Das Riad ist wirklich sehr gut gelegen, mitten in der Medina. Das Personal ist aber freundlich und hilft bei Taxifahrten etc. Auch wurde das Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Die Zimmer selbst sind auch sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück am Morgen war sehr vielseitig und toll serviert.
Cons: Leider entspricht die Realität nicht den Bildern. Alle Gemeinschaftsflächen, wie Terrasse, Innenhof etc werden eher als Lager genutzt. Auf der eigentlich schönen Terrasse steht unheimlich viel Zeug rum. Wäsche wird aufgehangen, Matratzen liegen auf den Liegestühlen. Alles sehr wild. Auch unten im Innenhof stapeln sich Säcke und alte Wäsche. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr klein und mit zu viel Mobiliar zugestellt. Man kann sich kaum bewegen und kam nicht an den Kleiderschrank. Echt schade! Mit ein bisschen Liebe und Pflege könnte es ein wirklich schöner Ort sein. Dann wäre es auch seinen Preis wert.

We stayed at the Riad for a week and the room allotted to us initially had heating problems. The staff promptly attended to the problem and ensured that we were shifted to a better equipped room. Struttura molto pulita con personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottima colazione, varia e curata. Ottima posizione rispetto alla piazza Jeema el Fna, in una strada laterale silenziosa. La struttura non si può raggiungere in taxi perché la strada è troppo stretta ma, rispetto al punto più vicino in cui arriva il taxi, si devono percorrere solo 3 minuti a piedi. Splendida terrazza. Possibilità di mangiare nella struttura o nei numerosi locali che si trovano nei paraggi.
Cons: Ho prenotato la camera che si chiama ‘suite familiare’ e mi aspettavo fosse un po’ più grande. C’è un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Un solo armadio molto piccolo. Noi eravamo in due persone (perché la terza persona ha avuto un imprevisto all’ultimo momento e non è riuscita a partire con noi) e siamo state comode ma in 4 persone secondo me si sta stretti. Bagno un po’ da sistemare

Umístnění perfektní v blízkosti hlavního náměstí, ale v klidné uličce. Za mne doporučuji.

La atención personalizada superó con creces nuestras expectativas. El equipo no solo es amable, sino también increíblemente resolutivo ante cualquier necesidad o imprevisto. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Osmar, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. ¡Bravo por él! We had a fantastic stay in this Riad. The manager, Dounia, is superb, friendly and helpful. He really made the difference. The breakfast is great, with all the ingredients you may wish and on any moment you request. finally the location of this Riad is very good; only 5 minutes from the central square and 5 minutes walk tot the taxi. Enjoyable

We misten wel een soort nachtlampje aan de bedden aangezien de spots enorm hard schenen. De ligging is echt perfect om Marrakesh te bezoeken, op nog geen 2min stappen van El Fnaaplein, 5min naar Koutoubia. Voor ons een topplaats om te verblijven!

Cons: It isn’t soundproof and we could hear the neighbors. We had breakfast at the Riad one morning; it was a bit poor, with no eggs. Another morning we took a takeaway breakfast box, but the selection was very limited. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit, for example.

Location is great, right near the main square but tucked out of the way. The room was grand! Double bed and big full sized bunk beds perfect for my tall teenaged boys. Lovely big bathroom with nice products. Little pool for a cool down. We arrived early and dropped our bags returning for tea and check in later. Also able to leave our bags following morning as airport transfer later in day. Lovely terrace and great breakfast! Great staff all very happy to help. Thank you for a great stay!

Il Riad è bellissimo e in una posizione molto comoda. Ci sono venuti a prendere all'aeroporto e ci hanno accompagnato fino alla stanza. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un problema con la carte di credito, ma il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato paziente e super disponibile, inoltre ci ha dato una mappa di Marrakech e ci ha spiegato dove andare e cosa vedere. Stanza un po' piccola, ma pulita, come anche il bagno ed il resto dei locali. Accesso alla terrazza con una vista magnifica.

Well located close to the jemaa el-fnaa place by walking distance. The breakfast was very nice and fulfilling :) The swimming pool is very refreshing and enjoyable as well as the terrasse at the top that is also very nice to relax. We stayed 3 nights and had a great stay.
Cons: The riad is next to a mosque so you hear the prayer call in the morning quite loud which can be disturbing when you are not used to it. I recommend taking earplugs if this is something that can bother you. But the riad it really amazing

Il Riad Azalia si trova due passi dalla piazza Jemma el Fna e nonostante questo è silenziosissimo. Molto accogliente e rilassante. Con una piccola piscina nel mezzo del patio e una meravigliosa terrazza sopra dive si consumano le colazioni e pasti. Lo staff è molto gentile e le colazioni squisite. Ci hanno dato diversi consigli.

Nous avions jamais été aussi bien accueillies. Nous avons passé la semaine à parler et rigoler avec le personnel, un grand merci pour votre aide, pour les fous rires, on se souviendra de vous et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à Momo, Abdel et Ousmane !! Au delà du personnel, le Riad est sublime, les chambres sont propres, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et tout le monde est très arrangeant pour nous faire passer le meilleur séjour possible. Il est placé dans un endroit idéal, à 2 minutes de la place. Tout est silencieux, le Riad entier sent extrêmement bon et les repas sont délicieux.

Riad idéalement placé à 3 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna. Silencieux et calme tout en étant à proximité de la médina. Mais le point fort de ce riad est son personnel, ils sont tous gentils et disponibles à toute heure, prêts à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, du choix salé et sucré avec des spécialités locales qui varient tous les matins. Notre vol de retour était en soirée et ils se sont arrangés pour nous laisser la chambre jusqu'à 13h et nous ont offert le thé à la menthe pour patienter jusqu'à l'arrivée de notre taxi.
Cons: Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée sont un peu sombres et si les voisins sont bruyants quand ils rentrent le soir, on entend tout car les chambres sont sur le passage et autour de la piscine. Mais c'est un détail car nous étions souvent à l'extérieur.

Very quiet located in the heart of Marrakech. It is like heaven after busy sightseeing and shopping in the tiny streets of Messina. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Recommend for people who love a natural setting inside a city with birds waking you up and visiting you at breakfast. Osebje: Abdel, Momo, Osman in Fatima izredno ustrezljivi in strpni z nami, kajti bilo smo velika skupina in vcasih malce preglasna. Lokacija je bila fenomenalna, skorajda na glavnem trgu. Abdel nam je uredil izjemen izlet ob vnozju Atlasa. Tudi za transfer poskrbi hotel. Vse top, se se vrnemo.

The riad is just perfect: small, cosy, it has a pool and two roof terraces and is tastefully decorated. The bathroom seemed to be new and was much bigger than in other riads we stayed in. Excellent location, close to all major sites. Dounia and her staff are kind, professional and always ready to help. Apart from the welcome with mint tea, there are also water bottles and a water boiler with coffee and tea in the room. We did not see this elsewhere. Very good breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The Riad is located in the old city, a short walk from the UNESCO World Heritage Site Jemaa el-Fna Square. The property is on a quiet side street. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and fluent in several languages. The rooftop is a wonderful retreat and the site for the daily breakfasts. There are places to sit and relax within the property. The rooms are large and comfortable. Showers worked great.

Cons: They kept our passports for a very long time at checking in and I did not like this. The room was not ready for the check-in time. Actually, it was not ready for at least 50-60min after the check-in time which we think is really bad. Because of this, we were almost late for our paid dessert attraction. We had to ask to at least leave our bags, even though after check-in time, and the cleaners were still there. The cleaning was OK but could be better. The bedrooms can be a bit louder as the main area is by your window but this is a riad style place so this is as expected.

La ubicación es estupenda, en mitad del zoco a 4 minutos de la plaza Jemma, pero una vez entras al Riad no escuchas nada del bullicio de alrededor. Si vuelvo me alojaría allí sin dudarlo. El desayuno delicioso y variado.

We had a lovely stay at this riad! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the souks and the heart of the medina. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and even let us leave our luggage at the riad after check-out, which made our last day so much easier. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and local flavors to start the day right. Everything was very clean, and the riad itself is absolutely beautiful, especially the terrace on the rooftop. The view over the city from up there is stunning, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Marrakech. Highly recommend!

The Riad was in a great location in the heart of everything! I cannot praise the service enough. After a very late arrival from a tour we were made a cup of tea and told to enjoy before checking in. The manager helped us with booking airport transport for the next day and printing our flight tickets at late hours. we had to checkout for our flight the next day and the manager made our breakfast for us to eat at the riad before breakfast hours. The riad itself was beautiful. Amazing sunrise views and views of the hot air balloons if you’re up early enough!

Cozy and clean with wonderful hospitality. Easy to get around the center of the city, and about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. Momo and his team took great care of us!! Firm, clean beds, good breakfast on the terrace, and a refreshing pool in the center of the riad - lots of positives! Keep in mind, the speakers that announce prayer in the morning are next to the riad, and it is very loud. This lasts about 10- 15 minutes.

Wszyscy byli bardzo zaangażowani, pomocni, uprzejmi i uśmiechnięci. Każda osoba z Riad Azalia z ogromnym zapałem pomagała nam z każda sprawą. Właściciele zarezerwowali nam hammam, transfer, o każdej porze można było na nich liczyć. Pokoje bardzo czyste, sprzątane codziennie, Riad jest piękny, a śniadania są przepyszne i obfite. Można również zamówić sobie obiad (tajine/sałatki/desery) przyrządzane w Riadzie- najsmaczniejszy Tajine w Marrakeszu, jaki jedliśmy. Na górze Riadu jest świetne miejsce na odpoczynek na słońcu. Lokalizacja jest świetna, bardzo blisko głównego placu, do okola sporo restauracji i stoisk z jedzeniem/pamiątkami. Bardzo dziękujemy za fantastyczny pobyt! <3

L’accueil de Momo a été chaleureuse et il s’est montré réceptif à nos besoins et nous a préparé un petit-déjeuner pour apporter et planifier notre transport pour l’aéroport. La chambre était propre et la taille était bien pour une famille. Nous avons bien apprécié la terrasse sur le toit avec la vue du minaret de la mosquée située à proximité du Riad. The riad is in a great location just a few steps from the souks. It’s beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style. We enjoyed the roof terrace and can recommend the lovely breakfast which is different every day consisting of omelettes, pancakes, cakes and pastries. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: The bed was very hard. Also you need to bear in mind that the riad is next to a mosque and you will be woken at 5 am every morning by the very loud call to prayer. All part of the Marrakech experience!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au riad Azalia. Momo, Ousmane et toute l'équipe étaient aux petits soins pour nous. Momo nous a conseillées tout au long du séjour. Le riad est hyper bien situé, à 2 pas de la place Jemma El Fna et décoré avec goût . Nous avons pu tout faire à pied quasiment. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, typique et change tous les jours. Les chambres sont agréables, literie assez ferme. Nous recommandons fortement ce riad.
Cons: Les seuls points négatif :la difficulté pour régler la température de la douche( souvent de l'eau froide) et la chasse d'eau d'une chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas bien.

A small tucked away property, wonderfully located, so beautiful. We stayed only for 3 nights. Easily walk to the main square in 5 minutes where you could get cash, get taxis. Walkable to most main attractions. Very good value for money. We went in January so it was a bit chilly to use the pool but was lovely to sit around. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was always lovely - tasty, sun shining and beautiful decor. The room was comfortable for the 3 of us and even could have slept one more person. There was always hot water. The staff were genuinely incredible, always going out of their way to help us and they made very special effort when it was our friends birthday, it was so so appreciated. Special shout out to Mohammad - he was wonderful. If you’re considering staying here it’s a very cute, comfortable stay and perfect for a short stay - highly recommend

Un accueil exceptionnel de la part de Momo et par la suite de Ousmane, c’est vraiment ce qui nous a marqué à notre arrivé et c’est peu dire concernant Momo, notre référence en terme d’hôtellerie ! Serviable, extrêmement souple qui s’adapte à toutes vos contraintes d’heures matinales, toujours là pour vous ouvrir la porte le soir et vous faire une blague avant de vous demander comment s’est passé votre journée ! Des petits déjeuners très local et un emplacement de 1er choix pour ceux qui aiment se retrouver en plein cœur de la ville !

Riad is very close to main square Jeema El Fnaa, but very quiet. The room and the toilet was spacious and comfortable. But the best of the Riad is Momo: he was extremely kind, helpful, always smiling.. he prepared some tea for us even at late night!! Breakfast also is very nice, in the rooftop: typical moroccoan, freshly cooked every morning.
Cons: The toilet didn’t flush perfectly, but worked anyway.

An absolutely amazing addition to our holiday. Didn’t expect our accommodation to be such a highlight of our trip. The property is beautiful and everything you need, close to enough to the Medina that you can walk everywhere but also tucked away enough that it’s quiet and peaceful. The service from the staff however was unmatched! We felt so looked after and taken care of, they went out of their way everyday to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. I would highly recommend this Riad and their staff for your next stay.

Riad molto bello ed in posizione centralissima, tra i vicoli della Medina a 3 minuti dalla piazza principale. Si può facilmente arrivare a piedi in praticamente tutti i siti di maggiore importanza della città. Eventualmente per prendere un taxi basta recarsi nella piazza principale e verrete letteralmente assaliti dai tassisti, quindi non preoccupatevi per gli spostamenti. Gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, reception 24/24, flessibilità di orari per la colazione, possibilità di deposito bagagli, attenzione ai clienti (è bastato entrare con un fazzoletto in mano per ricevere un thè caldo alla menta), piacevolissimo profumo di argan ovunque, pulizia della camera giornaliera. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
Cons: Leggo di qualcuno che si lamenta del vicino minareto per le preghiere mattutine ma credo che sia un plus avere la torre a 5 metri dalla struttura in quanto davvero caratteristica. Chi si lamenta probabilmente non ha un’apertura mentale verso altre religioni o usanze e costumi diversi dai propri.

Der Aufenthalt im Riad Azalia war einfach wunderschön. Das Riad ist einfach zu finden und die Lage in der Nähe vom Djamaa el Fna ist perfekt um die Medina zu erkunden. Wir würden von Personal super freundlich mit einem Tee auf der Dachterrasse empfangen und uns wurde alles erklärt, sodass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Generell war die ganze Kommunikation völlig entspannt und problemlos. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die herzlichen Mitarbeiter, die einem bei jeder Angelegenheit behilflich sind und für jeden Spaß zu haben sind. So haben Momo und Osman uns jeden Tag ein bisschen arabisch beigebracht. Auch das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag vom Zimmerservice sehr sauber hinterlassen. Das ganze Riad war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Dachterrasse war sensationell, hier wurde uns jeden Morgen wurde uns ein leckeres, marokkanisches Frühstück serviert. Auf Wunsch, falls z.B. ein Ausflug geplant ist, sogar vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit (8:30 Uhr - 11 Uhr). Die ganze Abwicklung der Buchung hat wunderbar funktioniert, die Kurtaxe und auch das Essen im Riad kann man sogar in Euro bezahlen. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen, wir waren wirklich begeistert und haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Grund dafür waren besonders die herzlichen Mitarbeiter, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Cons: Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Da wir im Februar da waren und die Nächte noch etwas kalt, war es durch die fehlende Heizung abends etwas kühl im Zimmer und die Handtücher/Kleidung ein wenig klamm. Uns hat das aber nicht besonders gestört. Im Sommer sollte es kein Problem sein.

Très beau Riad avec super emplacement, 15 m de souk et 200 m de la place principale. Chambre bien agencé avec tout nécessaire et ménage dans la chambre tout les jours. Et un beau Rooftop avec un vue imprenable Magnifique Pdj avec des nouveaux plats fait maison chaque jours. Et surtout le personnel. Très accueillant et à l’écoute. Un grand merci surtout à Mohamed et Ousmane pour la bienveillance et le sentiment vraiment d’être la bienvenue. On reviendra avec plaisir !!!

Belle découverte que ce riad. Très beau, très facile d'accès, au calme bien que proche de la célèbre place Jemaa el fna. Chambre confortable, sobrement décorée dotée d'une belle salle de bain aux faïences marocaines. Petit-déjeuner copieux, un assortiment de plats salés et sucrés différents chaque jour. Personnel au top, souriant et aux petits soins. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir.

Un gigantesque MERCI à toute l’équipe du Riad, Moustapha, Ousmane, Fatima et Fatima Zahra pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse incroyable. Camera pulita e bagno dotato del minimo indispensabile (phon e prodotti per la doccia). A 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale.
Cons: Essendo arrivati tardi, data la poca insonorizzazione delle pareti, abbiamo purtroppo disturbato i nostri vicini.

Todo! Céntrico, a solo 3min andando a la plaza fna. Amabilidad, todo el personal un encanto. El chico super atento. Incluso el último día nos hizo el desayuno a las 7:00h porque teníamos que salir antes cuando el horario era a las 8:00h. Un desayuno suuuuper completo (tortilla, dulces, mermeladas, queso, postre, café, leche, zumo...) Increíble. La cama comodísima, el baño limpio. Nosotros no pudimos usar la piscina porque hacía frío pero estaba limpia para meterse. Además tienen wifi. Asique un placer y como nos dijo Momo "como si fuera tu casa"

Cons: The riad is located next to a mosque so unfortunately we had to wake up early due to the morning pray. Apart from that everything was excellent.

Dreamlike riad – it feels like home! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Whatever you need or want to know, they are always there to assist you. On request, they can arrange a transfer to or from the airport. Breakfast is served on the beautiful rooftop terrace, which is also a perfect spot to relax and unwind in the evening. The location is very central, and it’s safe to go out even at night. On my next visit to Marrakech, I will definitely book this riad again! A big thank you to the exceptionally friendly staff.

Staff were so nice and lovely. I can’t remember the guy from the reception name but he was so lovely and made our stay so much better. During one of the days we had an excursion booked for 7am departure and he was happy to accommodate a full breakfast for us super early. Honestly the staff went above and beyond and helped us with every question. Room was cleaned daily and it was very spacious and comfortable. Riad was absolutely stunning too

Jeden z trzech hoteli typu Riad, w którym się zatrzymywaliśmy podczas pobytu w Marakeszu. Fantastyczny, uśmiechnięty personel, wygodny pokój i przepyszne śniadanie. Do tego idealna lokalizacja 5min spacerem od ścisłego centrum ale w bocznej, cichych uliczce. Basen może w grudniu nie spełniał funkcji relaksu ale idealnie nadawał się do porannego morsowania zamiast zimnego prysznica :)
Cons: Hotel trochę nie radzi sobie z wilgocią, zapewne spowodowaną basenem. W pokoju co prawda było pochłaniacz wilgocie ale nie dawał rady plus był głośny więc na noc musiał być wyłączany. Również brak w pokoju klimatyzatory, który w Grudniu przydałoby się jako grzejnik dawał się we znaki. Zwłaszcza, że był to jedyny z 5 hoteli, w których spaliśmy, który takiego rozwiązania nie posiadał. Pewnie w innej porze roku nie mielibyśmy nic do zarzucenia.

Cons: When we arrived they asked us to sit upstairs whilst they held onto our passports for admin setup. Of course there was no issues and we got our passports back in no time - we assume they were just trying to let us relax but have other people hold onto your passport in a different country always feels abit strange

El alojamiento es lo mejor calidad /precio/ubicacion , a 5 minutos de la plaza principal , dentro de la Medina. Aunque la primera vez es complicado encontrarlo, cuando sabes dónde está es facilísimo. El baño tiene puerta , cosa que no siempre hay en estos alojamientos .La atención del personal fue muy buena, nos guardaron las maletas en nuestra visita al desierto , y el último día prepararon el desayuno a la hora temprana que deseamos. Hablan inglés perfectamente.
Cons: Se oía mucho ruido de las habitaciones colindantes , pero seguramente sucede siempre en este tipo de edificios. Si bien no es algo negativo , el baño podía ser mejorable aunque estaba limpio , pero seguramente no estamos acostumbrados a ese tipo en Europa,

Cons: abbiamo dovuto lasciare la struttura molto presto la mattina e non essendoci un servizio di portineria 24H abbiamo avuto difficoltà a uscire dalla struttura. in pratica eravamo chiusi dentro il riad e abbiamo dovuto cercare qualcuno che ci aprisse. Nel frattempo fuori la porta di ingresso del riad c'era l'autista del taxi che ci stava aspettando che provava a bussare al campanello esterno al quale però nessuno rispondeva. piccola disavventura alla quale si ripensa con simpatia.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla piazza jama el fna in un vicolo però silenzioso. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile (prima di andare via ci hanno regalato un set di cosmetici tipici). La colazione buonissima e abbondante e il letto comodissimo
Cons: Forse la stanza era un po piccola poco spazio per valige e senza finestra (solo in bagno) quindi con poco giro d' aria

El personal muy amable, sobre todo Ousmane. Es mi segunda vez en Marrakech y conozco las calles y por ubicación recomiendo este Riad, ya que está a 1 minuto de la plaza Jamaa el Fna y se tarda 5 minutos en llegar al Palacio El Badi. Desayuno completo y si tienes excursión quedas con el personal a una hora y te lo preparan ya sean las 6 de la mañana que las 9.
Cons: Mismas toallas los 4 días y la señal de wifi escasa.

La localización es increíble, al lado de la plaza jamaa el fna y cerca del resto de monumentos del sur de la medina. El personal es atento, te ayudan con todo lo que necesites y siempre están disponibles para lo que puedas requerir.

Ottimo Riad a due passi da piazza El Fna. Comere carine, letti con materassi un po' duretti, le tende oscuranti in camera non sono all'altezza del nome ( poco oscuranti) . Colazione super, staf cordiale e disponibile. Unico neo, la vicinanza di un minareto che con la chiamata alla preghiera delle 06.00 da il la alla giornata. Ma anche questa è Marrakesh.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Bedden waren goed, en het ontbijt was perfect. Ik was ziek geworden en ze hebben ons heel goed geholpen. Locatie is perfect, lekker kort bij het plein en de Souks.

Posizione perfetta a 3 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale Jemaa El fna in una stradina facilmente raggiungibile che rimane al di fuori del caos generale. La struttura è pulita, tranquilla e silenziosa. Il personale si è mostrato accogliente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Assolutamente consigliato!!

The friendliness of the staff was foremost in making me feel like a very welcome guest during the brief time I was there. The Riad is centrally-located and easy to find (look for the blue door 1/2way down the lane), they were quick to accommodate requests insuring my comfort, and there's a beautiful upper-floor terrace area and several options for seating in the main dining area. Mint tea became the perfect way to start my day. The hammam they recommended was a short trip across the main square and was a highlight of my stay. The manager was away but the staff worked hard and diligently, including arranging for our airport transfer, with the taxi arriving promptly. Thanks for the new memories!

In general the Riads are a perfect counterpart to "normal" hotels as the were former town houses and therefore often in a very good location. The Azalia is located only 3 mins from the grand place and only 20 meters from a rather loud alley, but you would hear NOTHING of all this very lively matters in the evenings in the Riad. Food (we just had a bit) was very good, but the best is the service. Mohamed who was our nightclerk on 2 different nights is way beyond awesome and super friendly. Written ommunication for example whe we were away also was top notch. Everythign was really clean. If I should rate it like a hotel in general, i'd give 2,5 stars,, but it is better than this in a different wa y one only has to experience by himself. We can recommend the Azalia on every aspect and if we would come back to Marrakesh one, would not think about another location.
Cons: Nothing negative that come to our minds. Well there's no TV, But who needs this anyway when he's on a VACATION? You get a kettle which is way more important in hte end...

Riad Azalia je presladak, sa mnogo boja, iako smatram da mu je uskoro potrebna renovacija. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno, posebno Mustafa.
Cons: Cistoca u riadu nije bas za pohvaliti, dosta je bilo kamenca. Sve skupa moglo bi se to bolje organizirati i dici na višu razinu, s obzirom da se nalazi i srcu Medine.

Welcoming staff. Good location for exploring Marrakech. Surprisingly quiet given its location close to the main square. Pleasant rooftop terrace for breakfast / sitting and relaxing.
Cons: This is just a general comment: all the Riads in this part of Marrakech cannot be reached by car/taxi and you have to carry luggage the last 5 minutes from the main square. So organise with Riad ahead of arrival for help and directions. All part of the experience!

Localização excelente, pequeno almoço bom e sobretudo a amabilidade dos empregados Moustapha e Ousmane, sempre disponíveis para qualquer solicitação, e prestáveis para nos resolverem pequenas situações, tais como um pequeno almoço antecipado ou a impressão dos Bilhetes de avião. Também um especial agradecimento à senhora da cozinha, sempre atenciosa e simpática.

La atencion del personal fue maravillosa, nos hizo sentir como si estuvieramos en casa. Eran muy cercanos y muy hospitalarios. Ademas estabas a 2 minutos caminando de la plaza Jemaa el fna.
