Basic but comfortable. They keep it simple with their filling breakfast. Rooms were made up every day. Though we had an apartment there was little space for a week's worth of clothes, but is ideal for a short stay. Location is perfect, being in the newer part of the city with a short walk to the old (Medina) area. Very good value on the whole.

le personnel est vraiment adorable, charmant et attentionné l'hôtel est situé dans.un quartier très animé La chambre très spacieuse mais très défraîchi l'ensemble mériterait un bon coup de peinture et de mise aux normes électriques. Concernant la piscine elle a le mérite d'être là mais impossible de se baigner au vu de la couleur de l'eau. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Devenu moyen cet établissement pendant et après tremblement de terre en dessous de tout ont s est trouve dans la rue sans aides même pas un verre d eau livre à nous meme.a 5heure du matin ont a pris l initiative de remonté dans la chambre pour essayé de dormir mais des craquements bizarres dans la chambre,nous avons fais nos bagages et sommes descendu dans le Hall pour attendre le matin et quitte l hôtel sans remboursement de la semaine restante,. Évite cet établissement.

La surface de l Appart-Hotel est très bien. Par contre l ensemble est assez vieillot, 1 plaque, 1 frigo et des couverts= équipement minimal. L’as irisation géographique : à 30 min à pied de la place jama el fna, 5/7€ de taxi. Piscine vieillotte et froide. Attention à l emplacement proche d une mosquée (on peut être réveillé en pleine nuit pour l appel à la priere !)

Établissement très bien situé, le petit déjeuner est ok la chambre est correct, la qualité du wifi est top, le nettoyage est quotidien, le personnel est a l'écoute et serviable, seul point négatif anecdotique la piscine est glacial.. (il faudrait la chauffé) je recommande fortement l'hôtel bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour à Marrakech.

Over all, the stay at the hotel was good. Quite place at night, spacious and cosy. The availability of certain utensils to prepare some simple and easy snacks and a mini bar is also available, which is great.

A l’arrivée le réceptionniste me dis qu’il ne trouve pas la réservation et veut me faire payer le double donc obligé de hausser le ton est il retrouve ma réservation par magie!!! État de la chambre poussiéreux ne donne pas envie de se coucher ds le lit vieilles couvertures mobilier vieux ultra bruyant de jour comme de nuit et biensur la piscine est inexistante!!! A fuir même si bien placé

Good location, quick check in. However, one of the bedroom lights were not working. I asked the front desk staff but after making the adjustments only one of the lights on the headboard was working. Also when i read the description, it says the rooms are equipped with a kitchen. To my surprise youre not even allowed to do real cooking except fry an egg. That's not much of a kitchen. Bteakfast is also the same everyday. Moroccan food is great so i expect them to have some variety. Lastly when you take a shower the shower room becomes flooded. Fix this poor drainage. I know this isnt a 5-star hotel, but my complaints are so basic even a 2-star hotel can easily do it.

It was nice but very basic, which we didnt mind but if you are looking for a proper hotel experience I would suggest investing a little more into it. The staff could occaisionally be a little withdrawn or difficult, but eventually warmed to us. The breakfast option NEEDS to be changed, even just a little bit. It would be so nice to see a traditional Moroccon breakfast being served there instead of crossiants, bread and an over boiled egg!! We only used the pool on out last day as we were so busy and it was a nice size and pretty outside but absolutely freezing cold so be warned!! The other food at the downstairs cafe/restaurant was really nice and good value for money - which is why I wished the staff could have put some more effort into breakfast. I will really miss the coffee though... It was useful having a lift and the staff at reception were helpful when we had questions about excursions and taxi charges. We were also able to smoke in our room which was a plus for me. Shower was always hot and towels were provided. The pillows for the bed were too hard for me but thats just a personal preference which I couldnt do much about. Overally a reasonably pleasant stay, just a few little things that the staff should note.

The pictures on the advert mudt have been taken 20 years ago. Very dated rooms and decor. Asked for a baby cot, was told.they didnt have one then was sent a roll away bed then i had to explain again that its for a 10 months baby and I NEED a baby cot. Tbe lady who brought the cot sa9d it was not her job and that she only works in the kitchen. The matress of the cot was so dirty and no cover or sheets were provided. I have asked reception 3 times about the sheets and their excise was change of shifts and no communication was left for the new team. The kitchen had next to nothing of kitchen stuff. AC was not working at all with 35 degrees and not able to open wimdows as its so noisy and dusty outside. Breakfast was a disappointment. No choice at all the waiter just dropped stuff on the table and went to his corner and stayed on his phone. When i asked for a stronger coffee he just shrugged and left for over 15min, we were the only ones at breakfast. The pool area is not maintained and 3 the chairs were in bad state. Will not return to this place

Très très bien placé, restaurants à côté ( je vous recommande Kui zin), la place Gueliz à une rue, bureau de change en face et DAB. Hôtel vieillot mais bien équipé, super clim dans les chambres. Piscine un peu froide. Personnel sympathique mais dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit plus marocain... bon séjour avec mes 3 filles.

Very very bad experience 1) I didn’t get the room I reserved 2) there were no parking and breakfast, which I expected seeing the offer from Hotel 3) The staff toke my personal language and stuff out of the room, without asking 4) the manager was rude and impolite when I complained. I had made a reservation for 4 days but left after the second day, because they chose to put me in a little room sharing with a complete stranger. I decided to leave and I was very pissed 😤 off. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Was traveling for business so needed a place to sleep and work. The place was ideally located to the main town, Gueliz. Just a few hundred yards walk. 20 mins taxi ride from the airport, 5 mins taxi to train station. The apartment was spacious and served the purpose. Clean but a little tired. Breakfast was basic.

Cet hôtel est bien placé. J'y suis allé deux fois en mai et en octobre. Les chambres sont vastes avec un séjour. les climatiseurs sont en panne. A chaque fois que j'ai voulu aller au SPA, on m'a répondu que le SPA est en travaux. Le petit déjeuner est nul (un jus d'orange, une boisson chaude, un croissant, un pain au chocolat, un oeuf dur et du pain et du beurre) Tout supplément, même un café est payant.

Accueil désagréable, on a l'impression de les déranger, nous on demandé de règler des suppléments. Nous avons demandé un reçu car règlement du supplément en espèces, fait à contre coeur . Petit déjeuner indigeste , les enfants sont gratuits mais vous payer le séjour, le petit déjeuner ou est la gratuité ? Ils arrêtent la climatisation quand bon leur semble, piscine extrêmement petite au vu du nombre de chambres , très froide ,non exposé au soleil . Propreté des chambres, insalubre et extrêmement sale. Douchette cassé et qui fuit de partout, couche de poussière partout, oreiller jaune de saleté. N'importe qui entre et sort sans surveillance, violences conjugales et les responsables de l'établissement ne réagisse pas sous prétexte que ce n est pas leur problème . Chiens qui aboient toute la nuit, parking sous sol 3 malheureuse places. Agressivité du personnel de l'établissement. À ÉVITER.

Ce n'est pas l'hôtel que je choisirais pour un long séjour à Marrakech. J'avais besoin d'un hôtel pour une nuit avant mon avion. Le personnel à la réception a voulu me refaire payer la chambre plus chère que ce que j'avais payé en ligne. Etablissement valable pour une nuit de dépannage.

Il residence e comodo per chi ha l'auto e non molte pretese. Per l'auto e disponibile il garage sotterraneo che risolve gratuitamente il problema del parcheggio. Nell'appartamento non manca lo spazio e l'aria condizionata in entrambi i locali. C'è un minibar spazioso molto comodo per le bevande e un fornello dove è possibile farsi un piatto di pasta, se stufi della cucina marocchina. Di negativo l'aspetto un po' datato del bagno e della sala per la colazione. Anche gli inservienti di quest'ultimo locale contribuiscono a tale impressione. Colazione minimale, ma comunque sufficiente.

Hotel jak na 3* spełnia te kryteria. Pokój z sypialnią i salonem. Czysty. Widać co prawda lekki upływ czasu, ale przy tej cenie 125 zł za noc ze śniadaniem jest w porządku. Śniadanie podawane do stolika na zimno. Bułka, jajko na twardo, dwie słodkie bułki, miód, kawa i uwaga - sok ze świeżo wyciśniętych pomarańczy. Okolica super, bo blisko do mediny czyli starej części miasta. Obsługa nijaka. Po prostu grzeczna. Niestety nieczynny był parking hotelowy, a w przypadku wypożyczonego auta to było akurat istotne. Parkowaliśmy na ulicy. Hotel jak na jednodniowy wypad do Marakeszu jest ok.

Excellent emplacement dans le quartier de Guéliz, une rue commerçante se situe à quelques mètres, le centre avec la place jamaa el fna peut largement se faire à pied afin de découvrir les alentours. Excellent petit déjeuner très copieux. Les chambres sont agréables et très spacieuses. Le seul bémol serait la salle de bain qui mériterait un raffraichissement...

Hôtel situé dans la ville nouvelle, la médina est accessible à une quinzaine de minutes à pied. Le petit déjeuner est toujours le même, un pain, un pain russe, un mini pain au chocolat, une vache qui rit, une confiture à l'abricot, un oeuf cuit dur, une boisson chaude et un jus d'orange pressé, tous les jours la même chose, aucune variété et pas de possibilité de changement. Une kitchenette mais pas de micro-onde. Les couloirs sont bruyants et résonnent très fort surtout la nuit, on entend les gens dans les chambres voisines. Pas de spa, il est en travaux. Piscine non chauffée et non couverte mais entourée d'un grand mur, donc pas de soleil, on ne peut pas en profiter. Chaque jour il faut demander qu'ils mettent en route le chauffage dans la chambre. Possibilité de réserver des excursions auprès de la réception. Le wifi est capricieux.

Hotel was horrible, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Same breakfast everyday, spa doesn't open for business god knows until when. The only good thing is the location. It's 20mins to night market and shopping mail. Be careful if you choose to book excursion with this hotel as the will try and take as much money from you when you book with them. Book from outside hotel it's cheaper.

Please don't stay here! This is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've travelled extensively over 5 continents. The staff here is deplorable and so unwilling to help with anything. They overcharged me for the city tax (which is supposed to be 11 Dirham per night) and refused to refund me the amount they overcharged. There was a couple checking-in in front of me who were interested in using the spa, and the front desk attendant rudely told them the spa was out of order and would be for their entire stay. The rooms were spacious, but they were in terrible condition. They were dark and poorly lit, with mold on the ceilings, dirt and ash on the furniture, and numerous mysterious holes in the bathroom area. The shower had no water pressure and it seemed as though there were cameras in the shower areas. This hotel advertised free breakfast, of which there was none. When I tried to ask the front desk attendant about it I was rudely ignored. I did dine in the restaurant one evening and was charged a ridiculous amount for a tiny and bland portion. The waiter did not give me back my change for the meal either. Please learn from my terrible mistake and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I cannot say enough terrible things about it, because it truly was the worst hotel I've ever encountered in my life.

it was a good experience, a few things need to get better, the air-condition in the sitting room was to used for the bedroom as well which was not convenient, the weather was very hot 40c, the kitchen cooker not all working. the hotel to our rating is 3 star hotel. other than that not a bad stay.

The hotel room was very basic fittings and furnishings outdated the shower head, taps and shower rail were all rusty breakfast was a set menu of juice a hot drink half a baguette and a croissant every day the reception lobby was a furnace with no fans or air conditioning no hangar rail in the cupboard

We were pleased with everything about this hotel - the staff were friendly, the room was lovely and was cleaned really well every day. The only possible downside was that the swimming pool was really cold! It was easy to get to the main tourist attractions by taxi, although within walking distance if you don't mind the heat. We would definitely stay here again.
