Cons: Vam sentir que ens havien enredat una mica quan vam arribar: per booking posava que estava situat al centre, però per anar a la porta blava havíem d'agafar taxi perquè caminant estava a uns 20 minuts. No és al centre de Fes!

The beds are comfortable, just like all other hotels/apartements we rented.
Cons: The staff barely understood English. We requested two more rolls of toilet paper, yet he insisted on accompanying us into the room to inspect what “toilet paper” actually looked like. The staff then handed us two rolls of toilet paper of different sizes, which appeared to have been opened and used. There were no cups, nor an electric kettle. The rubbish bin, toilet brush and luggage rack, one of the four power plugs and fridge compartment, are all in a state of disrepair. The glass on the bedside cabinet is not secured, posing a safety hazard when young children linger nearby. During our trip to Morocco, we rented five hotels/apartments. This one had the second-highest rental price, yet its facilities were the poorest.

Cons: How did this hotel get four stars? There was no hot water in the bathroom, the TV was not working, the electrical switches were broken, the heater was not working properly, there were no welcome drinks such as tea, coffee or mineral water in the room, and one elevator was working and the other was broken. This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It is rated 4 stars and should be downgraded to just one star.

Excellent. The manager Mustapha was very kind and helpful and he offered us the best rooms. The room is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is clean with all facilities. Very good stay. I recommend this hotel for the value.

The location is very good. It is very personal but depends where you want to stay. I did not like the medina so I moved to the new city and the hotel is well located. It is very clean It has a bar, quite hidden, where you can find alcohol

The location was very good-a short taxi journey from the Medina.The room was very large,clean and was serviced daily.Staff were friendly-I want to mention Mohammed in particular.Sleep quality was excellent.
Cons: The swimming pool was closed for the duration of my stay due to renovations.This was a disappointment.When I arrived some renovation work was in progress in the reception area.

Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!

The reception staff are very nice and friendly. The view from the top floor (the swimming pool) is amaaazing. The hotel is in the city center which makes is easier to go for a walk or a restaurant without having to get a cab

Some staff are helpful, many others are disappointing. My Expedia reservation included car parking, but the hotel refused to honor it. Some reception desk employees were too passive aggressive and made sure they assist with very minimum. Their security and front door employees were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is nice, and the rooms and bathrooms are quite large. The location is convenient to the train station, a grocery store, and the old city. The breakfast is Moroccan-style, which is nice. The "gym" is really four pieces of exercise equipment, which did not all work. Also, there are no laundry machines; instead, there is an expensive laundry service - so it's advertised rather inaccurately. There is an in-room refrigerator and air conditioning unit, which is crucial in the summer.
