Hotellin sijainti oli todella hyvä, keidas keskellä vilkasta vanhaa kaupunkia. Perinteinen rakennustapa teki hotellirakennuksesta virkistävän mielenkiintoisen. Cons: L’unica vera nota negativa riguarda la guida italiana consigliata dall’hotel: poco professionale e deludente. Il tour ha dato scarso spazio ai contenuti culturali, trasformandosi invece in un giro commerciale presso amici venditori di tappeti e cosmetici, peraltro a prezzi eccessivi, con una notevole perdita di tempo. Inoltre, il giorno della partenza, a causa dell’orario anticipato del volo, abbiamo effettuato un check-out anticipato senza che ci venisse fornita alcuna alternativa alla colazione, pur essendo inclusa nel soggiorno. Da segnalare inoltre che i taxi non arrivano in prossimità della struttura e bisogna uscire dalla piazza per poter usufruirne.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is beautifully, decorated in Moroccan style and art. The location is easy to find and cabs can reach it within the allowed hours.There is minimal noise from the busy square. the buffet breakfast was generous and included local fare.
Cons: The riad design means the rooms are windowless. There is a lot of noise from above and between rooms. The so called suite is just an odd shaped room with 2 bathrooms. Several daily breakfast offerings were probably from the previous evening which is fine but they were served cold and were not very tasty that way.

Breakfast was very good, a mix of traditional and European breakfast items. The staff were very attentive, bringing juices and coffee when you arrived. Outside was quite noisy ( the usual noises of the busy medina ) but inside was very quiet. Desk staff are very helpful.
Cons: The downstairs bedrooms don't have external windows, only internal windows on to the courtyard. This keeps the rooms cool and noise- free but makes the rooms very dark at night; I'm used to watching the dawn unfold but you can't do that in these rooms. This is only a small point though; a clock radio or night light might help to orientate you in the middle of the night when you wake up.

An absolutely charming and stunning riad! It’s located right on the edge of the market square, yet the moment you step through the door you’re met with surprising tranquility and a touch of luxury. Cons: Salle d'eau exiguë. Le manque de compassion du Mr à l'accueil de jour qui fut aimable certes mais lorsque je lui ai indiqué que nous devions rentrer en urgence car mon beau-père était hospitalisé et le médecin nous demandait de rentrer, aucun mot de compassion et lorsque je lui ai indiqué que nous devions partir à 4h30 et donc impossible de profiter du petit-déjeuner, aucune proposition comme par exemple une petite assiette de pâtisseries ou autres. J'ai séjourné dans des riads où le personnel se mettait en 4 pour satisfaire les clients (comme un départ très tôt le matin). Le riad est peut-être trop grand et pas à taille humaine du coup, il se situe un peu entre le riad et l'hôtel.

L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel au top !! Nous avons été chouchoutés tout au long de notre séjour. La place Jemaa el fnaa est un vrai régal de partage et de convivialité. Le petit déjeuner incroyable !! Notre taxi nous attendait à 7h du matin pour l'aéroport. L'hôtel a ouvert le restaurant pour que nous puissions déjeuner 3 quarts d'heure avant l'horaire habituelle 🙏

Staff and breakfast was outstanding - true Moroccan hospitality at its finest. Location was absolutely amazing...you can't beat having a riad that opens right onto the main square, but at the same time is completely quiet!
Cons: Pictures are very out of date, and facilities are quite a bit more worn that in the pictures. The shower, especially, really needs some attention as there was a great deal of black mold in all the tile work. My room also suffered from climate control issues, and was unable to cool below 24 degrees, so if you're sensitive to temperature for sleeping keep this in mind.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Hotel & Ryad Art Place Marrakech! Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre – midt i hjertet av Marrakech, rett ved Djemaa el-Fna, men likevel rolig og behagelig inne på hotellet. Det føles som en liten oase midt i all energien og livet i medinaen. Personalet var utrolig vennlige og imøtekommende. Abdullah i resepsjonen tok imot oss med et stort smil og sørget for at vi følte oss velkomne fra første stund. Servitøren Mustafa fortjener også en spesiell takk – alltid blid, oppmerksom og genuint opptatt av at vi skulle ha det bra. Maten var rett og slett nydelig – både frokost og middag var fulle av smak og friskhet. Alt var delikat presentert og laget med omtanke. Rensligheten og komforten var upåklagelig. Rommene var vakre, godt vedlikeholdt og ga en følelse av luksus og ro. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale dette hotellet. Her får man en perfekt kombinasjon av autentisk marokkansk atmosfære, topp service og ekte gjestfrihet. Vi gleder oss allerede til å komme tilbake!

The location was perfect! The staff was super attentive and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. Noise isolation was good, we couldn't hear any noise from the street. Breakfast was very complete and the food was good, the juices were natural and fresh. Temperature was very comfortable inside the room. The pool is big enough and the rooftop has a great view.

Cons: Bij het diner was het eten onder de maat mocht dit 5 sterren zijn viel echt tegen. Ook daar wij s'nachts vertrokken en vroegen s'middags voor een ontbijtpakket bij de receptie was er geen enkele mogelijkheid om daar aan tegemoet te komen. Dat viel dus erg tegen geen broodje konden we niet krijgen dat is niet 5 sterren waardig.

The staff were very polite and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly to us and even gave us tips about transportation in the city. The food was delicious and the breakfast had different options every day. The room was very comfortable and the decoration with the moroccan architecture was exquisite. No wonder of the superb rating. Everything was clean and the pool area was though small but enough for us to have a chill at the pool. They even served lunch there once!

The staff can’t do enough for you, from welcoming to service and cleaning they went above and beyond in everything. The Riad has two parts - old and new - and both are unbelievable in the decor and cleanliness. Hotel pool was perfect for the hot climate and fresh towels were provided. We ate breakfast and lunch and all meals were delicious - highly recommend the cheese and onion omelette from the chef at breakfast!

The facilities were great, including the pool area which was perfect during hot days. The Hotel had an extremely comprehensive breakfast and is situated very centrally, perfect for experiencing the Souks nearby. Our experience in Marrakesh couldn't have been any better.

Cons: No hicimos uso del transporte del hotel, pero si vas en un taxi o en transporte de booking, no van a poder dejarte en la puerta porque el acceso está limitado. Creo que el transporte del hotel sí te deja en la puerta, aunque en todo caso, por la noche la plaza es un caos y desconozco cómo accede el taxi. En todo caso, son 3 minutos andando desde el punto de dejada y recogida, pero debe de tenerse en cuenta.

Ficámos encantados com a nossa estadia neste Riad! A localização é perfeita, bem no centro da Medina, o que nos permitiu explorar a cidade a pé com muita facilidade. O espaço é muito acolhedor e bem cuidado, com uma piscina no terraço que foi um verdadeiro luxo para relaxar nas horas de maior calor. Os funcionários foram incansáveis na sua simpatia e disponibilidade — um agradecimento especial ao Rabie e ao Mustapha, que tornaram a nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Nagyon Jó helyen fekszik, pont a Djemaa El Fna tér sarkában, a hotelból kilépve a tér forgatagában találjuk magunkat. A szálláson belül viszont ennek a zaja abszolult nem hallatszik be, a tetőn található teraszról viszont esténként élveztük a teljesen egyedi akusztikát. A szobák és a Ryad teljesen vissza adták a marrokói hangulatot, nagyon tiszta és autentikus volt, de a legnagyobb értékét szerintem a személyzet adja, a vezetőktől kezdve egészen a szobalányokig, mindenki nagyon kedves, udvarias, mosolygós és segítőkész volt. Mi a legtöbbet a reggelinél és az esték folyamán Rabival és Zack-kel találkoztunk (elnézést ha nem jól írom a nevüket, így ejtettük ) nekik külön köszönjük a szívélyes kiszolgálást! A reggeli változatos volt, lehetett választani a marrokói és a nekünk hagyományosak közül, de az egyedi kéréseinket is mindig teljesítették, páromnak nagyon tetszett hogy minden reggel más-más shotokat kaptunk. Mindenkinek nagyon jó szívvel ajánjuk ezt a kis ékszerdobozt!

The rooms were lovely, the pool and pool area was great. The staff were friendly and helpful (Rabie). Restaurant nice choice of breakfast and the location was excellent.
Cons: Our room was noisy early morning when we complained the elder gentleman on reception was very dismissive and uninterested only after lengthy persuasion he begrudgingly agreed to move us. The new room turned out to be a downgrade which wasn’t necessary as the hotel was less than half full.

A charming hotel perfectly situated on the main square, right at the heart of all the city’s buzz. Yet inside, the rooms remain peaceful, thanks to the building’s origins as a traditional Moroccan riad — a home designed around a serene inner courtyard, with no windows facing the outside world and a gentle fountain at its center. There’s also a rooftop pool offering a welcome escape. The staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfasts pleasantly satisfying. Don’t expect European or even Turkish standards of luxury, but the overall value for money is, in my view, excellent.
Cons: The only downside was the air conditioner — powerful, but fortunately quiet. It was difficult to adjust, and in the mornings it could get uncomfortably cold.

We just spent three nights at Hotel & Ryad Art Place Marrakech. What a fantastic place to stay. The location couldn’t have been better situated right in the main square. If you arrive after 11am (when cars are not allowed in the square) you are greeted at the entrance by Aziz who walks your luggage to the Hotel. Once you are inside the hustle and bustle is left behind it is very quiet. The rooms are fabulous, ours was very large and so very quiet and the pool on the rooftop was a bonus to cool off at the end of the day. What makes this hotel truly special was the staff. Chef Youssef, Youssef, Aziz, Rabi, Zak, Ibrahim and Mustafa were all so warm and attentive, making us feel so welcome every day. They really went above and beyond. All restaurants are very close to the Ryad and the dinner at the hotel was excellent also. Make sure you ask for Abdul for a guided tour around Marrakech. It was the best day of our whole trip! Honestly, you don't need to look any further than Hotel & Ryad Art Place Marrakech, you will not be disappointed!

Ryad meraviglioso, situato proprio nel cuore della piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa. Le camere sono ampie e bellissime, con arredamenti in stile marocchino e letti molto comodi. Al nostro arrivo, ci hanno accolto con un tè alla menta e biscottini…Siamo rimasti sorpresi dall’insonorizzazione dell’hotel, non si sente il trambusto della piazza. La colazione è varia e di ottima qualità. Un ringraziamento particolare allo staff del Front Office, Youssef ed Ibrahim , sempre attenti ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti.

La ubicación del hotel sin dudarlo un acierto justo en un lateral de la Famosa y ruidosa Plaza Jemaa El Fna pero una vez entras en el Riad, todo es paz y tranquilidad. Sin dudarlo volvería a este hotel cuando vuelva a Marrakech.

The level of customer service from the second we arrived to when we left was exceptional. The pool on the roof was a godsend as we visited places in the morning and then spent the afternoon by the pool.

Hotel & Ryad Art Place Marrakech location could not be more central and privileged, while maintaining privacy and silence, right next to Jamaa Al Fna Square. Breakfast is served in a spacious room and in an outdoor area overlooking Jamaa El Fna Square. A wide variety of high-quality products, including several local delicacies. But of course, the highlight is the excellent service provided by the team of Rabie and Azizi. Both are always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Congratulations to hotel management to have this two guys giving us a nice and friendly good morning. A very appealing terrace with a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and bar, allowed us to cool off and/or relax after long days in the souks. All other services, such as the concierge, reception and cleaning, demonstrate a constant concern for helping guests. The room was a pleasant surprise and, like the hotel in general, it carefully maintains the local style, even though it is a modernized space.
Cons: O que poderá ser melhorado? O sistema de escoamento de água de uma das casas de banho carece de manutenção ou limpeza na área de duche para evitar odores desagradáveis, sim porque o quarto tinha duas casas de banho completas o que foi excelente. No restaurante, talvez um ou outro prato mais ocidental, para complementar da super oferta generalizada do cuscuz e tagine que é o standard em todos os restaurantes circundantes.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Art Palace & Ryad Hotel, ideally located within Marrakech’s vibrant main square (the Medina), and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the day we checked out, the service was consistently exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their hospitality was a standout aspect of our visit. We stayed in a Junior Suite, beautifully designed and featuring a four-poster bed with conveniently located plug sockets on either side – perfect for charging our phones overnight. The room also included his and hers bathrooms, each with a rainfall walk-in shower that was both luxurious and refreshing. While the hotel is alcohol-free – as is the surrounding square – this turned out to be a surprising bonus. We actually found it to be a detoxing and restorative experience. The rooftop terrace is a peaceful retreat, complete with a lovely swimming pool and sun loungers that are thoroughly cleaned each evening. The rooftop is surrounded by carefully tended plants, giving it a relaxed and tranquil ambiance. Afternoon service was available, and once again, the staff delivered exceptional hospitality. (Special thanks to the kind staff member who assisted us each day, Zakarya.) Breakfast was included in our stay, and we were consistently impressed by the impeccable service provided by Mustapha and Rabie. The breakfast itself changed daily and offered a variety of fresh, local dishes. While different from what many Europeans might expect, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The view from the rooftop restaurant, perfectly named “the View”, overlooking the Medina and capturing sunsets over the bustling square, was genuinely breathtaking – like a scene from a film. Regarding dining, we chose to enjoy all our meals at the hotel.

We stayed at this riad for just one night, as they were fully booked and we had to move to another hotel the next day. Overall, the riad itself was beautiful, the room was clean, and the staff were generally welcoming. However, the experience when checking out left a very negative impression. We asked the front desk to call a taxi to take us to our second riad, which we knew was accessible by car. Instead, the receptionist insisted it was only a 10-minute walk and offered to arrange a luggage porter instead. We trusted his advice. Unfortunately, the porter was an elderly man with a hand-pulled cart who did not know the exact address. Navigating the busy, narrow souk alleys was very difficult. My husband had to guide him using GPS. What was supposed to be a short walk turned into a stressful 20+ minute trek. We eventually reached an alley too narrow for the cart, had to offload our luggage, paid the porter twice the cost of a normal taxi out of sympathy, and carried our bags on foot for another 15 minutes. Ironically, for the next two days, we took taxis back and forth through the souk area with no problem at all, each ride took only about 15 minutes and cost us less than half of what we paid that day. While the riad itself was pleasant, I would strongly recommend double-checking transportation options independently rather than relying on staff recommendations, especially if you have luggage or mobility concerns.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. We had sign up for a tour group so it was very convenient to stay at this hotel and walk 4 mins to the meeting point. The hotel was very clean and love the traditional look. The hotel had a great rooftop and pool to enjoy. Will definitely come back in the future!

Alright, so I stayed at Hotel & Ryad Art Place in Marrakech, and overall, it was pretty amazing. The location? You literally couldn't beat it – right next to the main square and the famous souks. Talk about being in the heart of the action! Breakfast was seriously good – a real highlight of my stay. And the staff, wow, they were incredible. There was this one guy, Ravi, who was always around, super prompt, and helpful with absolutely everything we needed. The room was also a great size, plenty of space to chill.
Cons: If I had to nitpick, the pool was a bit smaller than I'd imagined from the photos. Also, check-in was a bit of a wait; 3 pm felt kind of late and they were pretty strict about it.

Cons: Stanza completamente priva di luce, non si poteva aprire neanche lo sportello che affaccia internamente. Ma pare che i riad siano perlopiù concepiti in questo modo.

First thing you notice is that despite being right next to the noisy Jemaa el-Fnaa, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The location is superb - Jemaa el-Fnaa is right outside and makes exploring the souks easy. Staff were exceptional - welcoming, helpful and polite. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Even when our flights meant we had to leave early, they made sure breakfast was also opened early. Breakfast had a nice selection - which changed slightly each day for variety. The view from the restaurant of Jemaa el-Fnaa is amazing (see photo)! We ate in the restaurant most days and the food is authentic and tasty. Room was very clean, authentic and comfortable. We were in the Executive Suite - very spacious.
Cons: Was there room service? Advertised on booking.com - but I did not see this mentioned anywhere during our stay.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff could not do enough for us! Thank you so much, the location was incredible right in the middle of the Ryad - I felt safe at all times. We were gluten-free, and the chef went out of his way to look after us at BREAKFAST which was included. We had gluten-free muffins and gluten-free bread that he made us especially, and we were very grateful.!! It’s quite hard to eat gluten-free in Marrakesh, but the hotel worked great.!! we will be back and stay there when we do :)

Das Riad liegt direkt am Jemaa el-Fnaa, ein unglaublich trubeliger Platz, von dem aus alle Straßen in die vielen Souks führen. Hinter dem goldenen Eingangstür des Riads erlebt man eine sofort einsetzende Ruhe. Man kann ankommen, und das Personal ist aufmerksam. Diese Ruhe durchzieht das ganze Haus. Sogar die offene Terrasse schenkt Ruhe und Ankommen. Es ist gelungen die unterschiedlichen Kulturen zusammen zu führen. Auch gelingt dieses beim Frühstück, Lunch und Dinner. Alles ist wunderbar serviert und sehr lecker aus der wohl eigenen Küche. Wünsche nach Taxi oder anderes wurden ohne Probleme erfüllt.

We loved this hotel so much, we extended our stay, we didn't want to leave. It's a wonderful hotel, an oasis of calm surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city. Inside is a gem, everything we could have wished in a Riad. Breakfast was superb, with an option to eat outside on the balcony overlooking Jamaa El Fna square. The staff were superb, they couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The location is superb, you are right in the beating hear of the city.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good selection of food, and the staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The water temperature while showering in the evening was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room did not have any milk sachets provided. When we requested some, we were charged 10 MAD, which I found to be unreasonable for such a basic amenity. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, the stay was comfortable, and the service was generally good.

Cons: I would have given a higher grade if the hotel was classed as a 4 star. There’s certain things that are usually standard in 5 star hotels that were not provided (for example, there was no hair conditioner available; you had to pay for bottled water after the first night; etc).

La chambre au rdc est vaste et très confortable. Avec l’inconvénient des riads d’être sans fenêtres. Superbe douche avec peignoir de bain . Petit déjeuner très varié. Personnel parfait.
Cons: Des petites mesquineries au petit déjeuner : le jus d’orange n’est pas en accès libre. Il faut réclamer si on en veut un 2e verre. L’omelette est avec supplément. Pour le prix de la chambre qui n’est pas bon marché c’est un peu mesquin.

I can not fault this hotel loved everything from the Housekeeping team, restaurant a special shout out for the manager, chef who did us eggs on toast and the waiter's, the fantastic reception team, door guy's and last but not least the manager who after staying here for over 10 years I can truly call my friend.

The hotel is set in the heart of the medina, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The pool was lovely and there was plenty of space to lie in the sun, not too close to others. The quality and choice of breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Personally would have liked natural light in our bedroom, but the hotel is designed to look inwards not outwards. It did mean that we felt very safe though.

Art Place Ryad & Hotel isn’t just perfectly located, spotlessly clean, with beautiful rooms and gorgeous breakfasts; it’s an oasis of calm and quiet nestled amongst the brilliantly hectic, noisy & vibrant Jemaa El-Fnaa. But, what REALLY makes this place so special is the people. I’d almost forgotten what great customer service was like! All the staff at Art Place were so friendly and courteous, even teaching us some basic Arabic (and not laughing when we got it wrong!) Special thanks to Rabie in particular for being so kind and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We really hope to be back soon.

El hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable y era un remanso de paz después del continuo bullicio por las calles de Marrakech. The Riad is situated right at the edge of the main square in Marrakech but once you pass through the impressive double doors of the entrance the hustle and bustle stops and you enter a cool , calm space. The staff were welcoming , friendly and professional, a special thanks to Rabie and Mustapha who looked after us so well at breakfast and on the terrace. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and very clean. Our room was serviced daily to a high standard, the bathroom had all the usual facilities with a good power shower. Breakfast had an amazing choice that changed daily with the Chef on hand to provide any information you might need. We also had dinner on one night which was delicious and reasonably priced at around £40-50 for three courses for two people. I would recommend using the airport transfer service the hotel offers as this makes things much easier and less stressful .

let me start with saying you MUST take the hotel up on their offer of ,Mohamed, the private transfer driver. He has permission to drive through the market and take you to the door of the hotel. And what an entrance! the hotel looks like 2 gold doors when you arrive. You could mistaken it for a fancy souk entrance, LOL. Slightly confusing but what a fun shock! Hidden behind these doors is an oasis of calm, beauty and class! A true Ryad, with loads of light, a central garden/court yard and fantastic facilities. The level of detail that has gone into this hotel is astonishing. With no corners cut and every inch of space detailed with wonderful architectural details and surprises. The rooms are well proportioned. The entire hotel, rooms etc. is spotlessly clean and i mean spotless! The service from the staff is on whole new level. You can ask the reception, waiters even cleaners for advice and they will make sure that the right person is informed and whatever you want to do is arranged for you. We chose to book our balloon flight, desert buggy trip, camel rides and driver through the hotel. They took care of everything and i mean everything. All we had to do was be at reception at the time WE wanted to do our excursions. Everything is bespoke/tailored to suit you. The breakfast was a knock out, varied and different every day. The chef is excellent and there to greet you in the morning and make sure that everyone is happy. Again, i wanted my coffee in a certain way and they insisted on making it for me. Truly bespoke 1st class service. We also had a few lunches at the hotel and the food was superb. Beautifully cooked and prepared, fresh dishes with all the additions you would expect from a 5* restaurant! The staff are so friendly and helpful and exceptionally well trained, yet not intrusive or in your face. Knowing the boundaries is very important to guests and the Art Place team where 110% on point. An exceptional and surprising hotel!

Beautiful hotel in the centre of the medina. Staff were excellent and extremely professional yet friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fab with a great selection in buffet format with staff there to assist to your every need. The rooms are refreshed daily with tea and coffee facilities. Beds are really comfortable with temperature adjustable aircon and heat. Overall it was a pleasure to stay here and will definitely be returning in the future.

The location was perfect and safe - and had very nice terraces. The breakfast was also very good with different fruits and specialties every day. The room was cosy and the bed very good. Cons: Unfortunately, there is no elevator for people with disabilities. In the winter the open air pool at the top floor is not suitable for swimming because the water is too cold. Nevertheless this does not change the positive feeling of your stay.

We liked everything about this riad. The location within the Medina is excellent with the hustle and bustle of the main square right on the doorstep. However, once you enter the riad it is like an oasis of calm. The staff are extremely kind, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent as far as choice and quality is concerned. The room was very comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. We would stay here again if we re-visited Marrakech.

The Riyad is excellent in all aspects. Starting from the location , it’s in the Central Square of the city (el fna) and at the same time when you entering the Riyad, it is extremely quiet. Service is fantastic; everyone is extremely kind and always willing to support you (entrance, reception, restaurant, etc). Rooms are very clean and comfortable . Overall: extremely recommended Riyad.

Receptionist was very helpful and arranged a local guide for 2 trips who were both excellent, unfortunately he wasn't there when we checked out and I wasn't able to thank him personally which I regret. The breakfast was excellent and the staff could NOT have been more helpful and attentive 5stars. The location is in the heart of the city and was very secure.
Cons: The room (suite ) we had on arrival was not like the ones in photographs and my wife was quite disappointed, however they changed us to another room the next day which was much more like the photos. Possibly each room is different but when they look substantially different (probably much the same size) then there should be more photos.

The entire structure is extremely well kept, well equipped to cater all necessities. It’s got pieces of local art like beautiful vases everywhere. It is in typical Moroccan style, with a bit of contemporary style mixed together. There is wonderful entrance door, facing the main square, yet is very quiete indoors. Our room was spacious, the ceiling was stunning, as well as the decor. The bed was one the most comfortable I have ever tried, great quality sheets. The service was great, breakfast was the very best of all our stay in Marocco and the staff extremely attentive. We wanted to have some laundry washed at a particular temperature and they made it for us and delivered it timely. Differently from other structures, The staff was reliable and precise when they were giving information, times, and organising different services for us. A breath of fresh air!
Cons: The breakfast room and some furniture choice especially in the common areas was not my taste, yet really clean and well maintained.

Si può pranzare e cenare con piatti tipici. Un ringraziamento particolare allo staff del ristorante sempre molto gentile ( in modo particolare a Rabi) e a quello della reception attento ad ogni esigenza. Al momento dell’ arrivo ci hanno fatto vedere tutta la struttura, molto divertente ed insolito. La pulizia e’ ottima.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel & Ryad Art Place Marrakech. The location is very accessible, making it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to Ibrahim, who was incredibly nice and helpful. He took the time to recommend the best places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool is a great spot to relax, offering beautiful views of Marrakech. Ausdrücklich erwähnt seien hier unsere Kellner Rabi und Mohamed, die sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert haben!
Cons: Es gab einfach nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte - alles war bestens! Lediglich die fensterlosen Zimmer (in den Riads aber nichts ungewöhnliches) sind für Mitteleuropäer ein wenig gewöhungsbedürftig - sorgen aber für die nötige Ruhe!

The whole Marrakesh experience was faboulous - a marvelous attack on the senses! The staff at the Riad were more than excellent. In particular Rabi who was very special and of course Mohamed who was also so attentive at breakfast (which was brilliant) Also a thank you to Youssef at the desk and at dinner. We dont recollect the names of the other counter and door staff but they were always there for all our needs. Overall a great place to stay. Donal & San. Ireland.

The Riad/hotel is very quiet inside and a perfect location for the main tourist spots. The staff cannot be more helpful and you feel very secure. Tours and airport transfers were made with ease. Breakfast was served daily with a wide range of options. The hotel is not crowded as is boutique. It is very clean throughout. We would recommend it as an excellent place to stay.
Cons: The only downside is that many places are alcohol free and it is forbidden in Marrakesh in most venues. This did not affect us but if you are fond of alcohol, or just want a drink with your meal, Marrakesh generally is not the place to be. Though you can purchase in some venues-it’s costly!

Great location, little extras, nice towels and robes. Welcome tea. Breakfast was great and Rabi and Mohammed were really attentive. Great selection and fresh food and drinks.

The room was quite big. The style of the hotel was very nice. It is located in the medina square very convenient to go around. The staff were very nice and helpful especially Rabbi and Mohammed they were topnotch.
Cons: No alcohol drinks allowed and they dont sell alcohol. But not really a big problem for us.

The location is amazing and the breakfast was really good, lots of variation every day. All the staff, the guys at reception, the doorman and the guys at breakfast are all really helpful and friendly. The room was very good and the bed very comfortable. The only slight issue I had was with the the bathroom, the shower worked fine but the bathrooms just looked very dated and that made them look not very clean. I would defintely stay there again though
