for the physical hard product: A. My room was satisfactory overall. 1/ There is no separate enclosed bathroom per se. Rather there are panels that can be mover to close-off the bathroom. The room had shower tub combination. I dislike shower tub combinations and would rather have a stand-alone shower and bathtub or, if that is not possible, a stand-alone shower in lieu of a bathtub. Also, the step-in height and width of the ledge to the combination shower-tub may pose a challenge to less able bodied guests. 2/ The room did not have universal or USB outlets. All outlets are European standard. Be sure to bring an outlet converter if your electronics do not have European plugs. B. The breakfast buffet was quite good overall. I'm a simple person and greatly appreciated that Nutella was available. However, I do think the Western (American) portion of the buffet could use some enhancements. C. The elevators are small and can be confusing to use. In particular, the elevator at 0F always stops at 1F before it proceeds to the rooms. A fellow guest speculated that it could be a security feature so that security can scan the elevator's occupants before it proceeds to the room floors. D. Because of the hotel's layout, walks to the room can be long. As for location, the hotel is located in the new town and is in the same complex as the Carre Eden, a small shopping center. There is likewise a good variety of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Guests looking for a traditional Moroccan feel to their accommodations may be better off booking a riad in the Medina. But be warned that the Medina is a confusing labyrinth of streets. Further, mapping apps such as Google Maps are of limited use inside the Medina.

J'en suis encore sous le choc de la violence avec laquelle on m'a laissé galérer sous 46 degrés alors que j'avais 3 enfants en bas âge et que j'étais seule. Je peux dire clairement aujourd'hui que l'hôtel n'est pas prévu pour des familles avec enfants en bas âge. Notre chambre était sale à notre arrivée. Les couloirs sont beaucoup trop longs, les ascenseurs sont lents et le système est à revoir. Le service en chambre est beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c'est (un café de mauvaise qualité à 70 dirhams...). Le service au bord de la piscine est BEAUCOUP trop lent mais ce n'est pas la faute du personnel il n'y avait qu'une personne pour tous les clients. La piscine est petite, les enfants ne peuvent pas y jouer à leur aise faute de gêner les personnes "VIP". Le kids club est beaucoup trop loin de l'espace piscine donc impossible d'y déposer les enfants sans surveillance. Le petit déjeuner est basique et pas très savoureux. La carte du restaurant est beaucoup trop européen et ce n'est pas bon.

The room was very big with a great shower. Very big balcony space too. The spa was amazing one of the highlights of my stay. The manager in the spa took time to explain all the options and ensured we had a good experience.

Cons: The balcony smelled really bad of drains so didn’t enjoy going onto it. Room service was poor, we informed them we didn’t have a TV remote took reminding them several times and a day later to get one. The same happened when asked for food trays to be taken from the room I had to call several times in the end I put outside myself. The door to toilet wouldn’t lock which was a little annoying and they were stingy on toiletries. The breakfast was also a little boring.

It is smack dab in the middle of everything. Walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. The staff however was the highlight of my stay- it was my children's birthday and they outdid themselves at our dinner in the evening- providing premium hospitality services. I had requested a cake at time of booking and it was provided at no extra cost, with singing both in French and English!!! They had a standard breakfast- which helped us have a good start to the day. Lastly, on checkout, they very kindly agreed to hold on to our baggage until later in the day which was very helpful.

Cons: All things said and done, I think it was a bit too expensive. I paid for a junior suite, expecting a queen bed and two singles. I instead got a queen and a sofa bed. I was traveling with my three teenage kids, so it was a bit of a squeeze. Guest services did offer to send up another bed, but I struggled to see how it would fit in comfortably in the room, so I declined. I suppose I could have asked for another room, but I couldn't be bothered to pack up and move.

Amazing staff all round, from Reception to housekeeping. We had 2 suites on 4th floor and our cleaners in particular, Saida and Boucha were friendly, accommodating and professional. Prompt pre arrival email responses. Excellent hotel management and no request is deemed too insignificant. Breakfast buffet is wide ranging and well laid out. Felt very safe on our first visit to Marrakesh as a family of 5 with 3 teenage daughters. Pool is relaxing and ambience is wonderful. A real oasis of calm in the heart of the bustle of downtown Marrakesh. Will definitely recommend and stay there again on return.

Stayed in a Superior room with pool view for three nights. Not as good as expected. Very few bathroom accessories. Reception looks very dirty and not well presented. We were stuck in the lift at one stage. Food overpriced and not matched by the quality. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Unfortunately unbeknown to us we stayed during school holidays which meant the pool was always full of noisy children. We returned to the Radisson 5 days later prior to flying back to Madrid and were upgraded to a Junior Suite with Balcony - Pool View which was great.

Returned to the Radisson blu in Marrakech on the 3rd August to 10th Aug (room 5116). This was my 4th visit in the last 12months to my favourite hotel the radisson. The location is ideally situated in Gualiz, l stay in a junior suite overlooking the pool which is wonderful. I firstly would like to complement the hotel staff for being very professional and extremely helpful in what ever l asked of them which made my stay extremely pleasant. I would like to say a very special thankyou to Hamid Zaakri the restaurant manager who not only had a excellent personality and certainly a credit to the hotel made not only my wife and l but my visiting family to the hotel a very warm and friendly experience " Thankyou Hamid " l will be returning to the hotel in the near future and would certainly recommend the radisson blu to my personal friends and colleagues.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional, far better than other hotels we’ve experienced in Casablanca city center. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the reception team exceeded expectations. A special thanks to Sara, who followed all the standards perfectly during check-in and even upgraded us to a better room, making our stay even more memorable. Le jeune homme a demandé à une jeune fille responsable avec des lunettes si au vu de la situation c’était possible (l’hôtel n’était pas plein). Après chuchotement dans son oreille le jeune homme gêné nous a dis que c’est 500 dirhams pour 2 heures de + . De 1 les prix à la volée c’est interdit et de 2 ce n’est pas professionnel du tout . Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement

Un séjour parfait ! Le check-in et le check-out se font en toute simplicité et très rapidement. Le personnel est d’une rare gentillesse : souriant, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les responsables sont accessibles et à l’écoute, et j’ai d’ailleurs pris plaisir à échanger avec le directeur qualité pour le féliciter du professionnalisme de ses équipes. La chambre était calme, très bien insonorisée, avec une literie ultra confortable. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé pour profiter de la ville et les installations sont impeccables. On sent que tout est pensé pour le bien-être des clients. Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation !

Cons: le choix au petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié pour les longs séjour … mais c’est vraiment pour chercher la petite bête, ca ne gâche aucunement le séjour.

De locatie is ideaal om de stad te verkennen en toch te genieten van comfort en rust. Het hotel beschikt over prachtige, goed verzorgde kamers. Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade naar een kamer met een balkon aan het binnenplein. Hoewel dit een mooie kamer was, vonden wij het uitzicht niet prettig en vroegen we vriendelijk om een kamer met uitzicht op de straat. Dit was gelukkig geen probleem en we kregen precies de kamer die we wilden. Wat dit verblijf echt uitzonderlijk maakte, was de uitstekende service, vooral dankzij Ouassima (ik hoop dat ik haar naam goed heb onthouden). Ze was ontzettend vriendelijk, professioneel en duidelijk in haar communicatie. Ze legde alles wat we moesten weten over bijkomende kosten helder uit, zodat we nergens voor verrassingen kwamen te staan. Wij verbleven slechts één nacht, van 19 juni tot 20 juni, maar ook in die korte tijd voelde het verblijf erg prettig aan. We bestelden roomservice, die snel werd gebracht en heerlijk smaakte. Na wat minder goede ervaringen bij andere hotels in Marrakech maakte deze service echt het verschil en gaf het ons een geweldig gevoel. Al met al kunnen we het Radisson Blu van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel, stijlvol hotel met topservice op een perfecte locatie midden in de stad.

Facilities are nice but service is poor. I had also a bad experience when trying to use the baby room for my 1yo. I wasnt allowed to use it because there was already a baby taking a nap with a moroccan nanny (I asked and it was first come first served or private space and they said no, so basically, I was just denied access). Bare in mind that my kid was well behaved and I asked nicely. Anyways, the hotel staff sent me to another kids room, without AC, far from the restaurant and I couldn’t make use of this ammenity (reason for booking this hotel in the first place)

The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, and made our stay delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The food is top-notch, and the pool/patio area is extensive and luxurious. My only complaint was that my room overlooked the street outside, so I heard the street noises throughout the night. Ask for a room that overlooks the pools.

Je suis vraiment très satisfait de notre séjour. Bravo à toute l’équipe du Radisson et bonne continuation !

Returned here last week for our 25th wedding anniversary having previously stayed 12 months ago. What a fantastic hotel. I was recognised as a VIP member and allocated a deluxe pool view room. We did have an AC issue where the temperature could not be regulated but this was promptly resolved. Faical did such a good customer relations job in allocating our room and checking it was to our satisfaction after we had unpacked. All of the staff here offer exemplary service in such a pleasant and friendly manner which is a real credit to the hotel. Wahleed deserves a special mention for his pool side service as does Rida who arranged a cake trolley and also a meal in the restaurant as a recognition of our milestone anniversary. Breakfast has plenty of choice and of a high quality and the food from the lunch menu is excellent. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of bar/restaurants/shopping in the immediate area and a taxi to the old town only a 40 MAD ride away. The gym is also of a good size for a hotel with plenty of machines and even a boxing ring. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want a great stay in Marrakesh and we will certainly be returning in the near future.

I like that ther is a shoos and restanant next to the hotel its nice, nd the hotel dosent deserve the price , not a lotof shoice in the food , ( bread , sheese , machine fir coffe in the breakfst disrnt work dosent give a nice coffe, bad qualite for the datte , house keeping dosent clean the tables in the room , like the table the head of the bad too dusty

Very good location! Pool area was lovely and great for families. We stayed in a suite, comfortable, clean and spacious.

Cons: Furniture needs updating. Service was a little slow and could have been a better standard. But this did not spoil our trip!

I have recently returned from a one week holiday, staying at the Radison Blu in Marrakech which l have previously stayed. I arranged and paid in full £1,800 staying in a junior suite overlooking the pool with Expedia 3 months previously. Unfortunately on check in on the 23rd April l was informed by the reception team that they didn't have a reservation for myself fortunately l had my booking confirmation to hand from Expedia. Can l point out that this was no fault of the hotel but solely Expedias fault. This caused a lot of panick and embarrassment 😳 waiting in the reception but the professional reception team corrected this error and l was then shown to my room which was well furnished and spacious just as displayed on the hotels site. During my stay everybody from the room cleaners to the management were excellent and a very special thankyou to the pool attendant. I would truly recommend this hotel for travellers its extremely helpful staff and location in Gualiz. My room number was 5120 and l will certainly be returning.

Cons: The service was not great, too many staff who had no clue. Often we were ignored and at breakfast there were no teacups, plates, bowls… and lots of staff standing around. I think this was the first week. And perhaps also a lot of them didn’t speak English.

I have previously stayed at this hotel July 24. I arrived on the 23rd April 25 after booking with Expedia. Was informed by the reception team no reservation had been made for my stay .i found this very embarrassing. I was told it was Expedia fault but luckily I had my booking confirmation from Expedia. After a short and embarrassing time l was checked in and shown to my room. After paying the amount of £18.000 for 1 week and the circumstances and horror of my check in after a long flight l am reluctant to book with Expedia again.

CAMERIERI DI SALA DELLA COLAZIONE, persone FORMIDABILI che RINGRAZIO DI CUORE

Cons: Al nostro arrivo nessun tipo di accoglienza, nessuna dimostrazione di benvenuto, le camere non risultavano essere presenti nel database( dopo che avevo già inserito per tempo tutti i dati di familiari). Alle 12.30 la sorpresa che le camere non erano ancora pronte (dopo che avevo già avvisato in precedenza della nostra necessità). Abbiamo chiesto che almeno una delle due potesse essere disponibile ma abbiamo dovuto attendere sino alle 13.30 (avevamo un Tour programmato per le 14 ed in sei avremmo dovuto cambiarci prima di uscire). Avuta una delle due camere, i bagagli lasciati alla Reception, non erano in camera (come ci avevano assicurato). Al momento della registrazione mi hanno caricato un equivalente di 5000 euro sulla carta, mettendomi in grave difficoltà per i limiti (cose mai viste e senza alcuna motivazione). Ciliegina finale volevano farmi pagare quasi 1000 euro in più per non so quale motivo. Dopo estenuanti discussione, dopo essere stato guardato dal personale della reception ed amministrativo come se fossi un pezzente che aveva sbagliato albergo, dopo l'ennesima dimostrazione che il contro da pagare era diverso (come pacificamente dimostratato dalla mia prenotazione Booking che avevo grazie a Dio e che guardavano come se fosse una cosa senza alcun valore, mi hanno comuicato che per colpa del Black-Out Elettrico che c'è stato in Spagna i loro dati non erano aggiornati con quelli di Booking che il prezzo finale era quello che dicevo io (FANTASCIENZA).

The hotel is a decent standard Radisson. The rooms are probably getting a little tired but our premium room was large and had a lovely shower and separate toilet which is always nice. The beds were big and comfortable and Mr H and I loved the outside eating and bar area… however only at night! The hotel caters for families and I mean a lot of families, maybe it was the time of year as it was around Easter but you couldn’t enjoy the pool for screaming kids and kids jumping in the pool and running about. There is also a crèche beside the pool which meant lunch was accompanied by screaming babies. They advertise a “quiet area” which is right next to the kids club! The breakfast is very good with a large variety of all types of European and Moroccan dishes with a egg station for omelettes etc and another for pancakes and waffles -which you couldn’t get near because of the aforementioned children! We found the staff pleasant but lunch staff at the pool were quite slow and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. One person I have to mention and I wish I had gotten his name was the young man on duty at the pool. He was the hardest working person I’ve seen,he never stopped doing pool duties, serving food and drinks and was always quick to ask how you were, he was wonderful with all the guests young and old and deserves a pay rise!

Tout était parfait : - la localisation de l’hôtel en plein centre de Marrakech (quartier gueliz) qui permet de faire d’innombrables visites à pied/en taxi. - l’hôtel est superbe : grandes chambres très bien entretenues et propres, piscine chauffée, salle de sport - LE PERSONNEL : 10/10. D’une gentillesse extrême tout au long du séjour. Les dames de la réception sont FORMIDABLES. Nous reviendrons dans cet établissement lors de notre prochain séjour sans hésitation.

Cons: The service is 3 star at best. All The waiting staff need training. Breakfast is like entering a war zone where it's every man for himself whilst the staff run around in a panic. Very few members of the waiting team know how to use the card machine, and we almost got charged 10,000 MAD instead of 1000 MAD. On check out the porters put our bags in another guests car whilst we were going through check out and luckily the guest checked before driving off.
