I knew the location already, central in the medina yet quiet, not to posh. The staff and Bachir was very helpful and adorable .

Notre sejour etait vraiment au top grĂące Ă  un accueil parfait : bienveillant, dĂ©tendu et toujours dans une ambiance sans stress, ce qui met tout de suite Ă  l’aise. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner typique est excellent, et variĂ©s , chaque matin un vrai plaisir ! Mention spĂ©ciale Ă©galement pour la flexibilitĂ© et la disponibilitĂ© du personnel, avec la possibilitĂ© de rĂ©server des excursions Ă  la derniĂšre minute en toute sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ©. Nous avons adorĂ© l’emplacement, idĂ©al en plein cƓur de la MĂ©dina, le calme du Riad, et le cadre. Ayoub est trĂšs accueillant, et aux petits soins pour ses hĂŽtes : il propose des repas du soir dĂ©licieux, il s’occupe des transferts aĂ©roport/riad, ou mĂȘme pour aller au restaurant un peu plus loin de la ville comme ce fut notre cas Je vous conseille vivement ce Riad pour une expĂ©rience unique.

Riad bien placĂ©, proche du souk. La chambre Ă©tait propre et suffisante pour la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour. TrĂšs bon petit dĂ©jeuner avec des spĂ©cialitĂ©s marocaines et du jus de fruit frais. Petit bassin mais pas testĂ© car l'eau n'Ă©tait pas chauffĂ©e. Cela doit ĂȘtre agrĂ©able en Ă©tĂ©. La ubicaciĂłn es perfecta. EstĂĄ a 15 minutos de la Plaza Jamma El-Fna, y el paseo hasta allĂ­ es recorriendo todo el zoco, de hecho nos gustĂł mĂĄs el zoco que rodea el Riad que la zona mĂĄs cercana a la Plaza. A un par de calles hay muchos restaurantes y bares para comer y todo estĂĄ abierto por la noche. La calle del Riad es muy tranquila y no hay nada de ruido, algo que se agradece despuĂ©s del bullicio que hay en el centro. La habitaciĂłn estaba sĂșper limpia, equipada con todo lo necesario, habĂ­a toallas, geles y secador. TambiĂ©n nos dejaron agua y comida de bienvenida. Al llegar nos invitaron a un tĂ© con dulces marroquĂ­s y Mohammed, que es el dueño del Riad y quien nos recibiĂł, fue muy atento con nosotros. El resto del personal tambiĂ©n fue muy amable. Escogimos la opciĂłn con desayuno incluido y nos encantĂł, productos tĂ­picos y en cantidad suficiente. Sin duda volverĂ­amos a repetir.

Cons: Nada, todo estuvo genial. Lo Ășnico a tener en cuenta es que al estar situado en un calle que no estĂĄ en el zoco, si vas solo/a puedes sentirte un poco inseguro. Nosotros Ă©ramos dos y en ningĂșn momento tuvimos ningĂșn problema, por la noche solĂ­a haber gente en esa zona y todo muy bien. AĂșn asĂ­, si hubiese viajado yo sola seguramente hubiese intentado buscar algo menos alejado del bullicio del zoco. La ubicaciĂłn no es nada difĂ­cil de encontrar, de hecho nos resultĂł bastante fĂĄcil, del zoco al Riad solo hay dos calles.

It is in a central spot in the souks but very quiet. The owner is very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and they come everyday to clean. Everything you need is in Dar Soukaina. The food is very good and you get different options and a lot of food. Its a very safe place for everyone

Cons: De riad bevond zich in een klein steegje maar je werd hiervan op de hoogte gebracht. Tip: sla de locatie op via Google Maps. Ik zou de transfer van de riad gebruiken want taxi's kunnen niet in de kleine straatjes maar via de transfer leidt iemand je de weg naar je riad.

O host é muito solícito e afetuoso! Quando eståvamos indo pro aeroporto nos deu lanche para levarmos, nos permitiu chegar e ir descansar (ao invés de fazer as burocracias de check-in). Esquecemos de dizer que não precisava limpar o quarto, então quando chegamos não só estava tudo arrumado de novo, como até nossas roupas estavam dobradas! Riad de limpeza impecåvel e muito bonito.

We enjoyed the breakfast and how well located the hotel is.

Cons: The communication wasn't always the clearest. For example, I was initially told that I would be able to pay the taxi ride to the hotel by card. However when I did the checkout I was told that they only accepted cash. Then a few seconds later, upon learning that I was told I could pay by card days prior, they told me that it was OK to pay by card. Similarly, I was told about a tourism tax of 2.5 euros per guest and it is only at the checkout that I learned that it was not a fixed amount but a daily tax based on the number of days spent at the hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable although a bit cold. It can also get a bit noisy when people walk by or are in the patio.

Location and architecture of the building,othing special but with the authenticity and essence of the accomodations typical moroccon riads. These are all the good things I can say about my stay at Soukaina.

Cons: Room dirty, bed full of long hairs for another guest I suppose, first impression. Cold, the heat mode from air conditioned wasn’t enough to make comfortable temperature inside the room. A poor flow of water in the bathroom and shower. Cooler than bedroom without heater. The commons stays very louder like a hostel for young people (I haven’t been in this kind of accommodation, but I imagine something like this). The exhaust fume kitchen go out to the central area of the house where every rooms are communicated, so you are smelling meal during dinner times. The reception staff so kind only when offering some excursions or extra spends to do in the city, the rest of the time are missing. About the breakfast better without comments. There is a coffee store nearby takes 1 minute a walk where you can find an exceptional cup of coffee for less than 1 euro. This is roughly my tenth stay in Morocco in Riads with the similar price ranges per night and unfortunately this last has been ther worse of all of them. Based on my experience, I can't believe the rating Soukaina has.

Me encanto mucho el sitio ya que el personal era super amable y intentaban ayudarte en lo que podĂ­an aunque fuese difĂ­cil la comunicaciĂłn entre nosotros. Luego la habitaciĂłn y el desayuno estaban muy bien.

Cons: Lo Ășnico que no me gusto, fue que la cama era un poco dura, y que la puerta principal no cierra del todo por lo que puedes escuchar todo lo que pasa en el ojo patio. Y para mi lo que menos me gusto fue los alrededores, ya que a 50 metros de la entrada al Riad(por donde habĂ­a que pasar si o si) habĂ­a un punto de droga, lo cual por la mañana te puede dar un poco igual pero de noche no hay nadie en la calle y te da bastante respeto ya que son muchas personas con cara de pocos amigos. AdemĂĄs añadir que por esos mismos alrededores en nuestro ultimo dĂ­a en Marrakech fuimos a buscar un sitio para imprimir los tickets ya que el Riad no tenia para hacerlo, y buscando un sitio cerca de la calle principal que envuelve el propio Riad se nos acerco un hombre con buenas pintas para ayudarnos, donde nos sugerĂ­a acompañarle para encontrar una papelerĂ­a y es donde caĂ­mos en una trampa donde casi nos roban todo lo que tenĂ­amos y digo casi porque nos dimo cuenta a tiempo pero aun asĂ­ nos sacaron 20 euros sino querĂ­amos tener problemas(ya que nos amenazaron en un callejĂłn con 7 hombres mĂĄs). Esta ultima experiencia no se la recomiendo a nadie claramente y lo comento para que los futuros viajeros lo tengan en cuenta porque Marrakech no es tan segura como parece, no hay apenas policĂ­a, la gran mayorĂ­a de las personas de la ciudad intentaran jugĂĄrtelo sobre todo los hombres ya que las mujeres parecen ser honestas. Ojala que el Riad puede subsanar estos problemas.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo nosso anfitrião, Bashir, que esteve sempre pronto para nos ajudar incluindo providenciando transporte e jantar quanto solicitamos. VÊrelserne er enkle og behagelige, og badevÊrelset er overraskende stort og pÊnt. Det hele er rent og velfungerende. Our host was very friendly and helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. The rooms were very clean and airy and there was always plenty to eat at breakfast.

The Riad is out of the main area . You have to carry your luggage about 3-4 blocks unless you find someone to help you . Front desk guy is very upset and aggressive every time you ask something.

Cons: Everything was BAD , bad service , the guy at front desk is very aggressive everytime you ask for something , the bed in our room was stuck and you can’t walk around to lay down , you must jump. NO SPACE AROUND THE BED. Lot of mosquitos in the room . Shower had mold and smell a lot , they provided a spray but not even . BREAKFAST is horrible , only bread and cold and bad . Coffee really bad . My best recommendation is for you to find a better option .

Petit déjeuné super (varié chaque matin). Le personnel trÚs agréable. La chambre faite chaque jour TOP. Merci à Bachir pour son sourire et sa bienveillance.

Cons: L'établissement mérite un petit rafraichissement, il y avait une forte odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, robinetterie défaillante.Pour améliorer l'accueil, il serait bien de nous mettre à disposition des brochures d'informations sur activités....

Localização e limpeza.

Cons: Por onde começar? Aquando da chegada fomos muito bem recebidos por um funcionĂĄrio ao qual perguntĂĄmos quanto ao pagamento da estadia, tendo nĂłs dito que pagĂĄvamos no Ășltimo dia e o nĂŁo voltĂĄmos a ver durante a estadia, tendo sido "substituĂ­do" por outro que alĂ©m de rude Ă© inconveniente. AlĂ©m do mesmo dormir na zona de convĂ­vio durante a noite tambĂ©m ali dorme durante o dia e quando necessitei de esclarecer uma dĂșvida as 16h00 estava a dormir estando outro funcionĂĄrio ao lado dele acordado e ao ver-me no atendimento nĂŁo fez questĂŁo de acordar o outro e fiquei ali, a olhar para eles atĂ© que desisti. Quando pelas 21h fui Ă  sala de convivio o mesmo funcionĂĄrio estava deitado no sofĂĄ e quando perguntei se podia ligar a TV diz me que estĂĄ estragada apesar de ser possĂ­vel verificar que a TV estava ligada Ă  corrente. Talvez nĂŁo quisesse que o incomodasse no seu "quarto". Quanto ao pequeno almoço Ă© sempre a mesma coisa, variando apenas num produto, e quando lhe pedimos mais cafĂ© diz nos agressivamente que estamos limitados a duas chĂĄvenas e que se quisermos mais temos que pagar, nĂŁo querendo ir repor o cafĂ© na cafeteira, apesar de lhe dizermos que sĂł bebemos uma chĂĄvena. No penĂșltimo dia, enquanto estĂĄvamos a tomar o pequeno almoço e, Ă  frente dos restantes hĂłspedes, exigiu-nos o pagamento na aquele momento, e ao lhe ser explicado o porquĂȘ de o mesmo nĂŁo ter sido pago atĂ© entĂŁo, diz-me que apesar de o outro funcionĂĄrio ter dito que o pagamento era no fim da estadia, ele estava agora a dizer que jĂĄ devia ter sido no primeiro dia. PorquĂȘ esperar atĂ© ao penĂșltimo dia quando o podia ter feito no primeiro?! Quando questionado quanto era o pagamento em dihrams apresenta-me um valor com a conversĂŁo que ele prĂłprio fez, na minha presença, tendo me facultado um post-it com o valor tendo eu ido levantar dinheiro para lhe pagar.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. When we arrived late in the evening the give us tea and even some tangine to eat. The room is comfortabel. The bed are a bit small for large people. The bathroom was small but had everything you need. Overall basic but clean. The price per night might be a bit high but the perfect location and nice inside garden with small pool makes it worth it. We recommend staying here.

Nous avons passĂ© un fabuleux sĂ©jour au sein de ce Riad. MalgrĂ© notre arrivĂ©e tardive (23h30), le Riad a effectuĂ© notre transfert et quelqu'un Ă©tait prĂ©sent pour nous rĂ©ceptionner. Le Riad est trĂšs beau, propre et extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© (restaurant Le Jardin Ă  6 min Ă  pieds, Medersa Ben Youssef Ă  9 min Ă  pieds, Place Jemaa El Fna Ă  moins de 15 min Ă  pieds). La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses, bien Ă©quipĂ©es (draps, couvertures, serviettes, gel douche, coton, sĂšche-cheveux...). Le petit dĂ©jeuner est diffĂ©rent tous les matins ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable! Le personnel est trĂšs accueillant et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement !

Prijs/kwaliteit is zeker in orde. Elke dag verse lakens, handdoeken, opgemaakte bedden en kamer gepoetst. Vriendelijke ontvangst, hulpvaardig personeel en ideale ligging, in de Medina, doch op een rustige plaats. Ontbijt is typisch Marrokaans, doch voldoende.

Cons: Wij hadden doorgegeven gebruik te willen maken van de transferservice van de Riad. Bij aankomst op de luchthaven stond niemand daar. Gelukkig heeft een vriendelijke man ons geholpen en de Riad opgebeld. We zijn dan met een taxi naar de Riad gegaan maar gezien deze niet met de auto bereikbaar is, kwam iemand om ons te begeleiden tot aan de Riad, eigenlijk iemand die probeerde om geld van ons af te doen. Hij vroeg 200 dirham, maar uiteindelijk hebben we maar 50 gegeven, gezien het maar amper 200m was.

Uno stupendo Riad, nel cuore di Marrakech. Super pulito e con tutti i servizi indispensabili tra cui colazione e cena (quest’ultima su richiesta). La camera Ăš stupenda, ma anche gli spazi comuni del Riad sono curati e tipici. Bashir Ă© un host con i fiocchi, farĂ  di tutto per venire incontro alle vostre esigenze ed aiutarvi a godervi al meglio la cittĂ  e tutto ciĂČ che ha da offrire. Se tornerĂČ a Marrakech, Dar Soukaina sarĂ  sicuramente il mio punto di riferimento. Grazie Bashir!

Ein hĂŒbsches Riad in guter Lage in der Medina. Sehr ruhig mit Dachterrasse und hĂŒbschen, gemĂŒtlichen Zimmern, so wie auf den Fotos bei Booking. Das Bad ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das Wasser war immer angenehm warm. Bashir, der Host, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war in Ordnung.

Cons: Im Januar ist es vor allem nachts noch ziemlich kalt. Der HeizlĂŒfter im Bad funktionierte nicht, die Kamine wurden nicht angemacht und die Klimaanlage heizte nur sehr mĂ€ĂŸig. Es war im Zimmer und vor allem im FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum ziemlich kalt.

Cons: El Riad estå a media hora andando a la plaza principal. El personal no es nada profesional te los encontrabas durmiendo en los sofås de recepción, cuando te ofrecen excursiones o te informan sobre sus servicios de restauración parecen amables pero cuando no contratas con ellos cambian totalmente de actitud. Avisamos de la hora a la que íbamos a llegar y tuvimos que esperar una media hora a que preparasen la habitación. El desayuno pésimo empezando porque estando en Marruecos no tienen ni té ponen sobres de manzanilla y bollería industrial de mala calidad.

Localização. Gostei também do facto de se terem preocupado em encontrar uma solução para o facto do ar condicionado não estar a funcionar (precisa de ser substituído).

Cons: Começar por dizer que a minha escolha baseou-se nos comentários positivos que tinha. Pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar (não havia ovos, e quando no primeiro dia pedimos mais uma panqueca para compensar isso, disseram que era apenas uma por pessoa - e assim, em pequenos pormenores, se perdem clientes 😔). Passamos muito frio na primeira noite (ficou resolvido pelo anfitrião na segunda noite). Apesar de muito simpático, o anfitrião deveria estar mais presente no espaço para saber se está tudo bem ou se falta alguma coisa aos clientes). Não voltarei a este riad, e por pura responsabilidade do anfitrião. Pequenos pedidos como uma panqueca, mais um sumo, ovos.. não se podem negar a um cliente, sob pena de não voltarmos a ter uma oportunidade.

Cons: nous avons connu le personnel il y a 2 ans et le ressenti n est pas le mĂȘme. le propriĂ©taire est gentil et trĂšs discret si bien que si nous avions Ă©tĂ© seul dans le Riad cela aurait Ă©tĂ© la mĂȘme chose . il y avait des gens qui dormaient dans les canapĂ©s qui n Ă©taient pas des clients ( merci les odeurs de pieds) l Ă©tablissement n Ă©tait pas soignĂ©, la terrasse laissĂ©e Ă  l abandon, les Ă©quipements de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas comme la climatisation, il y avait une fuite dans la salle de bain

Cons: My driver was not there when I arrived at the airport. I don't think he was aware my flight was delayed (I had given my flight details to the property in advance) and went somewhere else after giving his sign to a friend. I booked a desert tour through the property, and asked lots of questions in advance before booking. I don't think this was communicated to the active staff as when I arrived, they weren't sure if I had confirmed or not. I asked for rooms that were similar to or better than my room at Soukaina, in a small shared tour group and over 4 days 3 nights. I was placed on random tour buses that happened to have space and going in the right direction. At one point I had to wait over 3 hours for my new driver to pick me up. I had no contact details for anyone. Accommodation was in shared rooms, and the desert accommodations were horrible. Unclean, unchanged sheets (hair and sand on the beds) and a communal bathroom with two toilets and two showers shared between the whole camp (maybe 2 dozen tents of 2-4 people). I called to complain and was met with excuses. I was promised a private room in the second camp which I received, as well as dinner (which I declined), waiving the payment of city tax and a transfer when I returned. The staff declined to pay for the transfer, and at that point I was too tired to argue.

Basic and comfortable room, generally nice staff. When I couldn't find the place, I was picked up from the coffee shop on the main road.

Cons: Bathroom drains were very stinky, I wasn't given a way to lock my room which meant that anyone could enter when I wasn't there! You're also not given a key to the main door which is only a mild annoyance because you have to knock and wait for someone to answer. The dinner I booked was okay for a starving traveller who doesn't want to venture out. A bit overpriced, chicken was dry and the first course was defrosted. I also ordered the main and dessert but received a starter and main.

Cons: La presion del agua caliente, era inexistente, salia solo un hilito. El agua fria bien, pero la caliente.... La ubicacion teniendo que cruzar todo el zoco, tampoco es muy comoda. Y ademas cuando llueve se inunda, aunque eso pasa en TODOS los sitios... no estan preparados para la lluvia.

El alojamiento es muy bonito y esta relativamente cerca del centro, en menos de 20 minutos andando estĂĄs en la plaza central. El desayuno incluido estĂĄ bien, lo mejorarĂ­a con algo de fruta. El trato fue bueno.

Die Lage war perfekt, nur wenige Minuten in die Medina.Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

Cons: Das WLAN war echt langsam bzw. in unserem Zimmer im EG am Pool kaum funktioniert. Auch wurde der Pool leider so stark gechlort, dass man dort nicht sitzen konnte und auch abends war der Geruch immer noch sehr stark bei uns im Zimmer ( juckende Augen, kratzen im Hals)

Le Riadh est trĂšs beau, notre chambre CANELLE Ă©tait trĂšs propre et spacieuses. La gentillesse du personnel est plus qu’agrĂ©able. Une mention spĂ©ciale pour Ayoub, sa joie de vivre et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !

O gerente Ă© muito atencioso e estĂĄ disponĂ­vel para resolver qualquer situação. É perto de uma saida da medina, o que facilita a entrada e saida. Disponibilizam um senhor bagageiro com um carrinho de mĂŁo, para transportar as malas e guiar atĂ© ao riad. É aconselhĂĄvel combinar esse serviço e atĂ© o transfere do aeroporto. Silencioso o que permite uma noite descansada. Pequeno almoço com produtos tĂ­picos e caseiros varidados todos os dias.

Cons: Devia de estar melhor sinalizado. Perdemo-nos vĂĄrias vezes, o gerente deu ajuda. É necessĂĄrio ter cuidado com os homens que se mostram disponĂ­veis e atĂ© forçam para ajudar e no final pretendem dinheiro, quantias pouco justas.

We stay for 3 nights its was great. Excellent wifi, the room was spotless thanks to the cleaner who does the cleaning and gave us fresh towels and change our bed sheets everyday. It's along ally street and center of Medina but it's very quiet and the bed is very comfy. Breakfast is made fresh everyday. It's amazing RIad to stay with for sure will come back to this place again.

De tudo. O Abdul é fantåstico! Com toda a gentileza, preparou um pequeno- almoço muito antes da hora. Estava sempre disponível e atento. Muito, muito simpåtico. Excelente localização, logo à entrada do souk, de fåcil acesso e sem ruído nenhum. Colchão muito confortåvel; decoração muito agradåvel; jardim interior descoberto com piscina ; bom pequeno almoço. Tudo muito limpo. A saída, o tåxi lå estava às 3 da manhã, como combinado. . Voltarei! Shukran.

Grazie a Bashir abbiamo avuto un soggiorno perfetto. La posizione Ăš in una via tranquilla e residenziale della Medina, che permette di essere leggermente fuori dal caos dei mercatini, ed Ăš anche vicino a una delle porte della cittĂ . La colazione ci ha incantati ogni mattina, con prodotti freschi e variazioni gustose. La piccola piscina permette di rinfrescarsi dal caldo di Marrakech. Pulizia e ordine quotidiani vi permetteranno di sentirvi sempre a proprio agio. Il servizio di trasferimento dall'aeroporto Ăš stato impeccabile e al giusto prezzo.

Cons: L'unica pecca sono stati i cuscini un po' duri, ma non abbiamo mai chiesto di cambiarli. Sicuramente la disponibilitĂ  di Bashir potrĂ  risolvere anche questo piccolo neo!

Very clean, not far from the town square where you can get taxis from, near by a market street where you can buy almost anything. The staff were all amazing, from the host to the woman who makes the breakfast. The breakfast was very nice and very filling. Overall I just felt very welcomed and comfortable to sit around the lobby if I wanted to just relax. Very good stay and worth the money.

Cons: The WiFi only worked in the lobby, it did not work in our room so I couldn’t use my phone when I was in the room which was annoying. Also, you cannot get to the hotel via taxi, it can take you to the local square and then it’s about a 5 min walk to get to the hotel (this isn’t necessarily a bad thing).

Je recommande vivement ce Riad, et je pourrais revenir dans celui-ci. La localisation est top car nous Ă©tions au coeur de la mĂ©dina on faisait 50 mĂštres et nous Ă©tions dans les souks. Quand nous Ă©tions dans le Riad nous Ă©tions trĂšs au calme, nous n'entendions aucun bruit de l'extĂ©rieur.

Cons: il faudrait enlever la bĂąche qui protĂšge du soleil. Au coeur du Riad au dernier sur le rooftop il y a une bĂąche qui couvre le coeur du Riad et du coup la lumiĂšre et le soleil passent peu.

We're a family of four and had a wonderful stay at Dar Soukaina, it was really clean and comfortable and very relaxing after long days walking around Marrakech. The one meal we ate (Lemon Chicken Tagine) at the Raid was one of the best we had all holiday - delicious!. The location was brilliant for exploring the souks and all the sites. Riad muy confortable que conserva la decoraciĂłn y estĂ©tica original. Se encuentra en una callejuela del Derb El Farrane, que aunque parezca escondido la primera vez que llegas, finalmente le suma encanto. Al camino a Jemaa el-Fna se aprende en el primer ida y vuelta. El trato del personal es excelente con la mejor predisposiciĂłn para hacer la estadĂ­a muy agradable y confortable. EstĂĄn pendientes de todos los detalles. Llegamos por la noche y nos consiguieron un excelente guĂ­a para hacer un tour por Marrakech a la mañana siguiente. El Ășltimo dĂ­a adelantaron el desayuno de debido a que tenĂ­amos que salir a primera hora. Les pedimos un par de botellas de agua y sin decir nada fueron a buscarlas y las trajeron en 5 minutos. Se merecen un 10.

Nos encantó alojarnos en su Rihad, la comunicación fue estupenda ya que sabía varios idiomas y nos ayudaba con las dudas que teníamos sobre la zona. Recomiendo mucho su Rihad sin ninguna duda.

Cons: Lo Ășnico que tienes que adentrarte en la calles y no estĂĄ a pie de carretera con transporte. Pero una vez que lo haces una vez, es fĂĄcil y sin perdida .

La localizaciĂłn del riad

Cons: Mi pareja y yo acabamos de volver de Marrakech, habiĂ©ndonos quedado en Dar Soukania dos noches. Desde luego ha sido una lĂĄstima la elecciĂłn de este riad, ya que nos ha estropeado totalmente las vacaciones en la ciudad. El primer dĂ­a de nuestra estancia en el riad nos dimos cuenta al llegar a la habitaciĂłn, de que a mi pareja le habĂ­an dado el cambiazo de su cargador de iPhone por uno genĂ©rico. Tras hablarlo con el chico de recepciĂłn, tanto Ă©l como la señora de la limpieza se pusieron muy exaltados, llegando a decir varias veces que iban a llamar a la policĂ­a. Finalmente y tras venir el manager del riad, que fue muy educado en todo momento, nos devolvieron 50€ por el valor del cargador desaparecido. A partir de ese momento todo fue mal. La situaciĂłn en el riad era tensa, el recepcionista no nos dirigĂ­a la palabra y la señora de la limpieza se reĂ­a de nosotros cuando pasĂĄbamos cerca de ella. La verdad es que estĂĄbamos deseando irnos de allĂ­. Una vez ya en el aeropuerto de Marrakech, cual es mi sorpresa cuando me llega un mensaje de booking diciendo que el alojamiento dice que nos hemos ido sin pagar 48€ por el traslado! Lo que por supuesto es totalmente falso, ya que el dĂ­a de nuestra llegada dejamos pagado tantos los traslados de ida y vuelta (33€) como la tasa turĂ­stica (10€). Eso sĂ­, no nos permitieron pagar con tarjeta ni nos dieron ningĂșn recibo de lo pagado. Pero 48€, a quĂ© se corresponden? Claramente querĂ­an recuperar el dinero que nos habĂ­an dado por el cargador robado. He tenido que bloquear mi tarjeta de crĂ©dito y solicitar una nueva para que no me hiciesen ese cargo en la cuenta. En definitiva, evitad este sitio a toda costa. El personal que trabaja en Ă©l no es de confianza y por supuesto no saben lo que es la profesionalidad.

Cons: Hatte das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss in dem Bereich in dem auch die KĂŒche ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Kein Handy Empfang. Kein WLAN Empfang bzw. langsamer als langsam. Zimmer war feucht kalt. Auf die Toilette kann man sich nur umstĂ€ndlich setzen. Nachts schrie/miaute ewig die Hauskatze.

Die Lage mitten in der Medina ist sehr autentisch und gibt viele Möglichkeiten sich ins Leben (zu Fuss) zu stĂŒrzen. ABER die Unterkunft ist schwer zu finden! Wir sind mit Navi ziemlich rumgeirrt. Nur ein sehr kleines Hinweisschild (Din A4) an der Hausecke der letzten Gasse. Nach einem Hilferuf per Telefon wurden wir aber eingesammelt (guter Service!) Eine direkte Anfahrt mit dem PKW nicht möglich, aber ein bewachter Parkplatz in der NĂ€he, erschwinglich. Man kann sich in den kleinen Gassen kaum vorstellen, dass hier eine RIAD (Hotel) ist. Sobald man die Anlage durch die TĂŒr betritt, öffnet sich ein geschmackvoll gestalteter Innenhof mit Wasser und Pflanzen und diversen Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, entsprechen aber den AnsprĂŒchen, eigenes Bad und Dusche runden den Eindruck ab. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zugewandt und haben auch bei der Suche nach Events in der NĂ€he sehr hilfreich unterstĂŒtzend tĂ€tig. (Telefonisch Buchen der Besuche und organisieren von Taxitransport) Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war ĂŒberschaubar in der Menge, aber das angebotene GebĂ€ck und Beilagen lecker (guter QualitĂ€t) Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder (nachdem wir jetzt wissen wie man dort hinkommt)

Beautiful, well-maintained riad. We went almost everywhere by walking. Good restaurants around. The rooms are not soundproof, but the riad is peaceful. Very clean. After walking around, it gets easy to find this riad, but consider taking airport transfer when you arrive. Thank you Bashir, Nadia, Fatima and all the staff for your work in this riad. Our room was called Curry.

Le calme

Cons: Concernant la taxe de sĂ©jour sur la rĂ©servation il Ă©tait marquĂ© 52,50€ soit 2,50€ par nuit & par personne. Pourtant j’ai Ă©tĂ© prĂ©levĂ© de 1,25€ en plus mais bon 🙃. Le monsieur a d’ailleurs Ă©normĂ©ment insistĂ© pour que je paye la taxe au soir la veille de notre dĂ©part, il aurait dĂ» demander le jour de notre arrivĂ©e, ou alors le jour de notre dĂ©part et non le soir Ă  21h de façon forcĂ©e 😏 Il a d’ailleurs toquĂ© Ă  notre chambre Ă  9h pour cette taxe, alors que nous Ă©tions encore en train de dormir, j’ai trouvĂ© ça assez insistant de sa part, je comprends bien qu’il doit faire ses comptes, mais il aurait dĂ» nous demander cela Ă  notre arrivĂ©e â˜ș
