Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Les petits dejeuners sont excellents, locaux et copieux. Je vous recommande le menu du jour entrée, plat, dessert à 14€, qui est excellent. Le riad est idéalement situé, on peut tout faire à pieds.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli lors de notre séjour du 20 au 24 novembre au Riad le Bel Oranger. La chambre est simple et propre avec la salle de bain attenante. Le Riad dispose d'un rooftop très agréable. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons mangé le 1er soir au Riad et le repas était très bon. Nous recommandons ce Riad dans la Médina qui est un peu en retrait donc plus au calme que ceux situés dans la Médina.

Everything was more than perfect. I stayed at this Riad three times during my trip to Morocco, and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Marrakech. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the most important parts of the city. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and decorated in a unique Moroccan style. Breakfast offers fresh food and delicious coffee. But the most amazing thing is the staff, always ready to help and provide useful information. Thank you, Mohamed, for being such a great host — I’ll definitely come back.

We liked the breakfast very much, but the top of the stay was the kindness of the personal. They were always reachable, kind, every time. We also had a couple of requests out of ordinary as for example one day we left at 6 am and the day before we told them and they gave us breakfast take away; the last day we also had the departure early in the morning before the breakfast hour started and they did breakfast for us. It was very surprising how kind and smiley they always were. Thank you so much Riad Le Bel Oranger, we will surely come back when we’ll return to Marrakech!

Cons: A 30 minutes à pieds de la place jemaa el fna Riad très vite bruyant si quelqu'un parle ou ouvre une porte ( grosses portes en bois) , passe dans l'escalier ou veut s'asseoir dans le patio ( chaises en métal tres lourdes qu'on.est obligé de trainer sur le sol. Le patio fait caisse de résonance et donc le moindre bruit est très amplifié. Peut-être aussi n'avons nous pas eu de chance et nous étions avec des gens bruyants et sans gène pour les autres ... Pression de l'eau infime dans la salle de bain . A peine un filet d'eau au robinet et dans la douche .... Wifi en panne dès le 2e jour mais ils nous ont trouvé une solution alternative

Nous avons séjourner au RIAD LE BEL ORANGER. L'emplacement est idéal pour directement être dans le zouk. Comptez une bonne demie heure de marche pour aller jusqu'à la place. Que dire du personnel ; je n'ai jamais rencontrer des gens aussi gentil ! Un grand merci à Najib pour toute sa gentillesse et son aide. Un très très bon rapport qualité prix 😀 😉

Great location, being 5 mins walk to the edge of the market and 20 mins to the main square. Rooms were spacious and clean. The best thing about the property was the staff! So helpful and friendly! No ask was a problem! Booked a Hammam for us at another Riad behind this one (which was lovely) and took us to look at it and meet owner before we booked.

Riad semplice e rustico ma ben curato e pulito. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ismael ci ha accolto con il sorriso, ci ha spiegato alcune cose della città dandoci la mappa. Sempre sorridente e pronto a farci stare bene. Anche l'altro ragazzo molto gentile. Una sera abbiamo deciso di mangiare lì dopo una giornata parecchio impegnativa e abbiamo mangiato da dio, tutta cucina tipica ovviamente, con dosi anche molto (troppo) abbonadanti! La colazione è buona e preparata da loro al momento, con caffè, latte, torte varie, pank cake e loro pane con marmellata o formaggino ed un po' di frutta (ogni giorno cambiano). Pulizia buona, non ci hanno cambiato le salviette un giorno su quattro che siamo rimasti lì. Per il resto massima cura e pulizia. Anche la posizione è buona, a 20 minut a piedi, passando per il souk e le caotiche stradine della medina, si trova la piazza principale jemaa el-fnaa ed alcune attrazioni da vedere sono lungo il tragitto. Riad super consigliato e dove ci tornerei sicuramente! (Non perdetevi la terrazza in cima, deliziosa al tramonto e la sera per rilassarsi un po')

La gentilezza del ragazzo è stata molto apprezzata da me. La colazione in riad molto abbondante e buonissima, si potrebbe migliorare quella "da asporto" aggiungendo un panino con omelette o una brioche quando non la si riesce a consumare in riad. La nostra camera era pulita e bella. Siamo stati bene.

Le Riad est plus que agréable, situer idéalement dans la médina de Marrakech proche de tout les site touriste je recommande. Sans compter l’hospitaliser du personnel, qui nous a reçu les bras ouverts. Najib notre hôte est une personne en or a pris soin de nous il était à notre service et c’est une personne super gentille est souriante.

Nous avons très bien mangé au sein du riad. Concernant l'emplacement il est très bien placé, nous avons pu faire l'ensemble de nos activités extérieures très facilement (navette, marche à pied..). the rooftop was amazing me and my friends chilled there almost every night! everything was perfect and the host Smail was so kind to us, he even bought cookies for us because i showed him a picture of the cookies i ate at the restaurant that night. Plus he was always there to make sure you were okay, by asking how was your day to offering some delicious tea in classic moroccan style. He is the kindest host we’ve ever encountered and hope to be back in Marrakech soon inshallah❤️

Property is a beautiful traditional small Riad. Well located, clean and amazing staff. Breakfast is included and you can request pick up and drop to the airport. Rooms have AC, perfect for a 3-4 day stay. They also offer dinner and have a rooftop. It’s located in a safe area. Staff, can’t say it enough went above and beyond.

Cons: Everything was good except for one night noise from other guest wasn’t taken care of until 11:30 which is fine but something to consider.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, se podía ir andando a todos los sitios de interés pero sin estar en medio del ajetreo del zoco y de la plaza Sobre todo lo que nos sorprendió fue la tranquilidad y la excelente atención del personal, sobre todo de Ismael quien siempre estaba pendiente de nuestra comodidad y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Cons: Le coût du transfert vers l’aéroport est cher 25€ et le chauffeur n’était pas très sympathique. Une sonnette retentit dans tout le Riad à chaque fois que quelqu’un veut entrer et quelle que soit l’heure.

Minden. Az első perctől jól éreztük magunkat. Nagy segítség volt, hogy megszervezték az utazásunkat a reptérről a szállásra. Mivel most először érkeztünk Marrákesbe és Marokkóba, ezzel komoly fejfájástól kíméltek meg. Érkezésünkkor mentateával és keksszel valamint sok jótanáccsal fogadott Najib marrákesi és marokkói tartózkodásunk idejére. Hiába érkeztünk jóval a becsekkolás ideje előtt, a szobánk kész volt és elfoglalhattuk. Najib csak annyit mondott, ez most már a mi otthonunk. És így is volt. Az alatt a négy nap alatt végig így érezhettük. A vendéglátás kivételes, a kedvesség és figyelmesség Mohamedtől és Najibtől valamint a kedves hölgytől nagyon sokat jelentett. Szó szerint elkényeztetve éreztük magunkat. Kényelmetlenséget jelenthetett volna, hogy a reggeli csak nyolctól volt elérhető, de amikor jeleztük, hogy korán indulunk, szó nélkül kaptunk hideg csomagot. Mivel a nyár közepén utaztunk - ami Marrákes esetében nem a legideálisabb - külön felüdülést jelentett a medence lehetősége, valamint a tetőteraszon való pihenés, amihez a ház cicája is hozzájárult :). A riad maga is gyönyörű, de a vendéglátók teszik igazán különlegessé a szállást.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibió con una calidez y hospitalidad genuina. Siempre estuvo disponible, fue extremadamente amable y tuvo una actitud constantemente positiva que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Ismael hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más placentera y tranquila posible. Nos ayudó con recomendaciones y reservas para actividades locales, nos dio consejos muy útiles para explorar Marrakech, y facilitó por completo tanto el check-in como el check-out. I am just not a fan or Morrocco. Marrakesh is HOT and HUMID, and smelly; and the "Old Market," while near to the property and which is really the "highlight" of Marrakesh, is smelly, dirty, and chaotic. The property itself, in a silo, was very nice, albeit very hard to find. While it is clean, it is also small. The breakfast is "okay" at best. The small pool at the center of the Riad is picturesque and relaxing. The property is cozy.

Cons: The staff, especially Mohamed and Najib, were amazing, but I was astounded that the property does not include water with breakfast. The breakfast, which is included, consists of small portions. However, you are forced to uncomfortably ask for more of anything in addition, i.e., coffee, thin pancake-like pastries (only one per person is given), small glass of juice, some fruit, and NO WATER. But if you want water, you will be charged for it which was shocking. I have never been to a place that serves breakfast and does not include water. ... Furthermore, as an aside, taking the train between cities (Marrakesh and Casablanca) was a HORRENDOUS experience. The train rides are HOT (with virtually no AC) and miserable. Everyone onboard sweats profusely. Like I said, I am not a fan of Morrocco (my business partner and I traveled between Marrakesh and Casablanca).

El personal muy atento y amable, se preocupó el primer día de contactar con nosotros para que llegáramos bien al riad y de indicarnos los puntos de interés de la ciudad, así como recomendaciones para comer y cenar. Cons: Nuestra experiencia no fue lo que esperábamos por los comentarios que habíamos leído. Para ir al centro hay que atravesar el zoco o bordear la muralla. Por la noche había bastante ruido ( en el interior del patio) se reunían amigos de los propietarios del Riad para charlar,risas...... Vimos un par de peleas hasta llegar al zoco, se lo comentamos al recepcionista del Riad y nos dijo que no sabía nada... Nuestra recomendación es que os hospedeis en un Riad lo más cerca posible del centro para evitar determinadas calles por la noche

This is a gorgeous little riad in a great location for exploring but in a quiet little corner of the medina. The staff are all absolutely lovely and really welcoming. For the price, the standard of the riad is amazing. The central courtyard is lovely and there is a lounge area for relaxing. We loved our breakfast every morning and were so touched on the last day when we had to leave early and were given a packed breakfast to take with us. We'd recommend this place to anyone.

Cons: I don't have anything bad to say, you cannot complain about this riad. We were sad to be leaving. It can be noisy outside but you wouldn't stay in a medina if you were concerned about noise. And the riad itself is very peaceful.

Transfer etc prima geregeld, ook midden in de nacht aankomen na vluchtvertraging geen probleem.

Cons: Todo fue un engaño. Primero tardamos 1h en encontrar la dirección porque al parecer había más de una calle con el mismo nombre. Llamamos varias veces al Riad y no nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de ayuda, ni siquiera quisieron enviar a alguien a encontrarnos para guiarnos al Riad. La ubicación está muy escondido, poco seguro. Cerca de algún tipo de granja que los gallos empezaron a cantar desde las 4 am. Las camas super incómodas, despertamos con mucho dolor de espalda. Poca luz en las habitaciones, solo funcionaba una luz. El wifi, nunca pudimos encontrar la red. En el desayuno, zumo de cartón nada tradicional. El personal que nos recibió, no nos explicó nada, nos entregó la llave y nada más. Las fotos son un engaño, definitivamente no volvería ni recomendaría este lugar.

Établissement silencieux avec une belle terrasse (roof top) Très bon emplacement : 5 mn des souk, 5 mn du point de rendez vous pour le départ des excursions, 20 mn de la place Jemaa El Fna (exprimé en temps de marche pour marcheurs moyens) Mohamed est très bienveillant et à l’écoute ; grâce à lui nous avons pu finaliser notre rendez vous et notre départ pour l’excursion des 3 vallées (ouf!!) et encore bien d’autres services ; merci à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et leurs sourires. J’ai apprécié la situation géographique dans la médina : le matin nous étions avec les enfants qui partaient à l’école ; le soir en rentrant les enfants jouaient au ballon dans l’impasse. Quartier où on se sentait en sécurité.

Vi var 7 personer, med 3 værelser, og damen, der stod for morgenmaden lavede alting færdig på EN gang, og da de sidste kom var der fx ikke mere æg, eller brød var blevet koldt. Damen var sød, men talte ikke engelsk, og der var ikke nok af det mad vi gerne ville have.

L'hospitalité du personnel en général est vraiment super agréable, gentille, serviable. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Nous avons commandé un repas qui était délicieux, et les petits déjeuner sont variés. Niveau qualité prix très intéressant.

Cons: L'accès au riad peut surpendre, mais une petite porte dérobée permet d'accéder au cœur de la medina et donc à proximité des souks et de la place, cette balade est très agréable et appréciée.

Mooie, betaalbare riad met super vriendelijk personeel. Onze baby was de koning te rijk en geen enkele vraag was te veel. Er heerste een gemoedelijke sfeer. We kregen zelfs zonder te vragen een ontbijtpakket mee voor onze vroege vlucht. De riad ligt in de medina (dus in het centrum) maar wel in een iets rustigere straat die ook bereikbaar is per taxi.

Tout le personnel Fouzia , sa collègue, Najib et Mohamed un grand merci à vous. Un moment de partage exceptionnel, une gentillesse sans pareille. Le petit déjeuner copieux avec les crêpes chaudes et les gâteaux. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de dîner au Riad mais je suis sûr que leur couscous était délicieux et nous comptons bien revenir pour y goûter vraiment !!

Il Riad si presenta molto bene, il gestore molto accogliente e gentile ! La camera era abbastanza pulita e aveva quasi tutto il necessario ( no asciugacapelli e pochi asciugamani ) , per il resto ( e ricordiamo che è un Riad marocchino quindi non un hotel 5 stelle !!!) Ha tutto. Colazione buona e abbondante e il gestore è super disponibile ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Lo consiglio, è esattamente come nelle foto, niente di più , niente di meno.

Cons: Qualche capello nel letto ( probabilmente della signora delle pulizie), ma del resto nulla da segnalare.

Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié ce RIAD, 1°) très bien situé : permet d'arriver directement en taxi et d'accéder ensuite à tous les lieux touristiques à pied, Il y a d'excellents restaurants à 2 minutes. 2°) le RIAD est adorable et les chambres très confortables, les sdb splendides pareil pour la literie, 3°) de super petits-déjeuners 4°) et le must : l'accueil des réceptionnistes et des personnes en charge du pdj (merci pour la version à emporter qui nous a été bien utile pour une excursion tôt le matin) Nous avons regretté de ne passer que 2 nuits. Si nous revenons à Marrakech, nous choisirons ce RIAD sans hésiter

Desde que llegas al Riad Le Ble Oranger te sientes como en casa. Una acogida estupenda por parte de todos los trabajadores del Riad. Te aconsejan lugares que puedes visitar, te ayudan con lo que necesitas, la amabilidad, la simpatía y la generosidad de los empleados es algo para remarcar. El lugar es precioso, cama muy confortable, terraza estupenda y cerca del centro (10min) andando. Desayuno muy completo y la zona es tranquila y cerca de los puntos más interesantes de la ciudad. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%.

Nous avons adoré séjourner au Bel oranger, dès l'arrivée, accueillis avec un thé et des pâtisseries, on se sent déjà comme chez soi. Pause zen autour du bassin après avoir arpenté les souks qui sont à 2 pas. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Marrakech à pieds mais le riad est aussi accessible en voiture. Les chambres sont confortables, climatisées, la literie est très bonne. L'accueil est exceptionnel, Nadjib et Mohamed sont adorables, toujours souriants et prêts à vous aider. Les femmes de la maison d'une grande gentillesse ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

This was my first experience of staying at a Riad and I was very pleasantly surprised. This establishment is spotlessly clean with the most charming and helpful staff that go out of their way to make sure your trip is as comfortable as possible. The food at breakfast and in the evening is simple and homely and in fact, the word 'homely' is the one I would choose to describe the comfort and security that one feels at the Riad Le Bel Oranger. If I have the opportunity to travel to Marrakesh again, I will stay here.

Il riad è situato in un’ottima posizione, centrale, ma allo stesso tempo appartata e in una zona tranquilla. Lo staff è gentile e molto disponibile, il giorno in cui dovevo fare il check out sono stata male e l’host del riad mi ha dato un’altra camera in cui riposare, cosa apprezzatissima. Everything exceeded expectations, we were going for a budget riad and chose this one due its location and price. We're very experienced budget travelers and are used to unclean and cheap hotels / apartments. However the entire facility is very clean, the staff are super friendly and the location is close to everything in Marrakech. The rooms are very comfortable, and the main area in the riad is very nice. There's also a roof area with a pretty nice view. The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, they were very friendly and really cared about our experience. They gave us very good tips on where to eat and what to visit. Without that guidance our stay in Marrakesh wouldn't have been the same!

Cons: My only problem was that the breakfast might be a little too sweet. This is however a matter of opinion, there's nothing wrong with what is offered. The coffee was amazing however!

Lo que mas me gustó fue el desayuno, la habitación y las personas que trabajan en el Riad, nos hicieron la estancia muy agradable y segura.

Cons: Hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron mucho, una fue que salía poca agua de la ducha y hubo momentos que hasta se cortaba ( luego se soluciono). Y la otra que el Riad estaba muy metido en una calle y fue difícil encontrarlo. Pero por lo demás la verdad que todo fenomenal. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wie auf den Bildern. Für eine Nacht war er sehr schön und wir wurden sogar mit Tee empfangen. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und die Zimmer waren wir auf den Bildern. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und schön.

Cons: Unser Zimmer war etwas feucht, also die Luftfeuchtigkeit war ziemlich hoch, aber das war auch das einzig schlechte.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter la médina et le centre de Marrakech a pied. Quartier calme et sécurisé. Place de parking devant la porte du riad. Les 2 adorables dames qui préparent le petit déjeuner vous accueillent avec un grand sourire et un grand cœur et bien sûr le thé à la menthe. Aux petits soins, elles entre très vite dans vos cœur. N'hésitez surtout pas à les remercier avec un petit pourboire, cela les satisfera dans leurs quotidien et elles le mérite ❤. Un grand merci également à Najib le réceptionniste, très professionnel, accueillant et très bon conseiller. Nous y retourneront prochainement avec grand plaisir. PS: petit déjeuner très bien garni et varié . Thé à la menthe,jus d'orange, café noir, lait chaud, chocolat en poudre, msemen, cake, pain , confiture, beurre, fromage, œuf au plat, omelette brouillé, miel, fruit , banane, orange.

Cons: The only reason for the reduced score is that we couldn't check in as soon as we arrived, we had to wait for a person. But we were not in a hurry, so it was not a problem for us at all. If you are in a hurry, I guess you should let the owners know your arrival time in advance to avoid the wait

La struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, un ingresso wow e una terrazza che, se fossi partita in una stagione piú calda, avrei sfruttato moltissimo. Per non parlare poi dell'ospitalità e delle generosità di Najib e del suo collaboratore (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome): non ci sono parole per descrivere quanta cura e attenzione mettano nel loro lavoro. La disponibilità, la cordialità, l'entusiamo con cui ci hanno accolto e spiegato cosa fare, cosa vedere, cosa evitare e come ottimizzare i tempi per girare la città. L'immancabile tè (di cui già da subito non potevamo piú fare a meno, delizioso). La pazienza nel rispondere a ogni domanda possibile sulle escursioni da prenotare (noi abbiamo fatto una notte nel deserto di Zagora con tour di varie zone annesso, sono stati 2 giorni belli intensi). La colazione è ottima e varia ogni mattina (caffè, latte, yogurt, torta, pane, miele, burro, pancake). La possibilità di pranzare/cenare nel riad con un menu super fresco e di ottima qualità (se volete prenotare una cena è necessario farlo almeno il giorno prima perchè viene tutto comprato la mattina e cucinato sul momento appositamente per chi lo ha richiesto. Noi consigliamo assolutamente di provare i vari Tajine, ma è davvero tutto buonissimo). Ci siamo trovati cosí bene che, se dovessimo tornare a Marrakech, risceglieremmo sicuramente questo posto.

Cons: Nulla, solo forse sarebbe il caso che il cambio asciugamani avvenisse tutti i giorni, ma comunque lo abbiamo chiesto e prontamente ci hanno accontentati col sorriso.

El personal del Riad tanto las oersonas de recepción, como la cocinera o señora de la limpieza muy amables y eficaces. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación doble de la primera planta muy amplia, limpia, no así la triple de la planta baja.

Cons: La habitación trple de la planta baja pegada a la mini piscina tenia muchísima humedad y cucarachas todos los dias a pesar de estar cerrado el desagüe. Creo que no la deberian ofrecer al público. Nos costó encontrar el Riad por el laberinto de calles y más por la noche.

Es ist ein sehr kleines Riad mit wenig Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet. Aber es ist alles da. Die Betten sind gut aber etwas schmal. Für 2-3 Nächte kein Problem. Zimmer wird jeden Tag gemacht. Frühstück gab es Kaffee oder Kakao, Marmelade, Butter, Streichkäse, kleine Pfannkuchen, sehr gutes Brot, Orangensaft und Nektarinen. Der Besitzer ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Heimflug muss man die Bordkarte ausdrucken. Das ist Pflicht. Ich wusste es nicht und der Besitzer hat mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht und mir meine Bord Karten sofort nach dem online check in ausgedruckt. Dadurch das Riad sehr klein ist, ist es sehr familier. Wenn man Frühstücken geht oder auf die Terrasse eine Zigarette rauchen geht bleiben die Türen zum Zimmer offen. Es passiert nichts und kommt auch nichts weg. Es gibt auch einen netten und bequemen Aufenthaltsraum mit Spielen und Fernseher. Die Taxiabholung vom Flughafen war perfekt. Die Sicherheitskontrollen dauern sehr lange und der Taxifahrer hat geduldig auf uns gewartet. Wir haben noch einen ganzen Tag in Marrakech gehabt. Konnten das Gebäck und unsere Mäntel bis am Abend dort deponieren. Taxifahrer kam überpünktlich um uns wieder zum Flughafen zu führen. Bitte mindestens 3-4, Stunden einplanen. Es sind sehr viele Sicherheisprüfungen und dauert alles sehr lange. Das Riad liegt etwas abseits vom großen Rummel, dadurch war es aber sehr ruhig dort. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig aber jeder hat sich bemüht so leise wie möglich zu sein wenn andere noch geschlafen haben. Man ist nach nur wenigen Schritten direkt im Souk.

Cons: Hat jetzt nichts mit dem Riad zu tun aber man sollte vorsichtig mit sogenannten Führern sein. Die sprechen einen an gehen ein paar Schritte mit und wollen einen unbedingt was zeigen. Bei uns war es die Ledergerberei. Absolut nicht sehenswert.Das hat 3 Minuten gedauert, daraufhin hat er uns in ein völlig überteuertes Ledergeschäft geführt was uns überhaupt nicht interessiert hat und wollte dafür € 20,--. Das ist unverschämt. Also aufpassen. Im Souk geht es oft Lenesgefährlich zu. Man kann fast nicht gehen, denn es fahren dauern Mopetfahrer durch, in den engen Gassen und ohne Rücksicht. Es ist wirklich gefährlich.

Heel hartelijk welkom ontvangen door Najib, die ons onder het genot van thee de highlights van Marrakech toelichtte. Vervolgens werden we naar de kamer geleid, die ontzettend netjes en schoon eruit zag. Gedurende het verblijf heel erg genoten, mede doordat alle personen hier ontzettend lief, gedienstig en hartelijk waren! Het ontbijt had alles wat we nodig hadden, en wisselde elke dag. Indien we iets extra wilden, was dit ook geen enkel probleem. Niets was te veel gevraagd, en we werden overal mee geholpen (taxi, printen van de boarding pass, advies over excursies etc.). Kortom; een ontzettend fijne plek met hele hartelijke personen. Mochten we ooit terugkeren naar Marrakech, dan zouden we hier heel graag opnieuw verblijven!

Le Riad est extrêmement bien situé, aux portes du souk, dans le fond d’une impasse très calme. Tout peut se faire à pied à partir du Riad. Notre chambre et salle de bain étaient propres, la literie est confortable. Le plus de ce Riad est la qualité d’accueil exceptionnelle des employés, que ce soit à l’accueil, le petit-déjeuner ou le ménage. Ils nous ont donné également d’excellents tips pour nos visites, gps offline et achats souvenirs. Je recommande vivement ce Riad et j’y retournerai!!

Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla, ma era tutto pieno, dunque non posso esprimermi sulle altre camere. Di certo, questa era pessima. Le foto sul sito/booking non rispettano la realtà dei fatti, e il prezzo superiore ad altri riad. Per arrivare al riad bisogna attraversare un paio di vicoli stretti e bui, non ben popolati, veramente poco rassicuranti specie di notte

The Riad is very authentic. The roof top is great. The staff is very helpful and polite. They speak English. The day of our departure we could leave our luggage in the hotel without asking it. Although it is in the middle of the city, it was very calm.

Cons: It is not the fault of the riad just to help other visitors. We have been there by car and it was quite difficult to find the Riad. In front of it there are enough space to cars and you do not have to pay for it. Unfortunately we had some guys who asked 50MAD for the parking. Pour une première à Marrakech, nous sommes très content du choix de notre Riad. Merci à Mohamed pour son accueil, sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité et merci à Karima pour sa gentillesse et sa cuisine. Les chambres sont d'une grandeur correct avec une très bonne literie et un très bon réseau wifi. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Lo mejor fue el precio y ubicación. El servicio de Mohammed fue impecable y de gran ayuda te organizan muchas cosas y te puedes despreocupar totalmente que sabes que lo harán genial. La ubicación está al lado de la medina, perfecto para prescindir de taxis u otros servicios.

Cons: La habitación se nos quedó corta tanto en ergonomía como silencio. Lo que pasa por la mañana es que es imposible no escuchar a los otros turistas levantarse o llegar tarde a la Riad. Además a la Riad en general le falta ventilación se concentra mucho el olor en la habitación y por lo tanto el polvo.
