Currently 5 days into a 7 day stay. Arrived late on Friday. To be kept awake from constant noise from outside. External door to balcony didn’t close properly making it impossible to sleep. For 2 nights in a row. Staff offered me a room move to the back of the hotel. Which I agreed on ! Then I had to contend with noise inconsiderate guests in the room opposite! Making excessive noise laughing and closing doors very loudly for 2 nights in a row. Still no sleep ! I complained to staff yet again. And now I’ve had a repeat. Again in the early hours I have another early morning trip a very long trip with on a few hours. Not happy at all !!!’n

The hotel is a short walk from the nearest airport shuttle stop, arriving at the hotel over 2 hours into check-in time however my room wasn’t ready for me to go in upon arrival. I did wait approx. 10 minutes for the housekeeper to finish up which I didn’t mind waiting for the room to be cleaned. The room and hotel is very budget including a double bed with air conditioning, en suite, and small balcony looking over the road and traffic below. The room is relatively small but still enough for a solo traveler. The shower was in poor hygienic condition and had black sticky grout in between the tiles, making me not feel totally clean afterward. I believe this could be easily clean as the normal water pressure of the shower head was flaking away the grout when pointed closely at it. The hotel has quite an old aesthetic with stairways being poorly lit and dim. The breakfast was a highlight though, offering a tasty Moroccan style breakfast and tea to start the day.

Sono stata obbligata a prenotare in questo hotel per la mia amica e non vi consiglio assolutamente di andarci . È SPORCHISSSIMO ! Peggio di un ostello ! Bagno da vomito e la camera lo stesso , pienissima di polvere , muri sporchi con cioccolata e tappeti puzzolenti e sporchi.

It was great for transportation, and the fact that you can have breakfast until 12pm and dinner is prepared until 11pm is an advantage. However, the dinner quota is 90 dirhams per person, so you pay for drinks and any extra expenses.
Cons: Someone comes every day to clean, but they're really bad at it. There's a bit of confusion between the restaurant and the hotel. It wasn't until later that it became clear what was included in breakfast. The hotel doesn't specify anywhere that the dinner limit is 90 dirhams, but you only find out when you get there. If I'd known this detail, I wouldn't have chosen to eat at the hotel. There was a water leak in the bathroom, which turned into a pool of water after every shower. Don't forget to take your life preserver before you shower. 😊

The receptionists were amazing and helpful. One of them helped us to buy tickets to the museum with his own card. The cafee was downstairs and the location is amazing. Not far from sightseeings, malls and railway station.
Cons: There were two cleaners. The young one was super neat. The older one put our clean towels on the floor in the common hall. When I saw it to change the receptionist helped us very quickly. Talking about basic hygiene rules how is it even appropriate even for a small price Also there were photos with a bath tub and I was sure our room would have it. But as they said they don't have it in the whole hotel... So why do you have misleading photos

J’ai passé un bon moment à l’hôtel Amalay. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. La chambre était propre, confortable. L’emplacement est pratique, proche de plusieurs boutique. Le rapport qualité/prix est top. Je recommande pour un séjour à Marrakech !

Lo mejor de Marruecos es la hospitalidad de su gente que se expresa en dedicación por el servicio en esta clase de hospedajes. Es un clásico hotel para pasar no más de una noche en un barrio muy cercano a los Jardines de Majorelle. Buena relación precio calidad. No es lujoso. Es un hotel de entre 2 y 3 estrellas con comodidades básicas. Un tip: nos recomendaron el mejor bar para escuchar música marroquí joven que está a solo 2 cuadras. El hotel se encuentra un poco alejado de la Medina antigua pero ofrece otros atractivos muy variados en la zona.

A part l'employer à la réception qui applique ce que lui demande son patron, cet établissement est à fuire .
Cons: La saleté de la chambre, la poussiere sur la tête de lit, les carpettes toutes trouées, le miroir de la salle de bain sale, les tâches sur la nappe,( j'ai pris des photos )un ronflement continue dans les communs, le petit déjeuner servi à 7h30 sous prétexte du RAMADAN mais facturé quand même. J'ai dû quitter l'établissement à 7h pour l'aéroport tant pis pour moi. Cet établissement ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi j'ai dû payer 120 DH pour une simple croissant, un morceau de pain et un café. En revanche, je tiens à souligner que la femme de ménage et la réceptionniste étaient très gentilles et attentionnées, ce qui a été un point positif durant mon séjour.

La chambre était très confortable. Elle était toutefois une peu bruyante le soir mais c'est la contrepartie de l'hôtel qui est lui situé dans un secteur très fréquenté et très bien situé par rapport aux lieux de visite du centre-ville. Je remercie particulièrement tout le personnel de l'hôtel et notamment celui du restaurent et du nettoyage des chambres pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. La décoration très orientale nous a ravi.
Cons: L'hôtel est malheureusement dans un secteur qui est en travaux en ce moment, et cela rend son accès plus délicat, mais tout est fait pour que tout se passe bien.

Ottimo hotel, la struttura forse un po' datata, ma pulita, personale disponibile e caloroso, servizio igienici funzionanti, acqua sempre calda e asciugamani cambiati giornalmente. La colazione abbondante e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Nella struttura c'è anche un ristorante che porta ciò che ordini in camera. La posizione è centrale nel famoso blv Mohamed V e vicino alle principali attrazioni. Una nota per l'aeroporto:quando arrivate preparatevi a lunghe code per uscire, tutti il mondo è qui. The rooms smell of cigarette smoke and the level of cleanliness is very poor. I went downstairs to tell him that. He said he will have to wait for someone else to come and fix the air conditioning. When I threatened that I wanted my money back and go somewhere else he himself went to the basement to light the air conditioning on!!! I was very tired and it was extremely hot and he gave me a room without air conditioning. I had no choice but to stay there for the night but I definitely believe I should get my money back as I was treated very poorly and the receptionist was not professional caring and could not care less Please refund my money I had a very bad experience for my first night in Marrakech. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit viel Ablagefläche. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber. Klimaanlage vorhanden und hat gut funktioniert.
Cons: Es war sehr hellhörig und da es direkt an einer großen Straße liegt nachts extrem laut. Fenster isolieren den Schall so gut wie gar nicht.

Cons: I couldn't check in, they were closed. I eserved the room and ask them to check in late from. Midnight to 1am as the flights arrives late. They never answered. As hotel, I hoped to find someone when areived. I rang the bell and trying to contact them but no answer. Very bad experience.

I really liked the location because it’s in the center of the city
Cons: I really didn’t like how the room is specially that the TV was not really working and we had some issues in the shower. It was a weird experience but overall not that bad.

La chambre est bien placée avec une vue sur une grande avenue. Les repas servis sont excellents. Le personnel d'accueil est très disponible.
Cons: La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La chambre n'était pas prête avant mon arrivée.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le personnel. Très pro, très à l'écoute et beaucoup de gentillesse.

Cons: Rost in der Badewanne, Toiletten Sitz kaputt, Schrankschiebetür kaputt, Müll von der vor Gäste stand noch da, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, Fernseher auch nicht, Staub auf den Boden, Aufzug extrem klein ca. 90 cm2 . 3 Sterne Hotel !!! Bin sehr enttäuscht

I really like how welcoming and friendly the staff was. I am travelling to Marrakech for work for one year, trying different hotels. This was amazing. You could pay the rate at the end you received an invoice without having to ask many times. If this continues. I will continue coming until the end of my stay.
Cons: If you're in Gueliz you know that the roads are busy, but that is not the fault of the hotel. I really liked everything, especially for the price paid.
